Hillary Clinton and the DNC on Friday April 18th,2018 sued President Trump's Campaign alleging a conspiracy between his campaign and the Russian Government with the circumstantial evidence of her losing based upon hacking from the Romanian source of Guccifer and Wikileaks with no mention of the 'Details' of the released documentation being the culprit of the loss.
In other words, they are [not] mad about the solicitous, harmful, and fowl dialogue they consumed themselves in, (leading to Debbie Wasserman Schultz's Resigning from DNC Chairman) but are mad it was stolen and distributed through the hacking of foreign actors. They are not mad about the Democratic Party Primaries being "Rigged", as was stated by Elizabeth Warren, Donna Brazille-DNC Chairman, Bernie Sanders and of course Cody Robert Jud both Presidential Candidates in the Democratic Party in 2016.
They aren't mad about the favorable and fewer Debates Hillary garnered on weekends, nor turning the debate stage into their own hand picked candidates surely she could handle. The Cabalish Cartel, likened to the dark embalming tombs fertile for the fawning scarab beetles to lay in, had "promised" Hillary the Democratic Party Nomination for President with the great gifts bestowed upon her from the one and only usurping leader Barack Hussein Obama.

Catastrophic Corruption has become wormwood in the United States of America. Wormwood in the Ukraine is Chernobyl, which refers to the nuclear spill of horrendous proportions. If their was a principle in the United States Constitution that might have saved otherwise good people that ended up selling their souls the mighty simple but powerful qualification requirement in Article II, Section 1. It may also come to President Trump's attention, especially with these law suits, that its either him or Obama that's going down because they won't stop until he's gone.
It may indeed be self preservation that makes Trump come out on top of Obama. Understanding that when you have a U.S. Supreme Court that is fundamentally flawed in upholding the U.S. Constitution in the most basic values and understandings of the difference between [naturalization] or in other words a statute or act of Congress and [natural born Citizen] covering nature's law of soil and both parents, (separating the office by two generations as a wall of protection), you fundamentally feed a swamp you must wade through again, and again.

Needless to say it was Rotten to the core and did not represent a smidgen of the Democratic Party ideals and principles of Civil Rights and Equalty under the Banner of the U.S. Constitution. How could it?
The Skeletons in the Closet remain in the Dossier of the Democratic Party Platform. Opening the door of darkness and burying Fraud&Forgery was considered acceptable scandal but now it is haunting the Party in popularity.
Do Democrats feel good about seeing the DEMOCRATIC Principles of a fair Primary compromised in the #DNC? Anyone who says they are thrilled about it has already abandoned the Parties Principles embracing the Bully and in kind the sexual predator's MO or SOP.
Is it a surprise to see the outbreak of this in Hollywood Entertainment and DC Circles by women charging foul as fast and furiously as the movement of "ME TOO" has formed?
No. It's not surprising to me at all. What is surprising is the Tactic that women have, in the Democratic Party, been voting for. Thinking it doesn't spill over into something they feel Repulsive about is classic denial of domestic abuse.
The BIG Question is will Democratic Voters demand that the same scourge taking place in the "ME TOO" Movement actually be identified in the Democratic Party in Respect for the U.S. Constitution.
If women in this Nation want respect they need to respect the Supreme Law of the Land in the U.S. Constitution that gives and provides them equality along with all minorities who despair about individual rights being protected from THE Bullies like Obama, Clinton, and Pelosi who have tooted the horn of hypocracy creating the nightmare in which the Bully wins in violating their rights.

Cody Robert Judy might be best described as a Wild Man, his hairs long and he's got quite the record, but sometimes that is exactly what is necessary. He is the bastion of Birthers, who are credited by Valerie Jarrett and Hillary Clinton to be the pejorative of the loss to President Donald J. Trump. Now with his Tenth Circuit Appeal and Emergency Application to Individual Justice Neil Gorsuch governed by Rule 22 of the U.S. Supreme Court for a Petition of Mandamus, he says there is a call for 'retreat' among Birthers who are or have given up. To that he has issued a call to Patriots everywhere to "Hold The Line" and made a promise that if he wins his Court Cases, everyone who has contributed to him over his Presidential Candidacies of 2008, 2012, and 2016 will receive 3X back what they contributed, up to 1 Million dollars!
MAY 12- 2010 - Seven Years ago today the picture on the left was taken of Cody working in the temporary office Atlah World Missionary Church provided while he was staying there summoned to New York as a witness in the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial. He was the only Presidential Candidate there. The Jury, picked from all over America to serve as Jurist in the Tenth Amendment Trial hosted by Dr. James David Manning , heard his Testimony. In doing so, Cody became the only Presidential Candidate in U.S. History to take the Witness Stand and under oath swear that Obama was not a "natural born Citizen" qualified to serve under the Constitutional provisions which are required for that particular office. Cody literally made the trip across the Nation from Nevada with only enough money to buy gas to get there, not even knowing if his testimony would be used or asked for.
"I had a dream a week before the Trial and saw myself arriving just on time to testify", Cody said. "That was the only Faith I had that I would be used in the trial."
Cody's testimony became very unique when he related to Dr. James David Manning upon arrival he was the only Presidential Candidate who had a Federal Case in Court against Sen. John McCain for not being a "natural born Citizen" and had made his objection to Obama made known in an Emergency Motion to the Court which included Phil Berg's Writ of Certiori to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Jury after a 5 Day Trial and many witnesses found Obama "Guilty".

Cody's reputation has reached far and wide across the globe for good and bad. Cody's name and actions have earned him a place on the 'BAD' category at Obamaconspiracy.org a staunch defending organization against the 'natural born Citizen' requirement for President in the U.S. Constitution, with the denial that until the Constitution was signed and ratified there were no [Citizens] let alone [natural born Citizens] of the United States of America. Without a Sovereignty or Country what exactly were the people there but a conglomerate of other Countries Citizens with many Country's claiming territory extensions. This is why, as Cody has held, the Founders and Framers were forced to declare themselves eligible as original "Citizens" in the U.S. Constitution's declarative requirement for that Office- "Citizens at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" Article II, Section I., Clause 5. "There were no Citizens let alone natural born Citizens to a Country which had just declared a new Jurisdiction and Standard of Liberty." There he is known without affection and referred in the pejorative manner as "Ex-Con Judy".

There are many examples in our modern time memories but asked to name one, Cody referred to the Patriot movie and a particular scene in which the British Commander Charles Cornwallis had under-estimated in his Pride the strength of the militia as it was used in a strategist way for it's weakness.
In the movie Mel Gibson playing Benjamin Martin a widowed father with children comes to play a key role in the monumental change that eventually leads to the surrender of the British by encouraging those who were weak and in retreat to "HOLD THE LINE!".

Receiving very few donations, Cody relates the Birther Movement is much like the Movie the Patriot when at the moment of precision many are faltering and this is such an important [American Choice] to be preserved that we just can not let it go. We must take courage and "Hold The Line".
[Make America Great Again] was a great campaign slogan for President Trump, and indeed there are many Americans who agreed that it was long over due. But what of the highest office of the land being preserved and restored if we have allowed a usurpation of that office to go as if we didn't care?
For this reason, Cody has announced as he has done in previous years, that if he wins his law suit in full he will restore every Contribution made three fold. Indeed money goes where it is treated kindly and Cody wants you to know that in him and this American Choice you have an investment in the U.S. Constitution that could pay off 3X what you put in to it!
Of course there are no guarantees he will win, but America was not forged on guarantees. It was formed on a belief and with faith that under God we could form a Nation with liberty and justice for all of her Citizens under the banner and standard of the U.S. Constitution. It must be upheld.
Cody relates that only his own personal and very real life experience as a prisoner for eight years, (put there with an unlawful prosecution as he was denied evidence used against him in a Court of Law, held by his persecutors in an unlawful union between church and state, and receiving no favorable appeal that should change that at the highest court levels, because it didn't affect enough people),could possible have given him the courage and stamina to take a stand for this long with Obama's Ineligibility which represents the biggest circumvent of America's Elections, National Security, and most high-level fraud upon the American People certainly in our lifetimes, maybe in U.S. History!
Cody was ridiculed in prison by Prison Guards every day just like he is today when he refused to cut his hair in a stand for equality in the grooming standards. He faced nearly four years of his incarceration for a stand met for and with the native Americans who had suffered for decades, and eventually won the right for equality in the grooming standards for male and female inmates.
"Only the good Lord speaking to me bore me up in solitary confinement for 4 years on lock-down 23 hours a day 7 days a week, in a cell the size of a small bathroom. The one hour out was to take a shower and walk a hall. Only my dreams saved me as the Lord showed me relief would one day come. I can't explain the gratitude which comes when that relief arrives. It is over-whelming!".
He relates a story of gratitude that was understood by Moses's right hand man who began to murmur behind and against Moses for taking a Ethiopian for a wife which the Lord heard and asked them in for a conference in the tabernacle in The Holy Bible's book of Numbers Ch. 12.
v.2 reads "Has the LORD spoken only through Moses?" they asked. "Hasn't he also spoken through us?" And the LORD heard this.
v.3 Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.

It's not over by a long shot. I have filed an Opening Brief which requires a response which could lead to a hearing a traveling to the Court for a Hearing. This must be prepared for. Yesterday I got some bad news that compounds the most meager rent I have been able to sustain throughout the last 7 years. The property has been sold and the new Landlord yesterday placed a 30 Day Notice to Quit on my door giving me 30 days to vacate the property. I believe he wants to renovate the apartment I am in, which really in fact needs to happen. I am in the worst one in the complex and have paid the least rent also. The new property owner wants to optimize his property which I can't blame him for.
The kitchen floor sways a good 3 inches within a 3 foot span making a whole brick necessary under the fridge to prevent the front door from swinging open. The toilet leaks, and it's terribly in dire straights in all the old swaying floors. I haven't complained because the rent was only $450 per month and it allowed my service to the cause enough for me to put up with doing without a nicer place. Needless to say, the situation is a bit perplexing with my attention being split and certainly no salary like those paid Politicians who haven't done near what I have without being elected.

There are many more Republicans who don't like Obama's Fraud or the facts that the Court's have not been just in this matter. How many Republicans care about it? There has to be more then half a dozen? You saw a great crowd within the Democratic Party who did not support Hillary Clinton. Sanders was spoon fed to them and propped up as a candidate she could beat because he was so far left. The crowd who didn't want Hillary was really herded down the Sanders shoot which ultimately imploded. The Democratic Party did not allow Candidates on the debate stage like Republicans did that mirrored Trump, Carson, and Fiorina who had never been elected before. What if there had been a Candidate who was not in the Establishment who was more to the center and was standing up for the Constitution?

Obama's message of "Hope & Change" was clouded in the same deception of his 50 month delay in proffering his very identity. That amounted to the promises of "Your paying him for a Spending Spree" based in identification fraud & theft. This paved the road in gold ushering in Trump's appeal for business savvy to "make money" in the order of paying for what Obama and the cooperative Congresses had spent.
The problem with 10 Trillion dollars of new Debt is when the new wears off the items purchased become less valuable than the motive to pay-it-off. All be it from people who had not signed on to the debt, because they themselves were unqualified to take on seventy-thousand-dollars of debt for every man, women, and child in the United States, or those who were rich thinking they would simply leave their stash outside the collection barrier of the IRS. The rich are very smart in hiding their money.
America held out 'Hope', with the stomping Hillary Clinton took in the Electoral College Vote, which unites the individual States of the Union, for a businessman who understood "Making Money" rather than "Spending".
Trump himself certainly knows the pitfalls of over-spending with the creative laws he has used at times taking out bankruptcy 6 times.
The problem as I see it is one of the store of promises running dry for Politicians, which Trump certainly now can claim on his resume as President. Therein lies a very good question. If President Trump jumps in with the Washington Establishment he certainly will face the same dragons that beat back Bush, Rubio, Cruz, Kasich, and Carson. Trump was famous for "labeling his opponents" with catch phrases- Crooked Hillary, Lil Marco, Lie'n Ted, Carson - the pathological tempered child molester, are the ones I remember the most.

What part of a fair society would excuse the elite and rich? The families of the victims de Abreu and Furtado sat in court day after day hoping for justice in the actions of Aaron Hernandez who hung himself yesterday in his prison cell. Once an NFL rising star for the New England Patriots with a forty million dollar contract before his sophomore year in College, Justice called, and there he sat in prison serving life without parole. [Yet he threw it all away over drugs and street credibility and machismo, hauled away for life in jail without parole before he even turned 24 years old.]
Has anyone heard of what happened to Hillary Clinton for being all of the 'Crooked' that Trump pronounced? Has anyone heard what happened to Obama who Trump called repeatedly for a multiplicity of things 'a total disaster' and unqualified for the Office of the President? Just bringing those two things to a Court would serve a heavenly host of Republicans and Democrats a feast of faith in a restoration of Justice, but President Trump backed off of them. This could also be the feast of in-justice Trump embraces that will serve him up much more trouble then he ever thought to sign-up for in running for the Office of the President. Because all Acts must be signed by a Constitutionally Qualified President, Trump could have done much more supporting Efforts to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse & Cody Robert Judy's Legal Case of Obama's FORGERY and Ineligibility. Thus Justice would have been serving in many more ways. Cody Robert Judy understands the pursuit of Justice like many American Families who have been let down or even forgotten. Solutions to the problems the Democratic Party faces may be so far removed from the Democratic Party Establishment that they crash through left field and knock themselves out crashing through the left field boundary wall of the United States of America political ball field. Identity Politics has paralyzed them to the point where Individuals have replaced Individual Rights and the gap left between their leaders and the Country in understanding that is unrecognizable.
What is the classic Identity Politics Playbook? I'm black so I can win! I'm brown so I can win! Wait, I'm yellow so I can win! No, I'm female so I can win! I'm a transsexual so I can win! I'm gay so I can win!
It's the complete opposite of being a part of the United States of America and having good ideas for Justice for ALL and if you take a look around Democrats you have lost over 1,000 Races since the King of Identity Politics usurped the U.S. Presidency because he was black and could win. The long-term affect of Identity Politics is akin to a sugar high that lifts one up quick and drops you down very low just as fast.
This is what the Democratic Party has bought in to with "The first black President who was actually half white"; The first "Don't you want a women for President?", Candidate who has lost twice now. It is just not a unlimited magic-hat trick that is going to make the Democratic Party great again and when an Individual replaces Individual Rights the emphasis is on Tyranny of ONE and not on Civil Rights that has the Power of ALL.
An interesting experiment took place that emphasis the point brillantly at New York University (NYU).
What was purposed was essentially what I would call a critique on WISDOM and the fact that regardless of gender, race, color, or any thing else, wisdom is noticed no matter whose mouth it is coming out of. Of course they conducted the experiment with the emphasis on gender and what they thought would be a slam dunk for Identity Politics.
If Trump's words were replaced by Hillary's words, and if Hillary's words were replaced with Trump's words, would the verdict of the election have been the same? You could almost sense they hoped the verdict would not be the same and that if Hillary spoke Trump's words she would NOT have won proving that a women has a proverbial character flaw which makes her a victim, and thus warrants a greater tipping of the scales for justice rooted in wisdom and understanding.
Just the opposite happened. The Trump Actress who spoke Hillary's Lines in the debate, was disliked more. The Hillary Clinton Actor who spoke Trump's lines was liked more.
People across the board were surprised that their expectations about what they were going to experience were upended.”
We both thought that the inversion would confirm our liberal assumption—that no one would have accepted Trump’s behavior from a woman, and that the male Clinton would seem like the much stronger candidate. But we kept checking in with each other and realized that this disruption—a major change in perception—was happening. I had an unsettled feeling the whole way through.
The simplicity of Trump’s message became easier for people to hear when it was coming from a woman—that was a theme. One person said, “I’m just so struck by how precise Trump’s technique is.” Another—a musical theater composer, actually—said that Trump created “hummable lyrics,” while Clinton talked a lot, and everything she was was true and factual, but there was no “hook” to it.
What this proves is that Hillary Clinton could have easily won the Election if she was not so intensified on anti-American, and divisive Identity Politics. Hillary Clinton actually succeeded in turning off half the Country and Donald Trump succeeded in communicating to the portion he needed for the win because he was speaking to more people about individual rights as U.S. Citizens. Clinton was polluting and diluting her message with the World of Citizens, but the world doesn't vote in American Elections.
That is a complete and utter incrimination against the Democratic Party as far as I am concerned. To have lost the debate on Civil Rights is inexcusable! And furthermore, to not get it? Why that's just plain stupid!
Why?
Well, picture Hillary Clinton walking around looking at her pink pussy hat all the time asking for your vote? Picture Barack Obama walking around all the time looking at his skin asking for the your vote? It might work once, but it's a short term high because America is rooted in wisdom and understanding. That has won the Civil War. It may have appeared blacks were free, but whites were freed too. No one want's to be a slave and many people seem to forget that there were white slaves and black Slave Masters?
Individual Rights are calculable only to the greatest number of people affected. If you calculate the black freedom as only a fight were blacks are involved, you will not get one white person fighting for the freedom. That is understanding Freedom and Liberty and Justice for all. [Understanding].. think about that word.
This is why I firmly believe the only way the Democratic Party will ever return to it's greatness in America is if Obama/Clinton Identity Politics is thrown under the bus and squarely run-over. But I'm not sure the Democratic Party has the "Understanding & Wisdom" to actually conceive that is what needs to happen, or to understand that their hope of "Identity Politics" was a sugar high - great for the 15 second commercial and terribly exposed in an hour long debate.
I have long defended many things Democrats have stood up for such as equal rights for all Citizens. When Republicans refused to remove "Marriage" from State Government leaving it to the Churches, in favor of "Partnership" in State Tax Considerations, under equal protections of Citizens they trampled "Marriage" if it was trampled in allowing Same Sex Marriage in equal protection of rights to Citizens.
Democrats didn't do that; Republicans were bent on discrimination against Citizens when it's clear both female and male can vote.
When it comes to Pro-Choice and Pro-Life, I cognitively recognize children do not vote until the are enfranchised at age 18. Prior to that they are under a dictatorship called type of government in the household with their Parents as responsible adults for their Vote. Life in the understanding of a Soul has it's creation in the separation and its individuality which then in extinguishment constitutes murder. The State confining a Citizen's Body for 9 months without a committed crime is an abuse,nor is a man committed to prison for spilling his seed for the same period or a women for her period and flushing her eggs down the toilet.
That a body in a casket of a man who died of natural causes looks an awful lot like a human without the spirit, needed to create the Soul constituting a [Person], the same way a 8-9 month old fetus looks whose body never received the Spirit to make up the Soul, but we have an awful lot of people declaring a vicious murder has taken place, in lieu of God's Mercy, (and in my believe Promise to every Spirit to inherit a body) as if God can't make another body for that Spirit?
Democrats were mostly Pro-Choice, and Republicans Pro-Life, I chose to be Pro-Choice-for-Life taking to heart the way in which God created man in the distinct steps.

I must finally add that Establishment Democrats have been hypocrites of the Big Tent Party by their own Bull in the China Room Experiment of Identity Politics episodic of discrimination against their fellows in reform, rehab, prison, and jails opting to discriminate in their own Primary Debates of the U.S. Presidential Candidates representative of those entering the Race.
That is emblematic of what? The Elite Classes thoughts on who American's are? Who they ought to be? Well, let me say it in more simple terms. It's discrimination against middle and lower citizens by economic and class citizenship of the United States- all of who have the same power to VOTE!
Troubling thing about that? They are willing to discriminate against me as a Candidate for having a felony 25 years ago, but not Constitutionally Qualify a Presidential Candidate as [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Summation? Their moral compass is twisted!
Trump, Fiorina, and Carson were all Candidates who had never before held office who were also aloud on the Debate Stage by Republicans. Democrats marginalized their un-elected U.S. Presidential Candidates refusing to give them a Debate Stage in a horrible example of elite discrimination.
They are catering to a rich elite exclusive class that is indeed getting smaller and smaller across the Country and concentrated in higher population centers. Did Democrats show America how BIG THE TENT was or how SMALL it really is?
That is a recipe for disaster in the interest of the United States of America, and if that is not their interest, they are on a losing lunar space mission to planet WTFK that know one here can comprehend as to relativity of our United States History.
So is the Democratic Party worth saving? I tend to think of that as do they have the will to win? I think they do, and I think they are worth saving if they are willing to move towards the middle of America instead of out of the left field ballpark.
