Conservatives yesterday were not talking to John Rambo as Trautman in the 1985 First Blood Part II, they were talking to the new Speaker of the House John Boehner as the picture above moved through the ranks of disenchanted conservatives who were upset about the narrow loss of voting to a second round for the majority Speaker of the House election.

Phone lines had been jammed in Congress all day; Glenn Beck had interviewed Louie Gohmert the bold Texas Representative Republican, supported by Sarah Palin, myself and others, who had put his name out there publically for all of the GOP to consider on Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity’s conservative talk shows the days preceding the election. Daniel Webster R-FL. managed 12 votes. He and his fellow Florida Rep. Ted Yoho had been circulated on Breitbart.com, Teaparty.org, but the 29 votes necessary for a second round would be missed by just 4 votes. You’d think R’s could have mustered 4 from incoming freshman?

Bohner, reported as stating he was Obama's best friend, was reported by Politico as moving ‘swiftly to boot two of the insurgents Rep. Webster and supporting Florida Rep. Nugent from the influential Rules Committee’ and noted that could be just the start of perks falling away from those who dared challenge his established role in a 3rd term as Speaker of the House. What was behind this fall-out of support from fellow Republicans was the “Crominibus” a 1.1 Trillion dollar spending package that financed everything Obama wanted including Obamacare and what some have termed ObamaAmnesty and prematurely neutered the incoming 114th House’s ability to check and balance the Executive Branch controlled by Obama in the Office of the President with the power of the purse. Conservative Heroes were touted as courageous and worthy of re-election while others missing the list, were put on notice they had not impressed their constituents, and broken the promise including Mia Love from Utah who was serving her first day on the job.

Conservatives from all over the Country including members of the Democratic Party, Republican Party as well as Independence and Tea Party folks were so sickened with the gaffel with the gavel between D- Nancy Pelosi and R-John Boehner that parodies began popping up like blossoms in a January thaw. Today just might be the single biggest day of INDEPENDENT voter registration upon clerks all over the Nation we have ever seen.

The secrets lying within charlotte seemed to Conservatives enraged by a seeming deaf ear to their ringing was more than Ben (Nicholas Cage) bargained for in National Treasure in a vision to see the treasured past come as the timely shadow crosses in front of the House. In our minds, Congress has completely forgotten the United States Constitution’s demand a qualified person be in the Office of the President refusing to hold hearings on law enforcements’ publically pronounced declaration Obama has got a fraudulent or forged long form birth certificate, draft registration, and has been using a social security number duplicate also associated with a person who has no birth certificate.

The blatant disregard for the ‘natural born Citizen’ clause of qualification for the Office of the President, was indeed a barrier of national security a lot closer to the inside of Washington DC then the border to the south. If politicians have no scruples for upholding the national security demand that no foreign citizenship of any kind, via parent or place of birth, be allowed in the Office of the President as the ‘natural born Citizen’ demand intended as a distinct qualification for President that Representatives and Senators were not held to, what security concern have they for the Nation at all?

Indeed Republicans are seen through the Speaker of the House to be financing Obama Amnesty and Obamacare, and IRS Profiling, and the Justice Departments hacking of Reporters computers while the people just turned to them to stop Obama. Americans can barely hold down their lunches at the fix that apparently is no fix at all as Republicans and Democrats, especially those in leadership positions are seen as one.

Of course Americans want the elected leaders to work together and get along, but not at the expense of setting the Constitution on fire they have sworn oaths turning the United States into a Communist Bloc were the standards of the Republic for which we stand are burned at the stake. It’s been a hard lesson to see unfold for many voters who have bounced from one leader to the next to the next as quickly as they folded their principles or seemed ready to in abandoning what they set out to uphold with even the ineligible for President likes of John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, and anyone elected who was not born in the United States to U.S. Citizen parents.

Indeed, the United States Supreme Court has a precedent case acknowledging foreign citizenship are conceived from both place of birth (soil) as well as each parent and if there is a foreign allegiance stemming from any of the three there are doubts to person being a ‘natural born Citizen’. The office of the President controlling nuclear bombs and heading the entire U.S. Defense as Commander In Chief is a place where we want ‘doubts’? The assumption seems supercilious to a serious national security but most of the Democratic Party is all in, and with U.S. Sen. Res. 511 John McCain drummed up co-sponsored by Sen. H. Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama, you understand Republicans made the deal with the devil with all Republican Senators voting for it.

Indeed Republicans and Democrats are working together gleefully smooching each other in back rooms as the American People fume about what to do. As a candidate for President in 2008 and 2012, the only one in America to hold McCain and Obama’s feet to the ‘natural born Citizen’ requirement in U.S. Courts of law, I have long stated the very best way to show Washington DC you were serious was to contribute to my campaign, even a few dollars.

If I had the privilege of reporting to the Federal Election Campaign that 50 million dollars had just been deposited in my election account from 50 million Americans who chose to contribute $1 , that’s 50 million Americans of the 320 million roaming around the United States, Congress would be pissed they didn’t get that money. They would be looking at one another as Democrats and Republicans thinking we better get on the ball because this Cody-Kid is doing something we are not doing.

It’s the simplest solution in the world, but American’s haven’t done it … yet. They’ve stocked up on ammunition, bought guns, and prepared for battle in their back yards and I’ve thought, ‘why would they want to do that?’ Conservative Radio Show host have supported any candidate that came along as long as they were not a ‘Birther’. If you haven’t heard the term it was invented for people like me who think national security in the Office of the President is important.

My new year’s resolution is to take this message out to you in every state but I can’t do that if I don’t have gas money and transportation. My poor car has over 240,000 miles on it and I’m thinking by the time I crossed the border of one state to go into another I’d really be out on the road. Well Americans its really totally up to you.

Fight with a dollar or two as a contribution to show some good faith in the principles you believe in with a Candidate who has born the expense of the fight pretty much alone up to this point, or you know, watch Rep. John Boehner make out with Rep-Nancy Pelosi which tells you in one picture much more than a thousand words could. If you don’t have a dollar, I’ll betcha you could pass it on to someone who does, and start working a little bit for my campaign rather than just being the couch quarter back and complaining about what’s happening or all my misspelled words.

Yes, we have a decision coming up in the 10th Circuit Court in Judy v. Obama 14-4136 which could be big, but ask yourself why you should have to have a Court tell you what is wrong and what is right? Do you really not know this for yourself or are you a participant in the nanny state? If so, you might as well line up behind Rep. Boehner for a kiss upon the cheek of Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

You know there are a few courageous politicians in our midst and I’d say God is working very hard to get your attention to support them but you’re not doing it. Your relying on the big PAC’s and the Corporations to fund your politics and slowly but surely you as an individual is being lost. Can you feel that? You gotta fight and if fighting means you contribute a dollar that’s a lot less painful then black eyes like Sen. Harry Reid is sporting from his domestic accident at home.

I sent a message to him that said in effect, ‘You know, people at home know just how you are feeling with black eyes and a broken face. They feel just like you at home having an accident on your own exercise equipment, with the Constitution being tread upon by our own elected leaders.’

I hope he gets better and I hope we in America get better to. We don’t deserve this but it sure is happening isn’t it and we have to do something about it. There are a lot of conservative people out there who feel a third party in American Politics is not viable, and that a vote for a third party is a vote for Democrats, but if this picture is any indication of the truth a vote for Republicans is indeed a vote for Democrats and third party is actually what we need to oppose the ReplicanDemocrat Party who has bonded as one.

If the two have bonded as one, then a third is really just a second choice. In the Office of the President I think Americans would benefit in a big way if we were to invest the trust of that office to an individual rather than a particular party per se. As is happening, parties often count their chickens as controlling Branches of Government by Party. So when an interest in principle seen from the eyes of the Constitution comes along we suffer the loss of the rights and the Party wins against us.This 2016 Commercial was the first one in the 2016 Race for President with over 1500 views already. Wouldn’t it be nice if Americans could trust again in the Office of the President as one of them rather than being missed or rolled over by the Corporation of it all? That in a nutshell really explains my law suit in the 10th Circuit. If I lose, essentially the individual loses to the Corporations. That’s been a message the Democratic Party has preached to their constituents but in the big arena it’s been a fabrication essentially emblazoned by Obama’s fabricated identification.

Sometimes people look at getting half the popular vote as too hard and the essential electoral votes as impossible. People want you to believe it’s impossible because they couldn’t do it. I sat in a cell once twenty two years ago the size of a small bathroom for years with guards coming and mocking me near every day telling me it was foolish to sit there over a simple grooming standard that was not equitable between genders. Did you hear me say ‘years’ over a standard not equitable between the genders?

Yeah, you should read my book about that. After fighting for years in court, guess what? The standard changed and a simple basic individual right was honored and respected. Has the Democratic Party ever patted me on the back for that respect for a minority? (laugh) Right, no but you’d think anti-birthers would have some sense of balance about me but it seems they have none, not even to the principles they supposedly uphold.

Republicans – whew.., Republicans touting what- a strong national defense? (laugh) Not a single hearing on Obama’s ineligibility in the Office where it matters most and they controlled the House since 2010 which was the purse string for Obama to finance everything.

Anybody see a wide open gap here that can be exploited in the political arena for a touchdown mostly on the conservative side? I hope so and hope you’ll contribute a dollar or two and pass it on because we don’t have any more time to waste going from D’s to R’s only to find there is no difference. There should be a union of parties when it comes to the Constitution but in fact we see there is a union of parties against the U.S. Constitution in the most serious part of the whole document!

That at least has to change and that change happens with you…right now.. at this moment. What’s it going to be? Pass this on – contribute a little or bury it and leave it be? The choice is everyone’s’ to make.


Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

As Government Shows Obama Eligibility Stock Going Up with Shut down Congress Called to Open Hearing

“Defund the GOP”, was the startling call of Glenn Beck yesterday during the second day of the partial Government shutdown over the Republican controlled House’s rejected Budget Proposal to fund the Government entirely excluding Obamacare by the Democratic Party controlled U.S. Senate. What?

Why would Glenn Beck be calling for defunding of the GOP/Republicans, who control the House of Representatives if they finally grew a spine and took a stand against Democrats who controlled the U.S. Senate?

The answer lies in the temper tantrum of both D-NV. Sen. Reid who is the U.S. Senate Majority Leader and Obama saying they will not compromise or negotiate to avert a Government shutdown, and in their anger and resolute spite, released a letter from the Chief of Staff of R Majority House Speaker John Boehner’s to Sen. Reid’s Chief of staff, that showed Boehner in bed with Obama in a secret meeting with him to assure the exemption status /subsidy of members of Congress in Obamacare in the cloak of a meeting disguised and admitted in the letter as a meeting on immigration.

The revelation revealed both the problem of the Republicans subversion with the Democrats as well as the extent to
which Democrats are willing to blackmail Republicans’ by whipping or shoving them into shape with a bullying tactic meant to expose and create a fear of them in order to propagate Republican or conservative behavior that opposes Obamacare.

We all have to remember when Obamacare was voted on all three Branches of the Government was controlled by the Democratic Party and there was no resistance or official vocalization able to withstand the bull of pinnacle power the Democratic Party, for the last time, was enjoying or shall we say “blowing”.

Indeed we all remember D-CA. Representative Pelosi standing up and championing a bill with the words “We have to pass this bill so you can find out what is in it”, so we clearly understood that though Democrats were the champions of Obamacare, they themselves didn’t know what was in it, and the proof of that is how much it’s already morphed as more and more big companies were given subsidy of some kind in 2012.

While Sen. Reid, in a surprising credit of merited discomfort, called the Republicans ruled by overlords known as The Tea Party, he also incompetently cited the House as having no rights to pass a budget! “What right do they have to pick and choose” said Reid. That’s because Sen. Harry Reid has either no idea what the Constitution says anymore, which is doubtful for a person of his intelligence, or he is stubbornly disregarding it.

The House is the branch who is directed to pass Budgets to fund the Government, but what would we expect from a Sen. Majority leader who is blocking for the usurpation of the White House?

The number of people signing up the first day for Obamacare is microscopic in comparison to the people being put out of work around the Nation by the Democratic Parties rule in the U.S. Senate with complete and total unwillingness to compromise with Republicans to fund the Government completely and furlough Obamacare a year for everyone, along with the big companies that have already been given the grant as the House purposed.

So what is the good news when it comes to this fight actually spilling over into personal grudge matches that are palatable with the “leaked letter” by the Democratic Party headquarters of Sen. Reid when it comes to the measure of Constitutional discipline willingly reached for by those embarrassed by such?

Glenn Beck’s pulpit is getting very big with The Blaze morphing into a growing Giant amongst the Television and Media networks. How many days can you live with Glenn on the Nation’s bullhorn screaming “Defund the GOP” and it being the number three story passed around on facebook, without needing a redeeming of the reprehensible Congressmen Boehner?
What possible recipe could be put together in a short time that could be served up by the House’s Judicial Committee that would give Sen. Reid the runs to the bathroom with a big dose of the Constitution and perhaps permanently furlough Obamacare?

The Constitution has been given the “value” by Congress as a junk bond or poor penny stock would be by the New York Stock Exchange. However,the fight between Republicans and Democrats over Obamacare is just the kind of fight that Birthers need that could elevate the junk bond of Obama’s eligibility to be in the White House as a qualified person to that of a preferred blue chip stock with fat dividends.

While the elected Congress’ believe they are elite the fight over Obamacare’s beach could easily escalate into a full fledged fight to remove Obama entirely from the White House with a House Judicial Committee Evidentiary Hearing that would pale in contrast to the exact same type of hearing Bill Clinton went through that led to his impeachment by the House of Representatives.

With substantial more evidence coming to light in the public eye on Obama’s identification fraud and deception then Bill Clinton's escapade of lying to the House under oath, the U.S. Senate along with their leader Sen. Reid would be seen as completely incompetent to reject the House Bill of an Obama Disability/Impeachment in light of that evidence.

As an Independent Candidate for President in 2016, a Democratic Party Presidential Candidate in 2012 and an Independent Candidate for President 2008 that called McCain on the carpet for his lack of eligibility as a natural born citizen, I charge the Republican House Judicial Committee to advance my testimony with the investigation verification qualification hearings on Obama as an occupant of the White House capable of vetoing the House’s Budget recommendation.

I am simply asking the Judicial Committee of the House for a hearing to at least document and hear the evidence officially that I have in United States Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that includes the lawful and professional investigations exceeding over 2500 hours that prove with prima fascia evidence the value of my case based on the value of our Constitution.

Send that to the U.S. Senate and not only would you put Obamacare on furlough but you could change the entire Executive or 3rd Branch with the power of the Constitution we are all suppose to respect anyway.

The Constitution is the rider that holds the reins on the Kings in Washington DC. It’s the Supreme Law of the Land that bridles the Kings and Queens of America. Yes we do have Kings and Queens in America, but the big difference between Kings and Queens in America who are elected to office is that their ‘royal’ power is actually controlled by every Citizen in America who is also a King and a Queen as a Citizen of the United States of America.

That is the value of the individual person in America Sen. Harry Reid. I know you think I’m puny and small and of no account. You probably have never known a day of homelessness in your life nor would you presumably understand my resolute stand when I as a poor person in America, nevertheless a Natural Born Citizen, ran for President in 2008 and sued in your own home State of Nevada John McCain as unqualified for the Office of the President days before he was made the Republican nominee in 2008, because he wasn’t born in America or in a military hospital showing he needed a Congressional Act to prove his citizenship first when he was 11 months old, and another one in 2007-8 in order to run for President as a “natural born citizen”. You probably would not have a clue about choosing generations of Americans over your own family’s security as I pitched my tent in the night of the Nevada deserts and made and deposited the money the next day for a check I’d wrote out to the Court on that case that was far more expensive then I originally had thought.

I dare say you’ve never known a day like that in your life, but I’ve known quite a few of them. To say Americans are not willing to sacrifice as Americans for our Constitution if they are poor is to say the whole of the Army fighting the American Revolution were paid mercenaries of some sort.

Many of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party have took pains to make fun and poke fun of me and the value I took in our Constitution. That I invested and have invested the last 5 years in the “junk” bonds of Obama’s Eligibility on the principle of our Constitution regardless of race, religion, gender, or color.

I didn’t need to be in Office to take a stand. I’m a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President. I’m a King in my own tent, or home that I rent. I have sacrificed my time, talent, and much of the money I have earned to upholding the United States Constitution better then you have. That is your record – Your history - and one you will have to meet your Maker about as we all will.

If you can excuse fraud, deception, forgery for yourself in upholding Obama you will earn the stock of America’s dis-respect, and dishonorable conduct the value of which you are worthy of and acting to encourage by subverting the justice of our Constitution in Obama’s fraud and deception.

Republicans have been in on the game also America, I mentioned the leader of the Republican Party as the Presidential Nominee of Sen. John McCain who now you’ve learned you can’t stomach either, its only taken you 4 years to understand what I did in 2008 when he underhanded the Constitution in spite of Judicial Committee Hearings on the natural born citizen clause.

While Glenn Beck hopes that McCain and the rest of the Rhino’s will depart the Republican Party leaving the framework for the Constitution and the Tea party, (which I now understand has endorsed Hearings on Obama’s Eligibility, they heretofore have opposed in the election of 2012 with the fear of the media playing into their prior weakness) they have seen the light, and its very doubtful the R party can clean itself up without opening hearings on Obama's eligibility.

What is the light? Well, the Tea Party learned it didn't matter where their position was on Obama's eligibility, they were going to be hated by mainstream media anyway, so they decided on being hated for the truth wasn't such a bad idea. The light is that those wanting to subvert the Constitution are in a sense working to destroy the opportunity America afforded in the freedoms and liberties incorporated therein.

We've got to start calling out those who want to destroy your freedoms and liberties. While they call it your choice and give you a free cell phone, they look at you as nothing more then a slave based on the odds against you. If you didn't have America's opportunity, they'd be right.

Americans are seeing first hand now in the dozen or so scandals of 2013 the nefarious work Obama is up to that all would have been stopped if I were elected President. American’s no longer need to speculate about what a Communist Marxist non-natural born citizen would do – Obama is there example. If Obama is allowed to continue to subvert the Constitution he will successfully destroy America because the United States will not stay together without the Constitution.

Glenn Beck is calling to defund the GOP and we need to actually fund someone who is taking a stand for the Constitution in order for the defunding to be seen as cognitively coherent. First I want to thank everyone of you who are keeping up with this, passing press releases on, and generally informing your fellow patriots of this ELECTION CHALLENGE IN THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT (SCOTUS) JUDY V. OBAMA 12-5276.

I got up at 3:30AM this morning startled out of a dream I’d had. In the dream I was told that Patriots of The United States of America needed to write The Supreme Court of “The United States” and express two things:

1) Where on the scale of importance 1-10 they ranked the demands of the Constitution for the Office of the President. For instance I rank the demands of the Constitution for the Office of the President as the #1 most important principle in the United States Constitution on down to 10.

2) With an affirmation of devotion express their willingness to die for the Constitution.

At 4AM, I dressed myself really warm and headed out in the cool December Utah air for a 7 mile jog and returned at 5:05AM. I thought a lot about that dream and how many dreams are found in the Bible. There are so many that come to mind. Dreams are indeed, according to the Bible, one of the ways God communicates with men. Maybe a fresh review will communicate to you just how often in the Bible that happened, and perhaps in some ways you recognize yourself how God has directed your own life in such ways?

What’s interesting in the examples is often times it’s not the “believer” receiving the dream, examples exist on many different levels and parts played in the histories.

So, I mean it’s very prevalent in the Old and New Testaments. As I jogged this morning I also thought about what opposition existed towards me in this simple request I have asked the Supreme Court of The United States to look at. I mean there are a lot of people calling for me to be institutionalized, isn’t it odd, for simply requesting the Court to look upon the demands of the Office of the President in the Constitution?

Seems odd to me to criticize anyone for things 20 years ago, and look past Obama’s fraud and forgery he passed out at the White House press room 1 year ago by his own attorney’s admittance in New Jersey with Mario Apuzzo case.

Can you imagine that? Actually wanting someone put away for taking a stand for the Constitution? That's where these anti-birthers are at, and my case isn't even finished in the Court yet. Talk about threats and intimidation to a Plaintiff in the Court. These anti-birthers seem to be bullies in the fullest sense of the word.

I cant even really think of any cases wherein such hatred has been expressed against Plaintiff’s, or me, for simply wanting my rights upheld as a ‘natural born citizen’, that I have expressed in my action Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as simply wanting a fair presidential race of which I am a participant. It’s my right. What about my rights as a natural born citizen that are protected by the United States Constitution? These people are bellowing against them. I'm not trying to trash their rights, they're not contestants in the race.

Well its happening. I took a gander over at Fogbow’s web site and was really astonished at the hatred and mean spirited comments, and I was just floored at the dozen or so opposing web sites created just for this purpose. These are nice web sites that took a lot of time and money to put together and maintain.

One comment actually made stated something like, “it seemed I had a lot of free time on my hands” to take time for this case. Such a comment has such a small grasp of understanding that I’m just as busy as any American trying to make my own living, pay my own bills, keep my own small business from going under. This action has taken a big chunk out of that time, not as some luxury vacation with rolls of wadded cash in my pant pockets, but as a real sacrifice and responsibility I feel toward America for the wonderful opportunity.

Imagine yourself really, with what you do all day undertaking running for President and taking the occupant in the White House to the Supreme Court of The United States. Do you have time? What do you think it would require out of your schedule? Maybe getting up at 3:30AM, and dedicating 5 to 6 more hours a day? But gosh, I think those people over at all those opposing websites are doing just that.

They are dedicated. I wonder if they are getting paid, or if their web sites are coming out of their own pockets, or if they are just dedicated to intimidating and harassing Plaintiff's for defendants for free? If so, Obama has those people working as hard for him as his defense attorneys, making fun of people like me.

But their so freaked out they want us institutionalized, hell, we just want the Supreme Court to hear a case that revolves around 13 of the 48 pages of the Constitutional pamphlet. Gosh, I don't talk about institutionalizing them if I win.

Now if you choose to write your letter to the SCOTUS, its not going to get docketed but I’m almost positive it won’t be sent back to you, and to assure there are no threats in it towards any Justice or the Occupant of the White House, they will read every single one of them so I think the intelligence presented to me in that dream makes sense and is good advice. I wrote a letter in the Berg v. Obama case and that was never returned to me even though I was not a legal attorney qualified to write a Amicus Curiae.

Of course maybe you could put yourself in Mary’s position in care of the baby Jesus, and tell Joseph he was out of his mind if he thought you were going to flee to Egypt, you were not going to ride any donkey that far away. (smile) Maybe your could tell me you were not going to write any letter to the United States Supreme Court stating you thought the eligibility issue covering President was the #1 most intently covered subject in the Constitution, and that there is no way you would die for the Constitution? Everyone reading this has got to face the question and answer it to themselves.

Obama’s put it all on the line. He was willing to put it all on the line. What do you think? Do you admire him for that courage to put it all on the line? He had to or he wasn't going to get where he is. I mean you name it Obama’s been willing to do it, and he is enabled by your lack of action to put it all on the line isn't he?

You know I was impressed with WND’s campaign that sent out a million of Red letters to Congress to stop their spending spree. They sent so many that red paper started becoming scarce because they were buying up so much of it. I think people paid like between $15 and $20 and they did it for you. Various organizations have done the same thing of course you know they had a little profit in it.

As we can see it didn't stop Obama, and sending a letter to the U.S. Supreme Court in a specific case makes a whole lot more sense.

Well, I’m not asking you to send me the $15 or $20 dollars; I’m asking you to spend the cost of 2 envelopes 2 pieces of paper, and the 2 stamps and you can copy and paste the letter on the paper and send it to the Court and to your State Governor.
So here’s the sample letter for you, and I certainly hope you’ll pass it on.

There aren't many times were you do get to express just how you feel about our Constitution, being an American in a case that has so much to do with the Constitution and the way things are going in the SCOTUS.

Obama 12-5276 because Congress Members cannot be Electors.

You can certainly write more if you’d like, but I think its important to get 1,000 of these to the Court, just to let them know that you know about this case, and you don’t want it swept under the carpet, because you know about ‘Standing’ and understand from Obama’s own defense attorneys that a Presidential Candidate in the race for President has a right to be heard and demand fairness in the race.

Why would the Poor plead as advocate for Wealthy? No Tax Increase Please.



Why in the world would a poor man, like myself, raise his voice to oppose increasing taxes for the rich?

Rush Limbaugh is being polite today on his call-in Friday show. He’s been on an hour and a half and hasn’t taken one call yet. He’s not being polite to the callers on hold, he’s being polite to GOP and House Majority Leader Boehner. Rush says in eluding to the fact that Boehner is willing to agree to a tax increase on the rich, top 2%, that, “Boehner is negotiating with himself”, in a frustrated voice.

After I peal myself off the ceiling and relax, I conclude, “Rush is simply being nice, because Boehner isn’t negotiation with himself, HE’s OBAMA’s MONKEY-BOY!”

If you don’t see the irony and resemblance of someone who is suppose to be apposing tax increases, advocating actual Government reduction in size thereby decreased spending, rather than calling a tax cut a reduction in revenue, or a tax increase an increase in revenue, and understanding that Boehner is actually using Obama’s language, as a monkey would copy or parrot an action, then certainly you could see the resemblance of Boehner as a monkey. He looks like a monkey and he’s acting like one too, maybe I’m being nice by not calling him a communist.

If you on the far left are saying, “It just doesn’t make any sense Cody, why would you as a poor man oppose increasing taxes for the rich?”, please allow me to explain.

First, Rush Limbaugh is right on the money, or should I say monkey, when he says that when tax increases go into affect Democrats won’t get any of the blame, and Republicans will bear the brunt of any negative effect. I don't know about you but the blame game is really becoming lame.

Let me explain why it’s nice to have the rich guys around from a poor man’s perspective because I don’t think anyone is telling this story.

Now remember I said “Poor”, not middle class, because there is a mis-perception that poor people are always pushing Government to increase the wealthy’s tax because they are actually coveting their neighbors wealth and want to take it. Not only do I believe that is not true, but I’ll explain the reasons why.

First, poor people are generally more humble, and I believe many believe the Lord’s 10th commandment given to Moses in saying “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s house, nor anything that is thy neighbors.” It was the rich people that the Lord really worried about saying in Matt 19:23-24 “..verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God”.

Now with that said, should not the poor people be compassionate upon the rich men or wealthy, knowing the burden that they carry?

Obama insist that the tax cuts for the wealthy should expire and be raised, but I believe his intentions are poor; feeling as if he is the tax-master distributing to the poor what he says they have coveted but have not earned. Remember another commandment is #8 “Thou shalt not steal”, so in many ways taxes seen as revenue are in fact stealing, if the wealthy cannot benefit equally with the poor in their benefits.

Of course this isn’t the main reason I am opposed to raising the taxes on the rich, and advocate reducing debt by a reduction of Government size. There is sound wisdom to understanding that when you decide to “take” from the rich, they are smarter and with their wealth, do have the intelligence to take their dollars elsewhere. Ask Britain how they lost 2/3rds of their millionaires avoiding a tax increase?

[The figures have been seized upon by the Conservatives to claim that increasing the highest rate of tax actually led to a loss in revenues for the Government.]

That means taking their dollars where its friendly, where they will be taxed less. Perfect example of this was shown to us as the Democrat Party ganged up and showed Mitt Romney’s dollars being saved over in the Cayman Islands, rather than seeing America as a safe haven for saved or invested dollars.

You know Democrats often like to have it both ways but they really can’t. They can’t for instance hammer Mitt Romney for taking his dollars elsewhere, and at the same time not accept responsibility for making America a friendlier place for the dollars to come home. When the rich have dollars in America they spend them here too. Why not encourage a tax right off for eating out, the waiters and waitresses are benefited as well as cooks, dishwashers, and janitors cleaning up?

Of course this is still not the main reason why I advocate not raising taxes on the rich. For me the main reasons you want oppose the tax increases on the wealthy, is because once the rich people are broke the Country will fall. We will lose our sovereignty. When you take the incentive away by taxing so much, there is a sound wisdom that says your also hurting the poor people, taking their jobs, and we the poor know we did not receive Government stimulus checks.

What is more important to me than anybody else’s checkbook balance? Is the fact that once the riches are gone from everyone our Country is vulnerable to ceding is sovereignty, and I think Obama’s recipe is making a good case for conceding the United States sovereignty away. Obama is selling it as a recipe for making the poor and rich equal, but in a way he’s doing it by taking the rich’s property without recompense, or representation, because his plan is to use the “poor” as his force in the numbers game of elections.

Obama is selling the poor and manipulating them as the coveters of the rich, somehow owed something they didn’t earn in a grand scheme of entitlement that replaces caring for the people. That's why I'm telling the rich they better start using the Constitution as a minority and with me push for the demand our Constitution be upheld in the Office of the President for a natural born citizen.

As long as there are wealthy people our Country can stand, because there is a chance for a rich man to give to a candidate like me who is poor. If there are no rich people, then a candidate like me has no chance. If everyone, including the rich, are in the soup line, who has the power, but the State?

Why is a candidate like me valuable to America? Why does a candidate like me have something that the rich want and would want to support? Well there hasn’t been any rich people contribute to my candidacy, but there is still a chance for them to.

I’m not as responsible to “The Party”, as I am “The People”, and when there is corruption in parties towards the people, than a candidate like myself becomes the most valuable. How many main stream candidates have you seen come and go this year in the 2012 Presidential Elections?

ALL THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES fell on their faces, and none of them took a stand for our Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen against Barack Obama and challenged him for not being qualified according to the United States Supreme Law of the Land. This articulates for you the corruption in both the Republican and Democrat Parties that needs to be removed like bad rust, and I don't think you have to be rich or poor to get that.

I alone as a candidate for President have Barack Obama in the United States Supreme Court and that is scheduled for conference Jan 4th before the Jan 6th Electoral College vote. The action of Judy v. Obama 12-5276 didn’t happen the day after the election. You don’t’ just waltz into the United States Supreme Court the day after the election. It’s a lot harder than that.

What it takes is being consistent throughout the whole election year, even though it cost you in popularity, even though it cost you in being demeaned and ridiculed, even though it cost you in media coverage and even though it cost you in contributions.

Most candidates cannot take it. They cannot stay in and fight as I have. They won’t take the time in the lower courts, risk being shamed by a loss, they don’t want to spend the money in attorneys’ fees, they don’t want to sacrifice their advertising budgets and commercials to the voters.

So why have I taken the road less traveled? Well, some might say it’s because I was crazy, out of touch, even delusional. I wasn’t playing the game as it is suppose to be played. What it boils down to is my believing the Constitution is more powerful then the Parties.

Is it crazy to say that the Constitution that has served for 225 years encompassing all the people during that time, is less powerful then the current day political parties agenda?

Is it delusional to say that all of the Patriots who have died for our Constitution died in vain?

Is it out of touch to say the majority of Americans don’t want the Constitution to stand up for their rights as an independent person, when the majority comes down on them in a corrupt way?

I suppose there are those who won’t change their mind about me simply because we have a disagreement in who exactly is crazy, delusional, and out of touch. Oddly enough many of those people are encapsulated in the thrones of power acting basically as domestic enemies towards our sovereignty and independence.

They have a check book that is so far out of balance that any economic soundness and arithmetic testifies against them and actually testifies in favor of what I’m standing for.

Please pass it on, and support and contribute to my campaign all that you feel you can. I suppose the rich have as much, or more, reason to support my candidacy then anyone, but oddly enough they are tied to the stake, the fire has been lit, and they haven’t yet seen themselves as being sacrificed yet.

I’m part of the poor who are defending them as the rich, I have the action that can help them. I ask the poor to sincerely pray for the rich people. This would be a wonderful way to help them in their own state of destruction.
