Providing a Choice for
Utah Voters is the biggest reason I have decided to run as a WRITE-IN Candidate
in the U.S. Senate Race. Utah has some of the greatest scenery on Earth in my
opinion, but some of the deepest darkest most corrupt judges, political arenas,
government leaders, and judgmental swamps in History of the United States. My Candidacy simply offers a Choice Difference-
Freedom and Liberty in Harmony with the Supreme Law of the Land without which
the people perish for want of fresh air, food, and water drowning in swamps of
deception, fraud, fabrication and corrupt cover-up. Utah doesn’t need another
suit Utah needs a Superman-I am Cody Judy and I am that Choice.

If values are on the Table from Utah to Washington DC with Mitt Romney, there isn't much Mitt Romney can contribute politically speaking towards the Stop of the Republic's peril. The Cabal/Cartel in Washington DC collectively speaking is steeped in a Corruption unparalleled in U.S. History with the players identified as Defendants in a Utah Federal District Court Case appealed to the 10th Circuit Court; a M.I.A. Petition to the U.S. Supreme Court was Recorded in the 10th Circuit for safe keeping. This Individual Justice Petition to Gorsuch was recorded as received by the U.S. Supreme Court but Clerks failed to give it a Case Number.
That Case stomps unqualified Candidate Barack Hussein Obama with roots back to Kenya with a dual citizenship inherited from his self styled father Obama Sr., and begin in 2008 with a challenge to McCain's foreign birth inherited as a native son of Panama. Definitely not one of the 50 States of the Union. At Constitutional Principle Issue of [natural born Citizen] ie. (Born in the U.S. to U.S. Citizen Parents) is the qualification unique to the Office of the President and Vice President.

One might ask "WHY?" in consideration of the lengths Obama, His DOJ, Hillary Clinton, the DNC including Schultz & Brazille , OFA, former FBI Director James Comey, Special Investigator Commander Mueller, Loretta Lynch, former Attorney General Eric Holder, Representative Nancy Pelosi, and many others all have in common besides selling 20% of America's Uranium to Moscow?
In asking that question we must ask ourselves "WHY?" these individuals were willing to go to such great lengths to propagate and dish out something as salacious as the Duping Trump Dossier as a method to oust President Donald Trump?
One might call their actions stupid, crazy, even mentally deranged but when you have usurped the Office of the President of the United States and dug into the Treasury 10 Trillion, hey, the sky is the limits- what can't you do?
This just serves as proof that with enough money and media exposure in America, and maybe some coercive threats to silence potential leaks, that Russian NATIONALS , who Mitt Romney in theory supports being able to obtain the Office of the President, meaning first generation Americans either from birth on American Soil, or having one American Parent, have been fully indoctrinated as American Citizens.
Unfortunately, for Mitt Romney, Mueller's own investigation has just indicted 13 Russian Nationals for interfering with the Election.
Mitt Romney's no stranger to being called an outsider unworthy of representing what he supposedly feels qualified to represent, and it comes from his own GOP Party. Although carpet bagging is not specifically or officially mentioned in the United States Constitution, the qualifications for President enumerated in the Constitution were definitely placed carefully within to prohibit essentially carpet-baggers.
Mitt Romney's biggest criticism from the GOP Utah Republican Party Chairman invokes in par lance just exactly what the [natural born Citizen] clause of Article II. Section 1. C-5 was placed in the U.S. Constitution for. He is a foreigner of the State of Utah, this also came from Democratic Party Senate Candidate Jenny Wilson.
The Utah Republican Party chairman blasted Mitt Romney’s anticipated Senate run, hitting him for “essentially doing what Hillary Clinton did in New York” — campaigning in a state he hasn’t spent much time in.
“I think he’s keeping out candidates that I think would be a better fit for Utah because, let’s face it, Mitt Romney doesn’t live here, his kids weren’t born here, he doesn’t shop here,” Rob Anderson told The Salt Lake Tribune in an interview.]
“I think [Romney] is miscast as a candidate for Utah,” she said. “If he’s interested in the U.S. Senate, Massachusetts is the better place for him to return to.” - Jenny Wilson D U.S. Senate Candidate Utah
If Democratic Party U.S. Utah Senate Candidate Jenny Wilson were to cast the same doubt upon Obama in 2008 she would have asked him to return to Kenya or his adopted state of Indonesia.
Of course, Mitt Romney's actions along with Hillary Clinton's are consistent with their support for Barack Hussein Obama's carpet-bagging ineligibility for the Office of the President contrary to Constitutional Law. Let's take a look at the motivation for keeping those who were born on American soil from foreign nationals commonly referred as anchor babies, and citizenship through marriage naturalization ie. [ You don't have to wait until you've had a green card for five years to apply for citizenship through the process known as naturalization. Assuming you stay married to and living with your U.S. citizen spouse the whole time, you can apply for citizenship three years after obtaining a green card] from the Office of the President.
These ACTIONS represent a timely and honored distinction to the Root of the qualifications for President that found its way into the United States Constitution constructed in the seed of John Jay's letter to George Washington ultimately portraying the men who were becoming the First Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court and First U.S. President in the following:
[Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.]
Ultimately, Congress recognized the need for a first generation acclimation period into American Tradition and Laws from that of Foreign Countries in the defeat of nine changes proposed since 2000 that was really begun with Sen. McCain's own question he was not qualified. This persisted into the second Congressional Act on his behalf termed non-binding senate resolution 511 stating he was basically the first congressional statute natural born Citizen. The first Congressional Act on his behalf made him a Citizen through a naturalization process familiar to many immigrants through a type of congressional amnesty including that which is sought now from Obama's brain-child-birther concoction DACA.
Mitt Romney as the 2008 Republican Party Presidential Nominee ran against Barack Obama Democratic Party Presidential nominee and was seen in large part by the crowd who elected Donald Trump 2016, as the failure in taking a stand for the Constitution of the United States. Ultimately that failure is what ushered in the Obama-nation that America suffered for eight years and continues now to suffer in the Cabal/Cartel infesting the Government in the Russia-Gate Propagation towards the Presidency of Donald Trump.

Mike Lee hoped to use it to remind people on his email list of all the sins the Obama administration has committed to date in the order of racking in donations for Utah Republican's party; Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker praised the president for coming; and Gov. Gary Herbert said he hoped to get a private meeting with Obama; Cody Robert Judy, the only un-elected one in the bunch living in Utah having run as a losing Candidate for the 1st Congressional District in 2002, the U.S. Senate office in 2004 and 2010 that Sen. Mike Lee won,was actually serving Obama as a Presidential Candidate in 2008, 2012, and 2016 in the Supreme Court of the United States, due to Obama's ineligibility as a natural born Citizen. -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents-

You can imagine my surprise as I saw Air Force One landing then I thought today was a great day!" Judy said, serving his papers in the Supreme Court of the United States and muscling up for his Presidential Interview that night at WNLM Radio's Meat & Potatoes Show in Massachusetts while Obama was sound asleep at the Sheratan Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.
"Yes, it was rather interesting; the timing and everything. It just came together and coincided perfectly", Judy said, "One of the most interesting coincidences I've ever been involved with in politics. I felt very humbled and honored to be serving We The People, in serving Obama this humble appeal for Justice in the highest Court or Supreme Court of the United States. Of course Obama has gotten away with a lot but this Nation is not for sale nor will it be blackmailed by fraud or treacherous trickery. This has been my duty as a Presidential Candidate who has standing. Running in the race carries a very big responsibility and I hope America sees I've carried that well and not taken it for granted."
There has been a lot of speculation amid Sen. Ted Cruz's announcement to enter the race for President in the coming 2016 election. "I'm sure he knows he is not qualified, and a witness says Sen. Cruz acknowledged in a 2012 interview that Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was the requirement and Obama failed. Obama knew too, but what these men also know is how dog-gone hard it is to catch a thief. The problem has been being able to prosecute and hold the line even as the qualification for President as a natural born Citizen were being usurped by bullies. The Court processes take a long time. I've been involved with them since 2008 and sued McCain and Obama.
Judy points to long uphill court battle the LGBT community fought and how long it has taken them for their individual rights to be recognized in sanctioned unions of marriage by the Government and a fair tax credit. "I'm no different in wanting my Individual Rights recognized to run a fair race with all requirements of qualifications expected from every Candidate for the Office of the President", Judy said.
During Obama's visit to Utah he met with some of the Mormon Leaders there. LDS Church spokesman Eric Hawkins said LDS President Thomas S. Monson, age 87, skipped a meeting with Obama to preserve his strength for the LDS Church's General Conference this weekend. Shortly after President Barack Obama landed at Hill Air Force Base, he rode by motorcade to Salt Lake City where he had a private meeting at the Sheraton Hotel with Presidents Henry B. Eyring and Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the First Presidency and apostles L. Tom Perry and D. Todd Christofferson and it was noticed that Obama thanked them for their support in the new LGBT Law prohibiting discrimination, acknowledging the individual rights, and religious freedom.The measure took seven years to pass. That's about how long it seems I've been working through the loops of the Court in the emphasis of the Office of the President's unique qualification as a natural born Citizen and its a tough battle not only fought in the Court but fought in campaign of the public arena. Especially when the Media paints such a tough "racist" head strong wind to go against even though Sen. McCain was the first on my list to check check in U.S. Federal Court. That's happened a lot with Obama with others like Donald Trump, and Obama himself has insinuated the racist card many times in efforts to bring this issue of qualifications to the Court of Justice calling those Birthers circus acts and carnival barkers the day he handed out his fabricated long form birth certificate.
It took us back. We had to do some checking all the while Obama is redirecting the press as a big war hero getting Osama bin Laden the next day. There we are scrambling to check out a document almost immediately reported a forged document but it took law enforcement over 2500 hours and many many test were performed to come up with the official analysis signed in affidavit by the law enforcement investigation included to the Supreme Court of the United States in this Writ.
That hasn't been the only challenge to work through. We've had scholastic academic professors who have ventured over the line trying to merge the term "Citizen" and "natural born Citizen" in spite of the Constitution's clear distinction that Citizen was the requirement "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" U.S.C. Art. II, Sect. 1, Clause 5. These are respected and intelligent people from prestigious universities offering their commentaries. Still, Congress since 2003 has attempted to change the 'natural born Citizen' qualification to "Citzen" in the qualifications for Office for President. Its failed every time, which in summary is the witness and voice of the People not wanting it changed. There is a process to Amend the U.S. Constitution and it is not by listening to a few commentaries who wish to see it changed. Our elected leaders have more authority over the term then they do by the voice of many.
The fingers have been pointed that the Constitution didn't explain or didn't come with a dictionary of terms but with using deductive reasoning we can suppose that every type of "Citizenship" discussed in 3 U.S. Code: Title 8 Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h really describes for us every event of Citizen. The only one missing is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents which is natural born Citizen. The Constitution didn't define pirate either, but we know what one is.
THE CRUZ AFFECT BRINGING BI-PARTISANSHIP INTO THE COURT RULING
While Birthers have been getting slammed by Republicans and Conservatives for Sen. Ted Cruz it might prove the best thing to happen because suddenly a decision from the Court is bi-partisan. Title 8 (g) describes his circumstances as naturalized or codified by Government. [Nationals and citizens of United States at birth (g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of who is an alien and the other a citizen of the United States.] A person fitting this outline is Sen. Ted Cruz born in Canada to maybe one U.S. Citizen. His mother may have a Canadian citizenship if she naturalized like her husband. If that's the Case, Texas did not elect someone who was even a U.S. Citizen qualified but a Canadian natural born Citizen.
There really are only two kinds naturalized and natural. A natural born Citizen actually is the only circumstances prohibited in or from Title 8. and the reason is it is never doubted that one born in the Country to Citizens are natural born Citizens, and that is the requirement for the Office of the President. So asking what is a natural born Citizen hasn't been the right question. Its the deductive reasoning that is very available in Court that asks, "What isn't a natural born Citizen? We find that out in Title 8 describing all the types and variations or qualifications of "Citizen".
The good thing about this is it subsides the Court's own hesitation based on what's termed the doctrine political question.
REQUIREMENT OF COURT TO CALL WITNESSES and INVESTIGATIONS BY CONGRESS.
This Writ is diverse as it is capturing calling witnesses of profound importance to testimony. Like former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton to witness under oath at things they have been reported to say and to have said as to evidences they posses that Obama was not qualified and the complications and perils they faced in retaliations for their witness of which I will not elaborate upon at this time, but are key in the chilling effects doctrine of standing and important witnesses.

Why are Federal Secret Service Agents investigating a man whose name resembles the biggest fraud and forgery case in American history?
Turning a blind eye on Barack Hussein Obama is exactly what the Secret Service is doing as Sheriff Joe Arapaio's Cold Case Posse has positively identified multiple reasons why Barack Hussein Obama's long form birth certificate, draft selective service forms, and social security card are indeed either altered or assigned to a different person.
This raises the point that "Fraud & Forgery" when it comes to identity theft and alterations that might deceive the American people are acceptable but a small time case the Secret Service is all over.
The problem is that when area, or in this case Salt Lake City police, contacted Secret Service agents who then file a federal fraud complaint through the U.S. Attorney’s Office in most fraud and forgery cases of identity theft,it is done, but in Barack Hussein Obama's case Eric Holder is unwilling to investigate the guy in the White House in the face of alarming evidence of law enforcement.
This raises a big question however about Obama's commitment as well as law enforcement's commitment all over the country to, "everyone following the same rules" and being held to the same degree of the law. As it stands now the guy whose name resembles Barack Hussein Obama's who was caught in Salt Lake City is being charged with 35 counts so far.
If the law was equal Barack Hussein Obama would be charged with fraud for every single vote placed for him in the 2012 election which would amount to 60,193,076 counts of fraud. Of course this fraud is connected to money also with every contributions to a candidate who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the president, every dollar was given under an assumption that is false.
This is why the case in Salt Lake City, Utah of the guy whose name resembles Barack Hussein Obama, whose name is Furat Awel Hussain should at the very least be given a pardon by Barack Hussein Obama immediately, or why the Selective Service Agency should not bother prosecuting another case of fraud or forgery. Barack Hussein Obama's exploits in the manner rising to the office in the White House as a usurper have effectively put to rest or mooted any other charges filed against any other person in fairness under the law.
If I were apart of Furat Awel Hussain legal team, I would plead innocent claiming their is no law against such activity as Barack Hussein Obama has got away with it and the Secret Service is not interested in prosecuting any such activity against Barack Hussein Obama whose crimes far exceed 35 counts of fraud and forgery to the tune of over 60 million.
The Attorney General then should not be interested in prosecuting Furat Awel Hussain because of the proven executive choices of Obama in lying to the American public about his being a natural born citizen qualified for the office of the President he now resides in as a usurper.
Equal protection under the law applied to everyone is something we all hoped for, but Barack Hussein Obama has done more to unravel the integrity, truthfulness,honor, and respect for the law than anyone prior in the White House.
Who may have the greater interest in this? Believe it or not it may be the people pushing for same-sex marriage. In a featured story on CNN Obama said, ""I want everyone treated fairly in this country. We have never gone wrong when we've extended rights and responsibilities to everybody," he said, drawing big applause. "That doesn't weaken families, that strengthens families."
Under the current humiliation, desecration, and contempt for the law Barack Hussein Obama has demonstrated a dis-respect that will be permanently held up as a standard by everyone being prosecuted, and will I'm sure put many many more of our families in grave danger in society, from those who have sworn to uphold the law under such contempt as local law enforcement officials, to those innocent in our schools and churches as the umbrella of Truth and Honor withdraws from our society and we are left unto ourselves.
One of the reasons it is so important and we have so much respect for Jesus Christ is he subjected himself to the law so that he could become the master of the law and in such he found our respect, honor, and ultimately our happiness. Barack Hussein Obama has no such claim as he skirts the law and professes against the law.
Indeed we all are sinners, subject to our own frailties and there isn't a one of us who is without sin who can cast the first stone as Jesus asked those who accused the women caught in adultery to do.
John 8:4-11 They say to him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what say you? 6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. Personally, I think if we all did more forgiving then prosecuting we would be better off. It is very difficult when you are accused of breaking the law and prosecuted not to want exactness in the law.
That is why I as a natural born citizen - born in the United States to two Citizens - having run a race with Barack Hussein Obama have felt that the United States Supreme Court has let me down and held me to a standard that they didn't hold Barack Hussein Obama to.
Indeed Congress has held that the 'natural born citizen' clause of the Constitution demanding a natural born citizen in the office of the President and Vice President is indeed different than the qualification found in the Constitution for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators.
I ran the race in 2012 as a qualified candidate and Barack Hussein Obama did not. In deed in spite of the accomplishments of Lance Armstrong in winning so many prestigious races when it was found that he had not competed fairly with the other racers, the Administrations responsible for over seeing those races ensuring fairness and equality stripped him of all of his titles.
So to should Congress and the United States Supreme Court find the fairness and equality of the law in the most important race in America that effects literally every single American, the Presidential Race, and strip Barack Hussein Obama from the office of the President for not being qualified.
The demand for a black president should not supersede the demand for the black president to at least be qualified under the Constitution. The Constitution is after all what has provided such an attractive border to cross for many minorities looking for equal protection under the law. If that is not upheld America is actually debased into a land that no longer respects and honors individual rights, but actually apposes those for the mobs and the gangs to rule.
Indeed what minorities should fear more than a jail cell or gun to the head, when they come to America is the individual rights provided by America's constitution eroded away through the qualifications of the office of the president. Barack Hussein Obama may indeed be fighting for more votes by granting amnesty somewhere, but Citizenship through amnesty to a country that no longer respects equal and fair protection under the law is citizenship into a country that perhaps is as dangerous now as the country they came from. What is the point of following the path of citizenship if Barack Hussein Obama hasn't followed it only to die in America?
