In the 9 years of my challenging Obama's Ineligibility not a single story has emerged from ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN,The Blaze, MSNBC, or any of the mainstream conservative radio show host like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or Glenn Beck. So was it all that surprising when President Trump campaign ad was refused by the MSM which depicted them as FAKE NEWS?
Take a look at the Evidence in the Opening Brief filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Court May 4th, 2017 and ask yourself if the evidence presented did not warrant a FACE for the Nation? We ask you to be the Judge of the Reporters and the Networks who now facing charges indeed of personalizing the nations news to fit their personal agenda. Why else would they refuse to publish a political ad for the nations general election in 2020 in President Trump's re-election, when the only reason for not publishing it was because of a critique on their coverage?
First of all, Lawyers don't often make public what is filed in Court because it opens an unwelcome critique which is what Donald Trump's ad did calling the Networks and their critique in coverage of his First 100 Days Fake News. That Obama is not a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents qualified for the Office of the President under the provisions of the Constitution.
That the DNC and OFA combined as Corporations to form a monopoly which acted as a cartel because of the illegal actions of disenfranchising the State of Hawaii's Certification which [did not] represent Obama was constitutionally qualified under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
That Fraud has been committed against the State of Hawaii by Rep. D- Nancy Pelosi in her certification for Hawaii which was misrepresentation of Obama's ability to serve in the Office of President under constitutional provisions. That all 49 States in the Democratic party Primary had no such certification either nationally.
That Obama procured a fabricated document as a "long form birth certificate" and represented it as an identification document to the public which was fabricated in 2012 and which has been certified by forensic document experts independent of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse. That the lower District Court has acted unjustly in serving a blanket of innocence for the defendants in the face of evidence from Law Enforcement Investigation and refused to try the facts or let a jury trial hear the case and in such as acted itself illegally in misprision of felony.
That because of these things the elections of 2008 and 2012 and possibly 2016 have been a fraud upon the voting public and the Appellant/Petitioner as a Democratic Party Candidate for President himself.
That there exists an Obama-Trump-Alliance that managed a public safety net for Obama's Fraud which became a lucrative business deal for President Trump in securing the Old Post Office which he made a Trump Hotel that may explain Trump's being a fake Birther who did not put any money into the challenge of ineligibility or file a single paper against his Republican opponents who he challenged in Debate on stage on their ineligibility ie. There are more theories and conspiracies about Barack Obama's origins then you can shake a stick at. Speculations of who his father and mother really are and where he was born are the centrifuges of the Birther Movement- not some far-gone out-of-the-mainstream group but a real coalition of Americans belonging to every Political Party in the Country and definitely including Republicans and Democrats, who have managed in the words of more then a few commentators , to elect the current President seated in the White House - Donald J. Trump. So, how did the mainstream Media miss this? What are the valid arguments the Reporters got beat with?
The Main Stream Media sunk all their ammo into "Birther" as a pejorative. They would not see, comprehend, examine, hear, listen, or even talk to a Presidential Candidate, like myself, who has filed near 15 cases now in multiple states in State and Federal Courts against the pejorative notion that somehow the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of President excluded some American Citizens wasn't very nice.
They cried it wasn't fair, or equal. That it was discriminatory. If that is what you want to call "Qualifications", perhaps they would like to start voting for a 2 year old: (as they have acted like)? Now if they want to join the adults, those who founded the nation, as well those who have carried the torch through today, in a quite remarkable success of National Security in the World, they might have a Pulitzer Prize they have missed?
One thing Reporters hate is missing a Big Story, or getting beat out of one. Least that is what Jack Shafer a senior media writer at Politico wrote about in Today's Politico
So what exactly is the Problem if the Media's Grand Fourth Estate/Branch was influencing/controlling the Judicial Branch/ Courts rather then the Constitution? Why did the House of Cards come tumbling down? Why didn't Hillary Clinton win when they all said she would be the First Women President? Well, you can't say you're empowering women at the same time that you're kicking the legs out from under them now can you?

Women received the right to vote in 1920 and thus are just as important in defining a child's inherited citizenship as fathers

You know, as a Candidate for President I empowered women equally much more then Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton did challenging Obama's Qualifications to be president? It's true. I mean frankly it is my belief that the Court's and the Media think they have power but when it comes to an Election you just can't fool the common people about what they know the best - Common Sense! And I think our Founding Fathers had a great deal of wisdom in the art of common sense also drafting our Constitution in an understanding the USA was going to be a light and there were many dark forces that she would need to be protected from. Obama was elected under fraudulent circumstances- that's fraud upon the American People.
Candidate Trump connected with people on the high ground when it come to common sense. They trusted somehow in what he said, probably even a little more then in what he did, because they would excuse him every time he made a boo-boo. Hey, we all make them from time to time. While the left leaning Media was preaching that they were the most fair, most equal, most non-discriminating, they were pounding nails mercilessly and chanting "No Forgiveness! He is through!". Did they Practice what they Preached? Hypocrisy is one of those things that dug-at Jesus. Who among us can't understand that?
It seems one of the best parts of America is still true - and I hope it always will be

The American People know themselves better then the Reporters know them. Of course if the Democratic Party's "Big Tent" didn't include a Second Tier debate stage and the Republican Parties did - Who was the Party who was respecting those who were Candidates? Whose Party was excluding Candidates and making the tent smaller? Remember 4 of the 9 ( a drastic and erratic downsize from the 26 in Obama '08) were also on weekends? Still wondering why Democrats lost?
Who was encouraging many different views and showing a greater example of free speech in their Candidates included in the Debates? Was it Democrats? I don't think so. But none of this seems to penetrate their conscience, or perhaps it does, but they are wearing blinders and have massively OD'd on "Group Think" and "Exclusive Elitism"? The side effects of those political drugs? They sure are not dining at the White House Parties like they used to.
If we generalized the whole process, wouldn't it amount to: the Big Shots somehow thinking they knew more about Ruling from the Top Down then being servants of the People? Maybe they themselves were acting like that controlling husband who beats his wife and won't let her Vote because he wears the pants in the house?
You see, it's my belief that Democrats haven't seen themselves as they are seen. They are in a delusion and denial and infatuated with a Fraud. We know that the qualifications for President are [natural born Citizen]. We know that it's not the same for Senators or Representatives. We know Congress was given the powers of [naturalization or adoption] but that those who fall under that are not qualified for to run for President, but they are welcomed to run as Senators and Representatives.
We know that Naturalization ACTs passed by Congress are for those who qualify to be Citizens. We know that having one Parent and being born in a foreign country still allows us to be a Citizen, so we know that Parents Inherited Citizenship is a big deal, just like being born under a jurisdiction of soil is a big deal for those who received Citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
What many have been in denial about, fooled about, perhaps even lied to about is that since our Constitution was Founded a new jurisdiction was born. This created the circumstances for our Founders to include themselves as eligible for President by stating in Article II, Section I, C-5 [or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution.]
This begs the question. Were women actually Citizens of the United States before they could vote? Men did the voting until 1920, and so it was imperative that to qualify for the Office of the President your father was a U.S. Citizen [or] you were apart of the Original Citizenship at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. On August 18, 1920 the XIX (19TH ) Amendment was passed.
Prior 1920 no women meeting the other Presidential Qualifications enumerated in the U.S. Constitution's requirements could have run for the Office of President because she could not vote. So this 19th Amendment had a great impact on the potential of candidates, and significantly changed the pool of [natural born citizen] as well in my opinion the 2 Parent Rule of inherited citizenship, perhaps equally as significant as the 14th Amendment which had to do with "soil jurisdiction" of the United States.
What the 19th Amendment did was create a lot more U.S. Citizen (Voting) Parents and an equal consideration of both mother and father when it came to passing an 'inherited citizenship' down for a prospective child who could one day run for President as an American with no foreign allegiance by parent or place/soil. [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] The point here is to acknowledge that women prior to the 19th Amendment being passed were indeed subject to their husbands Vote in Government Representation, and afterwards were not subject but endowed with equal rights for Representation of their own free will and liberty. It wasn't until 1920 that this equality was recognized.
This is the first and foremost problem with Obama's Qualifications to run for the Office of the President- He was not [ Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] even by his own account his father was not a U.S. Citizen, but was a native of Kenya. The problem is the Courts winced at those making the argument if they didn't have standing or were not a Presidential Candidate objecting to a violation of the Standards, Rules, or Qualifications of the race, and then when the ball gets rolling they wince at disrupting an Election and becoming a victim of the mob.
Obama was cheating, and like Lance Armstrong, cheating led to other deceitful tactics, fabricating, forgery, and fraud. In 2011 at the behest of Birthers and Trump seeing the opening for a Political Gravitas aimed at Obama for a long form birth certificate. He didn't do it through the Courts, but used the pulpit of the Media. That is why I said that the Courts were being led around by the Media rather then the Courts being led by the Constitution and declaring it to the Media.
There is a problem with authenticity there, and it is in direct opposition to Common Sense. With all of the Constitutional Scholars that wrote against and for Sen. John McCain and Obama from uppity Colleges and Universities, do you know not a one that I have read mentions the fact that the U.S. Citizen population of voters changed dramatically with the 19th Amendment and thus expanded the pool and qualifications of Candidates running for the Office of the President by demanding that their mother and father be U.S. Citizens as well as their being born in the United States of America?
Not one as far as I have read. Perhaps you know of someone? Is that a slight to women or what?
Whereas I have championed the equality for women to be counted as equally as men when it came to the qualifications for their posterity in the honor of someday being President. It takes two generations to be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and mothers are just as important as fathers, however, in Barack Obama's case his father who would have been the first source was not a U.S. Citizen. I also am not satisfied that he was actually born in Hawaii as his long form birth certificate has been declared a long form fabrication by a Law Enforcement's Investigation of many expert witnesses and testimonies.
This new information, (seen on the video below), represented the law enforcement investigation work under Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, AZ. before his retirement. The experts detailing this identity theft and forgery were independent forensic specialist in their fields. This is what I have brought to the Courts attention, hoping that a few things had changed.
Number one of course, is the ramifications of a peaceful transition of power have taken place. If you were a Judge imagine for one instant catching a Thief in the middle of the act while he had the nuclear codes and tactical position as the Commander-In-Chief of the world's most powerful army and arsenal at his fingertips? Not to mention Obama had killed American Citizens with drone strikes while he was in office.
Obama committed many atrocities upon our Armed Forces that were and still are considered negligent in the least and by most common sense a criminal cover-up . I was in near tears as I heard on Sean Hannity interview yesterday Retired Air Force Capt. Joni Marquez and the mother of one of the sons who were killed in Extortion 17.

I mean when you think of the families torn apart by this with the loss of their family members, and then understand that Obama was selling through Secretary of State's Hillary Clinton's office weapons that caused Ambassador Chris Stevens - Obama administration in covering up the Benghazi-to-Syria arms transfers, the death toll of Border Guard Brian Terry in gun-running operation Fast & Furious initiated by Obama. Then realize the circumstantial evidence of NARA Record Group Immigration Records that just happened to be missing from the records of flights during the week Obama was born you see the man most likely was not born in Hawaii. You understand the evidence of Sheriff Joe's Investigation that Obama did not produce a copy of an authentic long form birth certificate, and Obama's friends in Hawaii may have helped out on the Fraud (one's dead), while signing as President 10 Trillion dollars of debt, which amounts to selling every man, women, and child in America for seventy thousand dollars each, you might start to come to a realization that having no other allegiance in that office is very important!
Investigators examining the microfilm records found only one week of INS passenger cards to be completely missing in all the records so far examined. In some sequences of cards, the records were blurred or overlapped each other, obscuring the data. Specifically, in Record Group A 3573, data records for Aug. 2, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961, appear to be completely missing, as if the records were removed from the database prior to the microfilm recording. This doesn't only captures a small highlight of the 25 Scandals and Counting Obama was involved with.
There may just be a little Justice in bringing the Fabricated Long Form Birth Certificate that was forged by the theft of others identity and papers, Obama never being qualified for the Office of the President officially. That would grind to a halt Obama's "Presidential Library" or perhaps renaming it to the "Usurper's Library"?
At the very least, tax-payers would save about eight million dollars on Obama's Retirement Package that would be rescinded on his Official Ineligibility verdict by the Courts, I'm not sure he could command $400,000 per post usurpation speech, and God Help Us all this never happens again!
For those who think Justice has been served by allowing Obama to get away with it the respect they have for Justice is a horror show and someday when they want Justice I hope they have the patience the American People have had with this Usurper because he was not assassinated and made it 8 years.
The patience for Civility and Lawful Order is a credit to the Birthers that must stand in the Record Books as a Witness for U.S. History and patients. I am so proud of all of you, I cannot withhold my Standing in the Presidential Race in seeking the last ounce of Justice that I can for you!

Last night I dreamed, and was told in the dream to detail in writing suffering that I've endured over the last eight years in running for U.S. President. That's like a really hard assignment for me, not because it hasn't happened in the most prominent arenas of life, but because I tend to bury it so deep. Often suffering is a reflection of the weaknesses of those around us, and so does not bode as a good report for them. We tend to put on a Happy Face and suffer so that they look great. Right? I'm sure I'm not alone in this many are the same way, but as I reflected on this there are great lessons to be learned and passed on that would be lost if we totally ditched our suffering and losses. Jesus Christ suffered for us AND WE know it. Imagine the story if that suffering were lost and wiped out? I'll be writing more in my Post.. so stay tuned for it at www.codyjudy.blogspot.com !
BREAKING NEWS
It's 1:36pm, Friday, February 24th, 2016, and I've just realized a couple of things. Today in the Mail I received Judge Ted Stewart's "DENIAL" of my Motion For A Relief of Judgement that was dated February 23, 2017. I just got off of PACER , and realized that my Notice for Judgement & Affidavit in Support by Plaintiff was filed by the Court the exact same day as Judge Stewart's Order, but it's noticed on the Docket as following the Order, rather than proceeding it.
We must assume Judge Ted Stewart did not read the 8 PAGE Affidavit in Support of the Motion. I wasn't quite sure what day the Court would recognize the Motion as it's signed January 26, received by the Court January 27th, and docketed January 30. You can count 30 days from each of those and get a different date.
If I count 30 days from the February 26th, I come up with Feb 25th as the earliest and because it falls on a Saturday, the Friday before would be Feb. 24, and the Monday after would be Feb. 27th.
What that means, is Judge Stewart's Order appearing on Feb. 23rd is premature by at least 1 day, and four days premature if the Court allowed the Defendants three mailing days to respond to the Motion. Meaning the Defendants could have placed a Response in the Mail the 30th Day - Saturday Feb. 25th, and the Court would recognize it as a timely filed Motion being received Feb. 28th.
What's interesting is I was in such a hurry in typing it with Feb. 24th in my mind as the Date I had to the NOTICE FOR JUDGEMENT & AFFADAVIT IN SUPPORT sent off, that I was a day ahead of myself but the Notory of Public was on top of the date of Feb. 22nd, which is the only reason why it arrived the same day a Judge Stewart's Order Feb. 23rd.
Feb. 22nd was the day I put it up on SCRIBD and my BLOG. This makes us all curious doesn't it? Did Judge Stewart receive a call to make the ORDER from someone, because there was nothing on Court Record asking for an ORDER and if the Court allowed 30 Days for the Defendants to Respond, it jumped the gun before allowing the 30 days to expire.

This is basically the Judge receiving NOTICE of a Crime and saying he carefully has set aside the evidence that we and all the Public have seen, and without any Government Experts Contesting the evidence, he dismisses it.
Good Lord, President Trump exhales and protests break out in 50 States, and Obama commits Crime defrauding the American Public in two elections, and gets a Pass while no one gives a pile of doo-doo?
I suppose Judge Ted Stewart could change his mind if he hadn't read my AFFIDAVIT SUPPORTING the Motion, but it kind of seems like the Court's out-of-order anyway?
SUFFERING JUDGEMENT
As I began this post, I actually didn't intend to get into the above BREAKING NEWS but it's probably just as well as I did because on the top of my list of suffering in the run for U.S. President is a word the Court's are well aware of JUDGEMENT, but I am going to break that down into different arenas of responsibility JUDICIAL JUDGEMENT ; SOCIAL OR PUBLIC JUDGMENT ( people I don't really know); and FAMILIAL JUDGEMENT ( Friends and Family I do know more closely); Economic, Time, and Talent sacrifices.
I'm pretty sure I could write a book on this, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet and touch on basics of the suffering in the context of each category. JUDICIAL JUDGEMENT
I have suffered intemperately judgement that was psychologically nefarious and the above just put an exclamation mark on it. Now let's take a look at the past Cases and understand a little bit of the time it takes to do this work that has been done.

With the exception of Number 12 above, which just happened to be the only 12 MEMBER JURY TRIAL I'm familiar with, every Case I've been involved with I've noticed an extreme prejudice to Truth and an abundant level of jurisprudence corruption which is very hard emotionally to go through. I believe, as the 10th Amendment Jury Trial produced a verdict of Guilty from 12 Members from across the Country unknown to each other, that when actual common people get to see and hear the evidence of Obama's Fraud, Forgery, and Ineligibility as a [natural born Citizen] under the Standard and Banner of the U.S. Constitution, that they get it and these Judges of the above mentioned Courts are in over their heads in political corruption of one sort or another.
The facts time and time again prove that to me clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court denying me a forma pauperis Motion when every bank statement I had told them there was no possible way, nor had there been any possible way for me to pay their filing fee and printing cost. It's Corrupt and Evil!
If anyone was thinking of running for Office, I actually cannot recommend it, which is why you probably should. Just don't be surprised about the stagnant putrid SWAMP we all know exist that my patience has run out on. By the way, and I think by my Judicial Record standing in testimony, I've always been told I had way more patience than most people.
SOCIAL OR PUBLIC JUDGEMENT
You know, there is a certain amount of haranguing you might expect from running for public office where mean nasty people say a lot of mean nasty stuff about you. That goes across the board. I know there has been a pile of descriptive goo said about every President and more than likely person who has run for President. That is not exactly what I'm referring to in this area.
I'm thinking more along the lines of PUBLIC SUPPORT for Truth. In running for Office I've experience the malaise of the public and the great wisdom attributed to the Benjamin Franklin quote:
“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outrage
as those who are.”
In many ways President Trump is the harbinger of the Democrat and Republican Establishments corruption and what was called for to destroy them for Obama's Fraud Forgery and Ineligibility. Can you possibly think of a more painful mirror for them to look upon then President Trump because Trump was a Birther they labeled over and over and over and over again, but it didn't do any good did it? Trump is President, he got in.
Their pain in seeing him get in is a manifestation of their facing their own Corruption and being wracked with grief over it. I have always referred to the sensibility of sowing and reaping the harvest that you have sewn.
Let us ask ourselves a poignant question - What comes first the corruption of the People that elects Corrupt Leaders or is it Corrupt Leaders that are elected that corrupt the people?
Because we live in a Democracy rather than a Dictatorship of some type, we have to admit that it is the majority of the people who are electing and getting behind leaders and bringing them to power. This does not bode well for the General Public in the choices they are making. Has Principle ruled over the Party or has the Party corrupted Principle?
Invariably we see that fewer and fewer People of Principle are running for Office and no were is that more manifested than the issue I have chosen in some ways, I prefer to say 'called' to defend, then the [natural born Citizen] requirement specific for the Office of the President.
If Jesus come down today and said a [natural born Citizen] is someone [Born in the U.S. to U.S. Citizen Parents] and it was the right, and interest in our National Security as a Nation under the U.S. Constitution to have such at the head of the Executive Branch, how many of our Elected Leaders in this Nation would fall dead based on a corruption of the Principle?
I think it's pretty safe to say a majority of them would fall dead as corrupt. That is a pretty big Sign of the Times when you think just how important the number one position, President, Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Armed forces is.
So I lay my suffering at the feet of the People who have not supported me in this STAND. I did not run based upon the popularity of principle, for the Principle needing defending and was being forsaken by both Republicans and Democrats.
As a Presidential Candidate, I was incensed by Sen. McCain's disrespect for the U.S. Constitution's principle as he there was no doubt was not born in a State of the Union and so was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. He was born to U.S. Citizen Parents in a foreign land and will always admit he took his first breath as a native of Panama.
Principles are not made for one individual. Principles are made to serve as Eternal Law all people are subject to. When people are finding themselves above the Law but demanding others toe the line, hypocrites are born. Jesus didn't really die or suffer for people who would not repent. In fact, he made its fairly plain, he would not suffer for any who didn't call upon his name.
They would suffer even as he had suffered if they would not that Eternal Laws or Principles that were broken would find an exactement. Justice would not and could not be polluted or it would also cease to exist.
Justice is not necessarily a matter of IF, so much as it is better described as a matter of 'When', because it most certainly is understood in Time. Most people understand quite clearly when they have been taken advantage of. That is the Time in fact you begin to hear the 'Wail' and what are we hearing from Democrats very regularly now who were invested 100% in the Obama Fraud, Forgery, and Ineligibility?
The most matter-of-fact-in-your-face-about-that is the one Presidential Candidate who sued McCain and Obama in Federal Court is a registered...? YUP! Democrat. They could have supported me very easily.
How much time, talent, and resource went in to the foregoing? What would it cost to hire attorneys to do all this work? I have suffered that. With the total donations of less than 50 souls to the tune of about $3,000.00 I have paid all of the rest in Preparing Court Documents, Mailing, Gas,Transportation, and the whole Campaigns of 2008, 2012, and 2016. That included making all the Art Work, Writing all the Blog Post (some 730 Post), Web Pages, and Internet Social Media Posts, TV, Radio, and Print Adds.
How long and how much cost would it take someone else to do what I did? I have suffered it.
FAMILIAL JUDGEMENT
There is a movie I just re-watched called The Martian. Watching this Trailer you'll get the jest that he is stranded alone on Mars. In a dramatic shift the space-craft that left him is high-jacked by the Crew who decides they are gong back for him. It extends their mission some 500 days in Space, which means they go without their families for another two years if everything goes right.
One wife says to her husband a member of the Crew, "And You Agreed to this?!"
He responds, "He would have done the same for me.", and she understands that to be correct, but is still a little miffed you can tell. You'll have to watch the movie to catch that scene.
As I have been suffered alone in so much of this fight and received so few contributions, I have reflected upon so many who died, lived, and sacrificed directly for the U.S. Constitution and by it our opportunity.
It has been my thought, "They did suffer for me", it's the least I could do to honor that sacrifice." Eight years and three Presidential Races is quite a long time to have been engaged in this Principle fight.
One of my family members asked me not to long ago, "What's this got you? Are you any better off for it? What's been the point?" In other words it's been nothing but a waste. It is very difficult to argue that is not True. It would be like Jesus arguing he hadn't really suffered that Justice might be satisfied for those who repented, and instead simply agreed with his family that he suffered for his own personal development and expansion of empathy which he must have been completely void of and was in need of a Great Lesson.
The idea that my gain from this experience is even remotely close to the altruism exhibited that my character long ago was prepared for to suffer and survive, is laughable to me. The character came first, the sacrifice after the development.
I'll never forget the tears rolling down my last wife's face as she'd thought about my proposal of running for U.S. President after I'd thought quite a bit about it. She was most sincerely and as my wife flat out begging me not to do it, as if she knew it would be the death of "US" , like I was dedicating some unsure mission to mars that would take eight years and would be perilous.
In 2010 I drove to Harlem, New York and testified in that Trial. I'd left with $600.00 but gas was much more than I'd calculated pulling my trailer across the whole country. I slept the first night on the streets of Harlem. After the week of Trial, I had to beg for the money to get home and was served divorce papers a couple of weeks later in my house that a Judge gave me 30 days to vacate after I explained there was no preparation to leave it immediately which was being asked for.
I just recently went through another Eviction Case where a Judge ended up signing a Zero Day Notice of Restitution which is the last think the Landlord needs to give to the Sheriff to immediately kick you out on the street and take back the property. I just barely and by the skin of my teeth was able to avoid that.
These things I've suffered were not done because I couldn't make it. They were suffered because of the Time I spend on running for President and what has been expected by one thing or another. I thank God so many many times for barely letting me survive and get through it. Looking at the picture below this you might see that smile and think, "He's having a good time". It's true, I do try to maintain a positive outlook even when I'm walking through the hell and suffering unbelievably for something not to many people think is even important, but is vital to a Nation as ours.
In many ways, I pray and hope to God I am the one that is wrong and that Principle is Pointless, but I even with what I have suffered, just don't think it is. I think it is just as vital and very important. I have suffered but also remain firm that I didn't receive what I believe from a frivolous factory, nor do the facts and evidence point to that when they are soundly argued and reasoned out.
I don't think God would ask me to take a stand for the U.S. Constitution's Principle [natural born Citizen] because it was frivolous and that he saw in that fight a good practice session for me to develop character. If you do, we agree on one thing. You have more evidence supporting your idea than I have supporting mine. The big difference might be seen in my hoping you are right and I was wrong; and your hoping you were right and I was wrong.
If you cannot see that difference, perhaps you need to work on your altruistic characteristics. The sacrifice for others is just not something that you would be embarrassed to go to the Judgement Bar of God about and in TIME it very well might be that is the final Bar of Justice we meet at. I just hope and pray so very hard somehow, someway, God will allow our Nation to exist and continue and if in any way my suffering can be seen worthy of his mercy, I pray and hope that it is so.
