As Americans are settling themselves after the Christmas Season of gift giving one of the most important gifts may yet be unwrapped and under the tree addressed in waiting to: “The American People”, in the form of a U.S. Court of Appeals Case that today was confirmed to be “in conference” and “submitted to the Panel of Judges in chambers for written opinion” at the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado.

Constitutional scholars would call the gift staggering to even contemplate. What indeed are the stakes that could affect every single person in the United States of America as well as future generations for the next ten generations that are found in Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro et. al., Case NO. 14-3146?

Shock and Awe was used as the name of a military operation carried out upon Iraq by former President George W. Bush but the military description was developed or written by Harlan K. Ullman and James P. Wade in 1996 and is a product of the National Defense University of the United States. I myself can hardly imagine with my post on average reaching 300 people that a positive verdict for me would necessarily affect 320 million people who have no idea what's going on thanks in no small part to the Media's coverage in a silent black out. You talk about missing jumbo jets, this thing is huge and has no radar on it whatsoever.

The doctrine imposes an "overwhelming level of Shock and Awe against an adversary on an immediate or sufficiently timely basis to paralyze its will to carry on ... [to] seize control of the environment and paralyze or so overload an adversary's perceptions and understanding of events that the enemy would be incapable of resistance at the tactical and strategic levels." When applied in the political arena conditions must be perfectly timed and executed and the results are devastating to an opponent who is left scrambling to recover necessarily thrown into the back seat of defense with near total bewilderment. If I receive a favorable decision this could be the universe shattering decision we have been patiently waiting for.

As it concerns Obama the Constitution of the United States and its demands for a natural born Citizen (Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) acts as a mirror does in identifying a vampire who has no identity or reflection and thusly represents a horror nearly unimaginable in description similar to that faced by an emperor who has no clothes on and is nakedly exposed in a true light strutting down main in a parade.

You see Obama has persuaded nearly everyone that he is qualified as a ‘Citizen’ to be President, but the term or qualification of “Citizen” hasn’t been used as a qualification for the Office of the President since the Founders declared it for themselves at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. Understanding that the Union had not existed long enough to require a ‘natural born Citizen’ to be President, and that many key in the service of the Union would be prohibited from the Office of the President, the founders and framers developed as a natural national security barrier and measure of qualification the Article of the Constitution known as article two, section one, clause five.

In this second article of the supreme law of the land, it reads, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President.” This simple phrase declares anyone who has any kind of foreign alien-ship not permitted or prohibited from legally holding the powers declared to the President of the United States.


If the same criteria of “Citizen” were required for President as for the Office of a U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator no distinction would have been necessary. We are left with what amounts to a two prong test illuminating any foreign influence or alienship in the Office of the President declared by the rights inherited by birth within the Union of States, or soil, and the rights inherited from either the mother or the father, both respected equally as suffrage is in the U.S. extended to both male and female genders.

Said another way, the respect owed to each parent is required as an inherited right to citizenship. It is wrong to exclude the fathers Obama has included in his narrative in Dreams of My Fathers. Obama has inherited both a Kenyan/British Subject of the Queen nationality from his father Obama Sr. who was a Kenyan at the time of Obama’s birth and was also adopted legally by his step father Lolo Soetoro where he received an Indonesian nationality or alienship. In honoring these certain nationalities and foreign status’s Obama is prohibited from the Office of the President of the United States of America under the umbrella of the U.S. Constitution.

Now because of his mother’s citizenship, he is indeed allowed to occupy and legally be elected to the Office of a U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator provided the other progressively stringent details required for each as criteria or demands for qualification are met that include age and years of residence. These are elementary and also inflexible.
We do not allow 16 year olds to run for Office, we do not allow those who have immigrated and been naturalized to immediately run for office and we certainly do not allow foreigners to bed Americans and ascend to the highest Office of the Land financed by foreign governments. The national core curriculum for these offices was established and while they have been challenged by the stomping gnashing teeth fit throwing devils of pompous ego they have conservatively remained intact as the will of the people.

As the will of the People has been a very serious concern of mine, I have endeavored to protect the principles of the people and my civil rights sheltered under the United States Constitution as a candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and now 2016 bombarded by what amounts to a continuous and devilish temper’-tantrum of battering assaults by treasonous scorpions of our home-land infected with nefarious traitorous un-American loyalties. Like communist leaches they endeavor to suck the life out of a brilliant child of freedom and liberty with contemptuous hatred unprovoked and certainly undeserved.

As haters of natural law they perform labors for privileged class, elitism, as well as racist, religious, gender, and color discrimination desiring nothing more than ruin of the exact principles of our Constitution that I desire to uphold. My heart aches for the Democratic Party that has all but found ruin with the nuclear implosion of Obama as he sucked out all the air necessary for a healthy supply of life blood as an empirical vampire of racism used and abused like a sad poster child with very little reality or principle attached to his mythical story noticed by the remains of a fabricated long form birth certificate and a forged draft registration.

Off the top of your head, can you the general public name charismatic Congressmen under 45 that are prominent in the Democratic Party like Cruz, Rubio, or Lee in the Republican Party? The combined average age of Hillary Clinton 67, Joe Biden-72, Elizabeth Warren 65, Nancy Pelosi 74, Harry Reid 75 is 70.6 years old. Democratic Party Leadership in the House average age is 64.2 years compared to the top five House Republicans at 53. Let’s get real; this is due more to a toxic dose of elitism in this generation then due to a date of original founding or formulation of the Democrat and Republican parties.

Stifling defeats of exclusion have permeated the old party of inclusion fondly recalled in heartwarming cognizant left by the courage of President Kennedy and I’ll even say President Bill Clinton. Cheating and scheming infected the class lending death to civil and moral responsibility that left nothing in the wake of party inheritance that ultimately has been squandered by aging geriatrics agreeing with one another’s egos that a complete spoil of a once brilliant party was their right. That so-called ‘right or entitlement’ has about as much thought for future generations as Cinderella’s step-mother had for her compared to her own daughters exemplified by Hollywood’s recent release of “Into the Woods”.

Without the United States Constitution we are hurled back to the days of the sixties and indeed hurled further back into Civil War where the rights of minorities including those of gender suddenly disappear no more respected than what ‘might finds as right’ with the black eyes formed by the hammer coming down between them. Who do you have to thank for that?

Is it the Usurper or fabricated Obama who Hillary Clinton made a choice to refuse her civil rights be upheld from, as a candidate with standing in the Presidential Race of 2008? Why did she not take him to Court demanding her civil rights in violation because Obama had violated the presidential race rules, he did not qualify to the demands of the Constitution for the Office of the President? Ultimately she did not have the confidence in the Constitution that if she did get the nomination away from Obama she could beat McCain, who she could have pulled the same lever on? Come on!

Hillary Clinton has no one to blame but herself for missing her window of opportunity. The same paralyzing philosophy that declares a person fit for Office because of the color of the skin is about as remarkably unbelievable as declaring someone fit for Office because of their gender; both are disrespectful of the character inside a person and more respectful of some outward characteristic which is superfluous in the least and a grave discrimination at worst. What’s next, Blonde Haired and Blue eyed discrimination for a superior race? These ideals of Hitler are what are ruining the Democratic Party.

Yes, sometimes justice takes a long time to wade through, but getting away with robbery for six years doesn’t negate the facts of being robbed and six years is not a statutory right of exemption or a statute of limitation noticed in the order of discretionary prosecution.

Cheating and lying while you’re in the balances of Justice is a disservice of the principle of Justice for all. If you have to lie and cheat to get what you want, what you want will never be fulfilling to your soul. Obama’s got an identity crisis that has imploded upon the Democratic Party as a dis-service of justice, or as a disproportion of equality. In short, it is evident that the engaging principles of Obama supported by Hillary Clinton are hypocritical to the core of the middle class of America and unless the Democratic Party turns that around with a remarkable change those presiding will find they preside over nothing but garbage. The deluge of think-tank has inundated the Democratic Party capsizing in the lost elections of 2010 and 2014 with the willful neglect towards the Constitution’s demands for a natural born Citizen.

Ah, you might say Obama won 2012, but did he? If he is drug out of the White House as a disgrace to the Constitutional requirements for the Office of the President that he is, did he win? How will history reflect upon Obama? Will American children learn of his forged and fabricated identity and emulate that as a practice to honor in cheating and lying on their homework all the way through school?

Justice plays a big part in every American person’s life. The denial of justice plays no part of service that repentance and forgiveness does. Justice is something minorities are crying out for right now but Obama is no Champion of Justice. Justice cannot be cheated or else injustice is suffered. Where the demands of justice cannot be made, an intersession must be made. Those were the demands for a Savior who could suffer for us our mistakes that a repentance and forgiveness could be made so Justice could even exist.

Obama cannot get away from what he has done. Justice has a perfect way. Now the “Shock and Awe” of justice would necessarily be preceded with a dereliction of justice, with a promotion of injustice, with a discard of rights, with a hyped sense of getting away with murder so-to-speak. Indeed we have seen that with the Media’s self acknowledged political decree, “Protect Obama at all cost every day”.

Well the cost has mounted up and been heaped upon as the trust of the American Public has come to roost in most every networks bottom line. They have done their job well, ‘protect Obama at all cost every day’, the public trust, the cost of Justice, they spared no expense feeling lies and fabrications worth covering. This provides a huge vacuum for the truth, reality, and most importantly the U.S. Constitution that eventually comes around and is the ‘Shock and Awe’.

If Obama is found ineligible and required to make restitution to me as a Candidate for President because he violated the rules, how far away are we from a transformation of collective thought which moves Congress to declare anything signed by Obama is moot? You know the Judge declared my law suit against McCain ‘moot’ after Obama won and that didn’t feel really good, so I know how Obama would feel if all he had done was declared ‘moot’ and it doesn’t feel very good, but that is what he is headed for thinking Justice can be cheated with lies, deception, fabrications, falsehoods, and forgeries.

How does that affect Obamacare? How does that affect Obama-Amnesty and so on? Wow! Can you imagine Congress’s correction towards the Constitution sliding back on the road when they were about to go off the cliff? Well, all of this has been in the balance for many years. I’ve had cases in three different states and the U.S. Supreme Court that were denied with all of this in the balance and a brick was handed to me telling me I was a slave with no rights. I know how that feels and it’s not very good. I’ve learned to live with disappointment and think how the Israelites were left in bondage 400 years before Moses came on the scene to deliver them out of bondage into a new life of freedom and liberty.

I have learned to pray for Justice suffering injustices. I have felt the bitter and am left with hope for the sweet. Can you imagine having the sweetness and hoping for the bitterness? Doesn’t work that way; as human beings we want the sweetness of justice and equality under the law. That doesn’t mean that we are all clones with the same color of shirts, but it means we each as individuals have rights that need to be respected. Our Courts work very hard to uphold and keep that trust alive. It is a mutually bonding element of warmth we all indeed share and how warm it is on otherwise cold nights.

Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

Obama's Lead Over His Head: "Ok, Sue Me!"

Today I feel I am called upon to preach a little about the importance of a qualified person in the Office of the President. From this article I actually feel a little sick to my stomache with the hypocrisy involved:

[Every member of Congress swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. So did President Barack Obama.
But too often over the past five years, the President has circumvented the American people and their elected representatives through executive action, changing and creating his own laws, and excusing himself from enforcing statutes he is sworn to uphold -- at times even boasting about his willingness to do it, as if daring the American people to stop him.
[That's why, later this month, we will bring legislation to the House floor that would authorize the House of Representatives to file suit in an effort to compel President Obama to follow his oath of office and faithfully execute the laws of our country.
The President's response: "So sue me."
What's disappointing is the President's flippant dismissal of the Constitution we are both sworn to defend. It is utterly beneath the dignity of the office. I know the President is frustrated. I'm frustrated. The American people are frustrated, too.]

[In the end, the Constitution makes it clear that the President's job is to faithfully execute the laws. And, in my view, the President has not faithfully executed the laws when it comes to a range of issues, including his health care law, energy regulations, foreign policy and education.]

One cant help but wonder where Boehner's exuberance is under the scrutiny of the United States Constitution's demand for a 'natural born citizen' in the Office of the President and Boehner's snute ( to smite with an almighty noogie of DOOM!!!)the teeth to really bring Obama toe to toe with the Constitution, not to mention the Republicans.

[There must be accountability. We have a system of government outlined in our Constitution with the executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch. Congress has its job to do, and so does the President. When there are conflicts like this -- between the legislative branch and the executive branch -- it is my view that it is our responsibility to stand up for this institution in which we serve, and for the Constitution.]

Facing the fact that Obama knows under the color of law and in the executive Commander-In-Chief (C.I.C) seat there is very little Congress can do. Acknowledging Obama as qualified also bequeaths to him the powers of such and under those powers allows him to say "Hey, you know what I don't think what Congress is doing is very Constitutional, so under my mantle I'm directed to "preserve, protect, and defend" the Constitution from Congress also in a very long drawn out Court battle that last about as long as Obama decides to stay in office.

For once Obama and I actually agree on something; this is exactly what Obama says it is: the House of Representatives showboating just prior to the 2014 elections 4 months away!

The House of Representatives has already passed the 2014 "Enforce the Law Act" in a temper tantrum about Obama's executive action excusing many of the Obamacare mandates they were counting on to make Obama look like the antagonizer on businesses he is, but Obama has successfully maneuvered around the mines Republicans were counting on blowing up Democrats in the 2014 elections, and may I add "barely" to that.

The midsize businesses many who aren't so lucky, even the high end stores are feeling rich people start to pinch their spending habits. ColdWater Creek women's retailer with 365 stores across the country and 6,000 employees has announced its filing Chapter 11 closing its door's and the inside scoop of this is because of the added weight upon the retail chain of Obamacare. Now I would think when you started messing around with a high end retail store 'rich' women have formally supported, you'd start to see the campaign contributions flow south into the campaign chest of a Presidential Candidate who took on McCain and Obama with the teeth in the Constitution that actually has the power to remove such if Congress would hold a hearing on it?

Campaign dollars that would flow to the public in education about the Constitution and the reasons we actually need a qualified president under the Constitution's outlines in the Office of the President. That comes back to the 'mantle' I'd like to preach about if you will allow me the indulgence without offense.

There are so many people who don't realize that its true! The people do hold the power in the political arena with their campaign contributions. If women decided to change the Country that's exactly what would happen, but alas they have been willing to 'skirt' their Constitutional duties not to mention their children's future, (something I would think was paramount upon their minds)for the cash cow which now is dwindling.

Another nail in the coffin is the fact that Washington DC seems to be the biggest contributor to the uneasiness of the dollar by printing out some 10 trillion in the short 6 years Obama's been in Office. It seems Washington DC in both major parties are willing to kick the can down the road a little further rather then trimming their belts and spending habits. Truth be told, they are asking women to curb their spending habits of shopping rather than themselves, and ColdWater is just an example.

They say the proof is in the "signs", ok, you want 9 Signs that China is Making a move against the U.S. dollar? Look at the date of that October 2013!

[So if the U.S. financial system is the core of the global financial system, then U.S. debt is "the core of the core" as some people put it. U.S. Treasury bonds fuel the print, borrow, spend cycle that the global economy depends upon.
That is why a U.S. debt default would be such a big deal. A default would cause interest rates to skyrocket and the entire global economic system to go haywire.
Unfortunately for us, the U.S. debt spiral cannot go on indefinitely. Our debt is growing far, far more rapidly than our GDP is, and therefore our debt is completely and totally unsustainable.]

So are we rotting to the core? The answer is "Yes" and it is in the strictest sense of the word "unfortunate": meaning not profitable in the extreme sense of the word. It has been the hardest thing in the world for me to explain that "PRINCIPLE EQUALS PROFIT"

When we lose our "principles", now please think in terms of the Constitution and Obama's fabricated long form birth certificate, fraudulent draft registration and use of a dead man's social security card often needed for those who do not have an authentic long form birth certificate, we lose our "profit margin".

It might take a little while but its happening and putting the car in reverse doesn't always mean your going to all of a sudden realize those 'profits' are back! What that means is Obama's taken 6 short years to wreck the American dream which we are now starting to realize. Do you think it somehow 'fair' that it might take 6 years in reverse to undue what he and a complicit Congress have done?

Can't help when I say that remember the story of Joseph in the Bible when Pharaoh fetches him out of prison to interpret his dream of the cattle he saw in that represented seven years of plenty and seven years of famine found in Genesis 41.

People have not equated the "mantle" of the President under the Constitution actually is in demise under Obama.

Just for a minute consider the blessings that have come from qualified Presidents; the U.S. has indeed become the greatest power on earth. Now consider the down hill trend we are seeing forcast come to pass under a walking talking violation of the Constitution's demands for a qualified person in the Office of the President. Obama is not a natural born citizen: born in the U.S. to Citizen parents. Congress has the power and duty to act!

Oh come on Cody, it just can't be that simple? Do you think we can really cheat God?

The mantle of God in any position is credited with acting wisely in that position. Decisions are made with what? The spirit that directs you. Why and how did you decide to do anything? First you had to think it, (out of thin air) you come up with an idea to take a different route to school and learn when you get there of a big accident on your normal route.

Providence is something repeated and repeated and repeated by President George Washington that simply cannot be ignored and don't forget it was he and our first Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court who in consulting and considering the Office of the President made the qualifications differant for the President and the U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator.

It is with the most grievous convoluted thinking that one can surmise that route would have been the same with a qualified President verses and unqualified President according to the standards of the United States Constitution.

Do you not suppose in the slightest degree that God in his almighty power has no further blessing to grant the righteous as the wicked? Have you really succumb to the dumb-founding philosophy there is no difference between the wheat and the tares? Why don't you try making bread out of straw, see how that works out for you.

The importance of the Office of the President ranks where in your line of thought? What does that Office actually have the power to do? Well in Obama's history what has he done? Picture this as an example of what I'm talking about.

Picture a man walking around with a 6 foot piece of lead overtop his head everywhere he goes, and picture a President without that lead with just clear air over his head. Now picture blessings and ideas coming down from heaven that are stopped or halted because of that piece of lead over the man walking around with it above his head verses the ideas and blessings freely flowing with the man without the piece of lead over his head.

So why does the Republicans and Democrats both support Obama and why is all this talk of a law suit against Obama from the House Republicans nothing more than flapping jaws in the wind? Well, Republicans have chosen to pitch in with Obama in circumventing the Constitution's Qualifications of the Office of the President.

They did that with U.S. Senate Resolution 511 that granted McCain a non-binding U.S. Senate endorsed 'natural born citizen' ship status that was co-sponsored by then Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton which in fact brought both parties into a corrupt agreement.

Are you seeing the hypocrisy of U.S. House Speaker John Boehner yet when he talks about some oath Congress took and Obama took? Yes, they took the oath alright under the pact from the devil that the truth and a lie were all the same.

Now if your not mad about this and you don't see any "value" to what old Mr. Judy is saying to you believe me your gonna get pancake batter spread all over your face before this is over and find skunk spray in your perfume and cologne because you stink to high heaven! Can you just hear Pharaoh now, "So let it be written, So let it be done"?

You know I see a great patriotism in the People in the United States of America. My gosh where does that come from? It comes from a great love for the founders and framers who sat down and pondered a few problems they were having and decided that the appropriate way to handle them was with the iron pen that transcribed the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.

I'm honored to serve in the capacity of taking a stand for those who have served and given limbs, lives, and fortunes for the American Dream. I've heard it said of me before speaking of everything I've gone through since 2008 sueing McCain and Obama and Obama in 2012 clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court, "This can't be healthy Cody, give it a rest". Really?

Can you say that to George Washington and the those who transcribed those documents that have literally carved and forged out of the mountain against all odds the greatest nation on earth that has rolled out and subdued the earth from nothing? You know in the most depressing times of turmoil I face against all odds I continually ask myself, "am I right?", "am I wrong?", what does the law say and why was it so carved? What was the purpose of the qualifications of the President?

Just stating "Its the Law" doesn't really attribute the importance of the mantle of the President. A lot of people try to make it personal for me saying I just have "something" against "Obama". Irrespective of his not being qualified for the Office of the President I can say whole hearted that he is a very talented individual that is being kept from the mountains of gold in the United States of America because of that piece of lead over his head and we in the United States of America will suffer every day the Office of the President is not filled with a qualified individual.

Unfortunately again, Congress wants to prove it to us and the American People keep contributing to the Republicans and Democrats and starving Independents like myself. So be it, United States Women, maybe you don't like shopping at the high end stores who am I to say? (smile) I can only say your nice retail stores are disappearing.

No doubt it’s a wild ride and there isn’t anything tame about it nor the courage to get on one of those in a shoot, but I gotta tell you our DC politicians in America got more courage than professional cowboys and I’m going to tell you why.

In every professional cowboys heart is the sacred trust, and loyalty of the Rodeo Clown who’s got his back. Those rodeo clowns actually save a professional cowboys life time and time again, by re-directing the bronc’s or bull’s attention away from the cowboy who has sailed off his ride and is about to hit the dirt very susceptible to the hooves, teeth, and horns of a creature that’s just seeing red rage and is not even thinking straight.

Well, these politicians are really brave and courageous men and women because do you know what they are going to do? They are going to ride the bronc’s and bulls without any clowns in the ring, and to boot, they have never ridden before. That’s why this is going to be the wildest rodeo you have ever seen in your entire life! I mean there is probably going to be people killed, this is very dangerous!

Now I would never have that kind of courage. I mean I’m serious folks. These politicians in Washington DC got brass between their legs. I don’t think we’ve ever seen the American People mad, but I got a chill in my spine that says Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse is going to reveal some of the biggest, maddest, most furious bulls this Nation has ever seen and those Politicians in the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate are going to be riding those bronc’s and bulls in the front arena on the White House lawn.

I saw this in a dream last night and I mean to tell you I was looking for the rodeo grounds all day and then it hit me like a ton of bricks.The rodeo is at the White House!

Rodeo stock is a special term for live stock that is especially bred for their physical ability, their endurance, and their demonic temperament. I mean for the professional cowboy it’s all about the buck, the spin, and the kick. They like it when this happens because it’s going to increase their score and chances of getting into the money.
Oh yeah, that’s the other thing these Washington DC Elected Politicians are saying, they’re going to ride for free because they have already been into the money and they have all they want. Nancy Pelosi is worth 58 million dollars, she doesn’t care about any purse, and she damn well don’t care about the Constitution.

Remember she’s the one who signed two different forms of the DNC Nomination papers for Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro? Yes, for the first time in history there was one for Hawaii because they actually demanded by statute the Candidate nominated is qualified as a natural born citizen, and then there was a different one for the rest of the states.

You gotta hand it to Hawaii folks. They hit us with a hot branding iron on the long form birth certificate but they volunteered Nancy Pelosi as a first contestant on the bull ride. You think she looks good in a cowboy hat wait till you see her on a two ton bull with no clowns in the ring. I mean no one; absolutely no one is going to miss buying a ticket to see that. Let me tell you folks she has drawn one of the meanest bulls I’ve ever seen.

You remember Loretta Fuddy? She was the loose cannon about to divulge that what she gave Obama’s representative Judy Corley wasn’t what the White House put on their web site, or what Obama handed to the press core that 27th of April day we all will never forget leading to Obama’s first Mayday Mayday Mayday on May 1st 2012 in which Osama’s dead body was taken off the ice to be buried at sea. Yes, she was alive but she got involved in that thing with a Nancy Pelosi and Barack/Barry Obama/Soetoro.

People die every day and I know Rep. Nancy Pelosi is going to fret over Loretta Fuddy something fierce.
Yes, Loretta Fuddy had a spiritual sister in the world wide organization of Subud, just 6 years apart; and that was the lovely segregate mother of Obama, Ann Dunham Soetoro.

Loretta Fuddy was the Nancy Pelosi of Subud; Representative of the most powerful women in the United States Congress, in that organization. These three women shared a big secret. They all knew Barack Obama was not a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President and they were willing to die for it.

You know amongst friends there is always someone who is the loose cannon, and can’t keep a secret because she’s just can’t compete with her friends who kind of look down on her? It’s the one who takes an oath who you know is going to break it. Some might call them a “Judas Iscariot”? It’s kind of funny to think the devil has one to, because he’s the father of all lies, and he didn’t think that could bite him in the butt, but when someone’s about to reveal the truth it sure does.

I saw these pictures of the diver who mysteriously appears for seconds at the crash scene where all but Loretta Fuddy walk away and I thought who has the money to arrange something like that out of all her friends who share the secret that Obama is not qualified for the Office of the President? I share the secret but I didn’t cover for Obama: Rep. Nancy Pelosi did. We have her signature on those forms with the same notary public.

When you walk a dog away from the Constitution of the United States where do you end up? What is the polar opposite? Communism is the thing that the red-scare was all about. You know there were two red-scares the first happening in 1919-1921 and the last one happening 1947-1954. I’m not sure I’d know of anything else that freaked America out so quickly and it might have initiated the Government’s ability to name something the complete opposite of what it acted as aka Obamacare – The Affordable Health Care Act; The Patriot Act; The Enforce the Law Act- Laughable at best.

The red-scare implies anyway that it was an action that was superfluous or really unnecessary. You probably wouldn’t have wanted to say that around President Ronald Reagan and you sure couldn’t deny the hole we spent the former Soviet Union into could you? Yeah, that was a pretty bad time for the communist who I think decided their best work could be done over here domestically again. Exposing that might be the best weapon America has because the world will not look kindly on "Communism" to know what they did to America in trying to destroy her.

Third time’s a charm huh? Maybe, especially when you load the United States Supreme Court with red patriots instead of the red, white and blue kind. You know I wouldn’t say that unless I had some pretty direct and personal information that’s actually part of the Court Record. I mean the dirty little secret of the natural born citizen is what to every lawyer who ever finished and passed the bar? Judy v. Obama 12-5276, what color do you first see when you load the image? Its not red,white, and blue.

The dirty little secret is there is no way that “Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” means the same thing. Because of the rule of statutory construction that every law student learns about and that every judge knows, a general rule cannot overrule a specific. The office of the President is only to be filled with a Natural Born Citizen, while the offices of a U.S. Representative and a U.S. Senator can be filled with the general term “Citizen”.

If of course the 14th Amendment was meant to over-rule the qualifications for the President it would have actually been included. Because the term “Citizen” was used in the 14th Amendment, “Natural Born Citizen” was excluded and therefore kept succinct or concise - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Minor v. Happersett 88 U.S. 162, (1874) tells us exactly what the something else besides being born in the United States was, and that was “Citizen Parents”. It says concisely those Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents there never was any doubt: they are “Natural Born Citizens”.

Now as far as a public case, the public recognizes it seems pretty widely understood that a dual citizen cannot be President of the United States. Can someone please find me a Nation on Earth today who actually would deny someone being born on their soil the rights of being a “Citizen”? If you’re the son of a terrorist Palestinian born in Israel congratulations guess what, you’re a citizen of Israel. That birth right citizenship of soil is always yours and Sen. John McCain has one in Panama born in the Panama Hospital on Panama soil he inherited by birth a citizenship never to be denied. There's a few reports that say the Communist got to him as a POW.

Of course he can be a “Citizen” of the United States by naturalization which he was inducted into by an Act of Congress 11 months after his birth making him a Citizen. But he is denied the rights of being a Natural Born Citizen because he shall forever have a Panama Citizenship. You can’t denounce where you were born and defy the law of nature just so you can be President of the United States. I mean go be President of Panama maybe they will let “Citizens” be President, but here in the U.S. you have to be Natural Born Citizen, and that has never been excluded specifically by any precedent.

Even in the U.S. Constitution we were told when “Citizens” actually could be President, and it was to those who were “Citizens” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. U.S.C. Art. II, Sect.1, Clause 5.


I’ve used 5 paragraphs to explain in layman’s terms the exact thing I said in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 to the United States Supreme Court. There is not a lawyer or a judge who didn’t know what I was talking about and I was indeed a Candidate for President qualified by all three standards of standing, in the Democratic Party. I didn’t have to be the nominee of the Republican Party to gain a foothold on standing.

In fact Rep. Nancy Pelosi signed a dirty little letter to Hawaii and the rest of the states and she knew he was not a qualified candidate, but did you see the way she looked at him? Remember this picture. She gazed at him like he was a not a man but a creation or a project that was being fulfilled. That always interested me because it didn’t quite look right.

She looked at him as I’d imagine Aribert Heim who lived under the name Tarek Farid Hussein for years and converted to Islam would. He was also known as Dr. Death; or like Marcus Wolf the secret intelligence officer who died in 2006, immigrated to Moscow with his physician father, Jewish and a firm believer in Communism, would look at him as if he was his ‘diamond’ prize Manchurian Candidate.

1) You Americans think you’re so perfect, why haven’t you had a women president by now?
2) America will be surprised when it gets a black president very soon
3) He comes from an Ivey League school and His name was Barack
4) He was one of them; a communist
5) His father was not an American Black
6) He is half white
7) Raised from the cradle to be an Atheist
8) He’s going to be irresistible to America
9) He was from Hawaii
10) He went to school in California
11) He lived in Chicago
12) And last but not the least important was the comment, “at one point she made some sort of San Francisco connection like it was some sort of center there for their activity.

As we look at this we take into a, or the, big picture that Obama is a communist plant, jewish or gentile, the common denominator is "Communism" as a social order controlled by the State. Who do we know from San Francisco who has blocked for Obama?

Rep. Nancy Pelosi just so happens to be the Representative of the 5th District of California and she resides in San Francisco and as I told you is estimated to be worth 58 million dollars. She married Mr. Pelosi and they moved from New York to San Francisco.

Phillip Burton died in 1983 and was succeeded by his wife, Sala. In late 1986, Sala became ill with cancer and decided not to run for reelection in 1988. She picked Pelosi as her designated successor, guaranteeing her the support of the Burtons' contacts. Pelosi represents one of the safest Democratic districts in the country. Democrats have held the seat since 1949 and Republicans, who currently make up only 13 percent of registered voters in the district, have not made a serious bid for the seat since the early 1960s.

She won the seat in her own right in 1988 and has been reelected 10 more times with no substantive opposition, winning by an average of 80 percent of the vote. She has not participated in candidates' debates since her 1987 race against Harriet Ross. Can you imagine never even having to debate for an election? This sounds like something very familiar that's happenened with Putin, whose also kind of been hand-picked.

Now her husband Paul Pelosi went to Harvard is philanthropist, owns a football team, but that’s not as interesting as his brother who seemed clearly the reason they headed for San Francisco,CA. in the first place. Nancy’s brother-in-law Ron Pelosi was the mediator or arbitrator for the American Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers, National Futures Association, New York Stock Exchange and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority or FINRA was formed in 2007, one year before the 2008 election, and was the successor to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) and the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration operations of the New York Stock Exchange. The Government agency which acts as the ultimate regulator of the securities industry, including FINRA, is the Securities and Exchange Commission.

All arbitration basically had to go through this guy, or he knew about it. FINRA’s mission was to protect investors by making sure the United States securities industry operates fair and honestly. FINRA oversees about 4,250 brokerage firms, about 162,155 branch offices, and approximately 629,525 registered securities representatives. Any dispute between investor and broker it was actually upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court had to go through that arbitration court first. Wow, can you imagine the commissions on that?

This is not all 79 year old San Francisco born Ron Pelosi is into. Solyndra was given 528 million and declared bankruptcy and then 737 million was handed to Crescent Dunes project in Tonopah, Nevada for a desert solar plant. Ron Pelosi was a board member with a subsidiary of Pacific Corporate Group,(PCG) and investment partner in Tonopah’s parent company that had the backing of U.S. Senator Harry Reid.

You may recall U.S. Sen. Harry Reid’s comments about Mr. Cliven Bundy and all those who supported him and his 900 head of cattle crazing in the desert and the now famous round up by a Militarized BLM as “Domestic Terrorist”. Are we to understand this powerful family in San Francisco the Pelosi’s have no connections with the communist as a center for the activity of which the Moscow queen so bragged about at that 1992 dinner party in Moscow? Why that’s just silly if the Communist had a plant safty net where would it have been? San Francisco, as the mystery lady #4 related.

That kind of brings it home for us. Let’s take another walk-about though with the dog and see where Subud leads us. Remember that’s the spiritual organization that Loretta Fuddy was the U.S. Representative of with Obama’s mother Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro.

I wondered about a connection between Subud and Moscow and I sure found a significant one. Subud’s Founder was Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo who died in 1987. He was invited by England’s J.G. Bennett who passed away in 1974 to come to Paris and between the two popped up George Gurdjieff who was a whale of an intense figure and passed in 1949. George a Russian Empire type of guy, was fascinated by controlling people through hypnosis,using humans as guinea pigs, and was said to have practiced an esoteric Christianity which is what well, Bible Thumpers would call anti-Christian or the mystics of the Bible.

You ever notice that deer in the headlight look on Rep. Nancy Pelosi where she’s saying something that doesn’t make a bit of sense, like she’s hypnotized and just sputtering stuff up like, “We have to pass this so we can read it and see what’s in it?” and it concerns 1/5 of the entire wealth of the U.S. economy?

Well, we are way passed stupid here. Remember every law student understands statutory construction which prohibits Obama as a “Citizen” or a “non-citizen” as he was officially adopted in Indonesia where Subud and founder Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo a practicing Muslim lived.

We are told by Obama that his step father Lolo Soetoro adopted him so he could attend school in Jakarta and that foreign citizenship of Obama’s is uncontested and his mother was Ann Dunham Soetoro passed in 1995 the Subud faithful sister who was Loretta Fuddy’s spiritual sister diseased now.

Dual citizenship of any foreign kind is strictly prohibited in the Office of the President, but its Congress’s job to enforce it as the Judicial Branch has passed at every turn and in the voice of one Supreme Court Justice is strictly avoiding that one.

Yes, I see the mad rodeo stock lining up now for the White House Rodeo and all the U.S. Congressmen who have been given a Sheriff’s Kit, have repeatedly been warned and warned over and over again about this disaffection for the Office of the President which really constitutionally neuters the entire Executive Branch and every cabinet and bureau under it which constitutes the enforcement branch of our Government and I see madness being sown just waiting for a match.

Yes my fellow patriots those DC Politicians certainly have more courage than I do as they sow a mighty dry seed, stuffing ginger up the Bull’s behind, and tightening the singe up around the flanks of the American Public so tight in a scourge of the Constitution so literally it’s going to be impossible to ignore.

That’s exactly what we are being told is going to come with Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse’s next Press Conference where we have laid out before our eyes a litany of criminality that surpasses all of our wildest imaginations and is impossible to ignore.

And to think that Congress could have avoided all of this if they had simply held a hearing on Obama’s eligibility with what they already knew. Obama’s not a Natural Born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President. Did you ever wonder why Rep. Nancy Pelosi was actually content with just staying at her San Francisco activity post and not running for U.S. Senate or President?

Twenty years is a long time to hold that Fort, but she’s done it and everything has just fallen into place including the Media’s pick of McCain who was the only candidate at the time who could tie the knot for Republicans and Democrats in not telling on one another in the Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama co-sponsor of non-binding Sen. Res. 511 declaring by an act of ½ of Congress McCain was a “Natural Born Citizen” which I sued him for in the Federal Court of Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008: Judy v. McCain

You see if you’re a communist plan on the inside of the United States of America and you’re going to domestically terrorize a nation out of the U.S. Constitution you have to have a few sleeper cells you can count on. It’s not just one that’s for sure. I think Rep. Nancy Pelosi is the Evelyn Salt of the Moscow detail plan for a Manchurian Candidate to usurp the Office of the President and I submit her signature as her witness to that. This isn’t a circus or a carnival, it’s the wildest Rodeo you’ll ever see with no clowns!

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
