A friend of mine thought it would be prudent of me to seek your counsel, and from what I've seen I think she's right. Wither you felt I was worth it might be a different story? What caught my attention was your openness of commentary in both the republican and democrat parties, which I thought was pretty smart, when I read "Obama may pull out".

In reading that, I wondered if you even knew about my candidacy for President in the Democrat Party formally announced Aug 25th,2011 with the FEC, which has been covered nationally here by the The Post&Email, and which is raising a lot of concern with the State Democrat Parties such as Iowa's Caucus, as I announce to them my opposition of an Obama coronation declaring my full intention of challenging Obama in a Democrat primary and extensively challenging Obama's eligibility to be President with the professional research that has been done by document experts now showing his long form birth certificate to be a forgery and pieced together. The response from disillusioned Democrats has been moving.

It goes without saying that this brought up in a Democrat Primary or the Caucuses, could embarrass the Party so bad and put some fuel rods in the Republican armor for a General Election that Obama's charismatic words could never recover from . Of assurity, my unique status in bringing this up within the Democrat party is interestingly anchored in spotlighting McCain's own ineligibility I took into the Nevada Court prior to the National Republican Convention as an Independent Candidate in 2008. From this position, Democrats have an easier feeling of calling me true to the Constitution for including McCain as the beginning. Of course if Obama does not run, or for any reason chose to bow out, the issue would presumably die into the history books, and Obama might take a place in history as an eligible candidate, who no one could take down fast enough to erase his pre conceived legitmatacy, which sets a disastorious un-constitutional precedent.

The relevancy of Obama's legitimacy as an unqualified candidate, rest at the foundation of all that is important to American's today; our national security may be compromised, our treasury unnecessarily spent, our borders compromised with a Saudi Arabia funded implant setup to divide America and then to destroy Israel. How important was it to stand up for the Constitution Republican Candidates of the 2012 class with those very real political points?

They, the Republicans, missed this one. They certainly would no more like that hung around their necks then they would like the tag of missing 115,000 Russians marching into Afghanistan in 1979 would they? It speaks of a disaster being missed, like Katrina, on their watch.

So I wonder from your commentary place of wisdom wither you know about this up-coming turmoil within the Democrat party and wither your editorial reflected the desire for Republicans to face someone like Hillary Clinton in the Democrat party rather then someone like me? I presume now if you didn't, you now do.

It is a very interesting political season, and wither you care to comment, please let me say I really did enjoy your commentary on the 2012 GOP debate last night, and thought you were spot on. I certainly hope Mitt Romney becomes the Republican nominee because I've got a stack of ignored emails to him asking for his help to clean up the GOP's support of McCain painting the GOP into the corner from which the 2012 Candidates find themselves muted now on the eligibility issue by their own vote.

I would be very interested to hear from you and what you thought of this with your counsel for my campaign, and certainly will take no offense to your silence. My thought was if you should be compelled to offer any advice from the vocals of your heart in the sincere love you have for America and the Constitution, that is the binding tie between 50 States in America, I would always be appreciative.

— As the 2012 election cycle heats up, the most pressing issue facing our nation today is the reinstatement of the U.S. Constitution as the Law of this Land, and the survival of our constitutional republic, complete with sovereign borders, the rule of law, states rights and a republican form of government guaranteed every citizen by the Constitution. There is no more pressing issue in America today…

As reinstating the U.S. Constitution is the highest priority of the 2012 election, and the fact that reinstating Article II requirements for the office of president is first and foremost in the effort to reinstate the constitution as the supreme law of this land, all presidential candidates must face the most vital question of the day.
Before being entrusted with the most powerful political office in our land and the world for that matter, I have only ONE question for every candidate seeking the office of President of the United States.

Based upon the mountain of evidence available which has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that Barack Hussein Obama II is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, and is therefore, ineligible for the office of President according to Article II – Section 1 – Clause V which clearly states – “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;”- and as a candidate with legal standing to challenge the legitimacy of any fellow candidate, will you challenge Barack Hussein Obama’s right to even appear on the 2012 ballot?

Every candidate for the office of president has the legal standing to challenge Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office he is seeking re-election to in 2012.

The fact that Democrats were able to trick Americans into voting for an totally ineligible candidate in 2008 has no bearing on the fact that the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on American voters cannot be allowed to continue.

Wait just a minute; Here we go with the bait and switch. According to JB a natural born citizen has parents who are citizens and are born in the United States. John McCain has repeatedly been given a pass by JB Williams even though McCain was born outside the United States in the foreign nation of Panama. How can you have it both ways JB, prosecuting Obama but not McCain and standing up for all the Republicans whose vote was lost on an unqualified candidate as well as Democrats? JB makes every apology for McCain given his parents were serving in the military and our Constitutions Founders would have excused him too?

Our Founders knew very well about military wars in foreign lands, yet their only exception was also placed into the Constitution as "or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution" which was the grandfather clause for the Founders themselves.

Its a well known fact, McCain orchestrated the non binding U.S. Sen. Res 511 which declared him a 'natural born citizen' in 2008 before Obama was made a nominee of the Democrat party, so how was this a trick of the Democrat party JB?

I'm a natural born citizen JB and I didn't need Congress to tell me so but McCain actually has repeatedly been told by Congress he was naturalized. Yes,.. it was in1937 that Congress passed an Act making children born prior in the Panama Canal Zone citizens. McCain was born in 1936 11 months to early and 100 yards too short as you might say.

This is the 'naturalization' process McCain fell under. He was not born in a military hospital. McCain's forthrightness to make his documents available in 2008 doesn't make it any more legitimate constitutionally speaking. That’s like saying the robber of the bank Voters Credit Union should be let go because he told them he was going to rob the bank ( McCain) instead of not telling them (Obama).

Of course my own law suit against McCain and the RNC before he was made the nominee by the Republican Party was filed and served in plenty of time, so we could say with JB's logic, that this was the 'trick' used to cover for McCain in order to make him the R nominee, because no one breathed a word about the law suit at the Republican National Convention and all the leaders new about it... even Mitt Romney.

My post here isn't to try to place blame on either R's or D's, but to accept reasonably the Constitutional Error by both parties towards the American People, who expect them to preserve and protect the Constitution but many in The Birther Movement refuse this truth. My law suit was not ruled upon until after the election was over and all the votes had been wasted on candidates who were not qualified. Indeed we can hardly expect a Fed. District Crt. Judge to rule upon or against the American People entirely, but we could hope that if they had been deceived about their candidates that to protect our elections we could have found one judge to put a stop to it, but we didn't, even though complaints were filed in time by a candidate in the race.

Indeed prophetically, we must ask how Matt 24:24 ' the very elect might be deceived? ' could possibly happen in our modern day world. Obama was in the White House and I as the only candidate in the 2008 election to sue both McCain and Obama that could withstand the 'racism' charge leveled by the media against anyone daring to charge Obama was ignored and was not supported even by Birthers.

Flash Forward to 2012 do we see any Republican Candidates standing up against Obama's Eligibility? No not one who had anything to do with the 2008 Elections or judicially challenged McCain or Obama. Do you think we know why? Well if you want BIG you have got to recall Donald Trump and the Long Form Birth Certificate uncovering, he claimed to unearth, as a service to all of us, but at what price? Bob Schieffer, Whoopi Goldberg on the View, all tagged him a Racist. Do you not think that every Republican Candidate was watching that ‘racist tag’ placed on Donald Trump especially when the polls showed huge support for him as a candidate and Trump leading the race he was only considering?

The very real truth was Republican Candidates got the message very clearly. You challenge Obama on eligibility and we (the media) have a very good claim of racist charges against you and is that really so hard to see when you remember McCain in that equation? Remember those charges are not thrown about lightly and there isn't a Republican Candidate who could stand up against them either, no candidate could. The evidence supports those who gave McCain a 'pass' quietly painted themselves into a corner of the room and couldn't get out no matter how big the gorilla in the room was, they lost their political might.

Let me say I couldn't agree more, and you would think that having said this JB Williams might have written a word about my candidacy doing exactly that, not only as a crow bar against Republican Candidates muted silence, but for the principle of the matter in great excitement but it’s clear he only wrote that to try and strong arm the 2012 candidates who are silent rather then support one who isn’t.

Please don't forget JB that Mitt Romney was a candidate in 2008 and falls under that justice you’re talking about. Jon Huntsman was working as Obama's Ambassador in China and had money and power to bring it to the front. Ron Paul was a candidate and as well as Michele Bachmann was a Congressmen in 2010 when the House became Republican, but not one single jot or title towards "Qualification hearings of the ineligible Obama", even with his own release of a forged document, and disqualifying revelation of his foreign father. Congressmen Paul called Obama’s eligibility a ‘distraction’. Did I miss anyone, The maybe of Sarah Palin; was McCain's Vice President choice, she couldn't bring it could she?

Well, if principle was made over party, one might see she very well could have, and didn't. Is it any surprise to anyone Marco Rubio, also having a foreign born father naturalized when Marco was approximate 4 years old is seriously being courted by the GOP as an access door to the Latino Vote again away from principle?


Again in the Bible Matt 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. I've been thinking about this and its hard not to see that those people we 'elect' are indeed 'shepherds' of our Constitution swearing with an oath to preserve and protect it. How could the elect be deceived? The shepherds let down their guard? What if the shepherds were the elect?

So many have placed the emphasis on deceit, and seen the elect as who? Certainly not our Elected Officials? Why not? Has there ever been so much fraud and forgery we have seen witnessed in Obama's long form birth certificate and all of the U.S. House and all of the U.S. Senate, our elected officials and shepherds, silent? If you want a modern day prophesy fulfilled to your own eyes asking how that the elect could be deceived, you might just have seen a revelation of the Bible fulfilled in our 2008-2011 Congress and all the Presidential Candidates in 2012 , save one.


For those so stunned by these revelations, it’s nothing new. We've all known this and seen it as an inconvenient truth. What can and should be done about it is about what I hope you'll listen to and it really wouldn't take that much effort by a small number of people reminiscent of our American Revolution.

With just a little support from everyone, I'm almost positive Obama will not make it to the 2012 General Election. If he does and Republican's think they can beat him without raising the 'TRUTH' as a standard of our Constitution, then they are really no better than Obama himself as for sweeping dirt under the carpet. This support needs to happen now. Many People forget that the Primaries happen starting as early as late January and early February for Iowa, New Hampshire, even Hawaii. For those interested I am posting a couple of the emails I have received from JB Williams in 2009 in the good faith that shows he does not respect one of the two prong test in Natural Born Citizen. That of being born in the United States. The reason for this as you can surmise is he has justified Sen. John McCain's foreign soil birth with an excuse of military parents which our Founders neither sanctioned or placed in the Constitution knowing and having much experience with military wars in foreign lands. Their exception: ' or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.'

This is JB's fruitless stand to try and make the Eligibility Demand of the Constitution a partisan stand, rather then a Constitutional Stand. To his chagrin Republicans as I told him in 2009 would never raise the issue because it had become a racist stand because of their support for Sen. John McCain who was 'naturalized' in 1937 by an Act of Congress specifically for those born there. McCain was born 11 months too early and 100 yards to far away so to speak, and not born in any military hospital, not to mention as well, the 2008 non binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 declaring John McCain a Natural Born Citizen without approval by the House or signed by a President. Nothing speaks more highly of the non natural born citizen John McCain as two acts of Congress glaring in the sun light of 'naturalization' because Natural Born Citizens don't need acts of Congress telling them they are natural born citizens. The law speaks out against the Republicans forsaking the Constitution and then covering it up with their loss to Obama which may have been well deserved because of their own abandonment of the Constitution.

Below are two letters received from JB Williams were from 2009, long before Donald Trump was called a 'racist' by the mainstream media Bob Schieffer, Whoopi Goldberg and many others. Those charges blast the racism charge upon all the Republican Candidates of 2012 if they dared to mention Obama's ineligibility making what I told JB Williams in 2009 true and way ahead of the politics of that time. You did NOT quote a single law. You referred to the Law of Nations, which is NOT US law. Even worse, instead of quoting the Law of Nations, you quote Vattel as if his opinion is an authority on the matter, and then quote him poorly. CORRECT - Native and natural are two different things as well. Look them up.

WRONG - The Law of Nations influenced the Founding fathers and there design, including Article II of the Constitution and the general foundation of "natures laws" as the supreme power in this land. But the Law of Nations were never incorporated as "part of our national common law."

3) "According to that law as explained by E. Vattel"

First, Vattel wrote an "opinion" based upon his interpretation of the Law of Nations. In doing so, he completely ignored the history driving the writing and passage of that law, namely, establishing that a "natural born child" of the Royal Family would be such, no matter where they were born, as a matter of bloodline, not birth place. Further, you cherry pick Vattel, ignoring this statement "The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children;" and this one "I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country." from Vattel.

4) The 14th Amendment is NOT related and has NO bearing on the matter - CORRECT!

5) "Never having been changed, the original constitutional meaning of a "natural born Citizen" prevails today."

CORRECT AGAIN! But instead of reading Vattel, you should try reading the Law of Nations and the history behind it. If you do that, you will learn that Vattel had an opinion different than the text and history of the Law of Nations.

6) "Not holding McCain to the law and holding Obama to it at the time of his birth with his 17 year old mother not a U.S. Citizen long enough to give her son U.S. Natural Born Status before marrying into Kenya and British allegience, is or must be racist? It is the only conclusion?"

DEAD WRONG and overtly childish. It has nothing whatsoever to do with race. It has to do with the fact that McCain is the natural son of TWO American parents and Obama is NOT. Nothing else... Like all good leftists, you want it to be about race. If that makes you sleep better, knock yourself out. But if Obama was purple and McCain was green, McCain would still be the son of TWO US citizens and Obama still wouldn't be. Your problem isn't that I hold Obama accountable on this basis, because you do too. Your complaint is that I don't hold McCain accountable for the same offense, but that's because McCain is not guilty of the same offense.

The difference is McCain has always been 100% US Citizen and the natural son of of TWO US citizens, with NO sign of foreign loyalties anywhere in hi life or that of his parents. Obama has always been the son of an Arab-Muslim from Kenya. (This statement by JB assures all that he has forgotten about being born in the United States and the natural affection one will always have for their place of birth. One of the two prongs in the natural born citizen qualification demands)

( How could I be seen as 'racist' if I sued both McCain and Obama for not fullfilling the Constitutions demands for Natural Born Citizen. In the Republican corner you have most of the big named candidates receiving press and invited to the debates, but under the Democrat side Obama remains unchallenged despite contrary evidence at the Federal Election Commission who list The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C Eligibility Campaign as a registered organization with Cody Robert Judy as a listed Democrat for President in the 2012 Race.

The question remains unanswered by the Democrat National Committee who often list on their 'Candidates for Office" link those who intend to run for office. This National Site www.democrat.org is the go-to site from which affiliated sites trust to update with registered challengers. Since Judy's FEC Registration on Aug 25th, 2011 and announcement letter of Aug 27th,2011 to 50 Iowa State Democrat party and Caucus leaders Mr. Judy has been unable to scale the high walls although his candidacy is qualified and eligible in every way.

Mr. Judy remarks " For all intensive purposes for which I am committed to be a choice for Democrats, the party at this time, is acting as a party of exclusion rather then a party of inclusion, and if the trend continues, I will be forced to take the action into Court proceedings for damages and unfair campaign practices by these party leaders. They will leave me little choice as they seek to disparage my campaign from the Caucuses and Primaries as if there was no such thing for an incumbent President to be challenged and it was their official duty to not recognize me rather then provide for Democrats the stage for candidates."

Eligibility campaign has sent to the Iowa State Chair Sue Dvorsky and 2nd Chair Chris Petersen in Iowa as well as the Democrat National Committee a "Notice of Intent to Commence Action" should the discrimination towards his campaign continue with the cold shoulder towards his campaign and obvious endorsement of Barack Obama's with such things as Obama's logo plastered all over their web sites showing obvious bias and discrimination towards Mr. Judy's campaign.

"You know everyone in a campaign works very hard to get a campaign off the ground. We have money and thousands of hours that have gone in to organization, web sites, policy meetings, Print and Sign development, Television Radio and Internet commercials and social media's programs, and anyone who has been involved in a campaign knows this and how much work it takes. That's why it is so hurtful that when you get all that done and registered officially, a few party leaders decide discriminate against you. You know if they had to pay for it all they might be a little more understanding. We might have to go into court and get a Judge's Order or even a Judgment of damage to change the way these guys are working. I don't want to do that. I would much rather just be treated fairly and to be welcome by these leaders as to have them pulled into court for discrimination against me. Letter to Schedule Meeting with R Lamar Smith Chairmen of House Judiciary Committee

Dear Ashlee Binyard:

As the Administrative Aid for scheduling meetings with Representative Lamar Smith in his Chairmanship of the House Judicial Committee, and his pledge and stand in doing such for the Constitution, could you please arrange a meeting for me to discuss the following that I would bring to the House Judicial Committee?

1- The FEC's recent stand against the Constitution in regards to allowing anyone to solicit money in a run for President without regard to that person's constitutional qualifications to do so, per age restriction and natural born citizen requirement, representing a fraud to those contributing money and services for the candidate in that specific proposal.

The six commissioners of the Federal Election Commission are being tasked with a Constitutional question: Can a foreign-born citizen run for President of the United States? Guyana-born New York attorney Abdul Hassan would like to file papers, take campaign contributions, and collect federal matching funds for his candidacy.
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON DRAFT ADVISORY OPINION (http://saos.nictusa.com/aodocs/1185406.pdf ) This is something that Congress has already ruled upon with hearings as recently as 2000.

I am also a candidate in 2012 for the Presidency, and am not only offended, but hurt financially by this, based on my own campaigns loss of revenue from potential contributions that basically are given under false pretenses to an unqualified candidate. This is fraudulent action perpetrated upon the voter and citizen contributing unawares of the candidates total lack of verification of qualification at the FEC level. A simple action by Congress mandating the FEC demand all candidates sign a statement under penalty of perjury as to their qualifications would go a long way in clearing this up. The Judicial Branch could then also have a breach of qualification standard with the candidates signature and penalty affixed of perjury.

As an expert witness in this, my testimony would be valuable to Congress and the public trust in the American Election process for the following reasons:

1- I ran as a candidate for President in 2008, thus had what is called 'standing'; I was in the race and was hurt by action subverting the Constitutions qualifications and demands of that particular political race. The campaign I ran as a qualified candidate was hurt by the foreign born birth of candidate Sen. John McCain and I levied a law suit in the Nevada Federal District Court against Sen. McCain and against non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 as an unconstitutional breach of the Constitutional Demand for a President's Qualifications.

The result of that law suit disparaged nearly half of the country's vote because, though it was filed before the candidate became the R Parties nominee, the Judgment didn't come until after Barack Obama was a declared winner. I should mention that before Judgment came Barack Obama's qualification short comings were also made known in the law suit to the Court by submitting the entire argument being heard by the United States Supreme Court conducted by Esq. Phil Berg, whose standing become the base of the high court dismissal. I have also been a party to other law suits regarding the matter including a submission of my entire McCain law suit and Obama's qualification in a Motion for Joinder in a California case. I have also filed 3 Amicus Curaie's on the matter and testified under oath in a trial sanctioned by the 10th Amendment where Sen. Obama was found guilty of fraud and sedition by a jury of citizens from across the country who came together unawares of each other. I am the only Presidential Candidate to do so under oath in history as far as I am aware at this time.

2- As a candidate my standing of being qualified and hurt financially by candidates who were not qualified and popular has become a disgrace and treacherous sedition doing harm to the Constitution and all qualified candidates in an open rebellion against our Republic; and this is an action for Congress, of the magnitude of Watergate. More importantly at first, for the House Judicial Committee to hear, that a stop and clarification can be chartered according to law and Congressional hearings debated heretofore. If this is not done, the Judicial Committee's actions of the past in resolute for the Constitution's demands of qualifications are invalid, and a treachery of the most malicious sort prevails against The People's Representatives of the Constitution according to 6 persons in the FEC, and Congress be damned and by that The People of the United States, our entire political and election system, and the Republic for which we stand.

3- While the unfortunate claim of racism to conduct hearings of qualification on Mr. Barack Obama might be whispered as a pitfall towards any who gave Sen. John McCain a pass, albeit 'non-binding' and forsaking the House and a President's signature to become Constitutional, the statutory law of which I have testified and witnessed in Judicial Review, have painfully been excruciating for the Constitution assaulting the entire population, and the memories of those who have given all. My testimony is one of principle over party and is representative of all men equal under the law of which, I believe, is of great worth for the harmony of fellow men in the United States and for the security of the Republic.


My hope is that the confidence and trust of Congress's recent historical disapproval ratings in the public eye can be healed by forthrightly conducting hearings of verification for constitutional qualification of the Office of the President, assuming the burden on the many shoulders of Congress rather then any particular Federal Judge or Judicial Court where political election contention is a curse for professional judicial life. I would be happy and honored to testify to the Judical Committee and submit any and all verifications of my sworn testimony and complaints in this matter.

In my assertions Congress has authority to remove any such treachery and sedition under U.S.C. Amend. XIV Sect. 3's "Disability language" and U.S.C. Amend XX.

Recently I received this message about the Birther Movement Direction and I think it applies and is worthy of your consideration to publish, print, or pass-on to your mailing list because many really do not understand the Primary Process in Political Strategy.

So we need Dem delegates to choose you in a Primary? Won't that be hard? Unless we have our own people in there to choose you, it is not likely that the Dem delegates are willing to choose a candidate who challenges o's elig. ( John Doe is referring to the Iowa and N.H. Primaries)
Given the odds of a Dem delegate choosing you, a constitutionist, I think the most important thing is to get the publicity, get people talking about obummo's challenger, get them talking/thinking about o's elig issue all through the election.
How do we do that? The lsm is hopeless..............

Its never hopeless so long as a few people decide its time to work together. ;) You got it. Yes, we will need Delegates to choose me. Won't that be hard? Well,... not if the Delegates want the Constitution to stand and don't agree with the Presidency being usurped by someone whose not qualified. :)Anyone with a little effort can be a delegate and the more you send to the meeting when Delegates are chosen the better chance you come out represented. It really is a bully run. Let's face it, any party can be infiltrated.

Many people think that all the D's are behind Obama. Nothing could be further from the truth. They are abandoning Obama by flocks and herds and there is great turmoil within the D Party right now itself because they know many in the Tea Party are D's who have left the D Party, and are so demoralized about the hi jacking of the real Democrat Party they are ready to take action against Obama.

The Democrat Party that MLK Jr. represented in Civil Rights found in the Constitution, the Dem Party that JFK molded and shaped. You know JFK even wanted to put us back on the gold standard, which is fiscal responsibility. The Dem Party is made up of many diverse groups that in short are wonderful people. Obama high jacked the party with deception and foreign money right out of the gate.. it was foul. It was almost like they couldn't get their balance and were taken advantage of. Obama has betrayed the Democrat Party on so many fronts that they are ready to break, but they won't break for a Republican because it demands swallowing too much pride. It needs to be done in increments. If they will break first for "me" against Obama, that is where we need to begin.

Can you imagine a presentation to Democrat Delegates on the forgery as 'neutrally presented as possible, creating 'doubt' with the thought that R's are just waiting for the right time and that they need to abandon ship now for the sake of the party? Obama is trying so hard to maintain 'independents' and a few R's he's forgotten about his 'home base'.

Picture, if you will, wild horses being stirred up more and more until they break right through the corral wall. Obama's doing all the work to stir them up too, that's what’s so beautiful. He continues a war campaign in Libya reminiscent of Bush in Iraq that infuriated Democrats. He flips the bird at those concerned about smog and emissions touting policies far worse the Bush did. Hey, any day that Keith Olbermann agrees with Dick Cheney and disagrees with Obama is a Democrat Manifesto to abandon ship. That happened over Labor Day Weekend if you all didn't see it.

What we need to do... What can we do... Make'em Talk?

Informing people with your bull horn about the process is a very big key to success. I was thinking about how amazing this campaign is. I mean think about it. How often can someone in the Democrat Party move around and associate themselves with conservative circles? That is a rarity and its unique! You’re absolutely right on as far as getting people talking about Obama’s challenger. Hey the Republican nomination is filled with so many it’s going to be a blood bath choosing a nominee. Don’t bet that if Mitt Romney wins Rick Perry remembers his Democrat roots and throws support outside the Republican Party in a bitter angry tirade.

The Republican Party is far from united and the amount of candidates in the race is a testimony to its splintering up. Obama is counting on that and encouraging it and that provides another reason for we, as The Birther Movement, not to wait until the last game of the season to act politically against Obama in front of the R's. Obama has a slew of tricks up his sleeve for last minute plays in the General Election that won't work as well for him in a Primaries or Caucus for each State that start up as early as end of January. That's only 5 short months away.

What is so far removed from Obama’s mind that he isn’t concerned about it? The answer is “me”. What do I represent? Exactly what he did towards the United States Constitution, a a domestic enemy. I'm Obama's domestic enemy, or enemy within his own Party. Domestic enemies are far worse the foreign enemies, and its the cover of his domestic standard that is hurting us, so I offer The Birther Movement a headquarter right within the Democrat Party. People will look and talk about that because it’s terrifying.

Obama is acting as a foreign born domestic enemy and exposure is the key. Tyranny fails with the truth. The Birther Movement is comprised of many people and it’s the 75% of Republicans that need to be exposed to my candidacy and support it with one day’s labor. That would be the end of Obama. Their own Republican Candidates would pick up the issue because they’d see it was important to their constituency. The Birther Movement if it so chose to unite behind my candidacy would be the biggest prod towards Republican Candidates. Let's face it, Candidates move according to what's important to voters and when Trump was wielding a sword there were signs even Bachmann was swirling around the question, "How do we handle this?" She used 'attestation' as an excuse for Congress not holding hearings, but that excuse wouldn't last any longer. (Google Bachmann Attestation and my name.)

If WND, Orly Taitz, Canadian Free Press, Mario Appuzzo, The Post & Email, Dr. Manning, The Birther Summit Folks, everyone in The Birther Movement , if they all for 1 day would support my candidacy guess what? They'd be talkn about the circling wagons within The Birther Movement and it would scare the shit out of them. Let's face it, there will always be time to support your favorite R candidate in the General Election if you so choose, or if and when I'm flattened by the Obama steam roller, so what is really the harm in supporting me? Its a win win for you. If I win, Obama's out: If I lose, you still get to vote in the General Election. Doesn't The Birther Movement mean enough to you to at least support my campaign through the Primaries?

If I win the Iowa Primary let’s consider that OUR dreams coming true, because it’s a crippling blow to Obama, just like Rocky cutting the Russian with his punch in Rocky IV, as Rocky's trainer said to him in the movie, "You see, he bleeds, he's not a machine!" More Republicans would come our way because we were united and speaking as one just like 70% of R's were ready to throw in with Donald Trump over the Birther Issue. Congress would be shaking in their boots, The Tea Party would swing and remember its roots, and Congress would buckle for Hearings on verification of qualification, or, Obama would resign the White House under his own Party’s Request over being shattered totally for the next 50 years. These are some of the touchdowns we have to look forward to if we unite our campaigns against Obama within the Presidential Race. You can maintain everything you’re doing independently, but let us be united in this Democrat Primary against Obama.

It’s a domestic enemy that topples governments… the inside job. I’m running as a Democrat. I’m within Obama’s walls. As for the FEC, voters expect federal regulation organizations like this to at least dignify potential contributors with the respect of knowing that a 'constitutionally qualified candidate' is asking for their money. It’s the Federal Election Commission, not the Federal Where'd the money go Commission. With their help I could probably register my 2 year old son in the Presidential Race and collect a campaign war chest to spend on advertisement. The point; Doesn't the FEC have or bare any responsibility towards assuring voters that candidates for office are in fact Constitutionally Qualified? A simple declaration of candidacy with a penalty of perjury at the very least would take the FEC out of the legal loop and would not be hard for them to send out in their packet, or include in their on-line forms.

By the way, I’m running for President and sued Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama in a timeless waste of time for it takes a term of the President to take case to the U.S. Supreme Court. The real unfortunate value of Barack Obama’s picking up a few million before the primary is it sure looks good to the Democrat Party too. The qualifications of age were made of sound wisdom as was the Natural Born Citizen clause to indeed insulate the Presidency with a two generation buffer. That is a natural buffer that is indeed a safety net for our National Security and our Economy, anyone really want our nuke codes given to our known enemies to use against us, or our Treasury looted to the point of Obama’s spending more than all the presidents combined? Both these factors take in to account the strength of the United States and the key position to these is indeed that particular office, more so than any particular Representative or Senator.

After 9.11 wasn’t it our Government officials that said, “WE could never have imagined this type of event happening!”, at the same time NORAD was out on training ops for the exact thing happening? It’s always ok for reporters until it’s their own life that’s next on the sacrificial list of National Security breaches.

Fran, I’m am American Boy… red white and blue through and through. I’m a natural born citizen, born in Idaho Falls, Idaho to 2 parents who are United States citizens- actually they are also natural born citizens. I’m a father to 4 beautiful children ages 24, 23, 21, and 2. I’m a Christian and I feel I’m a very spiritual person, more so then religious, meaning I count my personal relationship with God to be a bigger part of me then say any particular church or denomination. Please explain how running for president on the democrat ticket will provoke President Obama to adhere to presenting his true birth certificate?

I actually don’t think he will ever produce his true birth certificate before being called to remove himself from the White House by Congress after hearings of verification take place. His birth certificate is actually the side show from the fact his father is British and Obama is a dual citizen. Of which countries we are not sure at this time, but Britain included provides the fact he is not qualified by the demands of our United States Constitution to be President, so he must be removed not by impeachment, but rather interestingly enough as a disability a and failure to administer the duties of the President because of the disability of being qualified as is noted in USC Amendment XIV Sec 3 (see removal of disability 2/3rd of Congress) and Amendment XX.

Would you be willing to debate President Obama publicly?

I certainly would and hope to be able to do that, but I know if he came to a debate that was televised nationally, Congress would be having qualification hearings the next day, for he wouldn’t last through my answers the would pervasively expose him like the child did in the story The Emperor With No Clothes on while debate might mean questions, every question can lead back to the Constitution, especially when that is a Presidents most important duty, to preserve and to protect. All these Republican Candidates ought to be exposed as naked also because when it comes to the most important issue of our economy, national security, and our Constitution they have been silent on the usurpation of all three by Mr. Obama. You see with that little pamphlet called The Constitution of the United States 48 pages long, 11 of those pages have to deal with the President. All the other rights and organizations take 1 to 2 maybe 3 pages. As an example our entire Navy receives 2 pages. What that little example tells us is if you want to domestically terrorize America usurp the Presidency with a foreigner and you can do a heck of a job inside. This remains to be put into a blue print plan but my vision is that with 10% of our natural resources and social security restrictions on illegal immigrants, we could progressively refund 11% of the Medicare programs that are being cut and sustain our social security programs. I do not believe a country as rich as ours needs to forsake the responsibility of taking care of our parents, of course that means opening up development instead of shutting it down, and believe me I would open up the grainery set aside for the gods, so to speak, rather than cut off our elderly.

Briefly on Obamacare, forget about the mandate portion, but rethink it strategically as an employment damn. I think the medical fields employment percentage can be a golden gate bridge or a PWP for the entire United States, however this would have to be considered with reference class forecasting to curb optimism bias, and a short fall waiver would have to be considered again with a percentage of our natural resources, but hopefully that would stay under 2%. We at the same time must provide incentives for Corporations and we are going to have to put a curb on the importation of communistic slavery when it conflicts with enterprise from within the U.S.

The XIII Amendment prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime within the United States, but the United States seems to import slavery and be good with that from other countries. This has provided corporations the incentive to go abroad and enslave as the incentive for capitalism, but it has stripped our Country with production incentive. How do you feel about America's Constitution?

The principles of the United States Constitution provide the unity among the states. To disparage that is to divide. I believe firmly in the United States Constitution; that those calling it unworthy of our day are those inviting slavery and inequality among race, religion, and gender. Those who would call for the dissolution of our Constitution are those who would prohibit the rights of evidence and Habeas corpus, as well as see the destruction of the free press, and you would find them taxing without representation. The idea of citizenship itself in America is to be a king and to have individual rights against 300 million if necessary. Those who disparage our Constitution are not friends of liberty and freedom, but foes of them preaching fear for the security and duty or taxes towards the State of elitists, which is a brother to Tyranny. My heart delights in a man’s ability to sew and reap his harvest. Wither a man is poor or rich economically, a free man is always rich and abundantly wealthy over his empire wither a mansion or a mobile home you’ll find him happy at heart and grateful to God for what is his time and talent.

If elected, would you be a president that is transparent and also welcomes ideas from both sides of the aisle?

I would indeed be transparent in my life even as I have been in my book. My records of school, my grades, reports, my draft registration, my long form birth certificate, college transcripts, professional records actually are pretty much public, even now. I see no reason to hide that I actually got a D in Zoology and worked my butt off to get my GPA up to 3.6 when I graduated college without dropping that D. The President needs to have the ability to reach across the aisle and I’ve already stated that I think a couple of the Republican Candidates for president I would ask to serve in my cabinet because I admire the pool of talent of individuals on both sides of the isle and it’s a good thing to be out of your comfort zone and get a broad base of ideas in all areas to contemplate and assess. Partisanship has served us well keeping us from falling off the cliff, at times restraining or bridling run away horses. We are in a precarious circumstance but I am confident in our ability to find solutions and solvency.

Do you believe that you will bring back unity to our country?

Unity towards admiration and the integrity of our Constitution for all U.S. Citizens is not easily defined, as it’s perceived in so many ways, however these are principles that do in fact unite us. That has provided admiration from those afar as well as those within in our general success. That is being threatened now even at the highest office, which makes us the mockery of the world, makes us weak, makes us appear to be blind to our own follies as if we were caught sweeping dirt under the carpet. This does not make America a beacon of light to the world, it makes us fools and is embarrassing. Self reflection begins by taking inventory of ourselves and what we stand for. When it’s the principles of our Constitution we will find our greatest strength, integrity, and admiration returned.


How do you feel about the Second Amendment? Are you pro-gun?

Yes, Yes, Yes,… the Second Amendment is the only reason we are still a sovereign nation and the idea of fighting every single neighborhood with small arms in every household is terrifying to other nations. They may have big weapons but eventually it always comes down to small fire arms. Our causalities of war would be in the hundreds of thousands if Iraq or Afghanistan people were armed as America is. We should be happy about that and I’d advocate every one buying guns for Christmas presents one to another this year and boxes of ammo for stocking stuffers, make sure you get the kids off to ‘hunters safety courses’ and store them responsibly. Our SWAT Teams are well prepared to handle those 1% problems that exist with individuals who think that crime pays with the use of a firearm. Generally when people have jobs and work crime goes down and Obama’s policies up to this point encourage crime and promote lawlessness as is evident in his own behavior towards the Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land.

Do you believe that our government should bailout private companies? Do you believe that this is the time to increase taxes, especially for the rich? If so, why?

No, Private Companies should go through the bankruptcy process which often provides the restructuring of debt and management. Bankruptcy is not the end of the world; it’s actually a new beginning towards solvency. In the worst case scenario you see a company liquidate and restructure with a new name and some lessons learned that are valuable. Here is a little video I produced when I ran for U.S. Senate in 2010 that explains this in 2 minutes. It explains that my small company was sounder then all the big companies that took Tarp Bailout money.

Increasing taxes on the rich makes the rich and fearful absolutely rich and paranoid. There’s nothing worse than having a bunch of rich paranoid people around. U.S. Income received from raising taxes also increases incentives to move away from the U.S. and that sure isn’t going to even pay the interest on our debt. Obama saying he’s willing to give more in taxes because he’s so blessed in book sales right now, certainly is naïve or worse yet calculated to put the wealthy who could make a difference in politics in the same line as those who can’t contribute and will not do the U.S. any favors.

Now if 1 in every 10 households in America started a new business, just a little something on the side and got a tax incentive of 1,000 if they did so like they just had a baby, you would see a very small engine start in America that would roar into growth. If the Government put just a little tiny Tariff on imported goods providing an outlet for American Made, I think jobs would come back home, factories would find themselves being built here again. Small interest loans, for bigger companies that are able to employ big numbers we see many states offering now is a good incentive for them, but the small business man needs help too. For instance; like an incremental stage of growth for unemployment tax that starts at 0 for the smallest of companies with say 5 employees and works up respectively. People who work for small companies don’t expect the world. They understand the company making it or not may depend on not having to pay unemployment taxes, but it is a terrific incentive for them to hire which works on the positive side. The massive exodus of unemployment funds from people claiming them has skyrocketed unemployment taxes over the last few years and Obama feels like piling it on, and now three years later thinks jobs might be a good idea?

Do you believe that the government is over spending tax payers’ money?

Yes, I do. High Government cost is heavy taxpayer burden. The Federal Government growth rate has been Obama’s answer for unemployment which we see still hasn’t put a dent in unemployment.
The federal government doesn’t pay taxes it uses them. Government money, ie taxpayers money, to pay employees who then have federal taxes taken out of their pay checks is a double loss on our own investment of those workers. Raise their wage by eliminating Federal taxes on our own investment? That makes more sense?

Obama’s growth of the federal government is a quick way to self destruct the federal government by increasing the demand on tax payers and that provides incentive for Obama to come out with the need for more taxes which he is doing, as opposed to providing incentives for private sector jobs that really include just getting out of the way, and making sure the player field is at least level, and watching the growth take over. Can you just for instance imagine a federal tax sabbatical for a year; people would spend that extra money or invest it in small businesses and boom economy growth! The idea here is that there are ideas to think about and right now we need to lower our debt by about 2 trillion very quickly to restore some semblance of confidence and believe me this is not masterminded by ‘The President’ alone, but the President can set up a task force and call in the experts and channel the general ideas of what he wants accomplished and I think I’ve given you an idea of the way the river would flow with my Administration.

What are your favorite things about America?

Well.. Number one has to be the United States Constitution (smile), number two the beauty. I’m in love with her and love to drive the highways and see her beauty. She’s like a sexy woman you can’t take your eyes off of. It’s thrilling to be in love with her and be satisfied. I love "We The People", and just being one is very cool. Watching all her people play and work and invent and worship freely is a wonder to behold.


Would you pardon President Obama if he were to be found guilty of any crimes if you were elected president?

This wasn’t orchestrated by Obama himself; he’s been a whipping boy for the Peace Prize in many ways. He’s smart though and he’s got himself covered with a lot of people. I suppose when it comes to him individual I wouldn’t oppose justice, but I don’t think satisfaction in justice comes from making someone suffer when all of us are involved. Recognizing most of America was involved in opening the door for him, although it was under false pretenses, our education of the United States Constitution let us down, in schools, in government, in our busy daily lifes. Satisfaction comes by not making the same mistakes twice and remembering people who have died for our Constitution. Obama has no remorse or intent on resigning, therefore his conscience is gone. He has no remorse for deceptive practices in taking advantage of everyone in America who voted for him or gave him money, but neither did Sen. John McCain. I wouldn’t pardon him, but I certainly wouldn’t want to see him executed, living with what he did for as long as possible would serve justice better in my opinion and certainly would keep his example around for politicians to remember for a long time.

Knowing that there are plenty leftist legislators in the democrat party, how would you resolve matters between them and yourself?

Well , even leftist legislatures have common goals and needs for their constituency, some differences would not be resolved but that wouldn’t mean we couldn’t have lunch and talk.

Do you believe in global warming?

No, but I do love trees and wood working, which means planting them and harvesting them. I like keeping a balance of loving the Earth and appreciating it; of giving to it and receiving from it. I love gardening.
