What is the pejorative Term "Birther"? It's a fairly repeated term for Democratic Party Nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton in an accusation used against Republican Party Nominee Donald J Trump in the order of implying 'racism' against 'our first black president' in her own words heard in the first 42 seconds of the video below in the second Presidential Debate. So how is it that an ABC News Report written November 1st, 2016 by Tom Liddy entitled [HOW TRUMP'S REMARKS ABOUT CLINTON EMAIL PROBE MIRROR BIRTHERISM] is an attempt to attach a knock out election blow to Trump while excusing Hillary Clinton's essential deliberate usurpation of the Secretary of State's office with an obfuscation of FOIA responsibility and accountability?

In the article ABC News writer Mr. Liddy asserts "During Trump's initial push of birtherism, he repeatedly suggested that there was something amiss with Obama's birth certificate, despite having no evidence to support that claim."

 Did they not miss or simply dismiss the Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Cold Case Possee findings, or did they dismiss them after Congress held a hearing to investigate those findings? Did Mr. Liddy question why Barack Obama would spend nearly three years of his first term avoiding accountability and responsibility to the American People that the Office of the President only be confirmed upon a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution? And did Mr. Liddy affirm Barack Obama's lie  told in the first 37 seconds of the CBS Interview to the American People that he only learned of Hillary Clinton's Private Server when the story broke after which it was discovered by the FBI Obama was communicating with Hillary all along using a pseudonym?

WikiLeaks Reveals a trove of Democratic Party strategy to use the pejorative 'Birthers' against Patriots who simply knew that the Office of the President was reserved for an American Citizen without dual loyalties inherited from Parents or Place defined as 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' and confirmed by precedent case in the U.S. Supreme Court that left no doubt for the description as Congress was only given powers to naturalize citizens included in varying descriptions in Title 8 ss 1401 Nationals and Citizens at Birth. Certainly the title for the naturalization act did not include 'natural born Citizens at birth'.

Congress made the mistake once already but reversed it's mistake in the understanding of 1790 Naturalization ACT and the 1795 Naturalization ACT. The rule of Construction upon the Constitution was enumerated in Amendment 9 -
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Thus you just can't go around saying the 14th Amendment or any other Naturalization Act replaced the Qualifications of the President found in Art. 2, Section 1, Clause 5, but that's exactly what has happened as we see "Citizen at Birth" has been used illegally to justify non-natural born Citizens from running for President ie. McCain, Obama, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal etc., and in Obama's case sitting in the Office of the President. Yes, ,they may have been 'Citizens', but that was not the qualification for the Office of the President accept at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. Thereafter it was reserved for [natural born Citizens] which in elementary terms confirmed sole American Allegiance in the time frame of two generations. This served as a very big wall from what we are seeing now in Identitarian Politics discussed on this Blogs last Post.

Some have speculated that no one cares about Birthers anymore, but as an entree of Hillary Rodham Clinton's stump speech, Democrats who have relied more on borrowed light from the anti-Civil Rights leaders, anti-Birthers, and Globalism as the vehicle to dismantle the U.S. Constitution and thus the United States of America through compromise, Birthers are mainstream as new niggers ( usage became unambiguously pejorative, a racist insult) for the Democrats, and here's why?

Perhaps you’ve missed the tenant in HRC Stump Election 2016 speeches.. ? It goes something like this:
He got his start in politics by leading the Birther Movement
He tried to de-legitimize the first black President
Since HRC is the Democratic Party Nominee for the 2016 Election and she repeats and repeats and repeats this it would appear at least to the common man’s eye that everyone cares about the Birthers.
If Democrats believe the Birther Movement is Racist, and Donald Trump is portrayed as the Leader of it by her repeated assertions, and America is mobilized against Trump based on this, Democrats will care a great deal for Birthers as the Birther Movement delivered the White House to HRC.
On the other hand, if Trump wins the Election and was branded by HRC as the Leader of the Birther Movement, then it was the Birther Movement that America loved, and it propelled the Leader of it to the Oval Office.
Either way, your statement Bob is one of near total denial of reality. It doesn’t make a bit of sense given HRC , (who I guess you are voting for) stump speeches going on now 5 days before the election.
Now I don't know if Black People would be voting for Hillary Rodham Clinton if every time she stood up at a stump speech she addressed all Black People as 'niggers', but that is exactly what she's doing to 'Birthers' as we see a confirmation that it is a pejorative term used as an insult to Americans who insist that the loyalty of the Office of the President be 'all American' in Place and Parents.

It is no more a stretch than ABC's writing reporter Mr. Liddy's assertions in his article as he wrote:
'Birtherism was strongly linked to the theory that Obama is a secret Muslim and wants to hide his religion from the American people.", which I found very offensive and misleading. There is no religious test for the Office of the President- period!

Suggesting that there is with nothing but speculation as to why Obama had not divulged his long form birth certificate for three years, let decorated enlisted military objectors go to prison over a $10 dollar document, and indeed had spent millions of dollars in defense of not producing it, as an accountability and responsibility to the question mirrors Hillary Clinton's usurpation of the Secretary of State's office in avoiding the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) accountability of the Office to the People.

Collaborative Evidence not only suggests but mirror Obama and Hillary want top jobs in the American Nation but do not want anything to do with the qualifying, accountability, and responsibility of Law, that come with the jobs, to the People as their Employer or Boss. That would be like hiring someone and paying them and then having the Media call you names because you objected to the employee coming in any damn time they pleased and lying on their application for the job in the first place!

The search on WikiLeaks reveals 87 results of the pejorative "Birthers'. Top of the list is the DNC  Email Archive numbering 38- Global Intelligence Files 26, Podesta Emails 22,Clinton Emails 5, Syria Files 1, and non collection files 1.

This in fact notices clearly that the DNC, just like Debbie Wasserman Schultz was pegged for 'religion attack strategies' against Bernie Sanders is clearly in the business of slander and libel to win elections.

Donald J. Trump hasn't even filed a single legal document against anyone in his own Party who surfaced as unqualified either by a foreign parent or being born in or under a foreign jurisdiction of law from a State in the United States.

In fact I as a Democratic Party Candidate for President have been the one who actually has the only bi-partisan federal court Record objecting to McCain and Obama from 2008 to 2016 in some 15 Cases none of which were heard on the merits of the Standing I possessed, and the evidence and U.S. Supreme Court precedent case Law I presented in Minor v. Happersett that the Congressional Research Service tried to cover up in ambiguity to the Congress. Notice 1 & Notice 2 

Interestingly enough the movie Hillary's America directed by Dinesh D'souza illustrates the Democratic Party in the U.S. History Record indeed fought for slavery, ownership of people as a commodity, and the idea that it was all about stealing, shutting people up, and collaboration to involve in the order of indemnity,security against or exemption from legal responsibility for one's actions, at the highest levels of Government. This describes Obama and Hillary's actions exactly.

We are left repulsed that the Democratic Party lead by women- Hillary Clinton, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and now as we see Donna Brazille's WikiLeaks Forced resignation from CNN based on her feeding Clinton Debate Questions in assertions the whole Political Pundit System is broken, the whole Democratic Party Primary is on Record as Corrupt and Crooked, and it's set the same conclusion for the whole national election.

Democrats are gaining nothing but a demoralizing reputation by the actions of these so called leaders and it's time to STOP! I am ashamed of my Party, but I am not ashamed of my Actions fighting for the Constitution and the qualifications of the Office of the President. Yes, I am a Birther ignored and castigated but by the looks of it, the Democratic Party has me to thank for Taking A Stand for the Constitution and showing that there is at least some integrity in the Party America can be proud of.






As the bell tolls in Election 2016 there may be many more resignations and firings of Judges, Senators, Congressman who have forgotten and lost their way in representing America and We The People.

Amidst the Revelations Hillary Clinton helped Obama secure sales to ISIS , set up a Server under Obama's State Department approval, the knowledge hundreds of communications and State Employees knew,  verify in the motivation to take the Secretary of State Office ,which is the top foreign diplomat position deep under cover and off the grid of FOIA, allowing a back door channel to foreign Nation's without over site, serving simultaneously Obama and the Clinton Foundation, one must search in deep waters to grasp after all that WikiLeaks has revealed something that actually would suspend Hillary's billion dollar Presidential Campaign.

[HERE COMES THE BIG CHEESE- Exactly as i wrote in my BLOG POST Yesterday, Obama knew and wanted his Secretary of State's Office to be deep throat type cover. He used a "Pseudonym" to communicate with Clinton because he knew her Server was not Secure but that's what it took to avoid FOIA!

We've got it! Obama's Confirmed Birth in Kenya, Africa. Imagine? 

Tantalizing emails now recovered from 2009 reveal what no one thought possible. Hawaii Officials , well one who was the only one to "confirm" seeing Obama's long form birth certificate is dead,  was on the pay-roll.
 Loretta Fuddy who while floating in the ocean not far from the water landing with 7 other survivors died three different ways if you take into account all the "official"documents.
 She also was revealingly, a dear friend to Obama's mother through their spiritual devotion to SEBUD, serving as leaders of the faith to the USA. Imagine the luck of getting an appointment rushed down all of a sudden from the "President" to the Governor (Gov. Abercrombie also aneed acknowledged Obama family friend over their lifetimes) having him set aside the person much more qualified he'd picked out already, for someone far less experienced? 
But that was the kind of luck Obama's mother's friend Loretta Fuddy got in the Hawaii Health Department's top job as Executive Director. 
Should be noticed here Obama friend Gov. Abercrombie couldn't find Obama's Hawaii B.C while Governor.  Tim Adam's a Clerk for Hawaii Health stated " there was no long form Obama birth certificate while he worked there under oath, and Kapiolani has no interest in a Memorial. Their reputation must last longer than 8 years as the video relates at the bottom of this Post- Hillary's Birther Business. 
While it was easy to make a fabrication, pay off a couple of Hawaii Officials ( well, maybe kill one) , the hard part was tying up lose ends and that is where Secretary Hillary Clinton came in to be so handy with her Private Server and ability to destroy destroyed Emails. 
With the promise of deep cover and off the grid of FOIA, Hillary Clinton was "promised" fame, fortune, and the Clinton Foundation's unfettered ability to leverage foreign heads-of-state to the bidding of the guaranteed next U.S. President. It was a lock that created millions of dollars!
There was only two things not controllable. Hillary Clinton's mouth, and the Emails wrapped up in little packages by Hackers who figured out the deal. 
Does anyone believe Trump actually believes Obama was born in Hawaii, after his 5 minute press conference announcing it or do we believe he said it just to shut up Hillary from manipulating all of the Black Caucus vote? 
Well, in my own law suits, against McCain and Obama SCOTUS 12-5276 & 14-9396, defending the unique qualification of [ natural born Citizen ] for the Office of President requiring sole allegiance to America by birth place and inherited citizenship from mother and father, I never cared much about where Obama was born because he's never said or offered anything that qualifies him under the known foreign citizenship he inherited from his father who was Kenyan. 
A dis-qualifier is a dis-qualifier, you don't need three strikes to be out you only need one of the three foreign birth, foreign father, or foreign mother. With one or two you still get an American "Citizen" merit, but [Citizen] for the Office of President was not the Qualification unless such at the Time of the Adoption of the Constitution.  That is how it reads, and how our history shows is precedent.
Now, it's time to reveal something few people know about how the deal went down and how Hillary Clinton became part of Obama's Bermuda Triangle.. like her Emails that were destroyed by bleach bit but actually had been copied many more times then bleach bit could take out. 
We will journey down a road of circumstantial evidence which we already have been traveling quite a bit but the real point that must be very clear is Hillary's targeting black voters through the "use of color" by the associate color of Obama, and his seeming uncontested monopoly of that section of voters despite the destruction of trillions of dollars of property, a large loss of life over the tenure of eight years. 
That targeting with the Revelations shows the most foul antics of Racism conceived in the human mind and it has got to stop now.

You recall how frustrated Obama was releasing it and stating he did not want it to be a distraction anymore?
Trust Hillary to pounce all right. She’s got Trump right where she wants him. Now, when she releases the PROOF she’ll be able to prove Trump has lied. (?)

Gosh, I was just heart broken to see Charlotte NC looted, vandalized, and Rioted by the “protestors” who received permits so fast from the City.

I listened to a Trump stump speech today. He’s getting very good at improve between the Tele prompt and his own mix.
The bad news for Democrats actually comes from the success of Pres. Bill Clinton , attributed to an advisor I believe ” It’s about the Economy Stupid”
Trump ultimately cast a big pal on Clinton in relating Economic Strategy in a point-of-sale. Yes, Hillary Clinton could have a better Plan but she can’t sell it. . so it’s moot. Actually and most importantly the President should be a very good salesmen.
Commentators and Wall Street can harold her as an angel of deliverance, but they can not take Trump’s ability to sell away. And when it’s about the Economy Stupid, you have to be able to sell.
Hillary can’t sell and Pres. Bill Clinton’s desire for game is not what it once was. Hillary has quite a bit of money she’s raised from foreign governments who padded Clinton Charities, and you might think that is proof she’s a good salewomen.
It’s not. She did not sell product she sold “probability” and that’s always in the houses favor in Vegas and it doesn’t come close to selling Product.
To sell product you have to really believe in it. Hillary’s own faith in foreigners is stronger than her faith in Americans. That’s an exploit of her failure.

Most Christians understand the Only Begotten Son of God was also. John 18:30 “They answered and said, if he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee.”
So.. is your point good, bad.. what?
You know I always say when men start saying God [can’t] talk anymore they are in big trouble for one they are in violation of Free Speech protections under the 1stAmendment ;and then when the State goes into a Religious Meeting and says it then your violating a free religion and establishment clause; and then when you deny the public and the defendant the right to evidence you’ve denied basic protection rights of the accused in Trial.
All that happened to me and I’m glad you brought it up, because it only substantiates the need for Reform. . Actually a tenant on the plate of Democrats and Republicans.

Bingo! Hillary Clinton has had proof of Obama's foreign birth all along. She recovered it from British Archives that as was stated [was available to the Public] until after Hillary Clinton's visit.

I am asking Hillary Clinton to rescind the Democratic Parties Nomination to me, who is the only Presidential Candidate who has not conceded the Presidential Race to her based on her Health.
