They think you are stupid and that gives them the right to walk all over you, circumventing the U.S. Constitution. But American's are not stupid, and where they do lack in formal education, they have a great ability and resilience to catch up on the curve very quickly when evidence in information and intelligence is presented to them along with their Constitution. The Ninth Circuit Court ruled that a Presidential Candidate had standing to bring eligibility question concerning the Constitution to the Court and that is exactly what Cody Robert Judy has done.
[A major obstacle to most citizen suits has been lack of standing.The importance of the doctrine of standing was explained by Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in dismissing one suit. He noted that one of the principal aims of the doctrine is to prevent courts from deciding questions "where the harm is too vague." This was especially true for a presidential election, where a disgruntled voter who suffered no individual harm]There are [not] as many Democrats who actually defend Obama's Eligibility under the U.S. Constitution as you might think, when it comes down to it. There's just a few leaders who orchestrated and choreographed Obama's rise, but who also now are held accomplices in the fall. Most Democrats have relied upon their illustrious elected leaders to say, "Obama is OK" and carry the narrative forward that every Citizen of the U.S. is qualified for the Office of the President, which is simply not the case.
One of the most dangerous things about the U.S. Constitution to the Elitist is it's condensed compacted wurtzite boron nitride or diamond hard formation of intelligence, because it encourages and does not discourage the average citizen layman to read it. As apposed, for instance, to the behemoth 20,000 pages of regulations “associated” with the pricey Health Care the Obama administration issued.
Tuesday's Twilight of an FBI Director Obama hired because "he'd be easier to confirm by a Republican Congress", didn't last long when President Trump fired him as incompatible with the directives of the FBI agency. Most recognize the FBI's directive to Investigate rather then formalize charges held for the Attorney General's Position.
Now how does this tie into Obama's lack of Constitutional Qualifications? You many have heard of the Big FBI Investigation into Obama's Fabricated Identification ie. long form birth certificate, short form, and draft registration? You're kidding? Oh no?
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is the [domestic intelligence and security service] of the United States, which simultaneously serves as the nation's prime federal law enforcement agency. Operating under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI is concurrently a member of the U.S. Intelligence Community and reports to both the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence.
Why wasn't there an official high profile FBI Investigation on the scale of 'Hillary Clinton's Private Server' which she used to usurp the Secretary of State Office from oversight of The People, on par for instance with Sheriff Joe's 5 year investigation authorized in the Cold Case Posse which did find Obama's ID Documents fraudulent? Something wrong with the FBI that they would want the Office of the Presidency usurped, or was it just that no one asked? I actually did file a Report with the FBI.
Probably forgotten from American memory because of the MSM's representation of "Fake News" that the 2016 Election was a collusion between Trump and Putin that Hacked the Election, was the 2008 Chinese Hack reported to the news by the FBI.

As we contrast the figments of [no evidence] Russia's Putin was in collusion with USA's Trump in Election 2016, we do see [mountains of evidence] that Pelosi deliberately, and with criminal intent formed by contrasting 2000 and 2004's normal certifications, abandoned Hawaii's Democratic Party's lack of constitutional certification of Obama, disenfranchising the entire state. By assuring in her own handwriting, Hawaii was now represented by "her usurpation" of Hawaii's own Democratic Party she forged Hawaii's certification, deliberately ignoring her duty, and their representation to her.
That is Evidence.
As we contrast the Democratic Parties 'desire' to prove someone else is to blame for Hillary's Billion Dollar collapse which made her look feeble, the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz's emails degrading Sanders, O'Malley's Explosion about Limited Debates, and the usurpation of America's Secretarty of State Office through Hillary's Private Server, we see Russia was really the last thing Democrats had to fear in losing the election of 2016. That is evidence!

That is Evidence.
Now the troubling thing about all of this is the MSM ignores evidence, and writes stories about anonymous sources, ghost, and things with no evidence and covers-up, squashes, and mutes stories with evidence. That is the greatest reason they are actively participating in their reputations as 'Fake News".
The scarier thing is our Court's have the evidence and thus far have dismissed "The Evidence" not by hearing it in a Court Room but by "Legislating from the Bench" based upon what can only be described as "Candidate Political Affinity", because I am a Democrat. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear my Writ of Cert in 12-5276 and 14-9396 based on? The first we'll never know for sure , but the second was based upon my meager finances!
This is the definition of Corruption in High Places and if Trump doesn't drain the Swamp, or if he becomes a part of the swamp, there is going to be a reckoning,but right now it sure looks like Obama's Shadow Government is playing a much bigger part in getting people to look at [no evidence], rather than to look at the [evidence]. The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals now has the following Brief to consider as EVIDENCE of the biggest Fraud every perpetrated upon Americans in the Elections of 2008, 2012 and 2016.
The greatest threat to America's Freedom is the usurpation of the U.S. Constitution which is the greatest document for Human Freedom we have because of the reins on abuses we hold as a Standard of Protection in our National Security.
