BREAKING NEWS: The Ineligibility Storm in the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES Judy v. Obama

In the interest of so many people wanting to know where the Writ of Certiorari is and why it has not yet been docketed in the Supreme Court of the United States up to this this date of April 20th, it having been served and noticed on this blog and Featured in Editorials here and here , it has come upon me to explain or perhaps redirect focus to where I have found the troubling storm to be in the Supreme Court of the United States.

It is not my wish to draw a scathing picture of criticism or ineptitude upon the brilliance of what is considered the highest Court in the United States of America and I have sat on this very frustrating experience since the Court received and returned my Writ of Certiorari stating to me something that just was not true, that my Motion for Informa Pauperis and Affidavit to the Supreme Court of the United States was not 'signed'.

Indeed, this was not true, clearly there are two signatures. It was a false statement made by the Office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States. Your right, you would not expect that. I mean its the Supreme Court with the top brass of scholastic legal achievers coming out great schools and high recommendations. Let's face it, there are not to many who get to Clerk for the top Court in the Nation. This is what makes this so disconcerting and inviting to the distortion of the administration of Justice.

With the discretion of the glass being half full, Court Error and Mistakes indeed can occur and it no doubt would be the 'justification' of any Clerk of the Court, but you know there is a standard of difficulty in filing a Writ of Certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States. Shall we say those that have done it know, and if you haven't tried it you wouldn't know. If you've paid for a lawyer to do it you did understand it wasn't cheap and it was a much bigger deal than filing a motion.

Because the Court Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States passed the writ of certiorari as acceptable by not objecting to any part of that in the letter; the only objection or discretionary review that was troublesome to the Clerk was really a complete bewilderment to me. The court clerk stated there was "no signature" on the Motion and Affidavit to proceed with the cost of the proceeding deferred in what is referred to as Informa Pauperis status. There was though. Both the Motion and Affidavit were signed and dated March 30th, 2015 which is the same date the Clerk noticed or acknowledged it was postmarked.

Indeed, we must all scratch our heads about this because on page 2 of that Motion and on page 3 which was the Affidavit is a big fat signature with a date of March 30th, 2015. Now to complicate this just a little bit in so doing the Supreme Court advises that the 'writ of certiorari' cannot be altered in any way as to content. That affirms there isn't anything technically or majorly wrong with it. The backhand to the face comes to the petitioner with the declaration from the Court clerk that the whole petition with the altered Motion and Affidavit must be re-served upon the Defendant/Respondents. The approximated time or purpose in requiring just that basically is shall we say an extra thirty days, more printing cost, and is very burdensome upon the poor or economically challenged class that I myself understand. The disadvantage also cost me a back seat to the Court's schedule and term in 2012 as the back and forth went on something like six times before being docketed finally when a bunch of other cases came up from Georgia that oddly had no Presidential Candidate in them. This of course is an easy shuffle to hide if you wanted to do that sort of thing.

Like I said, most people don't know what's involved. Just to review for those not filing informa pauperis status forty copies of a 54 page printed document in booklet form is required.The cost with the $300 dollar filing fee just for printing and service for mine would be $1386.81 and you can imagine if it cost that much to print it's going to cost a lot more for an attorney to write it especially when the stakes of the circumstances of the writ are factored in. Of course that's chump change for those making over $100,000 in the land of opportunity in the United States economy able to focus their full time effort in doing just that.

But what about those like myself, who are concerned about the opportunity being protected? We have and are dedicating and focusing so much effort into seeing that it is protected that our time is taken, and also is not compensated for? Elected leaders get a paycheck every month that you the tax payer have signed. If you lose elections you don't get a paycheck.

Barack Obama has been getting a paycheck from you the last six years of half a million dollars, as well all the Senators and Representatives with their compensations and appropriations who have been hired across the nation to represent the people none of whom I might add have taken Obama's ineligibility to Court. No not one has their name attached to a Court Record. Does that make the principle of the Constitution that the Office of the President be filled with someone who is a natural born Citizen, -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents-, less valuable, true, of little consequence if its trampled? Secretary Hillary Clinton's words she wanted to be a Champion, a Champion for the working class People in her declaration and kick off Candidacy? Where or Who is the Champion of the Constitution's 'natural born Citizen' clause for the Office of the President?

'Hillary Clinton’s campaign announcement to the press included an embarrassing typo, as it declared the candidate has “fought children and families all her career.” It was, of course, supposed to claim that she fought for children and families.''The hard truth beneath all the gauzy campaign rhetoric is that government power tends to enrich those plugged into government. The ruling Party and its special friends make out like bandits, while everyone else is taught to make do with less. Obama’s tenure has offered an incredibly clear demonstration of this truth'

Well, I'm one of those people who has had to make do with less and make the most out of what I have. That has meant sacrificing tremendously on the focus of making a living for the sake of being a Champion for the U.S. Constitution's demand that a qualified person be in the Office of the President. Indeed, most know that 'standing' requirements for even bringing this to Court are required and notably fall upon someone in the presidential race as a candidate. The translation of that is there is no lawyer, no elected official whose not running for President, no Judge, no Officer of the Law that can Champion this "natural born Citizen' requirement legally. That burden has been mine and I'm the only Candidate for President in the entire United States of America who has done it on a bi-partisan non-racist level. see: McCain Obama consistently.

Now the main stream media, MSM , doesn't want or hasn't thought to tell you this. They continually trump Birthers as 'racist' and even point to Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio who have just entered the ring as Presidential Candidates as proof Birthers are Racist. Now, what do you think of someone who 'hides' and keeps 'secret' in their stories to the public what is plainly available on Court Records for the public? Well, that's seems a little like what the United States Supreme Court Clerk has done to me, actually seeing right there in plain site my signature twice on the first two pages of a document but yet stating its not there. It is there..right there! Everyone can type the numbers in I've provided and see they were delivered. I offer any Political Reporter who would like to see the certification in a submission, but they could also see the 10th Circuit and lower Court had already granted the Informa Pauperis status and its been less then a year since July 7th, 2014 when the original action was filed.

There is no affirmative action ACT OF CONGRESS upon the Office of the President and there is no gender diversity clause as an ACT OF CONGRESS upon the Office of the President. There's no family genealogy name required for the Office of the President and no former elected office requirement for the Office of the President. There's no economic millionaire status for the Office of the President, but there is a 'natural born Citizen' status or requirement. I really think its a dis-service to journalism to see so many 'racist' and 'sexist' reviews for the Office of the President but that is exactly what is happening when you withhold vital information that is pertinent to the Constitution's requirements.

Not building my story on 'racism' or 'sexism' hasn't been hard. Why it has been withheld from the public in the form of media print is what an example of 'secretive journalism', 'stealth reporting' or 'camouflaged court referencing' what is it? You know one thing the Reporters really hate is when a Government Representative in affect 'frame' a story by withholding very important information that would either make the story completely different or at least completely change the affect of the story. Well, don't you think "Reporters" that the public feels the same way about you 'forgetting' information or 'failing' to run a Court search or read a Court record before you print a story that is handed to you for your convenience on this blog? The truthfulness of a Record is an accounting of all the facts, not dust sweeping a few of them for the convenience of the political popular under the carpet.

The mirage of stability that has been built upon a weak foundation or lies is a credibility problem. It certainly is not little old me who threatens everything Obama has built, it is Obama's own weak foundation that threatens his own work. He didn't build it on truth, but built it on a lie. It doesn't matter how high it is or how grand it is if the foundation isn't true any structural engineer will tell you that it won't last. The United States of America's foundation has proven strong. Principle is much greater in power than any particular party or person. The principles will stand long after we are gone.

That all being said, I have tried to hold my tongue or key board, hoping the Supreme Court would see this error but it seems more and more likely that if they can sweep anything under the carpet that has Obama's name on it, especially coming from someone who is a eligible and qualified Candidate for Office of the U.S. President who has standing, they will do it. Let's hope it just a clerical error, but their error cost me another $14 dollars in mailing. Of course that's just nickels and dimes for rich people who sometimes it seems just don't get it.

Cody's political experience really began with a run in Utah's 1st Congressional District in 2002 and U.S. Senate Seat in 2004 with the Democratic Party which he has written kindly about in his book Taking A Stand. He also entered the Democratic Party Presidential Race in 2012 giving Barack Obama at least an semblance of a primary as he opposed Barack Obama's ineligibility as a candidate for President in the 'natural born Citizen' requirement of the Constitution which he has taken to the Supreme Court of the United States in two separate cases.

There is no one willing to take that fight on and preserve, protect, and defend the honor of the Office of the President. I declare I will do it, and whether I'm elected or not for the actions of defense I take, is not important as the fact someone is doing it that has standing."

The Conspiracy of 500 to Commit Treason Against America- What would any Mayor in America say?

Occasionally waxing poetic is my nature. Some might say I wax in the wind and for sure sometimes it feels like that and even if I am it makes me feel better. As much as 'change is a process and not an event', consistency is found in the truth not changing. There is a great effort underway most may know that bubbled to the surface from former President George Bush Sr.'s 1991 speech of a "New World Order".

The precepts were understood as extending the borders of the United States of America into the remote areas of tyranny associated by foreign sands and seas. President Bush required that in the identification of, "We are American's" and enlisted our economic and military might in "Something" "Larger than ourselves" confirming that the struggle of two centuries for American's was the 'hard work of freedom' and that the work now that was required was the work of facing down "a threat to decency and humanity".

"What is at stake is more than one small Country", he continues,"It is a Big Idea. A New World Order."

"Where diverse Nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the Universal Aspirations of man kind; Peace, Security, Freedom, and the Rule of Law. Such is a world worthy of our struggle and worthy of our children's future."

The announcement was big, the cause, he said, of the new world order was worth putting our children's future on the table and sacrificing them for it. The Generational Theft was necessary and Obama has continued that brilliantly racking up 10 Trillion on his watch alone to the 10 Trillion already there but at the same time saying he has paid down the debt. Where adding upon the debt is the goal in the order of confiscating wealth and redistributing it, Obama has done what he said he would involving America every bit as much as Bush's did in affairs of the foreign sands and seas in what I'd like to call the "Nimrod Order".

Nimrod founded Babel in Babylonia of the famed Tower of Babel where all the world spoke the same language participated in that same kind of new world order where the monuments of men in short combined in the interest of humanity. I'm sure you were guaranteed a job as a slave with a socialist health care policy but the creative genius of the world was tapped down in the effort. This was why God in the interest of unleashing the creative power of the world split the languages up in what became separate Nations.

Britain was conceived and became blessed with the royal blood of many great spirits and out of her came indeed a rebelliousness she lost control over in the forging of the new Nation of the United States of America. With the world's understanding growing that the world was not flat but round and every new continents left only in the outer limits of space, I believe the temptation to enlarge America's borders is not only seen in the porous effect of our own borders but is also seen in saddling the responsibility to America as a policing power with the use of a guilt trip over the decency and humanity strapped on our back.

Of course there is nothing wrong with being decent. There is nothing wrong with being humane. Extending America's borders with a guilt trip with force in foreign lands without remuneration is of course generational theft- or asking American's to do a job and then seed the job, work, money back over to foreign power. This is the content of say giving weapons that American's bought and paid for to foreigners for free and then really being astonished when they are aimed at and killing Americans.

Don't you think it's a stunning alarm that our Government won't arm the gangs in America with military hardware like they have armed the gang of ISIS and Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood?

American's poured billions of dollars into Iraq and then Obama left the weapons? That almost never happens! Since when does collecting the weapons you brought onto a big ship and bringing them home cost more then leaving them for anyone to pick up as a gift count as remotely responsible? Oh yes, its the same ineligible person in the White House closing a deal on Iran's nuclear program with the promises made from leaders who have also promised not to recognize Israel as a Nation and to wipe it off the map. You know the first part of 'showing a good faith effort' in being trust worthy of nuclear weapons might be asking the Islamic Republic of Iran to promise not to wipe Israel off the map for ten years. If they could do that first, than you might have some kind of legitimate reason why Iran blessed with huge amounts of oil reserves actually needs nuclear power plants.

WHAT WOULD ANY MAYOR SAY IN AMERICA

Mayor Giuliani said, “What country has left so many young men and women dead abroad to save other countries without taking land? This is not the colonial empire that somehow he has in his hand. I’ve never felt that from him. I felt that from [George] W. [Bush]. I felt that from [Bill] Clinton. I felt that from every American president, including ones I disagreed with, including [Jimmy] Carter. I don’t feel that from President Obama.”

Then Obama's Aide's came out and said, “I think what is unquestionably true is that throughout history we have seen individuals perpetrate terrible acts of violence in the name of religion,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said last week. “And regardless of what religion you are trying to use to justify your terrible act of violence, it’s the responsibility of people with faith, of all faiths, to step forward and say that it’s wrong.”

The thought provocation might be adjudicated, Many individuals throughout history have committed terrible acts of violence without any religion in mind. What purpose does it stand to reason that Obama commit violence against Americans, if its not religious compass? Is it just his sectarianism? What excuse do you have to leave weapons like this? American's have paid for the arming of the enemy.

What I would really like to know is what the Mayor's of any American Town and City would say if Obama had delivered a payload of weapons and stash to the gangs in their towns like this?




CONSPIRACY OF 500 in a NIMROD EFFECT

I believe their is a conspiracy plan set in place to usurp America's population or "People's Grant of Power" by the authority of the U.S. Constitution by a group of about 500 men. These include the leaders in America who are busy as bees supplanting and diluting the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the U.S. Constitution's demand for the Office of the President that is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents down to the level of a U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator's requirement of "Citizen" which opens the gate of nationals and aliens to become President according to Title 8 and here Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h

It's a lofty goal to have the World come under the New World Order, but respecting foreign Nations is seen in respecting the United States Constitution and the borders of our States where upon the umbrella is designated as the rule of law. Our domestic enemies seeking to altar the 'natural born Citizen' clause do so in effect in the face of eight attempts to legally Amend the U.S. Constitution since 2003.

A usurpation of the U.S. Constitution's 'natural born Citizen' clause for the Office of the President is easily seen as a disrespect and an assault upon foreign nations and their borders as borders and the rule of law are diluted the boundaries are extended militarily. Now who are those 500 men who are assaulting the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the Office of the President? Who are those who are trying to dilute the Office of the President by dishonoring this check and standard of law? They are easily identified on both sides of the isle, as well as business men and other foreign leaders.

Identification of these individuals is important but more than that is the importance of understanding why it is important to maintain our borders and maintain our rule of law under the U.S. Constitution. Obama preached 'Hope and Change', and while change is more an inevitability of time rather then an event, there are some things that are constant and that do not change. Our Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President has not been changed. I can't change that. The Nimrod Effect is essentially just kind of dumb to be honest. Can you imagine building a tower to Heaven? Well, its just as foolish to place a foreigner as your President.

From the time of Moses the Lord has said 'Don't let a foreigner rule over you'-Deuteronomy 17:15. Identifying aliens and nationals is pretty easy to do with our law: 'Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h', so it is very easy to identify those who wish to commit treason by diluting the 'natural born Citizen' requirement of the Office of the President to "Citizen". The maintenance of our 'freedom and liberty' requires this and we cannot compromise it as it has been compromised with Obama. It is a national security threat in the highest office.

Some people frown on people who don't want to change, but some things like the laws of nature are guiding principles of not changing and humanity can find itself in the worst trouble when denying these things. In the principle of not changing and staying the same the Bible says in Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever"

THE PRESIDENTIAL ARENA THICKENS UP

With Sen. Ted Cruz in and Sen. Marco Rubio expected to enter the Presidential Race for 2016 this next week the headlines continue to swirl with controversy about 'natural born Citizen'; the standard and qualification for the Office of the President both Senators fail. Sen. Rand Paul announced yesterday but has already acknowledged he is not a Birther for Republicans or Democrats meaning he is not fit to preserve, protect and defend the United States Constitution as the oath for President requires.

Already Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are being courted for Amicus Curiae's or 'friend of the Court' petitions encouraging the Court to hear it based on their experiences that are relevant to the recklessness of Obama and his Administration regarding the United States Constitution.

Most reporters know as Phil Kadner does of the Chicago, Illinois Tribune that 'The U.S. Supreme Court has never ruled on how the words "natural-born citizen" would apply to someone who is president of the United States.As everyone knows, President Barack Obama has been accused of failing to meet the natural-born test, whatever the test is. The main focus initially was on whether Obama was actually born in Hawaii or a foreign country.'

They have ignored the facts that naturalization included those of one U.S. Citizen mother who married and adopted her husband's alienship just like marriage primarily meant the women took upon herself the man's last name as is seen in:
U.S. Code: Title 8 - ALIENS AND NATIONALITY
8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
(e) 'a person born in an outlying possession of the United States of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year at any time prior to the birth of such person;'

Their reports leave one wondering if they are in so far with Obama they don't want to go down the devil's slide with him, or if they truly disdain the Country so bad they absolutely see no reason for borders or any laws in a discrimination for chaos they espouse in abhorrence to this Country's founding as a Nation? Are they so enamored with deregulation that they see the regulation of the United States Constitution as a burdensome hurdle to overcome like a giant corporation not liking the burdensome extra rules and regulations requiring business transactions and emails be accounted for with foreign Nations?

One is really left wondering where the civil and constitutional morality of Democrats and Republicans has gone? Of course in fairness to all their has been no rulings that actually consist of two Presidential Candidates in the U.S. Supreme Court: one stating harm and damages due to the other's unconstitutional qualifications, unfairness, and unequal treatment of standards. Cody Robert Judy compares Obama's unfair exemptions in his Writ of Certiorari as discrimination as bad as his being told to, "get to the back of the bus".

Have we really come that far if one person is given the right to do something because of his color and the other is denied the same right because of his? It seems Civil Rights is an every day determination to uphold the United States Constitution including those of the qualifications for the Office of the President as they are the will of the People until changed by a Constitutional Amendment.

Most people do agree the Supreme Court of the United States should weigh in on this and with the Writ of Certiorari delivered to them, they will again get to choose if the Office of the President is open season to nationals and aliens who are naturalized and whether the eight attempts since 2003 to change it in Congress having failed ought to be the responsibility of the court to uphold or if its just a Devil's Slide to go down.

With Tracy Fair's Writ dismissed April 6,2015, this could be the last chance for the Court to take the natural born Citizen clause into consideration for the General Welfare of the Republic and literally all the Offices defined within it, for as goes the Office of the President how much easier do the offices of the Representatives, Senators, and even the Supreme Court Justice(s) positions go in what Obama juxtaposed would be fun?

While R-Utah Representative Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wanted to use Obama's visit to talk about Benghazi; R-Utah. Sen. Mike Lee hoped to use it to remind people on his email list of all the sins the Obama administration has committed to date in the order of racking in donations for Utah Republican's party; Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker praised the president for coming; and Gov. Gary Herbert said he hoped to get a private meeting with Obama; Cody Robert Judy, the only un-elected one in the bunch living in Utah having run as a losing Candidate for the 1st Congressional District in 2002, the U.S. Senate office in 2004 and 2010 that Sen. Mike Lee won,was actually serving Obama as a Presidential Candidate in 2008, 2012, and 2016 in the Supreme Court of the United States, due to Obama's ineligibility as a natural born Citizen. -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents-

In defense of the United States Constitution's natural born Citizen clause, Key to our Country's national defense, and our future, Obama is not technically eligible to even fly in Air Force one as President" Judy said, "He is dis-honoring the Office of the President every day he occupies it as a Usurper and your elect aren't doing a pence of salt about it. It's nearly unbearable here where the salt of the earth has lost its savor", Judy said in a reference to Luke 14:34 and comporting Mormon Doctrine of Covenants 101:39-41."

Resident Occupier of the White House Barack Obama greeted people on the tarmac after Air Force One safely landed, Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Hill Air Force Base 8:10 p.m , in Roy Utah, just five miles from where Cody Robert Judy's Campaign Headquarters here in Ogden, Utah are. You can imagine my surprise as I saw Air Force One landing then I thought today was a great day!" Judy said, serving his papers in the Supreme Court of the United States and muscling up for his Presidential Interview that night at WNLM Radio's Meat & Potatoes Show in Massachusetts while Obama was sound asleep at the Sheratan Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah.

"Yes, it was rather interesting; the timing and everything. It just came together and coincided perfectly", Judy said, "One of the most interesting coincidences I've ever been involved with in politics. I felt very humbled and honored to be serving We The People, in serving Obama this humble appeal for Justice in the highest Court or Supreme Court of the United States. Of course Obama has gotten away with a lot but this Nation is not for sale nor will it be blackmailed by fraud or treacherous trickery. This has been my duty as a Presidential Candidate who has standing. Running in the race carries a very big responsibility and I hope America sees I've carried that well and not taken it for granted."

There has been a lot of speculation amid Sen. Ted Cruz's announcement to enter the race for President in the coming 2016 election. "I'm sure he knows he is not qualified, and a witness says Sen. Cruz acknowledged in a 2012 interview that Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was the requirement and Obama failed. Obama knew too, but what these men also know is how dog-gone hard it is to catch a thief. The problem has been being able to prosecute and hold the line even as the qualification for President as a natural born Citizen were being usurped by bullies. The Court processes take a long time. I've been involved with them since 2008 and sued McCain and Obama.

Judy points to long uphill court battle the LGBT community fought and how long it has taken them for their individual rights to be recognized in sanctioned unions of marriage by the Government and a fair tax credit. "I'm no different in wanting my Individual Rights recognized to run a fair race with all requirements of qualifications expected from every Candidate for the Office of the President", Judy said.

During Obama's visit to Utah he met with some of the Mormon Leaders there. LDS Church spokesman Eric Hawkins said LDS President Thomas S. Monson, age 87, skipped a meeting with Obama to preserve his strength for the LDS Church's General Conference this weekend. Shortly after President Barack Obama landed at Hill Air Force Base, he rode by motorcade to Salt Lake City where he had a private meeting at the Sheraton Hotel with Presidents Henry B. Eyring and Dieter F. Uchtdorf of the First Presidency and apostles L. Tom Perry and D. Todd Christofferson and it was noticed that Obama thanked them for their support in the new LGBT Law prohibiting discrimination, acknowledging the individual rights, and religious freedom.The measure took seven years to pass.

That's about how long it seems I've been working through the loops of the Court in the emphasis of the Office of the President's unique qualification as a natural born Citizen and its a tough battle not only fought in the Court but fought in campaign of the public arena. Especially when the Media paints such a tough "racist" head strong wind to go against even though Sen. McCain was the first on my list to check check in U.S. Federal Court. That's happened a lot with Obama with others like Donald Trump, and Obama himself has insinuated the racist card many times in efforts to bring this issue of qualifications to the Court of Justice calling those Birthers circus acts and carnival barkers the day he handed out his fabricated long form birth certificate.

It took us back. We had to do some checking all the while Obama is redirecting the press as a big war hero getting Osama bin Laden the next day. There we are scrambling to check out a document almost immediately reported a forged document but it took law enforcement over 2500 hours and many many test were performed to come up with the official analysis signed in affidavit by the law enforcement investigation included to the Supreme Court of the United States in this Writ.

That hasn't been the only challenge to work through. We've had scholastic academic professors who have ventured over the line trying to merge the term "Citizen" and "natural born Citizen" in spite of the Constitution's clear distinction that Citizen was the requirement "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" U.S.C. Art. II, Sect. 1, Clause 5. These are respected and intelligent people from prestigious universities offering their commentaries. Still, Congress since 2003 has attempted to change the 'natural born Citizen' qualification to "Citzen" in the qualifications for Office for President. Its failed every time, which in summary is the witness and voice of the People not wanting it changed. There is a process to Amend the U.S. Constitution and it is not by listening to a few commentaries who wish to see it changed. Our elected leaders have more authority over the term then they do by the voice of many.

The fingers have been pointed that the Constitution didn't explain or didn't come with a dictionary of terms but with using deductive reasoning we can suppose that every type of "Citizenship" discussed in 3 U.S. Code: Title 8 Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h really describes for us every event of Citizen. The only one missing is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents which is natural born Citizen. The Constitution didn't define pirate either, but we know what one is.

THE CRUZ AFFECT BRINGING BI-PARTISANSHIP INTO THE COURT RULING

While Birthers have been getting slammed by Republicans and Conservatives for Sen. Ted Cruz it might prove the best thing to happen because suddenly a decision from the Court is bi-partisan. Title 8 (g) describes his circumstances as naturalized or codified by Government. [Nationals and citizens of United States at birth (g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of who is an alien and the other a citizen of the United States.] A person fitting this outline is Sen. Ted Cruz born in Canada to maybe one U.S. Citizen. His mother may have a Canadian citizenship if she naturalized like her husband. If that's the Case, Texas did not elect someone who was even a U.S. Citizen qualified but a Canadian natural born Citizen.

There really are only two kinds naturalized and natural. A natural born Citizen actually is the only circumstances prohibited in or from Title 8. and the reason is it is never doubted that one born in the Country to Citizens are natural born Citizens, and that is the requirement for the Office of the President. So asking what is a natural born Citizen hasn't been the right question. Its the deductive reasoning that is very available in Court that asks, "What isn't a natural born Citizen? We find that out in Title 8 describing all the types and variations or qualifications of "Citizen".

The good thing about this is it subsides the Court's own hesitation based on what's termed the doctrine political question.

REQUIREMENT OF COURT TO CALL WITNESSES and INVESTIGATIONS BY CONGRESS.

This Writ is diverse as it is capturing calling witnesses of profound importance to testimony. Like former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton to witness under oath at things they have been reported to say and to have said as to evidences they posses that Obama was not qualified and the complications and perils they faced in retaliations for their witness of which I will not elaborate upon at this time, but are key in the chilling effects doctrine of standing and important witnesses.
