Hundreds of millions of Americans are watching. The biggest stage in American Politics is the Office of the President, and Republicans are now in the cross-hairs of witnessing, grappling, and evaluating the man they Elected just six months ago on the brink of formal impeachment hearings with the alleged WaterGate Type stumble President Trump made in the alleged hazy clouded lines of obstruction of justice. In the proceedings against former national security adviser Mike Flynn after just 24 days on the job, the May 9th firing of FBI Director James Comey, has now become the focus based on statements in meetings and inferred as recorded by both President Trump and allegedly Comey in some fashion.

President Trump tweeted Comey better not become a lose cannon to the MSM with the threat:
 "James Comey better hope that there are no 'tapes' of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!" wrote Trump at 8:26 a.m. Friday. 

Afterwards, NYT reports of Comey Meetings  allegedly  reported a Memo he wrote a day after his firing of a meeting with President Trump as:
 “I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go,” Mr. Trump told Mr. Comey, according to the memo. “He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go.” the president told Mr. Comey.

Mr. Trump’s request is the vague evidence that the president has allegedly tried to directly influence the Justice Department and F.B.I. investigation into links between Mr. Trump’s associates and the Russian Government in an ongoing narrative the Democrats have pushed hard.

Late Tuesday, Representative R-UT Jason Chaffetz, the Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee, did demand that the F.B.I. turn over by May 24 all “memoranda, notes, summaries and recordings” of discussions between Mr. Trump and Mr. Comey which should air the Truth of Comey's Witness. Acting FBI Director McCabe under oath recognized no interference in FBI Investigation to specifically asked questions that seem to back Trump' s assertions.

The U.S. Justice Department, in the face of rising pressure from Capitol Hill, named former FBI chief Robert Mueller on Wednesday as special counsel to investigate alleged Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election and possible collusion between President Donald Trump's campaign and Putin.

 Vice President Mike Pence announced a new Leadership PAC "Great America Committee" seen by many to be a War Chest for Election Wednesday. Just a few days ago Hillary Clinton announced a new fundraising CHARITY 401(c)4 "Onward Together" that allows for donors to remain anonymous, and for donors to give all they want. Democrat Fundraising for Congress has surged with more steam than all of MT. St. Helen in 2015.

Many don't remember 18 1/2minute gap that served as incriminating evidence in the Nixon Watergate Scandal that lead to President Nixon's resignation from the Office of the President.  This is the sort of thing that Trump opened himself up to inferring 'Comey better hope there were no tapes of our conversation'. That statement opens up the question for Congress to subpoena White House Tapes in an investigation and Comey's alleged Memo has already met with a Congressional subpoena.

Trump supporters may not realize the Tumultuous Trump Clouds overhead or even how Trump could open himself up to such until they realize Trump's mouth may have gotten him in to the White House but it could also be his mouth that ends his term prematurely.

It's true, besides Trump's Interview on The View wherein the only thing that was discussed was President Obama's eligibility and Trump's repeated phrase "I think he should show his Birth Certificate" which garnered him boo's and hisses, Trump outside of the bullhorn arena has done nothing as or in an Elected Office before becoming President of the United States besides write checks to both Republican and Democrats who were in Elections.

When he did enter the President Race of 2016, he all but suspended The Birthers View when just a month and a half before the 2016 Election and prior to the final Sheriff Joe Arpaio Press Conference held December 2016 presenting 9 POINTS of FORGERY on Obama's Birth Certificate, Trump said,

"President Obama was born in the United States — period," Trump said after a campaign event featuring decorated veterans endorsing him.

What has not been widely reported by the Media was the apparent collaboration between Trump & Obama that culminated in what very well may have been Trump's Compromise on Obama's Eligibility in a Business Favor from Obama while in Office. Of course this would implicate both men in a Fraud against the Constitution of the United States of America, with the America People paying the stiffest price in Fraudulent Elections and compromised Votes.

The clearest evidence remains the timing in which Trump went on The View and also Received the bid to remodel the Old Post Office, from Obama's newly appointed GSA Director, which became the 9th Trump Hotel in a bidding war that resulted in shock to much bigger Hotel Bidders involved in the coveted property detailed from the 9minutes 30 second mark on the Video Rewarding Forgery Awarding Fraud.




What the Obama-Trump-Alliance did was compromise the U.S. Constitution and "moot" Trump's leverage of Obama's Ineligibility. At the same time Trump was being called a 'Racist" by the MSM for standing up for the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of the President, he was being paid to weather the racist storm in the lining of his pockets with a coveted property.

What Obama never thought Trump would do was actually run or be President, and that the underlying 'Birther Claim' Hillary Clinton shot out in Debate, would catapult him into the Office of the President by good ole fashion Americans who saw the 'racist' label unwarranted in a stand for the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of President. Trump maximized his leverage, but angered those who he'd made the bargain with in getting more mileage then they had suspected in a way that may have touched the devil's rage in purgatory.

Trump may indeed be the recipient now in MSM's vitriol and Congress's Cross-hairs of what amounts to crossing the devil's divide. Countless Obama and Clinton Scandals have gone without Hearings or been all together recognized and watered down to hazing kids just having fun. Trump in the devils due, may instead receive a hypocrites reward in giving ground he should not have given, and in taking ground for a price that outrages Americans.

Sheriff Joe from the get-go was a great supporter of Candidate Trump I think based on his perception Trump was an outsider who could actually push the Washington DC Republican and Democratic Party Establishments off their Obama Cover-Up Game.  After Sheriff Joe's December 2016 [9 POINTS OF FORGERY Press Conference], where was Trump in that Constitutional Resolve? The answer was "no where to be found" and "silent".

Trump's idea that he could actually double deal the devil AND hire him to work for him in Washington DC, may have pitched well to the mirror, but in the leaks out of the White House to the Press, has really amounted to a double barrel shotgun blast through a pale he hoped to carry water in delivering his promises. It seems now Trump's fighting his own hand-made Establishment from both Republicans and Democrats who surround him and "they" are using the MSM to reign Trump in.

We all know the devil has a lot of tricks up his sleeve, and the Washington DC Establishments are not without past years playbooks with "Nixon Blues" playing on their minds. The biggest problem for Trump may indeed have been not understanding "the job" description in his first Oath, not as a businessman, but as a President charged with preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States.

Trump said as a Candidate he wanted to give back to a Country who had given so much, but he has failed to take a stand on the qualifications for the Office of the President citing like Obama when he finally got in the Office, "more pressing matters".

Well, when it comes to the Office of the President of the United States of America, and the occupation of it by foreigners to the qualifications of the U.S. Constitution, Trump may very well have an argument with God ghosting him rather than blessing him not to stumble and fall or in other words turning him over to the devils deal he thought he had won or could beat?

I am reminded that as a Birther I'm no stranger to the rain and robbers are not required in the Office of the President, but courage and commitment for Principles are. I hope you will encourage Trump to Restore the Constitution. Allowing Obama's Influence in his Administration and keeping the people around who were part of a usurpation, has been and might be Trump's Burnt Toast and the end of Trump as President. Taking that seriously is not hard to comprehend when you see what's happening.

 They say America is wrapped-up in Identitarian Politics, voting for the first black man, voting for the first female, but what if it could be proven that Identitarian Politics begin to supersede the U.S. Constitution own Qualifications for the Office of President - Hillary Clinton's communications could prove that is exactly what was going on as the FBI has discovered 650,000 emails, a national treasure of the former Secretary of State's thought-to-be-destroyed communications with her Chief of Staff Huma Abedin's computer shared with her husband? This is the Place under a file called "Life Insurance" we see  the necessity of what was presumed never to be discovered in FOIA Request, has manifested itself in Criminal Investigation.

The abuse of.. Identity Politics excluding The U.S. Constitution's inclusion. 

Identity politics, also called identitarian politics,[1] refers to political positions based on the interests and perspectives of social groups with which people identify. Identity politics includes the ways in which people's politics may be shaped by aspects of their identity through loosely correlated social organizations. Examples include social organizations based on race, class, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, religion, culture, language and dialect. Not all members of any given group are necessarily involved in identity politics.
 As ugly as 'racism' is you have to know the bottom line is there's a profit to be made by those pushing it, maybe even a seat in the United States Oval Office. The problem with 'using' it as Hillary Clinton has continued her push against Donald Trump starting his political career by leading the Birther Movement challenging Barack Obama's Qualifications or as she refers to it Trump's "trying to de-legitimize the first black President", is Hillary Clinton knows better than most people the qualification for President 'natural born Citizen' stands for something more than "Citizen" which is the qualification for a Senator or Representative, in the Constitution, and Citizen was the qualification in the Constitution for those born at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.

Hillary Clinton in all fairness has said she regretted using a private server for her work relating to the responsibility to the People of the United States of America as Secretary of State. She's stated it was done so for convenience and not to avoid responsibilities of the Office to the People and to prove that point she released all 'work related emails', but her regret has never been to the point of which she was served, or better yet used the Private Server to her advantage. These advantages she has not yet every related she regretted.

Of course I am a Registered Democrat who also ran against Hillary Clinton in 2008 and now 2016. Yes I ran against Barack Obama in 2008, and 2012 with pretty good cause if you consider the qualification for President in the U.S. Constitution relevant to the Person in the Oval Office and in the direction and expectation defined by the oath of that Office. Right now, Americans who are Democrats like myself are freaking out because of the "writing-on-the-wall", which in no way refers to the Wall Trump has promised to build, but ascribes to the FBI Criminal Investigations that are now under way with the Democratic Party's Nominee - Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Look at the Google Trend since the Revelation of "Change Vote 2016" for those who had already cast their Ballot. It's gone off the chart! You know all Democrats are not on Welfare, FoodStamps, members of Communist Party USA, and of the mind-set that all Criminals should get a pass, pardon, or pack a gun illegally, and frankly for injustice when it comes to Civil Rights and our U.S. Constitution.  

In fact, I do not have to go out on a limb very far to assert that Democrats feel strongly about individual rights and liberty in the protection assured in the U.S. Constitution without which minorities would have no claim for protections whatsoever. I further do not have to go out on the limb very far to point out that many Democrats are good law abiding Citizens of the Country who in fact do desire the opportunity presented in America in Justice for All, in the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but this Democratic Party Nominee in Hillary Clinton as evidence points out is ruining, I mean literally ruining, all that Democrats have stood up for in the pursuit of her happiness unfortunate to Justice for all. 

I for one am so sick and tired of it, I cannot bring myself to support, or endorse, or recommend her for the Office of President. I just cannot do it her actions alone while in an Office of our Government have been so repugnant to me. It is rather sad for me to because in the interest of the U.S. Constitution's Qualifications  I have held my own Party Candidates feet to the fire with at least that expectation as well as Republicans who I remind everyone have far more unqualified Presidential Candidates declared in 2016 and in my opinion also ran McCain in 2008 as unqualified by lack of being born in one of the united States of America.

 I mean there are plenty of people who would use my past Criminal Record to say I am a flawed Candidate without looking in the details or considering the Facts, but hey when it comes to Religious Persecution I think I'm a little more experienced than Donna Brazille bragging how she gets debate questions in advance and put it upon herself to forward at least one to the Clinton campaign and called objections religious persecution. I mean it goes without saying DNC Chairmen Debbie Wasserman Schultz was destroyed for her pimping the Primary for Hillary in religious persecution against Bernie Sanders, but again had they not been caught by WikiLeaks there's no indication they'd be sorry.

I accept that some people think they are without sin and that they are so much better than myself who also has the only bi-Partisan Record as a Candidate for President standing up legally for what Trump is noticed for as beginning his political career on by Hillary - The Birther Movement. In fact, if the Main Stream Media is correct that Donald Trump should be seen as illegitimate based on his public assertions Obama was not born in the United States of America than what should be my reward if in Hillary's Email Stash we find Barack Obama was indeed not born in Hawaii if that is his silk thread of legitimacy? 

Should the Chair of the Hawaii Health Department be punished if that is found out? Well, she's already dead so you can't punish her. The point is this. We now know Obama communicated with Hillary using a pseudonym and lied to the American People about it. We also know that Hillary Clinton's Private Server housing all communication to and from her as Secretary of State avoided FOIA over site and was dependent upon Hillary Clinton and her Lawyers. We know Hillary Clinton was indeed using her position to curry favor and that favor was running through her family Charity and that she was getting rich doing it and that Obama was not doing anything about it.

This leads to the evidence that Hillary Clinton had something on Barack Obama that was his Achilles heel and that could be used to not only black mail the white house but keep them in check while Hillary Clinton went wild knowing she'd never be prosecuted because the prosecution would be tied to Obama's ineligibility. This is the biggest Life Insurance Folder connecting Barack Obama with Hillary Clinton that the Main Stream Media, the Elect in Congress, and even the United States Supreme Court Justices are tied to in secret combinations.

The potential to destroy America rest in the corruption being allowed by so many who have corrupted themselves in compromise until their chains were made secure. Can you imagine one of the biggest tools used by Hillary Clinton to beat Donald Trump over the head with coming to be the same chains that bind her? Between WikiLeaks and Huma Abedin's Computer the FBI has now, and the integrity of the Criminal Investigations we will see.

One of the moving Bishops on the Chess board has been WikiLeaks. Julian Assange just may be one of the keys to moving the FBI's Integrity back to the middle. Now the Democrats, with the news that Director James Comey with a letter to Congress informed them about new evidence regarding Hillary's Server/Emails/and Communications being discovered on Huma Abedin's computer she shared with her husband Anthony Weiner, are really unhinging about the change.

In fact, unhinged may be putting it mildly as it is being called a National Panic Attack and James Carville repeated that the FBI was in league with the KGB and GOP in the wildest Red Scare we've heard of in this generation.


In the past I have extolled Democrats in their ability to forgive past offenses that have been paid for in full which is something I think Republicans need to work on a lot more, but being a Democrat does not mean we condone criminality in office, extol blackmail, and love the lie more than the Truth. And I trust there are a majority of Democrats who have a great interest in law and order. In fact, I think it would not be in the interest of any Political Party to list capers, crimes, and lies, as their platform.

Of course I will have many Democrats who assert Trump's Questionable Business Dealings, his off colored remarks, but I also believe strongly in the First Amendment Right of Free Speech and quite frankly hold those in office to a much higher standard than those not in office. I expect accountability from those in Government Office because they are working for me as I am part of WE THE PEOPLE. If they do not like the accountability they should not be applying for the job. Hillary Clinton signed a form of responsibility regarding the accountability of  an office understanding the penalty for the breach was a criminal penalty.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information. This was also signed SF-312 by her aides Abedin and Mills.

Donald Trump's Birther Problem or Promise?

Donald Trump has received what might only be described as a barrage of bullets about his uncertainty or Birther Claims of Obama not being born in the United States like the M61 Vulcan capable of 6000 rounds per minute, till he declared in a statement "Obama was born in the United States. Period.", but it's not good enough for Hillary Clinton. She keeps reminding people of it hoping to get the 'racist' slant she's working for to get the votes of millions of Americans who are not white.

Hillary has also claimed that the Russians have hacked the DNC and are opposed to her being getting elected. This is strange given the following records.

Of course without "word-of-mouth or gossip" as the credible source there's as many sources depicting Hillary Clinton and her loyal PUMA followers begin the BIRTHER MOVEMENT against Obama , but in fairness Hillary's Voting Record as a United States SENATOR we know cast a Vote for "Obama" with her co-sponsor of McCain's birth outside the United States in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511.

Although non-binding it is Hillary's certainty in a Vote to compromise "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

That vote set in motion what really would have been "racist" activism if she had reversed herself on Obama's Birtherism by Place , although the two Citizen Parent criteria was still in play for Hillary, and most reasonably in Obama's self revelation in his hand delivered long form birth certificate.

The resulting melt down in the duel citizenship compromise opened up the Office of President to any foreign prince or Tyrant to simply marry a U.S. Citizen and finance their child born over seas.

The resulting compromise now exist as the only requirement - Citizen ( obtained by simply marriage/having a child to a U.S. Citizen ), a 14 year residency and 35 years of age requirement. The compromise took down a two generation American defense that existed in born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents as [ natural born Citizen].

Of course construction is prohibited on the Constitution unless by/ through the Amendment process. The 14th Amendment's interest of "place" confirmed [Citizen] not [ natural born Citizen] this making [place] the "least" important component of [Parents & Place] in regards to the definition.

In the SCOTUS's refusal to hear Sen.Ted Cruz objections for Qualification, we see only one U.S. Citizen Parent is required in the definition of
[natural born Citizen] or a complete breakdown of the U.S. Constitution, you can decide what you'd like.

Notice now though that Democrats are considering the KGB ,GOP, and FBI in league with each other in new evidence found on Huma Abedin's shared computer with her husband former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

It's an interesting proposal or theory especially based on a Report coming out of Russia predicting America was getting a Black President back in 1994 through the Democratic Party by Russian Activist who would be a Communist.

[The First Time I Heard Of Barack

During the period of roughly February 1992 to mid 1994, I was making frequent trips to Moscow, Russia, in the process of starting a software development joint-venture company with some people from the Russian scientific community. One of the men in charge on the Russian side was named V. M.; he had a wife named T.M.

V. was a level-headed scientist while his wife was rather deeply committed to the losing Communist cause - a cause she obviously was not abandoning.

One evening, during a trip early in 1992, the American half of our venture were invited to V. & T.'s Moscow flat as we were about to return to the States. The party went well and we had the normal dinner discussions.

As the evening wore on, T. developed a decidedly rough anti-American edge - one her husband tried to quietly rein in.

The bottom line of the tirade she started against the United States went something like this:

"You Americans always like to think that you have the perfect government and your people are always so perfect. Well then, why haven't you had a woman president by now? You had a chance to vote for a woman vice-president and you didn't do it."

The general response went something along the lines that you don't vote for someone just because of their sex. Besides, you don't vote for vice-president, but the president and vice-president as a ticket.

"Well, I think you are going to be surprised when you get a black president very soon."

The consensus we expressed was that we didn't think there was anything innately barring that. The right person at the right time and sure, America would try to vote for the right person, be he or she black or not.

"What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?"

The out-of-the-blue remark was met by our stares. She continued, "Well, you will; and he will be a Communist."]

They say the journey is the valuable part of at trip, much more than the arrival to the destination. Such was the case with the story of Job in the Bible wherein his journey took 42 Chapters and his arrival or restoration took 8 verses of the last chapter.

As far as Obama was concerned, none of my legal actions really dwelt on "where" he was born, but focused more on the dual citizenship of his "inherited" parent citizenship from his father. Yes, it's a technicality and so is being at least age 35 to qualified for the Office of President, unfortunate for someone who is 34 years, 11 months and 29 days to young. It takes 2/3rds of Congress to adjust the technicality not one Judge who thinks "it's good enough".

Here are four times the Clinton’s referred to our current President, Barack Obama, as unqualified to run for the highest office in the land.

In 2008, Hillary Clinton told reporters that both she and John McCain have the experience to run for President, but Barack Obama does not: “He (McCain) will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Senator Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002.”

Hillary repeated the claim almost verbatim a few weeks later, proving it was a calculated attack to call Obama unqualified: “I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002.”

In a speech questioning Obama’s judgment, Bill Clinton called his wife’s opponent’s campaign a fairy tale: “Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen.”

Perhaps the most egregious example of the Clinton’s trying to portray Obama as unqualified came when Bill scoffed at the future President saying he should have been getting them coffee: “[A]s Hillary bungled Caroline, Bill’s handling of Ted was even worse. The day after Iowa, he phoned Kennedy and pressed for an endorsement, making the case for his wife. But Bill then went on, belittling Obama in a manner that deeply offended Kennedy. Recounting the conversation later to a friend, Teddy fumed that Clinton had said, A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.”

SUMMARY

It remains unseen but as fairy tales go, you should be careful what you wish for. If a single email of Hillary Clinton or her Aides is found containing information about Obama's ineligibility or a Record of her knowing by confirmation Obama was not qualified by his birth place, or his father's foreign citizenship, and instead of handling it through the Courts or Congress she chose to use it as her own "life insurance" or "presidential assurance" to keep Obama in check, and collect with promised guarantees from Foreign Governments to her Charities, you can be sure Hillary's Hell will pay a much heavier price than Obama ever had to as those Governments come calling and she's unable to deliver what she promised.

In the Chapters of American History we may indeed need a lesson of loyalty and the dangers of sacrificing the Principles of the U.S. Constitution for personalities or identities. My hope and prayer rest indeed with our children and that they will not have to pay the price Hillary, Obama, and their cohorts should have to pay.

QUITE A JOURNEY
Indeed it has been a journey this Blog has maintained now 690 Post recording near every step of the way. I have learned a lot, and regretted nothing in Taking A Stand for the U.S. Constitution. It is quite a blessing and also responsibility that I took on. With the Court's referring 'Standing' to those in the presidential race, I hope that I have held up the defense for those who were not Candidates for President in the 15 some odd cases I have been involved with in defending the Qualifications for the Office of President that so many have thought were not important, but account for every ACT Congress can't pass without a qualified person's signature in the Office of the President. Can you tell me how many Billions of Dollars that accounts for and how many it affects- then tell me what I've done doesn't matter with a straight face?

There were times I didn't know if I could keep the web site up and running, but we did. I'm very thankful and appreciative of those who have helped along this eight year journey. Thank you!

TESTIMONY OF FBI DIRECTOR COMPROMISED BY HRC SULLIED INVESTIGATION

After watching the four plus hour Hearing held by the House Committee on Government Oversight and Reform chaired by UT. R. Representative Jason Chaffetz with FBI Director James Comey under sworn testimony, it is my Review that the Director has not conducted the Investigation in a thorough consideration of the interest of the Public, in consideration of the Standard of the Laws, by subscribing to the interest of the Facts, presented in the Case, held to the Standard of Laws of the United States of America, any Reasonable Director of an Investigation would Report Publicly so as to conclude the matter rather than prolong the matter.

This "self-appreciated" grand-standing held by the Director as "Transparency" is a dis-service to the Public and has acted in a couched way of denying evidence that  existed, any reasonable prosecutor would prosecute the case with the Facts, he has become familiar with under a tiny scope of the Laws least likely to succeed, while ignoring the broader scope of Laws most likely to succeed under the exact same Facts or circumstances as Evidence.

If I may parlance the varying Sets, or Standards of Laws, under the parameters of the Investigation as Victims of a Predator. One victim was acknowledged alive and well, though carelessly victimized but without any real physical injury. The other victim was repeatedly stabbed over thirty thousand times and suffered an agonizing death.

The Laws that suffered a death were the Felony Charges of: Obstruction of Justice by destruction of evidence and Obstruction of Justice to avoid FOIA in the usurpation of the Office of the Secretary of State.

The Director James Comey in his investigation as I understand it held [two] types of depositions under the circumstances surrounding the Events described as the conduct of officials and aids surrounding Hillary Clinton's Private Server in the duties and obligations of the Office of Secretary of State she held under the nomination of Barack Obama from approximately 2009 to 2013. One set of depositions placed lower aids and professionals associated under oath during the FBI questioning and another set placed an Official under no oath- Hillary Clinton.

If two sets of styles exist in even taking depositions by the FBI as evidence, if the collecting of evidence seen as testimony has two different criteria depending upon Position,  under an FBI Investigation, clearly the Investigation has one set of Rules for common people and another set of Rules for higher ups, and this [fact] alone decries and substantiates the conduct of the FBI in this Investigation as a dis-service to the Public and a calculated bias understood by all.

We know other witnesses in this Case were placed under oath. Why were they subject to different treatment if lying to the FBI is a crime, why does the FBI place anyone under an oath to collect evidence by testimony?

The FBI Director was placed under oath for this hearing. The FBI certainly patted itself on the back for integrity of the Investigation as non-partisan, but who is helped and who is hurt in this Affair? The People's Office of Secretary of State was usurped! Hillary Clinton in affect privatized the People's Office of Secretary of State.

Director Comey testified that Top Secret information was read by People without a Security Clearance. He assumed it did not hurt The People of the United States. He did not assume Top Secret Intelligence , evidence, destroyed by people without a Security Clearance working on that Server hurt The People of the United States and constituted the willful destruction of The People's Intelligence or Property.

That action constituted a stabbing Death of FOIA for that Intelligence that concerned National Security Matters in the People's Office of Secretary of State.

The coy response of Director Comey was he was not asked to investigate the specific crime of a violation of FOIA. The victim of FOIA was being repeatedly stabbed viciously in front of the FBI Director, yet no recommended options for indictment were given for consideration to the Justice Department.

Amending the charges is a routine procedure for Prosecutors at their discretion given the Facts. A recommendation for indictment with the exact same Facts involved simply with a violation consideration under a different statute.

The Director quoted two considerations of Laws in the 1917 and 1922 statutes but failed considerations of FOIA evasion, a much more modern Felony subscribed by Congress recently. Why?

If the entire "History of Prosecution" was the Bench Mark Director Comey was fielding or reaching for Reasonably, in his consideration of recommendation to prosecute or not to recommend Prosecution, he was grandstanding behind 99 years while completely missing ..completely missing, the closest 10 years!

Failing to recognize these crimes and many others in this collaborated offense to and upon The People in his considered recommendation, but grandstanding the Investigation Publicly without the options of Prosecutors to Amend the Charges effectively places the choices of Prosecutors in a Compromised position of the exact set of circumstances.

If I were a Prosecutor I would say Director Comey intentionally hamstrung my amended charges in a public manner, and publicly shot justice in the foot.

For Instance, many Democratic Representatives in the Hearing today pressed Director Comey's assertion that the Hearing Today and the Investigation by enlarge recommended by a referal of a Government Agency properly, concerned with national security, was a witch hunt.

They continually pressed him about the considerations of the set of circumstances involved warranting no recommendation for indictment for Prosecution without citing specific statute. This had the broad affect of covering all laws intersecting the circumstances that most people would normally feel the FBI would consider in their recommendation to the Justice Department regarding the Investigation of the Facts.

Director Comey's Testimony today reminded me of a little boy told to clean his room by his mother. Upon inspection of the room the mother complained that the bed was still not made and many of the toys were noticeably pushed under the bed instead of being picked up and put in the toy box.

Upon seeing the unhappy look on his mother's face the boy exclaimed she did not tell him to make his bed or pick up the toys and put them in the toy box.

The Chairman Representative UT. R. Jason Chaffetz said in regards to Director Comey's assertion he did not have a direct complaint noticed from a Congressional Committee regarding the allegation of perjury under oath by Hillary Clinton in the Benghazi Hearings regarding her email, or the violation of FOIA absconsion this Investigation considered in the intersection, that Director Comey would have those exact direct notice within hours.

The damage by the spokesman for the FBI in excusing by singular statute, many times not explicitly defined, the corruption apparent, mitigated by the compromise of national security, in what he testified was a Server easier to hack then a public domain Gmail account,  indeed places a greater burden on Prosecutors for instance finding the Felony ascribed to a deliberate destruction of FOIA eligible documents known to exist but destroyed by the directive of the person holding the office, or the Felony to produce such but not to comply, to Amend the charges for such.

Director Comey's Grandstanding in the name of Transparency also has the affect of polluting the Grand Jury pool quite thoroughly with the Media attention his Office Represents.

In fact, Director Comey testified he was hung up on establishing or proving, I assume to Prosecutors who would have to decide whither to take the case, by the evidence, "intent" to commit a crime, but noticeable testified that consideration excluded a malfeasance of applicable laws surrounding an avoidance of FOIA and the destruction of documents falling under FOIA's claims.

He watched these laws bleeding to death before him but could not bring himself to stop the bleeding, choosing to ignore them, and in Grandstanding the circumstance Publicly, acted indeed as an accomplice. Perhaps a witness cheering the rape of a victim? Turning his head, and saying he saw "nothing"?

My opinion changed today of the integrity I hoped to see by Director Comey.  I saw a calculation to protect the Bureau over We The People in the application of Laws intersecting the circumstances of crime(s) and the recommendation of the Bureau three weeks before the Democratic National Convention kicking off July 25th through the 29th.

I saw a political calculation in polluting an Investigation and the blatant deferance in the manner of treating Witnesses in an Official Investigation. I think this was deplorable and a dis-service to the Public Interest in the Standard of the Laws.

This made me feel like Director Comey in compromising Standards was willfully more comfortable with Hillary Clinton as President than Donald Trump and he was acting childish about it. It made me feel like the service of the FBI hinged on elections rather than Justice and it made me feel like our Election System was further Compromised within Institutions rather than decided by We The People. It made me feel like Director Comey could not Trust the Democratic Party to find another Candidate in three weeks. Justice in our Election Process can never be claimed with a Compromised claim of Trust or Injustice no matter the Candidate Justice happens to claim. The assumption is Crooked.

I did watch the post-Hearing also with the Inspector Generals who were responsible for the negative or blistering IG Report on Hillary Clinton Server that said in essence her compromised Server was not approved nor would have been if she'd asked. I found the two Inspector General's testimonies more assuring than compromising of a Quality Standard.

We will see what happens in the continuation UT. R Jason Chaffetz promised would be forth coming and how the FBI Director acts upon the detailed request after his compromising indulgences this week.
