Last Night I had a Dream I was on kind of a river-type U-Boat. The Captain was a fellow resembling actor (Jack Nicholson). The compartments we had to stay in were very small requiring a sit up or half lay down on your belly position.
The mission was Top Secret and we were not allowed to walk around even broad shouldered. We had to cover any idea that a man was aboard walking silhouette style. U asked the Captain once seated if he would grab my wallet and one other item I'd forgotten, which he did, stating that was the last favor I could expect from him.

I then found myself above watching three submarines. One was ours. They were on an alarming collision course to me, and i began communicating to ours when it found itself in the middle being bumped.
These were very small submarines. The two others pulled over and one sea captain got in the others sub. They were old sea dogs reminding me of Russian Captains with weathered faces and fairly long beards.

Sunday posted on FB the Reports Kim Jong Un had successfully tested the miniturized hydrogen nuclear bomb in a cavern they had been digging underwater 10X''s more powerful than any prior Test equal to 100 to 120 megatons of TNT capable of destroying any US City. I included the following Dream I'd had June 22nd and posted on FB which detailed Kim Jong Un being in just such a cavern like a James Bond scene.

DREAM ABOUT KIM JONG UN- Today I woke up from quite an astonishing late afternoon dream. I was going through a very large fortress castle that was set quite literally as a top of a Mountain.
From every door I opened the view was so steep you nearly could not manage going down and I quickly would double back through the Fortress to get back to the better way down.
I spoke to several people there who where guards about directions and relayed I'd never been there before when asking them.
There was an Exercise about to be commenced and it required a volunteer within Kim Jong Un's Military Elite to die. This was known among them and I saw many pass on the extension put before them in an understanding their Life would end. Fear took a hold of them in deferring.
Then I saw Kim Jong Un and quite a numerous entourage passing in front of me in what seemed an underground canal like you might see in a James Bond movie. They were on ski-doos riding on top of the water. Kim's was quite unique elaborate and he sat down in it low.
It passed me like a white hursh slow and methodical and it seemed he was on a glorious suicide mission he fully expected.
I saw a line of waters approaching and I said aloud, "There are missiles in those waters and on those ski-doos !" I wonder about the possibility of creating a Gigantic Manmade Tsunami and that hitting a USA Coastline which I had never wondered before.
After Kim passed me, I recall turning and seeing a Military Operation take place. I picked up a hammer type Ax and said it's easy. You hit the Fortress with the hammer and you don't stop hitting until not one stone has not been overturned.
I spoke with one very serious man who seemed quite intelligent and sober minded. He conveyed to me Kim's suicide death wish as if it was foretold and that's the way Kim wanted it going out in a blaze of glory to be remembered as a kamikaze.
Everyone around him was marching to that Order also.
Then I proceeded and commenced to hitting stone with the Hammer-Ax. I broke some stone and saw exposed a curious stone Chinese Dog inside it. I hammered that too. I pushed and watched stones began to slide off the Mountain top and said again, "Don't let one stone go not overturned and crushed!", and was quite amazed I found myself involved in this.
This was when I woke up quite astonished at having never been there and never dreamed or really ever spelled Kim Jong Un's name out- I knew now.
In the Military Order of things Intelligence is KEY. The story if the Lord telling Gideon there were to many warriors and to thin them out to 300 last Israel boast of its own strength and not realize it was the Lord who alone would deliver them.
Gideon a mighty man and warrior himself to his credit, in Faith obeyed, and thinned the army out to 300 who cupped water to his mouth from those who drank lip to surface of the stream/river.
In questioning the Lord , Gideon was told to send spys out early in the morning to listen in on conversations of the enemy. They were surprised to hear the enemy waking up to Dreams that they were being run over by big rolling objects and deducting this was Gideon' s Forces upon them. Fear seized them when Gideon divided his small group into four groups and began sounding trumpets.
They ran in all directions killing more of themselves than Gideon's 300! It was a great slaughter.
The point being to ignore intelligence is a Fool's Choice most certainly if it is Intelligence far more advanced and encrypted by The Spirit of the Lord.
YESTERDAY I also posted a reflection of the Sampson story with some very forgotten Truths about him and his Reign as Judge of Israel 20 years from which we only have a few, 3 chapters.
Kim Jong Un right now is in Sampson mode. The Lord who is the Ruler of all men, and repeatedly warned Israel about turning from the Law he had given their Nation, often sold them to their enemies as their rebellion sowed.
In the United States of America the acknowledged Supreme Law of the Land is the U.S. Constitution within which contains Article II. Section 1, C-5, declaring the Office of President come upon a [Citizen] at the Time of the Adoption of this Constitution, and only a [natural born Citizen] thereafter which was never questioned by Any Court or Judge, or Legislature to be one Born in the US to US Citizen Parents. To all others, there has been question and debate based on [naturalization] powers of Congress to adopt [Citizens].
Over the last nine years a great domestic battle in the US Courts has erupted regarding McCain, Obama, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal's qualification to be President based on their not being agreed upon to fit the Qualifications commonly known as The Birther Movement.
Last Friday the 31st of August, 2017 the Tenth Circuit failed a Review En Banc, or an entire 12 Judge Review of Case 17-4055 , which was my Case as a Presidential Candidate against the Constitutionally unqualified Barack Obama.
Far from superiority of color, is Equal Rights for the Office of President unfettered by Affirmative Action. Far from an [Individual] like [Obama] is the Lord's ability to [Test a Nation] as has been repeatedly read over and over and over again in the Biblical History of the Lord's Actions.
Of all the United States positions which is the highest honor? Of course a loyalty of Time seen in America's Choice not to Amend the Constitution attempted some 9 times since 2000 but failing, Judges of the Courts , and a few prideful Political Egos have inserted a fatal flaw in Law forsaking what everyone has [agreement] on in definition.
This of course is a perversion of the Law the Lord has given to the United States and in such has shrunk the Umbrella of God provided in Protection alone afforded, or not afforded, by our Creator.
Unfortunately in that SHRINKING UMBRELLA of protection lies exposed the greatest concentration of the quote unquote "Elite" providing money, exposure, and the greatest amount of corrupt deception in the TEST of Barack Obama.
While the US Military is notable as a superpower given the grace of God, even experts are baffled by two things:
1 ) Kim Jong Un's apparent mastery of a weapon so dangerous it could wipe New York City, Washington DC, Dallas, Denver, Seattle, SLC right off the face of the earth.
2) The loss of Hillary Rodham Clinton. Far from repentant of the usurpations of both the [Office of President] and the [Secretary of States Office] through Hillary's privatization of the Office through her personal server, Democrats and Responsible Republicans have covered the perpetrators of their own fellow Citizens ,through Treason and Tyranny, destruction protecting their tracks and cozy positions in Fear of men & the MSM more than their Creator.
Experts do agree under cloudy conditions and multiple warheads fired with smart defense flares our US Protections could, and do in Test, Fail some as much as 80%!
Kim Jong Un is a Kamikaze type leader and his Focus is not South Korea, but is on the USA. He is far from a wild eyed cow, but is trained very well in calculations and stealth.
Being able to harness such destructive forces capable of literally wiping out East and West Coast of the USA takes a little more intelligence than the mocking MSM whose own day-of-destruction for deceit is known along with others so obliged to disembowel the US Constitution, which when denied their rights and privileges will howl their own stupid but blatant cover up for Obama.
Kim Jong Un has certainly not Tested his First and Only miniaturized Hydrogen Nuclear Bomb capable of being smuggled into US Waters and Rivers in small submarines, and even river boats.
One of his most elaborate tactics is using smaller aircraft, more undetectable by radar, to drop elite paramilitary parachuting deep inside Soul South Korea to wreak havoc within the Populations.
The ability of a miniature hydrogen nuclear bomb to be delivered or hauled by a jet-ski amphibious vehicle is real smart, like his crop-duster air fleet, and how many jet-skis are being tracked by our Submarines?
Kim Jong Un is not on a Defense Mission for North Korea, as it was related to me in my Dream. He is on a suicide mission; meaning he's already calculated his death but is going to do so in a great blow to the USA for in his mind all the sanctions his Country has suffered.
Alone of course, our Creator might allow our Military success over such. However, with the prevailing determinations of corruption-in-US-Courts, Judges determined to indulge and compromise the protections of the US Constitution's Red-Line of security , agreeable even among themselves in definition of [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the US to US Citizen Parents, the Populations of Citizenry they have acted as Traitors to.
God may protect the children who are uncorrupted and are a choice Generation, in a Rapture of Guardianship, but it is a very thin and shrinking umbrella that protects Adults who have spent their powder, and lifetimes on the sidelines, or completely against the US Constitution.
What can really be mounted as a Defense of such arrogance against the Supreme Law of the Land?

Or, do you think Minor v. Happersett would have more of a chance?

In this opinion it is stated for those born in the Country to its citizens , these are the natives or natural born Citizens, there was never a doubt, but to others there are doubts.
As the doors of miniature hydrogen nuclear bombs have been laid at the footstools of Taurus Bull Dictator, along the Military Lines paralleling Hitler's audacity and acknowledged rough brilliance in military daring, I hope Americans understand Prayers without Actions are "moot"; and as the Court's have called my case, [wholly incredible and frivolous. ]
I am grieved indeed at the callousness of heart the Lord has placed upon these Pharaoh - Type - Judges bent in a path of population destruction as Pharaohs Army was drowned in the Red Sea.
I am grieved that my 3 Petitions to the US Supreme Court 12-5276, 14-9396, and even an [acknowledged received[ but un-docketed Petition to newest Justice Neil Gorsuch , a supposed defender of [natural law] , has not been DOCKETED.
I know many have not read the Book Of Mormon considered a religious cannon believed by Mormons to be simply a report of action on this American Continent that began about 600 BC and trailed into 600 AD to an utter destruction of the population.
But if you had read it what you could most clearly see was the relationship of the downfall of a once great and powerful Nation on the shoulders of corruption in the Government and especially in the Courts of Law by Judges, Lawyers, and Politicians who turned away from Liberty and Freedom ultimately choosing slavery and death for themselves, as well as their generation.
As a matter of Choice and diligent and promised consideration, God sent them prophets and warning voices which as surely as this generation has mocked, ridiculed, and made sport of those Warnings and Admonitions, are mocked.
Our devotion to the Supreme Law of the Land as our Constitution, carved out of the blood and fortunes of our Framers and Founders, acknowledging repeatedly the Devine Superposition in intelligence affording victory by the Leaders has come under Domestic Terrorism and Treason, placing the security of every US Citizen in the state God won't use Kim Jong Un as a Sampson or equalizer.
After 9 years and some 17 Cases, 3 to the US Supreme Court, and many Petitions to Congress and President Trump, I am left without a single win, but more consequential a single ounce of Hope that prevailing minds might take their perilous actions and condition into the consequences of there betrayals of Oath-Of-Office.
No doubt, they are determined, as bull-headed Kim Jong Un is, to die in their stubbornness and argument against the simple understandings of Citizens while in constant defense of the realms of [Subjects] that they refer to as the nomenclature familiar to the Founders and Framers, as a glorious death and an eternal cement in their deaths.
If course our Framers and Founders were familiar with being "Subjects of the Crown " from which they rebelled and were called Traitors with warrant a and bounties placed on their heads as Felons.
To adopt the "Subjects" mentality through a derision and pollution of the one Office requiring the TIME honored tradition throughout American History as American born and bread ie. Born in the US to US Citizen Parents, save the Patriots fighting in the American Revolution as the first [Citizens], is the tell of corruption in outright exposure of the Supreme Law of the Land.
Now might be a good Time to start Smoking Tobacco as it provides a protective barrier against nuclear particles to your Lungs. The health nuts will all die for sure rewards for an unbalanced judgement and judgementalness just as so many refused to look at the Fiery Serpent Moses made as a staff to look up in and be healed. Many are not open and have closed themselves off by extremes of even wise healthy balances of judgement. It's true, Mormons in the USA may be the First wiped out as they have polluted their own Word-Of-Wisdom that was given mot by commandment, and adapted to the capacity of the weak to the weakest of all who would be called Saints.

Those forces can be brought up by war, earthquakes, hurricanes and natural disasters that absolutely overwhelm a Population ability to Remedy it.

That is our Duty and our Obligation as Parents. This will strengthen them in every way. We are living in a Time of great distress when it comes to serving the wealth, money, and all things that do wear out and corrode much more than serving the Creator of all things who alone can protect us and our Families. We know how many are in a lost and fallen State of Mind. Who don't even believe or know our Heavenly Father in Jesus Christ. We live in a Time where the Values of our U.S. Constitution in Liberty and Freedom are mocked, made fun of, and even spurred in the deception of Communism and Facism and Totalitarianism is adored. Our Elected Leaders have fallen into Deep Sleep over the Value of their Oaths to the Constitution. That is all the evidence we need to know that the Lord God in HEAVEN as has been illustrated over and over again is going to withdraw his Divine Protection as a Discipline. Yes, the Time to repent is FAR gone as a Nation. A separation of the wheat and tares is upon us and at our doors. Shall the Saints be spared or any particular religion? You may ponder that Question by asking yourself how many Donated to my Campaigns for US President in Defense of the Primary and Most Powerful Position of President outlined in our U.S. Constitution as Art. II, Section 1, Clause 5 over the last 12 years and three four year Election cycles? If you thought it was not that important you will understand more heartily the Reason God is doing what he is doing. You will understand that complacency and silence have come knocking at your door. No, the Saints have not contributed in large part and are under no lighter sentence of judgement. Before all is said and done this WAR will I've been told take 1 in 5 Americans. That is hard to escape for any Family. We have grown lazy, fat, and worst of all Prideful in our Judgements. How can we expect not to reap what we are planting in our children's future. The reason I shared President George Washington's dream is because we do have Hope shining before us...as well as a duty to our children in very plain language. They may indeed be America's Greatest Hope for a continued UNION. There is much to do to Prepare but I won't go into physical details because I want most of all children taught to pray. Pray for Guardian Angels to Protect them and their Families. Teach them WHY this is going to happen. Confession leads to strengthening. While we shutter to burden our children, think about those in Syria and ask yourself as a Parent how shell shocked you want your children? I want my children strong and able to endure and carry on! God Help Us and May God never forget America whilst the whole world and traitors within rage against her. May you strive to create Peace within a Storm and prepare yourselves. I have seen LIGHTS OUT on our Nations Electrical Grid, but I've also seen the Prayers of ONE be a catalyst to turn them back on! WHAT DID KIM JONG-UN SAY- If the talks are cancelled, Choe suggested the two countries could engage in a “nuclear-to-nuclear showdown”. North Korea cast further doubt on a planned summit between its leader, Kim Jong-un, and Donald Trump, warning that Pyongyang could make the US “taste an appalling tragedy”.
Often the Cases of the United States Supreme Court are what the general public might call 'word-salad'. While it may be hard to understand the purposes of such are often just the opposite of trying to be difficult. The are truly in the interest of being able to say the most in as little space as possible or that is permissible by the rules of the Court. The Main Stream Media has even been known, in their rush to report the findings of the Court, to get it wrong and have to back track their Reports. Most people will not even read this or understand what is happening, but when it does they may want to come back and see what happened and why, and that is quite simply the purpose of this Report.
According to an ABC Report last year 83% of Americans identify themselves as Christian that would have to include a pretty large portion of both the Republican and Democratic Parties of America who at least believe that Politicians ought to be true and faithful rather than dishonest and untrustworthy in a moral attribute of their faith's identity of the Big 10 and those who are not Christians probably have some affinity with the basics of Trust and Truth as those who would also share a hope to walk into their Bank and not find their money missing?
What I'm saying is you really have to be an idiot not to ascribe the desire most have in many circumstances and situations in our life to at least desire the Truth in the Order of being True and Faithful. Oh how happy are the people when they find those two things in their life and how sad they are when they come up missing.
Most all Christian Faiths find their treasures in expanding canonical text of the Bible that their Church Leaders refer and read to them as they gather together and worship considering how they apply to them in their daily lives. That has been a tradition handed down for many thousands of years as we have witnessed many old Testament Prophesies come true in the New Testament. In that spirit of prophesy, which we read, see, and bear witness to in Christ how glorious are they that publish glad tidings from the truly astoundingly true words found in Isaiah 52:7: "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!"
The prophesies of the Old Testament didn't stop with the New Testament, nor did prophesies made in both the Old and the New Testament stop which were understood to be a Record of those things which were yet to come to pass, even in our modern day or what was termed the last days or in the end of times. The scripture of Isaiah 52:7 hold every bit of a wonderful articulate description for things that were prophesied to come to pass in our day that we see and will yet see.
With that in mind I wanted to expand upon what exactly the United States Supreme Court had in front of them in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 as far as an important Record for our time to help us understand what is happening and why in the interest of Trust and Truth we are seeing in it's development a quite remarkable and astounding record to consider by which we might also be found apposed or supporting.
So let me go through as I know the case quite well and communicate to you in very simple terms what is inside the 'word-salad' of Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the TOP-10 Main considerations of the Case in a legal sense without all the Case Law backing up every point ad nauseam.
Judy v. Obama 14-9396 at its core reports to the court the damages caused by the Constitutionally unlawful Candidacy found in Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro based upon the Constitution's Qualifications asserted that the President and Vice President must be a 'natural born Citizen' ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents upon the Presidential Campaigns of Cody Robert Judy in 2008 and 2012 as well 2016.
The Argument constitutes that the Constitution's Qualifications for the President and Vice President of (Natural Born Citizen) are separate or distinct from those qualifications of Representatives and Senators (Citizen) and that combining them without a Constitutional Amendment is considered illegal or an action prohibited by standards of constitutional construction restraints found in Case Law.
The Argument brings to light what is considered a Legislative Mandate or The Peoples' Will through their Representatives in Congress in that eight attempts since 2003 that have failed to make the legal change required that would then be the Judicial Branches duty to uphold if it had changed. The fact it did not change is a witness to the Court of what should be upheld in their positions for the Constitution and also The People's Will. Never before had two certifications been necessary underscoring the illegal intent.
The Argument brings to the attention what would be considered a quid pro quo alliance between three major Presidential Candidates representing two major parties in the Republicans and Democrats who through manipulation and agreement sought to change the Constitution's Qualifications but only got half of Congress to support it in the U.S. Senate, as a non-binding resolution numbered as 511. The three Candidates for President were Sen. Hillary Clinton, Sen. Barack Obama, and Sen. John McCain.
The Argument advocates that once this was undertaken a Cabal was created in the Order of a Cartel or illegal Monopoly formed by Barack Obama's Campaign Corporation and the Democratic National Committee Corporation which acted illegally by certifying Barack Obama as a legal Candidate. The evidence of this secret combination was Rep. Nancy Pelosi's signature on not one, but two distinct and separate certifications, for Obama as the parties nominee, which declared the Candidate legal by Constitutional Standards in the Constitution, while he was not.
The Argument advocates that the combination of these Corporations in the illegal actions constitutes the formation of an illegal cartel formed with the intent of monopolizing against the Campaign and Candidacy for President Cody Robert Judy who would not yield his Civil Rights of a fair and equal race according to the Standards set as the Constitution's Qualifications against the Cartel's illegal actions.
The Argument advocates that Mr. Judy is within his rights to report directly to the Courts without an Attorney General representing him, according to the parameters dedicated by Congress in the Sherman/Clayton Acts of Congress specifically mentioning such authority, and that it was then the Court's obligation through the Presiding Judge of the Case to refer the Case to the Attorney General for back up and that this did not happen in the lower District Court or in the Appeal to the 10th Circuit.
The Argument advocates that the United States Supreme Court can also hear the Case De Novo and ask the Court to do as much. De Novo is a Latin expression meaning 'from the beginning", "afresh", "anew", or "beginning again", which would set aside any of the lower Court's assumptions that the Defendant was not served properly and thereby make the findings of the lower Court's opinions obsolete in any technicality that might disrupt the interest of Justice on such an important matter as to be affecting millions of lives and the very fabric of soundness in the United States Election process and voters ability to at least have the opportunity to vote for a legally qualified Candidate rather than be subjects to the ill-gotten and nefarious whims of celebrity politicians deliberately obstructing the Constitution.
The Argument advocates that this is not a 'one party' issue of concern when it comes to the considerations of the Court because both major parties in the Republicans and Democrats are involved heavily with what would be considered as main stream Candidates in McCain, Obama, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Obama mentioned in Application 15A25 , so is not just a consideration of damages of 2008 and 2012, but also a consideration of the future integrity of the Presidential Race in 2016 and all those Americans caught in cross-fire of fraud or supporting a Candidate for President who should he be elected would not be qualified for the Office of the President or Vice President.
The Argument advocates that Mr. Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in the entire United States who has also advocated the Principle for both parties equally and justly as he served McCain and Obama Federal Law Suits in the past and has continually kept his Standing by either suing them or entering the race once a Candidate was illegally chosen by the Democratic Party as was the case with Obama in 2012, as a write-in Candidate sustaining the damages and harm caused until the next election where he then again entered the race as a Candidate with Standing claiming harm in the next election thus showing continuity of the damages. This relieves any derogatory or ill-gotten 'race card' Obama or the Main Stream Media might trump or assess as an inequality or unfairness against Obama personally. Mr. Judy also includes a the law enforcement investigation of AZ. Sheriff Joe Arpaio's cold case posse as evidence of identification fraud in Obama's long form birth certificate and draft registration.
September 28th, 2015 is the scheduled 2nd Conference Date on this Case in the United States Supreme Court.
HAS YOUR FAVORITE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE BEEN FAITHFUL AND TRUE?
With so many Candidates running for President who have not undertaken the grueling road of upholding the Principle of the 'natural born Citizen' qualification, bound by the Constitution's outline as the Supreme Law of the Land, a real consideration must be made by Voters and Supporters of what they actually hope for in the reasonable support of their favored Candidate.
To understand the Candidates who are running that have held some form or Government Position by election during or since Obama's usurpation begin, is to identify that Candidates use of that Office in any form to advocate opposition to the highly visible usurpation of the Office of the President. Did he/she say anything regarding about the Crime of the Century high-jacking the American Elections and the office of the President by someone who was unqualified and certainly had no business whatsoever being in that Office using the Constitution as a Standard of Defense?
If they did not do that.. you have a Coward of the Constitution you can identify very quickly!
If they were not elected in any previous elected Office, and as a business person did not raise their voice against the usurpation of the Office of the President in the capacity of their prominence as a business person considered as a leader in the community, then you have someone who either does not understand the Constitution and the precepts it identifies as needing to be upheld or does not even understand the qualifications of the Office they are running for and thus are rather incompetent or would be very infirm in the office of the president for your consideration.
If they spoke out as an unelected person on the usurpation of the Office of the President in Obama as a particularly successful business person and then ultimately refused to support a Candidate who was the only one in America with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record you can assume either two things:
Their motive was not honest in speaking out and was perhaps even cultivated or garnered for a quid pro quo government/business favor. In other words they did it as a favor in order to move themselves ahead financially obtaining some kind of leverage that might also be important in the future. OR
If their motive was honest and true and they withheld their support specifically asked for, then they are just stupid in which case you wouldn't want to trust them with the Office of the President anyway. They ultimately would prove no better then the politicians in the offices now who have kept their ears shut, their mouths shut, and their eyes shut, lending the infirm consequence of being led by the deaf, dumb, and the blind.
That basically covers every Candidate for President now running in the 2016 Field for both Parties as well as the Independent Candidates and leaves only one who has actually been Faithful and True to you. One is better then none.
IS THIS THAT BIG OF A DEAL ?
WHY CAN'T WE JUST MOVE ON AND WIPE THE SLATE CLEAN?
It doesn't take long if you consider the Republican Candidates, who have been elected before in some form, to understand they consider Obama's reign to be every bit as un-constitutional as I do by the simple fact that they want to undue every executive order and piece of legislation he is credited for. According to their own words most would spend their first day writing out executive orders that would over-ride the executive orders and legislation like Obamacare that had been passed they disagreed with over the last seven years.
In other words, they want to do exactly what Judy v. Obama 14-9396 will do, but they just want to do it denying the concepts of the qualifications of the Constitution for the Office of the President and rather in their own election as President.
What does that tell you? What that tells you is they do not want to bound by the Constitution when they get in the Office of the President either, just the same as Obama. Don't be fooled. How could their motives and desires be found out more truly than simply asking them, "If Obama was found ineligible wouldn't that negate every piece of legislation he has signed rather than legitimize it first, so that you can illegitimize it with your executive orders?"
The other Democratic Party Candidates either don't have a clue or are in on not understanding the ramifications of what has happened. That is no indication of leadership you need or want right now.
Of course. They do not want to be held to accountability for Obama's usurpation so they have to legitimize Obama as legal first, so they can have the honor of disavowing him and his decisions. Are they ashamed of the Constitution's Standards and afraid of actually standing up for them as Candidates for President in their responsibility of holding "Standing" against any Candidate in their party who is illegal?
While I can't tell you how to vote or who to support, I can show you why you shouldn't support or vote for any of the Candidates, and I can also show you how ifyou start looking you will start seeing,how the Bible in Gods' own words to his Prophets seen so many centuries ago, is also testifying to you that this is the way it was going to be for America. Consider the three literal things we see happening right now in the captioned picture of this Post referencing REVELATION Chapter 19.
You would only have One who was Faithful and True to the Constitution
He would ride a White Horse as sign you would see.
His Word would be his Sword
How does the word become so powerful as to be considered a weapon like a sword? Can we not consider when it comes out of the Supreme Court as affecting the Law of the Land, that everyone adheres to that its pretty powerful, but still didn't act as a regular sword which just cuts the heads off of those who defy the law putting them up on a stake for everyone to see?
It might be a nuance that you don't want to see, but really that is me on that "White" Arabian stallion in the picture. Another interesting fact to consider. Who among the Presidential Candidates do you know my fellow Christians, that has actually suffered and been imprisoned for testifying of God's word to a religious congregation and has as part of his Record a reputation as a Prophet not forgotten twenty-two years ago?
The Word contrived in a religious meeting by The State as to a fixed meaning which is unconstitutional AND unrepresentative of the actual evidence.
The physical evidence actually being what Cody had stated was in the brief case containing his Bible and B.O.M. or Book of Mormon that the SWAT team opened up saw and decided to blow up for the camera's anyway in a symbolic destruction of what is and should be considered most holy to God. Newspaper accounts related to the event say Cody testified at the time, it was an action of God in lawful correction. This really should have protected Cody under the Constitution's free exercise of religion and Utah's even more adamant defense of 'religious sentiment'.
Does the United States of America regularly harbor Religious Protesters in their Prisons for eight years who caused no harm, made no financial demands, hurt no property or person, and in whom their was no weapon found accept the word of God in Cannon Text?
Does in the course of loving the Facts, if that is important to you, the UNION of Church and State coming together in the evidence used in a Court to prosecute a person, in the Video of the event, denied to the accused count as a willful neglect constituting an unlawful prosecution? Of course it does, especially when the accused accounts of being viciously beaten by the mob who sought to excuse themselves from prosecution and never have faced Trial on their own actions in the mob and unconstitutional prosecution.
Does the presiding Judge in the Case also hold allegiance to the LDS Church as a Bishop at the time under the same authority of the person so interrupted at the event called a Church Fireside? Of course he does receiving many letters and directions from the LDS Church Presidency.
These FACTS cannot be denied.
BACK TO THE SUPREME COURT
How is it possible that the one person who that unlawful prosecution happened to, is actually also the ONE and only Candidate for President in America with a bi-partisan federal court record of upholding the Constitution's Principle Qualifications for the Office of the President upon which Trillions of dollars rest in USA DEBT and many lives have been lost over?
Was is not the Jews in the Bible who also are accredited to the religious persecution of the Prophet/Savior Jesus Christ? The one who had labeled at the head of his cross THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS (in his own opinion) the Jews protested and might have added, but Pilate wouldn't allow it to be changed? Luke 23:38
At the heading of my introduction referencing the picture with Gov. Christie below, these people wrote, "Cody Robert Judy is the next prophet of the Mormon Church" - in his opinion.
When you start looking at the ironies of how much of the same thing is going on with our Government and the corruption of the law you start understanding why God sends prophets to make Records by which Judgement can come and be found Faithful and True, and for those who actually have their eyes open and ears open it is not to big of a leap of faith to understand God's love is the same today as it ever has been and always will be.
One thing I know. You can ridicule, make fun, mock, taunt, jeer, sneer, deride, scorn, laugh, and point all you want at me but it will catch up to you. Clearly, my message is not just Domestic. Yes, I'm also talking to foreign Governments who 'think' that compromising America's Constitution will come without consequence to them as they seek disruption of civility here in America. You think you can sell America, buy America, and sink America as the United States of America, give it a try, for in that your Communism may rise a bit in popularity but clearly you have not understood the Almighty Creator's love and tender mercies for America.
This land is a choice land, but can only be ruled under the Supreme Law of the Land in healthy attribution to the world. That law is the U.S. Constitution. When you seek or anyone seeks to disrupt that, they seek the wrath of the whirlwind inside the most powerful force understood by the human mind. Clearly, what I am plainly referring, to the enemies of the United States Constitution foreign and domestic, you will lose.
Believe me when I say for Foreigners bent on the destruction of the USA, "Perhaps we have not thought this through clearly?", will be the deafening understatement echoed across the Universe by your children, and your children's children. Do not suppose you can mock God in his Supreme Law for this Land. Pitting your will against His will be your undoing.
Believe me, I know when your wife begins to make comments about the money not being what it used to be. I know the problems of which you will go through and I know just how fast God can take it all away from you and give it to someone else. I have suffered the likeness of these while you talked about me and the days were not easy nor were they short.
You may have thought 'CHANGE' sounded good screamed at the podium by and from Barack Hussein Obama, but you will find 'REPENT' whispered from Cody Robert Judy to sink so deep within your Soul that a Restoration is made very clear in your mind. And what must be Restored?

Believe me, it gets really hard to try to pay a multiple thousand dollar mortgage earning $20 dollar bills instead of $1,000 dollar bills.
And what will I say to you? Yes, I understand, but there is a penalty affixed that I cannot remove for what you have done to me. I suffered greatly because of you and now you want me to pay for your baby-sitter? Let us think about that for awhile, while we watch this ECONOMIC STORM you thought Obama was worth?

You really do not value the United States Constitution or think its precepts apply to you or are something you should care about and support.

It's 5:11AM and the roasting of a caramel mocha drizzle permeates as the prevailing wind in my house. The wonderful smell is relaxing and exciting at the same time which is just wonderful to experience. The sounds of a deep thunder are heard as if the Heavens were saying thank you to the address I make here. Politics and Principles are often the show of clashing titans. Recently we have seen a show that has been years in the making entitled- The Sting of Planned Parenthood.
In 1973 a delightful show called The Sting came out starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman. I'm starting to be of the age where I'm referencing shows that a couple of generations have passed. In the movie following the murder of a mutual friend, aspiring con man Johnny Hooker (Robert Redford) teams up with old pro Henry Gondorff (Paul Newman) to take revenge on the ruthless crime boss responsible, Doyle Lonnegan (Robert Shaw).Hooker and Gondorff set about implementing an elaborate scheme, one so crafty that Lonnegan won't even know he's been swindled. As their big con unfolds, however, things don't go according to plan, requiring some last-minute improvisation by the undaunted duo.
The Sting operation of Planned Parenthood reminds me of that in the ways that are not so good. I've never liked the idea of the 'set up ' or 'trap' I've seen happen to so many fall victims to by those who 'thought' they were doing a heroic thing. In the name of their 'heroic' thing, they justify the sting and their own actions taken right out of the devils page of crafty lying, deception, masochism, slavery and ultimately imprisonment. Its' the good cop gone bad in an ultimate spirit that is anti-christ.
Yes, I'm officially in the 2016 race for President as a Democrat. They don't like me none much either. I haven't received any stellar endorsement of Planned Parenthood, so my defense is rooted in the spirit of wisdom and understanding and not money. I should say this defense doesn't not come easy. What do I mean by that. Well, do you think the wisdom and understanding of Jesus came easy? Do you think while he was out fasting in the desert for forty days being tempted by the devil at his weakest points that it was easy?
Now you know why this defense doesn't come easy. Most people are not willing to put in the actual time it takes to really get to the heart of judgement that is in harmony with Christ. They want a short-cut. That's where Moses came in for the children of Israel as the Lord invited them up to the Mountain and they shook their heads "No". Can you imagine?
Holy Bible Exodus 20:19 " And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die." The so-called righteous people did not really feel confident in God's word and in not being confident they realized an impurity in themselves that would necessarily not be able to stand with God and remain intact.
I have a few people that tell me to "Get to the POINT!" So, perhaps this time I will for their own interest then they can stop reading if they'd like?
Abortion is not Murder - but Bearing False Witness against your neighbor is a violation of the 9th Commandment. Those who accuse those who have abortions of murder might want to consider their own judgement very closely so as not to come under a violation of one of the Big Ten.
HOLY BIBLE Genesis 2:7 relays to us the process of creating a Soul and the process that must be complete to for the constitution of Life, which only then can come under a penalty of murder. First the body was formed completely. But it was not a living Soul yet. The breath of life in the individual body was then breathed into it. This was/is the individual spirit God put in that body which then constitutes a Soul. That comes after being separated from the Mother's own Soul, and after the body is formed.
The U.S. Constitution- Agreement of Voting Citizens 18+ years. If you cannot Vote, you do not have representation of the Constitution individually. The use of the Constitution as a defense for a fetus or embryo as an individual under the protections as an individual is a tenant of the absurdity doctrine. To say otherwise, would necessarily hold the position that the fetus or embryo was capable of a crime.
Juveniles have their own Courts. Juveniles have a very different and unique set of Laws that are much more lenient then being tried as an adult. The ages of Juveniles range from State to State from 7 to 18. Minors under the age of 7 generally cannot be tried for a crime of accountability, but their parents might be liable.
Doctors in Specialty Care or Operating in U.S. are are 500,000 Total U.S. Physicians about 27 per 10,000 civilian population. When you consider this there is a very small part of the United States population that we could say is not squeamish by the site of body parts and blood. These folks were not the targeted by the Sting Operation of Planned Parenthood.
Research Diseases/Vaccines - Hepatitis A, German measles/rubella, chickenpox, rabies, potential Ebola Vaccine- Cancer-Huntings Disease-Diabetes-
DISCUSSION
One of the problems about that attack on Planned Parenthood
all in the name of “Life” is as we all know the so-called “under-cover-sting-operation”
was years in the planning. The intent of this carefully laid out sting was of
course to really sabotage Professional Doctors,Nurses, and Professional Disease Researchers in their own specialty
practices.
The primary target was indeed to photograph and record the
legally collected embryos and fetuses that had been aborted. The samples of
abortions captured on video had been collected legally by medically trained and qualified
professionals. In other terms perhaps the equivalent of getting prescription
drugs through your doctor legally and not at the corner in the dark ally of Broadway
by an unlicensed drug dealer might be understood easier?
If the sting operation was not relying on the actual horror
that they knew only 27 out of 10,000 of the population might not vomit over I
think they might not have compromised themselves, but we all know you can sell your
own body parts and receive a pretty healthy compensation for that. People donate blood, plasma, sperm, and
kidneys, for compensations and also are asked if they would like to donate
their entire body for parts should they die in an accident at the DMV.
So what makes the aborted fetuses and embryo’s viewed differently
by the general population compared to medical professionals?
Well of course that’s the sensationalism that is
being preyed upon by the individuals responsible for this bad sting operation.
They know the general population, shy of those who are trained medical
professionals, will think it’s gross, abhorrent, and sad. I’m not a trained medical professional but
I have been involved in some pretty hairy and bloody scenes that a lot of
people might go white over.
I’ve witnessed the child birth of all four of my children
two of which were C-Sections I cut the umbilical cord with the scissors as the
Doctor handed them to me. Amazing!
As a professional horseman at one time in my life, I’ve
delivered a lot of animals being born who were in trouble, stuck or even breach.
I was once asked to assist a Vet operating on a Mare to untwist the placenta sack of the living Mare. An incision had been made near the top of the Mares abdomen and
the Vet literally did not have the strength with one arm inside the mare with a
glove on to flip the whole body weight of the growing, gosh I’m thinking
because it’s been like 25 years, 6 or 7 month old fetus. He asked me to wash up
quickly put a glove on and with both our arms inside the Mare’s womb we were
able to flip the sack untwisting it.
I’ve also witnessed some horrific deaths that were really
sad. Coming back from work in California one time I had a pickup truck pass me
with two in the cab and two or three Mexicans in the back. They passed me doing
at least 80 mph on a four lane country stretch of road. About a mile up the
road I just saw a cloud of dust and was the first to arrive on the scene of the
accident. I jumped out of my car and ran up to the elderly gentleman who was
being squeezed to death by the engine pushing the steering wheel into his
chest. He looked at me as I related “God Bless You” and he gave up his last
breath passing away.
The scene was horrific with arms and limbs and decapitations
of the three car accident. One person who was thrown in the back of the truck
was the only one who lived and he got up and dusted his pants off tossed into a
field recognizing me as the car that they had just passed. As the police arrived and
we were sorting out body parts one of the officers yelled at me for covering a
body up with a blanket I had. I said well the person is dead. He yelled at me, “How
do you know”. I said, well his face was lacerated from the top of his crown to
the throat and peeled away and his brain was thrown out of his head. He has
only an empty cavity now where his brains once were.
The officer changed his tone towards me as he tipped the
blanket up to peak at the corpse. He then asked me for help in locating the
brain. He said, “Do you know what we are looking for? It’s grey matter about
the size of a baseball is all.” Out of the 5 people looking now, I was the one
who found the ‘brain’ under a hubcap as I lifted it up.
I have witnessed life and death at the moment of both. While
I’m not a MD, I’ve always been interested in many of the medical fields. The real point is that the Bad Sting Operation is preying upon People's weaknesses as untrained medical professionals who face these things on a daily basis in the Order of defunding Planned Parenthood.
BIBLICAL ACCOUNT IN GENESIS OF LIFE
There have been circumstances in my life which made me question my own faith. It was those circumstances which made me ask questions that I might not have otherwise asked God.
In receiving the answers in many instances I
found my own belief was wrong, and that required a change that was not easy for me. Its hard especially if you have grown up with what is biblically termed a false tradition of the fathers. The change that
reflects the subject of our discussion on “Pro-Choice” and “Pro-Life” I have
incorporated from the studies I’ve made ultimate landed a new and positive
stand I call “Pro-Choice4Life”
That represents first and foremost a respect for Women’s
Health, a respect of the female’s choice, and certainly a Woman’s vote as a Citizen
of the United States of America. Secondly, it advocates a respect of the life of the women/female over the fetus.
It really pains me to hear people say, “Abortion
is Murder” and that in the accumulation of abortions in America God’s Judgment is sound in damning the people of the United States of America
which tends to be the regurgitates of Pro-Lifers in the extreme.
They quote scripture and the Constitution so far out of
context the snake would bite them if they could see it a foot away. This is
much more reprehensible in the site of God as it has involved lying and bearing
false witness against thy neighbor which is a violation of the 9th Commandment. I really do not see many religious
teachers standing up and correcting people about this either.
Unrighteous Judgement by those who believe they are righteous is probably the one thing Jesus Christ really got upset about. Most Democrats unwillingness to refer to the Holy Bible is also seen more as a weakness by Americans than a demonstration of strength in wisdom and understanding. My willingness to is an acknowledgement of wisdom and understanding on many subjects pertinent to us now not repeating mistakes.
In the Holy Bible where Life is talked about- where it all
begins- in Genesis we read of the process of life which to me makes more sense
in finding answers to creation itself. Let me add a break down for clarification of Chapter
2:7“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into
his nostrils the breath of life: and man became a living soul.”
It’s similar to the two prong requirements of ‘natural born
Citizen’ ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents so it shouldn’t surprise us
that most Republicans don’t get it having more ineligible Candidate running for
President in McCain, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal that I’ll mention. You see in that small sentence two requirements.
The two prong requirement is set out very plainly in the Creation of Life that we participate in. First the
Body was created. Did God create half a body or a whole body? We trust that the
image of Man was created as God’s image from Genesis 1:26 “And God said, let us
make man in our image, after our likeness:” This implies also a plurality of
Gods. God had some help, perhaps some nurses and doctors standing around he was
calling upon? (smile) For it reads again, “Let US make man in OUR image, after
OUR likeness” Pretty cool huh?
The two step process again:
1)Body is Created
2)Spirit is put in body – as Breath is understood
as Life
3)Man becomes a Living Soul
Only a Soul being unnecessarily ended constitutes the crime
of Murder. You cannot murder a dead
body. There are crimes of desecration of a body as it is regarded as property
of the family only because you’re certainly not going to have the deceased
testifying in Court, on this earthly plain anyway.
One other scripture really quick as it’s close and reminds
all of us of the Commandment from God to us to in fact to have dominion over all
sickness, diseases, tumors, cancers etc. We find it in Genesis Ch. 1:28 “And
God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and
replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea,
and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the
earth.
The diseases that are alive in our bodies are also
considered in ‘every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”, that we are
instructed to have dominion over. This is why when it comes to medical science
and discovery God did not handicap us he's encouraged us. He told us to get to work! I am so
thrilled at all the medical breakthroughs we are seeing now, but we have a long
way to go in preventing cancers and so many diseases and aliments of especially
the very young and elderly.
This is one of the biggest reason I get a little blistered
at the ‘Bad-Sting’ these pro-life folks undertook in framing with lies and deceit
their entire operation. Who are those they will most hurt in holding back major
medical breakthroughs? It’s the young and elderly who are their victims and it’s
most disagreeable with me.
SEEN IN THE EYE OF OUR U.S. CONSTITUTION
People need to remember this when it comes to our U.S.
Constitution. That Constitution really is designed for those able to vote. That
age is 18 years of age right now. We have juvenile courts for those generally
7-18 that are much more lenient then adult courts and those younger are
generally not held at accountability for wrong doing, though in some cases
their parents might be held accountable.
Why do I bring this up? Because legally, our law testifies
the imagined rights the Pro-Life advocates assume the Constitution provides is
speaking as early as conception are absurd. They do not exist under the umbrella
of our Constitution. “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness” was a line
called for in the Declaration of Independence separating us from England as a
Country, and every reference to rights under the Constitution are designated as
‘rights of the Citizens’.
One of the reasons the Constitution was written was that
there should be no taxation without representation and to do that in fact you
have to be able to vote, and to do that you have to be 18 Amendment XXVI.
Sect.1.
Our Criminal Code
along with Juvenile Courts and laws pertaining to ‘pre-Juveniles” and “property”
actually are the ones used when it comes to children, embryos, fetus, assorted body parts and liquids.
“Oh my God Cody, have you seen the bodies of the
ultra-sounds? Of course I have, but they are not ‘Independent Souls’. They are
extensions of their Mother, not yet receiving their Independent Spirit or
breath of life in incubation. That process happens with two things God knows
and one that we also know.
1.The “will and desire of the Mother”
2.The “first independent breath” which makes the
baby a living soul.
3.Age of the Child begins the day of birth- We do
not count the gestation period of 9 months as part of the first year of a
child. That’s common sense Folks and a
no-brainer.
Now we also have to consider the Mother’s rights because ultimately
those staunch Pro-Lifer’s seek to incarcerate a women’s own body the moment of
conception taking away all of her liberty so pretended as a concern for the ‘fetus’.
Let’s say the Women is over 18 and is of voting age.
Pro-Lifer’s ultimately are willing to sacrifice all of that
women’s freedom, liberty, and pursuit of happiness as a Citizen of the United
States Constitution for a body that hasn’t lived one day independently. How do
you justify the protections of the Constitution as worth anything if you are
unwilling to apply it to a Citizen, her parents as well as society has so much
invested in 18 years of protection and education?
That math doesn’t make a bit of sense Mr. Donald Trump. Mr.
Trump, leader of the Republicans in most every poll now, is saying he doesn’t
like abortions to get Republican votes and to solidify a voting base that not
only does not understand the Christian background of the Holy Bible in Genesis,
but is not even understanding or respecting our U.S. Constitution. He is just
wrong when it comes to this issue, but he has a lot of company in all of the
Republican Candidates for President.
Mr. Trump along with the company of Republican Candidates
are also in this particular stance of his willing to throw all the medical breakthroughs
away that will ultimately help, heal, and cure near all of the plagues of
disease and loss that so many suffer from in aliments by hindering the Medical
Professional Research required for those which ultimately requires human tissue
and at best the codes generated at the first stages of cell division.
Politically speaking I do think it is very important to
elect a President who is at least willing to defend the rights of its Citizens
under the U.S. Constitution, and ultimately Pro-Lifers are not willing to do
that and it should be a great concern among all of us, but especially women who
are threatened with incarceration during a 9 month gestation or incubation if
we play out the Republican stand on this in an ultimate extreme in the same light
they have procured this defunding of Planned Parenthood that I oppose.
It is in the defense of a healthy life, for the genuine
concern of those who are sick, unwell, crippled, blind, deaf, lame, diseased, and
infirm that I take my stand in a well balanced and harmonious stand with God,
and our Constitution for the rights and protections of our Citizens in this
Country.
The stand is just as important as a defense of our U.S.
borders. The hypocrisy of the Republican Candidates to stand in defense for the
borders of our Country yet unhinge at the body of our Citizens is very
cruel. If they will not stand in the
same rigorous defense for the borders of our Citizens bodies, plagued with all
manner of obnoxious infiltration as they pretend our borders are important but our national
defense of the qualifications of the President being a ‘natural born Citizen’,
i.e, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents are not, rest assured the faulty and hypocritical judgments
will end at a sever cost to our Citizenry.
These are very plain and simple consideration that I do think every person of voting age can understand if they will take the time to
read. Of course books could be written about this and the subjects contained
therein, this is just a very quick five pages and we just do not see Candidates
for President really specifying the reasons they believe what they do.
I hope my commitment towards transparency at least is given
the respectful consideration for which it is also offered towards the strength
of our Nation to move with intelligence as our Helmet, with the Trust as our
Shield, and Truth as our Sword. It is for these that I am not ashamed and stand
boldly in your service my fellow Citizens.
