Dear US Forrest Service

                    Thank you for your attention to our US Forrest.  Approximately June 3^rd, 2018 I received a visit from one of your Ogden US Forest Agents who issued me 3 tickets. While they were unfair, I understood with the limited explanation why they were issued. This letter I hope will further explain why I was doing what I was doing, and the purposes that I hoped would serve the general public and the US Forest Service in a mutually rewarding endeavor.

I am semi-retired and really love the forest. I am an experienced hiker and really have a heart for the US Forest. About the end of March I made my way up to the Emergency Shelter on the crux of the Indian Trail Hike in Ogden, Utah. While camping out I had a dream of Camp Nissan 1 that would serve the area in case of emergency or accident of a camper/tenter or hiker, and also be a sweet attraction for the kids who come up on hikes, but never are able to interact with any animals.

I became very interested in the old camping sites left by the Civilian Conservation Corp of the 1930's that had a camps where the men lived while building the rock wall along the Ogden River. As I became familiar with the area in hiking it routinely I also observed a few tent campers would come up; Many hikers.

If there were any serious accidents a temporary Emergency Shelter would be a great service for any accident victim while a Life-Flight Helicopter came in to the greater field for pick up. This was the strategic thought in mind in building out of downed-dead timber the approximate 12x12 wind shelter.

The challenge in building this was in [not] using any other modern building material and using old historical push-pull-pinch and gravity methods to secure big timber.

In the dream I had, we had a couple of sheep, goats, and even a small bear which may have been a raccoon who had been taught some tricks.

As I worked on the project, my hope was to present this to the US Forest Service and be taken serious, so I hoped to just at least get something to show or present to you.

In assembling the downed dead wood in my spare time, I began to think that the shelter would someday provide a very much needed Emergency Shelter. Especially as I began to see and hear the parties that teenagers were having up in the open field camping site. I saw and heard a lot that would and should be a heads up for the safety of everyone that has used or will use the Indian Trail and or camp sites.

In the emergency management end of things, it is only a matter of time, if it hasn’t happened already, before an:

Alcohol poisoning or Drug Related death occurs

And the Emergency Shelter I put together will be a great asset to the US Forest Service and of course any victim.

Nissan 1 Camp is located strategically adjacent to the most popular Tent-Camping Field and very easily could be used for a helicopter life flight landing pad. Nissan 1 Camp is much more relevant to any hiking injury or emergency evacuation that every became necessary for unfortunate accidents in the area than the emergency shelter on the map at the top or crux of Indian Trail and the adjoining Ogden Trail.

This “party” happened the night of the day, I was ticketed 3 tickets. These were high school kids and I heard them all night and their conversations close by of every illegal drug available to them and being enjoyed that night including LSD, Marijuana, Meth, and Speed.

This was left at the trail head site the morning after, and no tickets were issued by the US Forest Service that night to under-age kids drinking and using every sort of drug on the illegal market. Many cans did not make it down.

JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT!

In my experience I saw a lot of kid ( all ages) enjoy the Indian Trail Hike, but one thing was and will be forever missing on this hike unless it is provided. That is a real life experience with an animal. That is why I thought and in my dream it was such a good idea to have a couple of domestic animals like a couple of sheep and or goats or rabbits that hikers, especially kids, could come up on the hike to enjoy petting.

I envisioned a field trip of elementary 3^rd & 4^th graders coming up for a hike and ending at the petting zoo. What a wonderful and fulfilling experience a domestic petting zoo would be to enjoy along with the hike.

These were in short my thoughts in Camp Nissan 1.

With not much more effort these could be in place and I would certainly be happy to discuss any details with anyone so interested in a private and public partnership to make the US Forest a safe, happy, and fulfilling experience for anyone.

Everything starts with a dream and the pursuit of it.

Nissan 1 with a few piece of tin on the roof would be every bit as adequate as the Emergency Shelter on the map and I hope the US Forest Service would find more interest in assisting to make a safe, happy, and fulfilling experience for everyone than writing out the 3 tickets they handed me.

At the very least, I hope you will entertain the proposal.

Opportunity has been the biggest reason the United States of America has fundamentally changed the world. By leading in opportunity for each and every person to better their lives a generational hope was sown in the ground of the Union. The birth of a new nation was founded on the laws of attraction. In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The USA's framers and founders in the beginning knew that success would be dependent upon the opportunity of the individual. Thusly, the Constitution Republic was sewn in the seeds of opportunity of the Law of the Harvest- 

Galatians 6:7

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

The law of sowing and reaping also has a negative side. We not only enter into the blessings God has bestowed, but we also reap the results of wrong others have sown both before us and around us. It is impossible to deny at the time of our birth and we were born in the traditions of those who came up before us, and with certainty our development reflect those tradition, customs, and mores.

Proverbs 22:6

As the climax of the opportunity is reached for a society, just as swiftly, we can identify a weakness in Pride and in such a slip from the cup to the lip or a broken covenant - even a change in the DNA. 

Isaiah 24:5-6

"The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left."

It stands to reason that as we are born into a chain of abuse or cycle of abuse, the only way to break it is by not only asking to be forgiven, but asking the Lord to forgive your fathers to the third and fourth generation as it is entirely reasonable to see those traditions back that far ingrained on us deep as scratches on a copper plate. We don't often think that our genetic code could affect us in traditions and choices so deeply but we have very little problem with reflecting on how it makes us look.

Escaping this is no easy choice, for it is a path of resistance and rebellion to fathers and often the way you were raised. It might be said, it is easier to change your DNA than your traditions, but what if changing your traditions was exactly the process of changing your DNA?

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

The process back to strength is laid out as reasonable in changing of traditions that were weak or in error, however easy it may seem not everyone around you sees this as anything less then treason and that may be the hardest part.

In the study of  societies [Researchers noted that a huge divide in the rich and poor played "a central role in the character or in the process of the collapse" of civilizations over "the last five thousand years."] In just that element of class and divide, we see a power struggle began to play out. The roles, like a play, we have been groomed for seem to be the easiest to play, and breaking the cycle requires a certain family austerity.

This huge divide researchers are obsessed with also is raveled in genetic code as it has been discovered entire armies of Egypt and Persians were different in strength and code but over 400 years in captivity may have changed the genetic code of the Israelite or those lead out of bondage by Moses. We see in this Egypt once very strong began to decline and the favor of God rested on those who had been their servants or considered the "poor" among the 'rich.

In our own society we can see the signs of division or weakness creeping in as Politicians, Judges, and Lawyers have begun representing a broken covenant or change of DNA. This might be summed up as simply as a [denial of the truth] of Obama's Ineligibility as a [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5. But it is a weakness that has crept in at the hands of those who were not qualified that especially gained steam in 2000 when McCain was eyeballing the Presidency in full knowledge he had an eligibility problem as a native born son and heir of citizenship by soil from and of Panama.

To break a holy covenant a change must first be demanded by a bully. Bullies are cowards at heart having only their honk, bluff, and ego at the front and they come in representing their weakness.

Why would the late Sen. McCain need a naturalization act of Congress to make him a Citizen first, and then non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 to make him a recognized 'natural born Citizen' by half of Congress unless an illegal alteration was craved by a weakness from not being qualified? Why would nine proposed attempts to change 'natural born Citizen' have been docketed by the Congress from 2000-2008 unless that alteration craved legality by the vote of 2/3rds of Congress? They all failed, but that didn't stop the weaknesses from creeping in like thieves creeping in a House for a robbery in what was no less than Treason of the Covenant.

Of course we all know Sen. Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton were co-sponsors of that U.S. Senate Resolution 511. While McCain lost the election, we all know the future positions that Obama and Hillary would usurp. Obama in the Office of the President as a fraud of natural born Citizen requirement, with a fabricated long form birth certificate to highlight it, and Hillary knowing and understanding her accomplice, but capitalizing on it with a loose rein in her ability to prostitute the secretary of state office with foreign campaign contributions and her own private server.

The rest kind of goes down hill from there as we see what James Comey head of the FBI was involved in defending a usurpation of the secretary of state office by failing to recommend and deliver evidence to the Attorney General for a decision to  prosecute or not to prosecute, and that decision being usurped by James Comey from Loretta Lynch. We see Loretta Lynch compromised at the Tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton.

Comey, Yates, McCabe, Rosenstein all signed off on the FISA warrant that was initiated by CIA to the FBI. The December 5th,2018 story at the Hill reads like a reasonable treason protagonist mission impossible mystery novel- 'The addition to the list also comes at a sensitive time, as House Republicans prepare on Friday to question Comey, who signed off on the FISA warrant while remaining an outlier in the intelligence community about the Steele dossier.]

[Most intelligence officials, such as former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, have embraced the concerns laid out in the Steele dossier of possible — but still unproven — collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.]

Where did we start again? Oh yea, Sen. McCain's ineligibility and Sen. Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton as co-sponsors in 2007-2008 Sen Res 511

The following details part of my own personal experience with being homeless and what injustices, unfairness, and what I call economic targeting is happening within our society, that just might be part of that 'weakness' creeping in the DNA and following suit in Breaking the Covenant.

I have suffered pretty much a total loss of the equipment I purchased to survive the cold winters in Utah.

I had a tent that was stolen, and had to purchase this one approximately Jan 3 in a very cold dipping stretch of temperature  -25 to -33 below zero.

With Storms moving in over the last month nearly every other day or every day I was pinned down. And that is when Ogden City Police decided to make their attack on my property.

The economic targeting is horrible!  And the behavior is criminal. No Notice is given without destroying property first! That is inhumane.

If values are on the Table from Utah to Washington DC with Mitt Romney, there isn't much Mitt Romney can contribute politically speaking towards the Stop of the Republic's peril. The Cabal/Cartel in Washington DC collectively speaking is steeped in a Corruption unparalleled in U.S. History with the players identified as Defendants in a Utah Federal District Court Case appealed to the 10th Circuit Court; a M.I.A. Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court was Recorded in the 10th Circuit for safe keeping. This Individual Justice Petition to Gorsuch was recorded as received by the U.S. Supreme Court but Clerks failed to give it a Case Number.


That Case stomps unqualified Candidate Barack Hussein Obama with roots back to Kenya with a dual citizenship inherited from his self styled father Obama Sr., and begin in 2008 with a challenge to McCain's foreign birth inherited as a native son of Panama. Definitely not one of the 50 States of the Union. At Constitutional Principle Issue of [natural born Citizen] ie. (Born in the U.S. to U.S. Citizen Parents) is the qualification unique to the Office of the President and Vice President.

This has turned out to be an eerily prescient prediction, as Barack Obama was not elected State Senator until 1996, a full 4 years afterwards, as he took Alice Palmer’s seat.

One might ask "WHY?" in consideration of the lengths Obama, His DOJ, Hillary Clinton, the DNC including Schultz & Brazille , OFA, former FBI Director James Comey, Special Investigator Commander Mueller, Loretta Lynch, former Attorney General Eric Holder, Representative Nancy Pelosi, and many others all have in common besides selling 20% of America's Uranium to Moscow?

In asking that question we must ask ourselves "WHY?" these individuals were willing to go to such great lengths to propagate and  dish out something as salacious as the Duping Trump Dossier as a method to oust President Donald Trump? 

One might call their actions stupid, crazy, even mentally deranged but when you have usurped the Office of the President of the United States and dug into the Treasury 10 Trillion, hey, the sky is the limits-  what can't you do? 

This just serves as proof that with enough money and media exposure in America, and maybe some coercive threats to silence potential leaks, that Russian NATIONALS , who Mitt Romney in theory supports being able to obtain the Office of the President, meaning first generation Americans either from birth on American Soil, or having one American Parent, have been fully indoctrinated as American Citizens.

Unfortunately, for Mitt Romney, Mueller's own investigation has just indicted 13 Russian Nationals for interfering with the Election.

Mitt Romney's no stranger to being called an outsider unworthy of representing what he supposedly feels qualified to represent, and it comes from his own GOP Party. Although carpet bagging is not specifically or officially mentioned in the United States Constitution, the qualifications for President enumerated in the Constitution were definitely placed carefully within to prohibit essentially carpet-baggers.

 Mitt Romney's biggest criticism from the GOP Utah Republican Party Chairman invokes in par lance just exactly what the [natural born Citizen] clause of Article II. Section 1. C-5 was placed in the U.S. Constitution for. He is a foreigner of the State of Utah, this also came from Democratic Party Senate Candidate Jenny Wilson.

The Utah Republican Party chairman blasted Mitt Romney’s anticipated Senate run, hitting him for “essentially doing what Hillary Clinton did in New York” — campaigning in a state he hasn’t spent much time in.

“I think he’s keeping out candidates that I think would be a better fit for Utah because, let’s face it, Mitt Romney doesn’t live here, his kids weren’t born here, he doesn’t shop here,” Rob Anderson told The Salt Lake Tribune in an interview.]

“I think [Romney] is miscast as a candidate for Utah,” she said. “If he’s interested in the U.S. Senate, Massachusetts is the better place for him to return to.” - Jenny Wilson D U.S. Senate Candidate Utah

If Democratic Party U.S. Utah Senate Candidate Jenny Wilson were to cast the same doubt upon Obama in 2008 she would have asked him to return to Kenya or his adopted state of Indonesia.

Of course, Mitt Romney's actions along with Hillary Clinton's are consistent with their support for Barack Hussein Obama's carpet-bagging ineligibility for the Office of the President contrary to Constitutional Law. Let's take a look at the motivation for keeping those who were born on American soil from foreign nationals commonly referred as anchor babies, and citizenship through marriage naturalization ie. [ You don't have to wait until you've had a green card for five years to apply for citizenship through the process known as naturalization. Assuming you stay married to and living with your U.S. citizen spouse the whole time, you can apply for citizenship three years after obtaining a green card] from the Office of the President.

These ACTIONS represent a timely and honored distinction to the Root of the qualifications for President that found its way into the United States Constitution constructed in the seed of John Jay's letter to George Washington ultimately portraying the men who were becoming the First Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court and First U.S. President in the following: 

​​​​​[Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.]

Ultimately, Congress recognized the need for a first generation acclimation period into American Tradition and Laws from that of Foreign Countries in the defeat of nine changes proposed since 2000 that was really begun with Sen. McCain's own question he was not qualified. This persisted into the second Congressional Act on his behalf termed non-binding senate resolution 511 stating he was basically the first congressional statute natural born Citizen. The first Congressional Act on his behalf made him a Citizen through a naturalization process familiar to many immigrants through a type of congressional amnesty including that which is sought now from Obama's brain-child-birther concoction  DACA.

Mitt Romney as the 2008 Republican Party Presidential Nominee ran against Barack Obama Democratic Party Presidential nominee and was seen in large part by the crowd who elected Donald Trump 2016, as the failure in taking a stand for the Constitution of the United States. Ultimately that failure is what ushered in the Obama-nation that America suffered for eight years and continues now to suffer in the Cabal/Cartel infesting the Government in the Russia-Gate Propagation towards the Presidency of Donald Trump.

With the 2010 elections over, I’m excited to introduce to you a little project I’ve been working on. Well, it’s a project show that I will feature on YouTube as well as my blog that will capture your hearts and minds and probably make you a dear friend of mine, or make you want to shoot me, but at least you won’t be bored or wonder what I’m doing. 1- Well the Republicans have taken over the U.S. House of Representatives and I am excited about that. Not because of the reason’s you might think, like suddenly our problems will be gone and our U.S. Constitution will start standing tall again. No, it’s more or less like your gonna regret U.S. Sen. Mike Lee, about as bad as you did U.S. Sen. Bob Bennett, because not only do you have a Republican in there whose reputation is for not caring about Obama’s eligibility, but now you have a Lawyer whose job has been to represent both sides of the right, is there any other side?

2- Have you ever experienced trying to register your car? Sure you have, everyone who has a car gets to. The only problem with that is some counties in Utah have gone a little overboard in their ‘emissions’ quota tickets. Yeah, I’ll call them tickets because its gonna cost you big time to get your car registered if you have a problem passing “emissions” and there are people who are smiling about that of course.

What could you possibly mean by that you ask me, okay, I’ll pretend that you asked me? That’s only stuff that’s coming out of the tail pipe and all cars should be up to standard..right? Wrong! No, some counties have stooped below the level of common sense and made it a requirement that you cannot have a single engine light on, a single failed code, or else bingo, you don’t get to go pass go because you don’t have a registration and Yeah, we’ll do that by not giving you an emissions pass.

Translation- if you have a ‘transmission code” failure and your check engine lights on for that, you will fail your emissions, but it has little or nothing to do with what’s coming out the exhaust pipe, and your car still running okay. Next thing you’ll see is a check engine light coming on because your inside floor mats have one too many gummy bears on them you dropped and didn’t wash off, or your side mirror is not adjusted to your proper 9 and 3 steering position given your height and weight. Watch some State Legislature ask, “Can we do that?”

Who is that serving? Well, mostly places like Tunex and the Car Service Industry, because I’ve never seen a transmission affect your exhaust and neither have they, but it’s a criterion in Weber County and I’m sure guessing Salt Lake County and Davis. I just don’t understand why they have to start swinging from the trees instead of sticking to what’s coming out of the exhaust when it comes to emissions? Oh maybe .. could it be.. that we don’t want to look bad in the eyes of Obama’s green czar?

Here's an article of some of those shops who don't want to get fined, for passing a car that shouldn't be passed, but you can see they are arguing for smaller fines, which I can understand, but they are not representing a common sense regulation on emissions that would not include stuff on your car that hasnt got anything to do with 'emissions' that they get to sort of play doctor on, with your checkbook.

This year with my 03, I thought oh good I don’t have to have a safety inspection, in spite of recently avoiding a ticket within a week by replacing my windshield for $250 dollars of the ticket I received, which would have been another $40. Well, so they put a diagnostic analysis on my car and tell me anything that’s wrong has to be fixed until the cows come home, or I pass a 40 mile driving test on my car without a service engine light coming on.

Yeah, that can be your basic nightmare with a transmission code that can amount to $2000 dollars on a repair bill and a throttle actuator control system that comes in a complete body that cost $727 dollars. You can see very quickly where a $6,000 dollar car becomes obsolete with repairs that total more than it’s worth to fix in order to get an emission pass, to get the car registered. Yeah, just hop right in to my nightmare, welcome and this can’t be doing the “used car sales” any good can it?



3- Ever had a problem with a warranty on an auto part that was put in your car? I sure did with Jerry Paskett the owner of Tunex Paskett’s Autocare in Roy, Utah. In fairness to Jerry, he did pay for the part and labor that I wasn’t able to for personal reasons, but I did assure him I would pay for it, and asked to make payments. When the part failed though, Jerry didn’t want to exchange the part, even though it has a warranty for 12 months, which set up a red light for me. Why do I want to pay for a part that’s bad? Its left me stranded many times and hurt my business, I spent two nights in Lee’s Market in North Ogden because I couldn’t get it started and had to unhook the battery to get the car to forget about its problems. Once it forgot, I hooked it back up and away I went after spending a lot of time on the computer at McDonalds. I have got emails from Jerry telling me I’ve got “a lot of nerve” emailing him asking him replace the part.

But don’t you think if you are billed for a part, and it fails, you offer to make payments that the warranty ought to kick in if the parts are bad? Well, obviously Jerry Paskett who’s the owner of Tunex Paskett’s Autoservice in Roy, Utah didn’t think so, and I can say I have never been yelled at, degraded, and verbally assaulted so vagrantly by any mechanic. I didn’t even know mechanics would talk to someone like that after more than a dozen oil changes, and two other mechanical bills that I have paid him.

Was it worth it, no way! And I’m a guy who’s had a few slanders and insults passed his way. I’m just glad that spit doesn’t come through the cell phone lines because if it did Jerry Paskett would have slimed me beyond anything that resembled a Howl in Ghost Busters. If he were a doctor and had put a weird rod in your leg that was no good and started leaking rust out your ankle, Jerry would have been the doctor that yelled, “YOUR WASTING MY TIME, I don’t care! Bite Me! You’re a loser, user and you can BITE ME! The only reason your calling me is because the parts bad!” Duh! Why else would I subject myself to what his wife must go through? I’m not his wife and I sure don’t have to put up with that kind of sewage.




Well, commonly you expect parts to be good, and occasionally they are bad, which is why this one happens to have a warranty for 12 months. It’s an expensive one. After I threatened to sue him, Jerry Paskett said he’d love the opportunity to explain it to a Judge, and encouraged me to make a video about it. Well the video’s done, and you can probably guess what’s coming down the pike on this one..We’ll keep you posted.

I think he was really upset I ran against Mike Lee or something. Some guys take politics too seriously and it runs over into their professional Autocare. Makes you think about asking a doctor or a mechanic before he operates on you wither he’s a Republican or a Democrat, or an Independent, just to make sure your up on your contributions.

I’m thinking we ‘Independents’ are the safer ones as we are the ones hoping to encourage others away from the tent parties of the Republicans and Democrats, because the tents got pipes with siren gas in them like bongs you can take a hit off of, and the punch isn’t cracked up to be what’s it’s supposed to be either.
