Comprehensive Look at New Hampshire’s Supreme Court Eligibility Complaint

Before the New Hampshire Supreme Court is a case that could shake the political world clear through the Washington Monument. Delving into Taitz v. Garner one sees a deck stacked against Obama in ways that are innovative and original from 2008 showing the Birther Movement has shape shifted into a much more intelligent force than it was in 2008, something Obama and co-conspiratorial Democrats of course were not hoping for when the Obama 2012 theme song was picked out, “I fought the law but the law won”.

Understanding the law has to some degree been left to the lawyers and judges so long that justice may have been left behind; there is no secret that in any case both sides indeed are given a chance to make their point of view hoping that justice will side their way.

While the body of evidence might be stacked to one side there are a host of elements and principles that also must be included in order to accommodate justice. “Standing” was a principle used for the most part against a U.S. Birther Movement in 2008 citing Citizens didn’t have standing to file suits favoring instead actual candidates in the Presidential Race (*9th Circuit).

In 2008 Obama had the advantage of the surprise attack from which the Birther Movement could not form and organize fast enough to block. Deals had been struck with the Republican candidates based on a Democrat controlled U.S. Senate giving Sen. John McCain non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ with two citizen parents even though he was born in the foreign nation of Panama.

Until Obama was declared the Democrat Nominee independent and write-in candidates couldn’t really file complaints because the issue within the Democrat Party was not “ripe”. In other words, then Sen. Hillary Clinton would have been the best example from within the Democrat party to take a stand against Obama’s eligibility. Now, Obama’s fixed Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, was indeed a Co-Sponsor of McCain’s Res. 511. Not only was the valuable media ‘race card’ fixed (which raised its ugly head with Donald Trump in May of 2011), but so was Sen. Once Obama cleared the entire Democrat Party his lock was sealed because Republicans had just nominated McCain as their nominee. Anyone not challenging McCain’s Eligibility would or could be called a racist for challenging Obama’s eligibility, and no one knew it better than the 2008 Republican U.S. Senators.

Days prior to McCain being made the nominee McCain v. Judy was filed in the Nevada Federal District Court challenging McCain’s qualifications according to the precepts of Supreme Court Precedent case Minor v. Happersett that maintained without question ‘natural born citizens’ being those whom were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and an Emergency Motion was made in that case against Obama before he was sworn in that featured the case being argued by esq. Phil Berg at the Supreme Court that was dismissed on ‘Standing’ failures.

Phil Berg was stuck and decidedly kept from including Cody Robert Judy in his argument to the U.S. Supreme Court, although Judy had filed Amicus Curiae to him, it was never docketed.

After 3 years, Donald Trump was used to flush the Birther Movement once and for all, uniquely positioned as a Republican who had never held office, with the majority of his contribution money going to Democrats. Trump was rewarded June 22, 2011, with an NBC whopping $130 million dollar contract for Apprentice following the April 27th, 2011 release of Obama’s long form fabrication in spite of NBC’s *Lawrence O’Donnell’s exacerbated cries of Trump as a racist.

In an era where television salaries are being slashed, long-term contracts are disappearing, and where so-called "Reality TV" (scripted television shows that do not pay their participants, or pay very low fees) is replacing quality programming a contract like this is irrelevant and abusive to the whole entertainment industry. One need only consider the political roots of MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell, who host “The Last Word” to understand the “Racist” tag that was a shot over the bow.

From 1989 through 1992, O'Donnell served as Senior Advisor to Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan. In 1992, he was Chief of Staff to the Senate Committee on the Environment and Public Works. From 1993 through 1995 he was the Chief of Staff of the Senate Finance Committee. He first began working with Sen. Moynihan as Director of Communications in the Senator's 1988 re-election campaign.

Heading into the Birther Movement 2012 one will see things that didn’t exist in 2008 in the form of growth, evidence, charges, and organization and this is translating itself into support for comprehensive legal work and political maneuvering with Candidates, Lawyers, and a Citizen population, SuperPacs, and many Patriot Organizations galvanized on the common thread among 50 States; The United States Constitution, and specifically Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5’s demanding qualifications for the President.

New Hampshire has prided itself in supporting the United States Constitution and being the first State Primary to set the pace as a small but significant force in politics. Business is anything but usual in the first post-colonial sovereign north eastern state with what looks to be the most comprehensive well written legal challenge, with Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy representing STANDING in running as a Democrat, to remove Obama off the Ballot in front of the New Hampshire’s Supreme Court with the Primary still a month away.

In layman’s terms, the New Hampshire Supreme Court acting in the highest Judicial Body of law for New Hampshire, subject only to the U.S. Supreme Court, will see evidence of Obama not being qualified for President as a Natural Born Citizen from a presidential candidate within his own party, supported by 10 current members of New Hampshire’s State Legislature, and a lawyer whose the most experienced constitutional eligibility lawyer in the United States: Orly Taitz.

In addition the Court will see evidence supporting the long form birth certificate being a forged document, along with collaborating evidence supporting its forgery from Obama’s misappropriated Social Security identification, his altered draft registration and recent tax records, as well as a stacked or gerrymandered political panel making up the N.H. Election Law Commission.

Support for this action has come from thousands of hours of volunteers and contributors from Patriots all across the United States and its twin action has already been filed in the Georgia Federal District Court. One of the advantages of New Hampshire’s action is it’s at the State Supreme Court Level already with Candidates who have been kept off the ballot by Democrat Operatives for Obama shamefully representing a very small tent in the previously heralded big tent of the Democrat Party.

1- America’s Strong Defense Initiative
At least 919,967 people have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq since the U.S. and coalition attacks, based on lowest credible estimates. Obama has continued the Bush premptive strike doctorine and has further engaged the U.S. with the U.N. responsiblity to protect doctorine making the U.S. the police force of the world.
Near 6,000 Soldiers have been killed in Iraq and America has paid out nearly a Trillion dollars for that war. Politicians say we did a lot of good, and our interest justified that, however America's future generations should not have to endure indentured servitude , nor America's hard earned tax dollars squandered on something less than a citizenry willing to incorporate our U.S. Constitution. A war duty tax of natural and mineral resources and the facilities in which they are produced or refined upon foreign soils is fair to the defense used to liberate foreign peoples up to a 35% gratuity until war debt is paid starting with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. Foreign countries are getting in the habit of draining the U.S. as their police force for a gang called Al Qaeda and the word Democracy. While we support freedom and liberty here under our Constitution as a Republic, we should also respect the sovereignty of other nations, and these other nations we are sending so much money into are highly unlikely to adopt our Constitution. Why should we trade one dictator for a legislature in place likely to do the same thing, and not demand our hard earned tax dollars back?

2- America’s Natural Resource Excavation Initiative
Do you ever get the feeling that America’s natural resources are seemingly used against us? Why shouldn't we be able to use our natural resources to pay down our national debt? America’s natural resources of gas, coal, and oil may be the only thing we have left to assure our future generations that politicians haven’t sold them into slavery. Every time we turn around the Federal Government is declaring a National Park in Utah or some other state. Land is taken without just compensation. That's not right. With balance America would soon be out of debt responsibly unleashing our natural resources encouraging greater freedom and liberty among our people. While Government has been used to tie up these resources from the people in many ways, I think the government can be used to encourage businesses here in America in working towards the value standard increase of our dollar.

3- America’s Enforced Borders Initiative
America’s borders perpetrated by illegal aliens abroad, shall, by any means necessary to maintain the dictate of Independence and liberty, be secured by the use of her military ingenuity and intelligence of deadly force. A nation without borders is no nation at all, and the security of our borders is every bit as important as any foreign war in the Middle East. Would any one of us just leave the front door open to our house for anyone to walk through?

THE THIRD COURSE

Through America’s Conservative values and faithful citizenry, we can be a happy people. Debt has made us miserable, stifled our charity, dampened the hope of future generations, and cost us far greater heart ache. We need to figure out ways to repay our debts responsibly rather than war. While our jobs have been shipped overseas and corporations have found cheaper labor abroad, America is paying the price 2 over, with no jobs, and in purchasing foreign goods. This doesn't even make sense and we are definitely on the road to bankruptcy. As we have seen banks bailed out, city and state governments are on a very fine line to throwing their hands up to the Federal Government and asking for bailouts also. Without any steam to move forward, we will find ourselves sliding back. I think it is more important to get out of the way of the small steam engines of enterprising small businesses that can literally double in 1 year, then to fund a top heavy Federal Government.

America, I promise you I would work very hard to find positive solutions for solvency. I just know we can lead in this effort and with conservative principles; we can achieve and sustain a better quality of life then this massive debt we are seeing. By reducing capital gains tax, and literally allowing many of the federal income tax dollars to be kept in the pockets of the citizens, positive incentives can be seen by businesses here immediately, spurring the growth we need and creating incentives for jobs to come home. Restoring the Constitutional integrity of our Country is paramount to turning the economy around and there is no doubt this will require your faith.

On October 11,2011 William M. Gardner, New Hampshire Secretary of State, issued a statement regarding the importance of the New Hampshire Primary stating "It is probably the most important political decision each of us makes because our choice can affect the lives and happiness of ourselves and our children for years into our future."

Regarding the vital role of smaller states he elaborated New Hampshire’s primary since 1916 is first for a reason and said, "Worse yet, if a national primary was held, or if the role of small states was eliminated, only the very rich or famous candidates would be able to put on the major campaigns needed for victory or to exceed expectations".

One vital way that we preserve our democracy is to have an election system that allows for the long-standing American dream to come about that just about anyone can grow up to be President of the United States, and that our boys and girls going to school now could feel that our Constitutional Qualifications for President held in the U.S. Constitution are just as affective preserving their chances in the future as it did in1787.

The keys of our Commander-In-Chief are exclusively rewarded to only those who are Natural Born Citizens, or who were Citizens at the time of the adoption of our Constitution in 1787. The distinction of Citizen and Natural Born Citizen clearly made within the Constitution itself. The only other requirement is that of being 35 yrs of age and 14 years a resident within the U.S., which I do hereby present myself as to being qualified for as I was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1965 to parents who were also generationally natural born citizens.

In 2008 I ran as a Write-In Candidate for President and filed suit in the Federal Court of Las Vegas, Nevada against Sen. John McCain and included Sen. Barack Obama in that law suit Judy v. McCain. I am familiar with the 'partisan politics' represented and the malign of our Constitution's requirements of Qualification for President into the slippery slope of racism which threatens to divide our country.

With that said, I represent the same fortitude and resolve that our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land; our United States intact, and the Qualification demands as well in tact by the fact that nothing has been remitted or repealed by the required two thirds of both Houses of Congress enumerated in Article V, as to the Presidents Qualifications in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5.

To this I witness by the power of my testimony, with standing as a Presidential Candidate that Barack Obama's own public release of his long form birth certificate, prohibits his running for President, or his occupation of said office even at this moment of time. He is not a Natural Born Citizen, which even by United States Supreme Court precedent in Minor v. Happersett acknowledges the definition of being born in the United States to citizen parents.

I acknowledge herein my desire to enter into the New Hampshire Primary as a Candidate for President, by said entry date of the 3rd Friday of November, 2011 upon the confirmation by The New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission that the Constitution's requirements are still in effect, and Barack Obama is prohibited from the New Hampshire Primary as a qualified candidate.

If this matter is extended by lawful decision, I herein also request that an extension of my entry fee of $1,000 be extended for the decision, or in lieu of merit are extended until after the Primary if necessary. For it is my only desire to enter a constitutionally legal Primary, and that such would clearly uphold the U.S. Constitution, in a Presidential Candidates Qualification, is reasonable expectation.

If the matter, by your decision, is to allow Barack Obama on the Primary Ballot of New Hampshire when he clearly by his own represented record is not a natural born citizen qualified under the Constitution's guidelines and Supreme Court Case precedent, then of course standards so long upheld and extolled by New Hampshire's own Secretary of State are null and void, as well the reputation held in high esteem of New Hampshire's Primary since 1916, nearly 100 years of its States tradition.

By this I adjoin my complaint to Mrs. Orly Taitz complaint by my own accord and witness herein freely and by my own liberty.

Dear One Pissed Off Vietnam Vet- First let me say how much I have enjoyed reading many of your articles and how much I respect your position and share your frustration with an unqualified occupant in the White House, that not one major tiered Republican Candidate in the Presidential Race is willing to acknowledge as a walking talking violation of Article 2, Sect 1, clause 5.

Respectfully, I would like to comment upon your stand as a Patriot and to soberly place a few facts before your consideration, which might sting a little. The Lord knows I’ve had a few facts placed before me before that stung a little, so I don’t do this with railing or accusation, but rather meaningfully in a brother to brother way.

Re: Second Paragraph- “.. bad news continues with the cancerous spread of Islam for women, who are forever reduced to second-class citizens. Muslims have a warped world view…”Muslims also spelled Moslem, is an adherent of Islam, a monotheistic, Abrahamic religion based on the Qur'an. As a Presidential Candidate representing your ability to preserve and protect U.S.C. Amendment 1- “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”, comes a question. Is your statement a blanket statement against religion in America?

Make no mistake Islam is a religion protected under this clause of the United States Constitution. Women in the United States now still endure the short end of the stick when it comes to wage comparisons in the corporate arena. Recently even Wallmart was taken clear to the U.S. Supreme Court who ultimately dismissed the gender based law suit. http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Justice/2011/0620/Supreme-Court-dismisses-women-s-class-action-lawsuit-against-Wal-Mart , and the plaintiffs in the case were not represented as Islamic, nor have I seen your editorial about the ‘warped’ view of the public work sector which so many women in the U.S. face every day. Of course I recently saw a report of a mother in the military charging in a hail fire of bullets overhead to save her fellow U.S. soldiers in harm’s way. For her the privilege of serving has been extended to hostile actions in war where it was not so a few short years ago.

I’m sure the discrimination of women as a second class citizen can be extracted out of the King James Bible by any Christian reading that God took from man a rib and created women second, and they are upset about that. You could say God has a major law suit brewing against him for that action, but the job of the President is to protect our Constitution, and religion is a big part of that. Sure as hell you don’t stick up for Islam’s faith, pretty soon the Government comes out with an order calling all Christians who believe in the Holy Ghost delusional, and like TX-Governor Perry-R implemented in the forced vaccine of 12 year old girls, a vaccine supposedly created to prevent cervical cancer, bypassing his Texas Legislature, the government through an executive order of the President makes a drug company rich with a lucrative anti-Christian ghost pill. How important is it to protect religions as a President and stick to saying that freedom of conscience is of course allowed and extended to the Islamic Religion, however the physical implementation of actions against another human being that violate law shall receive the punishment of the law, and you know as well as I do, we have laws against slavery, against involuntary mutilation, against domestic violence, and murder.

My point is the line that is crossed between becoming a President that violates the protections of the Constitution by advocating specific and general nuisances against any particular religion is pretty clear when a specific religion is mentioned in a demeaning way. Contrary to what you imply, our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and our criminal code applies to people across all religious sects. If it is not applied it is available because America doesn’t fight religious wars. That kinda separates us from the mentality of Taliban and we shouldn’t forget it, and if we do, we indeed have turned traitor rather than advocate of our own Constitution.

Paragraph 6- “That Obama is a felon is without question, and those who disagree need to define the word “crazy”: when the brain refuses to accept facts, such as Obama’s bogus Social Security number.” As a presidential candidate I’m sure you understand U.S.C. Amend. VI. In criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial…. To have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.” Again the words Obama is a felon should be replaced as Obama is accused, allegedly, and charged, because it’s not crazy to say Obama’s deeds have not been tried in a court of law, accept by one 10th Amendment Trial the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial of which I was a witness as a presidential candidate in 2008, who had also filed actions on McCain for being foreign born, and Obama for failing the, “to parents who are Citizens” part of the Natural Born Citizen clause. That trial did not involve Obama’s Social Security number however but dealt primarily with his eligibility and harm to the Constitution.

This brings me to the last point I’d like to make regarding what the 2012 Presidential Candidates “want America’s future to look like.” The Post and Email has graciously published 3 articles about my candidacy that is registered in the FEC as “The Cody Robert Judy for President U.S.C. Eligibility Campaign” which features Obama’s identity as a serious Constitutional crisis with my real name attached. As a Presidential Candidate yourself now, we don’t know your name and “One Pissed Off Vietnam Vet’,aka., “OPOVV”, is not your real name or the one that you volunteered for in the United States Military with.

So, your humble reader here, is left wondering wither your actually mocking the efforts of those of us who are serious about our Constitution, or wither we should laugh about your comedic skills as if voting none of the above is a choice we should make, disparaging the choice such as mine that was serious and legitimate?

As a Presidential Candidate who has been in this fight since 2008, as a non-partisan party, suing both McCain and Obama with my own hard earned coin that wasn’t cheap or easily earned, I can tell you as a candidate a few of the questions you will be asked that you must find an answer to; “Where where you in 2008? Why has the qualification question eluded you till now? What legal action did your convictions drive you towards the past 4 years besides exercising your first Amendment rights of free speech? And finally, given the fact that you undoubtedly have read the 3 articles of the Post and Email regarding a legitimate and qualified Presidential Candidate who has a record in Federal Court and has a non partisan record towards making the Qualification Question a Constitutional Issue, and not a partisan or racial issue, why have you not contributed towards that campaign a single dollar? Or if you have, how much did you contribute, or how much time did you spend promoting that if you didn’t have any money to send?

For many of us, our concern lies in getting lost in the big world. What I mean by that is so many people view the political world as super natural, overwhelming, too big and vast to make a difference. A feeling of hopelessness sets in and the mind set of trying to move the Atlantic Ocean to the Mojave Desert with a teaspoon and a little red wagon. The water evaporates before you can get your next load out.

Well, we here at The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C. Eligibility Campaign know how you feel. That is why we have come up with 10 ways you can do something for your country in promoting our campaign. You see, this is our campaign. Yours and mine, and this is our Country. So let’s take it back one teaspoon at a time.

One thing I want to share with you about Cody. He doesn’t complain much about working. Every day I see him involved in a labor of love. That’s a great recipe for success, because it doesn’t matter how much you get paid, or even if you get paid because you’re doing what you love- what makes you feel good. I’ve never seen anyone who gets up time and time again after getting hit so hard many of us would just stay down.

When it comes to the freedom and liberty of our Country he’s the guy I want working in the kitchen for me. I was very impressed with the fact that Cody was a candidate who was standing up for the values of our Constitution with the eligibility and constitutional requirements for a United States President. Hey, it’s the most powerful position in the world and our Framers and Founders didn’t put in there you had to be a rocket scientist to lead our Country.

What they did put in there was modest, an age requirement and the ‘natural born citizen’ requirement that is not required for Representatives in the U.S. House or U.S. Senators. I happen to think the Framers of our Constitution had some experience with governments they didn’t like and I trust that for someone to devote their fortunes and lives to creating a government for the people and by the people there were some powerful motivations behind that.

The bloody American Revolution cost many everything they had but they felt they would rather die than live under the oppression of any government that wasn’t the type of government we have. A Republic, remember? We pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which we stand, one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

The Republic signifies that our democracy was one bound by a covenant we called our Constitution. That’s why we could actually consider justice for everyone. Our Constitution guaranteed ‘individual’ rights. Being a Citizen in America is as good as being a King or Queen in any other country because the opportunity is there to progress. Any child who had citizen parents and is born in the United States has a chance to be President. Of course the chance is slim, but it’s there.

The United States has become so popular with that possibility, that ignites the fires of the imagination, that people all over the world have envied it and thought they would like to have that possibility for their children. Many have come over from foreign lands and we are a Nation of many diverse immigrants. We as Americans provided away for other people to join us in this great cause by applying for Citizenship.

It’s amazing we don’t have Palestinian Americans or Italian Americans fighting to be their own Nation or State within our borders and the reason why? Within a guideline of rules we call our Constitution, everyone has a pretty good chance or opportunity for success in following their dreams.

One of the guidelines is that first generation Americans who have been naturalized for a period of time can become representatives in government all the way from City Counsel to The U.S. House, and U.S. Senate. What a remarkable opportunity! Those first generation Americans who have children in the United States can look for their child to have the opportunity to one day be The President of the United States.

While the path to the top is marked by two generations, some have protested wanting the first generation of Americans to be able to be President and calling that principle of our Constitution unfair, discriminating, and some have even used the word ‘racist’ or ‘elitist’ in order to promote their position. Of course one only needs to consider that a nation offering so much opportunity would naturally spurn jealousy, hatred, and envy in many who rule their people with an iron fist not offering the same opportunity.

So what would prevent a country ruled by a Dictator, Tyrant, Emperor , or King from coming over to America, becoming a first generation American, and with his treasury financing either himself to the Presidency or financing one of his loyal subjects, and then through that office, destroying in any way he could the opportunity America’s Constitutional Republic had provided?

Some question if the President has that much power? If he does maybe we should put another check and balance on him through the Legislative Branch? Well, America has a pretty good check and balance system, but there are things that at times have to be done quickly that a Legislative Body just can’t get together and agree on in a short time period. The Executive Branch provides a check and balance to political paralysis in times of great crisis or invasion.

Cody Robert Judy has defended that basic concept of our Constitution and America is a safer place because of it. If you don’t think Cody’s law suit against McCain and Obama made any difference you’d have to consider that right now every Representative and Senator has Cody’s testimony sitting on their desk. That testimony sits on their desk like a great big sword that rattles “Don’t Tread on me”.

You could easily say, the words that Cody has used represents the sentiments of our Framers and Founders who also had to scrap and fight for every right they benevolently passed down to us as opportunity. You’ve heard the phrase build your house on stone not on a sandy foundation. Cody’s campaign is built on a sure foundation and anyone not representing in their campaign the eligibility as a top priority, has built their campaign on shaky ground. That poses a real security problem. Right now when things are shaky, we need to make sure we secure our foundation.

Some say you have to be rich to make a difference in politics; Cody is living proof that all you have to really do is care, and those who care are indeed rich. With that interest and value, everyone’s part becomes a teaspoon of water in the ocean of our Citizenship, and yours is just as valuable as mine. So here at the campaign we have thought of 10 ways you can help that are pretty easy and either won’t cost you anything, or will cost very little, but can have a real value to our campaign.


10.5 Ways to Help Your Country and Cody

1) Most cities or towns have a free newspaper you can advertize in and they offer a number of letters for free. They make their money on ads placed amidst the layout of classifieds. Call them up and place an ad in your area with the key words. Cody’s philosophy- a couple of bites of a banana split is pretty satisfying.

2) When you call in to your favorite radio station requesting a song ask the DJ if you can give a ‘shout out’ to your favorite candidate for United States President?

3) Copy and paste your favorite of 125 + videos Cody has on YouTube or links to his blog to your facebook or Twitter account. Don’t assume all your friends even know about Cody and are a click away from his web site links like you are. We all know what it means to “Go Viral” !

4) Have a junk sale, virtual cake sale, CRJ Rocks sale where you write CRJ on a literal rock, and contribute the proceeds to the campaign on a day where you’re just not doing anything and want to.

5) Post a note on a community or professional Card Wall or Back Board, Lunch Room, or College Note Board in a professional or appropriate notification of information for the group. It always helps to do this someplace your at every day so you can keep a good eye on it and repost if it’s been used.

6) When you write you r favorite singer, television actor, movie star, or sports figure, comedian on their fan page or facebook, ask them to consider helping Cody Robert Judy for President in 2012. Who says they want to see their opportunity to America wasted any more then you do?

7) When going to your upcoming Halloween Parties, or next fun party, paint CRJ in red, white, and blue letters on your body somewhere. Everyone will ask you what NFL Team that is and you’ll have a conversation piece with the good-looking guy or girl asking the question.

8) Ask your Evangelical or Spiritual Leader for suggestions on helping you to inform the congregation you belong to. Religious liberty is a good conversation piece for a sermon and many churches offer Congregational Boards or News Letters for information to their congregation. If the endorsement is seen as a hurdle offer to round up all the candidates web sites and print them in a paragraph for the Church Members as a resource of information.

9) Let’s call this a “Coming Out of the Closet” party, because frankly we were put in the closet. So when your friends are all gathered close and you’re talking about things you’ve never told anyone about. Tell them you have a confession to make, “ Your happy about Cody Robert Judy running for President, you’ve been baptized a Birther, and your slate has been wiped clean!”

10) If you haven’t text a family member or friend anything remotely responsible for years, text them and just say, “I’m working as a volunteer for the Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 Campaign” and that’s why I haven’t been in touch. They will give you a pass for the next year and a half for not keeping in touch.

Prying into the Democrat Presidential Primaries and Caucuses is much harder with an Incumbent President then it looks. Cody Robert Judy's campaign is having to do just that to a very unfriendly Democrat party who for all intensive purposes wants a carination for Obama rather then a primary challenger. The reputation of the high walls surrounding an incumbent is proving harder to tear down then Ronald Reagan's June 12,1987 challenge to Mikhail Gorbachev when he said regarding the Berlin Wall, "Tear down this wall".

The following email from the campaign illustrates that Mr. Judy has asked nicely to be included with no response from the Iowa Democrat Party for either Mr. Judy's request to receive email list of fellow Democrats who may be considered as Delegates at Caucuses or for his campaign to included on web sites naming those contending in the Caucuses. In the Republican corner you have most of the big named candidates receiving press and invited to the debates, but under the Democrat side Obama remains unchallenged despite contrary evidence at the Federal Election Commission who list The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C Eligibility Campaign as a registered organization with Cody Robert Judy as a listed Democrat for President in the 2012 Race.

The question remains unanswered by the Democrat National Committee who often list on their 'Candidates for Office" link those who intend to run for office. This National Site www.democrat.org is the go-to site from which affiliated sites trust to update with registered challengers. Since Judy's FEC Registration on Aug 25th, 2011 and announcement letter of Aug 27th,2011 to 50 Iowa State Democrat party and Caucus leaders Mr. Judy has been unable to scale the high walls although his candidacy is qualified and eligible in every way.

Mr. Judy remarks " For all intensive purposes for which I am committed to be a choice for Democrats, the party at this time, is acting as a party of exclusion rather then a party of inclusion, and if the trend continues, I will be forced to take the action into Court proceedings for damages and unfair campaign practices by these party leaders. They will leave me little choice as they seek to disparage my campaign from the Caucuses and Primaries as if there was no such thing for an incumbent President to be challenged and it was their official duty to not recognize me rather then provide for Democrats the stage for candidates."

The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C. Eligibility campaign has sent to the Iowa State Chair Sue Dvorsky and 2nd Chair Chris Petersen in Iowa as well as the Democrat National Committee a "Notice of Intent to Commence Action" should the discrimination towards his campaign continue with the cold shoulder towards his campaign and obvious endorsement of Barack Obama's with such things as Obama's logo plastered all over their web sites showing obvious bias and discrimination towards Mr. Judy's campaign.

"You know everyone in a campaign works very hard to get a campaign off the ground. We have money and thousands of hours that have gone in to organization, web sites, policy meetings, Print and Sign development, Television Radio and Internet commercials and social media's programs, and anyone who has been involved in a campaign knows this and how much work it takes. That's why it is so hurtful that when you get all that done and registered officially, a few party leaders decide discriminate against you. You know if they had to pay for it all they might be a little more understanding. We might have to go into court and get a Judge's Order or even a Judgment of damage to change the way these guys are working. I don't want to do that. I would much rather just be treated fairly and to be welcome by these leaders as to have them pulled into court for discrimination against me. I'm sure if you asked Obama he'd tell you he knows what I'm talking about.", said Mr. Judy, " This is not the respect that has come to be a tradition of the Democrat Party, its a shame and its got to change now."
