~RACE, RELIGION, AND QUALIFICATION -The Seven Year Itch!~
- Obama Cover-Up and What it means for America?-

their first choice was Moses in the wilderness being guided by a pillar of fire on one side and on the other two brothers that brought freedom to their people and that is the basic framework in which our form of government is based. [Ancient Principles] as Thomas Jefferson called them, traced clear back to Moses and the Israelites in the wilderness.
Not letting a Foreigner rule over them was paramount. Deuteronomy 17:15. 'thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother." "You must appoint a fellow Israelite; he may not be a foreigner." This mirrors our own unique qualification for President [ natural born Citizen] born in the U.S, to Citizen Parents an unfractured American Nationality.
In The Making of America we read: "While studying the history of ancient Israel, Jefferson made a significant discovery. He saw that at one time the Israelites had practiced the earliest and most efficient form of representative government. As long as the Israelites followed their fixed pattern of constitutional principles, they flourished. When they drifted from it, disaster overtook them. Jefferson thereafter referred to this constitutional pattern as the “Ancient Principles.”
In an Article by Bill Bailey entitled "The Miracle of the United States - Discovering Ancient Principles" -[No doubt, these great minds would be perplexed by how the modern assessment that incorrectly places communism at the extreme left and fascism at the the extreme right - as if they were opposites. In truth, they are different names for comparable forms of despotism - the police state. The Founders would place them at the same end of the political spectrum - despotism.]
We should take courage to understand that one of the greatest KEYS of success for the United States of America has been the utilitarianism of wisdom and understanding; that being guided in consideration of the smallest unit -the individual- as well as the group. This is Justice for All.
Unfortunately we are seeing the checks and balances of our Government crumbling before us. The U.S. Supreme Court has, thus far Judy v. Obama 14-9396, refused to hear a much needed and disputed Principle set as a Standard within our U.S. Constitution under the principle of [natural born Citizen]. A specific qualification for the Office of President and Vice President.

The new Nation of the United States of America needed to create in essence a new Nationalism. This of course would come from all those who considered this to be their desire from all over the world. Recognizing the new United States of America did not have any [natural born Citizens] ie those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, who the U.S. Supreme Court recognized there was never any doubt about in their nationality or natural born Citizen status in Minor v. Happersett, the Founders included themselves in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 in essence "Citizens" of the several States forming the new Union, and for President one who had been a 'distinctive revolutionary patriot', in the sentence "Or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution."
Indeed just being born in the United States was not considered fulfilling the TIME period required in [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] for that would require two generations of time, so there have always been doubts about these as Minor v. Happersett also recognized. These [natural born Citizens] would be the seeds of the new nationalism that would be termed "Americans" without any dual citizenship from a foreign state, we often distinguish as first generation Americans -Nationals, Aliens, or Citizens at birth, as Congress has in Title 8 subsection 1401 (a-h).
The Office of President was important and we recognized the need for an unfractured loyalty in either loving or hating any other Country based in the love for a parent or place where it all began. Both these are important factors in the considerations of nationality and sympathies.
YESTERDAY RACE-RELIGION-and QUALIFICATION Obama’s seven year itch
After 7 years! He volunteers.. He brings up his Race, that he wasn’t born in the U.S, and that he’s Muslim as considerations in answering the question. It’s really his own perpetuation voluntarily. Rather than simple assure Americans of their safety, that we ought to take courage against those who are trying to take advantage of us, that we ought to keep a good vigilant eye out for ourselves and others in precarious times we are experiencing creating this anxiety, Obama goes off unhinged.
AFTER 7 Years financed with an open wallet (10 Trillion Dollars) you would think he could come up with arming Islamist spearheading ISIS & other Foreign Cartels Fast & Furious, Importing Immigrants and illegals recklessly, and Gearing an Economic Crisis of 10 Trillion on top of the National Debt, but nooo..
He goes for the FOREIGN Birth, because he’s black and Muslim? It’s like Obama lives in the ’60’s of excuses and American's problems while apartheid still existed with an “acting black President, acting black attorney General, supreme court Justice on and on. It makes you wonder how America elected him by a pretty good majority in the next paragraph.
I love black people. I think America does too. In so so many professions, arts, and talents. It’s just flabbergasting to see someone who supposedly has achieved the Highest Office legally, render nothing but his own personal characteristics and qualifications after 7 years.
Damn good thing I sued McCain FIRST and I’m a Democrat. Its about the Constitution and American Nationalism. We are the United States of America. That is OUR unique demographics.
I’ve never seen a person promote so hard the division rather than unify the Country over fears of terrorism. He makes it about Race, Religion, and Qualification.
Boy, what an acknowledgement of just how MIGHTY and POWERFUL the little BIRTHERS are? I really didn’t think we amount to a flea on a horses butt. You see how the SCOTUS won’t even give a forma pauperis status to me based on not having any money to pay for them to have a looksy? We Birthers are considered dung, less than normal citizens by the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in my case, yet Obama is talking about us after 7 years?
I’ve never really cared where Obama was born because his father in the purported Long Form Fabulous Birth Certificate was not a U.S. Citizen and that made Obama a dual citizen of Kenya through his fathers inheritance to him. Of course Obama's children would be [natural born Citizens], but he is not based on that dual citizenship.
But I couldn’t help noticing his voice sure quivers in stating his Birth "out side of the United States”. I think he sure BLEW the question right out of the water.
That’s a pretty sad seven year itch.

Mr. Trump as President could easily decide to do what the United States Supreme Court has refused to do - Investigate Obama's Eligibility for the purposes of overcoming legal hurdles.
If a chink in the fence is necessary to obliterate Obamacare for instance, where do you think the next President of the U.S. is going to go but to Obama's ineligibility? Its been avoided by the U.S. Supreme Court, but if it becomes necessary the bully pulpit of another President could wipe out what the Judicial Branch or Legislative Branch has not had the courage to do..hold a hearing. And using the Attorney General to hunt down the evidence would be pretty easy for a President Trump. Can you imagine the Attorney General of President Donald Trump's smile with Trump nodding his head to get to the bottom of it until it was transparent?
We see all these efforts to obscure the possibility that Obamacare could be eliminated, but the bottom line is every piece of legislation passed into law required a signature from a legal and constitutionally qualified President. If Obama is for any reason proven unconstitutional even after his 2nd term is done, guess what? No amount of objection by Congress or the Judicial Branch is going to stop the same 'dictates' of Executive Overrides for example Obama has enjoyed from also being enjoyed by the next President.
In the beginning of this article we visited some reflections from Ancient Principles and to my own poverty with the amount of time I have pleaded in some 14 Cases on this issue, I asked myself a question today that seemed rather stunning?
Why have you done it Cody? Well, of course the Principle, but I have not had really any experience with this principle being forsaken, so that doesn't make to much sense. The only other answer I could come up with is because "God said so" and has impressed upon me with such a Spirit of Power that it seemed as natural as instincts that you know to be correct in defending your children.
Thank you my friends for bearing with me. This season is one of reflection for me on Christ and his wonderful sacrifices and gifts to us. I consider the greatest mercy and gift to me of course to be the possibility of repentance for my sins and grievances, and coming in second our freedom and liberty defined by our U.S. Constitution in America as the Supreme Law of this Land, so I can't help in contemplation's merge that gratitude with the Constitution's Principles.
