My comment: [ I sued McCain and was hated for it by Republicans in 2008. The Senate Passed a [ non- binding Senate Resolution 511] declaring him a [ natural born Citizen ] although he was not born in the U.S. but is a native of Panama.
Congress [ Senate and House] were never given powers to declare anything but [ naturalization or adoptions] they had no business declaring him a [ natural born Citizen ]
The Judge waited to see who would win and then after election 2008 declared it Moot based on McCain's loss.
I was the only one suing Obama too, the Media could not use the "Racist Card" on. Ever wonder why the media would not cover my Cases?

The biggest problem the Democratic Party might be facing now as well as in the future is a FUND RAISING. With the abuse of Hillary Clinton's Record and the fact she out-spent President Elect Trump by 3 to 1 margin and still lost, the faith in money being the all-to-go-guy in the Democratic Party Fundraisers just became a much harder sell. ie. 'If we have money, we'll win? Oh Really?.. Did Hillary Win? Democrats have already begin turning to left leaning Republicans as their saviors because of Senator Harry Reid's clinch-pin soft majority nuke-option in the Senate he was warned may come back to bite him.
Real people blue-dog Democrats, for social justice, equality of citizens, and pro-choice but more economically conservative and realistic to the realities of rich people moving their money outside the USA when taxes go up, have been slow to see the massive sink-hole Obama and Clinton have created for the Democratic Party as a whole.
The warning signs were all there on the road. But just like Chevy Chase who played Clark Griswald in Vacation, they ignored the signs and warnings and flew off the dirt embankment which marked 'the end of the road'.
The thoughts of now walking the desert for miles and miles in the decades to come searching for help is slowly but surely coming around as Trump's Cabinet post are one by one beginning their confirmation hearings in Congress controlled in the majority by Republicans. The thought occurred to me yesterday as I deliberated The Birther Golden Globe Awards when Meryl Streep went off on a tangent about the foreign friends of hers showing their birth certificate, that it was amazing how an industry so closely tied to needing the rights of freedom of the press, and freedom of speech, so rarely actually come to it's defense as a very important part of a whole U.S. Constitution which includes the qualifications for President who is 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' or American Made by being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Was my response to her. Warnings came strongly as I recalled an April 6th, 2016 Post on this Blog which referenced George Clooney and Brad Pitt in a make-believe Oceans 68 walking away from a bus crash top heavy with a chimney that crashed on a slanted road trying to get near a house, which was the depiction I'd seen in a dream April 3.
It seems that handing someone their ass in the Democratic Party has no affect on their delusions, but they may not be alone in this as many Republicans we are seeing are not exactly pining for Trump and I would dare say McCain is flat out mad about the upcoming inauguration. Trump himself may not be all that sure of exactly what can and cannot be done in the face of the double talk and back-stabbing he's witnessed.
For a First Term President, whose has never held Public Office before with a pack of pawns after him from left to right, the first 100 Days could not be more important. Trump must choose what road he will choose to tackle. Will he tackle the RedTape Mountain Obama has piled up, or will he choose to simply Claim by Executive Order, Obama is not an Eligible Person to be signing anything according to the U.S. Constitution that the President be a [natural born Citizen], ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, there by returning to Obama his broken promises paid in full by the U.S. Constitution.
There is only one argument, one tape to cut through if Trump chooses the U.S. Constitution. That is Obama's own pack of lies that begin with a three year stall of his birth certificate and only got worse after that.
Indeed Trump came to prominence choosing to go on The View to poke Obama out of a long-form birth certificate, many pundits had claimed did not exist any more with regulation changes in Hawaii's health department, but those were silenced when Obama pulled a rabbit out of his hat for his three year trick.
Indeed, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats have tried just about everything under the sun to de-legitimize Trump who is actually quite legal in the Office of the President, and to legitimize Obama who by the U.S. Constitution is not legit because of his Brit/Kenyan inherited citizenship from his father. Dems feign to be hurt by the public's right to question the Constitutional Legitimacy of the Leaders running for Office, as has the Nation's Highest Court who has seen fit to dismiss cases on the grounds of 'forma pauperis' denials rather than an opportunity to put the question to rest for the General Public that Judy v. Obama provided twice for them in 12-5276 and 14-9396.
In just 10 Days now, Trump will find out more about the Mountain of Red Tape, Congress has for him and which road he will choose to go down. While Democrats discuss the options and benefits provided to them if they actual chose now to push the ineligibility argument themselves, based on the facts that Obama's history in the Office has a national memorandum to be waterboarded anyway.
The witnesses below of Congress and the Courts are exhibits to the Truth. The debate of who will be set free because of the truth is the verdict yet to come. The Chess Game being the U.S. Constitution base, we, I suppose, will see who puts who in check-mate, but for Democrats there just are not that many players on the board that can move now with Obama Checking Out.
Check Mate is still a question as long as the U.S. Supreme Court has Action Available. That action could be sustained as a Court Error or Clerical Error very easily.
