We here at the 2016 CRJ for United States President Camp have just released a new commercial called "INSPIRING - I believe in You"- One of the best things I feel deep in my heart is that opportunity exist in America that is protected under our United States Constitution. Those who have capitalized on that opportunity need to appreciate what they have been given. At the very core of this is the Office of the President and the reins that are placed upon those who would be elected for that office.

You must be a natural born Citizen- a different and unique qualifications not exacted upon U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators in the Constitution, that assures no foreign alienship or nationality compromises the highest post of our military because the President acts as the Commander-In-Chief.

One of the best things about America is the idea that Americans could govern themselves as Citizens and not Subjects. It was one of the chiefest reasons that our founders did not make 'being elected for another office' one of the Chief Qualifications for actual being President. One understands the Cabinet of a President is certainly there and filled with good people who are willing to help you and that Counsel is important.

Imagine the Faith in Americans that included anyone who was over 35 years of age, a natural born Citizens and a resident at least 14 years in the Country was all that was required. You didn't need to be a U.S. Senator, or U.S. Representative, or even a Governor or Mayor before being elected President.

At times a Country needs a voice from outside the beltway, especially when it becomes very obvious to the American Citizens that there is no one in Washington DC, or that has been elected, who has been willing and taken a stand for the Constitution as we are see happening today. Can you imagine not one elected official has stood up for the central national security feature of our Country that exacts at least the qualifications that our President be a natural born Citizen- Born in the United States to Citizen Parents-?

This is of paramount importance and not one has proven that test! I have taken a stand for that Principle because I recognized electing a President who was not eligible actually was a commitment to treason against the opportunity and blessings of God that has formed this Country. Its a little like doing 75 mph on the freeway with no wipers and just hoping you don't crash.

Really! People have said scoffingly, "Oh what difference does it make?" David Letterman offered a couple of days a collective of the top 10 things a Dumb Person asks the President. Asking to see his birth certificate ranked No. 6. You know what is so surprising about this is that there are so many smart, rich, and famous people who have been given an opportunity in America that they can not find anywhere else in the world. Its mind blowing they would'nt care to protect the Office key to their opportunity! Why has Hollywood become Hollywood?

Was it because it was censored or monitored by the Government that the motion picture industry came to rest in Hollywood California? No, in fact it was quite the opposite. The United States Constitution provided free speech and free expression that creativity demanded to flourish. America was the rose that the butterfly rested in, not afraid of captivity, but allowed to spread its wings and fly.

The same goes for all the professional athletes who salaries have not been capped at 45K because making over a million dollars to play a game was just ludicrous and the Government could not stand for that? Medicine has developed under the same wonderful principles that protected people with incentives for developments as well as Computers and Automobiles and all kinds of communications that have flourished, how many millionaires have been made, because People had a chance without Government coming in and confiscating, monitoring, or even forcing as subjects the people to do things they didn't want to do. That idea was around what we called our "military draft" at one time and it was all of this opportunity that has graced so many that was provided by those who fought for that idea. On the battle field of freedom and liberty where have you stood and who have you supported?

Imagine a God in Heaven and all those who have passed on who fought and died for this Cause seeing the Office of the President compromised by someone who was not qualified as I have asserted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Imagine their feelings of disappointment and sadness that they died for nothing that anyone seems to care about today accept one Candidate for President who has sued on a bi partisan stand for the highest office to be protected. I sued McCain and Obama for the Principle of the natural born Citizen Clause to be upheld. It wasn't because I didn't like them, it was because they were not qualified and were not honoring that principle which has come to us as opportunity so many of you have enjoyed.

Yet there is a great chorus for Republicans enthused about other unqualified candidates for President like Sen. Cruz and Sen Rubio. Glenn Beck, bless his heart and his little mob-squad just today were just adamant about Sen. Cruz or Sen Rubio being capable. The qualification demand of 'natural born Citizen' was more concerned with 'qualified by the grace of God, then it was about 'capable' as a man.

WHAT DO WE GIVE UP WITH CAPABLE V. QUALIFIED?

The answer is you give up Vision.

So what do we give up in sacrificing 'qualified' and able to receive the grace of God's inspiration for this land and 'capable'? Well, if you haven't noticed there is a 'mandate' to force Americans to buy insurance that is called "Obamacare". There is another thing called "ObamaAmnesty" that has paraded by invitation tens of thousands across the border that didn't come through the front door but have snuck in the house through your window. There is also, just recently passed, a FCC net neutrality to regulate and monitor the web. If that doesn't grab you there is 10 Trillion dollars that has been handed to us during Obama's Administration. Of course you have a Congress that has gone along with it but it really amounts to generational theft or in other words selling the future generations to slavery based on this generations actions.

Are we leaving a better world or has debt all of a sudden become a good thing to pass on to your children? People may argue this is the precise recipe for World War III. That if one had to imagine what possibly could have gone wrong that our elected leaders got so wrong that the natural born Citizen clause was it because it enabled the executive pen to run a muck in ways never before imagined. Indeed, the wreck that Obama has created is not so obvious now because you can't see clearly. Its is in fact like being blind folded and claiming you can see just fine while wondering out on a freeway during rush hour traffic and hoping for that American Opportunity to present itself.

Being the President probably requires 'Good Judgement' more than anything and what kind of 'judgement' is demonstrated to you when you see 'elected officials' who have not said any thing regarding the greatest national security breach in America since Peal Harbor was bombed. Indeed, that was just Hawaii, this is all of America in what Obama calls 'his projects'.

Well Obama's projects have cost us more and given less in return then any other person in the White House. This is his record that is going to have to be paid for, but no one is going to want to admit needs to be paid for. That is the recipe for war and a much bigger one that will reach in and cost every American Family dearly and it will be a great loss of opportunity. That opportunity that has been taken for granted. That opportunity that has been so inspiring. That is the reason I am calling upon your reflection upon what inspired you about America in the first place. We need to dig down deep for that and then support with all of our hearts and minds that which defends our opportunity.

I AM AMERICAN - This first commercial related to the Vision that is enabled and given to us like a seed that grows and that is what I feel my three point platform represents for America. I sincerely feel America will understand this if they get the chance to.



I sure hope you will see that the eligibility of the person in the Office of the President is indeed a master key to your opportunity here in America and you should not be giving that key to anyone who has not stood up for and has no record of standing up for the Office of the President's 'natural born Citizen' qualification. Its that important!

OBAMA'S FREE PASS - There's no "Black Justice or Guilt" like White?

Is our Nation focused at this time with an uproar for ‘Justice for All’ or ‘Justice for Some?’ As the police turn their backs on New York Mayor de Blasio for a second time in just over a week for two slain officer’s executed assasination style as retaliation, as the article mentions, of a grand jury declining to indict an officer whose choke hold contributed to the death of a Staten Island man. The protest by officers was orchestrated by the Police Union officials angry at de Blasio’s condoning criticism of the police as ‘the bad guys’.

When color and race are left out of the story a racist view cannot be extrapolated, but when mentioning the Staten Island Man was black and so was the man who executed the two officers one of which had emigrated from China, and the other a Hispanic, and de Blasio a mix of German and Italian decent a separation or distinction of justice is made.
De Blasio ran for mayor with the promise to end ‘stop and frisk’ and heal bitter relations between police and New Yorkers of color. His tenure has seen a spike in anti-police arrest and dissatisfaction with law enforcement by the NYPD Union by putting the interest of protestors above police. He initiated new de-escalation training for officers, more lax marijuana prosecution, and oversaw the beginning of cameras worn by police. On its face I know a lot of people think these are very good ideas to thwart and guard against police corruptions in evidence due a charged defendant.

Initially I shared this as is, but the more I thought about it the more I disliked the BOLD heading mostly because it doesn't take in account "Justice For All", which the 114th Congress will recite tomorrow to open up its new session. In this case, a simple "request for records" cleared him from all charges and justice worked out.

In my own Case, often used as a 22 year old political tool to slam me, for example, records and video were denied to me Copyrighted by The LDS Church Presidency, used by the State, but denied to me and the public, so as to cover the actions of assault up like these police are seen beating the guy with his hands up.

I'm white. .so what .. Not black enough for justice and the "rights of evidence to those accused "? IN HIS CASE all charges were dropped and the police were charged. In my Case, they denied the evidence, kept the charges, and I did the time, and those who did the beating got away and no one protested because of the LDS slant with the Media Coverage, albeit KTVX CH4 who spent 10K trying to get the evidence for the public but was also denied that "Records Request".

That said, I agree records should be available to those accused, the accused should have rights to all evidence used against them. People wonder why I run for Office and stand so fast on the Constitution which outlines these rights for ALL. Somehow, we have to get over this racist b.s. and acknowledge using black victims as poster children is fermenting the stew.

So, I ran to the source and posted the article like this:

That there are "bad judgements" made by Police and Prosecutors working together to frame people all for what? Because they can? It happens all the time, most of the time, or seldom with all colors of people folks.

This isn't a black problem as much as it's a "justice for all" problem and that problem goes unheard, it's often silenced, and swept under the carpet. This is one victim: imagine for instance 320 Million Victims of voting Fraud because Obama has a forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate and is not a natural born Citizen. When will Congress vett Obama and hear the evidence of the massive crimes and criminal actions involved with his fraudulent identity? We don't hear a peep from the Media about this crime of deceit upon the all the people by a single person or individual.

I certainly understand your words warranting video on streamed 24/7 (by police video cams on each officer) John, that's novel , but the main headline really is used to obfusicate Obama's cover up, and give him a free rein to do whatever the hell he wants to. You may have heard of the black protest that stormed into a restaurant and interrupted brunch? #BlackBrunch ? Well, I've got a theory that what's being done here by example is if you're skin is dark you can now get away with anything, including breaking the law. JUSTICE for all is what we should be calling for. Calling for Black Justice is racist as it excludes white, red, ect. I certainly hope examples count, and mine is not dismissed because of the color of my skin.

Many start to get uncomfortable when the light of justice shines on them and they are seen as not so pure white like the Virginia Gov. just slammed for corruption charges and is facing a heartbreaking 10 years in prison for receiving gifts. Do we Google to see what color he is, or what party he is from?'

Police cannot deny that there are some bad apples on the force, nor can Prosecutors deny they've called for blood from nothing but turnips, nor can Congress give the American people an honest answer as to the cover-up of justice on Obama's identification and non-natural born Citizen occupation as a usurper of the Office of the President.

DISPARITY ARREST RECORDS

Arrest Records show disparity of color, but do not account for Socio economic, Education and other factors related to an induction of criminal action. This story from USA TODAY details a real racist motivation for arrest because of color but fails in the undertaking of providing the pie chart applicable to showing contributing factors leaving the 'race bate' to be used as a poster child.

They even fail to offer an opinion of what they think should be done about it? Should officers now stop an arrest on a crime in progress because the eenie meenie miney mo peg is on the color of white this time? Should the man power of the police force be increased and a profiling of white people be set up as a separate precinct? If anything black people should be very concerned about being 'used' as a tool for the elite; for as jobs have been deported, our economy has shrunk from the medium income of 2000, education rates have soared, and more jobs are created that do not require a college education then do, we are left blaming as Bill Clinton spoke so eloquently, "the economy stupid", not some new racist movement.

Obama is in fact acting as a single ball wrecking crew of both your rights and your economy through total disregard for the U.S. Constitution and his FREE PASS because Congress has failed to require that he be a natural born citizen and examine the evidence of his identification fraud upon every American.

White guilt as its entered in on Wikipedia.org is an individual or collective guilt felt by some white people for harm resulting from racist treatment of people of color by whites both historically and currently’. There is no entry for ‘Black Guilt’ or ‘Red Guilt’ on Wikipedia which one might think applied for crimes committed by other colors of people that include historical and current facts.

Rush Limbaugh said ‘reaching out’ to get the black vote was not what the Republican Party should or is doing. They hope to educate people to turn them around while Bob Schafer opined the Republicans are not doing much to buy the hispanic or african american vote as the Democratic Party has done “giving things away” in order to get votes. In other words buying your vote with a quid pro quo-I’ll give you something if you give me something. The biggest problem with that is it creates ‘dependence’ usually, and that doesn’t stop for poor people on food stamps. In fact it probably runs right up the chain just as you have seen big corporations and Government employees get exemptions from Obamacare.

Schieffer said, 'Let’s just talk about the politics side of it. Here you have -- you’re coming up on the 2016 race. Aren't Republicans going to have to find some way to appeal to Hispanics and African Americans and what is that way because I think you would agree right now if you just look at it, it doesn't look like they're doing very much.'

I wonder if Bob understands that Americans who are black today are not from Africa, they are from America. Bob was also the one who really jumped on Donald Trump as a racist for calling out for Obama to be held accountable to the law of the U.S. Constitution and produce a long form birth certificate which has now been touted as a fabrication or forged document by a law enforcement investigation.

In New York City and Oakland a call for an #blackbrunch organized protest was held in which three dozen people participated in demonstrations in New York, where they momentarily “disrupted” meals at popular midtown eateries, including Lallisse, Maialino and Pershing Square — places protesters identified as predominantly “white spaces.”

The folks over at POWERLINE noticed that members of the communist group International A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now To Stop War And End Racism) have been a driving force behind many of the anti-cop rallies in New York City which leads us right back to Obama and the Democratic Party as it celebrates on the front page of its site currently Barack Obama’s collaboration with the Castro regime with the banner headline “The Cuban Five Are FREE!”

Americans are waking up to the fact that the communist party in America will use minorities to stir up division in its goal to fracture America from within and separate Americans celebrating diversity as a Union of States. This has been a stated goal from long ago as Russian Officials seem to know America would have a 'black' president before America did as it was reported quite some time as far back as 1992 direct from Moscow-"What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?"

Our hope remains that individuals will be celebrated as our U.S. Constitution declares 'justice for all' celebrating individual inalienable rights and that as individuals we will realize of course sometimes there are bad individuals in Government, or in the Police Force, or in Society in General, but that here in the United States of America we are all under an umbrella called the U.S. Constitution. As we celebrate that, we are able to weed out bad individuals, rather then encompass whole groups creating fractures and gulfs within our society that are unjustified and do not serve justice.

It is very important that people of diversity coming together as we do in the United States of America and understand the contributions of every citizen here for the United States of America are important, and that groups trying to act as dividers or spoiled children are indeed spot lighted for true motives. I am acutely aware of awe inspiring beauty from the diverse colors, cultures, and religions in America that have contributed to our greatness and hope with all my heart a more generous helping of our collective as Americans, which we all can partake of, will be celebrated today and in our future.

That when those sharks of racism raise their voices they will be chased off; that when in efforts to tear down the wonderful balloons soaring into the heavens heralding our song in the U.S. Constitution and the wonderful rights guaranteed therein for all individuals, won't be reached in what is our grounded terrific reality.

As for my own White Guilt, I long ago treated McCain to Judy v. McCain- a law suit in 2008 challenging that his native born citizenship from Panama in the Panama Hospital, not a military hospital, as he claimed prohibited him as a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President. As it relates to 'citizenship' the Supreme Court has ruled that state territories and military bases did not offer the same rights as did the United States as they are still within foreign territories of the United States which was the reason Barry Goldwater was not a natural born Citizen being born in a territory of the states, so I have no problem with serving Obama up the same plate.


Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

Much has been written and said about the ‘verdict’ of “Guilty” on the CIA Columbia Obama Trial, but not much has been said about Day 1 and how the Jury was chosen. This unique Trial in American History is not going to pass or fade away, in fact, I think it’s just barely starting to take off and explode. As a witness to the trial all 7 days, in fact the only person to make all 13 marches with Pastor Manning around Columbia, and as a witness in the Trial, the perspective I have, is certainly unique.

Just for a moment close your eyes and imagine you are in fact being questioned for jury duty. Now imagine the defendant is sitting in the White House acting as the President of The United States. While your initial response may be excitement to be on the Jury, when you began to contemplate the gravity of the circumstances and intense implications a certain weight is bound to come down upon you, and so it was the 12 chosen jury members of the CIA Columbia Obama Trial held in Harlem, NY May 14-19th, 2010.

First let me say, in my references to Pastor James David Manning as Pastor Manning, I do not mean to assert he is my Pastor or Reverend, Bishop, or moral Church Authority in a personal way. I refer to my asking him what I should call him in my first meeting with him and he asserted “Pastor Manning would be fine.”, and I use the term as a simple sign of respect to and for him.

In fact I first met him just a day and a half before the Trial was set to began as I arrived in Harlem, NY having only had 3 phone conversations with him prior to that time, and having seen The Manning Report roughly a dozen times before that. I mean only to assert the very limited contact I had with even knowing him prior to the Trial. I had sent him the court records I had filed in Judy vs. McCain and Barnett vs. Obama, which also had my 2008 Declaration of Candidacy for the President of The United States within, and a small note stating because I was in fact in the same election race with Obama, that I had been directly hurt by Obama’s lack of Constitutional Eligibility and in that sense had ‘Standing’, something the Federal Judicial Court’s had used to dismiss a host of law suits against Obama for the same reason.

My concern in going at all was that I had no idea how my testimony would be used, I had some idea how it could help, but I also was of the mind that my testimony would also be bitterly contested from the shadows of my past as to the credibility of my testimony. In one of the phone conversations I had with Pastor Manning prior to going I expressed my very meager means of paying for a trip like this, and the only thing really going for me was that because I was self employed, I wouldn’t lose my job or have to worry about getting time off to be at the trial all 7 days.

Pastor Manning first agreed to help me with travel, food and shelter in the second phone call I had with him, which was proceeded by a first wherein only a second appointment was made for the following day. A few days went by and I hadn’t heard from him. I then called as the time was approaching and he conceded that due to the expenses he was incurring there would be no way he could help get me there.

The night before this conversation had taken place I’d had a dream that I was
arriving in New York via my Saturn Vue pulling my work trailer just in time to hear my name called as a witness. I saw in the dream I was helping in some small duties of the trial and was staying in a bunk there and stating to someone that I had driven clear across America to come to this.

Without that dream I wouldn’t have had the courage to go, but I felt very sure I was suppose to go, and thought though my car didn’t exactly need the miles, and I had some trouble recently with the transmission light coming on, somehow things would work out. I had to have some money to get across the Country so endeavored to buy a load of meat I in my business sell, and go to Battle Mountain, Nevada to sell it. I had been to Battle Mountain, Nevada before to sell, and felt perhaps the time was ripe for those former customers to be ready to buy again. I had 2 days before I had to leave if I was going to go.

That’s where things started to happen, that were affirmative in pointing me that way. The first day I arrived in Battle Mountain however I was only able to make 3 small sales and I’d hit most all the affluent places and past customers and I learned from many, another meat company had recently been through. The situation was looking grim and it was discouraging to me. The following day however proved different as I served an area that was a lot less affluent with income, but for some reason was buying from me as if my meat were hot pancakes coming off the griddle after a 3 day fast. I ended that day sold out.

I now had the money to at least get out there and service my vehicle before doing so with an oil change and a quick check on the brakes. I knew however it would be very close and I might not have the money to get back, but hoped perhaps in making the trip that I might get a contribution or two as people saw from my blog, website, and facebook what I was doing. Perhaps they would help and I would find the some help along my course. I endeavored to call my journey, “The Taking A Stand CIA Columbia Obama Wake Up America Trial Tour” and you can see the pictures of that on my facebook.

The fact was also present in my mind, that if I ran into any vehicle problems across the entire country and back that I could be in some serious problems. I in making and returning safely do express my gratitude to God for the safe arrival and return.
The first day I arrived I did in fact find Pastor Manning very busy and many of the congregation working tirelessly in preparation for the trial. Not being afraid of work, I mentioned my building skills in building a platform for the second jury bench to raise it up approximately 3 to 4 inches. Within an hour I was at Home Depot in Harlem, NY picking out materials to do just that and by the end of that day had finished building that. In some ways being at Home Depot, and working with familiar tools eased my own out of water experience in being in New York and the traffic terror I had experienced just getting there.

The first night I indeed slept in my trailer parked in the street that the Atlah Church in Harlem cornered in the same place this YouTube Video shows my Vue and Work Trailer in the back ground.

The very 1st march didn’t proceed the first day of the Trial, but the day proceeding the first day of the Trial, and for whatever reason, Pastor Manning asked me to go along with an Elder Adam, I belive was his name. We three did what Pastor Manning called a “dry-run” of the 26 block area around Columbia and Elder Adam and I flanked Pastor Manning and handed out about 200 flyers each as we made the march. While I didn’t know it, this was being counted as the first day of the 7 days of the Columbia march, the 7th day culminating in 7 rounds around Columbia, making it 13 rounds all together.

The Elder that attended the first march with me was unable to attend a few of the other marches, but I made them all, so was the only one besides Pastor Manning to do so. That seemed almost odd to me for some reason that he would ask me to go, but he did and I was grateful feeling it very inspired that for some reason I had been chosen and was in fact asked to go even though I was not a member of Pastor Manning’s’ congregation.

In a spiritual sense the march was a witness to God about what the Trial surrounded, and that was, our United States Constitution being held up as the banner and Supreme Law of the Land, more especially in the presidential qualifications held within its sentiment and reflections. In the spiritual realms of Justice for all, it is by two witnesses that God’s word is established, and so it was there were at least two witnesses who marched 13 times around the Columbia University area. I don’t know how critical that is or was, but I suspect it will someday be known to all of us.

The first day of the Trial was mostly taken up with introductions and the formality of choosing a Jury. Pastor Manning had a list of some 70 potential jurors. These were people who had emailed him from all over the Country stating they would be willing to serve as jurors and would be able to serve on the jury the whole time.

This of course wouldn’t be easy to accomplish either, if you just for a minute think about leaving whatever you are doing for at least 9 days, if you counted one day for travel there,7 days of trial, and at least 1 day travel back home. Imagine just for a minute the sacrifice that would require of you if you had to do it, and you will begin to realize that every one of the jurors had to do that exact thing.
It took tremendous sacrifice to serve on that jury, and the only thing they received was lunch one day. The jury received absolutely no stipend or pay whatsoever.

As I recall a few of the witnesses and where they were from, a lady had traveled from Germany who was a U.S. Citizen, a man from Texas whose wife was also in the hospital, a guy from New Mexico, a guy from Florida, a couple of the jurors were from upper New York, so as I said a wide variety of locations.

Pastor Manning questioned each of near 20 potential jurors who made it there on their own accord and from that pool, chose 12 and 2 alternates. I was surprised that every one of the 12 chosen actually hung in there every single day, and the alternate didn’t have to be used to my knowledge although I was not present in the approximate 3 and half hour jury deliberations, so cannot say that without that stated.

The questions Pastor Manning asked ranged and were not all asked of every juror, but as a guide generally followed this form:
Juror by name:
Where are you from? What do/did you do for a living? Where did you go to school? How did you come to know about this Trial? What party affiliation are you from? Do you think if evidence is presented that Obama is indeed constitutionally qualified for President that you can recognize that in your decision? If you find through the evidence presented that Obama is not constitutionally qualified can you find a guilty verdict in your decision? Do you think you can be fair and just with the evidence presented to you? Are you a plant set to disrupt the trial in a subversive way in say making sure there is a ‘hung jury’?

After each potential juror was questioned, it was noted that the Defendant had been served the indictment and had chosen not to attend and that they certainly had the opportunity at that time to cross examine every juror, if they had wanted to. The defense dream team for Obama never showed up.

The jury was sworn in, and the Trial began. In just examining this part of the proceedings I would ask every single American if they were on that Jury and the acting President of the United States was named as a defendant, if you yourself would not take the duty seriously.

I was very impressed with the burden that fell upon the shoulders of each juror and that was also reflected in their continuous and dutiful attendance, nothing slacking, many of them note taking, and I can say at no time during the entire proceeding where any of them found sleeping on the job. They were very attentive, alert, and I believe were represented in a pretty evenly represented way in gender, diversity of age, and cross cultural way in education, income diversity and race. I believe it was 7 women and 5 men that were ultimately chosen.

These are the times that try men's souls


My fellow patriots of the United States of America, you have been with me on a journey that is hard. I’m feeling like I’m so strung out on a tiny rope that I could fall any time. The check light of my car went off yesterday in Illinois. I of course have no money for a repair or a tow bill.

Have you ever been in a situation that was so precarious that you broke out in a cold sweat? Well that’s what I did as I imagined getting caught in the middle of nowhere and thought there was nothing I could do. I’ve had a little trouble with the transmission which is the reason it came on last time. I’ve tried to take it slow and not push it too hard. I said a little prayer and asked God to help me know what to do.

The answer was simple, “Carry On”, and so I have. I’ve now moved past Illinois, through Indiana, and Ohio and am on the verge of heading into the last leg of my journey into Pennsylvania. I can’t help but think of our forefathers who faced such opposition in their resolute to Independence from England and the battles for freedom that have been waged in the land I trod now. The population, particularly in the West of the colony, was largely German and Scotch-Irish with little commitment to the British Crown. The colony was a prosperous community of small farmers. It is truly humbling to think of the revolutionary war and the fight that took place for Independence and for a governing Republic that would embrace a new experiment on humanity of co-existence through freedom, liberty, and justice for all. That experiment looms right now, as it were hanging by a thread, precariously at a disadvantage to the overwhelming odds posed, which reminds me of my own condition and the fear which can rip into the courage to take a stand, press on, or to just abandon the cause?

Where would we be if these men had failed, had gone home because of one thing or another that put them at a disadvantage? Where would we be now, and where might we be headed if we do not take a stand now ourselves? As I think about the men who died in the revolutionary war and those who died in the Civil War for the precepts of individual rights and a Republic defined by our Constitution, I cannot turn back or shrink.

I must go on, and portend to our Creator that though it’s not bullets we face now, our Stand must go forward with every ounce of strength we possess as these men who have died in so many wars, and those who die today pledge an oath to defend the Constitution, we must take a stand now in the very necessary defense of our forefathers words hammered out in our Constitution which allow you and I to be free.
If our defenses of these words fail, surely the regret of indentured servitude we will lay upon the backs of our children.

The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as Freedom should not be highly rated.”, iterated by Thomas Paine, is as easily spoke today with by far too many of our politicians who shrink from taking a stand for our Constitution.

Our forefathers could have never have dreamed of covering the country as I have in even a week, yet their fight and our fight is still for freedom and independence articulated in our Constitution and by God that demands a natural born citizen as our President.

One only has to look at the socialistic policies to identify this is not the noble work of an American President… cheating the Constitution, lying about qualifications, and then squandering the inheritance of freedom and liberty to our children with an embarrassing debt which just a generational theft- a parent selling their child to gratify instantly an appetite that is ravenous as wolfs that eat and are never satisfied.

This fight has not cost you anything, but it is on the verge of costing you everything. What do I mean by that?

I started this fight with John McCain not being qualified as a ‘natural born citizen’ and his selling his honor and integrity down the non-binding senate resolution of 511, which is a bloody trail of entrails. I filed that suit myself and conducted it myself. It didn’t cost you anything. I continued as a Presidential candidate of 2008 with not a single donation or contribution from any outside party or organization.

My standing as a Presidential candidate uniquely obligated me to take a stand against any other candidate in the race who was not in it fairly, as you have seen so many law suits dismissed because of ‘lack of standing’, I had standing and you certainly could not count on the Republican nominee for any integrity towards the Constitution as he prostrated himself to Obama like Obama did the King of Saudi Arabia.

Thus it remains my duty to call upon the integrity of my being to testify of this Constitutional violation of Obama not being a Natural Born Citizen, having appealed to John McCain’s qualification first to clean the conservative house, but having my Judge declare the case moot because Obama won, and thus putting that burden of responsibility fairly on Obama’s shoulders without regard to race or culture, this is Constitutional.

If I fail as a candidate in the presidential race to raise my voice, the courts have witnessed you don’t have a voice. You don’t have standing. If Obama goes unchecked with his social agenda, already over drafting America’s bank account 11 trillion, and another trillion to Greece this week, the eventual cost is going to be ‘everything’ you have.

I ask you for your help and assistance once again for I am doing all in my power for our United States Constitution to stand. Please take a stand with me and realize that is why I am called to witness.
