Comprehensive Look at New Hampshire’s Supreme Court Eligibility Complaint

Before the New Hampshire Supreme Court is a case that could shake the political world clear through the Washington Monument. Delving into Taitz v. Garner one sees a deck stacked against Obama in ways that are innovative and original from 2008 showing the Birther Movement has shape shifted into a much more intelligent force than it was in 2008, something Obama and co-conspiratorial Democrats of course were not hoping for when the Obama 2012 theme song was picked out, “I fought the law but the law won”.

Understanding the law has to some degree been left to the lawyers and judges so long that justice may have been left behind; there is no secret that in any case both sides indeed are given a chance to make their point of view hoping that justice will side their way.

While the body of evidence might be stacked to one side there are a host of elements and principles that also must be included in order to accommodate justice. “Standing” was a principle used for the most part against a U.S. Birther Movement in 2008 citing Citizens didn’t have standing to file suits favoring instead actual candidates in the Presidential Race (*9th Circuit).

In 2008 Obama had the advantage of the surprise attack from which the Birther Movement could not form and organize fast enough to block. Deals had been struck with the Republican candidates based on a Democrat controlled U.S. Senate giving Sen. John McCain non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ with two citizen parents even though he was born in the foreign nation of Panama.

Until Obama was declared the Democrat Nominee independent and write-in candidates couldn’t really file complaints because the issue within the Democrat Party was not “ripe”. In other words, then Sen. Hillary Clinton would have been the best example from within the Democrat party to take a stand against Obama’s eligibility. Now, Obama’s fixed Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, was indeed a Co-Sponsor of McCain’s Res. 511. Not only was the valuable media ‘race card’ fixed (which raised its ugly head with Donald Trump in May of 2011), but so was Sen. Once Obama cleared the entire Democrat Party his lock was sealed because Republicans had just nominated McCain as their nominee. Anyone not challenging McCain’s Eligibility would or could be called a racist for challenging Obama’s eligibility, and no one knew it better than the 2008 Republican U.S. Senators.

Days prior to McCain being made the nominee McCain v. Judy was filed in the Nevada Federal District Court challenging McCain’s qualifications according to the precepts of Supreme Court Precedent case Minor v. Happersett that maintained without question ‘natural born citizens’ being those whom were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and an Emergency Motion was made in that case against Obama before he was sworn in that featured the case being argued by esq. Phil Berg at the Supreme Court that was dismissed on ‘Standing’ failures.

Phil Berg was stuck and decidedly kept from including Cody Robert Judy in his argument to the U.S. Supreme Court, although Judy had filed Amicus Curiae to him, it was never docketed.

After 3 years, Donald Trump was used to flush the Birther Movement once and for all, uniquely positioned as a Republican who had never held office, with the majority of his contribution money going to Democrats. Trump was rewarded June 22, 2011, with an NBC whopping $130 million dollar contract for Apprentice following the April 27th, 2011 release of Obama’s long form fabrication in spite of NBC’s *Lawrence O’Donnell’s exacerbated cries of Trump as a racist.

In an era where television salaries are being slashed, long-term contracts are disappearing, and where so-called "Reality TV" (scripted television shows that do not pay their participants, or pay very low fees) is replacing quality programming a contract like this is irrelevant and abusive to the whole entertainment industry. One need only consider the political roots of MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell, who host “The Last Word” to understand the “Racist” tag that was a shot over the bow.

From 1989 through 1992, O'Donnell served as Senior Advisor to Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan. In 1992, he was Chief of Staff to the Senate Committee on the Environment and Public Works. From 1993 through 1995 he was the Chief of Staff of the Senate Finance Committee. He first began working with Sen. Moynihan as Director of Communications in the Senator's 1988 re-election campaign.

Heading into the Birther Movement 2012 one will see things that didn’t exist in 2008 in the form of growth, evidence, charges, and organization and this is translating itself into support for comprehensive legal work and political maneuvering with Candidates, Lawyers, and a Citizen population, SuperPacs, and many Patriot Organizations galvanized on the common thread among 50 States; The United States Constitution, and specifically Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5’s demanding qualifications for the President.

New Hampshire has prided itself in supporting the United States Constitution and being the first State Primary to set the pace as a small but significant force in politics. Business is anything but usual in the first post-colonial sovereign north eastern state with what looks to be the most comprehensive well written legal challenge, with Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy representing STANDING in running as a Democrat, to remove Obama off the Ballot in front of the New Hampshire’s Supreme Court with the Primary still a month away.

In layman’s terms, the New Hampshire Supreme Court acting in the highest Judicial Body of law for New Hampshire, subject only to the U.S. Supreme Court, will see evidence of Obama not being qualified for President as a Natural Born Citizen from a presidential candidate within his own party, supported by 10 current members of New Hampshire’s State Legislature, and a lawyer whose the most experienced constitutional eligibility lawyer in the United States: Orly Taitz.

In addition the Court will see evidence supporting the long form birth certificate being a forged document, along with collaborating evidence supporting its forgery from Obama’s misappropriated Social Security identification, his altered draft registration and recent tax records, as well as a stacked or gerrymandered political panel making up the N.H. Election Law Commission.

Support for this action has come from thousands of hours of volunteers and contributors from Patriots all across the United States and its twin action has already been filed in the Georgia Federal District Court. One of the advantages of New Hampshire’s action is it’s at the State Supreme Court Level already with Candidates who have been kept off the ballot by Democrat Operatives for Obama shamefully representing a very small tent in the previously heralded big tent of the Democrat Party.

Can the Birther Leaders Get Together?

Dear Fellow Birther Leaders:

Hello, and I hope you are well. For those who have asked about my Mom's bout with Lymphoma Cancer, Thank you for asking. She has successfully completed her 3rd round of chemo-therapy and is home and getting stronger. The third round marks the half way point through the recommended treatment- so 3 down, and 3 to go. Today I took her down to SLC, and we checked out the "Occupy Wall Street" protest happening in SLC's 'central park', there looks to be about at least 200 tents, and then we went to the Olive Garden. It seems a miracle to me that she even has the strength to do that, so I'm very happy with the results of the treatments thus far and thank God. Each treatment includes a 6 hour infusion of chemo therapy drugs, then 10 days of nupitan shots, and then we take off 11 days and do it again.

You know I received a 'note' or 'suggestion' from a citizen regarding Orly Taitz and I getting together, I haven't heard from Mrs. Taitz, about any prospective case being filed, or her wanting to work with me. I think her Social Security argument or case, when all is said and done is weak, based from a standpoint of proving 'harm', for the gentlemen whose Social Security Number is being used is deceased and is not using it, or complaining about Obama using it, and the Social Security Dept itself is not hurt by his use of it. Short of Orly appealing to an official Attorney General who then would file 'criminal' charges, I don't think its going to amount to a reckoning, accept in promotion, if it can be used, for 'public outrage'. This was also the case with her argument for 'military standing', it remains on hypothetical grounds the same as if someone on reserve 'might' be called up for standing, and or, as in the Staff sergeant Moran case, the military simply sees fit to 'honorable discharge' someone who doesn't want to work anymore.

The situation is grievous to say the least, and many of these candidates popping up for the 'eligibility' case and issue are also forgetting the 'Racist' tag they will face from the media just like Donald Trump did. Of course the main stream candidates have not forgot about their 'code of silence' being adhered to based on that tag and their own predicament, and those Candidates are the ones Donald Trump was used for. What this amounts to is a mis-use of quality legal representation funds. The attorney's have been wrong in their suppositions, Mario, Orly, and Phil, and Kreep are the big 4 used and on board for the eligibility issue, yet they collectively, I believe, have managed to collect the majority of "Birther Funds", or contributions from Birthers.

The argument for standing does remain strongest with a Presidential Candidate, however, just as important is that candidates ability to stand up against the Racist Charge, just as soon as the case see's any day light with the main stream media. Its ironic the Mainstream Media will cover 'racist charges' so quickly when they are levied by a black person ie. Candidate Cain v. Candidate Perry's fathers ranch rock, but thus far are unwilling to recognize the injustice and malign Obama's unconstitutional and unqualified campaign actually poses to mine as a qualified constitutional campaign. Unfortunately, the Main Stream Media and the 4 main Birther Lawyers have everything in common here, while I know all 4 attorneys I have written asking for help at least twice as leaders of The Birther Movement.

I mention this so that you, and others inquiring, will have a prospective of the view from my position. Along with the fact that my 'standing' can withstand the 'racist' charge, and the fact I've sued McCain and filed the *Motion for Joinder in Orly's case Barnett v. Obama, viewed over 2,500 times directly on my Scripd page, which she could have taken full advantage of but didn't, as well as my urging to Mario Apuzzo to help in Kerchner v. Obama, my Amicus Curiae in Phil Berg v. Obama, and my Amicus Curiae in Lt. Col. Terry Lakin case with Gary Kreep. I also was a witness in the 10th Amendment Court Case in New York Dr. Manning did as The CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial which has been sent to every Congressmen.
The collection of legal work I've filed and done surmised in this one paragraph constitutes well over $100,000, and I received not one contribution that covered this at all.

Now we can surmise the question "What good has any of this done?" Well, looking at the direct result, we have seen it accomplish nothing. We do not have a win in any Judicial Case that I have filed papers in, nor has Congress called for hearings based upon my testimony under oath delivered to them by a Peoples Court. Collectively however I have established what I call a Birther Resume that can withstand what Donald Trump could not withstand. Now if you placed a 'value' on something I have, that Donald Trump could not even afford, you'd have to say that's an 'Asset' to The Birther Movement or better yet our Constitution. That 'asset', hasn't not been valued by either the Mainstream Media, or the Big 4 Birther Attorneys, and I really don't think its because of interrupting a religious meeting that constituted my * charged criminally 18 years ago which record, is subject to well known object able facts that there was a violation of church and state in those proceedings. This could well become a considered a factor in the coming Presidential Debates as it pertains to the establishment of religion clause of the Constitution and candidates loyalty towards Church v. State when it comes to Gov. Romney and Gov. Huntsman, whose silence in my case, may come to be a factor in their own presidential candidacies, as a witness to their loyalty.

We must also surmise the totality of success of all of the Big 4 Attorneys work thus far with the same question, "What good has any of their work done?" If we look at the direct result, there have been 'No Judicial Wins", but more importantly none of them have the 'Asset' of withstanding the 'racist' charge, which silently can be factored in by a Federal Court Judge as well as any Appellant Court or Supreme Court.

Looking at this objectively, we can understand that Lawyers whom have said they represented The Birther Movement that have siphoned funds from The Birther Movement for their work, have less to show for it than I do, while they have ultimately refused my testimony and assistance while I have pleaded for theirs. If you were Obama and you could control the Birther Movement with part of the Billion dollars you had for the Presidential Campaign, controlling the Representation if you could would be a key. If you could deliberately control every dollar raised to support The Birther Movement there would be no doubt of your success?

You know , I'm not an licensed attorney but what I've learned about attorneys from my own personal and extensive experience is their slight of hand. They are claiming to defend you without putting forth the best defense possible, and these are facts we Birthers had better come to grips with. This has to do with money. Its plain and simple, rats work for cheese, and whoever has a big chunk of it, gets their attention.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you, not to aggrandize myself at all. I am the humble servant of our Constitution, but I've received a grand total of $120 dollars in contributions. It cost $350 to knock on a State Crt door, and $450 dollars to knock on the steps of a Federal Court, which I have thought about doing here in SLC and with a conservative Judge. We are still talking about an opposition that gets to respond and delay and file Motions themselves in a 3-5 year process. I would love to file in State Court in order to get to a State Supreme Court really fast, about electoral votes and petitions that are altered as well as Federal Court, but we're talking money and so far me and 2 other donors are it. It doesn't look good for The Birther Movement and where are all the 75% of Republicans who felt Obama was not qualified?

Many people don't see that the Primaries and Caucuses are coming quickly in January and their still thinking that the election is in November of 2012. The whole election of 2012 is being banked on and around the economy by Republicans, rather then the Constitution which has given us our economy. We still have an opportunity to get on ballots of Primaries and to influence caucuses, and to file court cases, but for God's sake are all Birthers so poor they can't contribute any money, or are they contributing to cases that are mis-directed on purpose?

My job as I see it is to be honest with you. Your job as I see it, is to evaluate the facts and write stories that may influence your readers. I may have spelled this out too directly to you and it probably could be said better but the points are clear. "Running as a Democrat" reached many people, but somehow we haven't touched and inspired them or provided to them the necessity of contributing to my campaign for the sake of our Constitution, which then I could proceed with making headlines by filing in court as well as being able to travel and stump my platform.

We see the headlines of the millions of dollars these candidates are raising for the fight which includes sweeping the Constitution under the carpet, stomping on it like its trash! Allowing the alleged fraud and forgery or Obama's administration to have a distinguished part of our United States history as the lustrous 44th President, yet we Birthers cannot raise even a hundred thousand dollars, which could be accomplished by 1,000 people contributing $100.

As the Presidential Candidate who has the ability to withstand the 'racist' tag the mainstream media that is all to ready to place on any successful candidate who raises Obama's eligibility question without having raised a finger to John McCain's foreign birth just as they did Donald Trump, I bear the burden of not inspiring people to contribute to my campaign. I confess I am at a loss without resources, however I most assuredly relay our cause is not lost if people understand the facts I've related to you. Perhaps you could put them together in an article somehow much better then I can?

Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "In every dark hour of our national life a leadership of frankness and vigor has met with that understanding and support of the people themselves which is essential to victory. I believe we as American's are suffering from a crisis in confidence right now because of lack of respect towards individual rights. We are told our own Constitution does not have any bearing on our lives; We are told that our rights don't matter; We are trodded down with calculated delay all the time we are sucked dry of our vitality.

From Ronald Reagan we have a warning which I think serves many Birthers who are discouraged and have become recluse in the fight: "I urge you to beware the temptation of pride -- the temptation of blithely declaring yourselves above it all and label both sides equally at fault, to ignore the facts of history and the aggressive impulses of an evil empire, to simply call the arms race a giant misunderstanding and thereby remove yourself from the struggle between right and wrong and good and evil."

We as Birthers know that our cause is within our Constitution, and this truth is on our side and this is our confidence. We must not fail to act in the most poignant way in which has shown itself to be true and faithful to our Constitution. I have pledged myself to that hope and confidence and hope to appeal to that within every patriot who still has a job, that together we can achieve what we see our Framers and Founders put down on paper. I challenge you to be among the 1,000 Patriots to contribute $100 and to pass it on.

However, isn't it fundamentally true also that the authors of articles such as this have some kind of cohesive bond with the points they represent? — As the 2012 election cycle heats up, the most pressing issue facing our nation today is the reinstatement of the U.S. Constitution as the Law of this Land, and the survival of our constitutional republic, complete with sovereign borders, the rule of law, states rights and a republican form of government guaranteed every citizen by the Constitution. There is no more pressing issue in America today…

As reinstating the U.S. Constitution is the highest priority of the 2012 election, and the fact that reinstating Article II requirements for the office of president is first and foremost in the effort to reinstate the constitution as the supreme law of this land, all presidential candidates must face the most vital question of the day.
Before being entrusted with the most powerful political office in our land and the world for that matter, I have only ONE question for every candidate seeking the office of President of the United States.

Based upon the mountain of evidence available which has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that Barack Hussein Obama II is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States, and is therefore, ineligible for the office of President according to Article II – Section 1 – Clause V which clearly states – “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;”- and as a candidate with legal standing to challenge the legitimacy of any fellow candidate, will you challenge Barack Hussein Obama’s right to even appear on the 2012 ballot?

Every candidate for the office of president has the legal standing to challenge Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office he is seeking re-election to in 2012.

The fact that Democrats were able to trick Americans into voting for an totally ineligible candidate in 2008 has no bearing on the fact that the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on American voters cannot be allowed to continue.

Wait just a minute; Here we go with the bait and switch. According to JB a natural born citizen has parents who are citizens and are born in the United States. John McCain has repeatedly been given a pass by JB Williams even though McCain was born outside the United States in the foreign nation of Panama. How can you have it both ways JB, prosecuting Obama but not McCain and standing up for all the Republicans whose vote was lost on an unqualified candidate as well as Democrats? JB makes every apology for McCain given his parents were serving in the military and our Constitutions Founders would have excused him too?

Our Founders knew very well about military wars in foreign lands, yet their only exception was also placed into the Constitution as "or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution" which was the grandfather clause for the Founders themselves.

Its a well known fact, McCain orchestrated the non binding U.S. Sen. Res 511 which declared him a 'natural born citizen' in 2008 before Obama was made a nominee of the Democrat party, so how was this a trick of the Democrat party JB?

I'm a natural born citizen JB and I didn't need Congress to tell me so but McCain actually has repeatedly been told by Congress he was naturalized. Yes,.. it was in1937 that Congress passed an Act making children born prior in the Panama Canal Zone citizens. McCain was born in 1936 11 months to early and 100 yards too short as you might say.

This is the 'naturalization' process McCain fell under. He was not born in a military hospital. McCain's forthrightness to make his documents available in 2008 doesn't make it any more legitimate constitutionally speaking. That’s like saying the robber of the bank Voters Credit Union should be let go because he told them he was going to rob the bank ( McCain) instead of not telling them (Obama).

Of course my own law suit against McCain and the RNC before he was made the nominee by the Republican Party was filed and served in plenty of time, so we could say with JB's logic, that this was the 'trick' used to cover for McCain in order to make him the R nominee, because no one breathed a word about the law suit at the Republican National Convention and all the leaders new about it... even Mitt Romney.

My post here isn't to try to place blame on either R's or D's, but to accept reasonably the Constitutional Error by both parties towards the American People, who expect them to preserve and protect the Constitution but many in The Birther Movement refuse this truth. My law suit was not ruled upon until after the election was over and all the votes had been wasted on candidates who were not qualified. Indeed we can hardly expect a Fed. District Crt. Judge to rule upon or against the American People entirely, but we could hope that if they had been deceived about their candidates that to protect our elections we could have found one judge to put a stop to it, but we didn't, even though complaints were filed in time by a candidate in the race.

Indeed prophetically, we must ask how Matt 24:24 ' the very elect might be deceived? ' could possibly happen in our modern day world. Obama was in the White House and I as the only candidate in the 2008 election to sue both McCain and Obama that could withstand the 'racism' charge leveled by the media against anyone daring to charge Obama was ignored and was not supported even by Birthers.

Flash Forward to 2012 do we see any Republican Candidates standing up against Obama's Eligibility? No not one who had anything to do with the 2008 Elections or judicially challenged McCain or Obama. Do you think we know why? Well if you want BIG you have got to recall Donald Trump and the Long Form Birth Certificate uncovering, he claimed to unearth, as a service to all of us, but at what price? Bob Schieffer, Whoopi Goldberg on the View, all tagged him a Racist. Do you not think that every Republican Candidate was watching that ‘racist tag’ placed on Donald Trump especially when the polls showed huge support for him as a candidate and Trump leading the race he was only considering?

The very real truth was Republican Candidates got the message very clearly. You challenge Obama on eligibility and we (the media) have a very good claim of racist charges against you and is that really so hard to see when you remember McCain in that equation? Remember those charges are not thrown about lightly and there isn't a Republican Candidate who could stand up against them either, no candidate could. The evidence supports those who gave McCain a 'pass' quietly painted themselves into a corner of the room and couldn't get out no matter how big the gorilla in the room was, they lost their political might.

Let me say I couldn't agree more, and you would think that having said this JB Williams might have written a word about my candidacy doing exactly that, not only as a crow bar against Republican Candidates muted silence, but for the principle of the matter in great excitement but it’s clear he only wrote that to try and strong arm the 2012 candidates who are silent rather then support one who isn’t.

Please don't forget JB that Mitt Romney was a candidate in 2008 and falls under that justice you’re talking about. Jon Huntsman was working as Obama's Ambassador in China and had money and power to bring it to the front. Ron Paul was a candidate and as well as Michele Bachmann was a Congressmen in 2010 when the House became Republican, but not one single jot or title towards "Qualification hearings of the ineligible Obama", even with his own release of a forged document, and disqualifying revelation of his foreign father. Congressmen Paul called Obama’s eligibility a ‘distraction’. Did I miss anyone, The maybe of Sarah Palin; was McCain's Vice President choice, she couldn't bring it could she?

Well, if principle was made over party, one might see she very well could have, and didn't. Is it any surprise to anyone Marco Rubio, also having a foreign born father naturalized when Marco was approximate 4 years old is seriously being courted by the GOP as an access door to the Latino Vote again away from principle?

I've been thinking about this and its hard not to see that those people we 'elect' are indeed 'shepherds' of our Constitution swearing with an oath to preserve and protect it. How could the elect be deceived? The shepherds let down their guard? What if the shepherds were the elect?

So many have placed the emphasis on deceit, and seen the elect as who? Certainly not our Elected Officials? Why not? Has there ever been so much fraud and forgery we have seen witnessed in Obama's long form birth certificate and all of the U.S. House and all of the U.S. Senate, our elected officials and shepherds, silent? If you want a modern day prophesy fulfilled to your own eyes asking how that the elect could be deceived, you might just have seen a revelation of the Bible fulfilled in our 2008-2011 Congress and all the Presidential Candidates in 2012 , save one.


For those so stunned by these revelations, it’s nothing new. We've all known this and seen it as an inconvenient truth. What can and should be done about it is about what I hope you'll listen to and it really wouldn't take that much effort by a small number of people reminiscent of our American Revolution.

If everyone in The Birther Movement would circle their wagons around me as a 2012 Candidate, of which I am registered legally with the Federal Election Commission, we could push our way in to the Democrat Primaries very easily by registering as Democrats and voting for me in the Caucuses and Primaries as well as contributing to my campaign which you can do by making a check out and sending it to :

With just a little support from everyone, I'm almost positive Obama will not make it to the 2012 General Election. If he does and Republican's think they can beat him without raising the 'TRUTH' as a standard of our Constitution, then they are really no better than Obama himself as for sweeping dirt under the carpet. If your okay with that dirt, the issues of freedom and liberty in our individual rights also in the Constitution your sacrificing by silent dismissal.

This support needs to happen now. Many People forget that the Primaries happen starting as early as late January and early February for Iowa, New Hampshire, even Hawaii. Wouldn't it be great to defeat Obama in Hawaii with a presentation that shows what a fraud and forgery his identity is? Don't think Democrats are all bad people because of Obama anymore then Republicans are all bad people because of McCain, they were both ineligible and I can hammer that message through with power and the stand I took in 2008 as evidence.

Please everyone that may read this, you can do your part. If you’re not able to send any cash, you can write JB Williams and others informing them of their leadership ability and voice that is needed here and now supporting my candidacy. I have worked tirelessly on my campaigns in 2008 and now in 2012 because I believed in your ability to support the principles I have supported in the race for President. For those interested I am posting a couple of the emails I have received from JB Williams in 2009 in the good faith that shows he does not respect one of the two prong test in Natural Born Citizen. That of being born in the United States. The reason for this as you can surmise is he has justified Sen. John McCain's foreign soil birth with an excuse of military parents which our Founders neither sanctioned or placed in the Constitution knowing and having much experience with military wars in foreign lands. Their exception: ' or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.'

This is JB's fruitless stand to try and make the Eligibility Demand of the Constitution a partisan stand, rather then a Constitutional Stand. To his chagrin Republicans as I told him in 2009 would never raise the issue because it had become a racist stand because of their support for Sen. John McCain who was 'naturalized' in 1937 by an Act of Congress specifically for those born there. McCain was born 11 months too early and 100 yards to far away so to speak, and not born in any military hospital, not to mention as well, the 2008 non binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 declaring John McCain a Natural Born Citizen without approval by the House or signed by a President. Nothing speaks more highly of the non natural born citizen John McCain as two acts of Congress glaring in the sun light of 'naturalization' because Natural Born Citizens don't need acts of Congress telling them they are natural born citizens. The law speaks out against the Republicans forsaking the Constitution and then covering it up with their loss to Obama which may have been well deserved because of their own abandonment of the Constitution.

Below are two letters received from JB Williams were from 2009, long before Donald Trump was called a 'racist' by the mainstream media Bob Schieffer, Whoopi Goldberg and many others. Those charges blast the racism charge upon all the Republican Candidates of 2012 if they dared to mention Obama's ineligibility making what I told JB Williams in 2009 true and way ahead of the politics of that time. CORRECT - Native and natural are two different things as well. Look them up.

WRONG - The Law of Nations influenced the Founding fathers and there design, including Article II of the Constitution and the general foundation of "natures laws" as the supreme power in this land. But the Law of Nations were never incorporated as "part of our national common law."

3) "According to that law as explained by E. Vattel"

First, Vattel wrote an "opinion" based upon his interpretation of the Law of Nations. In doing so, he completely ignored the history driving the writing and passage of that law, namely, establishing that a "natural born child" of the Royal Family would be such, no matter where they were born, as a matter of bloodline, not birth place. Further, you cherry pick Vattel, ignoring this statement "The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children;" and this one "I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country." from Vattel.

4) The 14th Amendment is NOT related and has NO bearing on the matter - CORRECT!

5) "Never having been changed, the original constitutional meaning of a "natural born Citizen" prevails today."

CORRECT AGAIN! But instead of reading Vattel, you should try reading the Law of Nations and the history behind it. If you do that, you will learn that Vattel had an opinion different than the text and history of the Law of Nations.

6) "Not holding McCain to the law and holding Obama to it at the time of his birth with his 17 year old mother not a U.S. Citizen long enough to give her son U.S. Natural Born Status before marrying into Kenya and British allegience, is or must be racist? It is the only conclusion?"

DEAD WRONG and overtly childish. It has nothing whatsoever to do with race. It has to do with the fact that McCain is the natural son of TWO American parents and Obama is NOT. Nothing else... Like all good leftists, you want it to be about race. If that makes you sleep better, knock yourself out. But if Obama was purple and McCain was green, McCain would still be the son of TWO US citizens and Obama still wouldn't be. Your problem isn't that I hold Obama accountable on this basis, because you do too. Given the odds of a Dem delegate choosing you, a constitutionist, I think the most important thing is to get the publicity, get people talking about obummo's challenger, get them talking/thinking about o's elig issue all through the election.

Its never hopeless so long as a few people decide its time to work together. ;) You got it. Yes, we will need Delegates to choose me. Won't that be hard? Many people think that all the D's are behind Obama. Nothing could be further from the truth. They are abandoning Obama by flocks and herds and there is great turmoil within the D Party right now itself because they know many in the Tea Party are D's who have left the D Party, and are so demoralized about the hi jacking of the real Democrat Party they are ready to take action against Obama.

The Democrat Party that MLK Jr. represented in Civil Rights found in the Constitution, the Dem Party that JFK molded and shaped. You know JFK even wanted to put us back on the gold standard, which is fiscal responsibility. The Dem Party is made up of many diverse groups that in short are wonderful people. Obama high jacked the party with deception and foreign money right out of the gate.. it was foul. It was almost like they couldn't get their balance and were taken advantage of. Obama has betrayed the Democrat Party on so many fronts that they are ready to break, but they won't break for a Republican because it demands swallowing too much pride. It needs to be done in increments. If they will break first for "me" against Obama, that is where we need to begin.

Can you imagine a presentation to Democrat Delegates on the forgery as 'neutrally presented as possible, creating 'doubt' with the thought that R's are just waiting for the right time and that they need to abandon ship now for the sake of the party? Obama is trying so hard to maintain 'independents' and a few R's he's forgotten about his 'home base'.

Picture, if you will, wild horses being stirred up more and more until they break right through the corral wall. Obama's doing all the work to stir them up too, that's what’s so beautiful. He continues a war campaign in Libya reminiscent of Bush in Iraq that infuriated Democrats. He flips the bird at those concerned about smog and emissions touting policies far worse the Bush did. Hey, any day that Keith Olbermann agrees with Dick Cheney and disagrees with Obama is a Democrat Manifesto to abandon ship. That happened over Labor Day Weekend if you all didn't see it.

What we need to do... What can we do... Make'em Talk?

Informing people with your bull horn about the process is a very big key to success. I was thinking about how amazing this campaign is. I mean think about it. How often can someone in the Democrat Party move around and associate themselves with conservative circles? That is a rarity and its unique! You’re absolutely right on as far as getting people talking about Obama’s challenger. Hey the Republican nomination is filled with so many it’s going to be a blood bath choosing a nominee. Don’t bet that if Mitt Romney wins Rick Perry remembers his Democrat roots and throws support outside the Republican Party in a bitter angry tirade.

The Republican Party is far from united and the amount of candidates in the race is a testimony to its splintering up. Obama is counting on that and encouraging it and that provides another reason for we, as The Birther Movement, not to wait until the last game of the season to act politically against Obama in front of the R's. Obama has a slew of tricks up his sleeve for last minute plays in the General Election that won't work as well for him in a Primaries or Caucus for each State that start up as early as end of January. That's only 5 short months away.

What is so far removed from Obama’s mind that he isn’t concerned about it? The answer is “me”. What do I represent? Exactly what he did towards the United States Constitution, a a domestic enemy. I'm Obama's domestic enemy, or enemy within his own Party. Domestic enemies are far worse the foreign enemies, and its the cover of his domestic standard that is hurting us, so I offer The Birther Movement a headquarter right within the Democrat Party. People will look and talk about that because it’s terrifying.

Obama is acting as a foreign born domestic enemy and exposure is the key. Tyranny fails with the truth. The Birther Movement is comprised of many people and it’s the 75% of Republicans that need to be exposed to my candidacy and support it with one day’s labor. That would be the end of Obama. Their own Republican Candidates would pick up the issue because they’d see it was important to their constituency. The Birther Movement if it so chose to unite behind my candidacy would be the biggest prod towards Republican Candidates. Let's face it, Candidates move according to what's important to voters and when Trump was wielding a sword there were signs even Bachmann was swirling around the question, "How do we handle this?" She used 'attestation' as an excuse for Congress not holding hearings, but that excuse wouldn't last any longer. (Google Bachmann Attestation and my name.)

If WND, Orly Taitz, Canadian Free Press, Mario Appuzzo, The Post & Email, Dr. Manning, The Birther Summit Folks, everyone in The Birther Movement , if they all for 1 day would support my candidacy guess what? They'd be talkn about the circling wagons within The Birther Movement and it would scare the shit out of them. Let's face it, there will always be time to support your favorite R candidate in the General Election if you so choose, or if and when I'm flattened by the Obama steam roller, so what is really the harm in supporting me? Its a win win for you. If I win, Obama's out: If I lose, you still get to vote in the General Election. Doesn't The Birther Movement mean enough to you to at least support my campaign through the Primaries?

If I win the Iowa Primary let’s consider that OUR dreams coming true, because it’s a crippling blow to Obama, just like Rocky cutting the Russian with his punch in Rocky IV, as Rocky's trainer said to him in the movie, "You see, he bleeds, he's not a machine!" More Republicans would come our way because we were united and speaking as one just like 70% of R's were ready to throw in with Donald Trump over the Birther Issue. Congress would be shaking in their boots, The Tea Party would swing and remember its roots, and Congress would buckle for Hearings on verification of qualification, or, Obama would resign the White House under his own Party’s Request over being shattered totally for the next 50 years. These are some of the touchdowns we have to look forward to if we unite our campaigns against Obama within the Presidential Race. You can maintain everything you’re doing independently, but let us be united in this Democrat Primary against Obama.

I called Pastor Manning of the Manning Report just recently (Youtube video posted below) to share my concern for our country. Boils down that I have not gone in to work last Thurs. and Fri. First time I was AWOL in nearly 13 years. Until B. Obama provides a birth certificate which stands up to professional examination, not even mentioning the seriousness of the fact that his father was never an American, I no longer serve the Armed Forces or take orders.

There is a big gathering of The Birther Movement that is being called “The Birther Summit” scheduled for March of 2012; 30 second spot here. The organizers putting it together I don’t know personally, though I have emailed Executive Director Dean C. Haskins, they have published a preliminary list of notables speakers to address audiences at the Summit. They know about me and what I’ve done in The Birther Movement, but have refused to ask me or respond to my submission to help in any way or to be of service as a speaker thus far.

The list of speakers includes notables in the Birther Movement such as ever outspoken Rev. James David Manning, Pamela Barnett, Linda Bentley, Miki Booth and Neil Turner all of which were at or participated in the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial. All of whom know of my potential run President in 2012 and all of which know of my run in 2008.

Some other notables include attorney Orly Taitz and Mario Apuzzo, and the Terry Lakin Action Fund all of which have conducted, as or by attorneys, cases against Obama for clients challenging Obama’s eligibility, most dismissed because of a lack of standing.

All of these patriots undoubtedly have known first hand of my Article II Patriot Stand and Birther Resume from the interview conducted by Ms. Sharon Rondeau of the Post and email June 15th, 2011. All of these citizens know that any candidate standing against Obama who didn’t sue Sen. John McCain gets a ‘racist’ tag or pin on them by the mainstream media. That much is agreed upon by everyone I think.

Whether in as a messenger, or a spoiler, Donald Trump’s brief flirt with the issue, in a concocted potential run for President received the very spirited RACIST pin or tag by more than 2/3’rds of the major media outlets. Getting back to the idea that all these Birther Summit Notables know me but refuse to advocate or insist I speak with them shoulder to shoulder is kind of, well, disappointing to me.

To understand that all these people whom I have fought with side by side think so little of all the work and service I’ve done so far in upholding the Constitution. To realize they must think I’m a bigger liability than help is sad to me and hurts a little. Perhaps this is because I stood up to the LDS Church officials in a free speech protest and chastisement and landed me in prison for 8 years nearly 20 years ago. Rev. Manning certainly seems to be doing the same thing I did however against Mitt Romney and Glenn Beck now days (VIDEO about 5:15min -5:40min), chastising the Mormon Religion as he did most recently here, so that would be conflicting interest on their own behalf in a matter that was constitutionally speaking unjust upon me. These are uncalculated mistakes and a disillusionment of aligned truths everybody.

The other critical mistake is that in doing so there is a rallying cry around The Birther Movement, but a failure by the movement to rally around a presidential candidate that could gather more support in opposing Obama’s second unconstitutional usurpation of an election through the Presidential Race or Contest in 2012. The Summit scheduled for March 2012 misses the February Caucus in Iowa that is the first really big battle report in the Presidential Race.

It’s clear within The Birther Movement those actors all want to disassociate themselves with me rather than support me as I have received no support or encouragement from them after the rather large feature story in The Post & Email entitled “Good Men Cannot Sit Idly By And Do Nothing”, and the follow-up Potential Presidential Candidate Want to Bring Up Eligibility Issue nearing more than a month ago now. Not one dollar or call of support from any of these major players within the Birther Movement on their blogs or loud horns for my strong stand on Obama’s Eligibility within the Presidential Contest of 2012 though I have now received some support from citizens who are grasping the importance of this which I need more of very quickly in order not to fall from the fingertips I'm holding on by.

In fact upon the strategic press release published by CNN’s iReport considering a run as a Democrat entitled "Could the Birther Affect Explode in the Democrat Party on Obama", because everyone of the Republican Presidential Candidates are utterly wasted failures in the defense of our Constitution and are rather in the silent order of supporting Obama’s ineligibility, and thusly Obama’s plan of deficit spending which exceeds pevious presidents combined which is more than the cumulative total of the national debt held by the public that was amassed by all U.S. presidents from George Washington through Ronald Reagan, now upwards by 40%, a pretty good start in collapsing the dollar in a single 3 years, some very prominent facts are understood.

Obama’s out sourcing those dollars to foreign banks and collectively working on invasions in Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq to the tune of 4 Trillion dollars taking on the socialized Marxist stand that anyone opposing Governments in place for decades deserved the United States full support militarily without the slightest consideration of who we were supporting in the spring revolutions like the Muslim Brotherhood or the interest of say, Iran, Russia, China, or Saudi Arabia interest over our own, is in theory supported by Birthers who fail to support a worthy candidate on the eligibility issue. All of these major Birther Movement actors refuse to support a candidate who is standing up against Obama’s Eligibility and can do so without being tagged or pinned a racist as I can, because of my stand against Sen. John McCain. While spending money is a talent Obama is also out scoring the GOP Candidate combined 86 million to 35 million

I did receive a note from Retired Captain Pamela Barnett who upon reading the CNN’S iReport said “Do it! Do it! Do it!”, but then instead of offering her support for my candidacy said “ I’ll do it to”, without regard or perhaps understanding of the fact that she’d face a huge ‘racist’ tag or charge just the same way that Donald Trump did.
This leads me to an understanding of why The Birther Movement while big has indeed struggled. While I have called for their services and support and they have noticed mine, they ultimately have refused to support by word or deed thus far anyway my candidacy. The problem with that is they refuse to support by word and deed anyone who can withstand the racist charge within the Presidential Contest of 2012 or to recollect exactly the message of potential candidate Donald Trump, which was “You cannot run for President in 2012 and oppose Obama on his eligibility while you gave Sen. John McCain a pass in 2008 because it shows your mentality as a RACIST”.

If Pamela Barnett thinks she can get past that very big example of Donald Trump she’s wrong. She maybe successful within The Birther Movement, but it would be a sad victory because basically it is ‘racist’, and those that did so must forever ask themselves why they let Sen. John McCain have a pass and did not sue him also for he was not born in the United States but was actually born in Panama a foreign nation, just as Kenya maybe for Obama. When either man goes back to his birth place, was it the United States of America? No it wasn’t! Neither forgery or fraud will every corrupt the truth or the loyalty of one’s place of birth by natures law, which is far stronger than any man- made law which opposes the force of nature.

Why or how could anyone support McCain and place Obama on the barbeque? It reeks of Racism! Do you think the American People are so dumb as to not catch that? This leads me to the question of what to do about it?

I can call them on it and say listen this is what you’re doing and why it doesn’t make any sense or I can forget about them and their work just as they have done with mine. I’d would rather have their support and recognize them for their parts they have played and for their own sacrifices in work, time, and talent. They are great people but I don’t think they understand or recognize what’s happened or the significance of what’s happened with Donald Trump. They couldn’t have had a bigger example of what happens on the front line with Obama, yet they refuse to support someone who can get through the racist charge.

The only other thing I can do is run the ball around them, fighting as a Democrat and get Obama disqualified in the Democrat Party before February making The Birther Summit unnecessary. Because I have sought their support but they haven’t sought mine, I think they are in it for more attention and credit of bringing Obama down then defense of the Constitution and here’s why.

If the Constitution is at the heart of your reasoning they would use any and every thing available to them to win the battle, just as I have requested their help. Does their not wanting to use me seem to you a plan to disassociate the Presidential Contest from the fight and thus the central means and or vehicle Obama used to run right into the White House with? How can you possible explain that logic of that battle plan? We’re going to oppose Obama but ignore the vehicle he used to get where he’s at? We want to destroy every vehicle around him, but we don’t want to touch the vehicle that got him where he’s at in 2012 - the same one that he rode in on in 2008?

Hummmm, that almost sounds like Republican strategy of opposing Obama on policy but not principle or character.

That seems to me the definition of a stupid battle plan but it does open a smidgen of hope for the Democrat Party to continue its existence. Let’s explore that a little bit. By eliminating Obama based upon the affluence of Sen. John McCain, they the Democrat Party saves face with the American People. They come clean on their own Constitutional terms not on Republican Terms by exposing Obama’s Forgery within the U.S. Senate controlled by Democrats right now, they pin the tail of the donkey on McCain within the U.S. Senate Judicial Committee controlled by Democrat United States Senators right now. They have the ball and they will make the call.

You know there is the ethical understanding of Senate Resolution 511 that was used to declare Sen. John McCain a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ contrary to natural laws that really don’t need defining. That in and of itself defies the logic of Constitutional soundness and even then Senator Hillary Clinton mentioned that it, and presumably along with it the character of Sen. John McCain and Republican support drawn into its precepts, hangs by a legal thread (pg 17). Talk about the ultimate weapon backfiring on Republicans and every major player in the Birther Movement at this time … did you just see that?

Not only do you eliminate Obama constitutionally, but you eliminate every future Birther Law Suit filed against the Democrat Party in damages because they failed to file on Sen. John McCain based upon their racially motivated actions. You can rest assured if Obama is removed any other way, every attorney like Orly Taitz , Phil Berg, Mario Apuzzo will be filing cases on behalf of their clients for damages retroactively.
