Hold Up! Where you going so fast? This is a Hold Up! What's the Hold Up! Americans have never been given a fair shake on Obama's Identity Fraud and Forgery and through that his Constitutional Qualification for the Office of the President for a mirage of smoke and mirrors, but HOLD UP! The Federal District Court (Utah Division) is going to rule very shortly on a [Motion for a Relief of Judgement] that has as it's central feature the forensics examination reports culminating in the collective investigation of Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse that Obama's long form birth certificate is not an Original Copy, and used certain identity theft to hood-wink the Public. The Motion was delivered to the Court January 26th, 2017 and is imminently maturing.

For years Obama's attorneys defrayed law suits against Obama due to Plaintiff's lack of standing, which is the Court's Opinion of damage to a Plaintiff and wither that constitutes real damage. Presidential Candidates are in the race and do suffer the most direct harm. It is kind of sad given today's outrage by the Democratic leaning left swing MSM, that portends outrage over Russia having anything to do with the American Election of 2016 when their Candidate lost, but green lights and plays hallelujah songs upon the Candidate in 2008 and 2012 who took the Office of the Presidency with an illegal, usurping, or unconstitutional hold up for not being Constitutionally qualified as a 'natural born Citizen' (ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents SCOTUS Minor v. Happersett.)

Obama both Republicans and Democrats alike agree was given the keys to the Treasury and on his watch America's National Debt rose more than any other person in the Office of the President - a whopping 10 Trillion! That's quite a Hold Up!

When one considers the investment in Obama's Crime against the People of the Republic, one certainly agrees he did not act alone. The action in the Federal District Court is widely known in the United States of America's Justice System- Judy v. Obama Case No. 1:2014cv00093 and received in 2014 the contemptuous label as 'Frivolous' by the District Court Judge after the service of process witness, Court Stamped 20 Days Summons, and Complaint were served.

The Court Clerk is the one who refused to acknowledge the Witness of Service of Process, and the Judge upon the Clerk's witness refused to acknowledge a Default the Plaintiff had won on the Defendants refusal to Respond. Obama is infamous for not responding to the Judicial Branch. 

Normally, if the service of Process was questioned, the Federal Court would simply Order the Service Completed by the Federal Marshall, but the Judge refused to do even that signaling the Suit was frivolous and the Court was not obligated under statutes of having a Crime Reported to it. But now, Crime has been detected by Law Enforcement, so the Judicial Branch is caught in it's own conundrum - let Obama go- and uphold Crime.

This gets into the Justice System playing along with Obama's eight year Crime Spree as a Usurper in the Office of the President appointing even U.S. Supreme Court Judges.

Like feeding a Bully, the Judicial System is high on Obama's ineligible crack cocaine, which  is highly addictive. Obama's Judicial Watch has turned into something very mean, bad and ugly; as we witnessed in the 9th Circuit Decision to stay President's Trump's Executive Order for the Safety and Security of the Nation in the 90-day TRO the three Judge Panel upheld second guessing the Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces President Donald J. Trump.

One wonders if President Trump never having held Public Office before is actually to timid or afraid to hold the Powers of the President?

All one has to do is to recognize Obama's perpetual State of National Emergency's and War ,succinctly declared in very specific regions, that aloud a laser like war power to prevail, and you can understand that the President's job is indeed to protect, defend, and preserve the U.S. Constitution from all enemies 'Foreign' and 'Domestic'.

We can't really imagine that President Trump has the hang of it just yet. If he had, declaring San Francisco's 9th Circuit Court three Judges Panels Decision - a Domestic Enemy to the Constitution of the United States in the Security of the Nation-, and the end-all of the Powers of the Judicial Branch in such a decision ending up in prison for Treason, shot, or hung in a Declaration of a National Emergency, would have been easy.

Can we imagine President and General George Washington who had to fight a Revolution, or President Abraham Lincoln who had to fight a Civil War, allowing a radical action of betrayal to gain the press's favor, as feeding a bully would, before those responsible for the harmful action upon the Nation were sitting in Jail on their own TRO?

What kind of a message would the Judicial Branch be seeing if that had happened? Well, you certainly might not have the Bully growing into the Giant it is now and instead of allowing words under your skin, the ACTIONs of the Judicial Branch might become a little more serious in considering it's Place and Country under the U.S. Constitution.

This is not unlike the ACTION in the Federal District Court (Utah Division) who hid and tucked the U.S. Constitution so it did not apply to Obama in the most horrendous Constitutional Crisis the Nation has suffered- especially given the infection running around the body of the Judicial Branch like a dead white greenish bacteria seeking the death of the head and body. America will not get better if the body is infecting the head, and the head is yellow.

One of the very first ACTS of Trump being in office should have been an Executive Order declaring Obama Constitutionally Ineligible until the FACTUAL EVIDENCE proving Obama's long form birth Certificate was refuted or concluded by investigations of the Government Attorney General and/or Congress. That Notice sent to every single Judicial Branch Obama appointed or nominated Judge may have received a different 9th Circuit opinion.

Instead, all Trump has done is fed the Bully and the Bully has gotten bold. Declaring the "Media" the enemy is pretty lame. The Press does have free speech, but punishing [Judges Actions] under Treason and Domestic Enemies comes under his title of preserving, protecting, and defending the U.S. Constitution.

If Judges are anti-American-National-Security-domestic-enemies they need to be removed as a handicap to the Security of the Nation, or the People will suffer. No mother or father will excuse President Trump in the untimely death of a son or daughter, as Trump trys to point to a Federal Court Judge. We would hear the parents say, "Hold Up! You are the President! Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Armed forces, not that Judge!"

We can see by feeding the Bully, Trump is a very weak President. When the President is more interested in compromising in the art-of-the-deal and money-making, he has not been held responsible for the deaths of Americans. Sadly, the job does not afford a learning curve that is cheap.

Do any of us really think the three judge panel would accept any responsibility at the untimely death of Americans before they themselves pointed at Trump and said, "Hold UP! You didn't do your job and stop us!"?

As the Chief Executive Trump has significant powers to demand Congress and or even the Courts get to the bottom of Obama's Ineligibility and the evidence that is in front of the Federal District Court (Utah Division). The fact that he has not yet done it only goes to the idea that right now Trump has forgotten the oath of the President already and thinks the job of the President was to provide jobs instead of preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution.

Interestingly enough, when the latter is done, the former will grow. That is GOP 101 that even neo-con Republicans have forgotten in a lost faith and trust. The MSM printing stories certainly

is formulating a public perception, Yes, it's war: How the media should fight back against Trump,
 but it doesn't even come close to the ability of the President on the offense, instead of the defense, to deliver the stories to the Press to write about -good, bad, or ugly which is how he got elected in the first place. If he forgets that he'll be a short-term President.

If Trump's idea of an [enemy of the people] is the Free Press and he sees Obama's long form birth certificate fraud and forgery as inconsequential or a minor distraction that literally appointed fraud and forgery upon America's Elections and Judicial Branch as well as robbed the U.S. Treasury in a Hold Up of 10 Trillion, then he clearly does not have the priorities in sequence of the job description or oath. 

Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

MOTION BEFORE THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT (Utah Division)

A MOTION FOR A RELIEF OF JUDGEMENT or to REOPEN the Case due to the new evidence provided by a law enforcement investigation Cold Case Posse unit deputized under Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa Country AZ provided the evidence that Obama's long form birth certificate is a Fabricated Forgery, not an original, with the use of Johanna Ah'Nees identity birth certificate and was only recently released and available for criminal consideration by the Judicial Branch.

The transition of power was afforded safely in 2016, but the usurpation tentacles of Obama run much deeper than just eight years. If the Trump Administration and the Justice Department continue to refuse to deal with Obama's Constitutional Ineligibility and the Cost yesterday, today, and in the Future, they are simply allowing themselves to be cornered by those who have profited off the crimes of the Obama Administration and at the same time committing themselves to be in Order of the Constitution. It in affect allows those who are anti-american the conundrum of  retaining their cake and eating it to.

Bundy's ask that protestors don't carry rifles but side arms are okay, and Ammon Bundy says there may be an round up of their cattle to protect the property sought by BLM Federal Agents. Guerilla Media Newtwork News reports backhoes burying dead cattle and a confirmed massive military build up.

As near 200 Federal Agents have circled about the Cliven Bundy southeast Nevada Ranch a problem has been created. The problem is not that which has been caused by Cliven Bundy or the Federal Agents who are under the jurisdiction of the Office of the President as the legal enforcer of the law in the Executive Branch. The problem has been created by Congress who has been unwilling to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility and qualification for the Office of the President placing in danger the Executive Branch’s enforcement ability under the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch of government covering all the Court System is the interpreter of the law, the Legislative Branch the writers or creators of the law, and the Executive Branch the enforcer of the law. It is crucially important that the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the government see to it that the Executive Branch has a qualified person in the Office of the President or else they really have no means, or legal authority, or power to enforce the laws they pass.

This has been exposed very clearly in the House of Representatives that in March of 2014 passed a bill entitled “Enforce the Law” by a vote of 233 to 181. They indeed are like benched football players unable to participate in the game because Obama said so. The public should be able to see this quite clearly with the example of Obamacare that Obama has changed a dozen or so times without Congress’s approval.

Of course Congress is furious about Obama creating changes in Obamacare for his own political purposes or parties’ benefits, rather than coming to them to re-write the law for the changes. Republicans in their own little game have sought to enrage the public with Obamacare by implementing it without exemptions so people could feel the pain of the law rather than the benefit. Democrats frantically seeing how the law will affect their constituents and big donors run to Obama begging for a quick fix by executive order to get around the law or extend benefits to those who would be hurt.

We The People are not so dumb that we can’t see this. The House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans in the majority now, also charged with financing Obamacare, says Obama is not ‘enforcing the law’. Their Republican plan of pain for the public doesn’t work because Obama keeps shape-shifting it, which is a spoiler for the 2014 elections.

Of course it’s against the Constitution for Obama to re-write the laws the Legislative Branch passes under normal circumstances, but it is also against the Constitution for Congress to knowingly try to enforce the law with an illegal commander-in-chief or foreigner in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified under the Constitution by passing a directive that Obama must “enforce the law”.

Of course we the people see through this in answering the question, which came first the chicken or the egg? It’s an Abbott and Costello classic: Who’s on first (Judicial Branch), and What’s on second (Legislative Branch) till we get to the “I don’t know” on third base Obama as head of the (Executive Branch) we certainly do not know, and then it trickles down to the public who doesn’t give a damn about all the confusion playing the short stop position not knowing which base to point at for missing the ball, or who to cover if a ball is hit in either direction.

How does this constitutional crisis hit Congress for not manning up and holding a hearing like responsible elected leaders would who having been petitioned over and over and over again by the public with Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate, mis-matched social security card also prominent with illegal aliens who don’t have a birth certificate, and phony draft registration?

Well it’s not long before the Federal Government decides to enforce some law like, oh I don’t know, collecting taxes or getting someone off BLM land, or trying to enforce an endangered species act of Congress when all of a sudden someone sits back and says, “You know what? You don’t have a qualified commander in chief in the Office of the President so you don’t have the ability to enforce the law legally according to the law that your professing; pronouncing a shame on Uncle Sam.

Of course if he’s right, and the law has become unlawful according to the Constitution, as we do live in a Republic, then the ball comes back to the Judicial Branch which it has in many instances my own case going clear up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a candidate for President who met all the standing required to meet all three statutes of standing. All that work just to hear the Judicial Branch basically saying its Congress’s job to hold hearings and sort through this in trial which they have every right and duty to do; especially when the Judicial Branch is telling them that.

We see the House of Representatives avoiding impeachment proceedings because? Well, a guess is they have more candidates who want to run for President who are not qualified then the Democrats, but Mr. Bundy is pointing at the definencies of enforcement that the Executive Branch has at this time, with a lot of facts saying Obama doesn’t have the authority and as head of the enforcement branch of Government these Federal Agents are essentially trespassing and are certainly in violation of rustling cattle that are not theirs. That is a lawful thing for him to say and its backed up in fact by the investigation of law enforcement professionals ie., Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and many court cases used as authority in my case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which you can read here.

In fact, Mr. Bundy’s own sheriff there in Clark County NV., could easily walk in and tell the Federal Authorities to leave until they come back with Constitutional Authority actually approved by the Constitution. The sheriff does have the most authority in this given circumstance.

Let’s take a look at exactly what departments are under the Office of the President and in such presuming authority under the Executive Branch and the danger of these departments authority to legally execute the law if Obama’s not qualified. Understand that the Cabinett Post or heads of these departments were appointed by an illegal unqualified person in the White House. The Constitution gives authority to those legally elected and then don't forget qualified, and from there it flows down.

Whether Mr. Bundy's problem originates with the BLM or with the TAX Division, enforcement of all of these departments come under and must be qualified under a qualified person in the White House otherwise the whole Executive Branch falls on its face and is by the standards of the Supreme Law of the Land without authority of law in the Republic for which we stand.

Now is Mr. Bundy responsible for seeing to it that the person in the White House is qualified? Heavens no. He does have a right as a citizen however just like every single American to insist that if the Federal Government is going to enforce some law that the person in the Office of the President is a legally qualified person, or in other words 'holds a validitaed authority given to him by the people qualified by and under the Constitution. Obama fails that test.

Right now there are a lot of militias headed to the Bundy Ranch, and if there's any blood spilt there this is going to come back to Congress!

According to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Possee whose done a heck of a lot more investigation on this subject then Congress Obama's got a fraudulent birth certificate,a forged draft registration, and a mis-matched social security card. Does that sound like a qualified person in the Office or the actions of a foreign usurper?

Obama's long form birth certificate says he receives some citizenship from his father listed as Kenyan and his mother listed as American, however its very well known and understood dual citizens can't be President. Besides that, we have a great investigation done by law enforcement that has also been submitted to the Judicial Branch up to the U.S. Supreme Court who wouldn't give it a hearing. Check out this video! Its really as if Congress was hoping nothing like the Buddy Ranch Standoff would happen or in other words they wouldn't have to uphold the law in order to maintain it in the office of the President. That is a fools hope, and the Buddy Ranch Standoff just might be the catalyst to bring that to the immediate attention of Congress!

If we are so over run with unconstitutional powers that we are not under the U.S. Constitution any longer, there's sure no authority that says anyone has to pay their taxes is there? If your going to live by the Constitution by God there better be a qualified natural born citizen in the Office of the President to enforce the law, otherwise your just setting yourself up for a whole bunch of problems and blood thats going to be shed. I don't think Congress wants this on their heads?

Tell me who is the law enforcement official who wants to start shooting Americans and throwing them in jail based on the facts that the person in the office of the president is not qualified under the Constitution?

You know I want to say that the Bundy Family has purchased meat from me two or three times as I've visited their ranch. They are good folks and have never written me a bad check or anything like that. Every time they ordered it was about a $500 dollar purchase and they met that obligation. People can say a lot of mean things until they have met someone but in my business dealings with them they have been honest folks.

Now can I say the same thing about Obama in the White House whose at the head of the BLM Land Management Enforcement Agencies and the Tax Agencies? I most certainly can not say they are honest folks, and its because of Obama's fraud. In fact I have made complaints about the dis-honesty in Courts of Law clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court who feels its the duty of the Legislative Branch under the disability impeachment hearings procedures to place the evidence on the table.

If Congress won't do that they are not being honest with you and they are not being honest with Mr. Cliven Bundy and you have my witness on that. We then are in a Constitutional Crisis and an American nightmare!

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentucky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

ABC has reported Rancher has won

ABC has reported that the BLM's Chief has decided to pull his federal agents back in what can be seen as a cautionary move for his men. Think about it folks, the BLM's Chief refusing to carry out a Court Order? This is a big win and I mean that for everyone involved including the families of the BLM employees who undoubtedly had a very rough night.

If this had gone unopposed the cattle would be gone, the BLM Federal Agents would be gone and the Bundy Family left in tatters without ranch and without any cattle. Think about the love and concern America has shown for the Bundy Family in the middle of the desert in Nevada and know that you are also loved. Let that sink in a little.

We don't know who was calling the BLM Chief with the advice to pull his men out, or if he acted alone and on his own. We know there were not to many politicians in Washington DC going to bat for the Bundy Family on the record. I am thrilled to see a de-escalation and reduction of tensions and we certainly understand this is not over.

People who are elected have grown accustom to thinking The United States of America is no longer governed by The U.S. Constitution. If that is indeed true, they should resign their office now for it is only by the power of the Constitution they are even in Washington DC. If the Constitution is good enough to get them there, its sure good enough to protect here at home and also to insist they abide by it in the understanding we do want our elected officials qualified by the standards of the Constitution.

I'm very happy physical injuries were kept to a minumum although I am very sorry for the abuse the Bundy family took from the BLM Federal Agents. These are life altering injuries never forgotten! They are very seriuos and a minimization of them is certainly a lack of respect for the freedom and liberty the injuries were taken for. How many of us will wake up with nightmares of a police dog snapping at them or a tazer lighting you up or being thrown to the ground and booked into jail? I am so sorry for these injuries to the Bundy Family. May God Bless them.

How many patriots of America dropped what they were doing, stopped their jobs, left their families, and on their own dime traveled hunderds and even thousands of miles to assist the Bundys? The tears of gratitude freedom and liberty have wept for these sacrifices are deeply felt!

May we as American all realize how wonderful our freedom and liberty are and be eternal greatful and vigialent for them is my prayer and hope for us and our future generations.

While a skirmish may have been avoided the cause remains unsettled with those in Washington DC blantantly stomping on the Constitution. Each and every American needs to diligently follow this up by writing their Representatives and demanding a round-up hearing on Obama's eligibility.
