As we approach the end of June many people have been making comments and asking questions about the United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 that I'd like to take a little bit of time to discuss in this post. Just to update briefly June 18th The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) had a conference date for my Case. The case was placed on the "Pending Motions List" rather then being outright put out to pasture on the "Dismissed List", which very easily could have happened. What that did essentially was breath a little oxygen into this Case. No other case having to do with Obama's Ineligibility has made it past the Original SCOTUS Conference date given to it in the nearly six years challenges have been being made. Now, what is happening in the contentious waves of the oceans of people becoming aware of this?

Many more people are becoming aware of this Case, and realizing that most of the Cases that Obama has been involved with in some way challenging his eligibility to be President according to the Constitution's demands for the Office of the President have never even seen the light of day insomuch as being given a hearing within a Court of Law, let alone the Supreme Court of the United States. What is the logistics or cause of this?

Well, among Obama die-hard supporters there is a theory that Obama is the ONLY acting Office really legally holding any authority in the jurisdiction of the United States right now. As preposterous as the Media has made "Birthers" out to be, this theory running through and very much outwardly spoken and written about among "Obots", or Obama Supporters, is really haunting. The theory supposes that because Obama was elected as an ineligible Candidate by The People of the United States of America, the Constitution is actually no longer a valid document. As you know the U.S. Constitution outlines the Offices of U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators and outlines the individual States. [Image Source Gaateway Pundit .com]

So, this very theory is the way that Obama thinks and its how he is governing. You may have heard about Obama wanting to redistrict neighborhoods using the 'Federal cart-rope' of subsidized housing that communities and States receive. With this "tool" Obama claims authority to withhold Federal Funds if say there is not enough "subsidized" housing opportunity in that neighborhood. The States could lose millions upon millions if they didn't meet a criteria of getting subsidized housing in rich neighborhoods.

The affect of this is a redistricting of the vote essentially neighborhood by neighborhood and its being said Obama's been saving "the best for last". The Goal is to displace by the numbers the voters in areas more responsible for upholding economic class difference. It will annihilate the prospects of Republicans in the vote by moving people in neighborhoods and districts that are dependent upon Government subsidies, but we've already talked about the Republicans never gaining the White House as a party again because they will not and refuse to actually "use" the Constitution against Obama in his ineligibility. Now ask yourself "Why?"

As Obama's policies begin to reflect and resonate his strategy among the people, an exponential alarm is resounding. This explains the high PROFILE reasons my Case is gaining attention not seen before, even in 2012! The Elected Office in our Government as Representatives, Senators and the "States" and their elected Governors and Legislatures who depend upon BORDERS and outlines for their authority has been 'washed away', according to Obama and his minions and their 'proof' is that Obama was elected as an ineligible Person into the Office of the President. These same folks are stating that the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the lower Tenth Circuit and United States District Court actually has not authority to even rule on my case and that is why it was ruled as 'frivolous' from the beginning. They are stating the Courts of Law have no authority over Obama whatsoever and neither does Congress because Obama won over the authority by and through the People's Vote. Could that possibly be the Case?

People have not understood how serious this is. Now you might say, as I do and my Petition States, that Obama was 'elected' under false circumstances, conditions, under an identification that was false. That because of these facts, this so-called 'winner take all' authority and mentality of his is also false. My Court Case in the United States Supreme Court asserts in the FIRST QUESTION, that if the Court refuses my Case it negates and disbands its entire authority under the United States Constitution. People have mocked me because of that assertion, but its true and Obama and his Supporters believe it also.

Now the comment coming out of this guy over at Obamaconspiracy.org was banned and the reason is Obama and his supporters don't want this information getting out to the general public and going viral because he's second term isn't finished yet. It did not represent correctly that I sought 'damages' from injury after the Government refused to recognize an ineligible President. The Government in fact has not recognized any of that evidence yet and very importantly, there are more people involved than just Government officials forming an illegal Cartel. Obama's actions as a Candidate, his Campaign for President is for example an entity not subject to Government protections of immunity. The Government Leaders like Rep. Nancy Pelosi were not 'acting' under the color of her position either. When she certified Obama '08 that was not under the duty of her elected position, but rather from her being speaker of the House a position she was acting in elected by her colleagues not the public. Other people named in the suit do not hold elected offices who are DNC Leaders and do not have such immunities at all, nevertheless are involved heavily round down to the local level. Also it is incorrect that if my Judge in the District Court level recognized Obama as ineligible he would have found himself out of a job. Simply stated my suit begins before Obama was even in the Office of the President and contends that over two elections. Its not my fault the Government hasn't given it hearing and they have received evidence from law enforcement authority.

Obama's second term isn't over yet. This story depicts in its headlines "Obama sheds cool style for fearless final lap". It states, [It may also be in recognition that he has few big-ticket policy achievements left to enjoy in polarized Washington as the end of his two-term presidency approaches.In a remarkable week for the president, a victory on Pacific Rim trade was snatched from the jaws of defeat on Capitol Hill on Wednesday. The Supreme Court on Thursday validated his signature healthcare law, guaranteeing he would accomplish a central second-term goal, to protect the 2010 Affordable Care Act from being dismantled by Republicans. The icing on the cake came on Friday with the high court’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage,.. After the court decision was announced, Obama took a Rose Garden victory lap.]

I don't recall Obama being the one that was at the Court, but it appears he feels this decision is due to his authority more than the Courts. I disagree and recognizing a 'two term presidency approaching' leaves what a third term kind a maybe open, maybe through Sanders or Biden as Hillary's Campaign is threatened by racketeering charges set for a January 2016 Trial?

Now its really anyones guess as to the circumstances that may unfold prior to the 2016 elections fully 18 months away with economic and military sabers rattling the world over. I mean really, if fraudulent circumstances can accommodate two United States Elections in the Presidency Race of 2008 and 2012, why not WWWIII to keep it going? Without the U.S. Constitution there is no 14th Amendment for which the decision to honor same-sex marriage exist. Stated more plainly, Obama opposes the same-sex union under the auspices of a United States Constitution he is a walking talking violation of in the Office of President. The LGBT Community has not done themselves any favors supporting Obama and in fact have caused themselves harm. Its very important to realize that as I related more heavily in my last post.

Obama's near total abandonment of even Democrats is resonating strongly as he managed a first flight on Air Force One to House Speaker Republican Boehner as well Republicans have managed passage of Obama's request for the FAST TRACK Trade Deal as Democrats dug in their heels against their own nominated White House Resident about it.

The picture is becoming clearer and clearer to more and more people as well elected officials who have couched and shied away from the qualification demand for the Office of the President that Obama fails. As they begin to look to see really what Law is Governing who and why more questions then answers are coming. Have the People actually unknowingly disbanded the Officers Elected as Representatives and Senators, Disbanded the Court's held under the United States Constitution's Standards, and Disbanded even the outline of the States and their respective Officers under the Constitution by electing an ineligible unqualified person in the Office of the President? The tangible evidence against Obama's being elected under fraudulent identity is clearly a Ghost Buster. Here's a video I put out in 2012 Campaign that enumerated some of these.

I believe Obama feels as a Constitutional Law Professor their is weight to that theory and he is taking full advantage of it while the Courts and the Officers of the Government under the Constitution try to fight with one hand tied behind their back because they have no standing in Court to challenge Obama's two election wins. The only one who does and hasn't been labeled a 'racist' by the Main Stream Media because he also sued McCain in 2008, is Presidential Candidate in '08, '12. and '16 Cody Robert Judy, (me). That Case is Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the United States of America's Supreme Court right now, because I have never ceded a loss to Obama in those elections technically in Court holding my standing firm.

Now they got a few things wrong in the assumption. That story over at Birtherconspiracy.org was actually published before the Court upheld my Case on the "Pending Motions List". The author of it pretentiously publishing it at Midnight the day of the June 18th Conference, and admitted after my Case was not Dismissed that it had to be rewritten or reworded.

The Court did not Dismiss my Case, but his story is out there when you google my name creating uncertainty and question that forces me to address the issue and his headline as a lie. The story is damaging our fundraising abilities and I'm sure that is figured in its purpose. The Founder admits in a story "The ephemeral nature of the Birther Movement" his purpose has been served and plans retirement in 2017, and that should tell you very clearly how vital the site has been in Support of Obama. [I’m giving Cody Judy the kind of coverage that would have been reserved for someone like Orly Taitz just a few years ago.][I can’t remember when the last birther lawsuit was filed. Come my retirement in 2017, we’ll see if there is anything left.]

The public outrage in the assumption that they were "Taken Advantage Of by Fraud" in the elections of 2008 and 2012, and that they did not know or understand that they were in theory voting the United States Constitution completely void and all its Officers, Courts, and Boundaries out with their vote for Obama while understood in the legal minds is not something I believe the public is in agreement with. However, their support is extremely lacking to say different as my Case hangs by a thread in the Supreme Court of the United States!

I'm telling you people if you do not start supporting this Case and I mean by the hundred, and thousands, and millions of dollars of contributions we are headed for a hell of which you cannot imagine! Far be it for me not to have spelled it out very plain and clear to you because I have done that and it is a matter of public Record within the Halls of the United States Courts now pondering the totality of the Obama Elections.

I have to say I am very grateful for those who have responded, but we are very short to our stated goal. We had a little uptick, but its quite now and we are short. We do not have the money needed. Anticipating this, I have delivered to the Court a "Motion for Reconsideration and Review of my inform pauperis status", which you can review here. Though the Court recesses at the end of June it does continue to take and rule on Motions. It should be noted that the Justices do continue to study the Cases pending before it as is stated on its website during recess that you can read yourself here.

Now you will see on the Court's calendar of June tomorrow is the last day for ORDERS to be released on its normal in session condition. The condition of the Court changes in July, August, September and resumes again in October. My hope was to get that Motion Reconsideration Review into the Court at least a week before its ending June Session and perhaps be granted Cert along with it in Monday June 29th, 2015 (tomorrows) Orders.

The Motion for Reconsideration and Review was fast-tracked overnight and was Docketed June 24th. That means the Court has had a full week to consider overturning the denial of informa pauperis which had been denied with the new and pertinent updated evidence that I provided them. In the best case scenario, they good Grant my Informa Pauperis standing over turning their decision of June 18th, that forces me to comply with printing and court fees that approximate between two thousand and four thousand dollars by July 13th. Complying with that Order means having the Document in the Printing Office this July 7th at the latest to get it finished and into the Court by July 13th also which we simply do not have the money for yet.

Its just not there yet. I have done my best at trying to motivate you to move now and received with grateful heart letters and contributions of support like this . I'd like to share with you this very heart wrenching Card. I hope he doesn't mind me sharing it with you. I'm having a difficult time even typing it with my eyes leaking.

You took a big risk in fighting Obama for the sake of the United States of America and We The People. If 3% of America would do that do you know how much the Campaign would bank? There's roughly 325 million Americans. 3% is roughly 3 million at $10 a piece puts the Campaign Treasure Chest needed to fight this fight at $30 Million. Will you now, knowing and understanding the implications of an Ineligible person in the Office of the President join this Patriot's Campaign?

You have got to understand that little ole me, Cody Robert Judy is the only one who has standing to fight this. If Governor Christie or Governor Walker or even Mr. Donald Trump went into to Court today and tried they would be dismissed because they missed the fight beginning in 2008. This is not a 'grandiose' statement but one of facts. The Courts would say they were a day late and a dollar short and kick them out. You have just got to understand how important and valuable that word "perseverance" as a Presidential Candidate in '08 '12 and now '16 is. Without it we do not have a single person in this Nation with Standing the Court can remotely honor to ascertain its own legitimacy through the fog of fraudulent elections.

That is why we can't go forward. We have to go back and reset the damages. I hope that is crystal clear to everyone reading this and that you will pass it on. If you have decided to support another Candidate for President it could well be understood you have decided to give up the United States Constitution also. Please re-read if you haven't got it yet. Its a little complicated but this post is in fact a nutshell from the volumes that could be written about it.

My fellow American Patriots

Thank you for your attention in this matter and your concern as Americans for out United States Constitution. Many of you are discouraged thinking all is lost in our Republic. A psychological assault has been laid upon you from many directions with the intended purposes of burning you out, making you tired, and stripping any hope you have away.

I am hear to tell you that you outnumber them and your voices however small and individual do indeed matter. I am fighting for that very thing. Across this nation valiant and courageous men and women have done extraordinary things as individuals to take a stand for our Republic. The results are noticed and taken into account.

As you may or may not know I put out a Blog Piece Dec. 29th,2014 that itself scoured the web so quickly it was picked up on radar and noticed as TRENDING.

TWENTY DAYS have passed since then and I have made two other calls checking on the status of the Case Judy v. Obama et. al., 14-4136 and have been put off by the clerks of the Court. I know that you are home working your jobs, paying your bills and contributing towards your communities; and that matters like these are often the furthest from your minds and concerns. Jan 14th, 2014 a report came out in the Washington Times, that cited Mr. George Soros giving $33 million dollars in contributions towards activist groups hoping to tear Ferguson apart hoping to spur civil action.

When there are gains to be made by dividing, separating, and spoiling you better believe there will be men who will finance it while good people like yourself are really kept home working your jobs and struggling to put food on the table for your children. I know how hard it is to balance staying afloat with staying active and more than once I have sacrificed staying afloat to be active. Today I shared on facebook the remembrance video of my testifying in New York at the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial that found Obama guilty and the transcripts have been passed on to Congress. Over that two week period of travel, I lost my job, my home, and my family to divorce and started over with less then $100 to my name.

I have no doubt in my mind those sacrifices were called for by our Father and Creator in Heaven and with only enough money to get there I was uplifted by a few contributions to be able to get home, but it was very scary. Through out 2008 I made great sacrifices in my Las Vegas Nevada law suit to warn the Republican Party of the perilous road taken when an unqualified person usurps the Office of the President in my Judy v. McCain law suit and I continued with my standing as a candidate for President in 2012 against Obama clear to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Time and space prohibit a full disclosure of those proceedings here and now but they are in Court Records. I understand how much time it takes to get Court Records, read and digest every word and every motion that was taken in the past, especially when your involved with so many other things. The biggest thing that I want you to understand at this time is, "So Does The Courts".

Not always, but sometimes the Courts themselves will 'gauge' a 'public concern' regarding the case. They will research stories to take a public temperature reading and ascertain what justifying one decision over another will do. In every case, two sides argue and many factors come into play. The 'public factor' is a big concern. Picture sweeping your kitchen with no one in it and how much easier that is than sweeping your kitchen with twenty people in it and you'll know exactly what I'm saying.

It is much easier to sweep something under the carpet when no one is looking and this is what I'm afraid of. Its happened quite a bit and my last post detailed two nationally known reporters who themselves have taken action regarding this happening to them. Imagine the horror as a reporter knowing a story to be true and being told you could not run it. Imagine your computer and phone tapped and wired by Government because you were writing stories that detailed government corruption.

There are times when we must take a stand and at the very least on a ten minute break or lunch hour or pody break in the bathroom call our Courts of Law and let them know that we know about a case and would like an update. That is what this suggestion of a Patriot Activate Call is and nothing more. I have informed you a decision is taking place, you are concerned about that enough to call and ask the Court if it has been made. The process makes it more difficult to sweep any dirt under the carpet and frame a case as 'improbable' and 'unlikely successful'.Its always interesting when a Judge starts to entertain language like that as if he is guessing what the Jury taken from the public would likely decide.

Well I know what the Jury decided taken from all over America in that CIA Columbia Obama Trail in New York and it was guilty on many counts. We do surround them and at times it must be noticed that we are watching them very closely, like children who are always demonstrating their ability to stray out in the road that could cause an accident to happen.

Let's put that to rest because I know there are more patriots out there then hooligans. I know there are more working men and women wanting their children to have a chance in the land of the home and the brave we call the United States of America. The same Union and Flag that we pledge allegiance to the Republic, for which we stand, one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. I know your out there and that you can pass this on and in your busy day while your having a coke and chip break you can call and just be a voice on the telephone for a one minute call that says, God Bless America and Justice for all. Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

After my new song was finished, I mean recorded and all, the video up today, I was really moved by a story seen on Birther Report that was basically an interview with a veteran journalist Diana West as she appeared on Andrea Shea King's radio show and revealed some stunning details about her time as a syndicated columnist. "She noted how when she wrote for The Washington Examiner they refused to run news articles about any of the ongoing court cases challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility."

As soon as I read that I thought about a line in my song which has been written, "Our Views are censored by the Media Whore ,She won't cover you on the News Room Floor" and I thought Diana's story was certainly a testament of that to be true. What would or what will hundreds of Reporters of the Media say when and if they are Interviewed after Obama has left?

Today I've had a lot of thoughts on what is owed to the "Truth" and what is the reward? There is of course my own personal reflection of what the battle has been like over the last six years on McCain's as well as Obama's Eligibility fight and a book could be written on each one, but I do have to say one of the very hardest things has been even surviving as a political candidate when such things as what Ms. West and also what Ms.Sharyl Attkisson is saying about her 'Battle Royale with the Feds'“Unfortunately, the government doesn’t always provide truthful information,” the former CBS News correspondent told the Daily Beast this week. (1-9-15)

I've been thinking about this for awhile now and how 'key' the press is in 'getting the ball rolling for Candidates. It's almost impossible to think about 'bulk emailing everyone' in the Country on a personal level unless you have got some major computer clout. Much of the public used utilities very strictly limit a 'user' and even censor you if you emails start to press over fifty recipients, but as a candidate you have got to get your words out there for people to at least consider.

We are much closer to being able to do that with the Internet especially if someone is 'searching for you'. The sale is often not so much what a customer went out for, but what she was brought as an opportunity while there. Ever run to the store for one item and come back with ten things you needed? (smile) Well, that's in essence what I'm saying. You need to rally a core base that you appeal to that can get the ball rolling. How is that most easily done?

Again, it comes down to coverage by the MainStream Media.If a newspaper reporter will write a story about your campaign every person in the city of that newspaper now is armed with a name and perhaps some motivation to go digging a little for a platform. Most generally, Candidates for Office get somewhat of a 'fair shake' when it comes to a reporter asking about their platform in a local or state election especially if the Candidate has anything remotely interesting to write about that might be different from the other candidates.The problem is nearly all the Media is anti-birther which is nearly like saying anti-constitution. That's really strange with 'free speech' and 'free press' hanging on by a thread. I've been made fun of so much I decided to play a little humor back. If you don't get this you probably haven't been a Birther very long. (smile) The small print says as a rule of order for anti-birthers "we can't stand people who use more than four words in a sentence"

EXPERIENCE WITH JEALOUSY AND ENVY

Now experience has taught me that most Candidates for Office, any office, are like little screaming devils running around screaming 'that's not Fair' if an opposing candidate get's any publicity or more publicity than they feel they should get. I learned that lesson very thoroughly in my very first federal election for Congress when the Daily Show with Jon Stewart came out to make a little parody about my running in U.S. Representative Race for Utah's First District in 2002. You should have seen all the little devils jumping up and down, stomping their feet and gnashing their teeth and that story wasn't all that 'flattering' to me. I was running as a low tiered Democrat and both the upper tier Democrats' and the Republicans were freaking out if I got five seconds of over-allotted time on a stump speech to Delegates and they really started breathing fire if a story was remotely flattering!

Candidate's for office have been called attention whores, but gosh that's what you need to get your message out. The tricks and the treats are all about getting elected and motivating people to actually do something as far as advocating or contributing to your campaign. I've certainly dealt with the 'negatives' of my running for Office, but after all of that people still have to say, "What are the positives?" What is Cody Robert Judy doing or advocating that even makes him think he's different than all of the other guys and so should be seriously considered for the Office?

Over the last thirty days, it is very rare that you don't see a story that has been written by a reporter about two or three of the people considering running for President featured on The Drudge Report. In fact its' actually kind of hard not to find a story about Hillary Clinton on there over the last thirty consecutive days and Jeb Bush and now Mitt Romney are running pretty close to that. Dr. Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz, Gov. Christie, Sen. Marco Rubio, Rep. Rand Paul, Sen. Rick Santorum, and Sen Elizabeth Warren all have had stories there. I've never been a 'featured' in a story that made the Drudge Report. In fact if you put my name in the search engine of the Drudge Report you'll get a scolding that says 'Avoid using noisy words like FOR, Of,The, A , Not, An and so." That kind of puts what I'm saying in perspective.

The silencer that the Media has screwed on my barrel has been probably one of the top five most hurtful things to me personally and to my Campaigns that I can articulate. I just don't run for Office for 'me', I do it as a service towards the public good. That silencer wasn't because I had not "Done" anything but was in fact a silencer to what I was doing and the work I have been engaged in they have in fact 'agreed' or in some sort of a mean spirited coercivness towards not only me, but 'Truth' for the public, agreed to silence. The public has every right to be very upset, angry, and hurt about this silent treatment and while Diana West and Sharyl Attkisson have not threaded my name into the story, I definitely am in it maybe even more than they would credit.

Sometimes people don't understand what 100 hundred hours on a single web page means in formulating and articulating a platform that has essential and vital information for a Campaign and who bears the brunt of making that a product to vote for. I don't have a hundred people that I can assign a page to for a week for their best work and focus. The President of course has a lot of people available to assist and help in Cabinet positions, in Obama's case Czars. But what I'm getting to is generally the President steers the Country in a general direction and the details or minor decisions are handed down. Sometimes we hear criticism about a person who 'micro-manages' and everyone hates to work for because they feel they can't do anything without being told what to do.

Now the President's duties on the major list is in fact so important its' in the oath, " faithfully execute the Office of the President and to the best of my ability preserve,protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution". Of course we all know Obama really messed that up both figuratively and methodically in receiving and reciting the oath taken in as many days, but the point I'm trying to impress is generally the duties of the President are considered big general directions: Like, Let's go 'That way' and not 'This way'.

What does that have to do with me as compared to all the other Candidates or pre-Candidates for the Office of the President? As the President, or Candidates for President as we are talking about, steer in general directions they also have the eye or the highest perch for danger. For instance it is not out of the ordinary for a Candidate for President to have a position on the 'danger's of Russian Expansion' and the aggravations perhaps purposely orchestrated for intended result. That's kind of a big large foreign policy topic that could actually escalate into grave danger. I mean there is no question about that and I think every Presidential Candidate would agree they should have a position on that. Some might be the same, some might be different.

So, what is the Big Policy Issue substantially agreed upon by the actions and words of all the other Presidential Candidates that compromises our Country's national security placing all in grave danger? Does anyone think Obama has done any damage to our Country let's say going back over 25 scandals that White House veteran reporter Keith Koffler has described?

Of course,none of the Featured Top 10 Drudge Presidential Candidates have to my knowledge even acknowledged that there was a problem with Obama's not being qualified as a 'natural born Citizen' in public at their bully pulpit and I know for sure absolutely none of them have felt strongly enough about that oath they might take as President to take a stand against Obama in State or Federal Court. Now I really do feel that a lot of the reason for that on the Republican side was due to McCain's U.S. Sen. Res. 511 that literally every Republican U.S. Senator voted for accept McCain who abstained because it was about him. Of course that's kind of like not voting for yourself on the ballot, and if you can't vote for yourself I sure don't know why anyone else should have any confidence in you either.

On the surface it was harmless a non-binding U.S. Sen. Resolution but underneath it was the pit of hell Obama dug out from under the Republican Party that the rank and file had no courage to challenge as wrong. Of course there was only one person in the whole Nation of the United States running for President who was 'stupid', 'brave', or whatever adjective you decide to put in that spot describing my character to do just that. One of the biggest problems with being the only one,was a very fomented and almost rabid racist argument that the Major Main Stream Media Reporters assailed on potential candidates for challenging Obama. This was clear to everyone who had a dust-particle element in their head about running for President in their political future.

Normally you would think the Media would come down and interview me about these unique actions that actually held the 'Candidates' responsible for damages caused by being ineligible rather than a California Secretary of State or any other Secretary of State for that matter. To me the argument of holding a Secretary of State liable for a rogue candidate for President with the mafia as a party behind him was a little like holding your juvenile's teacher responsible for your child bringing home a failing grade. Why shouldn't we hold the child responsible for not doing their home-work? That is in a nut-shell what we have been fighting for years and years in the famed Birther Bunkers.

When you start gathering all of the evidence of Obama and what he has cost America so far is their any argument that is a BIG NUMBER and economically speaking there is just no way those who are in power now will ever be around to pay the debt they have placed on future generations?

I had a little different way of looking at the context of things which have passed when it came to a fellow facebook operative defending Mitt Romney as "a good man, whose helped a lot of people" running for President. If you just mathematically add up the people Obama has hurt economically, and realize Mitt Romney refused to support anyone's Court Action against Obama's ineligibility, or better yet initiate one as a "Candidate with Standing", (which many a Birther case has been dismissed because of the lack of "standing"),himself, you get the idea of holding Mitt Romney responsible for inaction and the massive cost that entailed.

Mitt Romney is really good with numbers. He's made money on cutting cost for businesses no one has thought about because he got into the details of pencils and staples that were being wasted. He is excellent at that, and he is an wonderful family man and he's done a lot for a lot of people, but the amount of people he hurt because of that one decision not to preserve the Constitution or defend it when he was the point man for the Republican Party has left a massive debt and a massive crushing burden on so many more people that he has hurt; that in a scale might be compared to helping all the people in one State and hurting everyone in 49 other States.

Mitt bears that responsibility and it was a choice he had every right, opportunity, and actually duty to make. That's a BIG policy or direction that being President holds one to and look what it's cost you and me and those who are not even born yet as future American Generations. Now to date, I don't think former Gov. Mitt Romney has really done that math but it exist as surely as Obama occupies the White House in the Office of the President and to discount that is truly an act of harm upon so many more looking to come into their parents life.

While no other candidate really has been put into that position of Standing other than Mitt Romney for the Republican Party, who was not ineligible themselves (like Sen. McCain who you wouldn't expect to bring up the subject due to the proprietary fact he was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and thus got on his knees and begged his colleagues for U.S. Sen. Res. 511, that was kin in Congress to the one giving to him U.S. Citizenship at 11 months old as an immigrant as part of an amnesty act for those foreign born)Hillary Clinton does not share that comfort because she had every right and standing to object even as I did to Obama in Ballot Challenges and Law Suits asserting her Civil Rights as a candidate for President were being compromised.

Of course, most conservatives don't appreciate McCain now and would not argue that McCain's actions are as foreign as his birth. Indeed his own party brought sanctions upon Sen. McCain in Arizona because of his foreign drift. Hillary Clinton assuaged to be the original Birther beside Obama chose instead of preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution to blame the death of four very brave souls in Benghazi on the videotape and did an apology tour culminating in her utterance of her most famous words which might be immortalized in the engraving on her tombstone as "What difference does it make now!"

So, not only did S.O.S Clinton make the same choice as Mitt Romney in burying the unborn children in a massive amount of debt for generations to come, but she chose to infuriate and antagonize millions of Muslims against all the people she was sworn to protect at home with outright lies. I mean has ISIL had any better recruiter than S.O.S. Hillary Clinton? Yet all these big Democratic Party Donors are lining up to feed her Campaign a little more fuel to spew out on Americans? They really have to totally deny the fact that S.O.S. Clinton has done her best to kill them with her lies, and they want to contribute?. How many Major Networks have already declare radical Islam Jihadist the greatest terror threat the U.S. faces?

I do understand more and more the courage it takes to be a U.S. President and defy gravity at times or at least the crowd hooping and hollering against you that has a much narrower focus than the United States in the coming century and the preservation of freedom and liberty here for future generations. We are responsible for seeing to it the baton is passed forward. Those who do not fight for the U.S. Constitution in the eligibility requirements of the Office of the President are essentially opening or parting the red sea for enslavement and debt rather than leading the way into a new millennium of prosperity in freedom and liberty.

My new song is really dedicated to just normal people making a little contribution to the fight. We outnumber and surround all of the elected leaders and we can make a difference if everyone just gives a little. We shouldn't rely on PACs to fund entire campaigns. Many people contribute to their Churches in a charitable effort to help the cause of principle but much fewer view the political arena as actually effecting more people than the Congregation of their church. Without the freedoms and liberties of the Constitution churches lose their power to free speech and religious worship. Neglecting Campaigns in the political arena can be as harmful to a church in a charitable consideration as if you were paying to have someone burn the church down.

In the political arena, a little from a whole bunch can really make a difference and that is the theory that I've advanced in the title of my new song CONTRIBUTION REVOLUTION. So often a revolution is imagined as a blood scene on the battle field but it doesn't have to come to that here in the United States of America. We can have a CONTRIBUTION REVOLUTION and not have to fire a gun at our neighbor. This has always made much more sense to me and I hope it makes more sense to you.

Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

One of the strangest things is happening in the United States of America we’ve ever seen. The Bundy Range Ranch Battle is not so much a peculiar event in my opinion as it really reflects a symptom of the American Public waking up, ripping the I.V. out, and stomping out of the hospital like Rod Woodroof (Matthew McConaughey) did in the movie Dallas Buyers Club, expressing in a hurt angry frustration, “I’d rather die with my boots on”.

Anger is a second degree feeling or emotion that is hitched to the wagon of the first degree feeling or emotion “ hurt”. Being angry takes a lot of energy and when you ask people why they are mad you can trim that to a core of being hurt in some way. In the movie, Rod was a freedom loving rodeo cowboy who was blind-sided with an H.I.V. -positive diagnosis and given 30 days to live.

He quickly finds Government Bureaucracy has tangled its web in the health care industry to promote the pockets of pharmaceutical drug companies in business to make money at the expense instead of the health of those diagnosed.

Circumstances of life and death demanding innovation or peril breathe new and unexpected life into him. He finds he’s certainly not the only one feeling the hurt and frustration of betrayal and goes about fixing things on a path not as well traveled, but highly affective and competitive to the Government’s plan.

Without seeing the movie you might say that rings a very familiar bell as an anti-government patriot upset about Obama and Obamacare.

Wait-a-minute, aren’t the two terms synonymous with opposing one another? How can someone who is “anti-government” be called or even want to be called, or even further if you will, identify with being “a patriot of the United States of America”?

To my surprise it happened in the new “Captain America – The Winter Soldier” movie also. Captain American finds himself opposed to the Government he had so often fought for and defended based on the premise that the Government represented by Alexander (Robert Redford) was now taking over and deciding who lived and who died. If Sen. Harry Reid would have tried out for the part, I think he could have taken it from Robert Redford who is one of my all time favorite actors and played a superb nemesis in the movie.

For Sen. Harry Reid’s part I don’t know if he has weighed in the balance the degree in which the Executive Branch of government has moved outside the authority of the United States Constitution or if he’s just trying to keep the American People’s focus on Rancher Bundy, States’-Rights Activist, Militia and why not throw in Birthers as a flame in the fire to keep people’s eyes trained so they don’t start question his authority?

I’m not so sure I have ever witnessed a display of antagonism of authority planted so firmly upon the political stage as we have in multiple reports and at different times and places to witness Sen. Harry Reid’s rhetoric that “Militia” working to protect the Bundy family from being harmed from a militarized BLM was nothing but ‘Domestic Terrorist’.

The Legislative Branch wherein Sen. Harry Reid is elected is responsible for making laws. That is distinguished quite considerably from the Judicial Branch responsible for interpreting laws and the Executive Branch from enforcing laws. So, Sen. Harry Reid’s hostility towards respect for the law is merited two fold two branches.

Sen. Reid is certainly not in the Federal Judicial Branch. Making public comment upon actions in dispute within a Court of law, like a “Court Order” something Congress most usually “steers” clear from, understanding especially the word “appeals” that can be accomplished and what could be referred to as a jury’s contamination that serves to impoverish justice; but that didn’t stop him.

UPDATE 4-24-14: Announcement at the Bundy Ranch expected w Attorney Larry Klayman. Questions to be looked into include obtaining a warrant under fraudulent information.

Sen. Reid is not in the law enforcement branch of the Federal Government either. The BLM falls under the line of authority given to it by “We the People” under the banner of the Executive Branch’s Office of the President. When the Office of the President is not filled with a qualified person however, the BLM’s authority is in fact neutered.

About the only Constitutional Right Sen. Harry Reid has in his fervor is that of free speech, and when making the comments everyone can laugh about his not being in the “free-speech zone” created by the BLM for such activity, thus is in violation of the Government’s own violation of violations.

My point is not to mock the further festering ill-will, but to focus meaningful attention upon that unlawful malignant betrayal of the Legislative Branch upon the trust of WE THE PEOPLE.

Hurt feelings lay in the swamp of infection festering in American Politics and rise up every two years in a Congressional Election and every four years for a Presidential Election with elections for the U.S. Senate courting both in the mix alternating in six.

When it comes to nursing hurt feelings to avoid anger, there is nothing worse that a government can do then to act outside its lawful bounds of authority in harassment, intimidation, coercion, and propaganda.
For a long time now the Government has been acting without an authorized qualified agent in the Office of the President that hinges every Federal Law Enforcement Agent with creditable authority given to them by WE THE PEOPLE, with every bureau and cabinet underneath that line of authority.

The Legislative Branch of which Sen. Harry Reid is a very prominent member heading up as the majority Leader of the U.S. Senate has hurt, and thus infuriated the public trust by not vetting or having a hearing where in the evidence of fraud and forgery in Barack Obama’s identity can at the very least be discussed and heard as it has been uncovered by a lawful entity in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse with the standing of “yours truly” as a former candidate for President in 2008 and 2012.

Indeed, we do have a record of the Judicial Branch actually telling the Legislative Branch it was their duty to do so because it had to do with an election and involved one or both of the major political parties in the United States. The Constitution does indeed spell out directly the duty of authority that the Legislative Branch has in assuring the American public the Qualifications of the Office of the President are met with the over-seeing authority of the United States Supreme Court Justice directing the traffic in such a trial.

However, in spite of being so directly noticed with certain reliability by myself in many instances here Sen. Harry Reid has in fact ducked and dived, shucked and jived, the only legitimate act he actually indeed has the absolute obligation in his position to in fact handle with authority given by WE THE PEOPLE to the position he holds.

This is the sound and traditional conservatism based in the very basement of common sense that betrays Sen. Harry Reid and thus so matures exactly what I’m saying. Sen. Harry Reid is serving the cause of domestic terrorism; Sen. Harry Reid is willfully spurring on the actions of anti-government sentiment. In fact could it not be said that Sen. Harry Reid is the doll of the militia uprising in American by his own dereliction of duty of his own said office?

Six years of fraud, forgery, propaganda, lies, deceit, cover-up, betrayal, unauthorized action festering is a long time for infection to spread in the swamp. Maybe what we saw at the Bundy Ranch was a bit of the monster coming out of the swamp but who in the world is advertizing Government dereliction of duty?

Hell, it’s so much easier to throw that on an un-popular politician, and the Militia in front of the public?

People are frustrated as constituents of the public trust for which Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate is responsible. Indeed any uprising or discontent of the nature of the Federal Government’s enforcement powers rest at the footstool of Congress and they shall not come back to me and blackmail me in a tyrants rant when they have acted in full breasted swell to inflate the tyrants’ powers and desecrate their own so dutifully ignored as a dereliction of honor.

Residing in the common sense factory of the Patriot’s brain rest a simple and quite endearing principle Congress should take note of in simply allowing a hearing. A hearing for which all can be and should be laid upon the table, not thrown under the table as has been the practice with Barack Obama’s Constitutional identity crisis.

If Congress had the presents to table that which has been under the table, to hear what has been stopped up in its own arm of enforcement, the executive branch, why great strides might be made in regaining the public trust and squashing rebellion that is indeed an aversion to law.

Being a patriot is all about loving your country; loving the United States Constitution because it has given so much to us in opportunity and protection. To act in disagreement to the principles of the United States Constitution such as the qualifications of the office of the President is most certainly to give love a bad name Sen. Harry Reid.

If there is a systematic approach for harassment of the principles of authority granted in the Constitution by WE THE PEOPLE, I’d say your office has wrote the book on it the last 5 years denying qualification HEARINGS of the Office of the President that must be upheld. You do not hear the gun of the people you hear the cry of the people.

Left ignored however, the cry will subside and there will turn the hurt to anger heard in the gun with only you to blame. You owe the Militia and those protecting the Bundy family an apology for over-stepping your bounds of authority and not doing your Constitutional duty.

The Militia might call it protecting ‘states rights’ , or ‘individual rights’. They might call it an over-bearing Federal Government upon civil rights, but it’s all applicable and it’s all legit when it comes to Obama’s usurpation as an unqualified person in the Office of the President however bluntly or discretely its mentioned. I'm sure the Government would never consider itself guilty of usurping the law, harassing civilians,or of a cover-up, but Americans can't quite forget the 24 scandals of 2013 and counting.

Given that on the Congressional Table, I’d say your tables were pretty full and your authority pretty thin; even dangling by a thread?

Today I felt the heavy hand of the police force upon me in a great circumstance of warrantless harrassment. I had 5 officers and two dispatchers in two different cities involved in telling me a teller at my bank didn't appreciate my extending a facebook friendship to her I'd sent, after she told me to come visit her branch which I did twice over 3 weeks. The point just could not have been sending a FB Friendship request that she had a choice to accept or simply dismiss, and 2 polite exchanges over 3 weeks..it had to be something else? My thoughts exactly.

The Layton Police by the name of Officer Brody,I was told to call by the four other officers standing in my door way from the Ogden Police Department, instructed me with strict orders that I could never go to the grocery store shopping center again that branch of my bank is located in, and further harrassed me saying my bank might close my accounts and that without any further notice I should use different branches or I'd be charged with a felony. I was so floored I asked him directly if he knew her? He said "no".

I asked him if he's asked her if she'd requested I come and see her at the branch where she worked. He said "No", but I would think that as far as mounting a task force of tax-payer money involved in paying the task force to tell me, that might have been a good question for him to ask. I asked him if she'd laughed about attracting customers to her branch taking away business from another branch, or if I'd visited her branch prior to even knowing her? Again, the answer was No.

I was absolutely dumbfounded that a warrantless threat and restraining order issued by a police force would be issued without any Judicial Authority or Review, or paperwork. It was the heigth of bully harrassment and conservative profiling just like the IRS has done, because they got on-line, saw who I was, and what I had done in sticking up for Civil Rights, our U.S. Constitution, and running for President. This is the kind of treatment Patriots are receiving all over the Country and it pains me to see.Though its relativly no sweat off my nose to not use that branch again, the point is the threats and harrassment is real.

This isn't the first time either. I had the So.Ogden Police Department confiscate my vehicle because they thought I didn't have any insurance though I pulled out of my glove box my registration,current insurance, and drivers liscence and just begged him to call my insurance agent as he said he was impounding my car. There was no ticket given but it cost me $350 dollars to get my car out of the impound yard the next day I had to barrow from my brother; the Ogden Police Department didn't pay it or care to apologize.

These are not the kind of stories I would like to be telling my son about law enforcement. I want him to believe in law enforcement and the goodness so many law enforcement agents and officers do for our community. I thought about burying this one just to cover it up. I thought about it quite abit today, but then I thought you know what? There's been enough cover-up to last our Nation a life time with Barack Obama. I'm so sick and tired of cover-ups!

Maybe its time to just start keeping a record on them of abuses, harassment,and bully treatment based on my running for Political Office they didn't approve of. If I'm not ashamed of my actions, and I haven't done anything wrong, there's no reason I should be afraid and this string of abuses must stop. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
