Book: Taking A Stand - The conservative independent Voice
The Constitutional Crisis presented by Obama's Ineligibility expands into near 554,000,000 million acres that are included in Obama's massive usurpation into States for 46 National Monuments created during his occupation of the Oval Office. The hitch is the 1906 Antiquities Act requires a Qualified person under the Constitution who is President under the Standard of the U.S. Constitution's demand for a [natural born Citizen] which represents 'America's Choice' in Born in the U.S. to U.S. Citizen Parents.
The following chart shows a staggering abuse of Presidential Powers with Obama's use of the 1906 Antiquities' Act established for President's to set aside historical sites and create national monuments from federal lands to protect significant natural, cultural, or scientific features.
While many supporters of Obama declared the 'natural born Citizen' requirement antiquated to modern times, when it come to the Antiquities' Act's authority, environmentalist celebrated Obama's reach back to claim in his legacy 46 such sites.
American's seeking State's Rights on these lands have chorused that doing such come at the price of higher fuel cost, and a foreign dependence on many natural resources forcing American to be subjects of the Middle East reserves of oil, gas, and other natural elements that may be produced here.
The problem for President Trump said Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke is the Antiquities Act doesn't authorize a president to rescind a Monument. UT. Representative R- Rob Bishop has orchestrated an effort to restore the Bears Ears National Park back to the State of Utah and Utahans have bristled at the Federal Government's continuous intrusion on it's public lands.
Representative Bishop was a Teacher of civics classes at Brigham City's Box Elder High School from 1974 to 1980 where the Petitioner 3X Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy of Judy v. Obama now in the Tenth Circuit Court Case No. 17-4055, graduated in 1984. Judy has also brought the challenge to the United States Supreme Court in Case No. 12- 5276 & 14-9396 and has also submitted an Application to the newest Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch - a courtesy copy which was also submitted and recorded on the Tenth Circuit Docket 17-4055.
The courtesy copy was filed and recorded in the Tenth Circuit Court on April 26th which gave 30 days for Obama to give a response if he wanted to. Obama has declined to respond. The Application to Justice Gorsuch was signed for by the U.S. Supreme Court Clerk on April 13th, 2017.
In a procedural letter sent from the Tenth Circuit Court Clerk Elisabeth A. Schumaker to Petitioner Cody Robert Judy April 24th, 2017 the following language exists about service to the Defendants/Appellees:
"Failure to file a Brief is grounds for dismissal without further notice. Copies must be served on all apposing counsel and all unrepresented parties. The Clerk may refuse to file any brief which does not comply with the rules and the court's instructions."
In other words any Motion, Brief or Document filed by the Court in the Court has indeed come with certification that the Defendant's/Appellees were served or it would not be Docketed by the Clerk. This is longstanding Court procedure so Obama's silence and failure to respond is not without notice of all the documents.
The Brief in the Tenth Circuit has been filed and a Tenth Circuit Opinion is expected within a month with about two weeks left for Obama to respond to the Brief filed and served to him in the Tenth Circuit that includes the evidence presented by Arizona Sheriff Joe's Arpaio's Cold Case Posse entitled 9 Points of Forgery exhibited as Obama's long form birth certificate represented by Obama while he was in the White House and presented to the White House Press Core in April 27th 2011.
A new Fund Raising Effort is now underway to expose to the Public what the Main Stream Media has thus far sought to cover-up. While the Main Stream Media today was obsessed with saying Jared Kushner not be a subject or a target by the FBI, Comey refused to produce his Memos saying President Trump inserted himself in the alleged Russian probe ln a letter to Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), and without any trigger man to prosecute conservative news outlet Sean Hannity has gone mum on Seth Rich either being the informant for the DNC or against the DNC and releasing information to WikiLeaks, the public is for the most part in the dark on the Case going on in the Tenth Circuit which could restore near five hundred fifty four million (554,000,000) acres to the States and present Obamacare as unconstitutional by the virtue of not having the opportunity to be presented to a legally qualified President for either a Veto or Qualified Signature.

~Trump Tumultuous Clouds Gather ~
Forgetting Obama's Eligibility
Hundreds of millions of Americans are watching. The biggest stage in American Politics is the Office of the President, and Republicans are now in the cross-hairs of witnessing, grappling, and evaluating the man they Elected just six months ago on the brink of formal impeachment hearings with the alleged WaterGate Type stumble President Trump made in the alleged hazy clouded lines of obstruction of justice. In the proceedings against former national security adviser Mike Flynn after just 24 days on the job, the May 9th firing of FBI Director James Comey, has now become the focus based on statements in meetings and inferred as recorded by both President Trump and allegedly Comey in some fashion.
President Trump tweeted Comey better not become a lose cannon to the MSM with the threat:
"James Comey better hope that there are no 'tapes' of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!" wrote Trump at 8:26 a.m. Friday.
Afterwards, NYT reports of Comey Meetings allegedly reported a Memo he wrote a day after his firing of a meeting with President Trump as:
“I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go,” Mr. Trump told Mr. Comey, according to the memo. “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.” the president told Mr. Comey.
Mr. Trump’s request is the vague evidence that the president has allegedly tried to directly influence the Justice Department and F.B.I. investigation into links between Mr. Trump’s associates and the Russian Government in an ongoing narrative the Democrats have pushed hard.
Late Tuesday, Representative R-UT Jason Chaffetz, the Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee, did demand that the F.B.I. turn over by May 24 all “memoranda, notes, summaries and recordings” of discussions between Mr. Trump and Mr. Comey which should air the Truth of Comey's Witness. Acting FBI Director McCabe under oath recognized no interference in FBI Investigation to specifically asked questions that seem to back Trump' s assertions.
The U.S. Justice Department, in the face of rising pressure from Capitol Hill, named former FBI chief Robert Mueller on Wednesday as special counsel to investigate alleged Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election and possible collusion between President Donald Trump's campaign and Putin.
Vice President Mike Pence announced a new Leadership PAC "Great America Committee" seen by many to be a War Chest for Election Wednesday. Just a few days ago Hillary Clinton announced a new fundraising CHARITY 401(c)4 "Onward Together" that allows for donors to remain anonymous, and for donors to give all they want. Democrat Fundraising for Congress has surged with more steam than all of MT. St. Helen in 2015.
Many don't remember 18 1/2minute gap that served as incriminating evidence in the Nixon Watergate Scandal that lead to President Nixon's resignation from the Office of the President. This is the sort of thing that Trump opened himself up to inferring 'Comey better hope there were no tapes of our conversation'. That statement opens up the question for Congress to subpoena White House Tapes in an investigation and Comey's alleged Memo has already met with a Congressional subpoena.
Trump supporters may not realize the Tumultuous Trump Clouds overhead or even how Trump could open himself up to such until they realize Trump's mouth may have gotten him in to the White House but it could also be his mouth that ends his term prematurely.
It's true, besides Trump's Interview on The View wherein the only thing that was discussed was President Obama's eligibility and Trump's repeated phrase "I think he should show his Birth Certificate" which garnered him boo's and hisses, Trump outside of the bullhorn arena has done nothing as or in an Elected Office before becoming President of the United States besides write checks to both Republican and Democrats who were in Elections.
When he did enter the President Race of 2016, he all but suspended The Birthers View when just a month and a half before the 2016 Election and prior to the final Sheriff Joe Arpaio Press Conference held December 2016 presenting 9 POINTS of FORGERY on Obama's Birth Certificate, Trump said,
"President Obama was born in the United States — period," Trump said after a campaign event featuring decorated veterans endorsing him.
What has not been widely reported by the Media was the apparent collaboration between Trump & Obama that culminated in what very well may have been Trump's Compromise on Obama's Eligibility in a Business Favor from Obama while in Office. Of course this would implicate both men in a Fraud against the Constitution of the United States of America, with the America People paying the stiffest price in Fraudulent Elections and compromised Votes.
The clearest evidence remains the timing in which Trump went on The View and also Received the bid to remodel the Old Post Office, from Obama's newly appointed GSA Director, which became the 9th Trump Hotel in a bidding war that resulted in shock to much bigger Hotel Bidders involved in the coveted property detailed from the 9minutes 30 second mark on the Video Rewarding Forgery Awarding Fraud.
What the Obama-Trump-Alliance did was compromise the U.S. Constitution and "moot" Trump's leverage of Obama's Ineligibility. At the same time Trump was being called a 'Racist" by the MSM for standing up for the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of the President, he was being paid to weather the racist storm in the lining of his pockets with a coveted property.
What Obama never thought Trump would do was actually run or be President, and that the underlying 'Birther Claim' Hillary Clinton shot out in Debate, would catapult him into the Office of the President by good ole fashion Americans who saw the 'racist' label unwarranted in a stand for the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of President. Trump maximized his leverage, but angered those who he'd made the bargain with in getting more mileage then they had suspected in a way that may have touched the devil's rage in purgatory.
Trump may indeed be the recipient now in MSM's vitriol and Congress's Cross-hairs of what amounts to crossing the devil's divide. Countless Obama and Clinton Scandals have gone without Hearings or been all together recognized and watered down to hazing kids just having fun. Trump in the devils due, may instead receive a hypocrites reward in giving ground he should not have given, and in taking ground for a price that outrages Americans.
Sheriff Joe from the get-go was a great supporter of Candidate Trump I think based on his perception Trump was an outsider who could actually push the Washington DC Republican and Democratic Party Establishments off their Obama Cover-Up Game. After Sheriff Joe's December 2016 [9 POINTS OF FORGERY Press Conference], where was Trump in that Constitutional Resolve? The answer was "no where to be found" and "silent".
Trump's idea that he could actually double deal the devil AND hire him to work for him in Washington DC, may have pitched well to the mirror, but in the leaks out of the White House to the Press, has really amounted to a double barrel shotgun blast through a pale he hoped to carry water in delivering his promises. It seems now Trump's fighting his own hand-made Establishment from both Republicans and Democrats who surround him and "they" are using the MSM to reign Trump in.
We all know the devil has a lot of tricks up his sleeve, and the Washington DC Establishments are not without past years playbooks with "Nixon Blues" playing on their minds. The biggest problem for Trump may indeed have been not understanding "the job" description in his first Oath, not as a businessman, but as a President charged with preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States.
Trump said as a Candidate he wanted to give back to a Country who had given so much, but he has failed to take a stand on the qualifications for the Office of the President citing like Obama when he finally got in the Office, "more pressing matters".
Well, when it comes to the Office of the President of the United States of America, and the occupation of it by foreigners to the qualifications of the U.S. Constitution, Trump may very well have an argument with God ghosting him rather than blessing him not to stumble and fall or in other words turning him over to the devils deal he thought he had won or could beat?
I am reminded that as a Birther I'm no stranger to the rain and robbers are not required in the Office of the President, but courage and commitment for Principles are. I hope you will encourage Trump to Restore the Constitution. Allowing Obama's Influence in his Administration and keeping the people around who were part of a usurpation, has been and might be Trump's Burnt Toast and the end of Trump as President. Taking that seriously is not hard to comprehend when you see what's happening.

Cody Robert Judy might be best described as a Wild Man, his hairs long and he's got quite the record, but sometimes that is exactly what is necessary. He is the bastion of Birthers, who are credited by Valerie Jarrett and Hillary Clinton to be the pejorative of the loss to President Donald J. Trump. Now with his Tenth Circuit Appeal and Emergency Application to Individual Justice Neil Gorsuch governed by Rule 22 of the U.S. Supreme Court for a Petition of Mandamus, he says there is a call for 'retreat' among Birthers who are or have given up. To that he has issued a call to Patriots everywhere to "Hold The Line" and made a promise that if he wins his Court Cases, everyone who has contributed to him over his Presidential Candidacies of 2008, 2012, and 2016 will receive 3X back what they contributed, up to 1 Million dollars!
MAY 12- 2010 - Seven Years ago today the picture on the left was taken of Cody working in the temporary office Atlah World Missionary Church provided while he was staying there summoned to New York as a witness in the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial. He was the only Presidential Candidate there. The Jury, picked from all over America to serve as Jurist in the Tenth Amendment Trial hosted by Dr. James David Manning , heard his Testimony. In doing so, Cody became the only Presidential Candidate in U.S. History to take the Witness Stand and under oath swear that Obama was not a "natural born Citizen" qualified to serve under the Constitutional provisions which are required for that particular office. Cody literally made the trip across the Nation from Nevada with only enough money to buy gas to get there, not even knowing if his testimony would be used or asked for.
"I had a dream a week before the Trial and saw myself arriving just on time to testify", Cody said. "That was the only Faith I had that I would be used in the trial."
Cody's testimony became very unique when he related to Dr. James David Manning upon arrival he was the only Presidential Candidate who had a Federal Case in Court against Sen. John McCain for not being a "natural born Citizen" and had made his objection to Obama made known in an Emergency Motion to the Court which included Phil Berg's Writ of Certiori to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Jury after a 5 Day Trial and many witnesses found Obama "Guilty".

Cody's reputation has reached far and wide across the globe for good and bad. Cody's name and actions have earned him a place on the 'BAD' category at Obamaconspiracy.org a staunch defending organization against the 'natural born Citizen' requirement for President in the U.S. Constitution, with the denial that until the Constitution was signed and ratified there were no [Citizens] let alone [natural born Citizens] of the United States of America. Without a Sovereignty or Country what exactly were the people there but a conglomerate of other Countries Citizens with many Country's claiming territory extensions. This is why, as Cody has held, the Founders and Framers were forced to declare themselves eligible as original "Citizens" in the U.S. Constitution's declarative requirement for that Office- "Citizens at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" Article II, Section I., Clause 5. "There were no Citizens let alone natural born Citizens to a Country which had just declared a new Jurisdiction and Standard of Liberty." There he is known without affection and referred in the pejorative manner as "Ex-Con Judy".
The FOGBOW has dedicated a special thread for digging Cody Robert Judy a public political grave. Dedicated only to him, the thread now is some 40 Pages of ridiculing comments all because Cody chose to stand up for the U.S. Constitution.
There are many examples in our modern time memories but asked to name one, Cody referred to the Patriot movie and a particular scene in which the British Commander Charles Cornwallis had under-estimated in his Pride the strength of the militia as it was used in a strategist way for it's weakness.
In the movie Mel Gibson playing Benjamin Martin a widowed father with children comes to play a key role in the monumental change that eventually leads to the surrender of the British by encouraging those who were weak and in retreat to "HOLD THE LINE!".
Through out Cody's Presidential Races of 2008, 2012, and 2016 Cody has largely financed his Campaigns with his own time and talent, his blog spanning the spectrum since 2010 and sporting over 750 Post and 440,000 Views tells the story but he also has written a book entitled Taking A Stand -the conservative independent voice which captures prior 2010 as it was published in 2008, a commercial of which can be seen on the Link. Receiving very few donations, Cody relates the Birther Movement is much like the Movie the Patriot when at the moment of precision many are faltering and this is such an important [American Choice] to be preserved that we just can not let it go. We must take courage and "Hold The Line".
[Make America Great Again] was a great campaign slogan for President Trump, and indeed there are many Americans who agreed that it was long over due. But what of the highest office of the land being preserved and restored if we have allowed a usurpation of that office to go as if we didn't care?
For this reason, Cody has announced as he has done in previous years, that if he wins his law suit in full he will restore every Contribution made three fold. Indeed money goes where it is treated kindly and Cody wants you to know that in him and this American Choice you have an investment in the U.S. Constitution that could pay off 3X what you put in to it!
Of course there are no guarantees he will win, but America was not forged on guarantees. It was formed on a belief and with faith that under God we could form a Nation with liberty and justice for all of her Citizens under the banner and standard of the U.S. Constitution. It must be upheld.
Cody relates that only his own personal and very real life experience as a prisoner for eight years, (put there with an unlawful prosecution as he was denied evidence used against him in a Court of Law, held by his persecutors in an unlawful union between church and state, and receiving no favorable appeal that should change that at the highest court levels, because it didn't affect enough people),could possible have given him the courage and stamina to take a stand for this long with Obama's Ineligibility which represents the biggest circumvent of America's Elections, National Security, and most high-level fraud upon the American People certainly in our lifetimes, maybe in U.S. History!
Cody was ridiculed in prison by Prison Guards every day just like he is today when he refused to cut his hair in a stand for equality in the grooming standards. He faced nearly four years of his incarceration for a stand met for and with the native Americans who had suffered for decades, and eventually won the right for equality in the grooming standards for male and female inmates.
"Only the good Lord speaking to me bore me up in solitary confinement for 4 years on lock-down 23 hours a day 7 days a week, in a cell the size of a small bathroom. The one hour out was to take a shower and walk a hall. Only my dreams saved me as the Lord showed me relief would one day come. I can't explain the gratitude which comes when that relief arrives. It is over-whelming!".
He relates a story of gratitude that was understood by Moses's right hand man who began to murmur behind and against Moses for taking a Ethiopian for a wife which the Lord heard and asked them in for a conference in the tabernacle in The Holy Bible's book of Numbers Ch. 12.
v.2 reads "Has the LORD spoken only through Moses?" they asked. "Hasn't he also spoken through us?" And the LORD heard this.
v.3 Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.
v.6 (The Lord speaking) he said, "Listen to my words: "When there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.
v. 10 When the cloud lifted from above the tent, Miriam's skin was leprous --it became as white as snow. Aaron turned toward her and saw that she had a defiling skin disease,
"It was only then that they realized their own error and they pleaded with Moses, the one they had ridiculed and spoke against to plead for their cause to the Lord. Do you suppose the Lord still has ears to hear and eyes to see as he did in the days of Moses?
So, I also plead with you for the cause of our U.S. Constitution. I plead for you to contribute as an honor to the Lord who is the author of all our freedom and liberty. I plead with you because I know he will bless you and he will have mercy upon you and I am willing if you have faith to continue this cause.
It's not over by a long shot. I have filed an Opening Brief which requires a response which could lead to a hearing a traveling to the Court for a Hearing. This must be prepared for. Yesterday I got some bad news that compounds the most meager rent I have been able to sustain throughout the last 7 years. The property has been sold and the new Landlord yesterday placed a 30 Day Notice to Quit on my door giving me 30 days to vacate the property. I believe he wants to renovate the apartment I am in, which really in fact needs to happen. I am in the worst one in the complex and have paid the least rent also. The new property owner wants to optimize his property which I can't blame him for.
The kitchen floor sways a good 3 inches within a 3 foot span making a whole brick necessary under the fridge to prevent the front door from swinging open. The toilet leaks, and it's terribly in dire straights in all the old swaying floors. I haven't complained because the rent was only $450 per month and it allowed my service to the cause enough for me to put up with doing without a nicer place. Needless to say, the situation is a bit perplexing with my attention being split and certainly no salary like those paid Politicians who haven't done near what I have without being elected.
It's true, I have pulled case after case after case out of my own time and talent and the current Brief is just below so you can read it.You can see the evidence and judge the cause for yourself. America's Choice for a U.S. President cannot be compromised to anyone who is not "born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents". There is no attorney in America who has filed in as many Eligibility Cases, No attorney who has dedicated so much time in all of America on this issue. What if there had been a Candidate who was not in the Establishment who was more to the center and was standing up for the Constitution?

For Democrats to win in November they have got to move from the far left field Obama already has them in. Sanders was vetted not only for his age, but for his extreme left positions to make Hillary Clinton look more centrist, or center field. If the goal for Democrats is to win, they must take on every anti-establishment position that Trump has sown up in his his own extremely unusual unique and captive phenomenon.
[Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within a group of people in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an irrational or dysfunctional decision-making outcome. Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative viewpoints by actively suppressing dissenting viewpoints, and by isolating themselves from outside influences.] Groupthink, I believe, can be attributed to the sever dislocation of priority within the establishments of both major parties. It has allowed Trump's Phenomenon.
Hillary Clinton I believe is about to undergo a very big upheaval within her own ranks. Watch for a very big fight to break out. Nearly everything is wrong with her campaign and it is not an accident, but the result of Hillary's own gravitation to Groupthink- a stifling heat stagnating within her own Campaign the result of what's happening within her own person.

A women running for President of the United States, but with more interest in the World based in and on the worst aspects and corruptible influences of the World.Things like bribery, political peddling, pay-to-play, incentives for slavery, aristocracy, and an exploitation of minorities rather than any real defense through the Standards of the Constitution.
At the bottom of this post I've also included a dream I had today that seemed very poignant with symbolism for those who are interested in that. Many are not and do not find those kinds of things interesting, to which I simply say to each their own. The more I think about it, the more I think Hillary is the crocodile in that dream. She's very dangerous, coy, sly, and hidden in the massive danger she represents.

In truth, indeed there would be things that a women in the Office of the Presidency would bring that could be nice, but Hillary Clinton does not possess them which is why as she is running as a First Lady making a bid at the First Women in the Office of the President, I'm [neutrally] apposed to her meaning I'm not apposed to a women being elected, but for my reasons I'd expect as equally upon a man, I don't see what I'd like to see gender aside.
I don't think her being aglow at the killing of even an enemy is representative of quality character. It postures a deficit in disposition and baseness wholly contemptible for the Office of President. Hillary is not only not personable in the attribute many give former President Bill Clinton, but she really does not 'reach out' and lacks that necessary nature essential to the Office of the President.
It may come as a surprise to some, but I have reached out to nearly every Presidential Candidate in 2016, both with advice and counsel as well as friendship, and make it a practice to reach out. If you do a search of the Bible you will find the example many many times of Christ hand being extended, or reaching out. This is a remarkable lesson of making a good effort to reason, to teach, and to instruct, as well as to listen.
Unfortunately this year can we say that Democrats are the real champions of Free Speech? Yes, we know how to protest, but that's not all it requires. It also requires fundamentally letting someone else speak especially when it makes your blood boil. How many people have been injured, tackled, punched, kicked, and generally physically abused at Hillary Clinton rallies? How many at Trump rallies?

Democrats given the option of "Choices" by Debbie Wasserman Schultz - No. Sanders was
only a default candidate given For Clinton to beat, not for Democrats to win. His
Economic Policy will cripple Small Businesses $15/hr.
Sanders age and positions were vetted as centralizing Clinton as moderate but she's so
scandal, cover up, and crime riddled he's actually, as the only alternative, doing well.
I am the Better Birther than Trump. The Qualification clause is meritorious. Obama has
not had to stand up on the Equality line to it, he's been favored or cheated the law.
Republicans were in on this too. . very much so.
Your video of honesty, principle, in the Media, the People, and Cash closing in on Trump
eliminating him was Genius and Truth.
But as long as Trump is able to out-principle, out-honesty, out-simplify Democrats I
think he'll win with those in his corner.
Now here's an important Factor. The U.S. Supreme Court arbitrarily denied my motion for
forma pauperis in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. The Body of the Case and Question was not denied.
If ALL of America was exposed to that Fact, the Court would be Forced to reconsider,
they'd say it was a clerical error, and they could HEAR IT.
IF you want to talk about the People's Will, the Legislative Mandate is to sustain [born
in the U.S, to Citizen Parents] 8 defeats just since 2003 to change it. The precedent
case in the SCOTUS is Minor v. Happersettno doubt existed for those born in the Country
to Citizen Parents.
There is a minority of corrupt politicians controlling the Squelch of this. Obama,

PATH TO THE WHITE HOUSE
Every Candidate for President has an outline or presentation that explains what they hope is their Path to the White House. Some have expressed questions on a viable path to the Office of the President for Cody Robert Judy and we'd like to outline that briefly.
Cody Robert Judy (CRJ) is a Democratic Party Officially Registered Federal Election Commission (FEC) recognized Candidate for President. The Democratic Party is generally considered to be the Party to Beat by other Registered Parties, especially given the two terms in the White House Obama has represented. What that means is basically any Candidate the Democratic Party gets behind is going to be serious contention in the Election 2016.
So, the better question might be How does Cody Robert Judy plan to get the Democratic Party Nomination?
The Democratic Party Primary is not a general population election and is thus subject to it's own Rules as pretty much a Business Corporation. It is not subject within itself to the Standards of the Constitution, although it can be and is subject to the laws outside it's circle to the Standards of the Constitution. Within the Party is a great number of Rules and Policies subject to change Party Leaders deem necessary to either adopt or to change in any given political circumstance for the benefit and survival of the Party.
How does that work for CRJ? Well, if Hillary Clinton was criminally convicted of Racketeering or Mishandling National Security Secrets and everyone in the Democratic Party Primary actually believed Hillary when she said it was a FBI Security Inquiry, which the FBI Director Jim Comey insisted he didn't even know what the term meant because the FBI doesn't do Security inquiries, could the Delegates of the Democratic Party really still be chained to their vote for a Criminal?
The answer is "No", they would adopt a Rule probably specifically relating to Hillary Clinton's Delegates, stating that due to the circumstances of and they would spell those out, the Delegates would not be held accountable to Hillary Clinton. That would free up all and also an amount now seen as greater than Bernie Sanders has.
Now if we just look at this a little rationally and reasonable, we understand of course circumstances change and the closer to an election or to a National Convention those changes can occur very quickly and rapidly. In fact the speed of which they can change can be seen as doubling at every half stage until the Event.
Let's say for instance that Hillary Clinton came out and at the National Convention due to her changing circumstances and likely Felony Prosecution, made a rousing speech for her Delegates to assert themselves to a Candidate for the Democrats much closer to the left of center than left field as Bernie Sanders is, specifically in the longer term hopes of defeating Trump and the Democratic Party maintaining a presence in the White House which is very much a consideration for Civil Rights Protections over the next one hundred years with perhaps as many as five Justices being replaced on the U.S. Supreme Court. That could in fact change the course of the entire Democratic Party Field.
Democrats deep down inside know that without a border there is no Country, and no Constitution. Without a U.S. Constitution are any of Minorities Rights safe? Are all Citizens rights in equality under the Law going to be protected in marriage? How much of a factor can that be on the population? It's very big!
Now Democrats over the last 7 years might have gained a anti-Constitution reputation based on Barack Obama not being a [natural born Citizen] but Obama's days in the White House are swiftly coming to an end and no one wants to see their Civil Rights go out the door with him. Even Obama claims he is a citizen after leaving the White House and he confirmed, "One generation passes, two generation passes, and suddenly we don’t remember where we came from.", because America has become our only Country. After two generations there is not another Country to fall back on or go back to as there always is for those born outside of America or inheriting a citizenship from a foreign parent. We are truly Americanized in that second generation, but that doesn't happen in a first generation. Indeed as Obama noticed, it takes TIME.- two generations to forget.
Of course America welcomes immigrants who are serious about being American. We offer qualification to every office to first generations Americans with TIME. We also reserve the Office of the President for Americans with only one allegiance, no other inherited or birth place citizenship in what we call a fractured allegiance. It's all American!
Mr. Trump received a political base from the Media Labeled Birthers, but Mr. Judy is the only Candidate for President actually centered with a Record of Defense and Taking A Stand for the Constitution Mr. Trump has only fawned at, even with his Billions. Mr. Judy offers a bi-partisan record at this to be respected by both major parties in his defense for the Principle with McCain first and with Obama second.
Many causes of Civil Rights have required what's called a 'ripening' time for The U.S. Supreme Court to consider. Until that ripening happens, many abuses take place building up the grievance of the cause. For example the Same Sex marriage opinion came in from the U.S. Supreme Court a full seven years after it was started. Seven years seems near an average time for a big infringed Civil Right.
An arbitrary Denial came down against Mr. Judy's Motion for forma pauperis in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. It was as extremely radical of a decision against the poor as any discrimination of race, gender, or prior servitude could have been. If that decision was published in its full recognition across the entire Country the economically challenged in the whole Country would be outraged calling for impeachment as they understood Justice had fully been corrupted, and Justice for All was ruined in the Hope that every immigrant comes to America for.
If America no longer offers Justice for All, then the unique attraction quickly becomes dim and the light upon the hill fades and disappears to the bullies will. All hell could easily break lose and lawlessness become the Standard by which the U.S. Supreme Court actually is seen the perpetrator and offender.
Already, the natural born Citizen clause has been called by Bernie Sanders racist and as a threat to delegitimize the Barack Obama, but actually it was simply defending and taking a stand for the Law. Sanders has actually illegally framed the Constitution as evil as racism, when all the qualification of President requires is more time; and for those who put it that time, in coming and staying, the rewards of qualifying to run for the Office of President are extended. Now there's been less than 45 President's in the whole of the history of the United States, so it's really not as big of a deal as people want to make out or label pejoratively discriminatory. We discriminate against the rest of our clothes we chose not to wear today also, it's not to big of a deal. However, the qualification for the Office of the President is a big deal because it was formed by The People's Will.
If those two things happened it is easily contested that Cody Robert Judy actually pulls in as the Democratic Party Nominee who can actually beat Donald J. Trump in a much more tactical race pitting the economical unethical standards of poor against the rich and the equality argument. The poor don't want to steal from the rich, the righteous ones anyway, they simply want the same Standard of Law to apply which give them the same or equal opportunity. That applies across the board to the Standard of Law required in the qualification for President.

A descendant of two great horseman in his father and mother Cody learned the art of Horsemanship specializing in the Dressage Methods requiring years and years of training to Master.
Cody began his family as a young nineteen year old marrying Jill who was twenty-one. Pictured to the right their first two children Chaz who was two and Jaycee who was one.

The bottom picture is Cody bowing Amoroso de' Espana a purebred Spanish Arabian who he trained for four years and showed to the level of Prix St. George, just one level under the Olympic Grand Prix Dressage recognized Sport.
As we fast forward Cody's family has grown and matured. At the heart of every good Candidate for President is the wisdom and experience that comes from Family. Being patient, kind, loving, empathetic, altruistic doesn't just come from book learning, but certainly has been written in books.

The dream began with me and my son at a show. It was my friend John Moyer's hypnotist show, but it was a different act that I was unfamiliar with. At the same time, being good friends, I hugged his finance' Rachelle, also a friend, and him. I hugged Rachelle longer and tighter and he raised his eyebrows at me, which I understood completely and acknowledged was the truth.
We sat down and then were separated. I remembered the game I had to get him too. I noticed a crew with John and Rachelle also others I recognized on their team. They drew plans out like they had done a thousand other shows. I didn't have any money for the ticket and didn't want to impose so didn't formally sit in for the show, but excused myself waving goodbye and headed to pick up my son.
My son and I found ourselves under, grooming with brushes and petting, an Arabian Stallion who was on a cross-tie. We were under the horse grooming his legs and I warned him to be very careful under the stallions' legs, even one you could trust because with the slightest bold or jump from an unexpected noise while you were in that position could result in serious injury. I remembered from my own experience at age four somehow being caught in that exact position where I was literally underneath the horse who could not see what he was doing, but was extremely frightened by me under his legs. All I recall from that experience was my Dad really reaching in and pulling me out from underneath that horses dancing legs before I was seriously injured.
My son and I after standing up, found ourselves facing a giant pool of man-made water. It was enormous, maybe two or three football fields encompassed its boundaries. A metal poled fence with three cables running through the post even spaced rounded the entire pool.
We then were being told by a lady about a horse, unique and unusual. How was that? Well about the time I thought that she said, "Because he deep-dives with me". With that she turned and dived herself deep into the pool and the horse hurdled the fence right in after her. The splash of the horse created such an inversion of the water that it seemed an enormous influx of the water followed in to the horses deep pool dive.
This was significant and was an amazing affect to me. The Horse was not just entertaining, but extremely valuable in searching the entire pool. When this was done, the horse made movements in the water exposing at the bottom of the pool a very large and as was noted in my mind, dangerous crocodile.
The exposure of this crocodile by this horse was very alarming for no one would have seen him and he would have eaten many children if the danger he represented was not exposed.
The End.
Perhaps I will come back to this post and elaborate on some of the symbolism I see, but for now the ideas of the Pool come to me as the United States, even the Political Pool of our elections.
The deep sea diving horse, could be Trump taking a lot of media coverage seen as the water going after him in a wake that is most astonishing and a phenomenon not seen before. This also might have symbolized a little of myself as a horse in the race exposing the crocodile Obama/Clinton represents.
The danger of the crocodile lurking beneath could be Obama and his ineligibility unexposed but posing a great problem for even future generations. Clinton has been at the center of this obfuscation even as a U.S. Senator in her part co-sponsoring of U.S. Sen.Res511.
The danger could also be a Trump presidency no one really sees as a problem right now, but that is particularly obvious to many Democrats who fear a totalitarian type reign.
While many supporters of Obama declared the 'natural born Citizen' requirement antiquated to modern times, when it come to the Antiquities' Act's authority, environmentalist celebrated Obama's reach back to claim in his legacy 46 such sites.
