Watched Glory Road last night and was reminded how important Boundaries and Borders are in the respect Obama stepped out-of-bounds in not being Constitutionally Qualified as a [ natural born Citizen] ie. JO JO White [joined the team mid-season and enjoyed immediate success, entering the 1966 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament. They played dominantly but encountered a physical Texas Western squad, now known as University of Texas at El Paso, in the Midwest regional final. During the first overtime, White took and made a shot (a 35-foot runner) as the buzzer sounded, but [he was ruled out of bounds by referee Rudy Marich]. The team lost this thriller in the 2nd overtime to Texas Western who went on to win the championship.

The game would later go on to be featured in the 2006 film Glory Road about the 1966 Texas Western team.] Glory Road is a 2006 American sports drama film directed by James Gartner, based on a true story surrounding the events leading to the 1966 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship.

If it was just a heel or toe out-of-bounds why should it matter? History would be different if the Coach whose Team was the first all black basketball team on the floor in an NCAA Championship - winning it, had been eliminated in the semi finals.

What the Birthers did for Black People

Far from disgracing Black People, Birthers have been the ones holding Integrity and Justice up for the Black People in the matter of the Constitutionally Ineligible Barack Obama.  With the disgrace of Barack Obama stepping out of bounds, Constitutionally ineligible for the Office of the President, Birthers have been fighting for that integrity through justice and Civil Rights.

Let us assume for some reason that there were no Birthers, but only Reporters using the pejorative Birther. What is going to happen to the image of Black People one day down the road in U.S. History, when Truth comes out like a Fire Hydrant that's been hit? 

We find one Black Man who stepped out of bounds and is as accountable to the law as everyone else is. What if there were no Birthers fighting for the Constitutional Qualification? Barack Obama much more credibly represents a whole group of people in a criminal cover-up. It's like saying all Black People voted for Crime, the demise of Civil Rights, and the Constitution selling themselves and their children back into slavery with the okie doke long form fabrication of Barack Obama while all white People said, "That's fine with us!", except for the Birthers! 

Birthers really have been fighting so that the portrayal of criminal enterprise is NOT representative of the [black people] but of [one individual] accountable and responsible.  Those who defend Barack Obama's criminal enterprise as a Usurper have been working so that ALL black people are blamed when the Truth does come out, and it will come out. Everyone knows it will, it always does.

We see a great parallel with this in the story of Glory Road when we consider Jo Jo White stepping out of bounds and causing or collaborating with the loss of one individual, but the greater TEAM then being allowed to play for the National Championship. 

That NCAA National Championship might not have ever happened if Jo Jo White ( who was black if you didn't know) had been felt sorry for, and his foot going out of bounds, just slipping the Judges/ or Referees Call.

That referee's call on Jo Jo White being out of bounds, ended up being the greatest call for Truth and Integrity, and look what happened because of it! Blacks were not scape-goated, but actually were given a greater opportunity and a whole Nation watched and changed! Now think about the Judges of our Nation who have felt sorry for Barack Obama instead of feeling sorry for the U.S. Constitution in Obama's violation?

You cannot replace Truth and Integrity or winning Legally. Cheaters we know live with a lie the rest of their lives and it's horrible! Whether they are caught or not, it is a awful burden of guilt. We know that guilt comes from the Creator of us in a conscience we know as Spirit. A Peaceful Spirit is most assuredly one of the greatest gifts under the sun.

This is one of the main reasons, regardless of color, the qualifications of the Constitution for the Office of the President must be upheld for everyone equally, and I as a Presidential Candidate have every right to the Civil Rights violations and Penalties caused by Barack Obama's disrespect for Constitutional Law. Obama himself lives under this burden of guilt and fraud, and his soul cry's out for relief. 

Because I am standing up for that relief, I am also acting as Barack Obama's Friend... a True Friend who wants him to be the very best he can be!

The Media has done absolutely no favors for Black People in covering up for Barack Obama using the Birther narrative as a pejorative of slander. They, the MSM, are actually in my opinion doing more harm to many more Black People in the long run of U.S. History. Its not only despicable, in my book it counts as cruelty. 

Birthers have helped Black People take a stand for Integrity and Justice and in no uncertain terms have been Champions for Civil Rights and the greater cause for Minorities in this Nation.

It seems illogical, irrational, even delusional for the Political Party Champions of Civil Rights to go for the Hail Mary with a Quarter Back who had two legs that were broken, but that is exactly what Democrats did, and it makes me shake my head at Rep. Nancy Pelosi even more. It makes me weep for Blacks who hoped their Civil Rights would be made stronger. It is a contradiction of terms to hope for Civil Rights by a walking talking violation of Political Rights.

What Obama could have done if he had been Constitutionally Qualified! They say every champion has a weakness. My own Prison Sentence of eight years that began 24 years ago, wasn't exactly what you see people scrabbling to get put on their resume. (Although, in America.. maybe it should be as it produces a lot more understanding!)

I have now seen that regret in Obama's own words much more clear than I did before.

[In his final weeks in office, Obama addressed racism, maintaining in a CNN interview that it wasn't a major component in GOP opposition to his agenda. But, he said, it was a factor for some Americans. "Are there folks whose primary concern about me has been that I seem foreign, the other? Are those who champion the 'birther' movement feeding off of bias? Absolutely," he told CNN.]

What I now see in that statement is that the GOP used Obama's lack of Constitutional Qualification as the "LEVERAGE" to pin Democrats to the floor rather than risk Democrats recovering from a INELIGIBILITY IMPEACHMENT HEARING and it sickens me.

I think if you read between the lines of what Obama said, simply because there was absolutely no Cyanide Birther Pill that made any difference at all with Congress, the Courts, or the General Public in the Electoral College, what Obama is saying in just a little different wording would be:

It wasn't Racism that hurt me the most, it was my ineligibility that ham-strung me because the GOP constantly reminded me they could have my head on a spit, so I better do what they said"

Obama ended up being Republicans best friend, there was hardly a budget or anything really important that Obama didn't get. His Administration was hardily the most well financed Administration in the history of the U.S. Government if you count the Federal Deficit before Obama took office and look at it now. U.S. Ends Fiscal 2016 With 1.4 Trillion Dollar Increase - that's your Republican Congress Spending at the Purse Folks!

The United States government closed out the 2016 fiscal year that ended a few days ago on Friday September 30th with a debt level of $19,573,444,713,936.79.  That’s an increase of $1,422,827,047,452.46 over last year’s fiscal year close.

That view was supported in a Pew poll last month that found 35 percent of those surveyed believed Obama would be remembered most for his health care legislation — double those who said it would be for being the first black president.
Kruse also says Obama stayed true to his promise to be colorblind. "He really tried to be a president of all people."
In hindsight, Harris sees that as a failed strategy. "How can you be colorblind in an increasingly racially polarized nation?" he asks.]

The biggest reason Obama could not be a Black President is because he was Constitutionally Ineligible. It's a faux pas to say the lie behind Republican Rhinos was not Obama and it's a lie to say the Civil Rights can be best defended by someone who is a walking talking violation of the U.S. Constitution.

I don't care what the Lower Courts said, the U.S. Supreme Court would not hear this Case because they knew they could not rule in Obama's personal favor. It would have just been impossible for them if I was up arguing it.

1- There is no way you can have a people who are Citizens of the U.S. Constitution before it was ratified. That ratification created a new LEGAL JURISDICTION of LAW with which to be born under.

2- That's the REASON that ART. II., Section 1, C-5 included in the Qualifications for President

       a- [CITIZEN] at the Time of the Adoption of this Constitution

       b. [NATURAL BORN CITIZEN] for those thereafter ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents

3- Congress cannot make [natural born Citizens] with [naturalization (or in other words Adoption Law)]. The two terms are polar opposites as clearly as Adoption is from a literal Blood Birth] Congress has [naturalization powers]

4- It is well said that the Constitution does not in fact say what a [natural born Citizen] is because there is no doubt that [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] clearly negates any Act or Determination by Adoption. There is  no Judge in the United States who is going to say that anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not a [natural born Citizen]. Get that? Zero!

5- Clearly the Qualification for Representatives and Senators is [Citizen] and not [natural born Citizen]

6- The 14th Amendment when ever it was used in argument was and always has been a [naturalization] argument not a [natural born Citizen] argument. (for those who argue Wong Kim Ark changed anything)

7- Minor v. Happersett clear states there was never a doubt that those born of the Country to it's Citizens are themselves the [natural born Citizens] and to the others there have been doubts. That's U.S. Supreme Court precedent.

8- Congress men and women 8 times since 2003 tried to change the definition but those attempts failed in Congressional Votes. Ask yourself why? Why attempt to change anything on the [natural born Citizen] requirement for President if it always meant [Citizen] as the requirement for Representatives and Senators has been? And why was [Citizen] actually mentioned in the Constitution for those who were present at the time of the Adoption if they could have been [natural born Citizens] in the first place?

BEING BLACK and UNQUALIFIED meant BEING BLACKMAILED

The greatest failure for Obama was not the fact that he was Black, but the fact that he could be Blackmailed by those in Congress who knew damn well he was not a [natural born Citizen] and could use it to threaten him! 

The fact Congress has not had a single HEARING on this is not a testimony of legitimacy for Republicans, it's a witness they used it against Obama legally... secretly... but legally. That hemmed Obama up from actually being a black President.

You know one of the most disturbing things for me as a Democrat is to see the fall out of Democrats Obama has created across the Country. Do republicans for Trump credit a Democratic Party Presidential Candidate for holding Obama's feet to the fire in the U.S. Supreme Court whilst not a single main stream Republican Candidate set foot in Court against Obama. 

How can they say nothing good comes out of the Democratic Party while their own have failed so miserably to hold the Constitution up and instead or rather preferred to use Black Mail tactics on the American Public?

It was very bitter reading another AP Story that highlighted the misery Obama has caused for the Democratic Party in losing over 1,000 races, and basically being in competition with the DNC for funds that would go to Local Races. Three Excerpts include:

Of course it's hard to deny the similarities of U.S. Senator and declared 2016 Presidential Candidate Rand Paul's new book "Taking A Stand: Moving Beyond Partisan Politics to Unite America" with '08, '12, and '2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy's (CRJ) Taking A Stand - The Conservative Independent Voice published in 2008, we noticed from this mornings May 19th,2015 article by Alexander Bolton published at THEHILL.COM and republished by half a dozen other patriot news outlets on the internet. Cody just wishes that those in Elected Positions especially running for the same office would at the very least use their voice and pulpits to take a stand for Article II, Section I, Clause 5's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President and would write an Amicus Curiae Brief as a sign they actually supported the Constitutions demands in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Taking a stand actually requires more than patronizing lip service, Cody said.

"I was just sitting there reading Bolton's article and got to the last two paragraphs after reading about his busing reporters around to drum up support like McCain and got to the last two paragraphs and Bam! there it was. [McCain once called him a 'wacho bird', but Paul said he doesn't mind. "We're proud of that. We put that on the back cover," he said, referring to his new book, Taking a Stand: Moving Beyond Partisan Politics to Unite America.]

Judy acknowledged, "We did make a new commercial for my book Taking a Stand in September 2014 uploaded on his YouTube Station, and its available in every Barnes & Noble, mainstream book service like Amazon, and is available in hardback, soft cover, and digital streamed on Nook with his publisher. It would be very hard for a Presidential Candidate not to notice with a quick research of the Title there wasn't another Presidential Candidate that actually had that main title. Judy admitted he had a dream of the title for his book before publishing it, which was why he decided upon it.

"Mine does have my Platform for President in it", Cody said,"and I think it would have been very hard to miss by Rand's Publishers "Center Street" his book is also available at Barnes and Noble. I'm quite sure if he didn't want it to be an issue it wouldn't be."

Far from similarities of a title of the book, Rand's stand and Cody's stand are quite different. "Of course we have similarities and I for one appreciate his touting prison reform". In a recent article Paul scathed Hillary Clinton's husband for 'putting a generation of blacks in prison' also published at The Hill by the same author Alexander Bolton.

CRJ continued, " You know the scathing saddness about all the Republican Candidates has been their lack of integrity upon the primary or center point of our Constitution. They will not, have not, and won't take a stand especially for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification for the Office of the President. If you're an elected U.S. Senator you are bound to at least know the qualifications of the office your holding is "Citizen" and that makes the requirement for the President's office natural born Citizen all that more glaring because its different and acknowledged for the Vice Presidential position also."

"I think it also an undeniable and remarkable reason that "Being Elected" for any other office wasn't a particular requirement for being President. All of these guys and gals elected are who you might call the 'elect' people and of course that specification is mentioned in the Bible verse of Mark 13:32."

"With U.S. Senator Ted Cruz I think one of his "signs of the Times" was 'renounced his Canadian Citizenship' that he acknowledged only recently finding out about. I mean, come on, how stupid do you think people are?"

The saddest part is people not understanding of course the Government has the ability to confer Citizenship through a naturalization process, and sometimes the naturalization process is looked upon as automatic, or goes without stating or getting the recommended documentation, but they are still listed under their circumstances of birth as Senator Cruz and Senator Rubio are under naturalization adoption laws of Nationals and Citizens at birth Title 8 USC 1401 a-g, as I point out in my U.S. Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Being a "Citizen" at birth does not mean being a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President."

"The Identification of Circumstances of Birth in Naturalization Criteria is a Government Identification of not being a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President."

"Unfortunately, we have very few elected officials,wait a minute, let me be honest, no elected officials wanting to make legislative enemies with their colleagues and I'm afraid that makes for a constitutionally toxic environment that begrudgingly is deferred to the Judicial Branch as the legislative branch has no problems crucifying our Constitution on both sides of the isle. It is a sad fact that on this central feature of our Constitution requiring a stricter standard for the Office of the President, all of these elected Representatives and Senators have their eyes on that prize and their standards of morality slip."

"I think that is the main reason that actually being elected to another office doesn't mean that character and leadership for the Office of the President are automatic for those who have been elected. In fact in this instance, which is the central national security red button position, I think its a disregard that our Country can no longer afford, and one that definitely needs to be addressed by the Court."

"I for one have not let being elected decide my course of defense for our Nation. For instance, Allen West plainly stated he wanted to be elected as the reason he would not stand against Obama's ineligibility and fabrications of identification. Rand Paul said, I am not a Birther referencing both parties, based on the what the 2012 Main Stream Media called a 'racist birther lie'. That implication is RACIST and a Lie because I as a Candidate for President sued McCain and Obama in the last two Presidential Elections. The record is covered in some 15 Court Cases I've been involved in and am constantly reminding them of. This substantiates the Main Stream Media agenda for it refuses to acknowledge the record in Court!"

The due date for the Respondents to respond in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the United States Supreme Court is May 20th, 2015.
