Of course it's hard to deny the similarities of U.S. Senator and declared 2016 Presidential Candidate Rand Paul's new book "Taking A Stand: Moving Beyond Partisan Politics to Unite America" with '08, '12, and '2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy's (CRJ) Taking A Stand - The Conservative Independent Voice published in 2008, we noticed from this mornings May 19th,2015 article by Alexander Bolton published at THEHILL.COM and republished by half a dozen other patriot news outlets on the internet. Cody just wishes that those in Elected Positions especially running for the same office would at the very least use their voice and pulpits to take a stand for Article II, Section I, Clause 5's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President and would write an Amicus Curiae Brief as a sign they actually supported the Constitutions demands in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Taking a stand actually requires more than patronizing lip service, Cody said.
"I was just sitting there reading Bolton's article and got to the last two paragraphs after reading about his busing reporters around to drum up support like McCain and got to the last two paragraphs and Bam! there it was. [McCain once called him a 'wacho bird', but Paul said he doesn't mind. "We're proud of that. We put that on the back cover," he said, referring to his new book, Taking a Stand: Moving Beyond Partisan Politics to Unite America.]
Judy acknowledged, "We did make a new commercial for my book Taking a Stand in September 2014 uploaded on his YouTube Station, and its available in every Barnes & Noble, mainstream book service like Amazon, and is available in hardback, soft cover, and digital streamed on Nook with his publisher. It would be very hard for a Presidential Candidate not to notice with a quick research of the Title there wasn't another Presidential Candidate that actually had that main title. Judy admitted he had a dream of the title for his book before publishing it, which was why he decided upon it. TAKING A STAND -The Conservative Independent Voice
"Mine does have my Platform for President in it", Cody said,"and I think it would have been very hard to miss by Rand's Publishers "Center Street" his book is also available at Barnes and Noble. I'm quite sure if he didn't want it to be an issue it wouldn't be."
Far from similarities of a title of the book, Rand's stand and Cody's stand are quite different. "Of course we have similarities and I for one appreciate his touting prison reform". In a recent article Paul scathed Hillary Clinton's husband for 'putting a generation of blacks in prison' also published at The Hill by the same author Alexander Bolton.
CRJ continued, " You know the scathing saddness about all the Republican Candidates has been their lack of integrity upon the primary or center point of our Constitution. They will not, have not, and won't take a stand especially for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification for the Office of the President. If you're an elected U.S. Senator you are bound to at least know the qualifications of the office your holding is "Citizen" and that makes the requirement for the President's office natural born Citizen all that more glaring because its different and acknowledged for the Vice Presidential position also."
"I think it also an undeniable and remarkable reason that "Being Elected" for any other office wasn't a particular requirement for being President. All of these guys and gals elected are who you might call the 'elect' people and of course that specification is mentioned in the Bible verse of Mark 13:32."
"With U.S. Senator Ted Cruz I think one of his "signs of the Times" was 'renounced his Canadian Citizenship' that he acknowledged only recently finding out about. I mean, come on, how stupid do you think people are?"
The saddest part is people not understanding of course the Government has the ability to confer Citizenship through a naturalization process, and sometimes the naturalization process is looked upon as automatic, or goes without stating or getting the recommended documentation, but they are still listed under their circumstances of birth as Senator Cruz and Senator Rubio are under naturalization adoption laws of Nationals and Citizens at birth Title 8 USC 1401 a-g, as I point out in my U.S. Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Being a "Citizen" at birth does not mean being a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President."

That implication is RACIST and a Lie because I as a Candidate for President sued McCain and Obama in the last two Presidential Elections. The record is covered in some 15 Court Cases I've been involved in and am constantly reminding them of. This substantiates the Main Stream Media agenda for it refuses to acknowledge the record in Court!"
The due date for the Respondents to respond in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the United States Supreme Court is May 20th, 2015.

Republicans tout a 'conservative' stand upon many issues, but what you don't really hear is Democrats touting how conservative they are on so many issues. What is becoming easier and easier for voters to see is that what they are hearing from the Parties Main Stream Candidates rarely adds up to what is actually represented. Let me give you an example, instead of stemming off the flow of contributions from unqualified Republican Candidates like Rubio, Cruz and Jindal, according to the demands of the 'natural born Citizen' requirement in the Constitution's demands for the Office of the President and the succinct 'naturalization' laws that applies to each of those candidates, you don't see Jeb Bush, Rand Paul, Rick Perry,Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum,John Kasich, Carly Fiorina, even remotely warning the 'BASE' of the Republican Party of the fraud commenced by those individuals collecting money for an Office they are not qualified for.
Under normal circumstances isn't that a question that everyone ought to be asking all of these Candidates? I mean to cover that question narrows the field down tremendously, conserves otherwise wasted contributions, and reduces the culpability of fraud upon voters. Don't the qualified candidates even want to protect their own Campaigns and their own party members they'd call the 'base' from the wolfs as these Candidates are among the sheep?
I mean if I was a Republican Candidate like Jeb Bush, I think a swipe at the three little wolfs might save some pork! Rubio and Cruz have already swiped millions of dollars form the kitty. Now why do I as a Democratic Party Candidate for President say such things so early in the race? Well, one of the reasons is because unlike Candidate Hillary Clinton, I have some experience in Court on the conservative principle of eligibility all the Republicans disdain with their words and actions. The don't even try to hide the fact that their so far left into the communist caves of the Mountain that to call them Conservative makes even them laugh.
You just can't be conservative and give up the Nation to Foreigners. You just can't be conservative with no interest in protecting our Country from foreign enemies you usher into the White House with no objection or single utterance of our Constitution's, "Objection Your Honor!". The biggest reason I can't and haven't ever stood as a Republican is because Jesus Christ himself took a whip to the money changers in the temple courtyard. He just flat out lost it when it come to the hypocrisy he couldn't stomach and that has much to do with calling yourself 'conservative', but not representing the issues and core principles that are conservative especially in the qualifications for the president found in the Constitution.
Its probably the biggest reason though I have sometimes stayed my Democratic party affiliations toward the center straying as an Independent, when the mainstream of the Democratic Party went so far left I just couldn't agree,but I have not felt one inkling to every go Republican and my book "Taking A Stand"'s subtitle is 'The conservative independent voice'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaZvGHiNYHY
Although I've run more races as a underdog Democrat in U.S Rep 2002, U.S. Sen. 2004, U.S. Pres 2012, I did run as an Independent in 2008 for President and in 2010 as a U.S. Senate Candidate as well as finishing up 2012 as a write-in for Pres because Democrats just made the wrong decision with an ineligible and unqualified Obama that I could not vote for.
Who are the biggest hypocrites in the Main Stream Media? Who constantly tells you that 'conservative principles' are good and that 'liberalism' is a malignant cancer while they to this day after day and have probably made more money off of Obama than anyone, while they support and say good things about Rubio and Cruz for President? These are the wolves that keep their sheep covers on, and they are wolfs when it comes to loving the ultra liberal pinata party bash of the Constitution's demand for a 'natural born Citizen' Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents.
NOW WHO ARE THE TRUE CONSERVATIVES
Are people who support a Citizens' independent right to have the same tax right offs available to everyone in partnerships afforded and institutionalized by the Government according to the Constitution's principles 'conservative' or liberal? Well, the Constitution is the base line of conservatism according to every 'conservative radio talk show host' I've ever heard so I guess we'd have to say Democrats are conservatives towards the equality of every Citizen's right to marry.
Does the right to getting married at the court house that the Government provides with a Justice of the Peace mean that the right of any particular religion in America is infringed? No, because the Government is of no particular religion and actually is called to abstain from making any law respecting an establishment of religion in the 1st Amendment of our Constitution. Are Democrats respecting the totality of "all religions to practice what they preach" conservative? Why Yes, that is a conservative ideal.
Are Republicans who say, "a Justice-of-the-Peace performing a Government sanctioned SS (Same-Sex)marriage is infringing upon a particular religious belief, conservative or ultra liberal communist? Well, you'd have to say they are ultra-liberal communist because they are representing that the U.S. Government is a religion rather than separate, making laws respecting a religion which is anti-Constitution and pro state communist.
Now could Religions and the Government instead represent the right for religions to choose to perform according to their own particular beliefs SS marriages and OS marriages? Why certainly that freedom of religion should always exist in the U.S. and under the Constitution. That is a conservative stand and if a Judge or Justice took it upon themselves to force a religion to perform a marriage in their church than indeed that would be the Government's intrusion upon that particular religion. That is again a 'conservative stand' based on the Constitution.
When Civil Rights of an Individual becomes an issue who do people turn to more? Twas President Lincoln a Republican who freed the slaves, but it is also Republicans who would invoke an unjust incarceration upon a free U.S. Citizen women for nine months in favor of the rights of an gestating embryo who had not even taken a breath of life yet, who could not yet vote, and did not have the U.S. Constitution's Jurisdiction as a Citizen and call her a murderer worthy of a death sentence if she chose an abortion? Yes, the body is all formed in the casket too, but there is not life. God formed the body and then breathed the life into the body which was an independent soul we recall in Genesis 2:7. Only an independent soul can be murdered.
Of course, Civil Rights in our modern times has usually been the Democrats fought hard for by MLK Jr and the great inspiration he was in getting the purpose of the law fulfilled with a Republican President LBJ, however, when it comes to the Civil Rights that are affected by the same qualifications being held as a Standard for an ineligible candidate for President and an eligible one, where do people go? They sure don't go to Barack Obama.
Well, they haven't gone to Republicans either as we can see, not one Candidate for President is screaming about the ineligibility of three of their own fellow Republicans but there is a Democrat people can turn to in myself, who has been willing on Record, the only one in America by the way, to take Republican or Democrat to Court for the standard of the constitution protecting the Citizenry and the future of our Country for generations to come. If I cannot bring the facts to the light, your only asking that the facts be kept in the darkness for your own gain and to protect your own cave in the ultra left wing communist cave, where I find no light!
You know if an illegal immigrant walked into our U.S. Courts filing a discrimination suit against our Government for not giving everyone in the world in fact social security, medicare, and medicaid the Courts would laugh him out of the Court room, put the cuffs on him and deport him. He's illegal! He's not qualified for those benefits.
The same is true for Obama,Rubio,Cruz,Jindal, McCain and others who are not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, for the office of the President. They are illegal for that office if they are not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and some naturalization law applies to them. When a naturalization law applies to you, and the specifications of it authorized by Congress apply, you are not a natural born Citizen, you are a naturalized citizen. The first people that know this are politicians. Don't be fooled by them saying they don't know or they have to research it. That is asking for a license to defraud the vote, defraud the contributions pool, and the public.
Those who are qualified who lack the courage to at least stand up and say as a potential Candidate for President, "Those guys are not qualified I wouldn't give them a dime", are accomplices of defrauding the vote, defrauding the contributions pool, and the public and I wouldn't vote for them either because they have no courage to stand up for you and the truth that will set us free.
So we have talked a little bit about the Mountain of Communism that every ultra liberal Republican Candidate has a cave in so far that has declared or sent a message of declaring to the public they might run for President, and Democrats really only have one Candidate who has taken on the issue both in an in-house clean up, as well as cleaning the opposite parties house.
Now one of the points I want to make clear is that if Hillary Clinton were the nominee for Democrats, which is extremely presumptive in her circumstances, and she were to hope that Republicans nominated for their nominee a Candidate who was not qualified under the Constitution as a strategy for winning in a close race that a Court would then decide upon, such as what happened in the 'chad' election between "George W. Bush v. Al Gore" one of the defense that would be used by the Republican Nominee against her would be that she didn't represent it as a standard through out her entire Campaign. The Court doesn't like or appreciate that.
If a Candidate has represented it, warned and warned and advocated and advocated against a illegal and unqualified Candidate then put to the Judge, he would turn to the illegal and unqualified Candidate and say,"Well, it wasn't as if this hasn't been brought up to you. You've heard and heard and reheard the vocalization of the law and just refused to believe it. You deserve to lose."
A Judge would appreciate that much more than if it was a tie vote and one Candidate decided the other wasn't qualified and all of a sudden becomes a Constitutional Hero for the Qualification for the Office of the President while she served as Secretary of State to the unqualified one of her own party, but he might also have to say especially if he were partial to her, "I guess the Constitution has got to be upheld now so Cruz,Rubio,Jindal you lose".
The other idea of a Mountain of Communism the Republicans espouse in the ultra liberal weakness for the qualifications for the Office of the President is that they indeed have now four Candidates officially running or that have run in the Presidential Race in McCain, Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal and the Democrats have only one- Obama. Who has more Candidates in the is ultra liberal Communist Mountain - Republicans or Democrats?
This is why Conservatives who are Republicans now really need to start considering switching Parties and voting for Cody Robert Judy in the primaries next year. A Party is really about who your voting for anyway as we see being a Republican doesn't mean your a conservative and being a Democrat doesn't mean your an Ultra Left Wing Communist Hack. There are many more ways that Democrats are conservative and Republicans are ultra-liberal, but I'll make that another article.

FEATURED EDITORIAL: THE POST & EMAIL BREAKING REPORT PIRATING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION - Are Birthers to Blame?
As the backdoor is closed on Hollywood’s Oscar night and Lady GaGa was quoted by a dear friend and former Mrs. Utah and runner up to Mrs. America Rachelle Clements as having ‘shed the meat suit’ and wowed us with a surprisingly thrilling ‘Rodger and Hammerstein score’ from The Sound of Music, a testament of talent in many different costumes, they have indeed lobbied for anti pirating warnings and penalties going to a great effort to sure up their copyrights were protected even though pirates and the definition of pirating though mentioned is not spelled out in the United States Constitution directly. So, why can’t Hollywood understand the differences of “U.S. Citizen” spelled out as a qualification for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators from the “natural born Citizen” requirement spelled out for the Office of the President?

Indeed, the Hollywood and Entertainment lobby and others have pushed with so much foreign theft going on of their products for stricter protections of their data property. In 2012 a new federal regulation regarding the FBI’s Anti-Piracy Warning (APW) Seal took effect on August 13, 2012. The new 41 CFR Section 128-1.5009 authorizes use of the APW Seal by all U.S. copyright holders, subject to specific conditions of use. Copyrighted works can include, but are not limited to, films, audio recordings, electronic media, software, books, photographs, etc. The seal demonstrates the words clearly echoing the standards of “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity” and I think raises serious questions to even potential candidates like Sen. Rand Paul ,Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio as to even being competent to the duties of the President to ‘preserve, protect, and defend’ the U.S. Constitution.
It’s a fair question, “Where would Hollywood be if all their talent, all their time, and all their products were just pirated out of the U.S. by pirates and sold or ‘redistributed’ for the Pirates own profit? One could say there is no protected U.S. interest dearer then ‘property’. The conundrum question is why would Hollywood want to set up a pirate in the Office of the President to do just that when it came to their own property they had fought so hard for?
This essentially spells out exactly why ‘natural born Citizen’ was inserted as a higher standard for the Office of the President which was not exacted for the offices of Representatives and Senators that actually allows foreign influence by birth place or parent(s). And also why when the higher standard is diluted, watered down, or hypothesized as succinct to ‘citizen’ that an act of Constitutional Piracy is going on. This helps one identify pirates or candidates attempting to steal from your rights, also not expressly defined in the Constitution but well understood. After all what is ‘free speech’? Something you heard and didn’t pay for? Something you said and impossibly didn’t spend any calories on? We could go on, but that is exactly the ridiculous argument that flows from security through obscurity- the ability to obscure that which is in plain sight and understood.
Indeed it is not a testament of isolationism our Founders and Framers were afraid of as leniency for foreigners was provided in many important offices including both houses of Congress and all the Courts whose qualification for offices did not require being a ‘natural born Citizen’, but rather ‘Citizen’ with time specifications differing. In fact, even the Office of the President was at one time able to be divested upon some form of alienship as was included in the Constitution for the Office of the President as is stated in Art II, Sect. I Clause 5, “Or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”.
Amid a flurry of eight attempts to change even since 2003 but steadfastly enduring has been the national security protection that charged two full generations must pass an individual’s history free of foreign influence before being qualified for the Office of the President excepting those as stated above.
“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;”
Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents meets the no foreigner-state-of-person defining the difference between those who were born in foreign lands and to foreign parents who are welcomed as Citizens and able to hold very high offices in the U.S. Government but are not qualified because of the single generational status caused by either a foreign place of birth or a foreign parental influence. Considering the “Welcome Mat” of Americans winning elections in Foreign States, I’d say America has a very beautiful red carpet that is stunning for most willing to come through the front door and stick around. Trouble exist of course when those with foreign backgrounds by birth or parent or histories through their ego’s begin to succumb to the calls of the disqualifying factor as more then what exist in the U.S. Constitution.
Who would we expect to object first to the U.S. Constitution’s Qualification Demands in the Office of the President? Of course, it would be those who are not qualified because of their single generation state of U.S. Citizen but who had been given so much as an elected office in this great new Nation among Nations of the World. Rather than honor the U.S. Constitution being grateful for the sweetest opportunity America opens her arms to in so many different offices, they choose to dishonor the Country of which they represent by obscuring their own disqualification and substituting it with their own ego. That’s what Pirating is all about folks. Taking something that’s not yours to buy or have. There some things that are so precious to a family they are not for sale.
Rather than acknowledge this in the Office of the President, they have fits of rage and exclamation that they can pay the price as if the Office of the President is for sale to the highest billion dollar winner. When dollars are not wanted theft becomes the answer. If they won’t sell it, we’ll steal it. Imagine a grandmother holding the most precious item in her arms she has. Imagine she has paid a great deal of time and afforded and seen great sacrifices in protecting it. Maybe it is actually a who and is her grandchild. Maybe it is her wedding ring that has been worn so many days and was given to her many years ago by her husband whose passed on. Imagine a candidate for president walking up to the Grandmother and grabbing it and pulling it away from her by force or by bullying her.
It means nothing to the Pirate compared to the Grandmother. To him its only a tank of gasoline for his next conquest and to fill his own war chest. To her, its years and years of time that can never be paid for with a dollar amount. The office of the Presidency of the United States of America is special folks requiring two full generations of time to qualify for. It’s a dream of possibilities for parents immigrating and becoming U.S. Citizens for their children.
It is an Office that is only qualified for with a dedication of time and that in itself makes it honored. That’s why I think it’s such an awful shame of dis-honor and malcontent for the rights of all secured under the U.S. Constitution to pirate that office.
More than anything my heart broke to hear Sen. Rand Paul like his father steer clear of being a Birther. As he’s interviewed here in a short clip, pay close attention to the words and frame job by the Reporter doing the interview and the very clear mistake or assertion that is made. She sets the bait and the trap in one sentence speaking to U.S. Sen. Rand Paul about Sen. Ted Cruz:
“You’ve heard this whole situation; he was born in Canada to a mother who was from Delaware, so she was a natural born American and a father who was born in Cuba at the time. So the law, we looked into it, says he should be eligible to run for President. Do you agree?”
By the way, his mother being born in Delaware does not imply she’s a ‘natural born Citizen’. It indicates she’s at least a ‘Citizen’ which then passes on the same state to her child- ‘Citizen’. It has no implications of inheritance of a ‘natural born Citizen’ to Sen. Cruz which is attained she inadvertently suggest by dis-honoring his father from Cuba (Cuban Citizenship) and his birth in Canada (Soil or native Citizenship).
And a U.S. Senator elected to office swearing to uphold the U.S. Constitution and perhaps even running for President himself in 2016 refuses to take a stand for the Office in which literally the execution of law resides. Folks, if you’re willing to concede the Office of the President to foreign first generation Americans you might as well concede the Country to foreign States and Pirates who have the greatest salivation in obtaining it.
What’ does U.S. Sen. Rand Paul say?
“You won’t find me questioning his eligibility. I..I..I.. decided a long time ago I’m not going to be a Birther.”
She says laughing, “You’re not going to be a Birther?” and her laughter continues.
Rand continues, “ I’m not a Birther for Republicans I’m not a Birther for Democrats I’m staying out of that.”
She quips, “That’s a smart move”.

In other words, I have no courage to take a stand for the U.S. Constitution when it comes to defending the highest standards reserved for the Office of the President and the attempts at pirating it happening right in front of my face. Folks if he has not, fidelity, bravery, and integrity to preserve the most powerful position in our Government from foreigners and their off-spring, how could you possibly think he has the assets to protect your artistic products and property? I mean what sense does it make to thank Sen. Rand Paul for saving your favorite coffee mug whilst your whole house is dragged away by the Pirate Ship? At least you got the mug? It just doesn’t make any sense.
Senator Rand Paul is one that doesn’t have any problem qualifying for the Office of the President as a natural born Citizen, but you can see by his response it takes bravery as another principle; and the product of bravery are, deeds. I listened to Sen. Cruz speaking to the Iowa Freedom Summit say he wanted to talk about ‘Bold Colors’. He elaborated America was not defined by pastels and weakness, but by Bold Colors. He stated those defending the U.S. Constitution would bear the stripes of it.
Where has Sen. Cruz stood up against Obama’s fake identifications? Where are Sen. Cruz’s stripes against a fake long form birth certificate and a fake draft registration and a fraudulent social security number and sealed college records? It’s a fair assessment to say he has no stripes in defending the BIGGEST FRAUD AMERICA has ever witnessed! Can he be proud of that or should he be somewhat regretful or as Sen. McCain stated ashamed?
In this next video CNN’s Wolf Blitzer hails Sen. Cruz as a Tea Party favorite for 2016. Has Wolf Blitzer lost his mind or does he not know that the biggest Tea Party in America has taken a stand against Obama’s fabrications in the endorsement of the Cold Case Posse’s investigation and Report? In this video listen carefully, Sen. Cruz admits and calls himself a Citizen, not a natural born Citizen. While many ears on not trained to catch it, as a Candidate myself for President suing McCain and Obama in ‘08 , ’12, ‘13 and ‘14 I catch it and implore you to not just listen but hear!
Now CNN’s Athena Jones is who Wolf brings into the conversation and what you should hear her say while she’s backing up they have talked to ‘Constitutional Experts’ on the deal is the point that all of them probably explained to her, “That the Constitution doesn’t define who is a natural born Citizen”. Notice she leaves out that the Constitution does not define who a Pirate of the Constitution is either, but Pirates are mentioned. She also says, “The Supreme Court has never ruled on this issue”.
Well, while it is true the U.S. Supreme Court has not taken two Candidates for the Office of the President; one claiming harm against the other in the Campaign showing standing, based on that qualification that is exactly what is happening in the 10th Circuit Court right now in Judy v. Obama 14-4136. The office of the President has been respected and honored. We in our lifetimes, mine anyway, have not witnessed this type of argument in the Court for clarification. However, the U.S. Supreme Court has stated in Minor v. Happersett that there was never a doubt that those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents were natural born Citizens. Just because that case didn’t involve two fighting Presidential Candidates does not mean the definition is not understood.
Cruz says he is eligible states Athena at 1m45sec and at 1m52sec you here Cruz state correctly, “My mother was born in Delaware she is a U.S. Citizen, and so I am a U.S. Citizen by Birth.” The pirate or bait and switch tactic here is you do need to be a U.S. Citizen to run for U.S. Senate, but the requirement moves up a notch to ‘natural born Citizen’ for the Office of the President.
Because Cruz does not admit he is a ‘natural born Citizen’ he is not lying, but pirating the qualification of ‘natural born Citizen’ to the trained ear. He confuses the issue by stating he is a U.S. Citizen by birth. Reporters need to be clear, being born naturally through the vaginal tract could be construed to be ‘naturally born’, but we’d all agree those qualifications still disqualify foreigners and their children from running for President. The way in which you are born ‘naturally’ is not a parameter of being a ‘natural born Citizen’ and many are using even that to pirate the property of the Office of the President into foreigners’ hands.
Now a Law Professor named Randy Barnett comes on at 2m.09 seconds says something totally false. He states, “As long as he qualified as a U.S. Citizen at birth, which he does by law, then that makes him a ‘natural born Citizen’. Anti-Construction laws prohibit pirating the Constitution so saying for instance the 14th Amendment wiped out Art. II.,Sect.I, Clause 5 outlining the qualifications for the Office of the President is just outright pirating. What you see however is a demonstrable demonstration through disinformation and bullying tactics that Pirates succeed in stripping Hollywood from their product rights, stripping your Grandmother of her most prized positions, and stripping your children of their inheritance here in the USA. Where in Sen. Cruz and Sen Rubio are any Amendment Proposals for the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the qualification for the Office of the President? They have made none! Thus what you are witnessing is pirating!
At 2m12sec you see the report switch to McCain born in Panama, not in a military hospital, but maintaining a ‘native citizenship of Panama’ by soil because that’s where he took his first breath. It’s special to him. He’s a native of Panama. The report fails to mention my law suit against McCain as a pirate of the principle of ‘natural born Citizen’ through U.S. Senate Resolution 511. This of course was made with only the U.S. Senate so its non-binding, didn’t go through the House and was not signed into law by an eligible President. The report also fails to report the three Candidates for President this involved, Sen. McCain, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and Sen. Barack Obama.
It should be clear to everyone, a quid pro quo was happening with the Republicans and Democrats on their Candidates. You don’t hassle ours, we won’t hassle yours. The only Candidates left to hassle or defend against the Piracy was candidates willing to take a stand for America like myself. The Congressional Research Service or CRS Report revered to in the report also fails to mention that specific Congressional Report pirated ‘natural born Citizen’ from case law.
I actually did two videos on that called Dumb and Dumber that rebuffs specifically the error in the CRS Report meant to either deceive Congress or give them a scape-goat of being dis-informed as collateral damage control to fall back on should the issue reach their offices and the public.
The summation of this is lies, lies, lies, propaganda, propaganda, propaganda meant to pirate, pirate, and pirate not only your rights but your property. It is really that simple. I’ve stood up against that but I need your help too. If you think so little about your property that you’re willing to give it away, what is it for me to try and protect something you don’t care about? It is nothing but a futile effort.

Once it is over, we might have more Birthers running for the Office of the President who have been elected for you to choose from, but right now, I’m the only one who can stand on the principle in my record, which are my stars and stripes in a non-racist and tri-partisan way, including Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. The media right now seems to impugn racism exists if McCain was not challenged by anyone and is pounced on for Obama. Really the main point is if you care so little about your self and your children's rights as to not send a contribution of anything you can to me as a candidate for President, having been in this fight for a long time which you have not supported in the least, because you believe those who are popular who haven't stood up against the Pirates will soon start among the D's and R's without a single example that your support translates into, I think your in for a very big surprise and you'll be very disappointed.
We seriously need to take inventory and understand this is the BIGGEST FRAUD AND FABRICATION EVER perpetrated by Pirates in our history! I plead with you not just for the money, but for your answer to our Creator mentioned in our Constitution that you might answer in the affirmative. Oh, you were wondering were pirates and piracy were mentioned in the U.S. Constitution were'nt you? (smile) Article I, Section 8, Clause 10 interestingly enough also mentions by capitalization a book that certainly defines what a natural born Citizen is stating on the subject given to Congress as powers, "To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations." This was a book highly revered by our Founding Fathers and three copies were purchased by Benjamin Franklin.

A growing sentiment exists among Americans that is swelling nationally. More Americans are awakening to the facts that neither the Republican nor the Democratic Party is really taking a stand for the Constitution of the United States. The politicians in the arena of considerations as candidates, or potential candidates for President 2016, have been flexing their muscles a little bit lately. Paul Ryan was featured as potentially becoming the strongest member of Congress with the retirement of Michigan Representative Dave Camp.
Senator Rand Paul recently made headlines in building up a 50 state national network that could potentially be a vehicle in the race for President in 2016.
The Democratic Party has set itself up for a primary split on the ticket with rumors of Hillary Clinton's run for President and V.P. Joe Biden also announcing he is putting together a campaign for President.
Unnoticed but equally formidable is the potential for an Independent Candidate especially one who actually has a record of taking a stand for the Constitution. With the biggest national security threat going unnoticed by main-stream candidates Americans are finding that their main-stream candidates are easily thrown into the Misprision of felony bus Obama is driving in actually working from their pulpits to keep Obama's fraudulent identity covered up.

Res. 511 did just that, creating a wide spread and saturated clothe in the political arena of a mis-prision of felony throughout those who actually hold offices or have held offices within the Government of the United States.
Cody as a candidate for President within the Democratic Party in 2012 reported this to Georgia Attorney General and the Georgia Courts with the professional evidences of conclusion held in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse March 2nd,2012, the day after the release of the report.
Defending the Constitution's very simple request for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President, Cody asks you to consider if your Candidate for President is unwilling to defend, protect, and preserve this simple line that holds so much power and sway in the qualifications for President, how much easier is it for them to neglect other parts of the Constitution that have your individual Civil Rights at stake?

Traditionally in America, presidential candidates have come from some other elected office including Mayors, Governors, U.S. Representatives, U.S. Senators, though being elected to some other office is certainly not a requirement for becoming President of the United States. Being a 'natural born citizen' is a requirement as well as being over 35 years of age. With Obama's massive cover-up glued to heels of so many in office, we are seeing again the wisdom of the Constitution's declarations before our eyes.
With the Sheriff Kits being distributed to all Congress, Senators, Governors, and Mayors and available to the public the window is narrowing on those elected in their offices at this time not being subjects of misprision of felony. A federal grand jury has been convened to probe Governor Chris Christie's involvement role in bridgegate under the authority of New Jersey's Federal Attorney General.
If indeed the federal grand jury finds evidence of involvement according to law, we will understand that those reporting the incident who were involved as Democrats in elected positions were protecting themselves from misprision of felony by reporting the incident. Christie's Office is also the subject of an investigation by a State Legislative Panel.
If this were a model to the Federal Office of the President of the United States in Obama's identity and qualification scandal, attorney general Eric Holder would be convening a Grand Jury to submit the evidences of Obama's fraudulent identity and qualification for the Office of the President to those members of the Grand Jury, and the U.S. House of Representatives as well as the U.S. Senate would also be holding hearings so that all the evidences might be considered and heard to exempt themselves from misprision of felony charges.
That's the duty of the Congress if the President shall fail to qualify. All of the Presidential Candidates for 2016 will indeed be responsible for answering the questions about Obama's identity and qualifications and why they chose to act according to their record on the matter, considering the evidences presented and laid out to them by professional criminal investigators.
Due to the Office of the President having such great power and authority to prosecute, profile, and target individuals who are Americans indeed foreign allegiances of dual citizenship are prohibited from and only from the Office of the President for good reasons involving national security.
Though Cody Robert Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in America to file a record in Court in a non-partisan and non-racial stand for the principle in the United States Constitution against both McCain and Obama, those candidates for President in 2016 would either undoubtedly be charged or questioned for a Caucasian discrimination or in fact just a blatant disregard for the Constitution, neither one of which is something they would want on their resume.
How much sense does it make to elect and in such hire a President of the United States who has a record of blatantly refusing to uphold the law? How much sense does it make to put your trust in someone who has an actual record of working to cover-up Obama's fraud and deception which has then been perpetrated upon every American with horror and scandal? This cover-up is no longer in the shadows of "I dont know", or "My trust lies in the media report". Its at their door step.
Cody insists that discernment in fact is embedded in the heart of each American. The trust to do what you say is embedded in the record of each Candidate and so always remains in their past actions of taking a stand. While Cody's Presidential Team may be seen as a JV Team compared to the Varsity Teams of Hillary Clinton, Paul Ryan, Rand Paul, Joe Biden, and others, at the very least Americans have a record with Cody's actions to put some trust into where it is extremely lacking in these other elected officials.

Though a bit obscure in the report by National Media, a quick look at those supporting Cody Robert Judy for 2016 on a new facebook page shows a demographic of national support. This is very revealing on the candidate’s national conscience, broad scope of appeal, and is actually quite shocking.
Usually you would find a concentrated local appeal for a given candidate in a particular home base, such as you would find in an elected leaders appeal to their home state or elected seat. This is just not the case with Cody Robert Judy's Presidential page and reflects a broad demographics appeal that is not concentrated and completely random to the first 120 likes on facebook page.
Indeed if you didn't know it, you'd think there is in fact as reported with Sen. Rand Paul a network that has been set up nationally to handle a presidential run in 2016 that is flying under the radar of the National Press.
