CHINA NOT SO HAPPY After reading the following article you can easily see why President Elect Trump's choice for Secretary of State is a tough call. Preferred Trade and cheap labor has ensnared or lured away some of America's finest Corporations fundamentally hurting America while helping many other Nations - China being the biggest.


The problem is how do you negotiate with an unfair Trade history, and keep your Trading partner happy. China has been the biggest benefactor of what America in Trump now is calling a very bad deal.


America lost a core Principle of standing up against slavery in the devaluation of currency- China's dictatorship insist upon their population at times cutting pay and wages and trading that for volume in order to lure the American Businessman away.


Profits as high as 90% have made American Businesses and Corporations filthy rich and they didn't have a problem with slave wages off American shores. Republicans and Democrats laid aside the influence of Trade to encourage human rights for profit.


Now China has hooked many businesses and through their prowess got America on their profit nipple weaning away and learning to feed oneself may cause the next Secretary of State the greatest headaches.


Weakness in this position could cause the greatest problems and with Trump's interviews and public statements of four finalist, we are staring weakness in the eyes and the foreign powers know it.


I won't go in to detail about those weaknesses, but it's pretty safe to say, Trump's the exclusive four in top considerations for Secretary of State
have reputations in critique that are weak.


While they also deserve strength rewards in many areas the balance in many respects it seems will be Trump's Secretary of State constantly undercutting Trump's Campaign Pledges in favor of the status quo.


Trump's consideration may be in getting more of a pacifier for Secretary of State, and if that's the goal he has four strong choices to choose from. Perhaps, he should also consider former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?


One thing for sure if you didn't think China was calling shots and dictating terms to the next U.S. President you'd certainly not read this article's opening describing exactly what I just related-

They say America is wrapped-up in Identitarian Politics, voting for the first black man, voting for the first female, but what if it could be proven that Identitarian Politics begin to supersede the U.S. Constitution own Qualifications for the Office of President - Hillary Clinton's communications could prove that is exactly what was going on as the FBI has discovered 650,000 emails, a national treasure of the former Secretary of State's thought-to-be-destroyed communications with her Chief of Staff Huma Abedin's computer shared with her husband? This is the Place under a file called "Life Insurance" we see  the necessity of what was presumed never to be discovered in FOIA Request, has manifested itself in Criminal Investigation.

The abuse of.. Identity Politics excluding The U.S. Constitution's inclusion.

 As ugly as 'racism' is you have to know the bottom line is there's a profit to be made by those pushing it, maybe even a seat in the United States Oval Office. The problem with 'using' it as Hillary Clinton has continued her push against Donald Trump starting his political career by leading the Birther Movement challenging Barack Obama's Qualifications or as she refers to it Trump's "trying to de-legitimize the first black President", is Hillary Clinton knows better than most people the qualification for President 'natural born Citizen' stands for something more than "Citizen" which is the qualification for a Senator or Representative, in the Constitution, and Citizen was the qualification in the Constitution for those born at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.

Hillary Clinton in all fairness has said she regretted using a private server for her work relating to the responsibility to the People of the United States of America as Secretary of State. She's stated it was done so for convenience and not to avoid responsibilities of the Office to the People and to prove that point she released all 'work related emails', but her regret has never been to the point of which she was served, or better yet used the Private Server to her advantage. These advantages she has not yet every related she regretted.

Of course I am a Registered Democrat who also ran against Hillary Clinton in 2008 and now 2016. Yes I ran against Barack Obama in 2008, and 2012 with pretty good cause if you consider the qualification for President in the U.S. Constitution relevant to the Person in the Oval Office and in the direction and expectation defined by the oath of that Office. Right now, Americans who are Democrats like myself are freaking out because of the "writing-on-the-wall", which in no way refers to the Wall Trump has promised to build, but ascribes to the FBI Criminal Investigations that are now under way with the Democratic Party's Nominee - Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Look at the Google Trend since the Revelation of "Change Vote 2016" for those who had already cast their Ballot. It's gone off the chart! You know all Democrats are not on Welfare, FoodStamps, members of Communist Party USA, and of the mind-set that all Criminals should get a pass, pardon, or pack a gun illegally, and frankly for injustice when it comes to Civil Rights and our U.S. Constitution.  

In fact, I do not have to go out on a limb very far to assert that Democrats feel strongly about individual rights and liberty in the protection assured in the U.S. Constitution without which minorities would have no claim for protections whatsoever. I further do not have to go out on the limb very far to point out that many Democrats are good law abiding Citizens of the Country who in fact do desire the opportunity presented in America in Justice for All, in the pursuit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but this Democratic Party Nominee in Hillary Clinton as evidence points out is ruining, I mean literally ruining, all that Democrats have stood up for in the pursuit of her happiness unfortunate to Justice for all. 

I for one am so sick and tired of it, I cannot bring myself to support, or endorse, or recommend her for the Office of President. I just cannot do it her actions alone while in an Office of our Government have been so repugnant to me. It is rather sad for me to because in the interest of the U.S. Constitution's Qualifications  I have held my own Party Candidates feet to the fire with at least that expectation as well as Republicans who I remind everyone have far more unqualified Presidential Candidates declared in 2016 and in my opinion also ran McCain in 2008 as unqualified by lack of being born in one of the united States of America.

 I mean there are plenty of people who would use my past Criminal Record to say I am a flawed Candidate without looking in the details or considering the Facts, but hey when it comes to Religious Persecution I think I'm a little more experienced than Donna Brazille bragging how she gets debate questions in advance and put it upon herself to forward at least one to the Clinton campaign and called objections religious persecution. I mean it goes without saying DNC Chairmen Debbie Wasserman Schultz was destroyed for her pimping the Primary for Hillary in religious persecution against Bernie Sanders, but again had they not been caught by WikiLeaks there's no indication they'd be sorry.

I accept that some people think they are without sin and that they are so much better than myself who also has the only bi-Partisan Record as a Candidate for President standing up legally for what Trump is noticed for as beginning his political career on by Hillary - The Birther Movement. In fact, if the Main Stream Media is correct that Donald Trump should be seen as illegitimate based on his public assertions Obama was not born in the United States of America than what should be my reward if in Hillary's Email Stash we find Barack Obama was indeed not born in Hawaii if that is his silk thread of legitimacy? 

Should the Chair of the Hawaii Health Department be punished if that is found out? Well, she's already dead so you can't punish her. The point is this. We now know Obama communicated with Hillary using a pseudonym and lied to the American People about it. We also know that Hillary Clinton's Private Server housing all communication to and from her as Secretary of State avoided FOIA over site and was dependent upon Hillary Clinton and her Lawyers. We know Hillary Clinton was indeed using her position to curry favor and that favor was running through her family Charity and that she was getting rich doing it and that Obama was not doing anything about it.

This leads to the evidence that Hillary Clinton had something on Barack Obama that was his Achilles heel and that could be used to not only black mail the white house but keep them in check while Hillary Clinton went wild knowing she'd never be prosecuted because the prosecution would be tied to Obama's ineligibility. This is the biggest Life Insurance Folder connecting Barack Obama with Hillary Clinton that the Main Stream Media, the Elect in Congress, and even the United States Supreme Court Justices are tied to in secret combinations.

The potential to destroy America rest in the corruption being allowed by so many who have corrupted themselves in compromise until their chains were made secure. Can you imagine one of the biggest tools used by Hillary Clinton to beat Donald Trump over the head with coming to be the same chains that bind her? Between WikiLeaks and Huma Abedin's Computer the FBI has now, and the integrity of the Criminal Investigations we will see.

One of the moving Bishops on the Chess board has been WikiLeaks. Julian Assange just may be one of the keys to moving the FBI's Integrity back to the middle. Now the Democrats, with the news that Director James Comey with a letter to Congress informed them about new evidence regarding Hillary's Server/Emails/and Communications being discovered on Huma Abedin's computer she shared with her husband Anthony Weiner, are really unhinging about the change.

In fact, unhinged may be putting it mildly as it is being called a National Panic Attack and James Carville repeated that the FBI was in league with the KGB and GOP in the wildest Red Scare we've heard of in this generation.

In the past I have extolled Democrats in their ability to forgive past offenses that have been paid for in full which is something I think Republicans need to work on a lot more, but being a Democrat does not mean we condone criminality in office, extol blackmail, and love the lie more than the Truth. And I trust there are a majority of Democrats who have a great interest in law and order. In fact, I think it would not be in the interest of any Political Party to list capers, crimes, and lies, as their platform.

Of course I will have many Democrats who assert Trump's Questionable Business Dealings, his off colored remarks, but I also believe strongly in the First Amendment Right of Free Speech and quite frankly hold those in office to a much higher standard than those not in office. I expect accountability from those in Government Office because they are working for me as I am part of WE THE PEOPLE. If they do not like the accountability they should not be applying for the job. Hillary Clinton signed a form of responsibility regarding the accountability of  an office understanding the penalty for the breach was a criminal penalty.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information. This was also signed SF-312 by her aides Abedin and Mills.

Donald Trump's Birther Problem or Promise?

Donald Trump has received what might only be described as a barrage of bullets about his uncertainty or Birther Claims of Obama not being born in the United States like the M61 Vulcan capable of 6000 rounds per minute, till he declared in a statement "Obama was born in the United States. Period.", but it's not good enough for Hillary Clinton. She keeps reminding people of it hoping to get the 'racist' slant she's working for to get the votes of millions of Americans who are not white.

Hillary has also claimed that the Russians have hacked the DNC and are opposed to her being getting elected. This is strange given the following records.

Hillary received through the Clinton Foundation a treasure of cash from the same businessman of Russia. Of course without "word-of-mouth or gossip" as the credible source there's as many sources depicting Hillary Clinton and her loyal PUMA followers begin the BIRTHER MOVEMENT against Obama , but in fairness Hillary's Voting Record as a United States SENATOR we know cast a Vote for "Obama" with her co-sponsor of McCain's birth outside the United States in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511.

Although non-binding it is Hillary's certainty in a Vote to compromise "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

That vote set in motion what really would have been "racist" activism if she had reversed herself on Obama's Birtherism by Place , although the two Citizen Parent criteria was still in play for Hillary, and most reasonably in Obama's self revelation in his hand delivered long form birth certificate.

The resulting melt down in the duel citizenship compromise opened up the Office of President to any foreign prince or Tyrant to simply marry a U.S. Citizen and finance their child born over seas.

The resulting compromise now exist as the only requirement - Citizen ( obtained by simply marriage/having a child to a U.S. Citizen ), a 14 year residency and 35 years of age requirement. The compromise took down a two generation American defense that existed in born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents as [ natural born Citizen].

Of course construction is prohibited on the Constitution unless by/ through the Amendment process. The 14th Amendment's interest of "place" confirmed [Citizen] not [ natural born Citizen] this making [place] the "least" important component of [Parents & Place] in regards to the definition.

In the SCOTUS's refusal to hear Sen.Ted Cruz objections for Qualification, we see only one U.S. Citizen Parent is required in the definition of
[natural born Citizen] or a complete breakdown of the U.S. Constitution, you can decide what you'd like.

Notice now though that Democrats are considering the KGB ,GOP, and FBI in league with each other in new evidence found on Huma Abedin's shared computer with her husband former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

It's an interesting proposal or theory especially based on a Report coming out of Russia predicting America was getting a Black President back in 1994 through the Democratic Party by Russian Activist who would be a Communist.

[The First Time I Heard Of Barack

During the period of roughly February 1992 to mid 1994, I was making frequent trips to Moscow, Russia, in the process of starting a software development joint-venture company with some people from the Russian scientific community. One of the men in charge on the Russian side was named V. M.; he had a wife named T.M.

V. was a level-headed scientist while his wife was rather deeply committed to the losing Communist cause - a cause she obviously was not abandoning.

One evening, during a trip early in 1992, the American half of our venture were invited to V. & T.'s Moscow flat as we were about to return to the States. The party went well and we had the normal dinner discussions.

As the evening wore on, T. developed a decidedly rough anti-American edge - one her husband tried to quietly rein in.

The bottom line of the tirade she started against the United States went something like this:

"You Americans always like to think that you have the perfect government and your people are always so perfect. Well then, why haven't you had a woman president by now? You had a chance to vote for a woman vice-president and you didn't do it."

The general response went something along the lines that you don't vote for someone just because of their sex. Besides, you don't vote for vice-president, but the president and vice-president as a ticket.

"Well, I think you are going to be surprised when you get a black president very soon."

The consensus we expressed was that we didn't think there was anything innately barring that. The right person at the right time and sure, America would try to vote for the right person, be he or she black or not.

"What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?"

The out-of-the-blue remark was met by our stares. She continued, "Well, you will; and he will be a Communist."]

They say the journey is the valuable part of at trip, much more than the arrival to the destination. Such was the case with the story of Job in the Bible wherein his journey took 42 Chapters and his arrival or restoration took 8 verses of the last chapter.

As far as Obama was concerned, none of my legal actions really dwelt on "where" he was born, but focused more on the dual citizenship of his "inherited" parent citizenship from his father. Yes, it's a technicality and so is being at least age 35 to qualified for the Office of President, unfortunate for someone who is 34 years, 11 months and 29 days to young. It takes 2/3rds of Congress to adjust the technicality not one Judge who thinks "it's good enough".

Here are four times the Clinton’s referred to our current President, Barack Obama, as unqualified to run for the highest office in the land.

In 2008, Hillary Clinton told reporters that both she and John McCain have the experience to run for President, but Barack Obama does not: “He (McCain) will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Senator Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002.”

Hillary repeated the claim almost verbatim a few weeks later, proving it was a calculated attack to call Obama unqualified: “I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002.”

In a speech questioning Obama’s judgment, Bill Clinton called his wife’s opponent’s campaign a fairy tale: “Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen.”

Perhaps the most egregious example of the Clinton’s trying to portray Obama as unqualified came when Bill scoffed at the future President saying he should have been getting them coffee: “[A]s Hillary bungled Caroline, Bill’s handling of Ted was even worse. The day after Iowa, he phoned Kennedy and pressed for an endorsement, making the case for his wife. But Bill then went on, belittling Obama in a manner that deeply offended Kennedy. Recounting the conversation later to a friend, Teddy fumed that Clinton had said, A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.”

SUMMARY

It remains unseen but as fairy tales go, you should be careful what you wish for. If a single email of Hillary Clinton or her Aides is found containing information about Obama's ineligibility or a Record of her knowing by confirmation Obama was not qualified by his birth place, or his father's foreign citizenship, and instead of handling it through the Courts or Congress she chose to use it as her own "life insurance" or "presidential assurance" to keep Obama in check, and collect with promised guarantees from Foreign Governments to her Charities, you can be sure Hillary's Hell will pay a much heavier price than Obama ever had to as those Governments come calling and she's unable to deliver what she promised.

In the Chapters of American History we may indeed need a lesson of loyalty and the dangers of sacrificing the Principles of the U.S. Constitution for personalities or identities. My hope and prayer rest indeed with our children and that they will not have to pay the price Hillary, Obama, and their cohorts should have to pay.

Indeed it has been a journey this Blog has maintained now 690 Post recording near every step of the way. I have learned a lot, and regretted nothing in Taking A Stand for the U.S. Constitution. It is quite a blessing and also responsibility that I took on. With the Court's referring 'Standing' to those in the presidential race, I hope that I have held up the defense for those who were not Candidates for President in the 15 some odd cases I have been involved with in defending the Qualifications for the Office of President that so many have thought were not important, but account for every ACT Congress can't pass without a qualified person's signature in the Office of the President. Can you tell me how many Billions of Dollars that accounts for and how many it affects- then tell me what I've done doesn't matter with a straight face?

IT's THAT BIG!

Hillary's conceptual semantics game with the FBI Criminal Investigation, as well as the Judicial Watch Citizens United FOIA just went into over-drive. On the one hand we have Hillary stating she did not want any chance of her personal emails becoming public to her long time aid Huma Abedin recently deposed under oath. On the other hand Hillary knew all of the emails on her Personal Server were not subject to anyone but herself as judge, jury, and deliverer to any FOIA REQUEST. So 'all the emails' she was referencing in an email correspondence with aid Huma Abedin were in fact "personal" to her and in conceptual semantics she knew the State Department would have to go through her to get anything off her personal server, in fact making every email she wrote whether personal or business, or received as Secretary of State [personal]. This is how the Secretary of State Office of the United States Government was subverted and usurped. No one else had access to it, until the FBI recovered what they did after her Server was confiscated.

If we are privileged to Hillary's own brand of conceptual semantics, she has just reported to her husband over dinner, "The ICEBERG TIP has just cracked through the hull Bill, and we're taking in serious water."

"Clinton responded in the 2010 exchange that she could get a “separate address or device” but said she didn’t “want any risk of the personal being accessible,” according to the e-mail chain. Abedin replied that the missed communications were “not a good system.”

Again, "personal" included all secretary of state business emails, because in Hillary's mind, the State Department did not have access to her personal server, she knew she was conducting all of her secretary of state business on. To sure up this point we simply need to ask Hillary why she chose to go through herself and decide what emails were personal and which ones were private? The follow up question would be how did you expect the State Department to submit to FOIA request on the Secretary of State Office under your tenure?

"State Department spokesman Mark Toner said, in a statement that Clinton had said repeatedly that the 55,000 pages represented “all federal email records in her custody.” 

We know of 165 pages that were not submitted but were indeed Secretary of State Business. On Monday, Judicial Watch, published an additional 165 pages of e-mails from Clinton’s time as secretary of state. Those e-mails sabotage Clinton’s claim she turned over all work-related e-mails to the State Department after stepping down in 2013.

A June 29th AP Report states "Judicial Watch lawyers repeatedly pressed Abedin to explain Clinton's concern expressed to her in a November 2010 message that her emails might become public, but the longtime aide insisted that Clinton's interest in wanting to keep her personal correspondence from being exposed was similar to any private citizen's."

That's were we see the 'semantics code' being used between Hillary Clinton and her Aid Huma Abedin. They both knew that the state department had no access to Hillary's Private Server of which Huma in her continued employ after the New York U.S. Senate and 2008 Presidential Run with Hillary took up residence with her own Clinton-server-email address.

The AP Report is grossly covering tracks for Hillary Clinton, or is in the journalistic mire of the campaign's clutches though as the two paragraphs from the story relate: 

"Longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin said in a legal proceeding that Clinton did not want the private emails that she mixed in with State Department emails on her private computer server to be accessible to "anybody," according to transcripts released Wednesday."

"But Clinton's private server contained tens of thousands of work-related emails as well as private messages, and her decision to conduct both private and government business on her system meant that she kept control of both types of correspondence, effectively preventing her State Department correspondence from being archived by the agency and made available for public records requests. It was not until late 2014 - more than a year after Clinton left office - that the State Department learned that she held all of her email and requested that she turn over all work-related records.

This last underlined sentence is very important and is blatantly false as the Memorandum of March 17th, 2009 relates. In a Post Report filed yesterday on this Blog we read of the State Department's awareness in 2009 of the Private Server as well as it's location:

March 17, 2009 memorandum prepared by S/ES-IRM staff regarding communications equipment in the Secretary’s New York residence identified a server located in the basement. (This email shows early on that the Obama State Department was very much aware of Mrs. Clinton’s email server, down to its very location in her house!)

However, that lapse in the Associated Press's June 29th article might be minuscule to the giant revelation coming from the National Review June 29th article that reveals the titanic may have just had contact with the tip of the iceberg. That's the two billion dollar Clinton Foundation Charity. In fact in another story from National Review today we learn the State Department was aiding and abetting the very covert work of Clinton's Secretary of State Business and the Clinton Foundation Charity work!

David Bossie, president of Citizens United, hopes to confirm suspicions that Clinton maintained an off-the-books schedule, meeting with Clinton Foundation donors on the taxpayer’s dime. “Citizens United wants to know how many overseas dinners Secretary Clinton attended with Clinton Foundation donors that didn’t make it on her schedule,” he says."

"Citizens United presented the judge with several pieces of evidence suggesting Valmoro deliberately struck from the official schedule a December 6, 2012 dinner in Dublin, Ireland with several Clinton Foundation and Clinton campaign donors, organized by Teneo co-founder Declan Kelly. Though Valmoro was made aware of the Dublin meeting through an earlier e-mail chain, neither Clinton’s archived daily calendar nor her detailed official schedule make any note of it. Citizens United characterizes the State Department’s decision to go along with the filing as an acknowledgement that Clinton did, in fact, maintain a secret schedule. Collyer was apparently convinced, ordering the State Department on Wednesday to produce 500 pages of Valmoro’s e-mails by the end of August. An additional 500 pages will be released every four weeks from that date, until Citizens United obtains all messages relating to the 14 overseas trips specified."

THE CONSCIENCE CLAUSE

The only saving grace Democrats may have now is what is called a Conscience Clause which is based on the Delegates in the Primaries of every State being released and not being bound to the Candidate of their State's Primary based on the lies and fabrications that were covered up by that Candidates own corruption in past circumstances and situations initiated by the Democratic Party National Convention's Rules Committee.

Delegates should/shall not be bound to any Candidate so entangled by criminal corruption in previous Government Office as privatizing entire offices of the United States Government. This is a Republic. We the People did not authorize the Secretary of State Office to be usurped by Hillary Clinton anymore than we authorized the Office of the President to be usurped by someone who is not a [natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.] U.S. Supreme Court ref: Minor v. Happersett.  and Judy v. Obama 14-9396.

One of the problems with the Republican Candidates Romney and Ryan is they continually deny the fact that the Constitutional requirements for the Office of the President are entirely different than the Constitutional requirements for office's such as U.S. Senator or U.S.Congressmen. We see that in Paul Ryan's answer dealing with Birthers, even this year.

"..was in fact a citizen of the United States", HELLO! HELLO! HELLO! The demand for the office as set forth by the Constitution for the Office of the President is a 'natural born citizen', not a "citizen". So in Ryan's own words, in other words, Obama is not qualified.

Do you think there is a difference between 800 Billion and 1.6 Trillion? Well, there's a difference alright in "Citizen" and "Natural Born Citizen"! Maybe Bill Clinton was right in R's not being good at Math and now we can add English to the topics they're getting an 'F' in.

Congressmen Ryan took pride in actually sending his constituents the fabricated long form birth certificate that showed Obama's father from Kenya as a British subject, full well knowing that duel allegiance is not allowed in the Office of the President.

Mitt Romney's loss may not mean a loss for Conservatives, how could his loss translate into a conservative win? If Republican leadership players had an ounce of courage they could make the play that Electoral College Votes for an ineligible candidate should be dismissed; that's exactly what needs to happen!

Could Republican leaders like Mitt Romney hold the keys to unhinging Obama's Electoral Votes and joining the chorus that electoral college votes for an ineligible candidate will be dismissed, sending his the electoral college vote and Obama's to Cody Robert Judy for a conservative win? Its possible, especially given the United States Supreme Court is reviewing Judy v. Obama 12-5276 this Jan 4th as an extension of it's previous denial.

Electors are now formally notified that any Electoral College Votes made for Barack Hussein Obama will be dismissed, and thus each Elector is given a choice to vote for a second Democratic Party Candidate, who is qualified as a "Natural Born Citizen", according to the Constitution, and has met all the other Constitutional qualifications for the Office of President - Cody Robert Judy, rather than having their vote dismissed on an ineligible candidate.

Republican Candidate Mitt Romney has officially conceded his electoral votes in the concession of the election, however the concession to an ineligible candidate negates them. Kansas Tornado Peals Birthers Who Double Down on SCOTUS Judy v. Obama 12-5276

The Kansas Board met today basically in a formality of allowing the withdraw of the complaint filed by the Kansas man Joe Montgomery and essentially doubled down on the fact that this issue must be decided by a Federal Court. In a statement Cody Robert Judy said "This basically was expected and it doubles-down on my case coming to conference in the United States Supreme Court September 24th, where we knew we needed the Constitution upheld."

"Any decision made in Kansas contrary to the general election's forecast of Obama as the Democratic Party nominee would have been met with appeal that ended up in the United States Supreme Court. The letter I sent to Secretary of State Kobach yesterday essentially informed him of Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and it was clear that in reference to the 'federal court handling this', he understood that's where it needed to be decided."

In a report from the Huffington Post Kansas State University employee Joseph Montgomery withdrew his appeal under duress from unidentified threats made to him and his family.

It was reported in the Huff - "paperwork submitted by Obama's campaign attesting to the president's citizenship" was accepted however unreported and also very clear was that the paper work Obama's campaign submitted was "unidentified", and another thing that was clear was that Obama's Citizenship was not under scrutiny as much as the 'natural born citizenship' needed as a qualification to run for the Office of President.

Orly Taitz also present at the hearing, in a futile attempt to assume Montgomery's complaint, argued it could not be withdrawn under duress, however that is not generally applied in a civil case so much as it is in a criminal case that is also prosecuted by an elected authority such as a city,county or state attorney general.

While Obama's rambling identification is off the truth charts when it comes to declaring himself 'not' a natural born citizen by the true virtue of his father never having been a U.S. Citizen, as well as being infiltrated with the foibles and folly of the long form fabrication. Its as palatable that Obama was not born in Hawaii as the records of foreign flights into Hawaii just happen to be missing the week of his birth.

Asserting Obama's long form birth certificate is a concoction, the art work never revealed by Hawaii Officials, we cannot prosecute that action criminally but are forced into the Civil seat of prosecution monetarily asserting damages as Mr. Judy has asserted in his complaint to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a Presidential candidate in the Democratic Party objecting to Obama's nomination.

To understand this a little more clearly in reverse the nationally broadcast trial in the O.J. Simpson case failed prosecution in the criminal court, but was awarded in the civil prosecution.

Mr. Judy's case sites the nomination won by Obama in the race for the Democratic Party Nomination Mr. Judy was also a candidate for, was only won by conceding the rules of eligibility and qualification demands of the United States Constitution that was signed today 225 years ago.

This has been cause of action Mr. Judy has cited that Obama was not playing by the same rules in the nomination process of the Democratic Party, and never has in the '08 election as well as the '12 election, citing in direct implication the 2 different wordings Rep Nancy Pelosi used in the 2 separate application certification papers to the States, in order to get Obama on the ballots, according to what the State demanded.

In the last four years Obama has released fabrications as official identification to quell the public's protest of this demand, at least acknowledging that the demands were legitimate and that he had better quell the demand come hook or crook.

The mainstream media has fed into the crook part and the 4 years Obama has lived in the White House has turned into a bleeding call to allow the thief-in-chief to get away with the fraud perpetrated upon the Citizenry in campaign contributions that were nothing more then criminal cabal funding as well as the disenfranchisement of every vote placed for Obama.

If it isn't clear to every American now that Obama's deeds don't match his need's in the escalation of crashing America's economy by favoring foreign economies in oil production, stripping America of any superiority in the production fields of nuclear arms, abandoning America's ally Israel, and interjecting a particular religion upon the middle east with favoritism and 1.5 Billion dollars while at the same time fueling domestic occupy movements and no doubt instigating by silence and withdraw the abandonment of embassies under attack, than I don't think arithmetic is your best science. This is what foreign influence in the White House is all about.

If you can occupy the White House as a favor to foreign identity you can level the playing field. If the playing field is leveled guess what comes? War and a big one. For the Democrats to assert they are not the war-dogs in practically inviting the defeat economically in the first four years of Obama, and the planned defeat militarily the second four years, then you had better take another look and you probably won't need to look in a foreign land this time around, but your back yard will be the scene of the bloody battlefield.

Such is the case when the Constitution is abandoned and flat out replaced. Such is the importance not like any other case of Judy v. Obama 12-5276. This is the last stand for the Constitution's demands for a 'natural born citizen' not to be replaced by the 14th Amendment's definition of "Citizen" and the construction argument of the Constitution not to be placed in the open-for-business field of chaos.

As the office of Secretary of State is charged with conducting efficient and secure elections, the inclusion of Barack Hussein Obama II aka Barry Soetoro must be stricken from appearing on the Georgia Ballot to protect and serve the public from voting for a candidate who has failed to provide any verifiable evidence that he is eligible for the office according to the demands of qualification held within The United States Constitution for the office of President, and at the least of which he has provided to your office admissible evidence of his being, in the very least a dual citizen.

Mr. Obama wrote asking you on the eve of the Administrative Trial hearing basically to take the case away from Judge Malhi, and you responded that if he should not participate he would do so at his own peril. Mr. Obama by and through his attorney refused to participate even after a Subpoena was upheld to their formal objection. Judge Malhi did condone Mr. Obama's behavior of contempt for the Judicial proceeding.
After reviewing Judge Malhi’s recommendation, I am asking you on the eve of your decision to basically take the case away from Judge Malhi also on the grounds that you as the Secretary Of the State of Georgia bear the responsibility much more so than Judge Malhi for the final decision and you were required to take the oath of office and any oath prescribed by the Constitution of Georgia and you had to swear that you would support the constitutions of the United States and of the state of Georgia. O.C.G.A. § 45-3-1

You also are aware that any public officer who willfully and intentionally violates the terms of his or her oath as prescribed by law shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years. O.C.G.A. §16-10-1. You have been briefed fully on the matter from my attorney Orly Taitz Esq. and all of Georgia’s eyes as well as the Nations are upon you. Make no mistake you will be held accountable to that oath, both in eternity and your near political future.

Wither or not you deserved that weight is not the question as I see it. You chose to take the oath and couching behind Judge Malhi’s recommendation will not relieve you of your personal oath. Permit me to say if one were to receive a recommendation from the devil it is still your personal choice as to carry out that recommendation or ignore it. I’m not a member of the GOP, but am running as a Democratic Party Candidate, and I wish to make abundantly clear to you Sir my party does not condone fraud and forgery associated with the actions of identity obfuscation of one man, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. He stands alone in these ill fated and illegal actions.

I sincerely inform you that if you agree to include Mr. Obama on the Ballot in Georgia Sir, that your grand statement is that the GOP most affirmably condones fraud and forgery. Now is that the sort of reputation you want to shuffle the GOP and shoulder the rest of your life? If it is, why you go ahead and put Mr. Obama on the Ballot and I’ll keep making commercials to the public like this one, only I’m gonna make some that personally include you that will not escape you ever in your public professional life.

Let me also make another promise to you. That as I boldly continue the course through all the other 49 States with complaints that exhibit the exact frames of evidence you have had to take a good look at that your reputation as someone supporting the Constitution will be clocked with an egg-timer just as quickly as another State declares that they will not tolerate or exonerate or condone such actions of fraud and forgery in the highest office of the land protecting with the check and balance system the Legislative and Judicial Branches of our Government. I assure you I’m just getting started!

In the remote possibility that you think there is not a single State in the Union that will not affirm this conservative moral fidelity, America will see that the GOP is exactly the opposite of what they profess to be and I will personally do my best to shout it upon every house top.

Please Sir, take my extended hand to you from across the aisle, and as an American Patriot do not fear the reputation of our Founding Fathers, your oath, and all those who have given their life to the last drop of blood for the very privilege of declaring boldly you are not ashamed to rub shoulders with those men.

Take with the super bowl courage of a winning team, and make the call- declare the penalty- for those who seek to infringe the integrity of citizens that are depending upon you for protection, and for the Republic for which we stand.
