There is such thing as conciliatory healing time after an election that is needed while the losers lick their wounds and the winners try not to rub salt in the wounds. However when the losers pick up political 50 Caliber Gatling Guns and start shooting, the winners are going to become losers very quickly if they do not fight back.

Barack Obama returning as a Citizen is not going smoothly for the Trump Administration and Obama is very close to that Mercenary Leader Position where Treason and Crime are masked in Civil War. President Trump was labeled The Birther Leader by Democrats unopposed to Obama's Illegal Identification being fabricated and forged in illegal actions.

Contrary to Obama's opinion that matches Nixon's in the Watergate Taping of David Frost, "if the President does it, it means that it is not illegal", Obama has felt that if he put together a long form birth certificate that was a forgery as a balm to critics of his not being a [natural born Citizen] ie. (Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) that identification fraud would not have a claim upon his honor or the honor of his signature.

The simple fact of the matter is that without Constitutional Qualifications Obama would not have been legally a U.S. President, and ex post facto defacto president's have no claim on Congresses honoring Constitutional ACTs that Constitutionally require a Constitutional Qualified President's Signature.

An illegal signature that is not Constitutional is not called for in the U.S. Constitution. A Qualified Presidential Pensions is for a Constitutionally Qualified President and an unqualified person in the Office of the President has no right to it ex post facto.

This is where Trump's being nice about the Crimes of Obama, and even Hillary Clinton's usurpation of the Secretary of State Office with her Private Server, left unspoken might just as well be the call sign for Trump's One Term Presidency if he makes it that far.

In the past eight years raucous calls were made from between 250-300 lawsuits brought by Birthers extolled to be clogging up the courts and Taxpayers wanting Birthers to pay for their actions, but what of the call by the Left for Mexicans to clog up the Court's applauded by the Wall Street Journal, and which do you think will actually clog up the Courts?

This flies in the face of a Study featured in Center for Immigration Studies Revealing 72 Terrorist accounted for in the 7 Countries affected by Trump's 3 month Temporary  Travel Ban, or cooling-off period from War-Torn Countries, with the U.S. Military Action carried over from Obama's constant eight-state-of-war-years- 50K bombs dropped in just the last two years.

Obama's Organization for Action OFA and the Democratic National Committee DNC as Corporations were featured as responsible for Fraud in the cover up of Obama's Fraudulent Identification and Constitutional Qualifications from the beginning as the principle players Representative Nancy Pelosi signed two forms in 2008 assuring State Elections Offices, Obama was Qualified Constitutionally to be President.

The two forms actually testified or recognized the Fraud because it was Hawaii's Demand (Pictured on the Right) that she certify Barack Obama specifically Qualified under the U.S. Constitution's demands for a [natural born Citizen] while the other 49 did not require it seen on the left.

The two forms signed on the same date, and witnessed by the same Notary Public confirm the DNC Corporation in league with the OFA Campaign for Obama were involved in Fraud upon the Public in usurping the Qualifications for the Office of the President. Exhibit of Evidence in Judy v. Obama Federal District Court Case No. No. 1:2014cv00093 

A MOTION FOR A RELIEF OF JUDGEMENT or to REOPEN the Case due to the new evidence provided by a law enforcement investigation Cold Case Posse unit deputized under Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa Country AZ provided the evidence that Obama's long form birth certificate is a Fabricated Forgery, not an original, with the use of Johanna Ah'Nees identity birth certificate and was only recently released and available for criminal consideration by the Judicial Branch.

In the violation action afforded in the Sherman and corresponding Clayton Act of Congress, a Plaintiff can indeed and is supposed to receive assistance by a reporting Judge in the prosecution of a cabal or cartel who forms with two corporations to snuff out lower competition with illegal activity- fraud.

This is exactly what has been called for in the cartel formed by the DNC Democratic National Committee and OFA (Organization For Action) in the Civil Rights Claims of a Presidential Candidate with Standing against Obama's unqualified illegal state in the Office of the President.

 MOTION FOR RELIEF OF JUDGEMENT TO REOPEN UNDER RULE 60

The Chief Law Enforcement Officer, as recently confirmed Attorney General Jeff Sessions, was just sworn in two days ago, has more than likely not been appraised of the Motion for a Relief of Judgement under Federal District Court Rule 60 by the Federal District Court Judge of the Utah Division. However, the Motion is Pending, with it the Evidence, and the Public Watch for accountability.

With the recent 9th Circuit Appeals Court Decision to continue the Stay issued by the Federal District Court on Trump's Executive Order Temporary Travel Ban, that included an Obama appointed Judge, the legality of a President's Signature has become an even more contentious Constitutional consideration. 

Obama Appointees would definitely not be part of a Constitutional Judiciary, and Trump might eliminate a host of ghosts by moving on Obama's Illegal Signature -given the recent upheaval in the 9th Circuit as a Wake-Up to the political Gatling gun that is firing on him. 

If the United States Department of Justice headed by A.G. Jeff Sessions were to defy the Main Stream Media's cover-up of Obama and blow Obama's whole ineligibility conspiracy wide open as the Fraud and Forgery Corruption Case it is- that Obama's Justice Department continually deferred prosecution upon, the acts of treason upon the Constitution might be felt as a Constitutional 50 Caliber political reminder that the usurpation of the Offices of our Government will be dealt with ..shall we say... with the Constitution?

If Trump refuses to do this, as does his Justice Department, the signal is unmistakably that Crime in the highest offices is OK, and the color of office affords a Tyranny that in fact usurps the Executive Branch, infects the Judicial Branch by appointment, and trickles into the Legislative Branch who esteems Political Party Power higher than a Constitutional Consideration.

Our blessed Order of Protection afforded by the U.S. Constitution's Honor will come to an end and the protracted chaos and anarchy will become the norm the likes of which will be unlike anything the United States of America has ever experienced before. 

In fact the elect, those in the Elected Offices in their failure to ACT in the Order of the Office they were called for under the binding oath to defend the Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies within, shall utterly tear their own offices out of existence and honor, into the streets of the demagogues.

No Doubt Beck's Carnival-Circus Theme Generated For State Of The Union, Roots to Obama's long form fabrication handed out to the press in the White House press core room and Obama's comment about Birthers being those who he called 'side shows and carnival barkers'.

When Obama handed out his "long form fabrication'in the White House Press core room, on his MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY extrication of Donald Trumps strangle hold the press was quick to label Birthers those who Obama called "Side Shows" and "Carnival Barkers".

Like Nixon who a year after Watergate Investigations but before the tide turned on him said " One Year of Watergate is enough" at the State of the Union address of his second term, Obama exemplified the same fear about any Congressional Hearing on his eligibility by pre-depicting those who would indeed take his long form fabrication to school.

Remember no one knew Obama's long form birth certificate was indeed a fabrication and it wasn't until the official report came out of a professional law enforcement investigation that we really had a respectable source that a court of law might have to take into consideration. As it has proven thus far, not even the Courts with the information in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which went clear to the United States Supreme Court have prevailed in taking the facts into account for justice with their admonition that it was a matter for Congress to take up.

Just two weeks after Nixon spoke to the joint session of Congress, the House voted, 410-4, to give the Judiciary Committee authority to investigate impeachment charges against president Nixon.

People have been asking me, "What are your feelings about the State of the Union address?

Well, if you haven't read my "Dire State of the Union" piece go there now, but let me share a few thoughts and text of mine I'm sure the NSA has on file by now. By the way Glenn Beck had me rolling today with the comment that he just might have had blood spurting out of his eyes today with his monologue about it, but surrendered to my thoughts of Obama's circus act and carnival barkers in the way The Blaze covered the SOTU Address.

Beck's probably heard my song Obama's Carnival Barker or listened to all three verses of it, but it might have paid off if he had in 2012.

I readily agreed with Rush Limbaugh today when he iterated that Obama was doing his best to 'believe' what he was saying and actually capitulated with me, "Obama is a Fraud".

Back to Glenn Beck, he was excited with the "Planet Hillary" shots that looked a lot like his "man on the moon" shots and featured a story about it entitled Planet Hillary: New York Times magazine cover looks an awful lot like the artwork from Man in the Moon

Citing the article Beck says, "But our Man in the Moon poster and the Man in the Moon thing that we did is an iconic look, and it’s very different,” Glenn said on radio this morning. “You know, we didn’t want to create something that was the same of what everybody else had done… Now the New York Times is using that for Planet Hillary. And I’m telling you, it is a direct rip-off of the Man in the Moon. I mean it’s incredible. It’s absolutely incredible.”

"While the color scheme is certainly different, the angle of the face in the moon is almost exactly the same. But, at the end of the day, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."

Well, it just so happens that's exactly what Glenn Beck did to me. In fact his Man On The Moon Project cropped up after my "Moon Walker" video finished March 21st,2012. Clearly at 1 min 05 seconds - 1 Min 12 seconds of Moon Walker Glenn Beck flattered me with his idea to do "Man On The Moon" July 6th,2013 for which production had been occurring for a year at best, which puts him at July 2012, just four months after my video/song was released.

"The show was designed to tell the story of America, freedom, and man’s struggle between light and dark from the beginning of time until today" which was just ironic because Moon Walker was also a time story from my birth until today told from the perspective of the man on the moon.

You know I probably wouldn't have said anything until Glenn brought it up about Hillary Clinton's Planet Hillary, but as soon as he did it started a coal on fire inside me about it. Then, this whole "Circus" theme for the State of the Union address, that he did on the Blaze when it directly relates to my song Obama's Carnival Barker and the origins of that with Obama's reference to "side shows and carnival barkers" just makes me know Glenn Beck's staff is and has been certainly getting my Press Releases.

Its just kinda funny I guess that the idea's coming out of the American Birther Campaign so closely mirror Glenn Becks, but at the same time you know Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh for that matter have remained very distant to the whole fight for the Constitution that's been going on since 2008 on McCain and Obama's eligibility which I've been fighting for so long without their help whatsoever.

When you start adding up all the scandals of 2013 and here's a top 7 list from Fox and you start to ask yourself, "Could this have been stopped or prevented" by just standing up for what the Constitution says regarding the qualification demands for the Office of the President in the United States Constitution?

You know often if dirt can be swept under the carpet it will be and its only the 'exposure' of the dirt that the 'clean up' really begins or even can begin. If Glenn was for instance not so against Birthers from the beginning, and the Tea Party for that matter who at first positioned itself with Birthers, then rejected them, and now has embraced them again with Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse's investigation, all of the deaths and scandals relating to deaths of those Americans in Benghazi including Ambassador Stevens, Fast & Furious agent Brian Terry might have been avoided, or even the crippeling of Sergeant First Class Cory Remsburg,the Army ranger who was nearly killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan and received the biggest applause during the State of the Union address last night?

We are left contemplating "What if" Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity had those people like myself who have fought so hard for the Constitution's demands for a qualified 'natural born citizen' on their shows, spotlighting them to the American People, and had featured their fight as one that was away to push Obama out of the White House simply by upholding the Constitution rather then sweeping it under the carpet on the sound and tried principles of qualifications?

If the Birther Movement has gone main-stream instead of being pushed underground or down river by them, could Congress have covered up what the Cold Case Posse uncovered, and might the heat have been raised on Congress or for that matter the Courts into the United States Supreme Court and the scandals prevented that are ripples of Obama's usurpation?

Asked about the State of the Union address here are some of my own text:

" It was wonderful! I don't think I could have asked Obama to say anything more to piss everyone off into complete hysteria "

"Glenn Beck is spurting blood out of his eyes..about it haha ;) It was really awful and dispicable. I mean I'm just sure Congress is livid this morning"

"If Obama's resignation isn't happening within a month I'd be surprised. He basically said he was going to Govern as the King from now on and anyone opposing him was a traitor..directed right on Congress and The U.S. Supreme Court. I'm just gonna be surprised if something isn't done about it. I just think O went into the wrong lanes and drove like a drunk'n idiot last night.'

"As far as laying low and just letting his last 3 years roll by..he just got up and told EVERY elected Congressman they were jackasses if they opposed him. It was a demonstration of the most aggrandized power drunk I've ever heard. It hurt!:) lol"

"I mean I could hear the beer mugs and wine glasses breaking all over the Nation as people snapped and accidently crushed their sippy cups..lol"

There's lots of stories pulling apart Obama's State of the Union address today, and I'm sure you can read those stories to find out the details which I don't need to repeat. However, those stories don't have an answer and are about pissing people off with little or nothing as to what can be done about it.

I hope that's where my blog is different because I present a clear picture of what can be done to actually solve the problem. Solutions for America are certainly not a new story, its my honor to say they've been around since our Constitution. We just need to hear them.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
