Book: Taking A Stand - The conservative independent Voice
The body double Trump-Team was in place assembled with the regular Team escorting the President of the United States Donald J. Trump. The body-double for Trump was just a hair shorter than President Trump but from a distance the eye was fooled enough for the security concern for which the Team had been assembled.
It was a little disappointing to the Press when they understood they had been "duped", much more by Obama than Trump. But the evidence actually produced showed Obama's Administration had been built entirely on a unconstitutional and weak foundation which made for a precariously dangerous legacy sure to be remembered under the audacity of Fraud & Forgery.
The helicopter planes hummed above as we spotted the landing platform for Marine One. President Trump was waiting as I got off with a smile enjoying the view.
Clasping the President's hand I said, " Hello Mr. President, I'm Cody Judy, and introduced my Guest to him also. The budget for the occasion was built in.
The Party was BIG-TIME , and all you could possibly imagine. Every kind of meat you could want was being spotted on open flames- buffalo, lamb, and wild bore all favorites of mine.
Fresh sawdust covered the floor adding to the rustic ambience of the Shindig. The cooks and waiters were thrilled to be doing what they loved in assuring the guest were personally catered to in the most enduring and sweet way.
A Special Lamb Jelepena popper was skewered with Jack cheese smothering the long toothpicks holding the mouthwatering deliciously tasting appetizer together.
The guest were just thrilled to be there, and it was great to see President Trump after such a grueling quarter finally settled in enough to relax from the stress and take in with a smile the entertainment provided on the modest Stage he had a front and center seat to.
The movie in the planning stages already would be a National Treasure. The Plot involved the whole United States being sucked into the biggest Fraud in U.S. History but turning around and thriving with the Truth instead of the Lie.
Such was the spectacular and visionary dream I had June 5th as I seemed taken away by the spirit in a most vivid remembrance and experience.

To say President Donald J. The illegality of an Constitutionally unqualified person in the Office of the President has far reaching consequences, which stand for very good reasons why we have a Check and Balance System with each Branch equal in Powers and able to check the other two. The dereliction of this Check and Balance System is not the fault of We The People, but the fault of Elected Leaders.

THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
The United States Constitution is something that we are seeing the Left bring up a lot- one reporter even declaring Trump's not calling on him in a press conference a violation of the First Amendment. Where were all these Constitutional Reporters, and where are they now, in the face of Barack Obama and his Campaign Organization for America having committed Fraud along with the Democratic National Committee orchestrating against the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President?

Literally hundreds of Judges are considered illegal if the Court in my Case decides to consider Obama's Ineligibility as an unseated defacto or Constitutional Usurper President.

I have tried to TWITTER this action to you and to A.G. Jeff Sessions since his confirmation @codyrobertjudy
Thank you for asserting that the A.G. Office will help me as is the duty of the court to assert when violations of the Sherman and Clayton Act as well as Civil Rights allegations are made in the Court. MOTION BEFORE THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT (Utah Division)
A MOTION FOR A RELIEF OF JUDGEMENT or to REOPEN the Case due to the new evidence provided by a law enforcement investigation Cold Case Posse unit deputized under Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa Country AZ provided the evidence that Obama's long form birth certificate is a Fabricated Forgery, not an original, with the use of Johanna Ah'Nees identity birth certificate and was only recently released and available for criminal consideration by the Judicial Branch.
America's newly elected will soon to take the oath of their Elected Offices, recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and open the New 2017 Year with their gavels. Why do they start out with a prayer, and rehearse the Pledge of Allegiance? Well, some say being endowed with certain inalienable rights by our Creator and remembering exactly the Nation they were elected to do the business of their Elected Position outlined by our U.S. Constitution still matters and is something to remember.
I love a Freshman Class - clean slate, and full of promise. Great way to start out a new year. America's hopes are definitely high. That's why the Research Project of this Post and new Video are enough to sock you in the gut - Yeah, probably mostly Republicans with as high of hopes with President Elect Donald J. Trump as most Democrats had with Barack H. Obama back in 2008 when his oath got fumbled ... twice. It didn't really start well and though the Report Card still isn't in, it is looking like pretty much everything is going to be a waste remembered as a wash of another 10Trill in debt, repeal and replace, and a constant state of war for the last 8 years no one wants to really talk about.
You know probably the worse thing Trump could have said when he was campaigning was that he didn't want to talk about the Birth Certificate any more, because that always ends up being what the Media wants to talk about. That's an indication that it's pretty important to a lot of Americans. But remember when Obama said the same thing when he after three years finally released his long form Birth Certificate?
He always wanted to, you know, change the subject. Obama could never make it quite right. Trump by dismissing a Principled Issue of our U.S. Constitution found in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5 that only a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, or a [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution can be President, has done the exact same thing as Obama has. It's like saying, "Ok! I''m in Power. Forget about anything that might resemble a disqualification or our Constitution and let's just recite the Pledge, rather than feel the Pledge as we hear and see the words of Freedom and Liberty and think about that wonderful Gift we must honor, protect, preserve, and defend.
Well this Report I've researched is not everything, there is a ton of it I could not fit in and the video is 14 minutes long, which is a looooong YouTube Video, I mean this isn't 20/20, Anderson's 360, the Kelly File, or a Dateline Special, but it should be as it is very disconcerting given the facts that read like pointed arrows to the conclusion.
Sometimes it seems I will never really be liked by Republicans or Democrats, but that's never really been a goal of mine in running for the Office of President in 2008, 2012, and 2016. Yeah, wouldn't you like to ask Mr. Trump how he'd like doing it again in 2020 and 2024 and never making it?
I thought today, Republicans really hated me when I sued McCain for not being a [natural born Citizen] in 2008 and Democrats really hated me bringing Obama up prior the election of 2008, in 2012, and 2014 , and now with this Video exposing Donald Trump as a 'Business Partner' of Obama's Forgery and Fraud, I'm not sure Republicans are going to be liking me very much either. What do I say to that? I don't think it has every been my goal to be liked by Democrats or Republicans who soil and stain our U.S. Constitution in such a blatant anti-American spirit as I have seen over the last 8 years. I think I'd rather be liked by Americans than Republicans or Democrats involved in Anti-American activities. I just have an enormous respect for Freedom and Liberty. I learned what it was like when our U.S. Constitutional rights are suspended. It's a horrible!
I don't think there is a single U.S. Representative, U.S. Senator or U.S. President who has any idea of what I'm talking about, and I'm happy about that. I wouldn't wish what I went through on any of them. I do hope they do not have to go through what I went through to learn of the importance of it. I just as soon have them pay attention and learn by proxy.
The most disturbing thing about this Video and the facts related therein, would be if Republicans ask themselves honestly, if Donald J. Trump worked a deal and was partners with Obama in the biggest case of Fraud in the History of the United States, are they really thinking hope and happiness lays in the horizon? I believe whole heartedly that was a big mistake of Democrats with Obama. The idea of Hope and Change blinded them so thoroughly, they really could not imagine such a disaster coming from Obama. Eight years of war, 10 Trillion more on the National Debt, and a financial disaster looming or on the precipice of economic responsibility and accountability as we have never experienced before, as well as a divide in the Country so bitter, its difficult for either Republicans or Democrats to imagine something good coming from either side.
I do not feel I am here to discourage one single bit. I do feel I am here to encourage! Encourage is the opposite of despair and discouragement. Yes, what I say or relate might seem discouraging but it is truly intended as setting the bar higher. Now, why do I think that is so important?
Well, for those people who think you can get away with out Repentance your whole life, and no Savior is needed to Balance the Scales in the Order of preserving Justice, it probably doesn't make any sense. Like Trump and Obama say, and we can add Hillary Clinton because she made it so famous, "What difference does it make now?"
The difference it makes can be the difference you might say of finding nothing to pay your debts but your lives, your families lives, your fortunes, your homes and all that's dear to you verses finding the City of Gold. Is there a difference in that? I think so.
Yes, my road has been hard in running for President. The road has not been paved in anything but work, work, work. As I was picking my son up from school today, I was thinking how many times he's asked me if we could go to McDonald's for a $4 dollar Happy Meal and how many times I've actually had to say "No", simply because I didn't have any money. That's how real the last eight years have been for me. That's why the denial of my Motion for Forma Pauperis in the U.S. Supreme Court sprang tears to my eyes. It was in fact a denial of Justice because of a lack of funds.
That's why I also see very wealthy men and women who could have helped but did not, like Donald J. Trump in many ways as a Pig and as a huge insult to America. The [natural born Citizen] as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, are those owing no other allegiance to any other Country by place or parents. If you can't even celebrate that as a Time-Honored-Celebration of American you only have respect for compromising American.
If you are compromising AMERICAN in the Office of the President which demands, unlike the Office of U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator's Qualification of [Citizen] those born on our soil to those who are Citizens of this Country, how is it that you are going to make America Great Again?
You know when I thought today about this post, I thought about the Office of the President not being to big of a deal. It really was not suppose to be that big of a deal you know. I mean two Four Year Term Limits, Qualifications so minimal pretty much anyone can qualify if you've been here awhile. There is no prior office you must have held, or success in business or income or education you must have achieved. If in fact our Constitution wasn't so Grand in the respect of simpleness, Donald J. Trump would never have been able to get to the Office in the first place.
So, how can you not have respect for that as a simple down-to-earth person, unless you don't even really have any respect for yourself in the first place? This is a huge problem staring us in the face. If you don't respect the qualifications for this Office, you don't respect yourself, and more importantly you sure don't respect anyone else.
How do you suppose this Generation has robbed our future Generations in a massive national debt? That is the highway your on, and it's just not a good road to be on. Sure you can do your best, but is it your best? I wanted Barack H. Obama to respect the Office of President by respecting the qualifications for the office and resigning rather than continuing in shame. How could I possibly count someone who collaborated in the compromise of the qualification of the Office of U.S. President as good-to-go after everything I've stood for, every case I've fought in Court?
Well, I have more respect for myself and that gives me power to have respect for you. That's not something I want to compromise. I pray for God's mercy that I would not have to.

You know what I think is ridiculous is when Reporters think for some reason my running on upholding the Constitution's Qualifications for President is any different than preserving, protecting, and defending LAW, and is a matter of National Security! I have thought to myself, if that was my one issue Platform, (which it is not nor ever has been) why wouldn't that be a very worthy one?
Do you have any idea how many lives have been lost? How much national economic stability has been lost due to the compromise? Do you know how much 10 Trillion is? Reporters act like they have no idea- like they are in some delusion. If Democrats had a stick-in-the-back in not standing up against Obama's ineligibility, wouldn't it be Donald J. Trump who collaborated with Obama on his Fraud and Forgery, and wouldn't that be an answer that you just can't get away with compromising Standards of our Constitution without paying a heavy price?

During the somber 70 Minute Press Conference LIVE STREAMed by FOX 10 NEWS Phoenix Arizona ,seen in it's entirety below, was a "9 Points of Forgery" Show Cased Video extrapolating Evidence confirming what multiple forensic examiners from different agencies concluded in findings; that an identification fraud of Obama's long form birth certificate was prominent as announced by lead investigator Mike Zullo.
There is no way Obama can take his hands off the red-heated plate of his long form birth certificate as they melded together with his handing it out to the White House Press core. The implications have far reaching consequences for Congress to consider with the falsification of identity and the reasons why such a crime would needs take place in the beginning?
Obama himself was well aware of the clamor for authentication of his being Constitutionally Qualified for the office of President during the three years from the time he occupied the White House in 2008 until the time of the release of the long form fabrication April 27th, 2012 assuring there would be Carnival Barkers in what now appears to be his Circus Act who were not convinced.
The general conclusion was that the Cold Case Posse had indeed figured out and obtained the base document the Obama Fabricated Long Form Birth Certificate had indeed come from! That in itself seems like a needle in the haystack but the evidence concludes the percentage of error on that conclusion is higher than 1000% (percent) confirmed by two very reputable forensic document examinations on two different continents that have excellent resumes of professional work.

The Blog Post was entitled NATIONAL TREASURE 2 - I AM THE BIRTHER KING - SECRETS OF THE CLOWN. Mike Zullo in the Press Conference today did announce a couple of key things that when or if you read the June 4th Blog Piece you will see a contrast in. Mike Zullo specifically stated that Miki Booth was not a suspect in or of the forgery even though she had a close personal friendship relationship with Johanna Ah'Nee which she also acknowledges in her book Memoirs of a Community Organizer, and Mr. Zullo specifically defended Miki Booth and stated he had interviewed johanna Ah'Nee twice in the investigation although he did not explain why or how Miki Booth as a friend of Ah'Nee's could be completely ruled out as a suspect.
In my report on the Blog Post I noticed what seemed the odd or same "E", or what was termed a "smiley face" on the Miki Booth's father-in-law Francis Nathanel Booth's Birth Certificate she had published herself, that was [not] apparent on other Hawaii Birth Certificates Jerome Corsi had stated to be looking over in his investigations and collections as is shown below.
Zullo stated that there was indeed information he elaborated was indeed more classified that he could not release at this time and that would be passed on to 'other investigating organizations and Congress.
I will now also publically state for the record that I have never had a conversation with Mike Zullo.
Now moving on with the implications of the Cold Case Posse's revelations today, I am indeed obliged without any remunerations from this Cold Case Posse or the entire investigations investigative body as a Candidate for President of the United States 2008; 2012; and 2016 to affirm the positive report I delivered with standing to the appropriate Courts I have in not only defending the natural born Citizen requirement, but also informing, educating, and alerting the Justices of the highest Court of these findings. Beginning on Page 10 of the Response to the Motion to Dismiss in Georgia and ending with SCOTUS 12-5276 & 14-9396
These facts relate to the General Public that a presidential Candidate with Standing was indeed alerting the Judicial Branch of Government NOTICE of crime that was now we know for sure being committed. The facts have simply gained momentum but the conclusions remain the same as they were related and reported March 1st, 2011. This indeed should implicate REVERSALS on the Courts own JUDGEMENTS upon the Court's own admission of TRUTH or TREACHERY?

The problems of a Force-Fed Establishment Democratic Candidate Nominee being picked or coordinated we are learning begin long before DNC Chairmen Debbie Washerman Schultz overruled asking many Chairs about Democratic Party Candidate Debates for the Coming 2016 Election and decided on a drastic, even radical reduction from the favor that had been given Obama in 2008.
Hillary Clinton jumped the gun of even Barack Obama and started funneling money through big time donors via the local State Democratic Party Offices-Thirty-three States participated including my own state of Utah to be exact, so very wealthy individuals could be investing much more than the $2,700 maximum donation.
Can anyone guess why this information is just now being made available? Well, there are more Campaigns then mine now seeing the la grande affaire of Hillary Clinton is lacking integrity in many more areas then the FBI Investigation of EmailGate. The problem is so many people are in on it that integrity, truth, and trust are not the values Democrats are upholding, but the ones regretfully that can be pointed to as being sacrificed.Before you point a finger at every Democrat, consider the effort so many are indeed making behind Bernie Sanders representing the loosely organized anti-establishment population of the party. In truth, Democrats for Bernie have just about the same thing on their mind as Republicans for Trump.
They have been lied to, stomped on, cheated on, and told to "shut-up!", by the Establishments fixing dinner. I think it would shake a lot of people's confidence," Weaver said.
Now that a serious grass-roots challenge has mounted into traction and a possible Contested Convention is gaining momentum on the Democratic Party side, being held July 25–28, 2016, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia,PA with the Clinton2016 Bid, and the Vermont Senator Bernie Sander2016 things are opening up for other possible challengers. If the U.S. Supreme Court were for instance to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 based on a Motion to REOPEN that was arbitrary decided denying forma pauperis standing, what might the Democratic Party Landscape of Candidates then be opened to?
It's true, Hillary Clinton is much more likely to go over the threshold of 2,383 through NY and California then Sanders is, however Sanders doesn't have an FBI Investigation under the hood of the car either. Now we must consider a serious question. If Hillary's Campaign ultimately Tanks what would the Democratic Party Presidential Contest have looked like if she had been honest and just decided not to run?

We decided to make a Post about Two Dreams and the correlating Facebook Post CRJ has had one of 4-1-2016 and one of 4-3-2016 because they are relevant in what is happening now with Clinton, and without Vision the People Perish, or maybe her vision is simply ambition to the office of President even at the peril of the Country? You shouldn't sacrifice the Country in the ambition of personal pursuits for the Office of the President. That accusation is being hurled at Clinton more like rotten tomatoes than a cheer of support.
THE FOOT PRINT Dream FACEBOOK POST 4-1-2016 Last night I dreamed about a women in a type of Law Enforcement Vehicle. There was another police car in front of the one she sat in. She sat alone in the back seat very solemn.
I was having a talk with the FBI Director James Comey across the roof-top of the second vehicle. I was pleading the case of the woman in the back seat and talking about all the good things she had done.
It seemed I was assigned as her best advocate for I brought up in every way I could justifications for him to let her go. I remember saying, " Well.. Even if she is the best I got?"
He just gave me this look like only James Comey or any FBI Director could give who had the burden of right and wrong weighing heavily upon his shoulders and shook his head no.
I had the feeling the "Get-out-of-jail-free" cards had all been used up and there just had to be a reckoning or Justice would irreversibly be polluted so bad neither Government Organization, or Justice Court, or Law of any kind would have any hold on anybody's actions any more.
I remember a distribution then of heavy nail guns out of a big truck and working very fast to get the work done. End of Dream.

When I woke up I thought, Indeed a moral compass must be maintained and the quickest way to lose that way is corruption at the highest levels. If elected officials can constantly count on their every action of wrong doing being swallowed up by the Crowd or Public Trust it isn't long before they have led the Trust of the People down the toilet into the septic tank.
The fact I'm a Democrat right now, but one who has advocated strongly for adherence to the U.S. Constitution, even suing my parties preferred Candidate Barack Obama for Ineligibility tells you I'm not favored highly in the Democratic Party. Sometimes the best coaches are hated by their players.
I do feel like an ostracized voice that's just been ignored and ignored time and time again for the preference of others.
The character of the preference should be the Question. What character is given if "Color" is given preference over Constitutional Qualification? Well, that's the character of Racism betraying the Law. That's one get-out-of-jail-free Card used up.
What character is given if "Sex/Gender" is given preference over National Security Laws? Well, that would be Gender Inequality or a Gender Litmus Test that excused female and prosecutes male unjustly or discriminatingly.
That is like saying a women can never be PRESIDENT because of her Sex/Gender.
It is very difficult not to translate Obama and Hillary into "Racist" and bullies for "Gender Inequality", (that is precisely the opposite of what the People wanted), with their own actions representing racism and gender inequality.
Barack Obama ran for President unqualified as a [natural born Citizen]. He was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. That incentive of Time was not fulfilled. He cheated it rather then as a Senator advocating a Constitutional Amendment. That would have been the proper way.
He made the decision one day and others began collating around him until he was sleeping in the White House.
Hillary Clinton is indeed the best Democratic Party Candidate right now. She's leading in the delegate count all right. She also one day made a Choice of secrecy to set up a covert email server that would not be directly accountable to FOIA.
OBAMA knew this. He's not dumb. He knows very well what FOIA is as far as Transparency to the People. He allowed this over sight in broad daylight in communication with his Secretary of State chief foreign diplomat representing American Interest abroad to foreign Governments.
Why? Did he do it just so he could pull the rug out from Hillary Clinton's feet when she had 1,700 Delegates bagged? Or did he do it because he was being blackmailed himself with his own Ineligibility?
You see that's the Problem when you are not Constitutionally Qualified. Someone has always got the goods on you. The impropriety list of Characteristics important to Americans ought to be first: Constitutionally un-Qualified as it sacrifices the heart or core of the Constitution through the executive branch's Chief Office also as Commander-in-Chief. Why?
Because every piece of Legislation passed by Congress is required by the Constitution to have the President's Signature on it in Order to become Acting Law.
What if the President is Constitutionally Unqualified? Every Law signed by that Signature is missing an Effective Order.
Once that mistake, if you want to call it that, is made you have a Legislative Branch that is paralyzed. They can draft law but cannot enact the Law they draft. It needs a Qualified President's Signature.
The Stakes keep getting larger and larger and the blackmail game is unavoidable. Until one day the Secretary of State resigns and collects 26 Million Dollars in 26 months in Speaking Engagements much from Foreign Governments, prior to announcing she's running for President.
Now, the Office of the Presidents salary is about $500,000 Last I checked, maybe it's gone up. 26 Million Dollars in 26 months for a retired Secretary of State is pretty good salary raise.
Guess I look back at my dream and wonder who it was in the back seat of that car. I didn't know in my dream. It was just a women I referred to as "the Best we had".
Yes, Hillary is Qualified but has she corrupted herself with the deals she's made? Does she have any Aces left to play that would minimize this FBI INVESTIGATION or a possible indictment?
The answer seemed to be "no". There is a point in time where all the pleas and advocate petitions, and good water is poisoned and your continuation simply means poisoning the population.
The danger of a poisoned population and I mean poisoned by political corruption, is it eliminates ALL GOVERNMENT. Yes, the Supreme Court Justices are released, every Senator and Representative is released, there is no House, Senate, or Supreme Court.. They are all released and sent home.
That seems to be a red line we are getting close to. I think about The People's Trust in Hillary Clinton already just being shattered because she said the FBI INDICTMENT would never happen. How did she know? What guarantee?
Obama said you could keep your Doctor but millions lost their doctors. They are mad about it too. Politicians often hope their worded promises are forgotten in the pollution of Time, however, when so many People are walked on that gets harder and harder to hope for.
I saw in my dream this big Bus driving past this Bank. It was the Get-Away-Vehicle for a heist taking place.
The first time around the block the Bus missed the fork in the road which would put it next to the Bank. The driver mad at missing the turn stepped on it and with a fork lift extended out of the Bus slammed into a Tractor Truck. The tines of the lift going right through the cab of the tractor.
The driver swerved and shook the tractor off the forks of the Bus and went around the block. He wasn't going to miss the fork in the road this time.
Only problem was when he hit the right lane to land the Bus next to the Bank, there was a dip in the road and a heavy slant.
The Bus I noticed was now Top Heavy with an old brick chimney extending out the Top of it. The weight of the Chimney , the Bus, and the slope of the road proved too much and gravity had her way.
The Bus slammed down and skidded down from the Bank on its side. That's when I was so surprised to see Mr George Clooney climb out the window of the Bus shaking his head.

End of Dream
"Yeah, it went real bad" depicts the picture of my Dream. The Hilarious Scene in "Ocean's Sixty-Eight" where George totals the get-away-Bus of Hillary Clinton's #CampaignCorruptionCash as 33 States now are known to have funneled millions of dollars through their State Democratic Offices to Hillary's Camp increasing the leverage of millionaires influence and circumventing the [State Run Primaries Vote] funded by Tax Payers.
That is a little over the Top. A TOP HEAVY Campaign that has tried in every way to create a great heist in secrecy creating the biggest problem in the path of the Clinton Camp... TRUST with the American People.
Maybe she thinks a Campaign can't be run with out a Trillion Dollars but my Campaign has been and I invite you to contribute what you can. I believe in running our Country Debt Free with a Balanced Budget just like I run my Campaign.
Lean, Mean, and with a Balanced Team. When you have to grease and buy the whole Damn world to get to be President the whole Damn world creates a force of blackmale that crashes anyway. It's not worth it. It will hurt us all in the long run.
Ultimately we will see what happens, JUSTICE has a role to play in cash corruptions that do not forsee dips in the road ahead.
