Is the Media's bias in Influence, Denying Access to Justice in the Qualifications for President?

Is the Media's bias in Influence, Denying Access to Justice in the Qualifications for President?

In many ways we all have a hope that "Justice" for us is not tied to 'how much money we make', or 'how much money our lawyer costs us' as if the dollars that are demanded from a lawyer represent the greater the intelligence or likelihood of obtaining 'Justice'. How far away from "Justice" is that notion if she keeps her blind fold on and neutrality in the seat of justice is maintained while our advocates for the laws are opined.

We all hope that "Justice" for us is not tied to a big Lobby that takes big money to serve a Corporations interest while perhaps forgetting our own. Recently George Stephanopoulos chief anchor for ABC News and political adviser as is noted on his Wikipedia page, divulged an apology to viewers and his employer who pays him roughly ($8,000,000.00) eight million dollars a year, for not informing us and them of his ($75,000.00), seventy-five thousand dollar contribution made in increments of ($25,000.00), twenty-five thousand dollars. He goes the extra mile here on air, but the apology hasn't has the affect upon Americans ABC hoped for? (This video has been removed)

Mr. Stephanopoulos over just the last couple of years 2012, 2013 and 2014 decided that the Clinton Foundation was the best place to contribute to what he called the issues very dear to his heart in fighting Global Aids, helping children, and Deforestation. Although it has been reported that 90% of all contributions to the Clinton Foundation goes for expenses leaving only 10%, or roughly ($7,500.00) seventy-five hundred dollars of the ($75,000.00) seventy-five thousand dollars actually being contributed to funding Aids, helping children, and planting trees it does seem consistent with Hillary Clinton's waning years as Secretary of State and opening bid for President.

To complicate the matter George recently said while being interviewed by Jon Stewart of The Daily Show that the contributions to the Clinton Foundation were given in "hopes" for something in return starting in this clip at 3m48s:

“But everybody also knows,” he continued, “when those donors give that money… there’s a hope that that’s going to lead to something and that’s what you have to be careful of.”

This of course carries a pervasive underlining contextual hint that in the context of his own substantial contributions to the Clinton Foundation which has been made before the interview, it meant something other than AIDS Drugs and Trees, but might border on the personal level, like for instance, better access to the White House in screened interviews and tips that might provide a bigger audience to enhance the viewership of some network? At 5m19s you hear George say, "even if you don't get action what you get is access, and with access comes influence that comes with access and that's got to shape the thinking of politicians, that's what's so pernicious (having a harmful effect especially in a gradual or subtle way) about it." The Clinton Global Initiative that is under the Clinton Foundation may have become so foreign that it is more Global than the United States of America.

Recently we have seen Tom Brady fined 4 games and the Patriots a million dollars and losing two picks covered by ABC in which ABC reported:

NFL Executive President Troy Vincent said in a letter to Brady: "The integrity of the game is of paramount importance to everyone in our league, and requires unshakable commitment to fairness and compliance with the playing rules. Each player, no matter how accomplished and otherwise respected, has an obligation to comply with the rules and must be held accountable for his actions when those rules are violated and the public's confidence in the game is called into question." Last week, attorney Ted Wells, who led the Deflategate investigation, said it "is more than probable" Brady was aware of the release of air from the Patriots' footballs in the AFC Championship game.]

Certainly the obligation to comply with the rules is touted in every game or race to maintain the public's trust and confidence. In the Race for President, its the qualifications of the Constitution for the Office of the President that formulate those base rules and its those rules that I have applied in my petition for the United States Supreme Court to hear in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 asserting that the rules that a candidate be a 'natural born Citizen' have been violated with Obama and that my Civil Rights in fact have been violated in the context of damages based on Obama's purported father being a foreign influence not permitted in the "time based qualifications" of two generations and which is prohibited in the element of 'natural born Citizen'- Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

This has added implications with Republicans now especially with U.S. Senator Ted Cruz and U.S. Senator Marco Rubio entered into the 2016 Presidential Race and siphoning off contributions as fast as they can for an Office they are not qualified for by the standards of law in the review of my petition. How much coverage of this case is coming to the attention of the major networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Fox News to the public? Thus far not a single national story despite their being informed directly in my Twitter and Facebook feed as well as many others who are demanding coverage.

Contrasting this principle of individual civil right is another issue widely reported on but affecting viewer citizens and that is the issue of Gay Marriage. Now if you look at the coverage of that issue, moments after being denied in Circuit Court levels we see stories appear in the news covering the even the lawyers stating they are going to take the case on to the U.S. Supreme Court. This has the effect of making what George Stephanopoulos referenced as access created by influence..

Is the Media's bias in Influence, Denying Access to Justice in the Qualifications for President?

Is the 'influence' that the Media is withholding, creating a denial of access to the U.S. Court on the very important subject of our Presidential Elections? One of the wonderful things about our whole Government is the concept that "Justice" is not to the highest bidder or the higher price paid. From the most famous 'frame' job of Jesus Christ as a malefactor which led to his capital punishment, we have hoped for a better system of Justice that would not punish the innocent.

In deed Sir William Blackstone stated in 1765,"It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer" and from Benjamin Franklin, "That it is better 100 guilty Persons should escape than that one innocent Person should suffer, is a Maxim that has been long and generally approved." The fortifications that have enveloped our system of governance is that indeed the right to "Defend oneself" has been upheld both in the 2nd Amendment but as well the right to represent oneself in Court to petition against wrongs Pro Se as well as Informa Pauperis.

Most U.S. states have a constitutional provision that either expressly or by interpretation allows an individual to represent one's own cause (pro se) in the courts of that state and informa pauperis is a phrase that indicates the permission given by a court to an indigent to initiate a legal action without having to pay for court fees or costs due to his or her lack of financial resources. Ordinarily we would celebrate rather than desecrate these options that hold "Justice" dear and true rather than to the highest bidder and to who has the most money in the corruption of pay-to-play.

There is also an additional fortification where an attorney may represent at no cost a litigant who he feels has a case but has no money and that in the interest of justice is willing to represent known as pro bono. Lawyers are actually encouraged like doctors to try and represent at least one pro bono case a year. The Chief Judge of New York has also instituted a requirement that applicants who plan to be admitted in 2015 and onward must complete fifty hours of pro bono service in order to qualify. All attorneys who register must report their voluntary pro bono hours and/or voluntary contributions.

Without embarrassment I have asked publicly and privately for help from many to take my case forward feeling the laws as they are understood on the books and represented have been run over when it comes to the qualification of a person for the office of the president meeting the 'natural born Citizen' requirement. In many discussions with well schooled people I have not been dissuaded that my assertions were correct, nor have I felt the damages horrendous and awful, but to my case because it was so hot and had such bearing politically the courage to do so was lacking.

The flabbergasting thing is to have witnessed the absolute disdain and horrendous abuse I have received from both Republicans and Democrats that I should be allowed or credited capable of representing myself under these circumstances. It is deplorable to the "emphasis" of Republicans that people should be self sufficient, seek independence, and protect themselves. It is equally deplorable to the "emphasis" of Democrats who seek "Civil Rights", "Helping those who can't help themselves", and of course the big one the representing deplorably the "war-on-the-poor" instead of the war on poverty.

Of course not all Republicans and not all Democrats go around talking like bullies and hypocrites on the conservative principles we should be representing on common ground. Yes, do liberals believe in conservative principles? Of course they do! Do you see them them out using their sprinklers in the rain during a drought in California and flushing to watch the water go down? Only in a few instances, but generally no. Do we see conservatives backing a former foreign Canadian Citizen for President? Yes, while they hate Obama's fabricated long form birth certificate they seem fine with Ted Cruz's foreign birth certificate.

Let me present this hope. Somehow, in the hope of our Country's formulation against all odds, their arose the importance of this sovereign Nation that would not be bound to the corruption of justice, but would hold to what we as American's have all recited in our Pledge of Allegiance, "Justice for all". Tis the greatest sadness I know to be from a Country for Justice for all, but to be handed the 'Injustice' as cruelty by the Media as they sweep this under the carpet. And wither they are Republicans or Democrats they realize and know that no one is in that office very long and a retaliatory decade of laws that swung left can be swung just as far right creating a heap of misery for which a necessary reason must be accounted for in a balance.

The hope I pray so hard for is that my case can be heard on the merits of 'Justice', not a Big Lobby, or a Big Lawyer, or a Big Corporation, or a Big Union behind it, unless you want to count the Union of the United States of American under the United States Constitution as big. We dream that we can make it. That we can find a way to Justice just simply for the sake of justice. That the truth hasn't become so old fashion that it can not be told because everyone lies. That forgiveness might also come to those who asked for it understanding they were wrong and have wronged or hurt someone in their actions.

Getting the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case has nearly the same odds as getting struck by lighting. Lawyers and clients contemplating filing a petition for certiorari understand that obtaining Supreme Court review is a daunting task. According to the 1994 Harvard Law Review round-up, over 7000 petitions for certiorari were filed in Term of Court: 2151 in paid (i.e., non-indigent) cases and 4,979 in in forma pauperis (IFP) cases. The Court granted review in 83 paid cases (3.9%) and 10 IFP cases (0.5%). The odds on 0.5% are about 200:1 so, that about the odds of having your own identity stolen now which is kind of what I'm facing with the fabrication of Obama's identification.

How much does it normally cost to get a case to the U.S. Supreme Court?

[The first step is asking the court to consider your claim, which carries a pretty substantial lawyering price-tag. “If you’re just paying hourly, and you are paying at D.C. rates, it would be somewhere from $100,000 to $250,000,” says attorney James Bopp, who has argued many big-deal cases in front of the justices.]

[And that’s just to ask the Supreme Court to hear the case. If the justices agree, which they rarely do, then we’re talking really big numbers. “About the cheapest you can get away with at D.C. rates is $250,000,” Bopp says, “and then it ranges in the millions after that.” ]

But you also have to figure all of the cost just to get there which most likely was appealed from two lower Courts each that easily could have cost $100,000.00.

Now figure just try to imagine the cost of 15 cases and legal actions that I've been through to get to this point. What were the 15 Cases? Well, let's do a little inventory.

1) Judy v. McCain Las Vegas, Nevada 2008 U.S. Fed. 2)Judy v. Obama New Hampshire State Ballot Challenge Executive Court 3)Judy v. Obama New Hampshire State Superior Court 4)New Hampshire State Supreme Court 5)Judy v. Obama Georgia Ballot Challenge Executive Court 6)Judy v. Obama Georgia State Superior Court 7)Judy v. Obama Georgia State Supreme Court 8)Judy v. Obama Ballot Challenges United States Supreme Court 12-5276 9)Judy v. Obama Utah U.S. Fed Court 10)Judy v. Obama Utah Division Circuit Court of Appeals (Denver, Colorado) 11.) Judy v. Obama U.S. Supreme Court 14-9396

Other Courts
12-10th Amendment Trial New York witness in the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial
13-Amicus Curiae Filed in Berg v. Obama 2008
14-Amicus Curiae Filed in Keyes v. Obama Judge Carter case
15-Amicus Curiae Filed in Military Court if Lt. Terry Lakin

All of this has been also in the action of now three Presidential Races 2008, 2012, and 2016 with a U.S. Senate race in 2010 which all have their web pages, commercials, and hand shaking involved in them.

Recently a FB Friend made this comment that I think summarized this pretty well. His name is John Harrison and he said on a post in the TEA PARTY COFFEE SHOP post May 13th at 2:19 by Roger Sharp issuing a challenge to all Cruz supporters:

"If all you people want to do something let's see what we can do to help Cody Robert Judy. That might MAKE A DIFFERENCE, unless you have a SCOTUS case coming up in the NEXT FEW WEEKS. Many of you may not realize this is NOT something you get up one morning and say, "WELL, I THINK I'LL GO HAVE A SCOTUS hearing. THIS is YEARS AND YEARS of work and a dump truck load of money. It is the best shot YOU GOT TODAY. HELP HIM OUT. If nothing elese you can put his post ALL OVER facebook, make it go viral THIS IS A BIG DEAL. If just one Justice gets wind of it, IT COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE."

I think that was a realistic summary and what I'll sign off with.
