Voting Day is nearly upon us! If you're being cautious around your friends right now you probably are having a hard time with one candidate or the other in the Major Political Parties. As a Candidate who ran as hard as I could but didn't get much playing time with the Media I know the difficulty of even feeling relevant. 

I certainly understand the feelings expressed in "The System is Rigged" probably much more than the Republican Candidate Donald Trump whose second Candidacy for President has been quite an eye opener from his initial run in 2000 or even his first entertaining the idea in 1987-88

One of the most wonderful things about our Political System is the right of the common man to run for Office with just a few qualification to meet in the U.S. Constitution for Federal Offices.

I can tell you it is challenging and if I was honest I'd have to say it's fun. Coming up with a Platform, using all of your creative energy to come up with commercials, print adds, writing blogs, activity, and just plain ole talking to people about why you think they should vote for you.

Of course it can get competitive. Your in a race! There's a starting line, qualifications requirements, and a finish line. Here we are now at the finish line. As I reflect upon my own Candidacy in the Democratic Party this election cycle running for the Office of President, I think of the spectrum of all that happened. 

One of the biggest disappointments was not having the U.S. Supreme Court hear my Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 which came after the disappointment of them not hearing my case in 2012 as Case No. 12-5276. The cause for the U.S. Supreme Court not hearing my 14-9396 Case was even more disheartening as I was discriminated against based on "economic status".

Being denied Justice based on 'economic status' is probably, in my own opinion, one of the most sickening things to happen to a Nation. When Justice begins by "paying a price", you can just about be sure you are in Hell because in Heaven we know Truth and Justice prevail and it is a Standard we in the United States at least appeal for in our Pledge of Allegiance ending in "Justice for All".

As I reflect on this, I see that it is indeed a much bigger problem than just my own. We have seen different standards of justice apply in all its worst nightmares as Hillary Clinton has repeatedly been investigated and repeatedly had the Justice Department or the Investigating FBI Law enforcement agency decline to press charges, when so many others doing much less have been prosecuted. The compromise of FOIA was criminal in accountibility to the people. That was the way to usurp an office like the Secretary for State Office. 

In my own Legal Case in front of the U.S. Supreme Court the whole Court basically in a REVIEW said that I had to "Pay-to-Play". Without the printing cost and court fees they refused to hear my case. Hillary Clinton perhaps has learned this because she has learned to make Pay-to-Play work for her very well.. but it is not a system of integrity where Truth is honored along with Equality. 

As I reflected upon the very bad things that have happened in this Election Cycle of 2016 I couldn't get over the fact that Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and Donna Brazille have all been caught up in their own scandals that actually promoted unfairness, inequality, and dismissing opportunity.

It's just incredible to me to see People, especially women, who actually have experienced in historical senses what they have ascribed as unfairness, inequality, and a lack of opportunity, get caught up like this.

 If anything is remembered in this election cycle it probably will be the Scandals this Gang-of-Four who amidst these scandals total misrepresent what they are hoping to represent. 

It's probably the most sickening feeling to women to see that these Female Leaders who were chosen with such promise have engaged in the deceit of the devil, lies, cheating, and theft of what might have been so promising to The People.

Obama's identification and qualification problem was in my opinion and Claim only avoided in the highest Court by a total lack of regard for Law and Order. The Justices broke with the tradition based guide in hearing a Constitutional Crisis Qualification Questions the Standard which is in the Constitution, and have allowed the Political Parties to over-rule the Constitution.

This was one of the biggest fears of our Founders and for good reason.

It is almost like what Obama got away with was a stepping stone for what these four women saw as "the Gates-Are-Open" sign on the Election Door for Lying and Cheating essentially rendering the Primary Season without any real or true merit. The Democrats have indeed had the most corrupt political Primary Season in my memory.

There hospitality towards we, who were not their favorite Candidate, was hostile, mean spirited, and distasteful to inclusiveness to say the least. I experienced it first hand. If it is not improved upon I will say the Democratic Party will go the way of the dinosaurs and they can themselves wonder about their creation and time periods of existence in whatever land they end up in. 

As far as Justice and the Courts in the Judicial Branch I would advise through my own experiences that the U.S. Constitution is a living document and the living part really requires the Amendment process. To uphold the Pledge of Allegiance sounds simple, but requires courage. Courage for the High Ground of what is most precious, ,in Truth, Justice, and Honor. Respect for the Constitution begets respect. 

Throughout this experience I've actually gained more respect for Kapaloni Hospital because they didn't put a marker up noticing Obama's Birth there. They knew four or eight years goes by fast.

The Court's forgot that in ignoring Obama's Ineligibility by Foreign Parent or Place. The Example of a Leader I have come to realize is much greater than I had ever really thought of. It's true. Obama's powerful example shined through as corruption to so many offices it appears indeed that to the People "Drain the swamp" is a necessary thing that must be done.

Democratic party Women leaders in crookedness and corruption so awful it ought to be remembered in U.S. History forever. It's almost amazing I was able to be apart of it and come out alive!

With Women probably being the deciding factor in this election I think the Gang of Four ought to be highlighted as the most Corrupt Gang of Women to ever be involved in American Politics.

Circulating Criticisms of Fox News cutting off the first Republican Debate they hosted Aug. 6th, 2015 from live-streaming Internet Users is the same criticism the DNC Chairman Debbie Wassermann Schultz is facing not allowing Candidates to Debate under the very harsh penalty of not being invited to the six regularly scheduled debates if they should engage in any non-sanctioned debates.

CNN has taken a higher Road for the second Republican Debate opting to air it live stream on CNNgo 2.0. But let's be really clear. Hillary Clinton has her hands all over this as her Poll numbers dive from 71% in July to 41% among Democratic party voting women , while the rest of the Democratic Party is being force fed the speculative presumption they're preemptive nominee may be indicted on criminal charges for breaches of national security and perhaps even illegal foreign aid in her campaign if the server hasn't been wiped.

But Hillary may not be the only one with their hands in this cookie jar Democrats, as Schultz volunteered- reaching back in referencing the 26 debates in the Democratic Party of 2008 when a 'relatively unknown' candidate named Barack Obama was being introduced to the public and more debates were seen as necessary. Yeah, right!

Going from 26 to 6 is a what most people would call extremely radical as well it should be seen as just that.

In fact asked about the possibilities of Republicans drowning out the Democratic chances with their debates being broadcast nation wide Debbie snipped, [“Good. Because you know what?” she asked rhetorically. “I am actually thrilled at the voters across America being able to see the 16 Republican candidates in the food fight that they will engage in tonight.”

"What would she call the 26 debates Hillary and Obama were allowed to engage in without penalties attached in 2008? In par lance its not a food fight but a proper introduction to a choice. She also stated the democratic party had 5 Candidates,  (they have 19 declared), that would be able to participate in 6 debates, while 'Main Streaming America' by the millions tune in to the Republican Debates? If you were running a business this would be akin to hairy-carry or suicide planning. It just isn't smart unless you want to lose?"

"America has not yet even been given the opportunity to hear me at a debate on these issues all because of choices by some party elites. Its very sad and disrespectfully of the equality they pretend."

"On the other hand, maybe Democrats don't want me in debates because they don't like the way I'm standing up for the Constitution and my Civil Rights? Huh? I thought we had confidence in our Justice system and the Second SCOTUS Conference scheduled September 28 is simply part of the process of Justice? What if they were to find Barack Obama was not a natural born Citizen?

 "If I win at the Supreme Court, would the Democratic Party be seen as discouraging Civil Rights that all Americans should have afforded to them in equal opportunity? What would the Democratic Party be doing then? Would six debates do it? These are the questions that will be asked, and what will be their answers. Will Debbie be maintaining her job then? This is why acting against Candidates and in favor of Candidates in the Democratic Debate Forum is really dangerous territory for the Party and the overall prospects of health to the party.", Cody said.

"The Democratic Party is not featuring a single Candidate who has not been elected before and the Republican Party has three based on what ... their high income level? Trump is worth $10 Billion, Carly $80 Million, Carson $5 Million what is the message there? Is the Office of the President up for sale?

"Glenn Beck was insinuating today his concern of Trump's populist movement with a lack of concern for the Constitution. The same theme was repeated on Rush Limbaugh's show today as a caller came on advocating for Sen. Paul and the Constitution. Where would the Republican Candidates be if my case was heard and I won the court advocating a 'natural born Citizen' indeed was 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' in a higher calling in qualifications then a Representative or Senator in the Constitution? Rubios' out.. Cruz out.. Jindals' out. Has Hillary been able to do that? And I do not have an invitation to the Democratic party debates yet? Hummm?

"My point really is that regardless of Party the Constitutional principles are here to stay and neither party can really afford to stray far from its principles as its the Supreme Law that forms the bond in our Union. If the Union under our U.S. Constitution doesn't matter anymore, what is Hillary Clinton even running for President for?"

GOOD BUSINESS ADVICE IS ALSO AT TIMES GOOD POLITICAL ADVICE

The same advice given by CNN's Chief Product Officer Alex Wellen might be good advice for the Democratic Party's National Chairman - he said:

"Given the massive public interest and value of this even (speaking of the CNN Debate tonight) and the launch of CNNgo 2.0 across all platforms, the timing was ripe to roll out this live TV preview to all of our audiences,", he continued, "the goal is to reintroduce tens of millions of CNN consumers -- including our pay TV subscribers - to a service that now has 100 hours of on-demand TV programming, deep personalization and a revolutionary real-time live TV experience'." Wouldn't it be nice if tens of millions of Americans at least had choice in knowing from a debate where the 19 Candidates of the Democratic Party stood? In Debbie's mind, we all have far better avenues to somehow reach 10's of Millions of people? Wrong!

From the article, "When a YouTube channel from Sky News, part of the same parent company as Fox News, was found to be live streaming the debate for free (speaking about the first R Debate) Fox shut it down mid-debate". Shutting campaigns down seems to be more of what the DNC Plan is then assisting the public in getting to know them.

Susan Crawford one of the most prominent critics of the cable business wrote in a blog post after Fox debates that "There are all kinds of public values at stake here, and we shouldn't glide past them.. there is no speech more central to civic life than a political debate. And yet we have allowed access to that speech by way of the common medium of our era - high speed internet access - to be controlled by a cabal of private actors'. Or in the case of the DNC, a few folks who see " An Elite Class of Establishment" is in, and that are doing everything in their power to keep it that way, whilst we see America is screaming for a freshness rather then the same old rotten thistles.

Couldn't the exact same thing be said of Debbie Wassermann Schultz's decision to limit and redefine for the public the interest in the Democratic Party Candidates by those she consulted that had nothing to do with the general public's interest, and everything to do with being force fed what amounts to a communistic curriculum that leaves us a few choices.  In America on the Democratic side of the isle as far as Candidates go, hiding us- 11 declared Candidates, hiding me, from America?

Along with hurting the Democratic Party Campaigns by reason of 'stifling' growth ' in the interest of early debates as far as fund raising, awareness, and introductions to alternative Candidates in the Democratic Party, early debates are invaluable to the Candidates for president in being somewhat more generous and understanding as to the "development of the Campaign".

What I mean by that is the first two Republican Debates America hasn't really expected as much 'detail' from these Campaigns. Its more about generalities, personalities and character. In another month, that is going to change. Americans want details and policy roll-outs which will severely handicap the Democratic Party Candidates as they are behind on all of it... accept for the one who has the biggest problem with TRUST who has been favored in the cold arctic archaic decision.

It might be the worst recipe for "Choice" every contrived in Democratic Party History and is certainly one that will go down with the "Chosen" candidate. So as Hillary rises, so goes the party if she falls, where a simple protection of 'Choices' might have engaged America with at least interesting competition.

A few notes - 23 million watched the debate. Highest GOP Debate and a Record for CNN
Drudge Poll: Trump 52% Fiorina 22% Rubio/Cruz 6% Carson/Paul 4% Christie/Kasich/Huckabee/Walker/Bush 1%

Trump's practicing stump speeches and mixing it up with the crowds is paying off in dividends. He's more comfortable with the intimidation of being up there with others who have been elected before. He see's the opening of 'common sense' at the kitchen table in America in the political arena.

My thoughts were generally that Jeb Bush did in fact become his own man in this debate. Indeed, I mean that as a compliment. He really did appear to me to be more himself and less his brother or father which I appreciated. Unfortunately for him, I'm not sure he will ever be placed next to the front runner again. If there is every a 2nd Tier Debate, Bush may qualify for that.

For Paul, Rubio, and Cruz a much sharper image was created with the style of the Debate as they were allowed to answer the same questions separating themselves and what they might do. This was a big plus as far as providing clearer choices and explanations for those choices.

Huckabee, Kasich, and Christie appeared a little tired through their answers in general a lot of which did have to do with age as they fought to be recognized with their unique qualities. It didn't work as well as they had hoped. I think America is grasping in these debates you can have 'smarts' and 'fresh' together and when fresh is lacking in a Candidate the ones exhibiting both will be favored.

Fiorina did well with execution. I thought she hit a homer in her closing statement. She made me hope she is not apposed to a Cabinet Position. Isn't it interesting, that Trump and Fiorina polled the best in the debates. Still, on the world stage I do not think 'not talking' to Putin is the best choice while you build up and make ready the military as she said. This is where her need to show toughness gets out of balance of being tough. I do not think as a President she commands the respect by a mutual admiring tendency towards one another.,but to be fair, I did not see that coming from any of the men on stage either accept for Trump a little.

I think Putin gobbles them all up and intimidates the hell out of all of them for many reasons that include age, looks, charisma, and body language which is very important. When your sitting across the table your opponent needs to like you based on an unspoken respect which I think is what Fiorina was addressing in her answer. The only problem is she appears a bit abrasive in that general welcome and that doesn't bode well for foreign relations.

We have got to pick a leader who is friendly to the Lions while playing chess in the Lion's Den with hungry Lions. One sniff up her dress by a Lion, and I do not mean that literally,  I think she turns pale.

As I thought about my answer to the last question many drifted from in asking them, 'What they would hope would be their accomplishment when their Air Force One was parked in a library as Reagan's was?', which I thought was a great soft ball to have pitched across the plate I reflected:

The short answer would be: Communism Tumbled Down in the World and the People Rejoiced. Indeed, the general thoughts of this post are about providing greater choices, providing greater freedom and liberty, and trusting people to use those in genuinely genius ways. I reflect upon the thoughts of Moses when he said , "Would to God all the people were Prophets!" I think the greatest success of a leader is to see a people self governed in their time, talents, and richness God has bestowed upon them unique. I believe if America were to introspect herself, she would find a big missing hole that needed to be filled.

That missing hole comes from 'Believing in yourself' instead of believing in someone else. If that principle were to catch fire over all the world, Governments of every communistic regime would find themselves out of a job. The world of global communications is making it much more difficult to shield the Leaders intentions from the Public's View. That is the power that makes the walls tumble down and eviscerates corrupt establishments.

These corrupt establishments pose the biggest threat to every Country that propagates communism in its most unsavory fashions where the leaders live much higher on top of the people and refuse the self discipline of equality in a genuinely true fashion of integrity and trust.  I feel the People Power across the world is creeping up upon the Leaders Power and that the People's Voice is ready to give a great SHOUT!

 Freedom and Liberty understood by all the Peoples of the World earned by example of our own beehive and industry and what they see as the rewards of it, is the attraction which rises within the Souls of men to believe in their dreams. I believe that can change the world faster than any military war and the ingenuity sprung out of America will yet inspire every corner of the earth.

Today marks the Remembrance of the tragedies we as a Nation have suffered on 9-11, symbolic of a 911 call for help in both 2001 when tragically 5,000 Americans died you can remember in this 18 minute video of what started out a normal day and ended with the Twin Towers coming down  as well as terrorist attacks  2012 leading  in the death of those at Benghazi.

It certainly strikes at the heart of those living as we recall those lives lost in the solemn recognition of President Thomas Jefferson's 1787 quote rehearsed at American Creation  made in a letter while he was living in France asserting the rights of people to rebel against government when it had devolved into a tyranny in his own advocacy for civil dialogue:

CLINTON'S APOLOGY TOUR CONTINUES - 

THIS TIME ON BEHALF OF HER SELF AND NOT THE USA

Look at far Hillary Clinton has come.  As a young aspiring lawyer she was let go without a letter of accommodation for actually advocating and objecting to President Richard Nixon being able to be represented by a lawyer after she had agreed not to engage in changing the Judicial Committee rules according to a recent *2014 story carried on FOX NATION from **Hotair in 2008 "*“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality." **"Hillary assured me that she had not drafted, and would not advocate, any such rules changes. However, as documented in my personal diary, I soon learned that she had lied. She had already drafted changes, and continued to advocate them. In one written legal memorandum, she advocated denying President Nixon representation by counsel. In so doing she  simply ingnored the fact that in the committee's then more recent prior impeachment proceeding, the committee had afforded the right to counsel to Supreme Court Justice William O Douglas.”  "

Apposing Zeifman's account we find at Snopes ""in April [1974], Rodino began recommending that we deny Nixon the right to be represented by counsel". (Whether such a "right" existed is far from certain: the committee was engaged in neither a criminal proceeding nor an impeachment trial; they were merely investigating whether grounds for impeachment might be present.) Accordingly, Hillary drafted a brief in support of Rodino's position under orders from her supervisor, John Doar. One might assert, as Chief Minority Counsel Frank Polk did, that Hillary could have taken a better approach to the task and "should have mentioned [the Douglas case], and then tried to argue whether that was a change of policy or not instead of just ignoring it and taking the precedent out of the opinion," but it's highly subjective to suggest she was "unethical" and "dishonest" for carrying out the instructions of her immediate supervisor and his boss. One could just as plausibly argue that it would have been unethical and dishonest (not to mention insubordinate) for Hillary to presume to substitute her own judgment for that of her superiors and to refuse to comply with their directions.

The above video has always been in my heart as we face in our Nation a call for Truth and a call for new political leadership in the wake of the 911 Tragedy depicted at the end of the video. If anything is apparent with the 'establishment's problems' it is that clearly America does not feel represented in the common sense court of pubic concern. Their leaders have let them down, but in that interest of being fair, perhaps we must consider that America has also been a factor in picking their leaders?

How curious it is to see the recognition of our national security compromised as well the welfare of the American people by those who really refuse to support and defend the action in the U.S. Supreme Court now in Judy v. Obama 14-9396.

It seems a case of denial in the face of overwhelming evidence and facts we struggle to label 'Cover-Up'. How can you on one hand throw and sling the mud at Obama about all of his actions that have put America in a weakened condition across the board, militarily, economically, socially in the world, and refuse the fact our Constitution's simple demand that only a 'natural born Citizen', clearly recognized by the Courts as 'Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' in a precedent case illustrating the same language in Minor v. Happersett, takes care of it all?

Those succumbing to the disillusionment do so upon their own behest approving a usurpation for whatever reason they have in their mind, or more simply still are found looking into a mirror of being very foolish towards the wisdom our framers and founders gave us within the Constitution as a protection of our national security?

This certainly is my own struggle also. For I see in the sunsets of history when I am fast asleep and have gone from this Earth in a retirement, that being taught in our Social Studies and History Classes in text book form a detailed version of the national defense The Birthers put up. And I see the students shaking their heads at the wonder of such stupidity, betrayal, and treason upon the U.S. Constitution that is sung in history as the greatest document understood by man respecting freedom and liberty.

And in those chapters and book if you will, where are the leaders that today are in power? They are found where the sun doesn't shine in the history of the Idiots Guide to screwing up National Security. I really think as history goes, they would much rather have had been remembered as being a supporter of Cody Robert Judy in that effort than every their ego supposed might be glorious in apposing.

I'll tell you this Summer may have been the Trump Summer, but its been one of the toughest droughts Cody Robert Judy has been through in lack of support. We have had two donations in the last 60 days totaling $50 in the face of 50 Post on this blog since June 18th begging for Americans to help.

I am very concerned about Americans 'mentality' that either want Mr. Trump to finance his own way to the White House or look to Politicians who figure out a 'foreign method' of accommodation in bulking up their campaign chest because Americans will not pitch in. That certainly is a consideration in the pay-to-play Playbooks.

My concern given as a burden upon my shoulders by the Creator is a great concern about American's unwillingness to support someone who is standing up for the U.S. Constitution verses someone who says they will give them a job and make them a worker; for freedom and liberty are not in the service of such. They are in fact in the depths of control by a communist regime we call an oligarchy and are for sure very uncertain about the more debutante title of U.S. Citizen and the responsibilities that go with such. I am very fearful of the claws of Justice catching them and ripping their guts and their hearts out like a bear would based on the 'dereliction of duty' and justly so.

 My prayer is for certain that some word, some sign, some mercy might be given to us together by a benevolent God  that might cast aside this imminent danger far from you, and would cast the Almighty God's balance of Justice on your side for which you would be satisfied to claim in your own good judgement smiling at His smile for you. I know in my heart if you could see Jesus's smiling face that you would cast down your disregard for this national security sanctuary we have been given and take up this cause with me.

Americans, get smart, get educated, and then stand up and support that which has given you so much as a well that never fails. It does remind me that this time was foretold: Amos 8:11

The NSA is pretty good at keeping their officials in line if blackmail is the fix but I have doubts about Sen. Harry Reid and who? I guess the spying doesn't stop at just the people, leaders are subjects too.

Every Republican who holds elected office in the U.S. Congress is an adult.

Adults usually learn from their mistakes. So when October's government shutdown cost us something around $24 billion, you might have thought Republicans learned their lesson.

Per usual, they disappointed us.

Paul Ryan recently said he's willing to do it all over again -- but this time, to our entire economy. He wants concessions from President Obama to avoid a federal default, and he's willing to hold the economy hostage to get them.

President Obama has made it very clear that he won't tolerate this kind of hostage-taking again. And the results of October's shutdown have shown us an example of what's on the line.

We have to head this one off at the pass, and then we have to elect representatives who will speak for the middle class, American families, and who will think about our future instead of destroying our economy in one massive temper tantrum.

I am just floored by Rep. Schultz's support for Obamacare. I am absolutely astounded at her willingness to tax and sign-up Americans' under the penalty of Obamacare under the IRS.

This is what always happens when a Government takes over the healthcare of its Citizens in such detail, there is no secret in communism's failures. Today we are infiltrated by communist spreading the rumor that communism is gold. It is anything but gold, more especially from leaders who "sign-up" for their own program as 'token' support and deception of the reality of the fraudulent disaster.

It is not unusual for a leader to have conflicts between his personal life and his political detail. In other words often politicians will say one thing and do another, or worse yet, simply 'say what they think needs to be said to get the public pushed in the direction of law they want the public to go to achieve their goal in the obvious dereliction of duty or harmony at applying the same the law unto themselves.

Such has been the case since Obama entered the Presidential race in 2008 declaring himself qualified for office in obvious contortion of law that a 'natural born citizen' have no alien citizenship for two generations encompassed without flaw and determined as "born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" as a qualification for the Office of the President. Obama is not "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" and so is in contrast to the law. Hitler excused himself from the standards he set repeatedly declaring himself to be a fraud.

Hitler's public and private statements on religion were often in conflict, as Obama's are about being a Christian and being a Muslim. Hitler scorned Christianity to his friends, but when out campaigning for power in Germany, he publicly made statements in favor of the religion. Had Hitler distanced himself or his movement too much from Christianity it is all but impossible to see how he could ever have been successful in a free election.



Obamacare is nothing more then a Hitler's Enabling Act. Hitler promised Health care for everyone, jobs for 100% of the German people and protection from what he called the beginning of a widespread uprising. Obama has promised healthcare for everyone, that you wouldn't lose your healthcare, that you could keep your doctor and continues to embolden America's enemies.

While Hitler blamed the communist Obama has the Tea Party and the far right of the Republican party to blame and the rally cry against Paul Ryan's budget is a good ticket to blame the Tea Party and Conservatives for the Government shutdown. Again by law, we are bound but according to Obama we are potential domestic terrorist, while he excuses from the law himself and anyone he needs.

One of the biggest reasons we have a Republic is that under the law we have justice for all. That means any President must be a qualified 'natural born citizen' and Obama sees himself excempt from that law as he also feels so many companies and small business now should receive an exception from Obamacare. Funny Obamacare didn't recognize Obama even had an identity, perhaps he should have tried Barry Soetoro?

The lessons we learn from eyewitness accounts of Hitler's Regime should be echoed loudly because the voices tell us of the dangerous parallels we are seeing today with Obama. The account of Kitty Werthmann ought to be the account that Debbie Wasserman Schultz is relating in her letters! America must not lose its spine against communism and addressing it for everything that it is "glitter" with no value of 'gold'.

Americans must continue to unite under the banner of the truth of our Republic and the justice of equal protections under the law. My campaigns of 2008 and 2012 have been rolled over by Obama's campaigns and is a casualty of the political wars of taking a stand for our Constitution that ought to be brought to Congress in the light of truth and indeed has been as injustice- As discrimination- As inequality! If Congress is to fund a nightmare in the wreck of my campaigns by Obama in the illegal acts of fraud and deception, with no sense of integrity or justice under the law, your property and freedoms are not far behind.

I am simply the witness of the assault upon the law with standing and damages from Obama's monster truck rolling over my property. If you will not fight for my justice you will have none when he comes for your property, your rights, your freedoms and your liberties with Obama's taxes and executive orders "with or without Congress" as he says, and you will lose what has been so precious. My cases against McCain and Obama were unique in America as the only Presidential Candidate claiming in Court both parties to the standard. The good thing about this is there was not a race card to throw at the principle in my claims. I was fair. I was equal. I held the law up. I did not trample it. That is plain and simple for anyone to understand.

Note Dec 26th,2013: Breaking News : Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent.
