[SQUARE UP] REVIEW ... NOT SO SQUARE in Political Tirade of Terror

[SQUARE UP] REVIEW ... NOT SO SQUARE

The Political Target

Many do not understand the risks taken by a Candidate involved with running for President in many areas that can range from the IRS to the smallest detail in your own personal business supporting your family. It is this account that I wish to broadcast, not only to reach further in 'understanding' but to educate People to increased reality of politically standing up for our Constitutional Rights, even from the perspective of a minor Candidate for President like myself; when I say 'minor' it is only to articulate the level of support given in exposure by the Main Stream Media for I am the only Candidate in America running for President with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record that reaches into the U.S. Supreme Court twice in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and 14-9396, as well as Judy v. McCain and that has made me a Target.

The company SQUARE UP appears to be very negatively slanted in the Political Ring as my own personal experience attest. I was with the company for years and thought they were really great for Small Businesses just like my own, but that was before their Political Tirade of terror begin on me as a Democrat apposed to Hillary Rodham Clinton.

One of the great scandals of Barack Obama was unleashing the IRS on those seeking 501c3 tax exempt status from conservatives and specifically Tea Party groups seeking tax exempt status. The Political retribution scandals are modern day nightmares attributed to Democrats behind the scenes tactics to get ahead such as the one dismissing Debbie Wasserman Schultz as the Democratic Party Chairmen after emails were released that revealed tactics for Hillary Clinton to get the Nomination.

One always hopes a company is not in the dastardly mix of denying services that are vital to business or the rights of its Citizenery, such as the Cake Company who refused to make a wedding cake  for a gay couple and was cited for refusing to pay $135,000 in state-ordered damages to a same-sex couple who were denied service , or issue a marriage licence after a United States Supreme Court Ruling, but it appears that blatant underhandedness with Square Up is also not so Square.

It all begin when I simply dropped my phone and it cracked. I was forced to get a new one but regrettably lost all my contacts and applications including Square Up with which I processed credit cards to for my very small business. I had never had any credit card returns or request for refunds, but if I had the company is very willing to handle such a grievance with a customer.

Upon calling the Square Up to report my phone breaking and my need to reestablish a new line to process my credit cards, I was told to simply re-apply which I did. As luck would have it, my first run with the new application resulted in a customer asking me to run a card that had insufficient funds on it. I simply obliged my customer's request in running it for lower a couple of lower amounts which also failed even as we were staring at his the account he had looked up stating he had sufficient funds.

My customer asked me to come to his shop the next day to run another card he had there which I did and it processed just fine, but that is where SQUARE UP began to go to the far left field with me.

After years of business the rejected my new application stating I was a high risk, yet there was no evidence with my business practices they could directly point to in justification. In fact evidence to the contrary existed in their own files.

I accepted their decision as a right-of-business taking into consideration they indeed were looking at the 'latest transaction', which did go through after two different cards were used and one declined. Imagine a credit card processing company cutting off processing credit cards from Wallmart based on the instance I just related?

Anyone would say that would be a 'poor' business decision.

Of course SQUARE UP was not my only source of processing credit cards, but I actually kind of liked their convenience and quick payment processing. I also had a PayPal account that I had been doing business with for many years. They were very understanding about my phone breaking and within one day I was back up with them.

My faith in SQUARE UP had not been completely shattered so after two weeks I thought, "Well, I'll give them another go".

I completed their information request to establish an account, and went through their verification process to establish and link my bank account to my account with them. After a week that was done. My small business didn't do a huge volume with them maybe on average one or two transactions a month as many of my customers choice to do a check instead which was just fine with me in order to avoid the 'credit card processing fees' in the first place that averaged $5-$10 dollars per customer. No it wasn't the a lot, but when you consider thousands of small businesses all across America that could add up.

Like I said, the verification process had been completed and I had no further request from SQUARE UP to any other documentation. After a week I thought, "Let's give SQUARE UP a chance to be actually be SQUARE again., why not?". So I again ran a customers order through their Process as a first for the new and this time (third) application, or second since my phone had broke.

It took them less than a day to decide again my account was being terminated. The choice was given me to 'refund' the customer the credit card amount or wait 90 days. This is the part that was not relayed through their application , validation , and confirmation identification process linking my checking account to their service.

In fact, because the credit card had gone through on the first go,  they had relayed to me that I was welcome to charge more sales via  credit cards on my account while this additional verification process  went through.

SQUARE UP asked for the Credit Card receipt from the sale which had  all the information on it including the phone number of both parties,  the amount, date, and transaction details. Everything was confirmed  and both parties were in a mutual agreement; Business Adds or web page  of my business; copies of my business licence since established  (2009),all was provided and they acknowledge the receipt of it and a  deliberation of time expected from 2-3 days. It was rejected that  afternoon with the added caveat I could refund or wait for 60-90 days  to receive my funds.

Wait a minute! They get the opportunity to use my money for 60-90  days? That wasn't part of any agreement I saw before being told I was  'able' to conduct my first sale and process any credit card with them.  I have to say, thank God I didn't run any more credit cards through  which they also would have the privilege to run around and invest in whatever for 90 days using my funds as their "Savings Account"

That's when I just started thinking this just doesn't seem right. I've had a business dealing with these guys for years and nothing every  went wrong until my phone broke.

Mr. Jack Dorsey

Mr. Jack Dorsey is the CEO of SQUARE UP and also on the Board of Walt Disney. I knew Michael Eisner long ago and trained horses for the Wild West Disney Show in Paris France when they were first opening, as well as training two stallions and giving a riding lessons to Mr. Eisner.

When I started doing my research on Mr. Jack Dorsey CEO and Co-Founder of SQUARE UP as well Cofounded Twitter and was the company's chief executive until 2008 everything started to make sense. http://www.forbes.com/profile/jack-dorsey/

Jack Dorsey Offers Investors A Square Deal .... he has no intention of running for president, despite powerful Democrats like fellow...
Ranked No. 11 of Richest under 40
[Under the age of 40, tattooed entrepreneur Jack Dorsey has been running two tech heavyweights: Twitter and Square. At Twitter, co-founder Dorsey is back as CEO after the departure of Dick Costolo in June 2015. Since taking back the reigns, Dorsey fired 8% of Twitter's staff and promised a third of his shares to the remaining employees. Dorsey is also heading payments company Square, which he co-founded in 2009; Square went public in November 2015 at a stock price well below its latest $6 billion private valuation. A self-taught computer coder, Dorsey dropped out of New York University in 1999, became a certified masseur and dabbled in fashion design before gravitating fully to tech. In 2006, with Ev Williams, Biz Stone and Noah Glass, he co-founded Twitter and was the company's chief executive until 2008.]

I must admit I had no idea WHY SQUARE UP would ask me to volunteer my TWITTER handle @codyrobertjudy2016 , and web sites, but now I do! The CEO of SQUARE UP was the Co-Founder of Twitter.  I have actually written articles about Twitter burying my account. Well, I did volunteer that information to them on my APPLICATION for SQUARE UP and perhaps that explains why my denial was processed so fast! I am apposed and gave Hillary Rodham Clinton competition and it is well documented on Twitter. That's a verification FACT that is stronger for SQUARE UP than any perceived or understood 'Risk' by their own Records for my personal business!

Françoise Brougher, who joined Square in 2013 from Google and leads its business, sales, and operations, says that she has been leading a team of account managers whose sole focus is to service and sell to medium to large businesses who have more than $1 million in yearly sales. To attract more of these business, Square has started cutting customized deals for larger merchants. Traditionally, pricing is 2.75% for transactions using Register. But last year, Square let merchants apply for custom pricing based on their revenue.

Brougher added that Square is not shying away from the core business of servicing mom and pop merchants and small businesses.

I have no intentions of making my Customer go through the grief of a refund and redirecting payment for my services rendered based on my Credit Card Companies fraudulent practice of taking my money and holding it hostage for 60-90 days. I am just one step short from public humiliation towards filing Fraud Charges against SQUARE UP and simply offer this as a warning to small businesses who can't afford to get hung up in their Tactical Money Laundering game while they take advantage of you as a small business as well as your customers that are crucial to your survival.

It seems SQUARE UP has taken their own 'good paying customer' and decided to play a political game of 'run-him-out-of-business'. I would take this time to implore every decent attorney out there to contact me directly via my email with our credentials in taking this Case and handling it in a Civil Way, and I am also taking into consideration the action of a formal criminal complaint to my own State Attorney General.

I would humbly ask for the Help from the General Public in contributing what you can to pay for an attorney to return this monster it's own grief. Please consider a contribution or donation to help me pay for my legal expenses. Thank You so much! Every little bit helps. I certainly do not apologize for taking a stand for what is right, ethical, and allowed by the law.

NOTICE TO COMMENCE ACTION - Over the last month the grief SQUARE UP has caused me and my business, can be settled for $10,000 per day, but I do not expect they have the ears to listen and thus Court Action will most likely be necessary. I am indeed as SQUARE UP resuscitates in their less than transparent application process, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused (them) (you).

UPDATE 12-07-2016

POLITICAL RETALIATION After an initial positive experience with [Square Up] for over a year in my Business, as soon as my Political Views crossed their Boards and Presidents lines, the nightmare began... and I'm a Democrat!, But I sued Obama for Constitutional Qualification Violations to the U.S. Supreme Court 12-5276 & 14-9396 as a Presidential Candidate myself.

I can't began to express the cross-over childish and unprofessional tactics Square has exhibited in collusion and cartelish retaliation with info coming from step-sister company Twitter as part of their social algorithm in discriminating against Customers.  BEWARE! 95 DAYS to get my Money! A Quarter of a Year! Horrible Business principles of fairness and equality masked in a shroud of non transparency and murky language that I'm seriously so upset about I'm thinking it deserves a Federal or State Case Number in violation of Commerce Clauses and Consumer Protections
SQUARE NOT SO SQUARE

Title 13  Chapter 15  Section 6

IndexUtah Code
Title 13Commerce and Trade
Chapter 15Business Opportunity Disclosure Act
Section 6Failure to file disclosures -- Relief where seller fails to comply with chapter -- Relief where division granted judgment or injunction -- Administrative fines.

13-15-6.  Failure to file disclosures -- Relief where seller fails to comply with chapter -- Relief where division granted judgment or injunction -- Administrative fines.
(1)If a seller fails to file the disclosures required under Section 13-15-4, or fails after demand by the division to file the disclosure within 15 days, the division, consistent with Section 13-2-5, shall begin adjudicative proceedings and shall issue a cease and desist order.
(2)Any purchaser of a business opportunity from a seller who does not comply with this chapter is entitled, in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction, to rescission of the contract, to an award of a reasonable attorney's fee and costs of court in an action to enforce the right of rescission, and to the amount of actual damages or $2,000, whichever is greater.
(3)In the event the division is granted judgment or injunctive relief in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction, the division, in addition to any other relief, is entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees, costs of court, and investigative fees.
(4)
(a)In addition to other penalties under this chapter, and to its other enforcement powers under Title 13, Chapter 2, Division of Consumer Protection, the division director may impose an administrative fine of up to $2,500 for each violation of this chapter.
(b)All money received through administrative fines imposed under this section shall be deposited in the Consumer Protection Education and Training Fund created by Section 13-2-8.

SQUARE GETS LOWER B rating
[The primary tactic Square currently uses to limit fraud is much less transparent than its previous rolling reserve policy and is the reason for the company’s low score in this section. Square appears to rely on undisclosed algorithmic “risk factors” to place automatic holds on transactions that it deems suspicious. The system appears to flag a high number of legitimate transactions and can cause serious problems for some merchants. Numerous complaints have surfaced stating that Square has randomly and without explanation, or notification, placed lengthy holds (exceeding 30 days) on their funds—even those that were swiped in-person. When a transaction is flagged, Square will either contact the merchant to obtain additional information about the merchant or the transaction, or it will simply deactivate the user’s account.
This protocol allows Square to publicly claim that it does not hold its merchants’ funds because the withheld funds technically belong to “deactivated” Square merchants rather than “active” Square merchants. Square’s policies regarding fund holding and risk mitigation are very murky and make the service quite risky for higher volume merchants. It appears that the company needs to do a much better job of educating merchants about the types of transactions that could result in account deactivation. Potential steps that the company could take include issuing a warning prior to processing transactions that will be held, notifying merchants immediately once transactions have been held, and communicating with merchants through the hold process.
In most respects, Square has very favorable pricing and contract terms for merchants. It has a simple signup process, affordable equipment costs, no monthly fees or long-term contracts, and easy-to-understand pricing. However, sudden account deactivation can greatly impact a merchant’s operations, so the grade for this section will not enter “A” territory until Square improves its risk mitigation procedure.]
