They say America is wrapped-up in Identitarian Politics, voting for the first black man, voting for the first female, but what if it could be proven that Identitarian Politics begin to supersede the U.S. Constitution own Qualifications for the Office of President - Hillary Clinton's communications could prove that is exactly what was going on as the FBI has discovered 650,000 emails, a national treasure of the former Secretary of State's thought-to-be-destroyed communications with her Chief of Staff Huma Abedin's computer shared with her husband? This is the Place under a file called "Life Insurance" we see  the necessity of what was presumed never to be discovered in FOIA Request, has manifested itself in Criminal Investigation.

Abusive Identity Politics

The abuse of.. Identity Politics excluding The U.S. Constitution's inclusion. 

Identity politics, also called identitarian politics,[1] refers to political positions based on the interests and perspectives of social groups with which people identify. Identity politics includes the ways in which people's politics may be shaped by aspects of their identity through loosely correlated social organizations. Examples include social organizations based on race, class, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, religion, culture, language and dialect. Not all members of any given group are necessarily involved in identity politics.

 As ugly as 'racism' is you have to know the bottom line is there's a profit to be made by those pushing it, maybe even a seat in the United States Oval Office. The problem with 'using' it as Hillary Clinton has continued her push against Donald Trump starting his political career by leading the Birther Movement challenging Barack Obama's Qualifications or as she refers to it Trump's "trying to de-legitimize the first black President", is Hillary Clinton knows better than most people the qualification for President 'natural born Citizen' stands for something more than "Citizen" which is the qualification for a Senator or Representative, in the Constitution, and Citizen was the qualification in the Constitution for those born at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.

Hillary Clinton in all fairness has said she regretted using a private server for her work relating to the responsibility to the People of the United States of America as Secretary of State. She's stated it was done so for convenience and not to avoid responsibilities of the Office to the People and to prove that point she released all 'work related emails', but her regret has never been to the point of which she was served, or better yet used the Private Server to her advantage. These advantages she has not yet every related she regretted.

Of course I am a Registered Democrat who also ran against Hillary Clinton in 2008 and now 2016. Yes I ran against Barack Obama in 2008, and 2012 with pretty good cause if you consider the qualification for President in the U.S. Constitution relevant to the Person in the Oval Office and in the direction and expectation defined by the oath of that Office. Right now, Americans who are Democrats like myself are freaking out because of the "writing-on-the-wall", which in no way refers to the Wall Trump has promised to build, but ascribes to the FBI Criminal Investigations that are now under way with the Democratic Party's Nominee - Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Look at the Google Trend since the Revelation of "Change Vote 2016" for those who had already cast their Ballot. It's gone off the chart! You know all Democrats are not on Welfare, FoodStamps, members of Communist Party USA, and of the mind-set that all Criminals should get a pass, pardon, or pack a gun illegally, and frankly for injustice when it comes to Civil Rights and our U.S. Constitution.  

In fact, I do not have to go out on a limb very far to assert that Democrats feel strongly about individual rights and liberty in the protection assured in the U.S. Constitution without which minorities would have no claim for protections whatsoever. I further do not have to go out on the limb very far to point out that many Democrats are good law abiding Citizens of the Country who in fact do desire the opportunity presented in America in Justice for All, in the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but this Democratic Party Nominee in Hillary Clinton as evidence points out is ruining, I mean literally ruining, all that Democrats have stood up for in the pursuit of her happiness unfortunate to Justice for all. 

I for one am so sick and tired of it, I cannot bring myself to support, or endorse, or recommend her for the Office of President. I just cannot do it her actions alone while in an Office of our Government have been so repugnant to me. It is rather sad for me to because in the interest of the U.S. Constitution's Qualifications  I have held my own Party Candidates feet to the fire with at least that expectation as well as Republicans who I remind everyone have far more unqualified Presidential Candidates declared in 2016 and in my opinion also ran McCain in 2008 as unqualified by lack of being born in one of the united States of America.

 I mean there are plenty of people who would use my past Criminal Record to say I am a flawed Candidate without looking in the details or considering the Facts, but hey when it comes to Religious Persecution I think I'm a little more experienced than Donna Brazille bragging how she gets debate questions in advance and put it upon herself to forward at least one to the Clinton campaign and called objections religious persecution. I mean it goes without saying DNC Chairmen Debbie Wasserman Schultz was destroyed for her pimping the Primary for Hillary in religious persecution against Bernie Sanders, but again had they not been caught by WikiLeaks there's no indication they'd be sorry.

I accept that some people think they are without sin and that they are so much better than myself who also has the only bi-Partisan Record as a Candidate for President standing up legally for what Trump is noticed for as beginning his political career on by Hillary - The Birther Movement. In fact, if the Main Stream Media is correct that Donald Trump should be seen as illegitimate based on his public assertions Obama was not born in the United States of America than what should be my reward if in Hillary's Email Stash we find Barack Obama was indeed not born in Hawaii if that is his silk thread of legitimacy? 

Should the Chair of the Hawaii Health Department be punished if that is found out? Well, she's already dead so you can't punish her. The point is this. We now know Obama communicated with Hillary using a pseudonym and lied to the American People about it. We also know that Hillary Clinton's Private Server housing all communication to and from her as Secretary of State avoided FOIA over site and was dependent upon Hillary Clinton and her Lawyers. We know Hillary Clinton was indeed using her position to curry favor and that favor was running through her family Charity and that she was getting rich doing it and that Obama was not doing anything about it.

This leads to the evidence that Hillary Clinton had something on Barack Obama that was his Achilles heel and that could be used to not only black mail the white house but keep them in check while Hillary Clinton went wild knowing she'd never be prosecuted because the prosecution would be tied to Obama's ineligibility. This is the biggest Life Insurance Folder connecting Barack Obama with Hillary Clinton that the Main Stream Media, the Elect in Congress, and even the United States Supreme Court Justices are tied to in secret combinations.

The potential to destroy America rest in the corruption being allowed by so many who have corrupted themselves in compromise until their chains were made secure. Can you imagine one of the biggest tools used by Hillary Clinton to beat Donald Trump over the head with coming to be the same chains that bind her? Between WikiLeaks and Huma Abedin's Computer the FBI has now, and the integrity of the Criminal Investigations we will see.

One of the moving Bishops on the Chess board has been WikiLeaks. Julian Assange just may be one of the keys to moving the FBI's Integrity back to the middle. Now the Democrats, with the news that Director James Comey with a letter to Congress informed them about new evidence regarding Hillary's Server/Emails/and Communications being discovered on Huma Abedin's computer she shared with her husband Anthony Weiner, are really unhinging about the change.

In fact, unhinged may be putting it mildly as it is being called a National Panic Attack and James Carville repeated that the FBI was in league with the KGB and GOP in the wildest Red Scare we've heard of in this generation.

In the past I have extolled Democrats in their ability to forgive past offenses that have been paid for in full which is something I think Republicans need to work on a lot more, but being a Democrat does not mean we condone criminality in office, extol blackmail, and love the lie more than the Truth. And I trust there are a majority of Democrats who have a great interest in law and order. In fact, I think it would not be in the interest of any Political Party to list capers, crimes, and lies, as their platform.

Of course I will have many Democrats who assert Trump's Questionable Business Dealings, his off colored remarks, but I also believe strongly in the First Amendment Right of Free Speech and quite frankly hold those in office to a much higher standard than those not in office. I expect accountability from those in Government Office because they are working for me as I am part of WE THE PEOPLE. If they do not like the accountability they should not be applying for the job. Hillary Clinton signed a form of responsibility regarding the accountability of  an office understanding the penalty for the breach was a criminal penalty.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information. This was also signed SF-312 by her aides Abedin and Mills.

Donald Trump has received what might only be described as a barrage of bullets about his uncertainty or Birther Claims of Obama not being born in the United States like the M61 Vulcan capable of 6000 rounds per minute, till he declared in a statement "Obama was born in the United States. Period.", but it's not good enough for Hillary Clinton. She keeps reminding people of it hoping to get the 'racist' slant she's working for to get the votes of millions of Americans who are not white.

Hillary has also claimed that the Russians have hacked the DNC and are opposed to her being getting elected. This is strange given the following records.

Of course without "word-of-mouth or gossip" as the credible source there's as many sources depicting Hillary Clinton and her loyal PUMA followers begin the BIRTHER MOVEMENT against Obama , but in fairness Hillary's Voting Record as a United States SENATOR we know cast a Vote for "Obama" with her co-sponsor of McCain's birth outside the United States in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511.

Although non-binding it is Hillary's certainty in a Vote to compromise "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

That vote set in motion what really would have been "racist" activism if she had reversed herself on Obama's Birtherism by Place , although the two Citizen Parent criteria was still in play for Hillary, and most reasonably in Obama's self revelation in his hand delivered long form birth certificate.

The resulting melt down in the duel citizenship compromise opened up the Office of President to any foreign prince or Tyrant to simply marry a U.S. Citizen and finance their child born over seas.

The resulting compromise now exist as the only requirement - Citizen ( obtained by simply marriage/having a child to a U.S. Citizen ), a 14 year residency and 35 years of age requirement. The compromise took down a two generation American defense that existed in born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents as [ natural born Citizen].

Of course construction is prohibited on the Constitution unless by/ through the Amendment process. The 14th Amendment's interest of "place" confirmed [Citizen] not [ natural born Citizen] this making [place] the "least" important component of [Parents & Place] in regards to the definition.

In the SCOTUS's refusal to hear Sen.Ted Cruz objections for Qualification, we see only one U.S. Citizen Parent is required in the definition of
[natural born Citizen] or a complete breakdown of the U.S. Constitution, you can decide what you'd like.

Notice now though that Democrats are considering the KGB ,GOP, and FBI in league with each other in new evidence found on Huma Abedin's shared computer with her husband former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

It's an interesting proposal or theory especially based on a Report coming out of Russia predicting America was getting a Black President back in 1994 through the Democratic Party by Russian Activist who would be a Communist.

[The First Time I Heard Of Barack

During the period of roughly February 1992 to mid 1994, I was making frequent trips to Moscow, Russia, in the process of starting a software development joint-venture company with some people from the Russian scientific community. One of the men in charge on the Russian side was named V. M.; he had a wife named T.M.

V. was a level-headed scientist while his wife was rather deeply committed to the losing Communist cause - a cause she obviously was not abandoning.

One evening, during a trip early in 1992, the American half of our venture were invited to V. & T.'s Moscow flat as we were about to return to the States. The party went well and we had the normal dinner discussions.

As the evening wore on, T. developed a decidedly rough anti-American edge - one her husband tried to quietly rein in.

The bottom line of the tirade she started against the United States went something like this:

"You Americans always like to think that you have the perfect government and your people are always so perfect. Well then, why haven't you had a woman president by now? You had a chance to vote for a woman vice-president and you didn't do it."

The general response went something along the lines that you don't vote for someone just because of their sex. Besides, you don't vote for vice-president, but the president and vice-president as a ticket.

"Well, I think you are going to be surprised when you get a black president very soon."

The consensus we expressed was that we didn't think there was anything innately barring that. The right person at the right time and sure, America would try to vote for the right person, be he or she black or not.

"What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?"

The out-of-the-blue remark was met by our stares. She continued, "Well, you will; and he will be a Communist."]

They say the journey is the valuable part of at trip, much more than the arrival to the destination. Such was the case with the story of Job in the Bible wherein his journey took 42 Chapters and his arrival or restoration took 8 verses of the last chapter.

As far as Obama was concerned, none of my legal actions really dwelt on "where" he was born, but focused more on the dual citizenship of his "inherited" parent citizenship from his father. Yes, it's a technicality and so is being at least age 35 to qualified for the Office of President, unfortunate for someone who is 34 years, 11 months and 29 days to young. It takes 2/3rds of Congress to adjust the technicality not one Judge who thinks "it's good enough".

Here are four times the Clinton’s referred to our current President, Barack Obama, as unqualified to run for the highest office in the land.

In 2008, Hillary Clinton told reporters that both she and John McCain have the experience to run for President, but Barack Obama does not: “He (McCain) will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Senator Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002.”

Hillary repeated the claim almost verbatim a few weeks later, proving it was a calculated attack to call Obama unqualified: “I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002.”

In a speech questioning Obama’s judgment, Bill Clinton called his wife’s opponent’s campaign a fairy tale: “Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen.”

Perhaps the most egregious example of the Clinton’s trying to portray Obama as unqualified came when Bill scoffed at the future President saying he should have been getting them coffee: “[A]s Hillary bungled Caroline, Bill’s handling of Ted was even worse. The day after Iowa, he phoned Kennedy and pressed for an endorsement, making the case for his wife. But Bill then went on, belittling Obama in a manner that deeply offended Kennedy. Recounting the conversation later to a friend, Teddy fumed that Clinton had said, A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.”

SUMMARY

It remains unseen but as fairy tales go, you should be careful what you wish for. If a single email of Hillary Clinton or her Aides is found containing information about Obama's ineligibility or a Record of her knowing by confirmation Obama was not qualified by his birth place, or his father's foreign citizenship, and instead of handling it through the Courts or Congress she chose to use it as her own "life insurance" or "presidential assurance" to keep Obama in check, and collect with promised guarantees from Foreign Governments to her Charities, you can be sure Hillary's Hell will pay a much heavier price than Obama ever had to as those Governments come calling and she's unable to deliver what she promised.

In the Chapters of American History we may indeed need a lesson of loyalty and the dangers of sacrificing the Principles of the U.S. Constitution for personalities or identities. My hope and prayer rest indeed with our children and that they will not have to pay the price Hillary, Obama, and their cohorts should have to pay.

Indeed it has been a journey this Blog has maintained now 690 Post recording near every step of the way. I have learned a lot, and regretted nothing in Taking A Stand for the U.S. Constitution. It is quite a blessing and also responsibility that I took on. With the Court's referring 'Standing' to those in the presidential race, I hope that I have held up the defense for those who were not Candidates for President in the 15 some odd cases I have been involved with in defending the Qualifications for the Office of President that so many have thought were not important, but account for every ACT Congress can't pass without a qualified person's signature in the Office of the President. Can you tell me how many Billions of Dollars that accounts for and how many it affects- then tell me what I've done doesn't matter with a straight face?

Clinton Charity keeps on giving... to Trump

The Charity of Hillary Clinton compromised email server, practises, and personal keeps on giving to ... Donald J. Trump. 

What happened to Debbie Wasserman Schultz when Guccifer 2.0 released a few thousand more emails via WikiLeaks a couple of days ago? The number one Democratic Party Chair Seat is so Compromised Obama calls for her resignation for the health of unity. 

Debbie Wasserman Schultz just a few days ago was aiding introductions between the presumptive Democratic Nominee Hillary Clinton and her choice of Kaine for the Vice President slot. 

Today, she was booed off the Podium of her own Florida Delegation Breakfast simply from the information that was revealed from emails released from the hacking that DNC speculates may have come from Russia through the Guccifer 2.0 acclamation. 

While Mrs. Schultz tendered her resignation news reports fiercely contended it was long overdue and had been on the agenda of Obama and Hillary Clinton for a long time contrasting Hillary's new appointment for Debbie as a Honorary Chair for her 50 State Coalition. 

The information revealed Debbie heavily involved as a Hillary Clinton [operative chair] for her 2016 Election Campaign a step away from her 2008 work for Hillary in her 2008 Campaign for President. 

The Catastrophic damages comes to the front of the News Cycle in the Mainstream Stream Media at the Price of favor to Clinton's Campaign and against all the other competing campaigns including Cody Robert Judy's and Bernie Sanders. 

Reports indicate Julian Assange-WikiLeaks will yet force Clinton out of the Presidential Race with enough collusion between Clinton and the MSM to indict Hillary so bad Publically as to spoil the election and perhaps even result in a criminal indictment. 

The results thus far against Democrats have been impressive by WikiLeaks / Guccifer/ Russia as Hillary Clinton's Campaign Chairman Robby Mook was attributing the connection to Russia Hacking indicated, [at Trump's expense], as he commented it seemed Trump was in league with Russia or Russia was helping Trump. 

What the Public should take from this is Clinton's confidence that she would never face an indictment by the FBI's Investigation might jump the Fire line dug by Democrats as the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz is proof the cauldron flames are reaching ever higher. 

It would seem nothing could persuade Democratic Party SuperDelegates and Delegates from dancing with the devil as toads in the water heating up even with such Revelations coming out that the whole Democratic Primary Season involving half the United States has been compromised.

The Fact the Delegates and SuperDelegates are not in revolt over the Revelations only exgoriates to the Public Hillary Rodham Clinton primary was uncontested and they are fine with that. 

The obvious question is why even have a voting Primary if the Chairmen of the Democratic Party decides your in, you are the Nominee. 

The problem is the money. In many States of the Union taxes of and taken from the public go to fund both Democratic Party and Republican Parties Primary Elections. Coronations are in fact essentially a privatisation of these funds to the beneficiary. 

Like Hillary Clinton's privatization of the Secretary of State's Office through her obfuscation of FOIA with her Private Server indeed the public funds for these primary elections are left out of the scope and protection of WE THE PEOPLE . 

Clinton's drive to [privatised take-over] now seeks the Office of President however the damages to the Public now, as dearly shown by Debbie Wasserman Schultz's Email Revelations, show us how easy Hillary Clinton can or could be blackmailed and with her in the Office of President, if she were in it. 

While intent might have started out simply to avoid FOIA , the consequences can easily evolve into the title of Domestic Enemy of the United States of America. 

For the safety and concern of this Hillary Clinton should not press the issue. If there is no intention to harm, she should RESIGN any Nomination of herself as Compromised.  

If Hillary Clinton does care about the United States of America and her intentions are benign, as perceived by FBI James Comey in the excuses she was not sophisticated enough to prosecute as intelligent - essentially an incompetence charge or report,  that sentiment should be expressed now and should be clearly pointed out to her resulting in a suspension of her Presidential Campaign. 

If Hillary Clinton's intentions [are not] in the interest of the United States , she should be treated and prosecuted as a Domestic Enemy of the United States of America and certainly should not be allowed anywhere near the Office of President. 

I believe any Candidate for President having the Love necessary for the people of the United States to be President would not hesitate preserving, protecting and Defending the United States of America by ending a Compromised Candidacy.

 Testifying before the House Judicial Committee the Nation's top law enforcement Official gave a sterling performance for any accused criminal on how to Duck and Dodge Questions to avoid Justice and responsibility.

One Congressman noticed the abscondsion had totaled over 75 Questions that A.G. Loretta Lynch had made to questions posed by Congressman.

What came out of the hearing was essentially that the Attorney General wanted to have it both ways.

She wanted to acknowledge very strongly she simply took the FBI's recommendation and had no part in formulation of any opinion, (with her unprecedented acknowledgement she would do so right after her meeting with Pres. Bill Clinton on the Tarmac in Arizona), while at the same time she refused to recuse herself and would have us believe she had reviewed the information thoroughly in a couple of hours the day after SOS Clinton's unrecorded and unoathed Saturday deposition with the FBI.

What was clear after 30 Million dollars of an FBI's 50 man team, 1 year Long investigation is the American People did not have an Attorney General fighting for Justice.

Rep. Steve King did an excellant job in his 5 min deposition of A.G Loretta Lynch. Rep. Trent Hanks had great thoughts and exposed the Attorney General's testimony as truly disappointing of Justice.

The overview was the A.G. basically admitted she was in gross negligence of overseeing any oversight of the Investigation. The extremely careless recollection of statute was evident by the Attorney general as to the actions of Hillary Clinton considering the investigation.

She made no reference to the avoidance of FOIA being considered a crime on the list.

Rep. Louie Gohmert  made it a point to point out the A.G.'s job under oath was to the Constitution and the Law over and above the FBI's recommendation, but it was clear the Justice Department had a lot of input in drafting FBI Director's Statement per Justice Department considerations made by a seasoned and career panel assisting the FBI.

Rep. Jim Jordan corralled the A.G. in to in as much admitting the Justice Department through her had "no impact" on any Hillary Clinton decision- she had no roll but that she had contributed in her own unprecedented way in a prosecutorial discretion of a high official.

In a discussion of prosecutorial discretion the type of threat and violent backgrounds were considered in factors to prosecute. No mention that National Security of Top Secret Intel weighed heavy in type of threat or Hillary Clinton's domestic abuse upon Pres. Bill Clinton while First Lady in scratching him so bad he required covering bandages and minced he cut himself shaving., or, the abuse of hassling women who made accusations of sexual harassment in the domestic violence category.

Rep. Trey Gowdy made the point that the A.G's own email practises requires she use two different government systems to communicate via email. One for general business and a more secure one for any classified info., setting the double standard of practise and conclusion wide open to the understanding on main-street.

He trashed her on the issue of prosecuting cases with damages even that had no intention to do harm, but caused it.,like manslaughter or vehicular homicide. This showed "intent" was not necessary under more minor violations of gross negligence.

Several Congressmen asked the top law enforcement officer what her opinion was in the difference between gross negligence and extreme carelessness was, but she refused to give a coherent explanation.

Ron DeSantis stated the A.G's actions were unprecedented in stating she would abide the FBI's recommendation days before it came in.,but she refused to categorically reject that she would accept the job of A.G. under a Hillary Clinton Administration if she won the Election casting a big shadow on Justice.

Representative Mimi Walter's and Rep. John Ratcliff's time was well used, the latter stating with skepticism that the A.G. had come to the conclusion of the Facts of a year Long investigation very quickly over a cup of coffee and a few hours.

The one question that I didn't feel was hammered home was this one: Did the State Departments own involvement in not objecting to HRC's unsecured server and participating in HRC's own brand of delinquent stupidity have anything to do with not bringing charges or an indictment under the fear of a Rico Charges, where Obama's whole State Department would be seen also warranting charges?

It kind of reminds me under Sharia Law practised by Islamic Countries, the rape victim must have four witnesses stating she got raped. So, rape is difficult to prosecute. Similarly the perpetrator by involving others in the rape is able to get more witnesses against the victim.

So,  by so many participating in Hillary Clinton's crime, she in affect secured many witnesses for her and the collaboration to avoid FOIA was systemic and involved hundreds of people.

The hearing also involved many Democrats in the questioning, but they spent their time asserting the "guns" involved in San Bernardino,Orlando, Dallas, Minnesota and others stated were responsible for deaths rather than discussing the motives in the People pulling the triggers of the guns such as " Islam Religious Tenants of Supramacy " in California and Florida's, or Black Supremacy in Dallas which miserably failed in considering and identifying the roots of the problem rather than the toppings of the Tree.

Republican's also failed to identify this clarity.

It was also revealed today Wiki LEAKS released 23,035 confidential emails on Hillary Clinton's Server making U.Show. Congress, The FBI, and Justice Department under A.Giant. Lynch look like fools.

TESTIMONY OF FBI DIRECTOR COMPROMISED BY HRC SULLIED INVESTIGATION

After watching the four plus hour Hearing held by the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform chaired by UT. R. Representative Jason Chaffetz with FBI Director James Comey under sworn testimony, it is my Review that the Director has not conducted the Investigation in a thorough consideration of the interest of the Public, in consideration of the Standard of the Laws, by subscribing to the interest of the Facts, presented in the Case, held to the Standard of Laws of the United States of America, any Reasonable Director of an Investigation would Report Publicly so as to conclude the matter rather than prolong the matter.

This "self-appreciated" grand-standing held by the Director as "Transparency" is a dis-service to the Public and has acted in a couched way of denying evidence that  existed, any reasonable prosecutor would prosecute the case with the Facts, he has become familiar with under a tiny scope of the Laws least likely to succeed, while ignoring the broader scope of Laws most likely to succeed under the exact same Facts or circumstances as Evidence.

If I may parlance the varying Sets, or Standards of Laws, under the parameters of the Investigation as Victims of a Predator. One victim was acknowledged alive and well, though carelessly victimized but without any real physical injury. The other victim was repeatedly stabbed over thirty thousand times and suffered an agonizing death.

The Laws that suffered a death were the Felony Charges of: Obstruction of Justice by destruction of evidence and Obstruction of Justice to avoid FOIA in the usurpation of the Office of the Secretary of State.

The Director James Comey in his investigation as I understand it held [two] types of depositions under the circumstances surrounding the Events described as the conduct of officials and aids surrounding Hillary Clinton's Private Server in the duties and obligations of the Office of Secretary of State she held under the nomination of Barack Obama from approximately 2009 to 2013. One set of depositions placed lower aids and professionals associated under oath during the FBI questioning and another set placed an Official under no oath- Hillary Clinton.

If two sets of styles exist in even taking depositions by the FBI as evidence, if the collecting of evidence seen as testimony has two different criteria depending upon Position,  under an FBI Investigation, clearly the Investigation has one set of Rules for common people and another set of Rules for higher ups, and this [fact] alone decries and substantiates the conduct of the FBI in this Investigation as a dis-service to the Public and a calculated bias understood by all.

We know other witnesses in this Case were placed under oath. Why were they subject to different treatment if lying to the FBI is a crime, why does the FBI place anyone under an oath to collect evidence by testimony?

The FBI Director was placed under oath for this hearing. The FBI certainly patted itself on the back for integrity of the Investigation as non-partisan, but who is helped and who is hurt in this Affair? The People's Office of Secretary of State was usurped! Hillary Clinton in affect privatized the People's Office of Secretary of State.

Director Comey testified that Top Secret information was read by People without a Security Clearance. He assumed it did not hurt The People of the United States. He did not assume Top Secret Intelligence , evidence, destroyed by people without a Security Clearance working on that Server hurt The People of the United States and constituted the willful destruction of The People's Intelligence or Property.

That action constituted a stabbing Death of FOIA for that Intelligence that concerned National Security Matters in the People's Office of Secretary of State.

The coy response of Director Comey was he was not asked to investigate the specific crime of a violation of FOIA. The victim of FOIA was being repeatedly stabbed viciously in front of the FBI Director, yet no recommended options for indictment were given for consideration to the Justice Department.

Amending the charges is a routine procedure for Prosecutors at their discretion given the Facts. A recommendation for indictment with the exact same Facts involved simply with a violation consideration under a different statute.

The Director quoted two considerations of Laws in the 1917 and 1922 statutes but failed considerations of FOIA evasion, a much more modern Felony subscribed by Congress recently. Why?

If the entire "History of Prosecution" was the Bench Mark Director Comey was fielding or reaching for Reasonably, in his consideration of recommendation to prosecute or not to recommend Prosecution, he was grandstanding behind 99 years while completely missing ..completely missing, the closest 10 years!

Failing to recognize these crimes and many others in this collaborated offense to and upon The People in his considered recommendation, but grandstanding the Investigation Publicly without the options of Prosecutors to Amend the Charges effectively places the choices of Prosecutors in a Compromised position of the exact set of circumstances.

If I were a Prosecutor I would say Director Comey intentionally hamstrung my amended charges in a public manner, and publicly shot justice in the foot.

For Instance, many Democratic Representatives in the Hearing today pressed Director Comey's assertion that the Hearing Today and the Investigation by enlarge recommended by a referal of a Government Agency properly, concerned with national security, was a witch hunt.

They continually pressed him about the considerations of the set of circumstances involved warranting no recommendation for indictment for Prosecution without citing specific statute. This had the broad affect of covering all laws intersecting the circumstances that most people would normally feel the FBI would consider in their recommendation to the Justice Department regarding the Investigation of the Facts.

Director Comey's Testimony today reminded me of a little boy told to clean his room by his mother. Upon inspection of the room the mother complained that the bed was still not made and many of the toys were noticeably pushed under the bed instead of being picked up and put in the toy box.

Upon seeing the unhappy look on his mother's face the boy exclaimed she did not tell him to make his bed or pick up the toys and put them in the toy box.

The Chairman Representative UT. R. Jason Chaffetz said in regards to Director Comey's assertion he did not have a direct complaint noticed from a Congressional Committee regarding the allegation of perjury under oath by Hillary Clinton in the Benghazi Hearings regarding her email, or the violation of FOIA absconsion this Investigation considered in the intersection, that Director Comey would have those exact direct notice within hours.

The damage by the spokesman for the FBI in excusing by singular statute, many times not explicitly defined, the corruption apparent, mitigated by the compromise of national security, in what he testified was a Server easier to hack then a public domain Gmail account,  indeed places a greater burden on Prosecutors for instance finding the Felony ascribed to a deliberate destruction of FOIA eligible documents known to exist but destroyed by the directive of the person holding the office, or the Felony to produce such but not to comply, to Amend the charges for such.

Director Comey's Grandstanding in the name of Transparency also has the affect of polluting the Grand Jury pool quite thoroughly with the Media attention his Office Represents.

In fact, Director Comey testified he was hung up on establishing or proving, I assume to Prosecutors who would have to decide whither to take the case, by the evidence, "intent" to commit a crime, but noticeable testified that consideration excluded a malfeasance of applicable laws surrounding an avoidance of FOIA and the destruction of documents falling under FOIA's claims.

He watched these laws bleeding to death before him but could not bring himself to stop the bleeding, choosing to ignore them, and in Grandstanding the circumstance Publicly, acted indeed as an accomplice. Perhaps a witness cheering the rape of a victim? Turning his head, and saying he saw "nothing"?

My opinion changed today of the integrity I hoped to see by Director Comey.  I saw a calculation to protect the Bureau over We The People in the application of Laws intersecting the circumstances of crime(s) and the recommendation of the Bureau three weeks before the Democratic National Convention kicking off July 25th through the 29th.

I saw a political calculation in polluting an Investigation and the blatant deferance in the manner of treating Witnesses in an Official Investigation. I think this was deplorable and a dis-service to the Public Interest in the Standard of the Laws.

This made me feel like Director Comey in compromising Standards was willfully more comfortable with Hillary Clinton as President than Donald Trump and he was acting childish about it. It made me feel like the service of the FBI hinged on elections rather than Justice and it made me feel like our Election System was further Compromised within Institutions rather than decided by We The People. It made me feel like Director Comey could not Trust the Democratic Party to find another Candidate in three weeks. Justice in our Election Process can never be claimed with a Compromised claim of Trust or Injustice no matter the Candidate Justice happens to claim. The assumption is Crooked.

I did watch the post-Hearing also with the Inspector Generals who were responsible for the negative or blistering IG Report on Hillary Clinton Server that said in essence her compromised Server was not approved nor would have been if she'd asked. I found the two Inspector General's testimonies more assuring than compromising of a Quality Standard.

We will see what happens in the continuation UT. R Jason Chaffetz promised would be forth coming and how the FBI Director acts upon the detailed request after his compromising indulgences this week.

One of the main reasons for a Primary Season in any General Election Year is to formidably test the Candidates within the particular Political Party before the selection for representation is made. The 'presumption' the Democrats have made this year that has noticeably been egregious to Candidates such as myself in a coronation standardization evidenced by everything from the miniaturized-weekender-debate-schedule to the favored-candidate-status in the mechanics of the Democratic Party contact munitions favoring Hillary Rodham Clinton, with the greatest qualification from the Candidate's own mouth being, "Don't you want to see a women be President, as if she's about to lift her skirt, may just be the worst thing to every happen to women in the equality of gender movement.

One might ask if I'm a registered in the Democratic Party why I would offer such harsh criticism of Hillary Rodham Clinton as a Candidate for President? The best answer I can give you is because I do indeed care deeply about the pivotal social issues of our time and frankly the representation of inclusiveness that for a long time Democrats have shared for the Constitution,Civil Rights, and the representation of Justice for all U.S. Citizens that government corruption can wipe out without the scrutiny. No team can really get on the field and play a good game without scrimmage practices and come game day those that do will take the field to their chagrin.

Democrats flatly refused anyone on the Debate Stage who was willing to formidably test Hillary Clinton the way Republicans will and are beginning to now, which was a Big Mistake. If I would have been allowed on the Stage I would have objected to Senator Sanders classifying the Private Server she maintained of the Government Secretary of State Office for the People as a "Horror Novel" rather than something we shouldn't be interested in.  Not only has the democratic party baptized itself in the stagnated lead tainted water of the shark pool known as 'Group Think' filtered only by party Established Insiders running the Democratic Party like Muammar Gaddafi into rebel forces where he was cornered and then killed by rebel forces, but in the delusion of 'Gender Classification', they have espoused in "government corruption practices" a preferred type of scrimmage which is only a laughing stock by the standard of our Constitution Republic and a hope as a Light to the World.

Saying it's harder and harder to believe HRC is about as kind as you can get when calling someone you need to trust, like your husband or wife, a Liar, as they are stuck in denial when you roll out the video in front of them romping in the car with the low jack auto upload YouTube Station you installed for the public display of their affair and affection. With the Youtube Video rolling Hillary is saying it wasn't her, she wasn't there, and it had to be an animation trick of some kind.

Yes, it was a "Trick" alright more stylized in the urban dictionary than a magic act. The problem is the consequences of the "Lies" she has told on the Debate Stage tens of millions of people have fallen victim to as "Everything Partisan". How can it be partisan if I am a Democrat Candidate for President registered with the FEC and a Democratic Party member? In fact how can what I'm saying not be believed when it is solidified by the fact that you haven't heard of me in the Main Stream Media but the Federal Election Commission knows me, so does Facebook, so does Twitter, so does Blogspot, so does my web site up for 8 years www.codyjudy.us , and so does the U.S. Supreme Court along with about 14 other Courts it took to get Judy v. Obama 14-9396?

The level of Group Think is horrifying said the monkeys of hear no evil, see no evil , speak no evil. The problem is not remotely HRC's alone, but is a culmination represented in a combination of corruption cast by an ineligible candidate for President running in 2008 with a fraudulent identification long form birth certificate fabricated and released by his own hand in 2011 at the behest of Donald Trump poignantly on The View and illustrated in Part I of this Report by Judge Jeanine.

It's only getting worse as the Smoking Gun was uncovered showing Obama's State Department, and thus Obama by complicity knew all about his Secretary of State running an anti-FOIA OPERATION.

Clinton Cash investigates how Bill and Hillary Clinton went from being “dead broke” after leaving the White House to amassing a net worth of over $150 million, with $2 billion in donations to their foundation, wealth accumulated during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure as Sec. of State through lucrative speaking fees and contracts paid for by foreign companies and Clinton Foundation donors.

Under the constructs of the Labeling theory concerns are identified mostly not with the normal roles that define our lives, but with those very special roles that society provides for deviant behavior, called deviant roles, stigmatic roles, or social stigma.  What in years ahead will we be telling our little boys not to be a Tricky-Dick or for our little girls not to be a "Crooked-Hillary" with the 50 Facts Donald Trump just outlined? A social role is a set of expectations we have about a behavior. Social roles are necessary for the organization and functioning of any society or group. We expect the postman, for example, to adhere to certain fixed rules about how he does his job. "Deviance" for a sociologist does not mean morally wrong, but rather behavior that is condemned by society. Deviant behavior can include both criminal and non-criminal activities.
Many Christians have been especially apposed to Trump's special brand of what's called 'Identity Politics' based on philosophies of not wanting to offend. The problem is when the "Truth" is understood as a foundation and a label is denied in a delusion, education of the subjects cannot be measured and therefore is not real.

Obama and the main stream media have been very good at the virtue of labeling Birthers as those who simply want the [natural born Citizen] clause of the qualification for President upheld as Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents as is mentioned in the SCOTUS Case of Minor v. Happersett, Obama fails, and which prohibits those such as the shooters in San Bernardino, California. and Orlando, Florida from the Office of the President, although the hand is extended for them to be Representatives and Senators.

TRUTH is SOMETHING Christians have been getting farther and farther away from. I came across this article entitled The Virtue of Name-Calling or Labels and immediate thought of both Main Stream Media unapologetic pajorative of Birthers, their distaste for it used against Hillary, and Donald Trump's brand during the Primary Election season? 

When we are labeled a wonderful chance for introspection is created. Is there Truth about Hillary Clinton being ‪#‎CrookedHillary‬? What is the Truth to the U.S, Supreme Court Justices being a pit of Vipers or ‪#‎PigsOfJustice‬ for the discrimination of income Inequality in denying a forma pauperis motion in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 the Media still refuses to identify as corruption and denying Evidence of The Constitutions Qualification for President? Can we not see if the Qualifications would have been upheld on Obama that the corruption of Clinton in what's happened just since 2008 wouldn't have been allowed? We have to remember justice slipping through the cracks has intense ramifications of the Trust of the People, as well as the Hope of the People! When Trust is destroyed so is the Hope.

Since Christ was without sin, we may deduce by good and necessary consequence that name-calling as such is not a sin. I suppose in essence when the shoe fits you wear it, but Democrats have also been saddled up with corruption based on fabrications, frauds, and lies these two Candidates have represented themselves with, making it very dis-heartening for Democrats who truly want to represent the culture of American Jurisdiction under the U.S. Constitution.

THE CONSCIENCE CLAUSE

The only saving grace Democrats may have now is what is called a Conscience Clause which is based on the Delegates in the Primaries of every State being released and not being bound to the Candidate of their State's Primary based on the lies and fabrications that were covered up by that Candidates own corruption in past circumstances and situations initiated by the Democratic Party National Convention's Rules Committee.

Delegates should/shall not be bound to any Candidate so entangled by criminal corruption in previous Government Office as privatizing entire offices of the United States Government. This is a Republic. We the People did not authorize the Secretary of State Office to be usurped by Hillary Clinton anymore than we authorized the Office of the President to be usurped by someone who is not a [natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.] U.S. Supreme Court ref: Minor v. Red Flags noticed by the Huffington Post [You might be dating a Sociopath] the same might be seen as true when it comes to Courting a Candidate for President of the United States in Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama when we really start looking at the Standards of Law. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court has refused my Case that has standing in defining and defending that standard of the qualification for President dismissing it on a arbitrarily denied Motion for forma pauperis is more of a witness of confirmation for me than it is a confirmation for Obama when most Constitutional Scholars agree its unsettled law and everyone sees millions of dollars tied up in Campaigns that are questionably illegal.
