Yesterday (Wensday) was a real heart clincher. Whenever you see and hear Americans of all different colors, faiths, and cultures coming together under the Banner of Americans you gain a real appreciation of The United States of America's success.
I thought that JB Williams did just a fantastic job as Host along with Timothy Harrington on the Show. My heart was moved at the personal revelation JB shared of raising three boys in his home as family who he helped guide through the racial divide to an American realization of opportunity.
The Guest Diamond and Silk with there delightful and fresh takes on the Truth in standing United as Americans was very encouraging and places the hope as the guiding light of the North Star for our United States of America to find a way through the haze and fog meant to divide and estrange our unique and brilliant Light here in the United States of America.
It was my pleasure to be part of the show as JB graciously acknowledged me and through the grace of God we collectively come together to help all of America understand Birthers as standing up for the United States of America in a unique and special American Qualification for the Office of President.

The United States Supreme Court Justices have just issued a ruling in the first Conference Hearing since their return from Recess that literally has every lawyer in the Country scratching their heads wondering about the commitment of prohibiting construction precedent to the U.S. Constitution by the Supreme Court Justices. The Case, a Birther Case entitled Elliott v. Cruz 16-13 received a "Denial" September 26th, 2016 which literally reverses every Birther Case since 2008 against Obama wherein "Standing" was cited or "The Political Question Doctrine" as an Obama alibi.
It seems nearly insane to re-open every Case against Obama's Ineligibility but this new evidence provides just that Gate because the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court affirmed the lower court's argument that a "Citizen" not in the Presidential Race or Contest actually had "Standing" to challenge Obama or Cruz or any Candidate with questionable Constitutional collateral as far as qualification being born either outside the United States (jus soili) or having a mother or a father who are not United States Citizens at the time of the Candidates Birth received by what is called a parental inheritance or jus sanguinis.
The defense Obama so many times used and counted on was the fact that no one in Government Office who was not running for President, or who had standing could challenge his eligibility and that started with the most famous case that reached the U.S. Supreme Court very early on in the challenging erra of pre-Obama Administration Berg v. Obama which was a Democratic Party Challenge by Philip J Berg who just happened to be a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania where the latest ruling of Elliott v. Cruz was initiated.
Philip Berg, a lawyer acting pro se, filed this action challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to run for and serve as President of the United States. The District Court dismissed Berg's action on the grounds that he lacks standing and failed to state a cognizable claim.
Initially, the Candidate contends that we should not address the question of whether he is a “natural born citizen” because it presents a non-justiciable political question. He contends that this doctrine applies because the question of whether a candidate is eligible to take office as President of the United States is within the purview of the Electoral College or the United States Congress.The political question doctrine is invoked only when the framers of the Constitution made clear their intention that the judiciary abstain from resolving a particular question of constitutional interpretation. In Zivotofsky ex rel. Zivotofsky v. Clinton, the United States Supreme Court addressed this doctrine, stating that:In general, the Judiciary has a responsibility to decide cases properly before it, even those it “would gladly avoid.”
By not hearing the Case, the U.S. Supreme Court has opened a Door previously shut, and shut tight against regular Citizens who were not in the race who they perceived did not have standing based on their not being directly affected as Standing requires
1-Injury-in-fact: The plaintiff must have suffered or imminently will suffer injury—an invasion of a legally protected interest that is (a) concrete and particularized, and (b) actual or imminent (that is, neither conjectural nor hypothetical; not abstract). The injury can be either economic, non-economic, or both.
2-Causation: There must be a causal connection between the injury and the conduct complained of, so that the injury is fairly traceable to the challenged action of the defendant and not the result of the independent action of some third party who is not before the court.
3-Redressability: It must be likely, as opposed to merely speculative, that a favorable court decision will redress the injury.
With the United States Supreme Court Justices denying Phillip Berg cert because he lacked standing but allowing through a denial the PA State Supreme Court to affirm that Carmon Elliott had standing one can see very clearly a dissociate of Justice in undoubtedly the most important office in the United States of America as head of the Executive Branch.
Of course the Standing argument was never made against me as a Presidential Candidate in '08, '12, and 2016 in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and 14-9396 , they just said it was 'crazy' like Presidential Bill Clinton just called Obamacare that a calabash cartel could be formed wherein the DNC as a Corporation and Obama's own Campaign as a Corporation could act against the Constitution in bullying the Constitution's Qualification for President out of The People's Choice without Legislation Amending the Constitution per Constitutional Order and pitching off a smaller Candidates Justice to require fairness and equality as a Standard in the Presidential Race according to the rules in the U.S. Constitution.
I know it sounds crazy doesn't it? How could a usurpation of the highest office in the United States happen or be found frivolous when President Bill Clinton calls Obamacare crazy and Obama's signature as a Qualified President is required to pass all legislation?

How important is the Constitutional Qualification of a U.S. President?
Well, just one piece of Legislation that has consumed 1/5 of the entire U.S. Economy is 'moot' without a qualified President's signature or a veto override by 2/3 of Congress. Obamacare ring a bell?
The Representatives and Senators in the House and Senate elected to represent the People denied a change to the [natural born Citizen] qualification eight times just since 2003.
Why were challenges against Obama seen as 'doomed'? Well, it had a lot to do with no one having 'Standing' in the Presidential Race who was a popular Elected Representative taking a stand. Republicans could not object until they were chosen to represent as the Republican Nominee the Democratic Nominee, but as a Candidate in the Democratic Party I had Standing against Obama in 2012 and I was the only one to challenge both McCain and Obama in 2008. Although it is a distinguished honor to be the only Presidential Candidate in America with a bi-partisan defense in Federal Court, it is not very popular among Republicans and Democrats. Maybe that tells you something of their feelings about the U.S. Constitution?
Still, Hillary Clinton, the crazy Democratic Nominee who defends Obamacare so far as not crazy, and is also bi-polar on TPP, the Alaskan Pipeline, Gay Marriage, Criminal Act, Iraq, etc etc, along with the usurpation of the Presidency in Obama, and is just as crazy as Obama with her aversion to FOIA as Secretary of State, even though her husband clearly see's Obamacare as crazy, simply detest Birthers. Clearly the U.S. Supreme Court Justices have a disability problem with the U.S. Constitution with the dichotomy of who is eligible in standing and this opens up a tremendous burden upon all Presidential Candidates to be sued by all Citizens and all of Obama's eligibility suits can and should be reopened with the evidence provided to us by the U.S. Supreme Court that the [natural born Citizen] clause has been adjudicated as no different then the "American Citizen" clause found that is required for Representatives and Senators in the U.S. Constitution.
Hey, it's open season on Construction on the Constitution if you have the right tag. The U.S. Supreme Court Justices are making a joke of the Constitution. Perhaps the clown epidemic is explained to all in Obama's circus and carnival barkers with crazy Obamacare as a Feature? All Senators and Representatives now have standing to sue the President according to the U.S. Supreme Court! Any takers Rep. Trey Gowdy? You'd think Congress could take a hint from the U.S. Supreme Court?
As the U.S. Supreme Court has opened up "Citizens" to purge the Office of the President you can count on the Executive Branch finding itself deluged with law suits which has every lawyer in the Country rolling their eyes at those Justices in the U.S. Supreme Court who have clearly passed their prime and are acting out in a crazy way. This is not a stable Court.
We can tell who is the Faker here when the message is clear from the Justices? Upholding the Constitution in the requirements for the Office held by 42 President's in U.S. History is just to much for them as [Citizens at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution or natural born Citizens] thereafter applies.
They clearly are out of their fruit-loops for the acceptions represented by Chester A. Arthur who burned his identification and Barack Obama who fabricated his?

Loretta Fuddy who while floating in the ocean not far from the water landing with 7 other survivors died three different ways if you take into account all the "official"documents.
She also was revealingly, a dear friend to Obama's mother through their spiritual devotion to SEBUD, serving as leaders of the faith to the USA. Imagine the luck of getting an appointment rushed down all of a sudden from the "President" to the Governor (Gov. Abercrombie also aneed acknowledged Obama family friend over their lifetimes) having him set aside the person much more qualified he'd picked out already, for someone far less experienced?
But that was the kind of luck Obama's mother's friend Loretta Fuddy got in the Hawaii Health Department's top job as Executive Director.
Should be noticed here Obama friend Gov. Abercrombie couldn't find Obama's Hawaii B.C while Governor. Tim Adam's a Clerk for Hawaii Health stated " there was no long form Obama birth certificate while he worked there under oath, and Kapiolani has no interest in a Memorial. While it was easy to make a fabrication, pay off a couple of Hawaii Officials ( well, maybe kill one) , the hard part was tying up lose ends and that is where Secretary Hillary Clinton came in to be so handy with her Private Server and ability to destroy destroyed Emails.
With the promise of deep cover and off the grid of FOIA, Hillary Clinton was "promised" fame, fortune, and the Clinton Foundation's unfettered ability to leverage foreign heads-of-state to the bidding of the guaranteed next U.S. President. It was a lock that created millions of dollars!
There was only two things not controllable. Hillary Clinton's mouth, and the Emails wrapped up in little packages by Hackers who figured out the deal.
Does anyone believe Trump actually believes Obama was born in Hawaii, after his 5 minute press conference announcing it or do we believe he said it just to shut up Hillary from manipulating all of the Black Caucus vote?
Well, in my own law suits, against McCain and Obama SCOTUS 12-5276 & 14-9396, defending the unique qualification of [ natural born Citizen ] for the Office of President requiring sole allegiance to America by birth place and inherited citizenship from mother and father, I never cared much about where Obama was born because he's never said or offered anything that qualifies him under the known foreign citizenship he inherited from his father who was Kenyan.
A dis-qualifier is a dis-qualifier, you don't need three strikes to be out you only need one of the three foreign birth, foreign father, or foreign mother. With one or two you still get an American "Citizen" merit, but [Citizen] for the Office of President was not the Qualification unless such at the Time of the Adoption of the Constitution. That is how it reads, and how our history shows is precedent.
Now, it's time to reveal something few people know about how the deal went down and how Hillary Clinton became part of Obama's Bermuda Triangle.. like her Emails that were destroyed by bleach bit but actually had been copied many more times then bleach bit could take out.
We will journey down a road of circumstantial evidence which we already have been traveling quite a bit but the real point that must be very clear is Hillary's targeting black voters through the "use of color" by the associate color of Obama, and his seeming uncontested monopoly of that section of voters despite the destruction of trillions of dollars of property, a large loss of life over the tenure of eight years.
That targeting with the Revelations shows the most foul antics of Racism conceived in the human mind and it has got to stop now.

Hillary Clinton has incorporated into recruiting ideology a false and flawed degenerate accolade in her stump speech of late concerning Donald Trump and the Birther Movement saying it was attributed to de-legitimize Obama as the first black president. The birther movement has existed from the time the [natural born Citizen], qualification reserved only for the Office of President and Vice President, was placed in the United States Constitution. The reserve was of principle allegiance to the United States of America for those Born in the United States of America to her Citizens.
[Citizen] was the reserve qualification for Senator, Representative and still is, and was the qualification for President also for those [Citizens] [at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.]

Hillary Clinton's assertion is devoid of the facts that I, for one as a Presidential Candidate sued Sen. John McCain before I sued Barack Obama in 2008, because she lacked the courage to take a Stand for the U.S. Constitution's qualification. She was fearful of what people might think of her; Fearful of what people might say. I can say I understand why she was fearful, for I have been the subject of the most foul and disdain.
Still I have always thought being a [natural born Citizen] was not about color, race, or being racist, unless you wanted to consider being an American over a time and tested true course, that lasted over the period of time it took to be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
I am very sad that Hillary Clinton under the auspices of racism has stated that the Birther Movement had anything to do with 'Color', because it has nothing to do with Color and everything to do with our Constitution. It is very important that the President be qualified otherwise none of what he receives from Congress according to Article I, Section 7, Clause 3, is actually Constitutionally passed law that we would call in affect.
My heart aches in this stump speech of Hillary's, because I often feel there are so few that understand this enough to stand against the populist winds that seek only to lower the bar and Standard in the interest of exploitation. My heart aches because Hillary is using 'black people' trying to get them to stand against the United States Constitution which is the only document standing between them and slavery ... again.
The principles of our U.S. Constitution stand for each individual, yet Obama screams "mass incarceration' is on the ballot in the video below. Obama I see has indeed been in the office at the signing of ten Trillion Dollars of Debt on Americans in eight years- That's seventy thousand dollars of indebtedness he has placed on each one of us, including every black, brown, and white American. That's what he called "progress"; it's what I call irresponsible and a step towards enslavement of us, and of course America's Future Generations.
I am grieved for the lie many black people have bit on to that the Birther Movement was 'racist' like a hook in a fishes gill. The Media may not have explained Obama was not the only Presidential Candidate to have a law suit filed against him. It happened Judy v. McCain was filed first. How can anyone understanding that fact and not understand it had nothing to do with Obama's color?
I have taken Judy v. Obama clear to the U.S. Supreme Court twice 12-5276 and 14-9396 , the injustice represented by the handling of these cases is an insult to every American but especially to those who actually are living below the poverty level.
As an American I know exactly what it's like to not have your individual rights stood up for. I know what it's like to have the mob against you. I know what's it's like to have your rights of evidence dismissed, your rights of religion and free speech squelched by an over-bearing State who see's the individual as something that can be discarded, run over, and is expendable. That is the reason that I got into Politics and have stood firm on the solid ground of our U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President.
Obama is not the first nor will he be the last to try and assume the Office of the President unqualified. He states in the below video that he will be offended if black Americans don't vote for his Legacy, but it's precisely his Legacy that leads black votes right back into slavery, and Obama's got his signature as a master who sold you all for seventy thousand dollars a head.
Our Hope is indeed in restoring the U.S. Constitution. While Donald Trump has never filed a single legal ballot challenge towards any unqualified candidate for President he was competing against, I have 15 cases stretching from sea to shining sea. I've lost all but one. The one that was actually heard by a Jury of Citizens who were allowed to hear and see the evidence and find Obama "Guilty" of a usurpation. It was a Tenth Amendment Trial but none the less it served a great purpose in a reality check to professional politicians. Donald Trump was vocal Obama releasing his long form birth certificate and in many ways was covered in this great service to our Country by the Media.
The common sense of American Citizens, not the professional politician, is the experience that has held this Nation up and broadened the Light and Hope of the World for the cause of freedom and Liberty.
I have had two dreams that indeed it was the black people that saved this Country because they understood the value of the U.S. Constitution. Who Will Win?
The Birther Debate has never been just about Obama. It's never been just about Color, but it is about a qualification of Time. The time it takes to be a [ natural born Citizen ] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
It's not America saying you shouldn't marry a foreigner, or even that you shouldn't take your spouse and go drop some kids in a Foreign Country , or we will abandon you. No, America still offers American Citizenship in the many varying States of Congresses Naturalization ACTS, but you simply would not qualify for the Office of President.
Of course if Politics is your thing, the Office of a U.S. Senator, the Office of U.S. Representative, maybe even a U S. Supreme Court Justice can be yours. Those offices are open to all American Citizens meeting the age requirements differing in every office.
Now there has only been 42 Constitutionally Qualified U.S. Presidents and 2 unqualified Barack Obama joins with Chester Arther in the alt- Qualification Department, or Usurper.
50 Days before the Election and who would have guessed Obama's Qualification would mean so much to Hillary Clinton?
She raised it as a pejorative against GOP Republican Candidate Donald Trump yesterday at a Black Women's Conference saying Donald Trump for 5 years has been the Birther Movement Leader and that he owed Barack Obama and America an apology.
Donald Trump of course offered 5 Million to a Charity of Obama's Choice if he'd be more transparent in his identity documents like College Entry, Divorce Records of his Folks, Passport Records that would collaborate with his 3 yr long released form birth certificate many called fabricated. Of course the long form fabrication Obama released gives him a dual inherited allegiance which shatters any possibility of meeting the Time Frame associated with [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
It's True, Donald Trump at this Stage of the Election doesn't give a hoot about Obama's Qualification. Obama only has a few months left, and what Donald needs now to win the Election is a few more Black and Brown Votes which Hillary Clinton is throwing a mote up against with all the grenades she can throw at him calling him Racist for questioning Obama's legitimacy under the Constitution but framing it as a Racist Demand.
However, that might be a very big handicap Mr. Trump is shall I say being set up- let me explain. If it's a question of eligibility Mr. Trump is referring to in saying "Mr. Obama was born in the U.S." , he could be hamstrung if he wins and challenges say anything Obama ever signed like Obamacare, which would technically be a moot piece of paper without a qualified President's Signature on it.
I don't think Mr. Trump dug that trench too deep with his comment, however it did seem 'defensive' to what Hillary Clinton was assuming on the Offense, "He owes Obama and America an apology". Truth is Obama is the fringe when collectively looking at the other 43 Presidents qualifications. 42 of them were indeed [natural born Citizens], or [Citizens] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. The fringe belongs to Obama and Arthur, so I don't think Mr. Trump needs to go on the defense about questioning Obama's Birth Place, he could easily say,
"Constitutionally speaking the question is [natural born Citizen] and since the Supreme Court hasn't ruled that Obama was eligible but rather has ducked and dived on the Principle, Obama's inherited parent citizenship from his father is Kenyan or British. Both are considered foreign from American and thus is disqualifying for the Office of President, everyone knows it".
and there is not a Constitutional Scholar in America who wouldn't shake his/her head and say "he's at least got a point there. That's the way you maintain Principle, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution like a President.
It's clear the Constitution does not make "color" a qualification for the Office of President. . Even white people can hold the Office.
While that is abundantly clear, Hillary's problem might be Functioning as a "Him" in Article I. ,Section 7, Clause 3 requirement. Because construction on the Constitution is prohibited, Hillary would actually need an Amendment specifically outlining any sex or gender in the duties of President passing legislation submitted by Congress.

The 15th Amendment to the Constitution granted African American men the right to vote by declaring that the "right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
As was clearly obvious granting the right to citizens did not include women and this paved the way for the 19th Amendment.
Amendment XIX. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
This was why the 15th Amendment wasn't good enough and the 19th Amendment had to be passed.
The 14th Amendment's "Born in the U.S." granting Citizenship was never created or intended to replace the Qualifications of the Office of the President's [natural Born Citizen]. Even the Founder of the 14th Amendment said so.
“I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen; but, sir, I may be allowed to say further, that I deny that the Congress of the United States ever had the power or color of power to say that any man born within the jurisdiction of the United States, and not owing a foreign allegiance, is not and shall not be a citizen of the United States.” John A. Of course considering 'of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty Obama fails. He father owed allegiance to foreign Kenya, by their law, customs and practices.
[There is no doubt that anyone born under the 14th Amendment who is not subject is a “naturalized citizen,” or just “a citizen,” as the Amendment states. They are not natural born citizens. To further understand why this is so, is to look at the first clause carefully. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. The words “born or naturalized” are joined with the conjunction “or,” and logically an or implies either of the two are equal. What they are equal in is being a citizen. Not “a natural born citizen.” This expressly negates the idea that simple birth of a person who is “subject to the jurisdiction” confers the coveted “natural born” status. If the term “citizen” did in fact convey a “natural born” status, then who were naturalized would be considered “natural born.” Obviously, this is not the case, as it would mean that people like Kissinger, Albright and Schwarzenegger could run for office. Clearly, the Fourteenth Amendment is not conferring “natural born” status on anyone, it only confers simple citizenship and the universal rights given to all citizens, “native born” and naturalized. In fact, several Supreme Court Cases since the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment restrict citizenship claims based on being born geographically within the United States, and bestows the coveted “natural born citizen” title to the children of citizens, while affirming simple citizenship to the children born to aliens.]

Trump instead of simply stating our Civil Rights need to be protected under the Constitution, that obviously demands that the U.S. Constitution remain in tact, all of it, says "Obama was born in the U.S." end of story. Of course he didn't say Obama was a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President.
Well, so was an anchor baby with Foreign parents, but that's not the Qualification for the Office of President. Congress was given " naturalization" powers in the Constitution to Adopt Citizens, but the Office of President required more time in Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Congress unfortunate or not, was not granted powers to alter Nature, but I'm sure drought stricken areas, as well Earthquake, Tornado, and Hurricane, ravaged areas of the U.S. at times wish that; as well as grieving family's for loss of life.
Jesus Christ remarkably however did show an ability to control Nature as he calmed the seas, walked on water, healed the lepers, blind, deaf, dumb, and even restored life to the dead, so we know these Laws of Nature can indeed be controlled. Congress just has not Mastered what Jesus did.

Believe it or not Doc, I feel the same way. 50 days and a wake-up before the Election, Hillary goes for the Divide America card… knowing if she can get every black and brown Vote, she Wins, for she’ll get a few White Votes and it’s enough to win.
That really is indicative of Hillary seeing she can gain an advantage by framing Trump in everyone’s mind as “Racist”.
You probably heard about falling into the pit you dug? Hillary wants to go there , “she” might open up a bigger Pandora s Box then “she” reckoned.
Of course it will take some TIME to Amend the Constitution for “Her” as “she” wasted so much time as a U.S. Senator, instead of paving “Her” way.
I personally think trying to address a Constitutional Qualification for the Office of President as a “color” issue is racist passive aggressive politicing, but it’s obviously a fav of Hillary Clinton and Trump is starring the reality of winning in the face. CONGRESS has some work to do in Amending the U.S. Constitution if “She” wants to be able to function in the Office of President.
