Opportunity has been the biggest reason the United States of America has fundamentally changed the world. By leading in opportunity for each and every person to better their lives a generational hope was sown in the ground of the Union. The birth of a new nation was founded on the laws of attraction. In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person's life. The USA's framers and founders in the beginning knew that success would be dependent upon the opportunity of the individual. Thusly, the Constitution Republic was sewn in the seeds of opportunity of the Law of the Harvest- 

Galatians 6:7

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

The law of sowing and reaping also has a negative side. We not only enter into the blessings God has bestowed, but we also reap the results of wrong others have sown both before us and around us. It is impossible to deny at the time of our birth and we were born in the traditions of those who came up before us, and with certainty our development reflect those tradition, customs, and mores.

Proverbs 22:6

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The Lord...visits the iniquity of the fathers on the children and the children’s children, to the third and the fourth generation.

As the climax of the opportunity is reached for a society, just as swiftly, we can identify a weakness in Pride and in such a slip from the cup to the lip or a broken covenant - even a change in the DNA. 

Isaiah 24:5-6

"The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate; therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left."

It stands to reason that as we are born into a chain of abuse or cycle of abuse, the only way to break it is by not only asking to be forgiven, but asking the Lord to forgive your fathers to the third and fourth generation as it is entirely reasonable to see those traditions back that far ingrained on us deep as scratches on a copper plate. We don't often think that our genetic code could affect us in traditions and choices so deeply but we have very little problem with reflecting on how it makes us look.

Escaping this is no easy choice, for it is a path of resistance and rebellion to fathers and often the way you were raised. It might be said, it is easier to change your DNA than your traditions, but what if changing your traditions was exactly the process of changing your DNA?

Isaiah 1:18

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

The process back to strength is laid out as reasonable in changing of traditions that were weak or in error, however easy it may seem not everyone around you sees this as anything less then treason and that may be the hardest part.

In the study of  societies [Researchers noted that a huge divide in the rich and poor played "a central role in the character or in the process of the collapse" of civilizations over "the last five thousand years."] In just that element of class and divide, we see a power struggle began to play out. The roles, like a play, we have been groomed for seem to be the easiest to play, and breaking the cycle requires a certain family austerity.

This huge divide researchers are obsessed with also is raveled in genetic code as it has been discovered entire armies of Egypt and Persians were different in strength and code but over 400 years in captivity may have changed the genetic code of the Israelite or those lead out of bondage by Moses. We see in this Egypt once very strong began to decline and the favor of God rested on those who had been their servants or considered the "poor" among the 'rich.

In our own society we can see the signs of division or weakness creeping in as Politicians, Judges, and Lawyers have begun representing a broken covenant or change of DNA. This might be summed up as simply as a [denial of the truth] of Obama's Ineligibility as a [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5. But it is a weakness that has crept in at the hands of those who were not qualified that especially gained steam in 2000 when McCain was eyeballing the Presidency in full knowledge he had an eligibility problem as a native born son and heir of citizenship by soil from and of Panama.

To break a holy covenant a change must first be demanded by a bully. Bullies are cowards at heart having only their honk, bluff, and ego at the front and they come in representing their weakness.

Why would the late Sen. McCain need a naturalization act of Congress to make him a Citizen first, and then non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 to make him a recognized 'natural born Citizen' by half of Congress unless an illegal alteration was craved by a weakness from not being qualified? Why would nine proposed attempts to change 'natural born Citizen' have been docketed by the Congress from 2000-2008 unless that alteration craved legality by the vote of 2/3rds of Congress? They all failed, but that didn't stop the weaknesses from creeping in like thieves creeping in a House for a robbery in what was no less than Treason of the Covenant.

Of course we all know Sen. Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton were co-sponsors of that U.S. Senate Resolution 511. While McCain lost the election, we all know the future positions that Obama and Hillary would usurp. Obama in the Office of the President as a fraud of natural born Citizen requirement, with a fabricated long form birth certificate to highlight it, and Hillary knowing and understanding her accomplice, but capitalizing on it with a loose rein in her ability to prostitute the secretary of state office with foreign campaign contributions and her own private server.

The rest kind of goes down hill from there as we see what James Comey head of the FBI was involved in defending a usurpation of the secretary of state office by failing to recommend and deliver evidence to the Attorney General for a decision to  prosecute or not to prosecute, and that decision being usurped by James Comey from Loretta Lynch. We see Loretta Lynch compromised at the Tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton.

Comey, Yates, McCabe, Rosenstein all signed off on the FISA warrant that was initiated by CIA to the FBI. The December 5th,2018 story at the Hill reads like a reasonable treason protagonist mission impossible mystery novel- 'The addition to the list also comes at a sensitive time, as House Republicans prepare on Friday to question Comey, who signed off on the FISA warrant while remaining an outlier in the intelligence community about the Steele dossier.]

The following details part of my own personal experience with being homeless and what injustices, unfairness, and what I call economic targeting is happening within our society, that just might be part of that 'weakness' creeping in the DNA and following suit in Breaking the Covenant.

I have suffered pretty much a total loss of the equipment I purchased to survive the cold winters in Utah.

I had a tent that was stolen, and had to purchase this one approximately Jan 3 in a very cold dipping stretch of temperature  -25 to -33 below zero.

With Storms moving in over the last month nearly every other day or every day I was pinned down. And that is when Ogden City Police decided to make their attack on my property.

The economic targeting is horrible!  And the behavior is criminal. No Notice is given without destroying property first! That is inhumane.

A Dark Horse in the Race for President 2016 Defends Police

The 2015 riots in Baltimore, Maryland that have stemmed from what began as peaceful protest for an individual who was in the act of committing a criminal violation of have cultivated a seedy call from Al Sharpton that the Department of Justice needed to take over all local city and town Police forces. I don't think there are to many people understanding 'police violence' in a deliberate maleficence of going after a subject resisting arrest, failing to stop, or as this case may be 'evading arrest on foot'.

One very sad element about this so many people failing to quantify the Crime committed when running from the Police and we understand that as has been reported a preliminary test of the subject of protest has tested positive for heroin and marijuana and that the police were witnessing a possible drug transaction. While none of these offenses have the 'death penalty' as a criminal penalty, it should be widely agreed upon that when you run from the police you not only put yourself in jeopardy of losing life, limb and property, but the lives of others as well in many instances are also brought into that circle of death and injury, from a wide variety of circumstances that erupt from that decision to flee from police.

Don't act as if I don't know, because I do. Been there done that.. But the chances you take of serious accidents happening in the process of running from Police put yr life on the line as well the life's of others. Everyone knows that or should know as an adult or a juvenile. A new 2m:52sec video on the FB Police Training Page circulating the internet is very perceptive in articulating exactly what a 'small' problem that has gained such a big audience and is further escalating concerns of a politically motivated agenda that could even be linking back directly to Obama in his own fear of being convicted as usurper unqualified by the Constitution's demands for a 'natural born Citizen' as well as being a conspirator of knowingly handing out or using fabricated identification documents to gain public office.

I've been charged with a Class C misdemeanor for running, and suffered the consequences. My determination for justifying running was not considered relevant in Court but did serve a purpose of indemnity as you might remember the movie The Fugitive did in his pursuit of justice to clear his name rather then have it particularly scabbed by the Media out for a story that sells newspapers. Indeed false imprisonment and unlawful prosecution exist and where ever possible are subjects in need of Justice equally.

Evading arrest on foot (sometimes called flight) is committed by knowingly running away from an officer to escape capture, detention, or arrest. While many of your comments reflect bad on Police, none reflect badly on the 'element/action' that got police pursuit and attention in the first place. We all know peaceful cooperation and respect under normal circumstances and following orders of the police are generally the safest way to stay healthy. This is not what I would call truly pathetic. What is very sad is the way one protester put it: "We demonstrate peacefully no one pays attention; we burn a city everyone pays attention.", but is that attention the kind of attention you want and does it serve a purpose?

While American Pharaoh is favored 3:1 in the Kentucky Derby being run today, which is a lot more exciting then the Presidential Race of 2016 at this time, we as Americans really need to watch the Pharaoh's of our society- Those who would not respect our United States Constitution and the qualifications of the Presidential Race requiring a natural born Citizen that is very different from the qualifications of a U.S. Senator or a U.S. Representative that is written as "Citizen" as it is perfectly explained in this two minute Constitutional Reckoning Video.



As I mentioned earlier the political agenda of this escalation is indeed articulated by Al Sharpton in this quick video as he mentions:
[“That’s why we’re going to do this march from here to Washington. We need the Justice Department to step in and take over policing in this country.” He also added that it would take fighting states’ rights to do so.]



Baltimore Maryland burning and rioting and looting was afterwards condemned by Obama, but the Baltimore Mayor said she 'gave space to those who wished to destroy'. She's is not a little ole mayor who heads out to vote Democratic Party every four years and Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is also Vice President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors and has a close connection with Obama as the secretary of the Democratic National Committee or DNC.

NEVER LET A BAD CRISIS GO TO WASTE:

Can you imagine the State Budget "take over" of all the States Police Forces by the Feds if the DOJ took over State Police? As if the Feds don't have some jurisdiction now with Federal Law Suits that can be brought against "bad policing" as Civil Rights are infringed.

This idea of the "take over" is money oriented. Just look at the Police Budgets of every, City, and Town in every State and the Feds getting into that. That Budget is what is being sought after here, not Justice. The DOJ can't handle "justice" in their own department of corruption in that a Usurper is at the head of it. Can you imagine them competently handling justice in every city and town in your State?

Indeed if this "No Justice No Peace" slogan were in fact sympathetically 'true' to an agenda of "Justice for All", as our Pledge of Allegiance is indicative of, wouldn't those who are presently advocate for Justice also be advocating that Obama is Ineligible by the standards of the United States Constitution and that those so damaged should be justly compensated for the damages in honoring justice? Indeed, isn't it in fact the mockery of Justice and the devotion to inequality that says otherwise?

If "justice" is only about the money, then you have to be rich to get justice. Those poor kids on the streets stating they want justice or their isn't going to be any peace are either simply being used or don't have the slightest idea where 'justice' begins and this is being harrowed up in the Media and exploited. Well, Obama might not agree that trickle down economics works, but we certainly see it works from the top down and that those at the bottom of the economic ladder do not get the same kind of justice that the rich often do myself included.

There is irony in the statement that people 'want elections to be controlled by the people' instead of big corporations and PACs that support Candidates with loads of cash but in the request that a candidate fund his own campaign with his own money and if he doesn't have any to mock him about it as has been done plenty to me. The irony of saying you want justice and your Civil Rights protected is that then you support a cause that really seeks to derail your Civil Rights and put an end to, once-and-for-all, your rights as citizens in the Order of making you subjects like those we might call American Pharaohs. You keep a close eye on American Pharaoh as he runs the race in the Kentucky Derby and let's see what happens to him.

OBAMA'S FREE PASS - There's no "Black Justice or Guilt" like White?

Is our Nation focused at this time with an uproar for ‘Justice for All’ or ‘Justice for Some?’ As the police turn their backs on New York Mayor de Blasio for a second time in just over a week for two slain officer’s executed assasination style as retaliation, as the article mentions, of a grand jury declining to indict an officer whose choke hold contributed to the death of a Staten Island man. The protest by officers was orchestrated by the Police Union officials angry at de Blasio’s condoning criticism of the police as ‘the bad guys’.

When color and race are left out of the story a racist view cannot be extrapolated, but when mentioning the Staten Island Man was black and so was the man who executed the two officers one of which had emigrated from China, and the other a Hispanic, and de Blasio a mix of German and Italian decent a separation or distinction of justice is made.
De Blasio ran for mayor with the promise to end ‘stop and frisk’ and heal bitter relations between police and New Yorkers of color. His tenure has seen a spike in anti-police arrest and dissatisfaction with law enforcement by the NYPD Union by putting the interest of protestors above police. He initiated new de-escalation training for officers, more lax marijuana prosecution, and oversaw the beginning of cameras worn by police. On its face I know a lot of people think these are very good ideas to thwart and guard against police corruptions in evidence due a charged defendant.

Initially I shared this as is, but the more I thought about it the more I disliked the BOLD heading mostly because it doesn't take in account "Justice For All", which the 114th Congress will recite tomorrow to open up its new session. In this case, a simple "request for records" cleared him from all charges and justice worked out.

In my own Case, often used as a 22 year old political tool to slam me, for example, records and video were denied to me Copyrighted by The LDS Church Presidency, used by the State, but denied to me and the public, so as to cover the actions of assault up like these police are seen beating the guy with his hands up.

I'm white. .so what .. Not black enough for justice and the "rights of evidence to those accused "? IN HIS CASE all charges were dropped and the police were charged. In my Case, they denied the evidence, kept the charges, and I did the time, and those who did the beating got away and no one protested because of the LDS slant with the Media Coverage, albeit KTVX CH4 who spent 10K trying to get the evidence for the public but was also denied that "Records Request".

That said, I agree records should be available to those accused, the accused should have rights to all evidence used against them. People wonder why I run for Office and stand so fast on the Constitution which outlines these rights for ALL. Somehow, we have to get over this racist b.s. and acknowledge using black victims as poster children is fermenting the stew.

So, I ran to the source and posted the article like this:

That there are "bad judgements" made by Police and Prosecutors working together to frame people all for what? Because they can? It happens all the time, most of the time, or seldom with all colors of people folks.

This isn't a black problem as much as it's a "justice for all" problem and that problem goes unheard, it's often silenced, and swept under the carpet. This is one victim: imagine for instance 320 Million Victims of voting Fraud because Obama has a forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate and is not a natural born Citizen. When will Congress vett Obama and hear the evidence of the massive crimes and criminal actions involved with his fraudulent identity? We don't hear a peep from the Media about this crime of deceit upon the all the people by a single person or individual.

I certainly understand your words warranting video on streamed 24/7 (by police video cams on each officer) John, that's novel , but the main headline really is used to obfusicate Obama's cover up, and give him a free rein to do whatever the hell he wants to. You may have heard of the black protest that stormed into a restaurant and interrupted brunch? #BlackBrunch ? Well, I've got a theory that what's being done here by example is if you're skin is dark you can now get away with anything, including breaking the law. JUSTICE for all is what we should be calling for. Calling for Black Justice is racist as it excludes white, red, ect. I certainly hope examples count, and mine is not dismissed because of the color of my skin.

Many start to get uncomfortable when the light of justice shines on them and they are seen as not so pure white like the Virginia Gov. just slammed for corruption charges and is facing a heartbreaking 10 years in prison for receiving gifts. Do we Google to see what color he is, or what party he is from?'

Police cannot deny that there are some bad apples on the force, nor can Prosecutors deny they've called for blood from nothing but turnips, nor can Congress give the American people an honest answer as to the cover-up of justice on Obama's identification and non-natural born Citizen occupation as a usurper of the Office of the President.

DISPARITY ARREST RECORDS

Arrest Records show disparity of color, but do not account for Socio economic, Education and other factors related to an induction of criminal action. This story from USA TODAY details a real racist motivation for arrest because of color but fails in the undertaking of providing the pie chart applicable to showing contributing factors leaving the 'race bate' to be used as a poster child.

They even fail to offer an opinion of what they think should be done about it? Should officers now stop an arrest on a crime in progress because the eenie meenie miney mo peg is on the color of white this time? Should the man power of the police force be increased and a profiling of white people be set up as a separate precinct? If anything black people should be very concerned about being 'used' as a tool for the elite; for as jobs have been deported, our economy has shrunk from the medium income of 2000, education rates have soared, and more jobs are created that do not require a college education then do, we are left blaming as Bill Clinton spoke so eloquently, "the economy stupid", not some new racist movement.

Obama is in fact acting as a single ball wrecking crew of both your rights and your economy through total disregard for the U.S. Constitution and his FREE PASS because Congress has failed to require that he be a natural born citizen and examine the evidence of his identification fraud upon every American.

White guilt as its entered in on Wikipedia.org is an individual or collective guilt felt by some white people for harm resulting from racist treatment of people of color by whites both historically and currently’. There is no entry for ‘Black Guilt’ or ‘Red Guilt’ on Wikipedia which one might think applied for crimes committed by other colors of people that include historical and current facts.

Rush Limbaugh said ‘reaching out’ to get the black vote was not what the Republican Party should or is doing. They hope to educate people to turn them around while Bob Schafer opined the Republicans are not doing much to buy the hispanic or african american vote as the Democratic Party has done “giving things away” in order to get votes. In other words buying your vote with a quid pro quo-I’ll give you something if you give me something. The biggest problem with that is it creates ‘dependence’ usually, and that doesn’t stop for poor people on food stamps. In fact it probably runs right up the chain just as you have seen big corporations and Government employees get exemptions from Obamacare.

Schieffer said, 'Let’s just talk about the politics side of it. Here you have -- you’re coming up on the 2016 race. Aren't Republicans going to have to find some way to appeal to Hispanics and African Americans and what is that way because I think you would agree right now if you just look at it, it doesn't look like they're doing very much.'

I wonder if Bob understands that Americans who are black today are not from Africa, they are from America. Bob was also the one who really jumped on Donald Trump as a racist for calling out for Obama to be held accountable to the law of the U.S. Constitution and produce a long form birth certificate which has now been touted as a fabrication or forged document by a law enforcement investigation.

In New York City and Oakland a call for an #blackbrunch organized protest was held in which three dozen people participated in demonstrations in New York, where they momentarily “disrupted” meals at popular midtown eateries, including Lallisse, Maialino and Pershing Square — places protesters identified as predominantly “white spaces.”

The folks over at POWERLINE noticed that members of the communist group International A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now To Stop War And End Racism) have been a driving force behind many of the anti-cop rallies in New York City which leads us right back to Obama and the Democratic Party as it celebrates on the front page of its site currently Barack Obama’s collaboration with the Castro regime with the banner headline “The Cuban Five Are FREE!”

Americans are waking up to the fact that the communist party in America will use minorities to stir up division in its goal to fracture America from within and separate Americans celebrating diversity as a Union of States. This has been a stated goal from long ago as Russian Officials seem to know America would have a 'black' president before America did as it was reported quite some time as far back as 1992 direct from Moscow-"What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?"

Our hope remains that individuals will be celebrated as our U.S. Constitution declares 'justice for all' celebrating individual inalienable rights and that as individuals we will realize of course sometimes there are bad individuals in Government, or in the Police Force, or in Society in General, but that here in the United States of America we are all under an umbrella called the U.S. Constitution. As we celebrate that, we are able to weed out bad individuals, rather then encompass whole groups creating fractures and gulfs within our society that are unjustified and do not serve justice.

It is very important that people of diversity coming together as we do in the United States of America and understand the contributions of every citizen here for the United States of America are important, and that groups trying to act as dividers or spoiled children are indeed spot lighted for true motives. I am acutely aware of awe inspiring beauty from the diverse colors, cultures, and religions in America that have contributed to our greatness and hope with all my heart a more generous helping of our collective as Americans, which we all can partake of, will be celebrated today and in our future.

That when those sharks of racism raise their voices they will be chased off; that when in efforts to tear down the wonderful balloons soaring into the heavens heralding our song in the U.S. Constitution and the wonderful rights guaranteed therein for all individuals, won't be reached in what is our grounded terrific reality.

As for my own White Guilt, I long ago treated McCain to Judy v. McCain- a law suit in 2008 challenging that his native born citizenship from Panama in the Panama Hospital, not a military hospital, as he claimed prohibited him as a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President. As it relates to 'citizenship' the Supreme Court has ruled that state territories and military bases did not offer the same rights as did the United States as they are still within foreign territories of the United States which was the reason Barry Goldwater was not a natural born Citizen being born in a territory of the states, so I have no problem with serving Obama up the same plate.


Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

“What would you like the new Republican controlled Senate to address first”, asks the multiple choice questionnaire make the rounds on the Internet with five choices offered with the pertinent tantalizing Red alert that challenges everyone at the beginning, “Only one addresses them all”.

Indeed the choices are for conservatives like walking in to the candy store and having to decide on one, when all the choices look so good. Wanting to of course have all, one cannot help but contemplate which of all of these choices would actually result in a windfall of having it all?

We’ve all been there, wondering how we could possible choose between the peanut butter cups, the chocolate covered almonds, the caramel popcorn, or ones favorite ice-cream with whatever was the fancy on top, or the chocolate covered pretzels offering the perfect twist on sweet and salty ones mouth could possibly imagine. With this challenge comes the delicious promise that if we choose the right one, we could have the other four!

A. The first choice TransCanada’s proposed Keystone XL Pipeline would transport oil sands crude from Canada and shale oil produced in North Dakota and Montana to a market hub in Nebraska for further delivery to Gulf Coast refineries. The pipeline would consist of 875 miles of 36-inch pipe with the capacity to transport 830,000 barrels per day. Because it would cross the Canadian-U.S. border, construction of Keystone XL requires a Presidential Permit from the State Department that Obama has promised to block.

B. Obamacare- The monstrosity overwhelming one-fifth of the entire U.S. Economy was jammed down America’s throat with as Obama’s promises “you could keep your doctor” and “it wasn’t a tax” and absolutely no Republican input, as Democrats controlling the House, The Senate, and the Executive Branch in Obama’s Signature and felt America had totally abandoned any sense of reality even though the 2010 election had returned control of funding to Republicans and Mitt Romney was beaten in 2012 by an edge of 2% amidst smoky elections at best, and all would be fixed with money you just threw at Obamacare from tax collections. With a stroke of heaven’s luck the web site roll-out was about as disastrous as the transparency that was promised, and anyone that had money in the game was given a pass until the lower parts of America’s middle class picked up the ball and started rolling with it or paying for it through their federal income tax withholdings if necessary by the IRS and confiscation of property by penalty delayed to start this next year.

C. The National Debt spoken by the Media in the hushed tones of blinds closing just bounced 40 Billion the last few days to a mile marker of over 18 Trillion and now by its demand has produced a stamp of debt upon future generations so debilitating that one might look at their grandkids as slaves likened to the Egyptians in the new Exodus with an evil torrential juvenile master as God. Indeed, the juvenile behavior has come from the dictatorial Government that cast aside the Constitution in favor of child-collateral written or placed upon the heads and hands of all the children in America in their life long labors contriving what has candidly been called “generational theft”. The debt was at about 10.5 billion in 2008 and the stock market was at 7,500 after the crash. A near conundrum perplexes the brain at the boast the stock market is now at 17,000 but the debt has nearly doubled.

D. Immigration – Obama-Reid-and Pelosi Company halted any executive action prior to the election of 2014 as a grace period for the Democratic Party to gain favor with the American People fearing that if action happened with Immigration before the election a revolt would happen with the voters and they would lose the U.S. Senate. That body of the Government designated in Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution stating, “..the sole power to try all Impeachments ..when the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside; and no Person shall be convicted without concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and [disqualification] to hold and enjoy any office with honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to law. After the 2014 election, Obama forged ahead with his immigration plans and using ‘discretionary prosecution power’ issued an executive order putting a stop to the deportation of five to eleven million illegal aliens defying the election results as any kind of will of the people.

E. Obama’s Eligibility- The qualifications for the President are clearly not those of for the U.S. Reps and U.S. Senators that also differ accept in the requirement of “Citizen”. In fact the “Citizen” requirement does exist for the Office of the President if you born at the time of the signing of the Constitution, but afterwards devolved upon only a ‘natural born Citizen’ understood without a doubt to be those born in the U.S. to Citizen parents; with no alien-ship or foreign citizenship for two generations. This served as a protective barrier, or wall of defense in the national defense security of our nation as the person in the Office of the President, unlike Representatives and Senators has also the post of Commander-In-Chief of the whole of the armies. Such a power is clearly much greater than those powers of the Representatives and Senators who act as a body with many members. The naïve stand that “Citizen” is ‘good enough’ for the Office of the President not only clears the path to a single generation from a double generation protection, but acts as a forbidden construction upon the U.S. Constitution.

Obama’s long form birth certificate he actually handed out 3 years after his election, declared a foreign citizenship in his father; and in honoring his father, that must be considered or certain disrespect is heralded to his Kenyan/British Heritage and Obama’s Indonesian foreign citizenship formally adopted by his step-father to attend school in Indonesia.

Further exacerbating the root has been a law enforcement investigation that declares both Obama’s long form birth certificate, his short form, and his draft registration are all forgeries. This in affect is a declaration of fraud for every vote every cast for Obama in the Presidential elections of 2008 and 2012 and places America without a qualified person in the Office of the President. Indeed much information has come forward in Obama’s identity fraud since those elections also relating his social security number used by a man in Connecticut, and perilous more information coming from testimony, Obama’s own literary agency, news reports, all given relevance by Obama’s now famous characteristic of ‘covering-up’ truth with non-transparency.

As he lied to America about Obamacare and your being able to keep your doctor, he also has guarded with great secrecy his passports details used to travel to Pakistan after Occidental College when it was forbidden for Americans to travel there, and kept his college transcripts covered up. All of this evidence is ready and ripe for Congress to hear having in effect a [disability] charge to conduct the Office of the President articulated in U.S.C. Amend. 14, Sec. 3 in a failure or inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the Office of the President by authority qualification, acts much the same way that a police officer might be certified to do it but lack the authority by law after being released or resigning.

Republicans have always used the excuse that an ineligibility qualification could not be held due to the Democratic Parties control of the U.S. Senate who has the sole right to conduct trials on the person occupying the Office of the President. While that excuse was legitimate now, Republicans doubt that in the face of all this evidence they could not get 2/3rds of Congress to agree upon it, even if they acknowledged the Trial, however, I think that elected Democrats realizing the wrath of the American People in the elections coming in 2016 will be happy to listen to the evidence with intent concentration.

This of course is a gross negligence placed in the face of the American People, much as was done in the 2010 Republican take-over of the House in a refusal and failure to bring justice to the People on Obama for fraud and forged identification papers, but hold Pres. Bill Clinton impeached for a lie on the oath that he had not been with Monica Lewinski, laid bare with the stained dress that matched Bill Clinton’s DNA.

The message seems clear from Republicans as the American People might gather with not too much deductive reasoning; If you screw someone in the White House it’s not ok, but if you screw the people in fraudulent elections it’s ok.

The choice Republicans face across the Nation after the 2014 election? Sway their elected leaders to open a Trial on the fraud that Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is indeed not qualified to discharge the duties of the Office of the President so delegated by qualifications of the United States Constitution.

Sometimes it is difficult for the general public to imagine getting involved with a Presidential Race at this early of a time, but make no bones about it, the big players are already talking to the big money players hoping to edge out their own cut of the limited amount of dollars that will be spent in the 2016 Presidential Election.

The Presidential Porn Sting and The Ring of Fire


The solicitation of scantily clad and nude women was something I’d seen before and there are plenty of citizens out there trying to make ends meet involved in that kind of solicitation for a living. I for one understand that. One thing I didn’t expect was to be reporting to the public that it was a favored tool of what I will call a Presidential Porn Sting against me as a presidential candidate. Believe me when I say this is a worm hole and those involved are as low as worms can go.

One of the most powerful tools against Conservatives and shall we say in general middle America is indeed a collusion of exploitation upon a necessary body within the politic. On one hand the Constitution has within it a very revered principle to conservatives and liberals alike we know as ‘free speech’ and ‘free press’. On the other hand traditional conservative people who love the Constitution would most likely turn away from someone running for office exposed as a regular solicitor of pornography, and therein lays a big problem.

Somewhere in the middle ground of ‘free speech’ and conservatives ‘moral principle’ regarding porno a breached and divide can be wedged quite easily as a tool in a left wing sting with the use of unsavory propaganda upon the public to favor themselves in the political arena in a divide and conquer strategy.
Exposing this strategy at the root of maniacal manipulation is I believe something worth exploring and reporting in an effort of exposing in a fair and transparent way to the public the lengths of which opposition is willing to descend to in a power tussle of an election. I believe this is one of Obama’s favorite tools and he understands if very well dating back to his first win as a U.S. Senator in Illinois when he went for the jugular of his opponent in reveling in divorce records.

The unseedy elements of this I have been subject to as a Presidential Candidate are probably only beginning. As a matter of transparency I must address my reality in the matter as I’ve traced solicitation of what can only be called ‘porn’ perpetrated upon my phone and computer under the cover of “ group conversation” text to my phone and computer that I have traced unbelievable back to military individuals associated with military groups of our Government.

What specifically happens is I will receive a message that includes a group of up to 40 individuals in what is called a ‘group conversation’ of a solicitation of porn. Then what happens is you will find the perpetrators of the conversation exiting the group conversation as quickly as it is sent. In other words this is not a group conversation for which the sender wants to be a part of; it’s a deliberate sting, frame job, or set up in what we’d call a traditional cover-up.
Now, someone sent those ‘group conversations’ can exit those groups but it’s not as easy as you might think it ought to be. It takes a pretty proficient knowledge about how social media works and all the ins and outs of your phone and the applications on the social media network to corral and exit yourself as a target. In the mix of that you can definitely be set up.

The excuse of not knowing how to do something while your operating a car is not always a good excuse but it is an excuse. Think about how many people don’t know how to change a flat tire on their car or actually could be charged with a ticket for an accident relative to any number of car fluids being low and causing the accident. There are probably a lot of people who don’t know the difference between their car washer fluid depository and their brake fluid or motor oil depository, but they can drive a vehicle just fine. This is what I’m alluding to. Just because you have an i-phone or a computer doesn’t mean you know how to program it, use it, or prevent others from using maliciously.

We could all ask Obama when he entered the white house as a non eligible or constitutionally unqualified person in the Office of the President why the secret service had to overhaul his blackberry phone and while we are asking, we could include how he surmised not being a natural born Citizen didn’t make him a bully voiding out the actual qualifications for the Office of the President? Most of us don’t have the benefit of the secret service watching out for us.

What I’ve learned to do, as I said I’ve seen a ton of those pornographic messages and what I usually will do is simply look to see if the first person exiting the group is the sender or perpetrator of the message. If it is, you can generally assume you’re being stung in a sting operation that someone who sent the group message or gathered the group of names together, and folded the message to as a trap or set up. It’s not enough I’ve found to simply exit the group conversation which I did a number of times and found I was still the subject to the group message another day because I was on the list.

Now all this can be explained away in a manner of speaking as a form of teen mischievousness or even a low end adult adventure trying to make an extra dollar or two and I would normally at first associate it with something like that. As a next step to it being somewhat bothersome, I begin “blocking” the person who I noticed was sending the message and exiting the group very quickly which I figured would block me from getting the messages as presumably I would block the person who had the list I was on from sending me the message.

Now to find that same list with someone else sending you the same message implies the person you blocked had friends or accomplices in the teen prank or adult adventure show. They are not acting alone. Let’s say you go through several friends blocking them in turn like you did the first with imaginative names that also have profiles that look pretty legitimate on a social network, so you assume they are real people. Imagine the shock when you find after a few blocks the same message linked to a profile of a military person associated with a military group in our Government. That connection is a little too close for comfort and you can probably assume with relative ease your being targeted by the Commander-In-Chief as the military order exclusively directs in a chain of command.

This is what’s happening to me as a Candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and 2016 as the only Presidential Candidate in America who in court record opposed John McCain and Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012 because presumably the ‘race card’ doesn’t work as well with me as it might with other politicians who oppose Barack Obama’s qualifications but maybe even perhaps a bit unwittingly gave McCain a pass setting themselves up as dominoes for the ‘race card’ Obama employs so easily.

Now when you find yourself in a sting operation maybe under even presumptuously good intentions relayed by those in seats of power like what we heard from A.G. Eric Holder about the good intentions of Operation Fast & Furious leading to deaths of an unfortunate border guard, or the good intentions of former SOS Hillary Clinton in Benghazi in testimonies to Congress related to the deaths of a few others subject to a sudden collapse of national security, being relayed in contempt of Congress literally or the shrill of contempt in a statement like “What difference does it make now”; you have to start asking the public to put two and two together and start discerning a line between those actually opposed to the Constitution who are saying they are for it, and those actually standing up for the Constitution subject to stings of those who are with their actions not standing up for it, but are saying they are.

That is a responsibility to you the voters and supporters of politicians who really can’t exist without your support and contributions. What would I have you do when confronted with nasty revelations?

Arm yourselves with truth. That is literally the best defense against false accusations remembering ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. How can you take ‘porn’ out of the hands of your opponent’s arsenal as a weapon in the political arena? You ask people to support ‘free speech’, You understand your free speech is on an alter of sacrifice in your assault upon someone else’s right of free speech to burn the American Flag in a protest that makes your blood boil.
You understand your free speech is connected to the free speech associated with ‘pornography’ that makes you kind of sick to your stomach. How do you do that with something? You start looking for the kernels of truth in something that makes you sick to your stomach so there is at least something to hold fast to that prevents you from stomping on your own principle that you hold dear.

How could a church going guy or gal married and dedicated to serving the interest of their union find a kernel of truth in porn? By realizing their own acts of love together could be presumed as starring in a porn film in the site of God if God so chose to look upon them that way. We all have bodies and beauty in the body in an art form rather than a negative light is a perception. Seeing beauty in an art form takes the power out of an evil perception. That is a kernel of truth and what we are fighting against more than anything because if your eye is only upon evil what light has your body been filled with?

Dependents upon your presumption of evil is of course a tool in the political arena where standing for principles should over ride much of the rising tide of debauchery that can be or is employed in desperation and the lack of being able to stand on solid Constitutional Principles. If I had a prayer or a wish to God that’s what it would be. If we can change our perceptions to look at and for truths, well, then we will go places upward rather than dwelling with the worms beneath.

Religious hypocrisy has got to stop at the door of examination and a celebration of the truth, with the foundation of our Constitution as a guide to employ. That is not easy by any means, but it is worth it. You can understand how politicians, especially those who not single like myself, could be framed and really bullied with a porn sting, which would amount to a ring of fire upon their marriage or divorce for that matter. Sacrificing Constitutional Principles with the use of extortion upon the marriages of politicians is a weapon easily used and must be seen as the actions of a worm.

We as a public must start understanding much more as a collective that the benefits of America are our opportunities to employ our Constitutional Principles upon our politicians and that may very easily be in defense of someone who has been or is being framed.

There is another equally important guide we must all take in moderation and a balance and that has to do with 'police brutality' being taken and used as a tool to employ uprisings for the purposes of a justification for martial law and a crackdown on our 2nd Amendment Rights, rights to free speech, rights to peacefully assemble all under attack.

While in my own heart I feel it a tragedy anyone unarmed is shot down by police who somehow figured a net, peppermace,or a baton was not adequate force in a take down and instead made a decision of lethal force the revelation of six bullets in the body is certainly a reason for concern in Missouri. However looting, pillaging and robbing other people is not an answer or quick route for justice. In fact, if you wanted to consider those engaged in that behavior as acting as a significant force on behalf of martial law, or a justification somehow manipulated in an order to destroy the Constitution's 2nd Amendment you could very easily stay on that path and see it. Minorities have every reason to be concerned with being used this way and in actions they find justifiable really see themselves used as pawns in the tool to destroy individual rights of liberty.

WE as Citizens must be able to discern how and when an escalation of violence on behalf of an individual can be used as a tool of justification of and for a certain brutality upon the public with a significant emphasis on the principles of our Constitution. Are individual rights of people supported or slain in a communities uprising and protest?

If you can answer that individual rights are slain you can figure some force is really out to manipulate the security of the community. This is precisely the advocate I have maintained in the civil arguments in court advocating that having someone in the oval office who is not a natural born Citizen, (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) is very much in an extraordinary position of defamation of our Constitutional Character representing a national security threat.

As the State's National Guard is called out in on a symptom of the problem I cannot help but advocate to protesters that if you are going to protest "Police Brutality" and not make a mention of the "Presidential Brutality" upon the public amounting to the usurpation on the Office of the President, your protest is nothing more than a manifestation of hypocrisy towards the justice in truth you seek.

Excusing one form of brutality and justifying another amounts to a call for change from black people who by all means should be engaged in a preservation of their Constitution as Americans, every bit as important as everyone elses. I call upon them to consider their mistake in Barack Obama and consider the mounting evidence of the truth rather than the blatant actions of looting that saws upon the cross of Jesus Christ as a cross saw.

If police were armed with cameras and video recorders like i-phones rather than tier gas and bullets a speculation of justice in court rather than on the streets might be a much better weapon of choice. Rounding up thugs who loot on a predatory impulse as a ring of justice is captured by police watching might serve the community as a much better example that your not getting away with anything. We will find you with your actions caught on tape and visit you soon after you return to your home with the loot.


Regarding the protest of the police bullying in regards to shooting unarmed people here in Utah and across the Nation. I wonder if your familiar with what exactly is happening with the police force and who is behind militarization of the police?

This was Obama's plan from the beginning everyone. In this video you see police even firing at the media. Now, what's important about this? Well, people have not understood the importance of our Constitution's qualification for President, especially the Media. You object to being fired upon but conceal a cover-up of Presidential required qualifications and wonder what rights you have as a Media Reporter? Your trampling on your own rights..don't you see yourselves as you are seen?

Obama is not a natural born Citizen. When you protest police violence and condone violations of the Constitution your in fact at odds with yourself. I for one am fighting this fight taking Obama to court on these violations because these violations are mirrored images of the police brutality at its root. Bullying you're way into the White House is brutality upon a lot more of the public then a bully of a police force upon one individual, but you give excuse to Obama and condemn the police?

I just want you to remember out there today how important our Constitution is and in a true sense understand this brutality is often used to provoke unrest for justification of further crackdown on 2nd Amendment rights, free speech rights and free press rights.

Fighting for the Constitution is a fight against the government bullying/ not just one against police. I wonder sometimes why people will not support a peaceful legal battle in a court of law before they take to the streets in protest of a symptom of the problem rather than addressing the root of the problem.
