Nightmare? You could only imagine hoping to wake up from the bad dream that became your Life. You've been framed in a City, State. Both the Government and what's considered the Fourth Branch of Government "The Free Press" have taken stances against you in a conspiratorial story that has become your reality. While taking care to deny a Theocracy exist in the Government of the State, the reality in your case appears inescapable. No one believes your story, or shall we say no one from the City,  but the evidence made public would help illustrate the frame job. Problem with the evidence? Yes, its' been used against you in a Court of Law. Available to you under the Rights of the U.S. Constitution as a Defendant or Publicly Available in the Judicial Court right? Well... that's were the conspiracy is rooted, but the answer is "No". Why? Because those who have framed you do not want the Public outside the City to know of their own felonies against you. You've been Tagged and the Tag-Team will risk everything to prevent their conspiracy from becoming understood as the Truth.

Conspiracy: a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. The definition is simple, but the word has become somewhat of an exoneration of those in the secret combination itself. Darkness needs only the attention of Light to transform completely, and that is where we began here to highlight the darkness with light - to shed truth as light in the devils darkness of lies.

 Polly : it is a bedtime story for adults filled with first names only. The intention is to reveal a general path, but not totally to be fourth coming as to allow obstructions as hurdles to block or turn the navigator into a victim of the maze by leaving to the imaginations the varying shades of grey by coaxing direction as an assailant of the truth.

Paul Rolly- 68 of, and with The Salt Lake Tribune has been called such a master story teller as to dictate over the phone line a story that is ready for print in a newspaper from a phone booth in his career of forty-two years. Of course we all like stories. What child has not grown up with them, and how many adults are without the child-like desire for a "good story"? The Television, Radio, and Print business would dry up without stories. So when does 'story-telling' become a bad thing?

One might argue that happens when  'harm' or 'unjust' rumor to someone becomes greater then the impact of the goodness in the story. This becomes what is known legally as libel [ a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation ] and by the common reference gossip [casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true  ] which is for all intensive purposes a fabrication of the gospel or truth. [ When Christians refer to the “Gospel” they are referring to the “good news” ... (occurring 54 times), meaning “to bring or announce good news. ]

March 16th, 2016  Paul Rolly no stranger to being a minority Democrat in Utah roasted ( See R - House Speaker Hughes rip on Rolly below video) in a Republican State, wrote an article entitled "Utah Has It's Own Brand of Political Misfits" where he spent an especially riveting two pages on my political career with the company of losing Presidential Candidates former MA. Gov. Mitt Romney, UT. Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., and current 2016 Republican Delegate Leading Presidential Candidate Business Mogul Donald Trump.

  While I am the only Presidential Candidate to actually be pictured on a White Horse, Rolly castigated Romney for rumors he might emerge on a white horse and 'save the day with his public condemnation of front runner Donald Trump' which he kindly left a link for as a reference.

While reading the enormous concentrations of Rolly's remaining tender two pages of notes about me, you have to wonder - Is he conspiring to let the cat-out-of-the bag allowing the reader to do a search of interest he has curdled, or simply kicking dust upon a subject called interesting 23 years ago to make damn well and good Cody Robert Judy dies of a public burial each and every time his name is mentioned?

I suppose you get to be the Judge, but I myself must take exception to the supremely damaging affects of legality which have become the picture perfect 'Frame Job' of my Life, or libelous nature of 'story-telling' he has done to me. To illustrate the disingenuous battering we must notice on the first page that Rolly rather revealingly declares that he has been getting my emails over a period of time.

We should not forget those who are informed are also burdened with the responsibility of the knowledge they have. It would not be polite for me to attack for instance some poor bloke who had simply read Rolly's Column and was thusly persuaded in the instance to pick up stones at me. Forgive me, but I must grab my shield of defense per paragraph from both Rolly and his Readers.

So, is it a compliment to be called a "prolific blogger"  and an "author"on one hand, but to have left out the links of which his own readers might become educated on the subject he expressed? In Rolly's defense its not his responsibility to sell books for me, but in my defense it might help me from getting stoned to death. The absence of information could be seen as the hope he has within himself for some one to get lucky with a stones throw.

Blogger to Journalist/Columnist I'd just call the lack of a link lazy or rude pointing out the fact links were made available in the article he wrote so the tantamount resource and ability were known and understood.

Next - a false legal notion about my Law Suit can also be considered the dereliction of a lazy fat-ass journalist/columnist. If he had taken the time to actually read pretty much any  of the *links and (1-3)documents I had afforded him he would understand that my (70) Legal Briefs at a minimum detail that the U.S. Constitution's Qualification requirement for the Office of the President as a [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents- demand no foreign allegiance by Place or inherited Parent's foreign nationality unless of the status of a [[Citizen] - at the time of the Adoption this U.S. Constitution]. See: Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. The standard of Qualification requires that the Court uphold the asserted disqualification based on Obama's [Foreign father] presented by Obama in his own long form Birth Certificate as truth, and does not rely on [Place of Birth] as complaints/petitions to the Court assert for instance with Sen. McCain and Sen. Cruz.

"Nothing has happened, of course", writes Rolly in comparison to the effort of Donald Trump who also has 'given up on' long ago. Does he mean nothing has happened except the Case in Federal District Court that The Salt Lake Tribune never has made a single public report on since it's filing July 5th, 2014 in the same City and State in which the News Paper, supporting community stories of public interest, resides? Perhaps Gay Marriage for which The Salt Lake Tribune has reported numerous articles is Bigger in a predominately heterosexual community and Republican State than an ineligible Fraud in the White House whose a Democrat?

Rolly credits my Political Career of course with notations of running for The House of Representatives in 2002 and the U.S. Senate in 2004, 2010, but in detailing my 'Write-In Candidacy" for President in 2008 failed, perhaps in another abstraction, to notice my Eligibility Petition filed in Federal Court against McCain first. Is that racial? Rolly notices my complaint/petition against Obama but leaves McCain where it started completely off the map and the fact I am the only Presidential Candidate in America to have the Principled Record? Again, is Rolly kicking dust on my grave in the act of burying truth?

Next- Rolly attacks me pretty viciously in the context of my personal Religious or Faith base foundation, asserting with either a mis-spelling of the word [profit] or a direct correlation with my actions an unknown phenomenon to me of being [paid] by God- "he (CRJ) was a self-proclaimed profit of God."

 Allowing the professional journalistic/columnist his due of a few mis-spelled words, let's say he meant "prophet" and wrote "profit". The insult to the charitable work of the Lord as nothing but a manner in which I have made my living is insulting, false, and libelous in the Public Presentation of every subscriber and reader of The Salt Lake Tribune; which has cost me irreparable personal harm in reputation and my Candidacy for President on an atrocious false fabrication of the facts.

Next- Rolly reaches a fabulously created wildness to his fiction-based assault in complete opposition to the truth as he relates to the Marriott Center Incident of 1993 readily covered in an Article here entitled Fight For Forgiveness, (more especially the Footnote of that article detailing KTVX 10K spent on trying to obtain States Evidence denied to the Public through FOIA, and the Defendant contrary and in violation of Rules of Evidence),  that deals with Unlawful Prosecution featured on YouTube Station CodyJudy.

In a nut shell to Rolly's writings, I did not 'grab' Hunter, but in strict contrast actually kindly reassured him and patted him on the back gently informing him of benign motive and intentions that may have been misconstrued but most assuredly has been covered up directly in the secret combination of the LDS Church Corporation specifically [The LDS Presidency] and the [State of Utah] in a state procedure causing an individual great harm more precisely an unlawful incarceration for 3018 Days.

Has the Public seen the Evidenced Video Tape? No. Has the Petitioner been allowed a copy of the Evidence Tape that could have easily been provided by copying format? No. The evidence was then denied to the accused which is a violation of law in the rules of procedure. You cannot convict someone by unlawful and corrupt practice. Now additionally, the State District Court Judge was an acting LDS Bishop- Guy R. Burningham under the authority of President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles Howard W. Hunter and color of state law as the Judge in my Case.

On the religious basis of the event in Public Trial if you will, the LDS or Mormon Faith's rules of procedure clearly lay out the possibilities and assert the possibilities that by the Faith's own Doctrine such an event may happen and not be considered offensive in The Doctrine and Covenants Section 20: verse 45. Perhaps the most glaring preposterous conflagrations is one made by Rolly continually in reference to the Spiritual word of B.O.M. meaning Book of Mormon, also sounding like 'bomb' and the flat out denial of facts constantly rehearsed by The Salt Lake Tribune, that this is what was represented as evidence in my briefcase; in a religious meeting called a Fireside, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints whose cannons include the Bible and the Book of Mormon. This is undeniable by any Saint or member and attest to the reality of the actions and evidence.

It was made the joke of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart in 2002, but 3018 days in prison is no joke for anyone and everyone would agree this was considered 'great harm to personal freedom and liberty". Putting the Con in Congress

What this means in a nutshell is that any and all public negativity regarding this incident is really best surmised as "persecution" [hostility and ill-treatment, especially because of race or political or religious beliefs.  ] rather then any reference to prosecution [ the institution and conducting of legal proceedings against someone in respect of a criminal charge ] albeit an unlawful prosecution. What I have laid out is a precise narrow focus on the Facts - no real weapon - no harm no foul asserted on my behalf towards damage to any person or property and certainly no intent or motive adjusting or compromising any noble character of conscience not attributed towards Church Doctrine as I was then a practicing Elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. For any to say otherwise credible to a Judicial Court of Law subject to the U.S. Constitution, they would have to summon Jesus Christ on the Witness Stand in the assertion it is under his name. Short of that, all testimony would be subject to hearsay and malicious rumor.

Next - The last great faux pa of Rolly relates that I was "[subdued] by members of the audience" while the opposite exaggeration I might assert to be just as easily offensive would be to say I was [gang-raped] instead of just  [ blinded by pepper-mace and then beaten] by at least seventeen people defying the rule of nine while my back was turned towards them,(meaning the most cowardly way to attack someone) as a S.W.A.T Team Member relayed to me after seeing the video footage.

This language of Rolly has the affect of exonerating and excusing the real assaults of damage from bodily contact made upon me. The videotape has always been kept secret from the Public to protect the illegally committed acts that would constitute Felonies of those who did the assaulting by physical contact. You think or excuse Lewandowski's grab of reporter Fields arm as a battery you haven't seen anything like a mob of Mormons punching and kicking wildly on Videotape that sent me to the hospital with broken ribs, contusions, and bruises covering my body. This was done in conjunction with the corruption of the Judicial Officers involved including the Attorney General prosecuting and the Judge.

The Media's continual bias libel is made so by the earnest effort by one of their own KTVX Ch.4 who put up nearly ten thousand dollars to obtain the video footage from the LDS Church Presidency Copyright that the State of Utah in services of prosecution/ probation/& parole considerations deferred to in honoring.

However, one interesting FACT has indeed recently come to light with Republican Utah House Speaker Greg Hughes whose roast on Rolly is featured below and whose name has come out in the cowardly assault which as we continue this report we will notice in a direct contrast to his own Parties alignment and goals further providing a conundrum of conscience.

Assault and Cover-Up on Presidential Candidate

In 1993 along with the Event at the Marriott Center taking place a favorite western movie was released entitled TOMBSTONE. In that movie a famous scene takes place in which Doc Holliday states to Wyatt Earp "It appears my hypocrisy knows no bounds" to which Earp replies, "Doc, your not a hypocrite, you just like to sound like one." What is meant?

[Doc Holiday (certainly as portrayed in the movie) is a hard-drinking gambler who has lived life on the dark edges of society or in the lawless areas of the west and has no interest or liking for the authority of law or the moral rules of religion.

When he first says 'My hypocrisy only goes so far' is when he turns down wearing a badge as part of the make-shift posse. He knows that he is more of an outlaw than a lawman and pretending to represent the law by wearing a badge seems phony and hypocritical to him.

When he says 'my hypocrisy knows no bounds' at the end, it is because a priest has just given him last rites as he is dying and dying in a church-run hospital and getting a last blessing was hypocritical given the lawless and religion-less life he led (in this case, he means it more as an ironic joke).]
It is difficult to understand Presidential Candidates of the Republican Party and their cohort State Legislatures of which I do believe was the subject of this dream I had two nights ago and recorded here. These Legislative State Republicans have not even read my Judicial Branch Action, but they all want Obamacare ended as well as all of what they claim are Obama's disastrous Executive Orders undone.

Presumably, they would consider, by their so-called 'conservative' natures, that the best way to do that would also be in alignment with the most economical. Of course if that were to be done by the 'next president' a host of Judicial Action is most likely to rain down like fire and brimstone akin to what Sen. Cruz referred to as 'carpet bombing', only in the Judicial Civil sense of tying up the presumable Republican President's first 100 days into a Court Battle of enormous proportions.

This flies in the face of what exist as the most honorable and lawful way to do that by simply acknowledging Obama's signature is 'Moot' on the grounds that he is not an authorized or Constitutionally qualified person in the Office of the President. By the same grounds as the next President being hogtied with expensive litigation to stop any Executive override of Obama's actions, that would have to be met with Constitutional soundness, these Republicans will not take the high-ground of the Constitution that very plainly makes Obama's signature 'moot', according to the Constitution, and thus negates by law his actions, and those actions that would try to defend without a foundation what he has done for seven years.

Now call me un-elected, but don't call me stupid for being the only Presidential Candidate in 2008, 2012, and now 2016 to hold the line on that defense for all Americans at a great savings of expense in money and time.

2015 Utahn of the Year award went to Republican House Speaker Greg Hughes, who also is illustriously known for taking part in the assault, that the LDS Church Presidency Copyrighted Video Tape, KTVX Channel 4, and the accused now 2016 Presidential Cody Robert Judy, tried in vain to get. This indicts the Utah House Speaker in a 23 year old Cover-Up of mob-action hidden from the public in a government procedure.

[The Establishment Clause of the Constitution is the first of several pronouncements in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, stating,[Congress] shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...] yet here we have the Speaker of the House in Utah involved in the opposite of respecting free speech and respecting such particular "establishment of religion" against an individual and in violation in the very least of the spirit of the law, according to a state procedure.

In other words, if the video tape were seen and the actions of the current Republican House Speaker in Utah were also, might those actions have been those that also we would say would compare to any number of law enforcement personal charged with excessive and abusive force in any number of incidences where a person waving a flag of truce or in other words subdued on the ground with arms behind the back was beaten in the highly flammable and merciless way in our Republic?  Might his Life have been different if Felony Charges were seen and picked up for brutally attacking a helpless person pinned to the floor face down whilst the devils of assault attacked in a barrage of wild ferocity and in uncontrolled mob violence?

Might the steal plate in his hand now known to be the result of an assault hidden and covered up on Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy be the witness against his own succession to the higher seats of authority in election? Was it the "floor" that caused the injury to a man who holds the gavel with a steal surgical plate in his hand in the Utah House of Representatives as Speaker awarded Utahn of the 2015 Year, or Cody's head who was already face down on the floor with is hands behind his back?

WHOSE THE LEADER?

The one who was taught at an early age to never back down and to always hit back in brawls and boxing bouts or the one who turned his cheek, plead guilty, and then was denied a withdraw of the guilty plea by the LDS Church Bishop serving simultaneous authorities as District Court Judge? The one who has "LB" stitched into the fabric that stands for "Lucky Bastard" and serves as a reminder of where he came from and the life he now enjoys maybe because he was covered for by the corruption of system he now calls employment, or the one who has lived with Felony on his back for 23 years and who is un-elected in seven political races spanning sixteen years, whose been persecuted and ridiculed by LDS Church 2016 Manual with cover-up stating the word "bomb" instead of "B.O.M" even after the truth is known?

[On February 7, 1993, President Hunter went to Brigham Young University to speak at a fireside that was attended by 17,000 people. He was just beginning his address when a man rushed onto the stand, carrying a briefcase in one hand and a black object in the other. “Stop right there!” the man shouted. He threatened to detonate what he claimed was a bomb unless President Hunter read a prepared statement. President Hunter refused and stood resolutely at the pulpit the entire time the man was threatening him. As fear and commotion spread through the building, the audience began to sing “We Thank Thee, O God, for a Prophet.” After a few minutes of suspense, two security personnel restrained the man, and President Hunter was lowered to the floor for safety. Was the accounting of history to LDS Sunday School members about "two security guards" a little different than the mob of 17 the S.W.A.T Team leader accounted for, or House Speaker Greg Hughes steal plate and the The Salt Lake Tribune's account of 'students' who tackled Judy in what was termed "the scrum" accounted for and why are these accounts so wildly conflicting in Truth?

R - House Speaker Greg Hughes said to [worked in the shadows to influence the Utah Transit Authority, organizing a Switzerland trip for decision-makers];He would be exonerated after an ethics complaint was lodged, alleging he tried to buy another legislator's vote on a bill to create private school vouchers, a conservative cause célèbre in the Legislature; D-Salt Lake City, compared Hughes' actions to those of leaders in the former Soviet Union, North Korea and communist China. "It is at odds with what we, as Americans, believe in.] Does this presumption lend any perspective to perception?

The Salt Lake Tribune story written by Terry Orme who is the Editor and Publisher of The Salt Lake Tribune attributes a mob's action to "Scrum" and prevails like Rolly to cast stones saying in complete fabrication of the facts writing, [he [Cody Judy] threatened the life of LDS Church President Howard W. Hunter at a Marriott Center fireside] absent any of the facts or relativity to reality that we all know and understand and with the witness of the covered up video tape and Greg Hughes metal detector defying hand.

Isn't that a little like acknowledging an unqualified [natural born Citizen] as qualified Constitutionally in a dereliction of the facts? How responsible is that for serving the public in the community, or serving the Republic for which we stand? If we calculated the money contributed by Citizens in the fraudulent audacity of bullies who were not qualified for President the last 7 years, all the actions that have been taken in the consent of the unqualified and ill-legitimate, threatening our peace to destroy with their blind ambition against the law rather then in defense for it, what would be the Cost? Its fair to say Trillions.

WE truly live in a time where the darkness has eclipsed the light in the exploits of right and wrong and as a society supposedly against secret combinations of corruption have a view of them in broad daylight. This should cause everyone of us to reflect on the value of Truth and the Lie upon our future generations. It is truly this cause for which I have dedicated my political, legal, and judicial actions-of-record in Civility and in the hope of Peace.

The perversions of this are the ones which are delusion, based in denial, fraud, abuse,lies, lack of evidence, fabrication of facts, and an assault upon the truth having sprung even upon the poor based on their economic status as is represented in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 without so much as a peep from the Media. Truly a record of suppression and repression. The rewards of those might be seen as 'winning', but my witness and that of the witness of truth, is that they are losing and we are now every growing closer to that revelation to all dawning in the light of our Creator, which should cause the greatest horror to men's souls.

It has never been in my mind to hold my brothers accountable with malice in my heart. The furthest thing from my mind would be to see them suffer as I have. I would not want that or desire it. It is only my wish that they may get right with God and do right by their own brothers and sisters for Judgment that is just is a delight to the Soul and a happiness to the heart whilst injustice is the keeper of prison, colossal debt, and slavish burden of the conscience.

Remembering Selma Today in our struggle for Civil Rights Upon the Ineligibility of Barack Obama in the U.S. Supreme Court

Throughout the relatively young history here in the United States of America we have seen many different Civil Rights movements. The nefarious brutality that occurred in this country at Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama, happened the year I was born in 1965. The same year color television arrived on the major networks regular programming, Malcolm X was killed, and the first American troops arrived in the Vietnam War,LBJ signed a the Voting Rights Act and an immigration bill that abolished quotas based on national origin, Mary Poppins took home 5 Oscars and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) was born.

The United States of America had fought many civil rights battles up to that point, including the Mormon Extermination Executive Order 44 1838,the Civil War was fought in 1861-1865, in 1868 the 14th Amendment was signed, in 1870 the 15th Amendment was signed granting the right to vote to those regardless of race, color, or prior servitude.Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on the bus in 1955 leading to buses desegregated on Dec. 21, 1956. In 1960 President Kennedy issued Executive Order 10925, prohibiting discrimination in federal government hiring on the basis of race, religion or national origin and establishing The President's Committee on Equal Employment Opportunity. January 23, 1964 the poll tax was abolished by the 24th Amendment making it difficult for blacks to vote. In 1969 President Nixon signed the Philadelphia Order" presented "goals and timetables" for reaching equal employment opportunity in construction trades. In MARCH 22, 1988 Overriding President Ronald Reagan's veto, Congress passed the Civil Rights Restoration Act, which expanded the reach of nondiscrimination laws within private institutions receiving federal funds and in 1992 Affirmative Action upheld the University of Michigan Law School's policy, ruling race could be one of factors colleges consider when selecting students because it furthered "a compelling interest in obtaining the educational benefits that flow from a diverse student body.

What happened in 2008? America elected with the help of the Mainstream Media the first ineligible person to the Office of the President who they called "Black",even though Obama was noticed half white and half black on a long form birth certificate that was riddled with forgery and fabrication depicting his father as "African" rather than the term "Negro" that was used in 1961. Malik Obama, who is Obama's half brother stated recently in an interview with Joel Gilbert that Obama was not his half brother or a true son of his Kenyan father in an interview and even offered to take a paternity test and stating Obama is not an honest man.

Standing laws demand, and Obama's lawyers confirm, a Presidential Candidate is really the only person that can show harm or damages fulfilling what is called Standing but no where in the litigation history noticed under the wiki term Barack Obama Presidential Eligibility Litigation is Judy v. Obama mentioned, although it has two United States Supreme Court Cases now, and is referenced in the Georgia Litigation and New Hampshire Litigation only under the attorney's name who represented briefly the matter.

In fact, in Wiki the Georgia Case cites "Carl Swenson and another Georgian" as well as Taitz representing "A Georgian", why has wikipedia deliberately left out that there was a Presidential Candidate represented in New Hampshire and Georgia as myself, Cody Robert Judy? This shows you Wikipedia is involved in a big cover up and that involves the public who contributes to it who either won't really investigate or deliberately is withholding evidence from being understood.

In the 2014 released movie SELMA, also last week released on Redbox, it is very accurately depicted that though the Civil Rights Act has been signed in 1964 Blacks were blocked from voting by other means. Oprah Winfrey playing the part in the movie of Annie Lee Cooper is shown filling out the voter registration form, then being further harassed. She's asked to recite the preamble of the United States Constitution, when she does that successfully, she is asked how many County's there are, when she does that successfully, she's asked to name the Judges in each County which she cannot do and this substantiates the "DENIAL" on her voter registration form.

The brain storming meeting depicted with Martin Luther King Jr. and his Group of Civil Rights leaders states the hardship of Blacks by first having to have a registered voter vouch for them, so they then could fill out a registration form, pay the poll tax, so they then can be forced to declare their address where retaliation can then be concentrated by white officials, who own the Justice Departments because you have to be a registered voter to qualify to be on a jury. This shows the deliberate manipulation of laws in order to lawfully do what was wrong. This is in fact happening today only in favor of Barack Hussein Obama, Ted Cruz, and Marco Rubio.

Marin Luther King Jr, declared that they would demonstrate, and march, and disrupt the peace until justice is specific enough to afford the rights of individuals to be protected by the law and the purpose of the laws were fulfilled. The dereliction and obfuscation of my rights as a Presidential Candidate are exactly what we are seeing today turned on and having blacks turn on me and my rights based on something that happened before I was even born. Many Blacks today we are seeing in looting riots and burning Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland are in fact doing the same thing the Whites were accused of doing in 1964. What this proves is that knuckleheads exist in every race to do the same kind of damages against the law that then require a constant vigilance necessary in every generation to stand up for the law.

Does equality include making white people suffer the same damages that happened upon black people until such nefarious acts add up to require legislation to prohibit such? Since when does the prohibition of discrimination upon "color" not include the color of "white"? The same evil actions that discriminated against blacks can also be used to discriminate against whites and if we as Americans have come anywhere we have to recognize this or we provoke a racial divide that is really un-American.

You know I sued Sen. John McCain first on his ineligibility because he was not 'Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' and it was only later that I included Mr. Obama. I think one of the things white people are not used to is having to march and stand up for their Civil Rights which are in jeopardy now from a black president who is ineligible, unqualified, and unfit for the Office of the President by the standards of the Constitution and who was elected but only upon the fraud and fabrication of his identity which constituted a lie. Martin Luther King Jr said and it was depicted in the movie Selma:

"We all bear a responsibility. When will we be free soon, and very soon because no lie can live forever"
, that includes Barack Hussein Obama's lie and fraud committed upon every voter in the United States of America that directly damaged my Campaign for President in 2008, 2012, and now is still doing damages by taking necessary monies away from the Campaign and forcing us to act in the civil courts of law to invoke Justice and make known the lie that has been wickedly formed against We The People.

When does black or white people's actions constitute a violation of our Civil Rights? When those actions perpetrate the laws established by We The People under our United States Constitution. Without the Untied States Constitution where are black people today? Why then does any black person today not respect the Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) unless they have themselves become the Masters of the whip and a movement of civil rights violations?

Have we not spent millions of dollars, even trillions of dollars on wars under Barack Hussein Obama financing the Arab Springs, financing the states of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine, but do not have the moral courage to defend Civil Rights in our own Country?

What gives you the right to kick and beat a man whose unconscious lying limp on the floor unless you are evil? What gives you the right to deny evidence to a man that would afford his release from prison while the denial of that evidence substantiates your own dilapidated civil rights frame of mind and protects what you call the integrity of your church? When do we march for Civil Rights in a manner that is productive to the integrity of the laws that are already on the books? How important is it that the U.S. Supreme Court hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 that brings to the Court the legal investigations that prove Obama's identification is a fraud, declare that he is not a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President, by a Candidate for President who has been run over and trashed because of his disregard for the Constitution of the United States?

You know people wonder why I haven't been elected while I've run for office six elections? Its because I have run in all of my election races, for Congress for the Senate and for President in an overwhelming majority that did not respect or honor the Civil Rights of our Untied States Constitution. Indeed they said they did, but their actions were much the same as those actions we would compare to the perpetrators of Civil Rights you'd find opposed to equality.

Obama is opposed to equality, his desire all stems from a root of superiority, if it wasn't so he would have never run for President and had to doctor his identity to commit fraud upon America. Obama has done more for devastating and undoing black America's gains of the last century then any single person. Obama is not all blacks in America. He is one single person who doesn't think he has done any damage in the wake of his own disabling Civil Rights machinations. Indeed, he thinks that without any United States Constitutional Amendment expressly declaring a change in the requirements for the Office of the President, that suddenly despite the failed attempts to change such in the Legislature eight times since 2003, it changed and those requirements of Citizen for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators suddenly meshed with the Office of the President's qualifications of a "natural born Citizen".

That is an action of superiority flying in the face of all Americans and disgracing all colors from white to black. Obama is an embarrassment to Civil Rights and his speech at Selma, Alabama this year is an abomination to the struggle and fight for equality in the Civil Rights movement. Obama's place in history is as Martin Luther King Jr. expressed to President LBJ Johnson, being destroyed by his own actions.

Obama's own foul eminence has clouded his vision and people have thought if you just threw enough money at it that it would cover up the stink, but the action in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 declares to the Justices of the United States Supreme Court that the law is plain and simple and while many distractions have been used to shift the focus away from the 'natural born Citizen' clause of our Constitution by stating that the term 'Citizen' was analogous to 'natural born Citizen', the Constitution's own use of Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution declares a time constraint upon that term that expired upon the death of those born at that time.

Prohibiting Foreign influence was the objective of creating the qualifications for the Office of the President that was progressively stricter in age and time than Representatives and Senators. Just like the objective of 15th Amendment was designed to create the right to vote regardless of race, color, or prior servitude in 1870, there was still so many hurdles and technicalities that were imposed upon black Americans they could not vote in the South until 1964 and 1965 Voting Rights Act came in to force, so that justice could not be skirted. Obama is skirting the laws and has used the same tactics to avoid the justice that matters to all Americans. Exposing this to the light is what is necessary for Justice to prevail and the poisonous lie to be neutralized.

THE DISCOURAGEMENT OF TIME

The discouragement of the time it takes for justice's wheels to roll around for Justice has taken a toll upon America. Indeed 10 Trillion Dollars has been added to the debt upon American's backs by Obama whose lash and manipulation of the 'natural born Citizen' clause is just another parallel to the facade of the unemployment numbers not counting 93 million Americans dropped out of looking for work or the unemployment benefits to make the national 5.6% employment numbers look legitimate. This is the tacit illumination of an illegitimate occupier of the White House as a puppet of Wall street wanting you to stay in their Market and heep the pile of lies higher and higher.

It will not become legitimate with time, and neither will Obama. A lie does not last forever, the eternal value of the lie has an expiration date with the Truth.

My Comment was recently made upon the release of Part VI and was as follows the importance of which is profoundly rooted in Civil Responses that I believe many have become so discouraged about that they feel violence is imminent and the only solution left to take in the restoration of our Constitution's principles especially in the Office of the President's qualifications that are impacting and negatively effecting all Americans today in ways not to many news agencies and networks are comfortable in bringing to the public.

The accomplishment of The Betrayal Papers is a literary standard of excellence as I’ve read them. There is no doubt about that.

Tis sad I’m afraid that history will pulverize them as it seems clear the weight they have given, (minus the 6th and final yet unpublished that might change the narrative), to association by social influence has drowned the tribute to U.S. Constitutional Eligibility and the Qualification of honor in the Historical American Mountain found in our U.S. Constitution referenced by many more in historical context.

To minimize that which should be capitalized is literary error in context. While I do not know all of the folks credited I do know and think highly of Mrs. Sharon Randeau for her tenacity and courage to stand in her Publication for Principle over political party.

The same cannot be said with the widely circulating and read Article “Why We must Unite Behind Ted Cruz” published May 4th, 2015 by another author credited to The Betrayal Papers Mr. Trevor Loudon.

The sanction of Cruz for President neither born in the U.S. not having been born to two U.S. Citizens is the adoption of Betrayal that very well could provide fodder to blasting the BETRAYAL PAPERS into an icey Potomac.

In fact if association in social circles is weighted and highly valued over the U.S. Constitution’s Qualifications for the Office of the President, which is the entire purpose or subject of The Betrayal, how could one possibly not investigate Cruz’s Fathers voluntary enlistment into Castro’s Communist Revolution?

Sure he may have been imprisoned for a year to make it appear asylum was necessary but was it escape or convenient release of a mole?

A mole whose son managed like Obama to be a Harvard Graduate, Constitutional Professor, and First term U.S. Senator Candidate for President.

Given the similarities the association credit valued here in the BETRAYAL PAPERS, it seems Sen. Cruz’s story is the same but being adopted as a BETRAYAL and that adoption by those authoring these articles is every bit as unworthy the stand for Principle enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

In fact, as the only Candidate For U.S. President who has a Record In U.S. Federal Courts against both McCain and Obama for failing the “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents” test for the natural born Citizen requirement, the only name author credited to The Betrayal Papers that has offered her talents in promoting a Judicial Branch intervention of the Legislative and Executive Branches muddied road is Ms. Randeau and Ms. King.

If the subject all the authors contributing their reputations towards be so vital, why then is the solution and only Candidate able to withstand the Racist Element of this Toxic BETRAYAL so undercut by all those involved?

The answer to that question is about the only mainstream mention these papers are ever going to get unless the Facts change.

In mentioning the The Betrayal Papers I do not mean to discourage whatsoever what Citizens can do, what they will do, and what they will yet do. I merely call to the attention that those who have the means should use those to file an Amicus Curiae in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 supporting the Constitutional Demands with a steadfastness that even I have kept up this long while. Discouragement is easy as time has gone on, but this poison and venom that infiltrates the body politic is indeed our concern if it threatens our Republic, which in this case it most certainly does in both the Republican and Democratic Parties Legislative Bodies. The concern is left to the Judicial Branch as a matter of Civil course as the Executive Branch is usurped. If our check and balance system does not work we have already slipped into and become a State of violence.

The STATE of VIOLENCE

The withholding of the Truth that is meant to cover the lie that is Obama, charged as an agenda to the Main Stream Media by the Network Moguls , has effected me and my Campaign in profound loss and damages. They see it as a casualty of the campaign elections rather then an American Civil Rights violation that demands justice. The spill over from the civil arena to the violent arena has already begin to infiltrate the general population and it will not be spoon fed like a baby the Civil Rights movement that once was. For we have been down the Pettus bridge before and we saw the police brutality that occurred. The cheers of the hundred or so white folks as the innocent were run down and beaten.

What you have not seen is the brutal beating the Mormons perpetrated upon my own person twenty two years ago as a result of the lack of communication by the Leaders who owing to their own reputation refused to give up the video tape of such for my defense. This went to the United States Supreme Court and was refused based on the fact that it doesn't happen very often. In other words, the casualties of running over people are acceptable? Has the gunning down of black people by the police become acceptable? Why would the brutality upon white people then be acceptable? Violence often stems from a lack of hope. Its is the fundamental bridge between the paths that are chosen and yes they are chosen.

In that videotape withheld as evidence from me you don't hear 100 people cheering about the violence as you did at the Pettus Bridge, you hear 17,000 cheers! The same cheers continue and are heard after the beatings and horror as you heard on Pettus Bridge in 1965 today as protesters turn violent because they feel appealing to the bodies in politics does not change anything. Protecting those who in their ignorance assumed the worst based upon that lack of communication by the leaders to the people that lie a trap and commit a frame job has still not been told and those responsible for kicking and beating unconscionably a person you see is unconscious is a horror upon the dignity of the whole assembly.

Protecting the perpetrators of violence by any means necessary seems to run in accord with the wickedness of evil intentions as instruments of violence rather than peace. That wickedness exist in every single one of us. It is not just in those who are captured on video tape. The collateral damage to my own Civil Rights is acceptable to these leaders in the Legislature, and is not spurned by the Media who is owned by drama of course. Justifications of the violations of free speech and our 1st Amendment in a Church meeting is immediately seized upon for violence,unlawful prosecution, and illegal imprisonment happening in America this very day.

I am witness to asking and pursuing peace every single day from those who have lost their hope, lost their dignity, and lost the will to pursue justice. There are many who have completely lost the will to support my Candidacy, to protest, to March, to demonstrate peacefully because they have indeed lost hope anything will change. They are indeed preparing for a state of violence based on a loss of principle they see as not being restored. That is the hope that our elected Leaders have stomped on, tapped down, and ground into powder. The borrowed time we have is in this last chance in the United States Supreme Court. If this is lost, our Republic very well could be lost to a State of Violence. It is very serious when the pleas for peace and civil rest give way because an ineligible President has assumed his seat as a usurper and a naked emperor strutting down the street. Yes, he has the pen, he has the office, but a lie will not last.

This much is true, the truth is on our side. The grapes of wrath are stored and the violating atrocities are not gone unnoticed by the God in Heaven upon all people. Just as the truth of equality can nourish, the deprivation of truth in the lie can starve a people, can withhold the rain, can scourge the financial markets,can encourage and embolden the enemies, can disrupt the ground, and turn the world upside down. Justice has a perfect way and the days of truths imprisonment can come to an end in an instant, while the lie is called a reprobate.

If your heart is like Pharaoh's of Egypt's who hardened his heart against God and his prophet Moses, the record is clear God has a way of softening that heart but my plea is that you don't wait for the plagues of God to be unleashed. That you will ACT now, today, in doing all you can do to see to it that Justice is done and met as a standard in righteousness of that freedom and liberty we have been charged to defend. Freedom and Liberty is not a token you play a video game with as so many of our fallen heroes have demonstrated taking down thousands before they went.

In a game of Justice, God will clean the house and you may witness the ground upon which you stand open up and swallow you up taking you to that hell which you so richly deserve and have in your actions 'hoped' for. The spirit of God manifest itself in ways all around you and if your happy with your life you have nothing to fear. But if you have acted your life in a manner of supporting injustice, corruption, and unsavory damage to the Republic for which we stand, and do not change, the peace and tranquility you have disrupted will crawl up your spine and enter your mind.

We have just about done all that we could do here. Our Appeal has come to the highest Court representing justice in the damages that are done, representing the laws that have been violated, representing even the corruption of the body politic. We do have a hope to clean the house. This is a hope that we have and I encourage this hope be upon you and that you do your part to give and share this hope to others. This 43 page writ of certiorari for the U.S. Supreme Court has been read an astounding 3,142 times by the brightest and best legal minds of our Country over the last month and I'm sure more than two are current Presidential Candidates who thought instead of standing up for the law, they would try their hand at skirting it. To those I would say 'do not trust your Republic with such, and remove yourself from their following', and ask, "Why would you follow someone who hates our Republic, unless you yourself are a traitor to the Republic?".

This issue and principle has to become black or white, and I'm not referring to skin color, but am referring to clarity and a line that is drawn in the sand. Your either for usurping the office of the President or your against. U.S. Sen. Rand Paul who declared he was not for Republican or Democrat Birthers, has chosen to be for the usurpation of the Office of the President. That makes him unfit for command and of an unsound mind and spirit. If he will yield that ground what hope have you of maintaining the high ground?

So you must choose from the list of leaders with their hat in the ring most who have been elected who you think will protect our Republic. That is the job of the President you know. To preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the Untied States. I submit my own legal and civil actions have protected and done this job for the last six years much better than any of their accomplishments in office. In fact, I have been doing the job they were paid and hired to do. Yes, they have let you down. Haven't uttered a word or raised a hand in objection while God in Heaven has witnessed the murders of so many innocent victims to Barack Hussein Obama's usurpation and fabricated identification.

Are these murders known as Obama's dead pool, all of course to cover-up the lies, causalities acceptable to the course of our elections, and when oh Lord will enough be enough?
