Everyone on his eight years on Twitter, including the [Following] List and of his [Followers] List had been wiped out by TWITTER EXECUTIVES.
The communication umbilical chord was ripped out with what was extreme political prejudice.
Not only was Cody referencing an article from the Washington Post a well established Printed Newspaper, but he was also referencing an Investigation which included two very professional CSI document professionals at the request of a Sheriff's Department in a Cold Case Posse Action.
What Political Threat could possible be assumed?
Cody Robert Judy was a political opponent in the 2018 Utah Senator election against now Senator Mitt Romney. The hashtag #utpol is considered one of the most prominent Political Hashtags for the State of Utah.
In the Article from the Washington Post , famous of course for the courageously charged investigation framed as the Watergate Scandal notable for the public-root of President Nixon resignation, the [Washington Post reporter] Mike DeBonis wrote:

Cody Robert Judy was the only Presidential Candidate in 2008, 2012, and 2016 to non-racially sue first Senator John McCain and then Senator Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro , which the MSM has totally ignored as a fact preferring the racially charged narrative of the past.

Just a few hours later, Twitter had suspended the account, confirming to CNN it had broken the platform's rules. The company did not say what rules the account had broken.]'
Judy's proposed Executive Order to President Donald Trump has now been viewed by over 8,000 . The two page document culminated Judy's legal battles over 11 years now, and still we see a suffering and sacrifice the media chooses to ignore.
It is anyone's guess as to wither President Trump will every acknowledge and sign the Proposed Order. However, with the extreme Democrat Party charge in the House to Impeach, perhaps a closer look at protecting the Office of the President will be come Political Principle once again?

TRUMP'S ROLE IN THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE RELEASE
In some ways Trump has been blackmailed from using it, because he had a small part in it. The tell will be how much the American people will forgive with anyone involved in it. Trump was a business man and was chosen/ or/asked (don't know for sure) to go on the View and demand Obama's LFBC. President Trump has hoped he could ride the storm of the Russian Hoax out till it piddled out and Mueller's Report is a dud without going back to Obama's Ineligibility and Identification Fraud or the Birther Horse.
What that gave Democrats was free pot-shots at him at any time because they knew he would NEVER bring it to surface again. However, Democrats may be crossing a line with the indictment of his children because the WHOLE TRUMP EMPIRE may be basically annexed by the Government in a Rico Law Suit.

As this applies to 'Birthers' and Google's definition, we would assert that the whole of the Qualifications of the U.S. Constitution came down to personally ruin Barack Hussein Obama because he was [black], and black people have been discriminated against before in a true dose of racism, thus all Birthers are Racist.
Would you be surprised every Voter who voted for Obama based on his [black] skin color are Black Nationalist? If skin color was the sole reason for the vote wouldn't it be logical or reasonable every other characteristic being null and void, to ascribe that a superior motive based on color and contrary to the Supreme Law of the Land that forbids discrimination based on color, was indeed being perpetrated upon America?
The ORDER & JUDGEMENT coming out of the 10th Circuit Court exemplifies the Black National Movement against the United States Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of President. We would expect a Judge immersed in 'Black Nationalism' to set aside the reverence of the U.S. Constitution's Qualification for the Highest Office in the United States for the color of skin. We would also expect that if this was correct 'errors' would manifest themselves incontrovertibly.
1- Page 1 assumes "no abuse" is apparent in a Claim lasting over 9 years in SCOTUS Cases 12-5256 14-9396.
2- The time frame of two years is noticed but is in error because one would expect a case is active through the Appeals Process. This is noticed in the original Motion for Relief of Judgement with a date of Feb 4th, 2016 as the last motion filed in the U.S. Supreme Court clearly within a year of the Motion to the District Court.
3- Page 3 exhibits a lack of respect for the Office of President's Qualification and a flippancy that is a horror show or a Comedy Central skit on the Bench. You can be the Judge.
