TURNS UP HEAT ON OBAMA'S LEGACY of FRAUD

Mike Zullo lead investigator of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, Maricopa County, Arizona, turned up the heat on Obama's Legacy of Fraud and may have just smoked the Secret Clown out of the Carnival Obama hailed when he released his fabricated long form birth certificate to the White House Press Core April 27th, 2011. 

During the somber 70 Minute Press Conference LIVE STREAMed by FOX 10 NEWS Phoenix Arizona  ,seen in it's entirety below,  was a "9 Points of Forgery" Show Cased Video extrapolating Evidence confirming what multiple forensic examiners from different agencies concluded in findings; that an identification fraud of Obama's long form birth certificate was prominent as announced by lead investigator Mike Zullo. 

There is no way Obama can take his hands off the red-heated plate of his long form birth certificate as they melded together with his handing it out to the White House Press core. The implications have far reaching consequences for Congress to consider with the falsification of identity and the reasons why such a crime would needs take place in the beginning?

Obama himself was well aware of the clamor for authentication of his being Constitutionally Qualified for the office of President during the three years from the time he occupied the White House in 2008 until the time of the release of the long form fabrication April 27th, 2012 assuring there would be Carnival Barkers in what now appears to be his Circus Act who were not convinced. 

The general conclusion was that the Cold Case Posse had indeed figured out and obtained the base document the Obama Fabricated Long Form Birth Certificate had indeed come from! That in itself seems like a needle in the haystack but the evidence concludes the percentage of error on that conclusion is higher than 1000% (percent) confirmed by two very reputable forensic document examinations on two different continents that have excellent resumes of professional work.

That Hawaii Document that served the base for the fabrication of Obama's long form birth certificate belonged to  Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph-Hawaii Resident & Commuter Graphics Artist and sweet dear friend to Miki Booth and Al who is also her employer that owns a printing shop in Hawaii 

listed on a report made June 4th, 2014 on this Blog!

The Blog Post was entitled NATIONAL TREASURE 2 - I AM THE BIRTHER KING - SECRETS OF THE CLOWN. Mike Zullo in the Press Conference today did announce a couple of key things that when or if you read the June 4th Blog Piece you will see a contrast in. Mike Zullo specifically stated that Miki Booth was not a suspect in or of the forgery even though she had a close personal friendship relationship with Johanna Ah'Nee which she also acknowledges in her book Memoirs of a Community Organizer,  and Mr. Zullo specifically defended Miki Booth and stated he had interviewed johanna Ah'Nee twice in the investigation although he did not explain why or how Miki Booth as a friend of Ah'Nee's could be completely ruled out as a suspect.

In my report on the Blog Post I noticed what seemed the odd or same "E", or what was termed a "smiley face" on the Miki Booth's father-in-law Francis Nathanel Booth's Birth Certificate she had published herself, that was [not] apparent on other Hawaii Birth Certificates Jerome Corsi had stated to be looking over in his investigations and collections as is shown below. 

Zullo stated that there was indeed information he elaborated was indeed more classified that he could not release at this time and that would be passed on to 'other investigating organizations and Congress.

I will now also publically state for the record that I have never had a conversation with Mike Zullo.

Now moving on with the implications of the Cold Case Posse's revelations today, I am indeed obliged without any remunerations from this Cold Case Posse or the entire investigations investigative body as a Candidate for President of the United States 2008; 2012; and 2016 to affirm the positive report I delivered with standing to the appropriate Courts I have in not only defending the natural born Citizen requirement, but also informing, educating, and alerting the Justices of the highest Court of these findings. Beginning on Page 10 of the Response to the Motion to Dismiss in Georgia  and ending with SCOTUS 12-5276 & 14-9396

These facts relate to the General Public that a presidential Candidate with Standing was indeed alerting the Judicial Branch of Government NOTICE of crime that was now we know for sure being committed. The facts have simply gained momentum but the conclusions remain the same as they were related and reported March 1st, 2011. This indeed should implicate REVERSALS on the Courts own JUDGEMENTS upon the Court's own admission of TRUTH or TREACHERY? 

Beginning in 2008 as a Candidate for President, (seen as the last entry on this Wiki Page), I filed a Civil Rights Law suit against Sen. John McCain and the RNC , that included Obama.

Obama was never born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents- the Qualification known as [natural born Citizen] unique for the Office of President, so there had to be some white collar crime indulged in for the Order to pass the Constitution Hounds that the Elected fear getting to close.

Four Known Different Long Forms Produced
with connections to Obama's Hands 

Even President Elect Donald Trump was castigated for simply asking after three years that Obama produce proof of his place of birth and his inherited citizenship from mother and father. If it was all American, of course there would be no problem.

That community was around 250 residence of one of the largest Counties in the United States lead by a Sheriff who had lasted longer than any U.S. President - some 6 terms! Sheriff Joe Arpaio was a no non-sense lawman who cared deeply for Law and Order and took the Trust seriously in his jurisdiction which involved precarious balances of safety for his constituents in heavy drug trafficking and crime common by illegal aliens because of the foreign country border shared near his County.

It took a communities petition to extract a serious look into their concern-the sincerity and integrity of a man whose past was colliding with the Qualifications demanded in the U.S. Constitution. Obama's American Allegiance had not passed the test of time demanded by two generations in [ natural born Citizen] that included soil or Jurisdiction of Law born under as well equally the ability of each Parent to Vote as a U.S. Citizen which Obama's father was never able to do owning to his allegiance to Kenya over the USA. Parents not owing any foreign allegiance - this qualification requirement makes Obama ineligible by itself and the exception was to those born  during or as the Constitution says "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" as a new Jurisdiction or Nation. Article II.Section 1, Clause 5.

Alarmed by the Constitutional Hounds getting close, Obama after three years released what was termed his $10 long form birth certificate.  The community of the Surprise Tea Party wanted their Sheriff to confirm it's validity, as three years of denials it even existed was met with wonderment in it's sudden production or what's been termed it's fabrication.

The U.S. Supreme Court was first furnished the preliminary results of the Cold Case Posse in the First National Press Conference of March 31st 2012, through a Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party coming up through the Georgia State Supreme Court as a Ballot Challenge in the Democratic Party Primary of 2011 in Case No. 12-5276 .

That case evolved into the second U S. Supreme Court Case 14-9396 by once again ,a Democratic Party Candidate Cody Robert Judy pressing as a Candidate in 2016 for damages and alerting the Court through the Congressional Sherman/and /Clayton Acts unique for not requiring an Attorney General for the notification of Crimes of the cartel formed by the Corporations of the DNC and Obama's Election Corporation acting in concert to subvert the Constitution's Qualifications.

The case was not heard by the U.S. Supreme Court's own indulgences of discrimination against the poor for the Court's attention. Though the lower UT. Federal Court and the Denver Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case with a waiver of fees, the U.S. Supreme Court in the same year denied the Facts the lower Courts found conclusive.

The insult by the Highest Court to hear from two Presidential Candidates locked in opposition concerning the Qualifications unique to the Office of the President/VP, which is a Precedent Case in U.S. History , was denied over printing cost and Court fees the Court's below had granted and the U.S. Supreme Court had granted itself in 12-5276.

It's was completely absurd- An anomaly of Injustice. The 2016 Election procured much more expensively what was happening in coronations of the Candidates- Barack Obama in 2008 and Hillary Clinton to follow against Bernie Sanders who also sued the DNC. WikiLeaks served the Cherry on top leading to the DNC's Chair woman's Resignation.

Cody Robert Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in the United States of America with an Equality Record as a Plaintiff in Federal Court from 2008 through 2016 in a bi-Partisan stand against both Republicans and Democrats with law suits against McCain and Obama.

The issue of corruption combining in cronyism the Candidates John McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 as subject or co-sponsors.

Sheriff Joe held a Second National Press Conference confirming probable cause had been exceeded by confirmation the Documents held in question were forgeries constituting crime.

The Cold Case Posse's Investigation continued with new leads and new information being revealed but held close by the Posse's Investigators and the Sheriff.

Sheriff Joe lost at 80 years old his 7th bid for re-Election in 2016. But true to form, the promises to his constituencies will culminate in a third and Final Posse Finale round up reporting all that is now known with the culmination of the Posse's work since 2012's Second Press conference.

On Thursday, December 15th, 2016 at 4pm the Can-of-Worms which encompasses the Evidence of Obama's Forged Identifications that we know consisted of Birth certificate, Draft Registration, and perhaps Social Security numbers will be opened again in a Conclusion Conference sending shivers down Congress , the U.S. Supreme Court Justices, The Mainstream Media , and perhaps even PEOTUS Donald J. Trump's spines!

Even with the Evidence that points to Hillary Clinton stating when she voted for McCain's Resolution 511 as a U.S. Senator,that the non-binding senate resolution 'may not have 'constitutional weight' or in other words stand up against Constitutional scrutiny

The sponsors include both Democrats vying to be Mr. McCain’s opponent, Senators Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York and Barack Obama of Illinois, as well as Senator Tom Coburn, Republican of Oklahoma.
Of course, the authors acknowledge the resolution would have little real influence were the matter of Mr. McCain’s eligibility hanging by a legal thread. Mr. Leahy is skeptical it is needed at all since he believes there is already no doubt Mr. McCain meets the standard. But he said he is willing to take the extra step.

The countdown clock at this time now showing 40 days until Obama leaves the White House and Trump moves in. While Hillary Clinton now has two Presidential Elections that she has lost to not standing up for the U.S. Constitution's requirements uniquely established for the Office of the President and Vice President in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5 the requirement intended to protect the nation from foreign influence, she had to be sedated after losing the last one, one wonders why she cannot see that simply taking a stand for what's right would be the best way to challenge Trump's own Election, even in the Post Election fray of 2016.

The natural-born-citizen clause has been mentioned in passing in several decisions of the United States Supreme Court, and by some lower courts that have addressed eligibility challenges, but the Supreme Court has never directly addressed the question of a specific presidential or vice-presidential candidate's eligibility as a natural-born citizen. Many eligibility lawsuits from the 2008, 2012, and 2016 election cycles were dismissed in lower courts due to the challengers' difficulty in showing that they had standing to raise legal objections.
Judy v. Obama 14-9396 was the most radically dismissed of these because Cody Robert Judy was indeed a Presidential Candidate with Standing and experts have suggested that the precise meaning of the natural-born-citizen clause may be decided by the courts as a justiciable political question as the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court ruled upholding. The best argument listed on page 12 of the following Certioari  involving Sen. Ted Cruz in a ballot Challenge stated in Elliott v. Cruz:

Judge Pellegrini correctly held that it is not an impermissible political question for a court to analyze and determine what an Article II natural born citizen is. But he also held: “Having extensively reviewed all articles cited in this opinion, as well as many others, this Court holds, consistent with the common law precedent and statutory history, that a ‘natural born citizen’ includes any person who is a United States citizen from birth.” 

This of course directly contradicts 'construction prohibitions' upon the Constitution.  Article II, Section 1, Clause 5's {natural born Citizen} requirement would than be inconsequential, in contrast or conflict and made moot with the passage of the 14th Amendment. There are multiple SCOTUS rulings that state and hold as precedent that when two or more principles of the Constitution come into conflict both both must be given their just due and neither can be overruling without Amendment.

This affirmation would hold a difference between the qualifications of {Citizen} in requirements for Representative and Senator and President at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution, to the now required {natural born Citizen}.

That difference would be seen as no foreign allegiance by Birth or Parents in the definition stated as the U.S. Supreme Court held in Minor v. Happersett -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was never doubted!

Still, Democrats even at the loss of a 1.2 Billion Dollar Campaign in 2016 with Hillary, will fight on to defend a Defacto President whose terms are up by Constitutional Standards limiting a Person to two terms. Why? 

If Democrats in fact respected the U.S. Constitution, let's say if Hillary Clinton respected the U.S. Constitution, she would understand and uphold the two term limits just as directly as upholding the natural born Citizen clause as a total American Allegiance in {natural born Citizen} against Obama holding the Office of President for three terms or at all, because he is not qualified.

Why hold up two terms if your not going to hold up {natural born Citizen}? The conundrum is the most glaring hypocritical stand in the history of the United States, especially now as it relates to Trump securing the Office of President and nominating U.S. Supreme Court Justices! They are , Hillary is a RepubliDemocrat- she was Republican first Democrats, and remember Republicans have far more Candidates in the wings who are not natural born Citizens including Rubio, Cruz, Jindal all mentioned in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 that the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed based on failing to pay the money because of poverty in affect denying Justice because of Price for Sale.

It's because he only really respects rich people who have made a pile of cash as his Secretary of State interviews show and have in common? I'm the only one the MSM couldn't call Racist based upon my equal protection of the constitution's natural born Citizen requirement for President against McCain and Obama. Romney- Exxon CEO Rex Tillerson  Ford Boeing CEO Alan Mulally all multi millionaires who actually may have business interest abroad."

 Donald Trump never gave a dime as far as I know to any Birther Candidate with Standing when he was not a Candidate and we could have used help for legal expenses. In fact I'm getting ready to call the President Elect Dim-Witt-Donald for his lack of Principle towards the Constitution, Law, and Order. Trump's on target like a light bulb that flashes on very strong, but fades and dims just as fast." 

If Hillary or Democrats cared in the slightest about the nation, if they psychologically didn't in fact support Donald J. Trump in the White House, don't you think they would come out and take a stand against Barack Obama with this legal foothold to stop Donald Trump? That just proves to Democrats everywhere that Hillary Clinton was a joke and actually supported Donald Trump though she led on she was an opposing Candidate for Democrats. 

If the U.S. Supreme Court in fact challenged Obama's ineligibility with a Justice Ruling of Judy v. Obama 14-9396, found unjustly canned within the next 40 days, and had a ruling finding Obama is not eligible, how with those circumstances changed, could the Election of 2016 possibly be seen as anything other than Constitutionally Fraudulent to the conditions the United States of America actually was in and the American People actually able to Vote with those conditions understood? 

It's as fraudulent as lying to the Public in order to get elected. The whole system is rigged and we'd need to either schedule another election or Congress would have to do something. Maybe we hold another election and Hillary wins when Obama is found to be a Fraud? Maybe we have an Election next year and Trump is put on hold for now until it's sorted out? The Senate has the ability to appoint a President pro tempore. 

This is why frankly, Donald J. Trump should reconsider Hillary Rodham Clinton for Secretary of State, she totally supports him and Republicans, just as they have supported Obama. Trump never filed a single paper or ballot challenge against Cruz, Rubio, or Jindal with the standing he recognized he had.  

If Obama's found ineligible by the U.S. Supreme Court, and Donald J. Trump is found to be a fraudulent Birther even as Obama is found to be a fraudulent defacto president, does he still have the Vote of the People that Hillary called his 'base'? What is most certain is a whole bunch more questions need to be asked.

Gina Lowden wrote in speculating why Trump would meet with Romney for Secretary of State after all Romney's criticizing was to silence oppositions : The strategy of candidate Trump in this election was positively fascinating for this psychological analyst to watch, and I have to admit, I am even more excited to watch his presidency. But, we must be careful not to view Trump’s actions through the prism of the old political playbook or we will continue to misjudge and underestimate him just as we have for the past 17 months.

SENATE FILIBUSTER DEATH? The Key to the Senate Filibuster was that it gave the Minority Party power encouraging compromise with opposite party members to get laws passed. With the work conducted of NV-D. Sen Harry Reid that compromise to the minority came to a slower crawl where now it's more about simple majorities.

The danger is obvious in that purest form of Democracy "Might is Right" or the "Candy land of the Bully". Where it really begins to hurt is when the Majority in Congress is opposite the President.

It's a brain crawling experience to wonder why the Founders gave filibuster power to every Senator. But it sure was an incentive to be included in the UNION wasn't it? Smaller States in population had an Equality of Footing in at least one Branch and part of Congress. Was a magnificent long term vision for [The United States of America].

The Senate six (6) year Term was a vision of longer site than the short term two year (2) Representative. So was Sen. Harry Reid's vision short or long term? He acted like a Representative in the short two years between 2008 and 2010 and jammed Obamacare down the throat of America.

With the Super Majority he had he did not consult with Republicans. It was Bully all the way, and it cost Democrats favor with the People who understood, Minorities need rights too. 

Let's read that again slightly differant. Democrat Harry Reid denied Minorities the rights afforded by our Founders. Yes, it was in the Senate, but now look at who is the Minority.

The Minorities in our Country are set up to take the fall, Senator Harry Reid pioneered as a Democrat. If you campaigned with that as a Republican you'd get every vote of Minorities, oh wait a minute, Donald J. Trump just won. Do you think that happened with just the caucasion vote Democrats? 

The beauty of individual rights was embodied in the U.S. Senate and Sen. Reid took a swipe at it just as quickly as opportunity presented itself as a Super Majority. The result should be a reminder of what we already knew.

What does that say about the Trust we should give Minorities when they do become the Majority even for a short time?

How is it that Minorities can build Trust when as the Example they put in and use the "nuclear option" when granted seats of power? Barack Obama was a minority, in the Office of President , he chose to violate the [ natural born Citizen ] requirement of born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents; the requisite since those who were patriot Citizens at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. Art.II, Section 1,C-5.

How did Barack Obama act as a Minority in the Office of President? He acted as a Usurper. He acted as the walking talking violation of the Office he was. He laid and presided over another 10 Trillion of debt upon the shoulders of Americans that is 70K on every man, women, and child in the United States. He increased and encouraged illegal immigration. And most importantly, he was the poster-child of Democrats losing more seats in Government than even President Jimmy Carter-Over a thousand seats across the Country.

So, do Minorities feel safer now Republicans control super majorities in a majority of States? Do you as a Minority understand the value of a Constitutional Republic over a Bully Democracy where even one person has individual rights?

The wisdom and understanding that comes with this Respect and Honor is not on the upswing in our Country. It's failing and falling. What Republicans do now in the Majority may well be a tell.

My Example of Taking A Stand as a Minority Presidential Candidate for Truth -standing up for the [ natural born Citizen] ie. (Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) in two U.S. Supreme Court Cases ( Judy v. Obama 12-5276 & 14-9396)  has been blown to bits, ravaged, pillaged, discriminated against, raped, murdered and you could say crucified. That is the message to Truth our Government in the three Branches has given. We prefer the Lie?

Is the unpopular Truth more attractive to women than the Popular Lie? Do they like loyalty or are they happier in being told lies? Is the unpopular Truth more attractive to blacks than the Popular Lie? Is the unpopular Truth more attractive to any minority than the Popular Lie? Why than is the Lie popular at all?

Barack Obama's being a Minority in power should cement itself in our Memories that having a differant color, or religion, or sex is NEVER a guarantee for protection against Corruption and that character comes from within. It's not about what you look like on the outside, but who you are on the inside that counts. Every heart is red and blood pumps in and flows out.

There are circumstances of age, time, and place that we have set in the Constitution as minimums that are represented as guardians of Truth, Wisdom, and Understanding. That is what is popular over the long term and it's the heart of success for any Country. If that has become despised hated and of no popular interest the Population is on course for Lies, Knee Jerks, and Manipulative self interest rather than cumulative interest and sacrifice for one another.

It will be as if they have declared themselves as Gods and God shall indeed lend them the devil. Yes and when they see they are fooled, coming into the Prison that awaits them, there is weeping, wailing, and knashing of teeth.

Can you think of a better description of Democrats losing the 2016 Election? Hillary Clinton had to be sedated. 

So we see Harry Reid retire after being clobbered by gym equipment and presiding over the greatest losses over eight years Democrats have known in modern history as if nothing should change? Stating Democrats are in good shape like Sen. Reid did, is a fundamental delusion of soundness ,or the devil satisfied with the lake of heated waste on Fire and Brimstone.

Preferred Trade and cheap labor has ensnared or lured away some of America's finest Corporations fundamentally hurting America while helping many other Nations - China being the biggest.


The problem is how do you negotiate with an unfair Trade history, and keep your Trading partner happy. China has been the biggest benefactor of what America in Trump now is calling a very bad deal.


America lost a core Principle of standing up against slavery in the devaluation of currency- China's dictatorship insist upon their population at times cutting pay and wages and trading that for volume in order to lure the American Businessman away.


Profits as high as 90% have made American Businesses and Corporations filthy rich and they didn't have a problem with slave wages off American shores. Republicans and Democrats laid aside the influence of Trade to encourage human rights for profit.


Now China has hooked many businesses and through their prowess got America on their profit nipple weaning away and learning to feed oneself may cause the next Secretary of State the greatest headaches.


Weakness in this position could cause the greatest problems and with Trump's interviews and public statements of four finalist, we are staring weakness in the eyes and the foreign powers know it.


I won't go in to detail about those weaknesses, but it's pretty safe to say, Trump's the exclusive four in top considerations for Secretary of State
have reputations in critique that are weak.


While they also deserve strength rewards in many areas the balance in many respects it seems will be Trump's Secretary of State constantly undercutting Trump's Campaign Pledges in favor of the status quo.


Trump's consideration may be in getting more of a pacifier for Secretary of State, and if that's the goal he has four strong choices to choose from. Perhaps, he should also consider former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

Trump is about to get an education on Establishment Republican Construction and Democratic Party Delay by way of Regulation, but it will cost him a second term Presidency for lying to the People.

Trump has prided himself in the private sector as a Builder.  Building SKYSCRAPERS under budget and ahead of schedule seems to have been kind of a Trump Trademark and went hand-in-hand with the confidence Americans saw in electing him. But that Trademark is about to hit a Huge Wall called his own Republican Senate and House.

It's a wreck I called awhile back now believe it or not. In the fast age of intelligence people have come to expect more instantly.

In 2008 when Obama was the freshman senator entering the White House he had the benefit of Democrats or same party super majorities in the House and Senate. Obamacare was literally shoved down the Public she throat with that power Dems felt was a Mandate. Obamacare was passed or built in less than two years.

Democrats didn't play it safe and say " We might get to it in 3 years" , the way R-KY Sen. Mitch McConnell and a bunch of majority Republicans from the House and Senate just did.

Of course I was waiting to hear that story, but didn't think we'd hear it before President Elect Trump was sworn in.

As a write-in 08 and Democratic Candidate for President in 2012, and 2016
I know first hand about the Judicial Branch's slight upon Justice with Obama's Ineligibility.

How they protected Obama in a massive cover up that had tennicles that aloud his Defacto Presidency against the sound, historical, and legal precedent of the U.S. Constitution. I was disparaged by both Republican and Democratic Establishment but it was not for being wrong on the definition of [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, it was for not going along.

Americans saw a hope in President Elect Donald J. Trump as a rich guy who built things. They felt he knew how to get things done.

But as the following letter reveals time stamped during the Campaign before Trump's VP Pick ,  Trump may have intentionally blown what would amount to the biggest Campaign Fraud upon the American Budget affecting Incomes in every household. That was the ability to Legally Repeal Obamacare without a Super Majority of Republicans.

As the following correspondence with the Trump Campaign and my Campaign reveals Trump probably made himself a one-Termer with his choice for VP, because in that single choice he lost the highground to Repealing Obamacare with the stroke of an Executive Order declaring Obama Ineligible for the Office of President.

Sure he can certainly write the Order now as he would but there is no doubt it would immediately go to Court with a hundred Democrat Lawyers.

If Trump says now Obamacare was never signed by a Constitutionally Qualified President's, the Judges would say " You're telling us this now. Where's your Record of protest and defense of those Qualifications? " Trump's only record would be " things he said against Obama and Cruz.

The Court would say, well so you believed it kind of sort of, but not enough to bring it to Court for Official Record? That doesn't sound like you believed it very much. Your certainly not hampered by not having enough money for good lawyers, Court costs, and Printing fees like that Candidate for President Cody Robert Judy (CRJ) was.

In fact, we have a Record he was asking for your support and assistance financially as far back as 2011, but you didn't give him a dime. That doesn't sound like you believed it very much way back then.

Because the Qualifications of President and Vice President are the same, Trump in choosing CRJ could have claim on CRJ's Record. The fact CRJ didn't win in Court is not a sticking point when your in Court determining whether Obama was Constitutionally Qualified.

If a PresidentTrump was a Defendant in Court it places the burden of proof on the Plaintiff. in other words, those 100 Democratic Lawyers would have to have every Record of Obama's in there proving his eligibility beyond any reasonable doubt simply because Trump wields Executive power .

Not to mention Trump would have a very powerful Ace in the United States Attorney General. Now, Trump still has that A.G. Card, but the Court could give him grief over his lack of defense when he had responsibility as a Candidate for President with Standing and didn't make a whimper in Court.

President Elect Trump as said "LEGAL" how many times during his Campaign? He's said "Law and Order" how many times during his Campaign?

Trump is essentially set up to take a very big fall and he won't have Republican Elected Leaders sticking with him through the fog of political war. Republican Leaders in the House and Senate have already made very clear how weak their loyalty is to him if it only takes a recorded conversation off tge cuff ten years back for them to abandon ship.

Trump's smart when it comes to leverage and getting things built, but Obama's 8 years and avoiding accountibility to the Constitution was no easy run. Every conceivable trick in the book has been used.

For my own part, no its not easy to lower my Presidential Candidate flag in submission to Trump's Campaign when I wrote the letters to his Camp. But my thought was in a long term recovery and indeed making America greater. Hopefully Republicans and Democrats can work together with the interest of our Constitution in mind.

With Obamacare Premiums kicking in 2016 the hurtlocker for families and small businesses begins with Obamacare. I agree, sometimes it's dividing and divisive to spend the time and energy fighting an opponent after a Campaign is over.

The problem is without wiping Obamacare off the map by convincing America and the Court's he was not eligible in the first place , you've bound yourself and your own progress to the Crooked road that Obama created in two years.

Blaming your opponent won't last 3 years for Trump, the way blaming Bush for 7 years did for Obama. Can you really imagine Trump taking 3 years to knock a building down let alone failing to build its replacement for 3 of his 4 year term?

Due to so many comments on FACEBOOK on this post I am posting this Comment of mine.

This was a proposal I sent Carson and Trump. I believe a lot of people will try and use the "21 Million People" will lose their insurance fear mongering tactic on any change.

But the bottom line is it was never a right and the mandate made socialized nightmares happen that we also feared.. high prices .. long lines.

The KEY to remember is what happened in 2 Years with Obamacare?

If Republicans think they can tax the Holy Ganoly out of Americans with a Healthcare Jack , they will lose seats in 2018 and 2020 will be Trump's end of POTUS.

Socialization of Medicine wad not the Mandate this Election. Anyway, Trump's got to implement a Replacement but first a Total Repeal or he will get dragged into Court on every little hiccup of Obamacare that's he wants to Repeal.

Yes a new PLAN might keep some things, but it won't be part of the Old One with legal hurdles to jump in order to implement.
