Book: Taking A Stand - The conservative independent Voice
The grueling nomination process has only just begun for Justice Neil Gorsuch who no doubt will face a tidal wave of opposition from Democrats. For now, Democrat opposition will need to be courted by Republicans who lack a 60 majority vote in the Senate. Confirmation of a U.S. Supreme Court Justice was the only thing Sen. Reid left in tact on the opposition minority scant menu that the nuclear option of a simple majority would not do.
Therefore it would take yet another U.S. Senate Rule change, again, to wipe the minority party power completely off the Constitutional wagon train. Most of Trump's Cabinet picks, like Obama's, have been pushed through with a simple majority confirmation.
Conservatives all over the Media in television and radio have been singing praises about President Trump's nomination of the Constitutional Originalist Justice Gorsuch. Even Glenn Beck said he didn't think Trump would do it, but he did with his nomination pick chiming Justice Anton Scalia would be proud.
The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has had a few Cases sent to it that put Obama's Qualification in the cross hairs of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Supreme Court precedent Case Minor v. Happersett sited as having no doubt that those born in the Country to it's Citizens were indeed the natural born Citizens.
So what argument do we know that Justice Neil Gorsuch would have Reviewed in the 10th Circuit Duty of upholding the U.S. Constitution Qualifications for President?
Here is one argument that a panel of three Judges decided on the 10th Circuit who Justice Neil Gorsuch was not part of, but who later was indeed asked to Review their Decision En Blanc and what might be gathered from the proceedings as far as Constitutional Original-ism and Conservatism per se? This might be a good question to ask him about in his Confirmation Hearings as the American People look on.
Appellate courts in the United States sometimes grant rehearing en banc to reconsider a decision of a panel of the court (generally consisting of only three judges) in which the case concerns a matter of exceptional public importance or the panel's decision appears to conflict with a prior decision of the court.
The result was that the Review En Blanc was denied, which meant that there lacked apposing fews enough to overturn the three Judge Panel, which I mentioned Justice Gorsuch was not a part of. It would be interesting to notice how he ruled on it or if it came across his desk. We just do not know, but that can change with a direct question while he is under oath in his confirmation hearings.
I think it would be a good question coming from Democrats or Republicans really. Perhaps coming from a Democrat Senator the question could be posed to Show conservatives just how conservative or originalist the Nominee is to conservatives? At one time 65% of Republicans did not believe Obama was born in the United States and many even after the Release of the long form birth certificate that Obama produced do not.
It is of the most important issues of the day that people are concerned about what their Justices think, and this issue should not be buried from the very important question even late Justice Anton Scalia was asked one time.

The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.
Check Mate is still a question as long as the U.S. Supreme Court has Action Available. That action could be sustained as a Court Error or Clerical Error very easily.

Republicans tout a 'conservative' stand upon many issues, but what you don't really hear is Democrats touting how conservative they are on so many issues. What is becoming easier and easier for voters to see is that what they are hearing from the Parties Main Stream Candidates rarely adds up to what is actually represented. Let me give you an example, instead of stemming off the flow of contributions from unqualified Republican Candidates like Rubio, Cruz and Jindal, according to the demands of the 'natural born Citizen' requirement in the Constitution's demands for the Office of the President and the succinct 'naturalization' laws that applies to each of those candidates, you don't see Jeb Bush, Rand Paul, Rick Perry,Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum,John Kasich, Carly Fiorina, even remotely warning the 'BASE' of the Republican Party of the fraud commenced by those individuals collecting money for an Office they are not qualified for.
Under normal circumstances isn't that a question that everyone ought to be asking all of these Candidates? I mean to cover that question narrows the field down tremendously, conserves otherwise wasted contributions, and reduces the culpability of fraud upon voters. Don't the qualified candidates even want to protect their own Campaigns and their own party members they'd call the 'base' from the wolfs as these Candidates are among the sheep?
I mean if I was a Republican Candidate like Jeb Bush, I think a swipe at the three little wolfs might save some pork! Rubio and Cruz have already swiped millions of dollars form the kitty. Now why do I as a Democratic Party Candidate for President say such things so early in the race? Well, one of the reasons is because unlike Candidate Hillary Clinton, I have some experience in Court on the conservative principle of eligibility all the Republicans disdain with their words and actions. The don't even try to hide the fact that their so far left into the communist caves of the Mountain that to call them Conservative makes even them laugh.
You just can't be conservative and give up the Nation to Foreigners. You just can't be conservative with no interest in protecting our Country from foreign enemies you usher into the White House with no objection or single utterance of our Constitution's, "Objection Your Honor!". The biggest reason I can't and haven't ever stood as a Republican is because Jesus Christ himself took a whip to the money changers in the temple courtyard. He just flat out lost it when it come to the hypocrisy he couldn't stomach and that has much to do with calling yourself 'conservative', but not representing the issues and core principles that are conservative especially in the qualifications for the president found in the Constitution.

Although I've run more races as a underdog Democrat in U.S Rep 2002, U.S. Sen. 2004, U.S. Pres 2012, I did run as an Independent in 2008 for President and in 2010 as a U.S. Senate Candidate as well as finishing up 2012 as a write-in for Pres because Democrats just made the wrong decision with an ineligible and unqualified Obama that I could not vote for.
Who are the biggest hypocrites in the Main Stream Media? Who constantly tells you that 'conservative principles' are good and that 'liberalism' is a malignant cancer while they to this day after day and have probably made more money off of Obama than anyone, while they support and say good things about Rubio and Cruz for President? These are the wolves that keep their sheep covers on, and they are wolfs when it comes to loving the ultra liberal pinata party bash of the Constitution's demand for a 'natural born Citizen' Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents.
NOW WHO ARE THE TRUE CONSERVATIVES
Are people who support a Citizens' independent right to have the same tax right offs available to everyone in partnerships afforded and institutionalized by the Government according to the Constitution's principles 'conservative' or liberal? Well, the Constitution is the base line of conservatism according to every 'conservative radio talk show host' I've ever heard so I guess we'd have to say Democrats are conservatives towards the equality of every Citizen's right to marry.
Does the right to getting married at the court house that the Government provides with a Justice of the Peace mean that the right of any particular religion in America is infringed? No, because the Government is of no particular religion and actually is called to abstain from making any law respecting an establishment of religion in the 1st Amendment of our Constitution. Are Democrats respecting the totality of "all religions to practice what they preach" conservative? Why Yes, that is a conservative ideal.
Are Republicans who say, "a Justice-of-the-Peace performing a Government sanctioned SS (Same-Sex)marriage is infringing upon a particular religious belief, conservative or ultra liberal communist? Well, you'd have to say they are ultra-liberal communist because they are representing that the U.S. Government is a religion rather than separate, making laws respecting a religion which is anti-Constitution and pro state communist.
Now could Religions and the Government instead represent the right for religions to choose to perform according to their own particular beliefs SS marriages and OS marriages? Why certainly that freedom of religion should always exist in the U.S. and under the Constitution. That is a conservative stand and if a Judge or Justice took it upon themselves to force a religion to perform a marriage in their church than indeed that would be the Government's intrusion upon that particular religion. That is again a 'conservative stand' based on the Constitution.
When Civil Rights of an Individual becomes an issue who do people turn to more? Twas President Lincoln a Republican who freed the slaves, but it is also Republicans who would invoke an unjust incarceration upon a free U.S. Citizen women for nine months in favor of the rights of an gestating embryo who had not even taken a breath of life yet, who could not yet vote, and did not have the U.S. Constitution's Jurisdiction as a Citizen and call her a murderer worthy of a death sentence if she chose an abortion? Yes, the body is all formed in the casket too, but there is not life. God formed the body and then breathed the life into the body which was an independent soul we recall in Genesis 2:7. Only an independent soul can be murdered.
Of course, Civil Rights in our modern times has usually been the Democrats fought hard for by MLK Jr and the great inspiration he was in getting the purpose of the law fulfilled with a Republican President LBJ, however, when it comes to the Civil Rights that are affected by the same qualifications being held as a Standard for an ineligible candidate for President and an eligible one, where do people go? They sure don't go to Barack Obama.
Well, they haven't gone to Republicans either as we can see, not one Candidate for President is screaming about the ineligibility of three of their own fellow Republicans but there is a Democrat people can turn to in myself, who has been willing on Record, the only one in America by the way, to take Republican or Democrat to Court for the standard of the constitution protecting the Citizenry and the future of our Country for generations to come. If I cannot bring the facts to the light, your only asking that the facts be kept in the darkness for your own gain and to protect your own cave in the ultra left wing communist cave, where I find no light!
You know if an illegal immigrant walked into our U.S. Courts filing a discrimination suit against our Government for not giving everyone in the world in fact social security, medicare, and medicaid the Courts would laugh him out of the Court room, put the cuffs on him and deport him. He's illegal! He's not qualified for those benefits.
The same is true for Obama,Rubio,Cruz,Jindal, McCain and others who are not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, for the office of the President. They are illegal for that office if they are not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and some naturalization law applies to them. When a naturalization law applies to you, and the specifications of it authorized by Congress apply, you are not a natural born Citizen, you are a naturalized citizen. The first people that know this are politicians. Don't be fooled by them saying they don't know or they have to research it. That is asking for a license to defraud the vote, defraud the contributions pool, and the public.
Those who are qualified who lack the courage to at least stand up and say as a potential Candidate for President, "Those guys are not qualified I wouldn't give them a dime", are accomplices of defrauding the vote, defrauding the contributions pool, and the public and I wouldn't vote for them either because they have no courage to stand up for you and the truth that will set us free.
So we have talked a little bit about the Mountain of Communism that every ultra liberal Republican Candidate has a cave in so far that has declared or sent a message of declaring to the public they might run for President, and Democrats really only have one Candidate who has taken on the issue both in an in-house clean up, as well as cleaning the opposite parties house.
Now one of the points I want to make clear is that if Hillary Clinton were the nominee for Democrats, which is extremely presumptive in her circumstances, and she were to hope that Republicans nominated for their nominee a Candidate who was not qualified under the Constitution as a strategy for winning in a close race that a Court would then decide upon, such as what happened in the 'chad' election between "George W. Bush v. Al Gore" one of the defense that would be used by the Republican Nominee against her would be that she didn't represent it as a standard through out her entire Campaign. The Court doesn't like or appreciate that.
If a Candidate has represented it, warned and warned and advocated and advocated against a illegal and unqualified Candidate then put to the Judge, he would turn to the illegal and unqualified Candidate and say,"Well, it wasn't as if this hasn't been brought up to you. You've heard and heard and reheard the vocalization of the law and just refused to believe it. You deserve to lose."
A Judge would appreciate that much more than if it was a tie vote and one Candidate decided the other wasn't qualified and all of a sudden becomes a Constitutional Hero for the Qualification for the Office of the President while she served as Secretary of State to the unqualified one of her own party, but he might also have to say especially if he were partial to her, "I guess the Constitution has got to be upheld now so Cruz,Rubio,Jindal you lose".
The other idea of a Mountain of Communism the Republicans espouse in the ultra liberal weakness for the qualifications for the Office of the President is that they indeed have now four Candidates officially running or that have run in the Presidential Race in McCain, Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal and the Democrats have only one- Obama. Who has more Candidates in the is ultra liberal Communist Mountain - Republicans or Democrats?
This is why Conservatives who are Republicans now really need to start considering switching Parties and voting for Cody Robert Judy in the primaries next year. A Party is really about who your voting for anyway as we see being a Republican doesn't mean your a conservative and being a Democrat doesn't mean your an Ultra Left Wing Communist Hack. There are many more ways that Democrats are conservative and Republicans are ultra-liberal, but I'll make that another article.

Now, Sean Hannity is one talk show host Conservatives and Republicans love. He's a family man, a defender of 'conservative issues' with a show on FOX News Obama was recently quoted in a news report as 'wanting to muzzle'. That tells you, Sean isn't the talk show host you'd really think Obama would pick out for a News Special featuring his recent push for the Pacific Trade Deal blocked by U.S. Senate Democrats.
This might be all smoke and mirrors because today on Sean's radio show we heard him back away from Republicans in Congress who were in support of it with Obama, based on Obama's Executive Order capabilities while Democrats on the left feared a Republican President could also run away with the hen house pulling down wages and jobs in America on a fast track.

So we wanted to make an effort that our best hand is/has been extended in accepting that offer of Sean Hannity's Show on Fox. We also owe thanks to all of those who are and have supported us in this effort to defend the "conservative principle" of the United States Constitution's demand, as the qualification states that the Office of President and Vice President devolve only upon a 'natural born Citizen', or a 'Citizen' at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.
It is true we have been nearly six years in this fight, legal petition, and civil course of action but that isn't unusual to get a case to the U.S. Supreme Court that is wholly ripe having exhausted State Remedies which we had to do in the Course of the 2008 and 2012 U.S. District Court Cases against McCain, and Obama in New Hampshire's State Supreme Court, and Georgia's State Supreme Court which also was represented by myself as a presidential candidate in Ballot Challenges, but was unheard by the U.S. Supreme Court in 12-5276.
The action now Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is a completely different legal and jurisdictional animal and the Respondent's have until May 20th, 2015 to respond. Just to be completely open about this, Cody Robert Judy has opened by invitation the scholarly argument's for those who wish to merge the two terms 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen' in front of the U.S. Supreme Court by filing the appropriate document and letter to the Court that informs the Court that he is open for all opinions to be sent to the Court by those qualified to practice in the form of an Amicus Curiae, or friend of the Court. What that means, is those wishing to protect or incorporate Obama's version as well as presidential Candidates Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are welcomed into the case and able to direct the Court in favor of their candidacies. "Its open season, and if no one shows what they believe for Obama, Cruz, and Rubio I guess Cody Robert Judy's interpretation is correct and the Court may take that into consideration",said a supporter for Cody.
With 13 Case numbers in Court, a blog of near 210,000 views noticed all over the world, a YouTube Channel with over 85,000 Views filled with commentary and political commercials over the last six years, a Facebook Page with the limit of 5,000 friends and a new 2016 FB Page created filling up fast with over over 300 people now from all over the United States, its getting harder to say Cody Robert Judy is a fringe candidate with no support from America. To simply dismiss the issue that has really never been heard by the U.S. Supreme Court between two Presidential Candidates of the same Party in the history of the United States really does affect every single American Voter. Yes, Cody ran as a Democrat in 2012 and intends to push ahead into a primary with former Sec. Hillary Clinton. At the heart of a case being heard, or at least one of the criteria for hearing a case in the United States Supreme Court,is the question: "How many people are directly affected by this issue?"

We respect that and I think all of America does. Is Obama's Bubble about to Burst in Supreme Court because of Liberal Republicans or Conservative Democrats? After more than six years in fighting consistently across party lines in the Judicial Branch for the principles in our Constitution with some thirteen cases and court numbers stretching from Nevada to New Hampshire and down to Georgia and back up to Washington DC, I've learned a fair amount about what is required and what isn't required in now what is my third race for the Office of the President, as have many of you.
The first thing that is noticed is during Obama's time in the White House in the Office of the President not a single elected official has mentioned Obama's ineligibility in Congress. Why? Well, they didn't have the standing that I did running for President and in passing on McCain's eligibility they would be called a racist. How else can you explain a knowledge that Obama has a fabricated long form birth certificate that has been certified by a law enforcement's report in the Cold Case Posse and a altered or phony draft registration yet sits in the honor and respect of the Office of the President without while a whimpering Congress sits on their hands knowing this?
Six years worth of elected officials sitting on their hands in House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate with the biggest fraud, I think we can soundly agree has ever been witnessed in our life times, issuing executive orders on his amnesty and healthcare program spanking Congress whose tied to the bed and held hostage why he rapes America with a race card and lack of standing. For all of the conservatives in America, who would like to lay a claim on conservatism in the Constitutional field of dreams, how does the facts that none of your elected officials have qualifications to take a stand against Obama for the conservative principle of a strong defense for America?
How does that feel conservatives? To have your real Reaganomics of Defense in the Republican Party neutered? I always thought Republicans were for a strong defense and Democrats were the ones who were always slashing and burning defense? Yet, here we are and Republicans are sitting on their hands, tied, bound, and gagged as prisoners in the political prison of Obama's national defense. Republicans have willingly refused to use the one weapon that is available to them which is a Presidential Candidate with standing who has fought for the principled national security defense of a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President. A lot of people would call that being a war hero.
If you have the Office of the President kidnapped and someone rescues that, I mean doesn't that qualify for you? First we must consider the damages to America that are possible at the hands of a usurper in the Office of the President. How about importing an illegal army into the borders, and by the executive pen making them legal? How about signing a mandate that forces Americans to buy something they have never ever been forced to buy before that concedes one fifth of the economy? How about spending with the executive pen more of America's economy and worth than all the President's between Washington and Bush combined together which is about eight trillion when the debt when he took it was about ten and now its eighteen trillion?
Still think popping Obama's bubble isn't worth a dime of your contributions to the one man who has standing and because he took a bi-partisan stand wipes his feet on the mis-used racist card of Obama? Have things really improved for minorities in this Country to the degree they had hoped they would when they cast a vote for someone...who they really didn't know all because of the color of his skin? Do you think things will improve that much if you vote for a person based on their outward appearances, maybe what sex they are will help improve your plight, as if men haven't been taking care of women with their strength since time began and if a women is elected President suddenly all that relief will come? Maybe if we elect a rich person he/she will give us their money? Has that been your hope in a Donald Trump or Mitt Romney?
That just suddenly the counsel that has been totally ignored and unheard before which they have kept a secret all their lives will be unleashed upon your bank account which will fill up. Their success will translate into your success while they have built theirs on your backs? The smart guy asks, why would he put you on his back and now change course?
Successful business people popping up with the promise to perform what, a juggling act for you? Where have they been? Evan Republican Carly Fiorina hopping spaghetti dinners in New Hampshire hoping to share the stage with Secretary Clinton to neutralize the sex issue, and I'm not referring to former President Bill Clinton's because I actually think her's personally used as an advantage, could cause us a lot more problems then his ever thought of causing.
Can't you see me on stage debating in a Primary with Secretary Clinton stating in my opening remarks similar to what Reagan did with Mondale, "Now, I'm want you to know that I will not make age or sex an issue of this Campaign. I am not going to exploit for political purposes my opponents sex and experience that comes with the office"?
Can you believe that? Mrs Carly Fiorina wants to get on the stage and perform with Secretary Clinton to neutralize her sex card? That's what she said. "All I need to do is perform" What exactly is the question and where have you been the last six years with the crisis of national defense happening in the White House? How have you helped any contributions or support there? No.
Oh yeah, out making money on the successful opportunity provided by the United States Constitution but not actually doing anything about it but taking advantage of it? Do you know how much money Mr. Trump, Mr. Romney, former President Clinton and his Secretary wife have contributed to the Campaign that has continued since 2008 against Obama's ineligibility that has cost us eight trillion? Not one dime. Do you know how much Congress Members have contributed to that same campaign or how much your favorite PAC has contributed towards it? Not one dime.
The value of that principle just in the last 6 years totals what in life,liberty, property or the pursuit of happiness?
So what now? The White House has been overrun, a usurper sits in the Office of the President importing as fast as he can the army of illegals and Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is in the Supreme Court of the United States of America which has the standing and the damages to blow Obama's bubble. Should we help that Campaign? Let me think a minute?

This is what's been written about me since Judy v. Obama 14-9396 has entered the Supreme Court of the United States. That's it. Not a single other word other than the Post & Emails publishing as Featured Editorial the two post really declaring we are on the official record.
Now since that has happened and I have declared my Candidacy in the Democratic Party I want to announce how much we have taken in like U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz announced he's taken 4 Million so far, and U.S. Sen. Rubio announced their first day they raked in 1.25 million.
My Campaign has not taken one dime in from Conservatives across this Nation since announcing a couple of things:
1)That for the first time in our Nations history, both major Parties, since both unqualified candidates Sen Cruz and Sen. Rubio having divided loyalties in their history of place and time as well as Obama, have an equal consideration at stake in the Supreme Court of the United States. This is not a partisan issue since the political fields have changed.
2) That for the first time Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse' report is available for review by the Supreme Court of the United States that includes the fabrication of identification officially issued from the White House Office of the President brought to them by a Presidential Candidate who has maintained standing in 2008, 2012 and now 2016 as a Candidate for the Office of the United States President.
You know when the email scandal broke that considered Secretary Clinton's private server being used for government position and her discretion deleting 30,000 emails, and then the "Cash Scandal" appeared a few days ago on Secretary Clinton's itinerary and she asked for more cash I begin to wonder who the opponent was on Candidate Clinton's campaign? These are stories that have been waiting for just the right time to appear or be released to the Media.

Of course I personally believe Obama is behind the release of Clinton's Cash and Email Server disclosures to the press, because there is not any agreement by Republicans who their nominee will be. So its a real concern for Democrats and I'll tell you its open season when debates come around if Clinton wins the Democratic Primary for a loss. What I really wanted to say though may actually bode a little empathy for Secretary Clinton for desperately trying to get the cash that is needed to run for Office because Americans simply don't seem to think any responsibility towards a Presidential Campaign exist for them.
I can vouch as a three time Presidential Candidate fighting and barely hanging on for dear life to my Campaigns. We have been scraping the bottom of the barrel often times scrambling to come up with mailing, printing, and postage money. Its that serious and the seriousness that America in general has given to Obama's ineligibility is laughable. So in Mrs. Clinton's desperation she's turned to foreign contributions that have now placed a real wedge between the morality and ethics of government positions and family fund raising.
Do supposedly poor foreign governments give aid to Candidates for U.S President unless in the hope that its an investment that will come back to them? I don't think that foreign governments are bound by our U.S. Constitution that's for sure. Former Secretary Hillary Clinton's actual defense for the U.S. Constitution, and let's not forget that is a primary job as the oath asserts for President 'to protect, preserve, and defend the U.S. Constitution', certainly consist of visiting a lot of Country's, but flight time is an activity not an accomplishment.
On the other hand, a United States Supreme Court case delivered to the Supreme Court of the United States against Obama with the evidence in hand for consideration in a Civil Rights and Congressional Acts violation law suit is an accomplishment. Sen. Cruz touts his accomplishments in the U.S. Senate his freshman year for holding up Congress for 21 hours in a filibuster, but did those words and all the words he has spoken in Congress amount to any legislation? They were grand standing for sure, but the possibilities of removing the threat to America with Obama amnesty and Obama Care, and every other executive over reach was like a wind blowing a single leaf down the road as we watched it go by and applauded the effort. It amounts to activity without accomplishment.
Now I do not know if the Supreme Court is going to hear my case, but I do know I do not need 60% of Congress to support it. So are my chances better and is my accomplishment worthy of your support? We need your help to support my Campaign. We need gas money, computers, signs, posters, commercials and all those things that makes up a Campaign.
What exactly is important to you as a conservative Republican or a conservative Democrat? I think both would agree civil rights, individual rights under our Constitution are important. Then why not support a Campaign for President holding these dear and fighting for them? You know as well as I do that the closer you get to Communism the less the individual matters. The collective good as a mob is able to run over with the State as the authority the individual. That is probably the most important aspect of our United States Constitution that STOPS the State from deciding your property is there property and your money is their money.
So you really think my Campaign is just about me and I'm just doing this, spending my own time and my own money for all things that have been needed desperately to muster a Campaign, for the satisfaction of "likes" on Facebook? I can assure you there are many a beautiful girls who dwarf me in 'likes' on a single pinup on Facebook on the 'like' button.
That idea is contemptuous to me in the face of garbage it is so untrue and my accomplishments in trial, court proceeding, and miles all over this Country from sea to shining sea the last six years is a testament to it! Just because it was 'noticed' or documented in a story in the Washington Post or New York Times doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
Of course your right, if my Case is lost in the Supreme Court of the United States it is probably your fault because I know without a doubt every American in this Country has $5 dollars in their pocket or the ability to get it and you just haven't. These are the things that make politicians like Secretary Clinton desperate for foreign money. I think I've got close to 5,000 friends on Facebook and maybe three that have given my Campaign any contribution over the last six years. Sometimes I think they think their $5, or $10, or $20 wouldn't help, or maybe they don't see that a contribution to another Charity actually helps more people and wouldn't be wasted?
Of course all Charities have expenses; and Campaigns Contributions are not tax exempt but Campaigns like this one do not come a long every day either. How many Presidential Campaigns so far have announced for the U.S. Presidency with a Case in the Supreme Court of the United States declaring Obama's ineligibility, that at the same time threatens the two freshman Republican Senators hoping to be rewarded with the minority Cuban/Spanish vote? Again, a physical feature based on the color of skin that Republicans think they need to capitalize on to get minority votes.
What ever happened to just taking a stand for the Constitution that protects every American Citizen of the United States of America in justice for all? I'm really fed up with this 'outward appearances' thing as you can probably tell mostly because America is about more then the good the bad and the ugly. Its about what's on the inside, not what's on the outside and we need to protect and defend that.

Yesterday this Blog Featured "PARTY TO PRINCIPLE- Birth of the Nation - Announcing U.S. Supreme Court Appeal on Cruz'N Obama Ineligibility" and today we wanted to focus just a little bit more on the key elements of why being a Party to Principle is so important and why a Restoration is indeed necessary for a stabilization of our Nation we hope to begin again with the appeal of Judy v. Obama 14-4136 to the U.S. Supreme Court in a Writ of Certiorari.
Our Nation was Born, and it has grown in leaps and bounds into a young teenager who is gangly, rebellious, and inherently clumsy. It is a natural course. It takes teenagers a good 10 to 15 years to look back and say, "You know Mom and Dad, I want to thank you for teaching me what you did, because I now see the value in it. Stapling this point to the board we need only look around at just how many of us no longer see the U.S. Constitution as preciously valuable.
Our Writ of Certiorari goes into this a little noticing a correlating anthem that is somewhat flat from respected academia. It is very easy for someone who can sing very well to hit some flat notes. All that has to happen is for the voice not to be heard for an instant which scores the great importance of hearing and listening. Amazing is the voice that is in tune and awful is the one that is just a little off. Of course we have honest mistakes that we can bear but the when voice begins to nauseate our stomach we must stop and find out how to best correct it.
We all have weaknesses and we all have strengths. My strength might not be,. let me correct that, is not spelling. Its unfortunate good spelling is considered such an important detail in communication because I feel often like I am in a constant state of apology for misspelling and grammatical errors which seem to come so easily to others I admire. I have and constantly work hard to improve my weaknesses and make them stronger. We are celebrating this week going over 500 post on this Blog and 200,000 views and as you roll back the blog I believe you can see improvement. My point in this is academic professors all though schooled and trained in certain aspects of detail and having great strength in some areas can also be infants in others.
We all know President Elect Barack Obama (U.S.C. Amend. XX Sect. 3 'if the President elect shall have failed to qualify') and Sen. Ted Cruz were once Professors of Constitutional Law and both attended Harvard. In the political arena you'd have to be a recluse to not see the two former Solicitor Generals who have had their Commentary - On the Meaning of “Natural Born Citizen” published in the Harvard Law Review MAR 11, 2015 128 Harv. L. Rev. F. 161,Neal Katyal & Paul Clement, of which Obama was elected as President at one time. An opposing view of the article from notable Mario Appuzzo is here.
I might add here that their may or may not have been a Twenty Million Dollar grant and for sure there was major influence from Saudi Arabia at about the same time. Saudi Prince Paid for Obama
1987 Bill Ayers solicited Khalid Abdullah Tariq al-Mansour (a.k.a. Donald Warden) to raise money for Obama’s Harvard Law School education. al-Mansour is an orthodox Muslim, a black nationalist, an outspoken enemy of Israel, and mentor to Black Panther Party founder Huey Newton and his cohort, Bobby Seale. At the time al-Mansour associate Percy Sutton was raising money for Obama’s education, al-Mansour was the top financial advisor to mega-billionaire Prince Alwaleed (Alwalid) bin Talal of the Saudi royal family.
1988-1991 Obama attended Harvard Law School.
This brings me to another academically respected Professor teaching at the Columbus School of Law of Catholic University of America Sarah Helene Duggin. She is well noticed of late, because of her research as a Professor who was published Oct. 28th 2013 specifically: Is Sen. Ted Cruz a natural born Citizen eligible to serve as president Constitution Daily's theme is 'Smart conversation from the National Constitution Center', is "The first and only institution in America established by Congress to "disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people."
Now in this article she specifically states that "There are no more Princes wanting to infiltrate America's Presidency which Obama's financed education and adoption is a walking talking repudiation of. She says: "Finally, the natural born citizenship clause is both an anomaly and an anachronism. The way in which the clause differentiates among United States citizens is contrary to the overall spirit of the Constitution; the risk that foreign nobility will infiltrate our government is long past; and place of birth is a poor surrogate for loyalty to one’s homeland in our increasingly mobile society and our ever more interconnected world. The best solution would be to amend the Constitution, as many legislators on both sides of the aisle have proposed over the years. In the absence of an amendment, the clause should be narrowly interpreted."
While admitting "Foreign Influence" was the historical scope of Supreme Court Chief Jay's Letter to President Washington as the check and motive for 'natural born Citizen' in the qualifications for Office of President, she cites the Naturalization Act of 1790 - The Naturalization Act of 1790 probably constitutes the most significant evidence available. Congress enacted this legislation just three years after the drafting of the Constitution, and many of those who voted on it had participated in the Constitutional Convention. The act provided that “children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond the sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural-born citizens.”- but does not mention the specific detailed repeal in 1795 of "natural born Citizen" words replaced with "Citizen".
While recognizing the problems with getting a Presidential Candidate with standing to repudiate an infringement clear to the U.S. Supreme Court she argues Sen. McCain's case with no mention of Judy v. McCain or past U.S.S.C case Judy v. Obama as if these records were unknown to her enlightenment and research. To her credit she admits the subject is not decided and is in need of U.S. Supreme Court Review, but advises until then that the Constitutional Key of the Office of the President in qualifications be run over or 'narrowly interpreted', assuming the great difficulty that I indeed face in getting to the U.S. Supreme Court properly, and representing a bi-partisan effort, is never going to happen.
The United States Naturalization Act of January 29, 1795 (1 Stat. 414) repealed and replaced the Naturalization Act of 1790. The 1795 Act differed from the 1790 Act by increasing the period of required residence from two to five years in the United States, by introducing the Declaration of Intention requirement, or "first papers", which created a two-step naturalization process, and by conferring the status of citizen and not natural born citizen. The Act specified that naturalized citizenship was reserved only for "free white person[s]." It also changed the requirement in the 1790 Act of "good character" to read "good moral character."
How interesting that the act of 1795 as well changing the absolute conundrum of naturalization with natural law in Citizen and natural born Citizen, as well made the distinction of "good character" and "good moral character". While maintaining as professors 'good character' in their esteemed and respected positions of scholastic reputation a morality of the Constitution is certainly lost as the integrity of boundaries is breached in their assertions that 'time' and 'place' in the term 'natural born Citizen' - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents - is worth being narrowly interpreted. Now is it benign or malicious?
What would we as Americans say to someone who says, The time of the Convention Monday, September 17th, 1787 never happened. This nation was never born and the United States of America has no boundaries or place attributing anything considered as opposing that view as 'contrary to the overall spirit of the Constitution'? Wouldn't you say that person is really stupid or is acting as a domestic enemy of the United States?
We are forced to address these issues in the Writ of Certiorari because of the respect our own U.S. Supreme Court Justices indeed have for these men and women. I don't like to have to make it a public record, but they obviously have no hesitation in making their's public and without argument it can indeed become policy. Way down the road it may seem like an obvious mistake which was regretted and would need to be changed just as that Naturalization Act of 1790 which lasted 5 years and was regretted.
Why do we keep going the rounds and dipping and diving on this issue? Its because there is and always will be a hunger in the belly for power, recognition, and fame. If those hungry for it see a boundary against their acquisition they will tend to take the fence down and hope no one notices their prying the squeaky nails out of the boards and pulling the post till the fence is down and then they will say the fence never existed.
This is why a Restoration is necessary and why I feel like I'm in a meat grinder being disposed as frivolous. SHOCKING! When you have a U.S. Supreme Court Justice in a mainstream report headline read, "Antonin Scalia: The Constitution is 'dead', you better believe a restoration is necessary. 'Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia says the Constitution is “dead, dead, dead,” rather than a “living document.”. If he meant that it is cut and dried and should not be added to or taken away from he also dismisses the 2/3rds majority of Congress necessary to change it. (U.S.C. Art. V)If he meant that it is not the U.S. Supreme Law of the Land then he's occupying a office as a Justice De Facto rather than De Jure.
I would like to announce it will be my pleasure to address on The Meat and Potatoes Show, which is great for an Idaho Born spud like me, (smile)some of the detail of this Writ of Certiorari and the importance of the the natural born Citizen clause in our Constitution as a qualifier that we must take a stand for as Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
The issues and hurdles that I have to bring to the attention of the U.S. Supreme Court in this Writ of Certiorari are indeed of great importance to our Nation and the future for our children. One of the most basic cruel critiques of natural born Citizen is that it is some how 'against' the spirit of our Constitution in that it is seen as a discriminating disqualifier like some kind of a nasty racist remark, rather then a wise standard of qualification. For those insinuations a defense must also be made. You never see those who say they want to change or merge the terms 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen' say anything about equalizing the qualifications for every office in the Constitution including the varying age requirements and time requirements that differentiate U.S. Representative, U.S. Senator, and U.S. President. This to me is clearly their agreement that age is important and time in the U.S. is important as these two qualifications differ between all three offices.
What they don't see is that 'natural born Citizen' is also an age requirement as it takes more "time" to fully ripen. In fact that's all it is is another time oriented qualifier encapsulating or enveloping two generations. This is a huge crack in their side walk for to rant and rave about one age qualifier and not care about another is self defeating of their own argument. Indeed a maturity is seen in U.S. Reps 25 year age qualifier, a U.S. Senator's 30 year age qualifier and 35 year of age qualifier for U.S. President. The time in the U.S. requirement also is progressive in a different way 7 years a Citizen of the U.S. for Representatives, 9 years a Citizen for U.S. Senators, and 14 years a resident within the U.S. where 'Citizen' is not even mentioned. You don't see eight challenges to these qualifications made since 2003 that have failed, you only see an attack on the 'natural born Citizen' qualifier for President. Its just sad to me that such blatant immorality exist for so many of our elected leaders.
In closing I would like to say I think Sen. Ted Cruz entering the arena of the race for U.S. President 2016 is probably the best thing to happen because it finally gives a bi-partisan loss or equality to both Republicans and Democrats in the determination rather then being inflammatory to one of the respective major parties. This has a powerful effect upon the Court to be able to say this is a bi-partisan issue that effects all of America and does not necessarily effect one party in favor of another. This in fact neuters the political doctrine question argument which is very encouraging for this Petition.
I hope to empower you with the intelligence necessary to ignore the Media who either deliberately ignores the actions I've taken to stand up for the Constitution's qualifications for President, or who is so enumerated and inundated with information they themselves don't know I exist. It does seem the likelihood of the former is greater than the latter simply because I make it a point to email at least 1 or 2 reporters and editors in 2 to 4 Newspapers in every State of the Union hoping to educate and inform the population if nothing else by a note from them that their are different opinions that do count among us and these scholars of respected institutions.
