Americans lives and our National Security cannot be Risked to Fractured Foreign Allegiances due to the Loss of the U.S. Election- Congress must ACT now.
The two document Petitions are quite explanatory to the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate with the relevant Facts that Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State indeed had a Private Server that she and Barack Obama were communicating through to the chagrin in the accountability of FOIA. It has also been well established that Hillary Clinton had many Foreign States that were contributing heavily to the Clinton Charities with the expectations that she would in fact be the next President of the United States.
This lays open the door for Blackmail of profound magnitude towards the safety and security of our population and National Security. It's just not enough for the good ole hand-shake and head nodd that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama for that matter communicating with her using a pseudonym was only doing it as a matter of convenience, rather than a cloak of secrecy.
Of course no one else made the decisions to usurp the top Diplomatic Foreign Relation job and run for President. Barack Obama campaigned for Hillary Clinton and we noticed that he remarked his "Legacy" Depended on her winning.
There is just too great a chance that with the fractured allegiance, the fractured intelligence, and the fractured national security that Americans could be the ones that will pay the high price and that is why Congress must in the next week consider the two following petitions and revoke Obama's security clearances and appoint a President in the Interim.
The failure to do so, represents a blatant disregard for Americans' welfare, safety, and the National Security of the whole Country. We have already witnessed Top Secret material at the highest level noticed as compromised. With the Election results completely surprising Democrats and the violent organization of protest amounting to riots smashing shops and even gun violence escalating the fracture, the American Congress cannot sit idly by and watch; hoping the 'set up' and 'black mail' possibilities resulting in promises that now remain unfulfilled due to Hillary Clinton's loss and the connections to Foreign Governments through the Clinton Charities will just go away.

But while this is admitted, can you declare by congressional enactment as to citizens of the United States within the States that there be no discrimination among them of civil rights?]
The danger of domestic and foreign retaliations in blackmailing the United States Government are at an all time high and we simply cannot afford any lose ends. Congress must move to suspend Barack Hussein Obama's defacto Presidency now or run the risk of being blamed for excusing criminal action by criminal cover up and the compromise of the U.S. Constitution.

P.S. I have thought to relate the experience that lead to this Petition to Congress.
This is pretty incredible. FAX's have been sent to nearly all the Republican Leaders in the House and Senate in the specific Committee's mentioned. But that wasn't the incredible thing. The incredible thing was I went to bed about 11pm last night and was startled awake with the Revelation that this HAD to be WRITTEN and written FAST.
I was so bewildered at the information and the dream. I thought, is Congress even in Session?! I looked it up on my phone and sure enough Congress is in Session this week and this week only this Month! They are only in session 1 week in December also.
My computers broke and I text a neighbor at 2:30 asking if he was awake by chance. I told him of the dream and asked if I could come over and use his computer to type it out at 2:30AM! I was very surprised when he replied "Yes". I was out of excuses not to type it up. My neighbor had said "Yes" without so much as a grumpy word!, and Congress was in Session! I saw it typed up in my dream in two Petitions! It was incredible.
I finished up about 6:30AM and got to the Library at 10AM and began FAXING the 5 pages to the Congressman. Who knows what will be the results, but I only know and can attest how hard and fast this dream was impressed upon me. I felt as if it was indeed a National Security Emergency!
Hillary Clinton has incorporated into recruiting ideology a false and flawed degenerate accolade in her stump speech of late concerning Donald Trump and the Birther Movement saying it was attributed to de-legitimize Obama as the first black president. The birther movement has existed from the time the [natural born Citizen], qualification reserved only for the Office of President and Vice President, was placed in the United States Constitution. The reserve was of principle allegiance to the United States of America for those Born in the United States of America to her Citizens.
[Citizen] was the reserve qualification for Senator, Representative and still is, and was the qualification for President also for those [Citizens] [at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.]

Hillary Clinton's assertion is devoid of the facts that I, for one as a Presidential Candidate sued Sen. John McCain before I sued Barack Obama in 2008, because she lacked the courage to take a Stand for the U.S. Constitution's qualification. She was fearful of what people might think of her; Fearful of what people might say. I can say I understand why she was fearful, for I have been the subject of the most foul and disdain.
Still I have always thought being a [natural born Citizen] was not about color, race, or being racist, unless you wanted to consider being an American over a time and tested true course, that lasted over the period of time it took to be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
I am very sad that Hillary Clinton under the auspices of racism has stated that the Birther Movement had anything to do with 'Color', because it has nothing to do with Color and everything to do with our Constitution. It is very important that the President be qualified otherwise none of what he receives from Congress according to Article I, Section 7, Clause 3, is actually Constitutionally passed law that we would call in affect.
My heart aches in this stump speech of Hillary's, because I often feel there are so few that understand this enough to stand against the populist winds that seek only to lower the bar and Standard in the interest of exploitation. My heart aches because Hillary is using 'black people' trying to get them to stand against the United States Constitution which is the only document standing between them and slavery ... again.
The principles of our U.S. Constitution stand for each individual, yet Obama screams "mass incarceration' is on the ballot in the video below. Obama I see has indeed been in the office at the signing of ten Trillion Dollars of Debt on Americans in eight years- That's seventy thousand dollars of indebtedness he has placed on each one of us, including every black, brown, and white American. That's what he called "progress"; it's what I call irresponsible and a step towards enslavement of us, and of course America's Future Generations.
I am grieved for the lie many black people have bit on to that the Birther Movement was 'racist' like a hook in a fishes gill. The Media may not have explained Obama was not the only Presidential Candidate to have a law suit filed against him. It happened Judy v. McCain was filed first. How can anyone understanding that fact and not understand it had nothing to do with Obama's color?
I have taken Judy v. Obama clear to the U.S. Supreme Court twice 12-5276 and 14-9396 , the injustice represented by the handling of these cases is an insult to every American but especially to those who actually are living below the poverty level.
As an American I know exactly what it's like to not have your individual rights stood up for. I know what it's like to have the mob against you. I know what's it's like to have your rights of evidence dismissed, your rights of religion and free speech squelched by an over-bearing State who see's the individual as something that can be discarded, run over, and is expendable. That is the reason that I got into Politics and have stood firm on the solid ground of our U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President.
Obama is not the first nor will he be the last to try and assume the Office of the President unqualified. He states in the below video that he will be offended if black Americans don't vote for his Legacy, but it's precisely his Legacy that leads black votes right back into slavery, and Obama's got his signature as a master who sold you all for seventy thousand dollars a head.
Our Hope is indeed in restoring the U.S. Constitution. While Donald Trump has never filed a single legal ballot challenge towards any unqualified candidate for President he was competing against, I have 15 cases stretching from sea to shining sea. I've lost all but one. The one that was actually heard by a Jury of Citizens who were allowed to hear and see the evidence and find Obama "Guilty" of a usurpation. It was a Tenth Amendment Trial but none the less it served a great purpose in a reality check to professional politicians. Donald Trump was vocal Obama releasing his long form birth certificate and in many ways was covered in this great service to our Country by the Media.
The common sense of American Citizens, not the professional politician, is the experience that has held this Nation up and broadened the Light and Hope of the World for the cause of freedom and Liberty.
I have had two dreams that indeed it was the black people that saved this Country because they understood the value of the U.S. Constitution. I am so very moved by this allegiance and I am very happy to call myself an American with them who have added so very much to our rich heritage of freedom and liberty in their unique and wonderful love and power. I pray the Lord of Heaven and Earth will smile upon you and rest his spirit peaceably upon you for the solemnity of this moment in our American History.

The American Workers cringed today as Obama's hammer-cycled pen continued to transform America by exporting its wealth and importing the non-immigrant foreign working army at an exponentially alarming rate as he unilaterally increased the amount of L-1B visas in a Policy-Memorandum #Executive Order.
Favoring FAT-CATS, the appointees of the slave-trade-labor markets derailing American Workers in favor of cheap labor and a greater profit margin, applauded the dictum of the naked emperor Obama exploiting American minorities in the operation acting as the biggest exporter of American jobs in modern-day History.
While we wait for the decision in Judy v. Americans, with a reported 94 million out of the labor force, still have not understood exactly what is happening to them and how great the deceptive enemy within really is, nor how precariously their redemption as a solution hangs!
PARTY POWER encapsulating their support in the shades of the dark night has so blinded them they perceive not the end nor their demise as catastrophic guillotine upon the Office of the President has been Ordered in the Public Square. What does that mean? What does the end mean?
Well it means a whole lot more things than total destruction and end. It can handily mean an end to your chance to fight a Civil Way for your Constitution. It can mean a dramatic shift in Government as we see happening in the Republican Party now with Rep. Boehner's resignation and calls for Majority Speaker Senator McConnells to do the same.
It means that Obama's end of 'Control' through 'race', 'division' and 'pandering' may be near an end and at the door? But Americans are still sleeping in their support of a Candidate willing to TAKE A STAND for the very core of our Constitution - The Eligibility of the person for the Office of the President. It could also be a destabilization of the economy through a coalition of China- Russia- and Middle East cohorts who do not give a bat's wing about Obama's legacy and are much more interested in the long haul erosion of America's dominance.
What that could mean to you is an entirely different lifestyle than the one you are enjoying now complacent with keeping what you got rather than keeping America's Opportunity of Freedom and Liberty alive through our U.S. Constitution. Are you willing to compromise that? The answer in support for this Campaign and SCOTUS Case would seem so.
I recently went the rounds with an attorney you said he would represent me if my Case was granted. Is that how it is? Support for winners regardless of Principles? I've constantly backed up policy for Principle and it is very difficult at times when dipping the foot in either ice cold water or very hot water. Things are not always very comfortable when reducing the swelling of a bruised ankle.
What would you do in the last moments of a decision that advocated a major shift in life as you know it, if $25 would save you? Imagine there is no 'next months' social security check- there is no next weeks' SSI' check, there is no dividend to cash in, and there is no bank account to retreat to. There is a choice to give $25 now in order to receive next month or forget it? Most people would have the common-sense to send $25 dollars, but Americans have not. Are Americans really comfortable with their end?
To illustrate the point, D-Candidate for President Cody Robert Judy (CRJ), is the only Candidate still left in America's History with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record in protest of Obama's Ineligibility as a candidate with STANDING status in 2008-2012-and now 2016. The three codes of standing all apply in some ways.
CRJ is directly subject to an adverse effect by the statute or action in question, and the harm suffered will continue unless the Court grants relief in the form of damages or a finding that the law either does not apply to the party or that the law is voice or can be nullified.
CRJ is not directly harmed by the conditions by which he is petitioning the court for relief but asks for it because the harm involved has some reasonable relation to their situation, and the continued existence of the harm may affect others who might not be able to ask a court for relief.
CRJ is granted standing by an automatic act of law.
Obama's Legacy domestically also must be understood as of June 2015 its Reported 46 Million Americans are on food stamps and have been for 35 straight months at a cost of 76.1 Billion. In 2000 the number was 17 Million. Over 93 million Americans are not in the work force and the unemployment rate for blacks was twice the national average and double that of white Americans. This is all with Obama in Office near 7 years now grant you.
Today, Obama continued thrashing minorities and their job prospects as he signed an policy memorandum/executive order allowing an increase of foreign workers to be brought in by companies under the L-1B visa program defying and burning Congress's attempts to accommodate companies needs for "specialized knowledge" that were very narrowly drawn.
In 2013 the man who was thought to be God's gift to Conservative minorities votes in Sen. Marco Rubio introduced the bi-partisan Innovation Act set to displace 560,000 workers. How do 'Conservatives' feel about the 'conservative principle' of the 'natural born Citizen'?
Its the painful truth that 'Conservatives' have far more Candidates running for President who are not 'natural born Citizens' ie. 'Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents', in Rubio '16, Cruz '16, Jindal '16, McCain '08 and its time to face the hard realities that you cannot claim 'conservatism' on one hand while opting to support those who will not take a stand for the core of the Constitution against their own parties ineligibilities whilst at the same time pointing fingers at the lone Democrat Candidate of '08 and '12 who has skirted the law just because it takes so long to appeal to the Justices in a 'ripeness doctrine'.
I am also very frustrated with Conservatives who believe the Court is stacked to favor 'liberalism'. Its a comment that I am getting a lot. Do you not suppose the so-called liberal Justices of the Court have any more reason if you want to see it as political to consider Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal collecting money for a job they are not qualified for should they be elected?
We are certainly at a cross-roads America and the next President is going to face many hardships due to the lack of support for the Constitution. If Cody Robert Judy represents the Constitution than that translation is your support for Cody Robert Judy's Campaign - who cares what Party it is or what 'label' pundits put on it.
I told that lawyer it would be far better to have had his support the entire time and not just for the decision of a particular Case just to line his pockets with in a high profile case and his future. What about ours. It shows you 'heart', and you have got to have heart to really fight and win. I've done all I could. My computers fried the 7 days ago, and I'm finishing this post at the library computer. Please know that my heart has always been with the Constitution and so has my Record.

is a song I wrote and it certainly remains every Citizen of the United States answer in personal prayer to God about where they were when these things transpired. Please do not take my personal circumstances to be anything but what I have shouldered. My prayer is truly that you will take courage and forget about 'fear', when it comes to standing up for our Constitution. Imagine the Revolutionary Fighters standing aloof from President George Washington and saying "We will support you when you win" verses those who supported the Cause for Principle. Where are your Principles?
I ask all Conservatives and Citizens 'Where were you', and where are the Candidates for President you are supporting for and working for on this Central Core of our Constitution?
Has it gotten past you that support for this Principle 'makes Obama's Signature' moot, makes his occupation of the Office of the President 'null and void'? Why haven't you supported that?
Remember that great movie WALK THE LINE when as a young boy Johnny Cash's father asks him 'where were you?' when his brother cutting up a load of wood had an accident that led to his death? Remember years later as an Adult Johnny Cash talking about it over Thanksgiving Dinner, and his father repeating, 'Well, where were you?'. Johnny Cash retorted, "Where were YOU?" understanding his father was the responsible party and the adult in the room. Americans need to consider themselves as Citizens the adult in the room in supporting this effort regardless of what the SCOTUS decision is.

As an alternative you might consider your support for this Cause, equal to your sentiments that the Court has given you nothing. What have you given this Cause? FIRST Orders came out September 28th, 2015 for the U.S. Supreme Court, however this Case has not received the decisions. We continue to wait a little longer and hope you patience with the Civility rest in the joy of peace and prosperity. Far better to win in a Civil Way than to call for military interventions that while at times are necessary, prove much more heart wrenching sadness for everyone.
Now, if your looking for other news, I can tell you I was dreaming last night about having my Credit Card go through when I thought it might come back declined and was very relieved to see a receipt from the waitress that I signed. The little boy was about eight years old. His father finally decided to sit down and have a talk with him because he sensed on a very serious note that his son was going to do himself a lot of harm if he kept up with his chatter and long stories. Of course, little boys and girls are told what we'd call harmless little 'white lies', in horsing around and play. But this little boy worried his father as he saw the boy tripping up in his own shoe laces causing the father to have to get the boy out of trouble so many times.
"You know those stories you tell everyone of your dad son? The ones you make up and that are not true. You need to stop that because people are listening. Some day, they will come and take you away from me based on a lie that wasn't true. How would you like that? They will be very hard on you and there will not be anything I can do about it. Please..please stop", said his father in the kindest but sternest way that he could muster.
The boy didn't stop. There was a line that was drawn and if you stepped over that line the Communist Police were bound to step in. The boy knew where the line was and he placed his hand on the wall just over the line in a deviant act. It wasn't that he didn't believe his father so much as it was his confidence waxed strong in the telling of these lies he had in himself. They were powerful and that his father was questioning this power hurt the boy inside. That may have been why he placed his hand over the line...but it was to late for words now and his father knew it. The police were coming to take him away.
"The police are coming son, and they are going to take you away from me. It is going to be very hard for you to get back and it will take a long time, but remember I love you.", were his father's parting words as the guards laid their hands on him and he saw his father disappear in the distance.
OBAMA'S CORRUPTION IN KENYA- OBAMA'S CORRUPTION IN THE USA
The art of corruption is no less corrupt then the reality it portrays in itself. The fawn of the art maybe in the warning it relays. We wonder at times why we go through so many tests and trials? Why is this happening to us? Our souls did not crave the easy way. It was the refinement that the furnace of affliction provided we subconsciously sought in the order of becoming that diamond some day. God help us; and, He seemed willing to.
Out of all of Obama's Critics, who are the one's that are constantly on his mind? The answer to that question may be the ones that are striking the closest to home. Obama delivered a tough-love message in Nairobi, Kenya, the land of his father, reported the New York Times:
"... to break the cycle of corruption, strengthen its shaky democracy, overcome ethnic divisions and end discrimination against women and girls as he wrapped up a two-day visit to Kenya full of potent symbolism."
He said, "...further progress would require it to confront "the dark corners" of its past and tackle problems that have plagued it for generations".
That's good advice for America as well and Obama really being the least transparent person in the White House for the last shall we call it seven years now? Oh and by the way.. huh.. you can.. huh.. keep your Doctor? Three weeks before the 2012 election, it was indeed the "video tape" that spurred Benghazi? The art of the lie that can be necessarily spun allowing you to move on to the next is much different then The Art of the Deal, that is the title of Mr. Trump's book.

Let's address a few facts from the spin:
1. Obama's critics that he labels 'birthers' are the most dangerous to him because his not being qualified for the Office of the President would in fact remove him from the Office of the President disgracefully.
2. The place that Obama said he was born, or that the Hawaii LFBC relayed, has never been as important as the 'Kenyan Citizenship" of his father that actually does the same thing. Removes Obama from the Office of the President, based on a inherited dual citizenship, disgracefully.
3."Birthers" have never laid the claim at anyone's feet that the qualification for the Office of the President was to be a U.S. Citizen, as NBC Reports, because it only takes a reading of the Constitution to see that is the qualification for Senators and Representatives and the Office of the President and V.P's qualification is to be in fact a 'natural born Citizen'. i.e., Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
4- Sheriff Joe has never accused Obama of not being qualified for President as a natural born Citizen. His concern stated that through his Cold Case Posse (CCP)'s investigation that the long form birth certificate was found not scanned but rather made up from 'parts'. This would implicate Officials in Hawaii who Obama states made it up for him and through Obama's posting it implicate him in felony i.d. fraud. Now the person certifying that the copy of Obama's LFBC from Hawaii is a true one in fact is Loretta Fuddy and she's dead. Yeah, she's dead from a mysterious accident that involved her floating in open waters with a life jacket on in calm seas and perishing from that and oh by the way receiving a $50,000.00 bulk payment from somewhere she put on her mortgage.
Since her death, portions related to Loretta Fuddy in the sealed affidavit filed in U.S. Federal Court have been made public. Of particular interest are her financial reports detailing her income and expenses in 2011 and 2012. Each report is filed in January for the previous year.
According to Mr. Vogt, a large and as yet unanswered income disparity was found between the two reports. In short, during her first year as Hawaii's Director of Health, which is also the time she authenticated Obama's COLB, Ms. Fuddy's gross income was reportedly less than $100,000. Nonetheless, her financials show that she apparently paid down her mortgage and decreased her liabilities by at least $50,000 and perhaps as much as $75,000 more than what she grossed that year. Where did that money come from? While there may well be a legitimate explanation for this disparity, it was not disclosed on the financial forms she filed with the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.

That would also have to include the 'racist' spin the Media would provide as cover if the Presidential Candidate had let the 'white man' go free while prosecuting the 'black man'.
Actually being a 'white man', whose been unlawfully prosecuted, who has a record in Federal Court against Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama in 2008 and 2012 would really be what was necessary. Anyone know of someone like that? Yes, the odds at finding someone like that are so astronomical that the Press has been willing to go along with Obama shall we say?

Of the interesting questions and details about Kenya that the USA might see as exemplary humbling our state dinner Provocateur I wondered, "Could Obama run for President in Kenya based on his citizenship inherited from his father? Seeing the throngs push up for his hand there I couldn't help but wonder as Obama loves the Campaign"
Unfortunately, I don't think that Kenya would allow that as it is quite clear in their Constitution that 'dual citizenship' is forbidden in the highest office of the Country, but they are 'birthers'. You must be a Citizen by birth and under 'disqualification' is 'owes allegiance to a foreign state' stating dual citizenship cannot run for that office. Now here Obama's Press might call that 'discrimination', but its Kenyan law.

Nominated by a political party or is an independent candidate
Nominated by not fewer than 2000 signatures of registered voters from each of a majority of counties. This translates to 48,000 signatures since a majority of the counties would be 24/47

Owes allegiance to a foreign state. This means that those with dual citizenship cannot run for these offices
Is a state/public officer other than the President, Deputy President or Member of Parliament
How do you get a foreign allegiance if you are born in Kenya? Well, inheriting a citizenship from your foreign American mother might be one. Denouncing your Canadian Citizenship as Cruz did this last year for America might be another. So the question might be would Kenya allow Obama to do the same thing that Ted Cruz did within the year of his election and I'm not sure having been in the America's White House would be protect Obama from the second Dis-qualifier in Kenya that you come up through their government offices. In American terms if implemented that would mean that only Candidates from the House of Representatives or U.S. Senate or other elected position were qualified to run for President.
That gives you a little bit of an idea how wonderfully special our Country is. We don't have an education requirement or a 'title' requirement associated with the Office of the President. The USA is remarkable in the trust that is extended and given its citizenry. This touches my heart and makes me proud to be an American!
America really does afford a great deal to a family and our guidelines are pretty relaxed compared to even those of Kenya's and many many other Nations who when it comes down to it does not afford the same opportunity as America does. That is why it is such a dishonor when especially an immigrant coming from parents who were immigrants or non- U.S. Citizens like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and yes like Obama want to break the Constitution's Code of the qualifications we hold dear. They are not much, but when it is the law, it should be respected not disrespected.
American's have so much to be thankful for and our Constitution is one very precious jewel. Of course it often takes even years for Judges and Justices to get the courage to fortify what the Constitution says by implementation and voiding out injustices for justice. We are not perfect, but our intentions can be as we uphold our Constitution as the key for our freedom's and liberties.

This has always been my aim in running for every office I have ever run for including for Congress and the Senate as well as for President of the United States. I am a very happy man to celebrate these freedoms and liberties that burn bright like a fire in my chest and expand it to a full capacity of love. The borders of our Country and thus our Constitution are very important to protect from other Nations who are not accepting of our Standards. This is our Ensign! I thank God I have followed his counsels given by the Spirit to run for President and to make a stand in 2008 and 2012, and even now for the qualifications of the Office of the President. Laws of Nature v. The Laws of Men - The Balance in the U.S. Supreme Court being Weighed in Obama's Ineligibility
The fundamental question for American Politicians is, "Are you keeping up with America or has America passed you by?" At first it may seem a strange question. America has been rooted in its own traditions even as it is considered a very young Nation, but at the heart of America is Liberty and America's Politicians have become increasing despondent to her calls. A great transformation is occurring in America's yearning for nature, natural, and vintage. The real deal is sought in our water, food, and lifestyle. That translates to America's Political Arena, where liberty is threatened posing a second question; Why have America's Politicians been clamping down on Liberty when the opposite is at the heart of America?
Protection and security have been the staples of an ever increasing mandate of force we have seen stalking us ever closer into the minute details of our lives rather than the protection and security that we needed for our liberty. Barack Obama's forged identity was used as a fabricated package harnessed to cage America into a slavery with its guilt based identity of color rather than character. America increasing feels the call of organic natural food in healing and holistic living, but has had the laws of nature violated in an unqualified ineligible person in the White House who is not a "natural born Citizen" violating America's Constitution.
The false narrative has been fed to American's as a package to supersede nature, like an artificial sweetener, steroid injected meat, or mutated seed that fails to reproduce itself as a standard of control away from nature. So what is, and what has caused the fascination America has right now with 'nature', 'natural', and even 'vintage' that is pushing the limits of nostalgia we might see as a Revolution of canonical proportions?
Isn't it interesting to see the Citizens associated with clean air, clean water, organic food rooting their noses in the mire of exactly the opposite of what they staunchly defend as a diet when it comes to the politics of voting for Barack Obama who is as fabricated and unnatural as a hybrid seed that has had its chromosomes altered to a point of failing to produce itself? The Founders and signers of the Constitution of the United States had high regard for the Laws of Nature because they had a great interest in forming something that would actually last and perpetuate itself by the greatest laws known to man which the Laws of Nature represent.
High above the realms of man-made laws and interventions are those we call The Laws of Nature and it is these laws that have in deed lasted when man-made laws falter and implode upon themselves and the populations that seek to over-rule the laws of nature. Some of the tell tale signs that a population has drifted into the margin call opposing the Laws of Nature are seen as voluminous amounts of legislation seeking control of nearly every aspect of our lives. Another tell-tale sign striking at the heart of guilt is that the prisons become overflowing; another, leviathan national debt robbing future generations.
The reason for this is that the population through its legislation begin to make living as a natural man harder and harder confusing the morality taught in religion with the morality taught by nature. Some might say its been the tradition of religions to drift away from the Laws of Nature God has taught throughout the generations of man. Still, they continually choke off the population in the desire for power like corking off the top of the bottle and violently shaking up the mix which eventually explodes in ways that are unnatural and fly out of the normal means of channeling. The prohibition years proved a perfect example of that. America repealed the 18th Amendment that imposed a dry state suffered the consequences and with the 21st Amendment authorizing a wet one repealing the dry state of affairs. We seemed to learn that lesson.
The one we are facing now manifest itself also in a clogging of the Court Systems with nearly everything we would expect from an ineligible unqualified corruption of the 'natural born Citizen' clause in the Office of the President. We are 'told' that 'natural law' has now become extinct in the Law Schools of America and has been replaced by the study of 'man-made' laws. From what we already know the laws of man opposed to the laws of nature usually cause the population a good deal of problems.
The concern of Birthers goes far beyond the 'person' of Barack Obama whose supporters tragically attribute the opposition of as an unqualified, ineligible person in the Office, towards the physical characteristics of his person. The single definition missing from the quantified man-made 'naturalization' laws we find in aliens and nationals is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" and it stands as a testament of organically grown. The unique establishment and harvest of America's own home grown that comes from Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
While the office of the President was particularly singled out with the natural born Citizen requirement, the "Citizen" requirement was indeed an open door and welcome mat for those who were first generation Americans. As America has only had 44 President's in its lifetime, the qualification excluding Citizens with a foreign parent or birth place from the Office of the President can hardly be called 'mass discrimination' as if America had no right at all to explicitly require for its President the singleness of heart found in 'natural born Citizen' for and in the protection of our own Liberty.
Indeed, those attempting to drum up other arguments can be shown to necessarily be in the dark works of confining America, her liberty, freedom, and unique Sovereignty in the World. Those who say that Sovereignty is not under constant attack or that America has no need since the end of our Inaugural Revolutionary Ball for concern of elimination are about as blinded in the fog of relative accounts of history as well the evil designs of power hungry men as can be punctuated.
For those wishing and hoping for a more 'natural state' of affairs America in a great historical sense has been a land of just that opportunity. People came from all over drawn in their hearts for a better way of living. A life style of permission they felt deep within their souls. Such beauty was heralding the ability to live as God built them and was/is seen as a Gift from God as pure as nature could have intended.
So why are so many politicians including Presidents opposed to the Laws of Nature? Maybe one of the biggest reasons is that most have come from the worship of the laws of man in their workshops. They saw how their own words could be translated into power over a population from the Districts of Congress, the States of the Senate to the Governorship and for the most part the Laws of Nature in the Office of the President have been historically protected and demanded by America.
The only way in fact to subvert has been by the sly cunning and craftiness of those willing to fabricate, forge, and de-fraud the population for their own gain. This has by its own nature of corruption perpetuated a great dis-trust among the Citizens of the United States of America and a turn is now not only manifesting itself in the populations diet of food, but is beginning to dawn in the political arena of America! Indeed the very laws of nature may be testifying to us as it gets our attention in more ways than one.
If the Laws of Nature are at least worthy of equal consideration in the context of man-made laws and we see the deportation of The Laws of Nature as foreign in our Law Schools, wouldn't we expect those in the Battle to indeed gain our attention? Far from judgement is the argument that is made. This is the time where the jury is listening and that jury now is the United States of America's People. We The People have been charged in forming a more perfect union with the laws of nature that would harmonize and be a construction of peace and good will towards man.
The confusion of darting and dashing from side to side has become the stage for all of us. Do the laws of nature testify that some are born gay and to respect nature our laws in deed must defend that nature by adapting? That consideration is being articulated in the U.S. Supreme Court as we speak. The U.S. Supreme Court also has ObamaCare, ObamaAmnesty, and ObamaForiegn Policy in its cross-hairs yet at the root of all of them is Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is Obama even qualified and eligible to be in the Office of the President wielding the sword as a pen in the Executive Branch of Government and gutting the Constitution's principles as a walking talking violation of the Office.
How can America even look at anything else or not SEE that an ineligible person in the Office of the President is bound to corruption, and in that the corruption of principles, and contempt of the very laws of nature that has kept us pretty well increasing our place in the world as a leader among the Nations? Was it all just a fluke? A happenstance of incredible place in the Universe that can be attributed to the roll of the dice?
We must all ask ourselves these poignant questions and answer them in the quite places of our heart. Indeed, if America had known Obama's social security card, draft card, and long form birth certificate were problematic fabrications and forgeries used to obfuscate an identity that would soil the Office of the President in an unbearable way how could defenders of Obama possible state Obama would have been elected or even state that he was elected? Indeed can it not be reasonable said, that with the considerations of the lie that is Obama- the lie that was elected, the lie which America is suffering now and indeed will continue to suffer in our problematic future,with fullest of confidence which the Laws of Nature provide, and will be protesting getting more and more of our attention as is historically been precedent, that until this be addressed we are bound for an historical hell with Nature unremitting upon even the innocent of our population? Tis with that consideration, I have taken my case to the highest Court available.
These and many more are reasons why I am TAKING a STAND, and representing what I do in my platform and my legal action. Indeed, the unconventional may be just what America is looking for in the coming 2016 election as she yearns for truth more than the lie presented by 'conventional' politicians in typical suits, and typical haircuts, as fake details of their lie rather then the resolve of their character of heart.
