The grueling nomination process has only just begun for Justice Neil Gorsuch who no doubt will face a tidal wave of opposition from Democrats. For now, Democrat opposition will need to be courted by Republicans who lack a 60 majority vote in the Senate. Confirmation of a U.S. Supreme Court Justice was the only thing Sen. Reid left in tact on the opposition minority scant menu that the nuclear option of a simple majority would not do.
Therefore it would take yet another U.S. Senate Rule change, again, to wipe the minority party power completely off the Constitutional wagon train. Most of Trump's Cabinet picks, like Obama's, have been pushed through with a simple majority confirmation.
Conservatives all over the Media in television and radio have been singing praises about President Trump's nomination of the Constitutional Originalist Justice Gorsuch. Even Glenn Beck said he didn't think Trump would do it, but he did with his nomination pick chiming Justice Anton Scalia would be proud.
The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has had a few Cases sent to it that put Obama's Qualification in the cross hairs of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Supreme Court precedent Case Minor v. Happersett sited as having no doubt that those born in the Country to it's Citizens were indeed the natural born Citizens.
So what argument do we know that Justice Neil Gorsuch would have Reviewed in the 10th Circuit Duty of upholding the U.S. Constitution Qualifications for President?
Here is one argument that a panel of three Judges decided on the 10th Circuit who Justice Neil Gorsuch was not part of, but who later was indeed asked to Review their Decision En Blanc and what might be gathered from the proceedings as far as Constitutional Original-ism and Conservatism per se? This might be a good question to ask him about in his Confirmation Hearings as the American People look on.
Appellate courts in the United States sometimes grant rehearing en banc to reconsider a decision of a panel of the court (generally consisting of only three judges) in which the case concerns a matter of exceptional public importance or the panel's decision appears to conflict with a prior decision of the court.
The result was that the Review En Blanc was denied, which meant that there lacked apposing fews enough to overturn the three Judge Panel, which I mentioned Justice Gorsuch was not a part of. It would be interesting to notice how he ruled on it or if it came across his desk. We just do not know, but that can change with a direct question while he is under oath in his confirmation hearings.
I think it would be a good question coming from Democrats or Republicans really. Perhaps coming from a Democrat Senator the question could be posed to Show conservatives just how conservative or originalist the Nominee is to conservatives? At one time 65% of Republicans did not believe Obama was born in the United States and many even after the Release of the long form birth certificate that Obama produced do not.
It is of the most important issues of the day that people are concerned about what their Justices think, and this issue should not be buried from the very important question even late Justice Anton Scalia was asked one time.

In my dream they asked me what I wanted. I wanted to be heard in SCOTUS 14-9396 which was dismissed unjustly on a Forma Pauperis Motion that was Denied. It cost about $4,500.00 printing 40 Booklets plus $300 for Filing Fees unless it's waived. I did not have the money.
Even with a waiver 11 copies + 3 cost about $100.00 which I covered.
I fear rather seriously now Republicans are in charge and control that the [ natural born Citizen] requirement is lost forever as the confirmation of Nature and Nature's God -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
Dems may have rallied against the Qualification of [natural born Citizen](NBC) for Obama, but Republicans will never let us forget it, or repeal the Corruption or mired qualification with Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, John McCain and others in the way with a much deeper bench of ineligible Presidential Candidates.
The Executive Office of the President has been breached and without Judy v. Obama 14-9396 being heard , the highest office of the Land has been usurped by foreign inherited citizenship by soil and parent.
I think Trump, as he did in the Primaries, will not push legally for Order against the Bully of the Office. He will say it's over. Perhaps he will say it's settled. Our Republic then will forever be without the Law. Democrats have Lost forever.
They Democrats were used and abused and then while in Office failed our Civil Rights with corruption and a unconstitutional immorality that a illegal Usurper in the Office of President represented.

There was only one consolation in my dream last night with Hillary Clinton. She, and another very bright Lawyer were also in a Federal Prison with me. That is the best place to be for me to talk some sense into them.
If I were going to make Defenders of the U.S. Constitution out of mishmash where would I do it?
The answer seems simple to me as I know where the Lord did it to me. It's sad to say but I didn't really care about the U.S. Constitution until all my Rights were violated, I was in Prison, and suffering like I'd never suffered before.
Did the Lord let up on me and make it easy? Well only if you figure 3018 Days was a piece of cake.
Who does Hillary Clinton and a Lawyer in Prison represent if it is not The People who are immoral and hypocriticaly religious?
How can you distinguish yourself unlike that unless you gave $1 to Cody Robert Judy? Who of you could not give $1? Who of you could give or could have given more?
Who thinks it's about the $1 verses say those who think it's about establishing and keeping good and moral faith?
You will be your Judge but God knows the Circumstances are beyond your control. People don't generally pass on things that sting them nor can they avoid the Hell that awaits them.

[I don't care what the Lower Courts said, the U.S. Supreme Court would not hear this Case because they knew they could not rule in Obama's personal favor. It would have just been impossible for them if I was up arguing it.
1- There is no way you can have a people who are Citizens of the U.S. Constitution before it was ratified. That ratification created a new LEGAL JURISDICTION of LAW with which to be born under:

4- It is well said that the Constitution does not in fact say what a [natural born Citizen] is because there is no doubt that [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] clearly negates any Act or Determination by Adoption. There is no Judge in the United States who is going to say that anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not a [natural born Citizen]. Get that? Zero!
5- Clearly the Qualification for Representatives and Senators is [Citizen] and not [natural born Citizen]It's a Constitutional Right that America can propagate her own [natural born Citizens] and a violation of our Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution to adhere otherwise.

Lance Edward Armstrong (born Lance Edward Gunderson, September 18, 1971) is an American former professional road racing cyclist. The epic downfall of Barack Obama stained the U.S. Presidency in a way never realized in corruption in politics involving Politicians and the American People who had no standing as ruled by the lower courts while the highest Court refused, even unjustly dismissing Forma Pauperis Motion granted by lower courts in desperation to cover up the political atrocity. The crowd did not have Standing to object to any cheating in the Race. The American Political contest for the highest office of the land is known as The Race for the Presidency. It's a grueling marathon that surpasses even the training of 2200 mile Tour de France, The Boston Marathon, or the 156 mile Marathon des Sables through the Sahara in southern Morocco. The Presidential Race often begins two years prior the Vote.
Cody Robert Judy has been through three of them- 2008- 2012- and 2016. It should be no surprise he's run an official marathon (2013) Time 4 hours 44 minutes which averages over the 26.2 miles a good 10 minute mile. Not really good for marathon standards, but respectable for the Clydesdale Division which is for men 200 pounds and over. Marathons are not something typical football players run.
In Cody's words, the Presidential Race is much tougher than running a marathon race. It's a battle of not quitting every single day for years that requires selfless sacrifice. There is no pay for it. There is a lot of time, talent, and sacrifice that is involved.

A Right is something protected-a action or state that which is morally correct, just, or honorable. The violation of a right is something reprehensible, unjust, and dishonorable. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court chose to dismiss a Motion for Forma Pauperis in the Order of dismissing Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in no way dismisses the clarity of the right or it's just and honorable cause of action - to run a fair race, under the rules of the race declared in the U.S. Constitution.
Obama's inherited foreign citizenship from his father was the obvious disqualification. The not so obvious one was his fabricated long form birth certificate. It wasn't really necessary and made for a wild goose which simply beefed up the delegitimization based on a disqualification standard assured by Place or Soil of Birth which is the jurisdiction one is born under. Both soil and inheritance of Parents are the considerations required for the [natural born Citizens] of America - those owing no foreign allegiance but to America.
Obama was corrupt and ineligible the moment he entered the Race for the Office of President. Because of the fabrication of the long form birth certificate, we can only assume if we dismiss the idea that a foreign father was a foreign citizenship he inherited, that a cover up of true place of birth was undertaken.
This would have provided the motive to fabricate or use a forgery and represent it as a Original when it has been proven not to be so.
To dismiss the principle of [inherited citizenship by parent] is to dismiss a common practice of Law Enforcement and our Principles of adoption or naturalization.
We cannot forget either birth or parents in the Civil Right under the U.S. Constitution to have a fair and equitable Race for the Presidency or Office of the President.
Obama will go down in history like another who cheated -Lance Armstrong because Ineligibility does not Inevitably win the Race- Black or White and Bad Examples can be Good Reminders.

Accomadating the new Amendment passed by Congress Obama is set to retire in the County helped the least during his tenure at the White House - right smack dab in Cook County South Side of Chicago, Illinois- Harrison District to be exact. 6,000 illegally handled guns that have been seized and just as many homicides in two years . Actually Congress has passed no Amendment stating such should happen, however it does beg the question that if such were the case, how might Politicians act while in Office and what might they do? While Politicians are quick to whip out their six-shooter and blast "gun-violence" the autonomy of guns is clear, and the following statement actually coherent:

This leads us right back to the deportation of jobs and with it "Hope & Change", and the incredible anti-American anti-Constitutional Anti-American Jobs Butcher blacks actually over-whelming voted for in 2008 and 2012- Barack Obama. You really have to stretch your imagination to say Obama has helped blacks by saying as Al Sharpton did Obama never proposed passed anything that hurt blacks. What about that "Helped Blacks"? If you count an exploding Food Stamp Crisis and a madatory penalty for not purchasing Health Care Coverage you might be on to something.
The reality is if you are requiring Food Stamps your wages are not bringing in enough, because your job or lack there of is affecting you adversely. As Obama has been on a foreign nation job building binge you understand how NAFTA and TPP is going to work to help foreigners much more than the inner city dependency. And those Fat-Cats in both parties applying and employing the foreign trade labor force for higher profits by not having to pay unenployment wages and a good American Wage want more of the same with Hillary.
They said [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents didn't matter to you and it didn't matter to Obama either with his "American-loyalty Factor" checked- well- apparently it didn't to blacks either, because they got what they wanted maybe even what they as a majority voted for. Obama sold every American for what now is a 20 Trillion Dollar National Debt- 10 Trillion on his watch. You really can't say Obama wasn't financed well, because he's been the best and most well financed defacto Pres in U.S. History which makes his failure even more stunning and absolute.
You really gotta start to wonder if you were in the seat of God in Heaven, how in the world the United States People don't get the message don't you? 10 Trillion! 70K per person and 6,000 homocides in Chicago where the devil is let loose amongst a People who voted for that Hope & Change. If ever prayer was needed it is needed here in America the most now, because Prayer is the suplication of a change in spirit and hope is the seed which leads to a desire for the fruit of change.
If Hillary Clinton wins the 2016 Election, we might surmise "Women" will be in for just as big of a the lesson of a lifetime, but I do not think that she will make it two terms. Women will get the message far faster than those who were black who voted for Obama based on the Hitleristic Chromosomian featured flawed principle decision making process.
Voting for someone because they are "black" or a "women" is just the same in my opinion as voting for someone who wants to exterminate someone because they are a "Jew" and set up a superior race that is blue eyed and blond haired. The two decisions are undoubtedly based in chromosomial theory.
It's just unreal that American women and American blacks are falling for it, but this is the nature of divisional politics and we are watching it played out.
There actually might be just a little more sense in voting for a "rich person" who on one hand you might say bought the office of the president, and on the other hand you could say 'cared enough to see something was wrong" Wealth isn't necessarily chromosomial based. But it makes for interesting conversation for us.
Is Donald Trump 10BillionaireExtrodinaire never elected to any political office more prepared to raise up jobs in America and by his business savvy infuse jobs jobs jobs, and by that create opportunity - hope and then some change?
I believe it is as bad of a precedent to expect a rich man to buy his way into Heaven when the Lord says it's easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than a rich man into heaven.
Detractors of Donald undoubtly cringe with the thought of buying the Office of the President, but they lapse in understanding the same thing has happened with Hillary as she peddeled the pay-to-play foreign exchange deposit box of the Clinton Charities. And this brings us to the next question: Who can, will, and has protected women more?

The arguments of these commentators, who focus on “at birth” and “by birth” rather than on the birth circumstances upon which the Framers relied for defining a natural born citizen, are flawed and cannot serve as any reasonable basis for defining a natural born citizen]

The last case 14-9396 considered closed only October of 2015 (9 months ago) denied arbitrarily the Petitioner's right to have the fees and printing cost waved due to poverty. The court was even sent bank statements showing no possible way to pay the cost of printing and filing fees, yet Justice Sotomayor, presumed to be notable for low income people, responsible for the Tenth Circuit handling of Motions, deliberately slashed the tires of Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in an outrageous affront to low income people!
This has done more for Donald J. Trump's Campaign to the Republican Nomination than any single thing. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg recently called Donald J. Trump a 'Faker', and that is true in the Birther Fields in that Donald J. Trump never filed a single legal paper against his unqualified opponents even when he had Standing to do just that preferring a 'Bullies Way of doing things' to that of Law and Order!
