Update 4-24-2014:My Ltr. to Mr.Cliven Bundy @ P.S.
One of the strangest things is happening in the United States of America we’ve ever seen. The Bundy Range Ranch Battle is not so much a peculiar event in my opinion as it really reflects a symptom of the American Public waking up, ripping the I.V. out, and stomping out of the hospital like Rod Woodroof (Matthew McConaughey) did in the movie Dallas Buyers Club, expressing in a hurt angry frustration, “I’d rather die with my boots on”.
Anger is a second degree feeling or emotion that is hitched to the wagon of the first degree feeling or emotion “ hurt”. Being angry takes a lot of energy and when you ask people why they are mad you can trim that to a core of being hurt in some way. In the movie, Rod was a freedom loving rodeo cowboy who was blind-sided with an H.I.V. -positive diagnosis and given 30 days to live.
He quickly finds Government Bureaucracy has tangled its web in the health care industry to promote the pockets of pharmaceutical drug companies in business to make money at the expense instead of the health of those diagnosed.
Circumstances of life and death demanding innovation or peril breathe new and unexpected life into him. He finds he’s certainly not the only one feeling the hurt and frustration of betrayal and goes about fixing things on a path not as well traveled, but highly affective and competitive to the Government’s plan.
Without seeing the movie you might say that rings a very familiar bell as an anti-government patriot upset about Obama and Obamacare.
Wait-a-minute, aren’t the two terms synonymous with opposing one another? How can someone who is “anti-government” be called or even want to be called, or even further if you will, identify with being “a patriot of the United States of America”?
To my surprise it happened in the new “Captain America – The Winter Soldier” movie also. Captain American finds himself opposed to the Government he had so often fought for and defended based on the premise that the Government represented by Alexander (Robert Redford) was now taking over and deciding who lived and who died. If Sen. Harry Reid would have tried out for the part, I think he could have taken it from Robert Redford who is one of my all time favorite actors and played a superb nemesis in the movie.
For Sen. Harry Reid’s part I don’t know if he has weighed in the balance the degree in which the Executive Branch of government has moved outside the authority of the United States Constitution or if he’s just trying to keep the American People’s focus on Rancher Bundy, States’-Rights Activist, Militia and why not throw in Birthers as a flame in the fire to keep people’s eyes trained so they don’t start question his authority?
I’m not so sure I have ever witnessed a display of antagonism of authority planted so firmly upon the political stage as we have in multiple reports and at different times and places to witness Sen. Harry Reid’s rhetoric that “Militia” working to protect the Bundy family from being harmed from a militarized BLM was nothing but ‘Domestic Terrorist’.
The Legislative Branch wherein Sen. Harry Reid is elected is responsible for making laws. That is distinguished quite considerably from the Judicial Branch responsible for interpreting laws and the Executive Branch from enforcing laws. So, Sen. Harry Reid’s hostility towards respect for the law is merited two fold two branches.
Sen. Reid is certainly not in the Federal Judicial Branch. Making public comment upon actions in dispute within a Court of law, like a “Court Order” something Congress most usually “steers” clear from, understanding especially the word “appeals” that can be accomplished and what could be referred to as a jury’s contamination that serves to impoverish justice; but that didn’t stop him.
UPDATE 4-24-14: Announcement at the Bundy Ranch expected w Attorney Larry Klayman. Questions to be looked into include obtaining a warrant under fraudulent information.
Sen. Reid is not in the law enforcement branch of the Federal Government either. The BLM falls under the line of authority given to it by “We the People” under the banner of the Executive Branch’s Office of the President. When the Office of the President is not filled with a qualified person however, the BLM’s authority is in fact neutered.
About the only Constitutional Right Sen. Harry Reid has in his fervor is that of free speech, and when making the comments everyone can laugh about his not being in the “free-speech zone” created by the BLM for such activity, thus is in violation of the Government’s own violation of violations.
My point is not to mock the further festering ill-will, but to focus meaningful attention upon that unlawful malignant betrayal of the Legislative Branch upon the trust of WE THE PEOPLE.
Hurt feelings lay in the swamp of infection festering in American Politics and rise up every two years in a Congressional Election and every four years for a Presidential Election with elections for the U.S. Senate courting both in the mix alternating in six.
When it comes to nursing hurt feelings to avoid anger, there is nothing worse that a government can do then to act outside its lawful bounds of authority in harassment, intimidation, coercion, and propaganda.
For a long time now the Government has been acting without an authorized qualified agent in the Office of the President that hinges every Federal Law Enforcement Agent with creditable authority given to them by WE THE PEOPLE, with every bureau and cabinet underneath that line of authority.
The Legislative Branch of which Sen. Harry Reid is a very prominent member heading up as the majority Leader of the U.S. Senate has hurt, and thus infuriated the public trust by not vetting or having a hearing where in the evidence of fraud and forgery in Barack Obama’s identity can at the very least be discussed and heard as it has been uncovered by a lawful entity in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse with the standing of “yours truly” as a former candidate for President in 2008 and 2012.
Indeed, we do have a record of the Judicial Branch actually telling the Legislative Branch it was their duty to do so because it had to do with an election and involved one or both of the major political parties in the United States. The Constitution does indeed spell out directly the duty of authority that the Legislative Branch has in assuring the American public the Qualifications of the Office of the President are met with the over-seeing authority of the United States Supreme Court Justice directing the traffic in such a trial.
However, in spite of being so directly noticed with certain reliability by myself in many instances here Sen. Harry Reid has in fact ducked and dived, shucked and jived, the only legitimate act he actually indeed has the absolute obligation in his position to in fact handle with authority given by WE THE PEOPLE to the position he holds.
This is the sound and traditional conservatism based in the very basement of common sense that betrays Sen. Harry Reid and thus so matures exactly what I’m saying. Sen. Harry Reid is serving the cause of domestic terrorism; Sen. Harry Reid is willfully spurring on the actions of anti-government sentiment. In fact could it not be said that Sen. Harry Reid is the doll of the militia uprising in American by his own dereliction of duty of his own said office?
Six years of fraud, forgery, propaganda, lies, deceit, cover-up, betrayal, unauthorized action festering is a long time for infection to spread in the swamp. Maybe what we saw at the Bundy Ranch was a bit of the monster coming out of the swamp but who in the world is advertizing Government dereliction of duty?
Hell, it’s so much easier to throw that on an un-popular politician, and the Militia in front of the public?
People are frustrated as constituents of the public trust for which Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate is responsible. Indeed any uprising or discontent of the nature of the Federal Government’s enforcement powers rest at the footstool of Congress and they shall not come back to me and blackmail me in a tyrants rant when they have acted in full breasted swell to inflate the tyrants’ powers and desecrate their own so dutifully ignored as a dereliction of honor.
Residing in the common sense factory of the Patriot’s brain rest a simple and quite endearing principle Congress should take note of in simply allowing a hearing. A hearing for which all can be and should be laid upon the table, not thrown under the table as has been the practice with Barack Obama’s Constitutional identity crisis.
If Congress had the presents to table that which has been under the table, to hear what has been stopped up in its own arm of enforcement, the executive branch, why great strides might be made in regaining the public trust and squashing rebellion that is indeed an aversion to law.
Being a patriot is all about loving your country; loving the United States Constitution because it has given so much to us in opportunity and protection. To act in disagreement to the principles of the United States Constitution such as the qualifications of the office of the President is most certainly to give love a bad name Sen. Harry Reid.
If there is a systematic approach for harassment of the principles of authority granted in the Constitution by WE THE PEOPLE, I’d say your office has wrote the book on it the last 5 years denying qualification HEARINGS of the Office of the President that must be upheld. You do not hear the gun of the people you hear the cry of the people.
Left ignored however, the cry will subside and there will turn the hurt to anger heard in the gun with only you to blame. You owe the Militia and those protecting the Bundy family an apology for over-stepping your bounds of authority and not doing your Constitutional duty.
The Militia might call it protecting ‘states rights’ , or ‘individual rights’. They might call it an over-bearing Federal Government upon civil rights, but it’s all applicable and it’s all legit when it comes to Obama’s usurpation as an unqualified person in the Office of the President however bluntly or discretely its mentioned. I'm sure the Government would never consider itself guilty of usurping the law, harassing civilians,or of a cover-up, but Americans can't quite forget the 24 scandals of 2013 and counting.
Given that on the Congressional Table, I’d say your tables were pretty full and your authority pretty thin; even dangling by a thread?
Today I felt the heavy hand of the police force upon me in a great circumstance of warrantless harrassment. I had 5 officers and two dispatchers in two different cities involved in telling me a teller at my bank didn't appreciate my extending a facebook friendship to her I'd sent, after she told me to come visit her branch which I did twice over 3 weeks. The point just could not have been sending a FB Friendship request that she had a choice to accept or simply dismiss, and 2 polite exchanges over 3 weeks..it had to be something else? My thoughts exactly.
The Layton Police by the name of Officer Brody,I was told to call by the four other officers standing in my door way from the Ogden Police Department, instructed me with strict orders that I could never go to the grocery store shopping center again that branch of my bank is located in, and further harrassed me saying my bank might close my accounts and that without any further notice I should use different branches or I'd be charged with a felony. I was so floored I asked him directly if he knew her? He said "no".
I asked him if he's asked her if she'd requested I come and see her at the branch where she worked. He said "No", but I would think that as far as mounting a task force of tax-payer money involved in paying the task force to tell me, that might have been a good question for him to ask. I asked him if she'd laughed about attracting customers to her branch taking away business from another branch, or if I'd visited her branch prior to even knowing her? Again, the answer was No.
I was absolutely dumbfounded that a warrantless threat and restraining order issued by a police force would be issued without any Judicial Authority or Review, or paperwork. It was the heigth of bully harrassment and conservative profiling just like the IRS has done, because they got on-line, saw who I was, and what I had done in sticking up for Civil Rights, our U.S. Constitution, and running for President. This is the kind of treatment Patriots are receiving all over the Country and it pains me to see.Though its relativly no sweat off my nose to not use that branch again, the point is the threats and harrassment is real.
This isn't the first time either. I had the So.Ogden Police Department confiscate my vehicle because they thought I didn't have any insurance though I pulled out of my glove box my registration,current insurance, and drivers liscence and just begged him to call my insurance agent as he said he was impounding my car. There was no ticket given but it cost me $350 dollars to get my car out of the impound yard the next day I had to barrow from my brother; the Ogden Police Department didn't pay it or care to apologize.
These are not the kind of stories I would like to be telling my son about law enforcement. I want him to believe in law enforcement and the goodness so many law enforcement agents and officers do for our community. I thought about burying this one just to cover it up. I thought about it quite abit today, but then I thought you know what? There's been enough cover-up to last our Nation a life time with Barack Obama. I'm so sick and tired of cover-ups!
Maybe its time to just start keeping a record on them of abuses, harassment,and bully treatment based on my running for Political Office they didn't approve of. If I'm not ashamed of my actions, and I haven't done anything wrong, there's no reason I should be afraid and this string of abuses must stop. If they're are proud of what they've done with the trust of the public's money, let them stand on that feeble record in front of the Nation.

I hope you will consider these articles very closely and work with attorney Larry Klaymen on exposing the BLM whose power resides under the Office Of The President in the executive branch.

If a Patriot Flag can be raised on this issue legally, the regime comes down. Ask Esq. Klayman about "standing" if needs be I will provide that as an expert witness, as I ran in 2008, and 2012.,sueing both McCain and Obama on the N.B.Citizen principle.
That's important. A lot of folks calling you racist, but I don't believe it as standing w the Constitution prohibits that. I was the only candidate in the whole U.S.A. to stand against both parties R's and D's on this issue.
I appreciated your reference to the pledge of allegiance. We live in a Republic. That demands a qualified person in the Office of the President, for our Executive Branch to evan function legally w the authority given by We The People.
If you choose not to stand on this issue, you give credibility to those opposing you, and lose your best defense.
