-PRISON TO THE PRESIDENT-
There is my sign- everyone has a sign. Something in their life that has happened that presented to them a Mountain to climb that they could not get around. There was only one way to tackle it and that was one step up at a time. What does your sign say? Lost Husband, Wife or Child? Lost a limb? Born with a abnormality? Accident of some kind? Coping with a disease? Lost my Health, House or Job, ? Maybe it just says "Old Age"? Oh how we prayed God would take it away. The Fire of the Trial we were going through, but as we reached the top and saw the View, we understood we would not trade that View for the World.
Such are the words of this beautiful song today I stumbled on to by Hilary Weeks - Beautiful Heartbreak- Give it a listen and think about the sign God has given you?
While we celebrate 280,000 Views this week on the Blog, there's millions of people all over the United States who do not know who Cody Robert Judy is. I've written a book called Taking A Stand- The Conservative Independent Voice that is available for people to brush up on very quickly that details the unlawful prosecution that I found myself availed in near twenty-three years ago, not allowed to defend myself, and taken advantage of by my appointed attorneys and meager finances for protesting a religious meeting with what I reported quite honestly as a message from God I gave as a prophet of the Lord Jesus Christ he had called me to give.
Look the New Commercial I made for the book has only been seen according to YouTube 114 times.
Of course I went through a psychological firestorm over that with some of the best psychologist around eager to pronounce any 'WARNING' from God to be a sign of incompetence. Of course I stuck to my religious guns as they sought to challenge my own divine calling with or from others who had the respect of the community in Utah and the LDS Church. The Holy Bible in Revelation Ch:19:10 declares," ..for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy".
Thus anyone, any Christian having a testimony of Jesus is also a prophet for it was prophesied he would be born- He was born, lived, and died, and it is also testified that he will return. This is how the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy. He is not here in the flesh again, but is prophesied to return in a 2nd Coming See: Isaiah Ch:11. If they wanted to make me 'crazy', 'incompetent', 'insane', 'mad' or any of the other things I've been called they also would have to do it to the General Population of Christians.
The Book details that and my 3018 days in prison in that Fire of a Trial I was called upon to get through as well as my deliverance from that incarceration into the political races for House of Representatives in 2002, and U.S. Senate in 2004. The book ends with my 2008 Announcement for U.S. President and the beginning of what has been a very hard six year climb to the U.S. Supreme Court in the current case being considered by the Supreme Court of the United States.
While we celebrate 280,000 Views on this Blog, I think we celebrate between 50 and 100 sales of the book. Either people prefer a very short read on the blog, or they only consider my value to be the stand for the Constitution of the United States unique in U.S. History against Obama the usurper of the Office of the President as well McCain who sought to undermine the qualifications with U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.
Might have been more polite for them to make an announcement to the United States People that they along with the majority of the U.S. Senate were radically altering the Constitution as well as the process by which Amendments of the Constitution were made excluding The House of Representatives and the Signature of a Qualified President from the Executive Branch?
I didn't get their memo, nor did you, and the Judicial Branch or Justices of the Supreme Court did not get one either stating the Constitution had been changed. What we do have from the Legislative Branch is what is called a Legislative Mandate not to change the qualifications of the Office of the President. How do we have that? Well, we have 8 attempts to change that specific qualification for the specific office of the President that failed since 2003. That's pretty modern- and it should represent to the Judicial Branch a Legislative Mandate that they also can consider to be the Voice of the People very clearly.
Its interesting that in 1993-97 the United States had a Debt celebrated as under control and significantly reduced and balanced with GDP under President Bill Clinton and today we are over 18 Trillion in Debt. That is another sign that 'judgement' by our Elected Officials has not been doing well. We would have to conclude that my WARNING from God wasn't all that far fetched. The WARNING was one of Repentance that was needed and obviously 18 Trillion later we could say at least another road was taken.
I myself have traveled quite a road and seen things from perspectives I had not thought to have seen. It is a very fair estimation that if I had not been incarcerated that there would be no Record in Court of a bi-partisan stand and equal nature as to the major parties for the 'natural born Citizen' principle in our Constitution's demand for the Office of the President. What is that Record worth?
Well, to start off I believe I heard the figure from Republican Candidate Mike Huckabee that $700,000,000,000, that 700 Billion which has been updated to 800 Billion of Social Security has been raided for Obamacare which is disputed by the link as a half truth based on context being left out but there is some truth to it. Let's call it a half truth that puts us in the neighborhood of a reasonable 350 Billion? So, we of course understand that any ACT of CONGRESS must be signed by a Qualified President.
If Obamacare was signed by a usurper who is not qualified, we could say quite easily that my Case in the Supreme Court of the United States represents at least that much. If we start to factor in the Border Cost skyrocketing with illegal aliens, war cost of Obama, and the cost of Executive Orders to the United States of America I think we easily get into the TRILLIONS.
Isn't it interesting that Republican Candidates haven't said in their own mind, "Good God! Let's support this effort and send that boy Cody Robert Judy some money because he's stood for and with the Constitution!"
You know why they haven't ? Its a BIG WORD, with three letters? EGO.
Hasn't every Republican Candidate necessarily said in their own words they would support over-turning Obamacare and they would do that on Day 1? That's part of every Republican Candidates Campaign I think?
So, why wouldn't they support defending the Constitutions demand for a natural born Citizen and just say since Obama was never a 'Qualified President' under the Constitution's demands that his Orders were basically sick, wrong, and never valid in the first place? This is where Republicans have gone. They actually are supporting Obama's legitimacy by stating they will overturn Obamacare.
Obamacare has to be legit for it to be overturned as is quite easily understood. So, that's right, they want to with all of their hearts and minds be the one to save America by first adopting a Usurper's Policies, and then revoking the Usurper's edicts? Why not let the Constitution Stand against the Usurper in his invalid, infirm, and quite poignant disability in regards to even holding that office?
The only thing I can think of is EGO. The bad thing about that EGO-TRIP is they have to legitimize Obama first and that can't happen unless they themselves are enemies to the Great Charter of our Constitution first. You get to decide if what I'm saying is true.
You know, I am very sorry if my words come down and rub you wrong. I want to say that I am probably the most forgiving and reasonable man I know. As I looked at the Debate Stage of Republican Candidates you know what I felt? I felt a wonderful bond of sweetness towards each of the 17 Candidates for their particular strengths. I got to tell you I could easily go up to each one of them and give them a big hug for the admiration and respect I have for them.
And God Bless the Democrat Candidates to. Yes, Hillary Clinton's in a world of hurt with her email server problem, the Clinton Foundation Pay-to-Play problems, and whatever else, but you know what, she's a wonderful Grandmother to that little grandchild of hers too. Bernie Sanders is out there rallying people hoping to bring to light some very big problems we face as well as Martin O'Malley, Webb, Chaffee, and perhaps even Biden.
If anyone thinks its easy to be perfect, they really haven't taken a look at their own 'Beautiful Heartbreak" Sign. I know my View of the World changed after being incarcerated. America has the largest prison population in the world now surpassing even Russia and China's. When I was incarcerated I realized something had gone terribly wrong with our Civil Rights under the Constitution and that fueled me in the direction I have gone that last twenty-three years. Here I am running for President of the United States of America my third time - the only Candidate in U.S. History who has a record in the U.S. Supreme Court on a bi-partisan Stand that is standing up for what is the nucleus of our U.S. Constitution - the qualifications for the Office of the President in the natural born Citizen clause.
My Record is one you can Trust as one in the public service, and one that has served our Nation and will serve our Nation well in the Office of the President. The nucleus of our Constitution that may just be the collaboration or difference between the Truth and the Lie you will have a choice in voting for.
