Samuel the Lamanite - B.O.M Helaman 16:2, 6
Samuel is notable in the Book of Mormon as he is a Lamanite prophet. Lamanites generally are described as wicked, and most prophets are Nephites.
After attempting to preach to the people in Zarahemla, and being rejected, he was told by revelation to return and prophesy to the people. He was not allowed into the city. In one of the more iconic stories of the Book of Mormon, he preached on the wall of the city, calling the people to repentance for their sins, prophesying about the impending advent of Jesus Christ in the Old World, and warning of the destruction of the Nephite nation. The people in the city tried to kill him by throwing stones and shooting arrows, but he was protected from harm by divine providence.
Last night I dreamed, and was told in the dream to detail in writing suffering that I've endured over the last eight years in running for U.S. President. That's like a really hard assignment for me, not because it hasn't happened in the most prominent arenas of life, but because I tend to bury it so deep. Often suffering is a reflection of the weaknesses of those around us, and so does not bode as a good report for them. We tend to put on a Happy Face and suffer so that they look great. Right? I'm sure I'm not alone in this many are the same way, but as I reflected on this there are great lessons to be learned and passed on that would be lost if we totally ditched our suffering and losses. BREAKING NEWS
It's 1:36pm, Friday, February 24th, 2016, and I've just realized a couple of things. Today in the Mail I received Judge Ted Stewart's "DENIAL" of my Motion For A Relief of Judgement that was dated February 23, 2017. I just got off of PACER , and realized that my Notice for Judgement & Affidavit in Support by Plaintiff was filed by the Court the exact same day as Judge Stewart's Order, but it's noticed on the Docket as following the Order, rather than proceeding it.
We must assume Judge Ted Stewart did not read the 8 PAGE Affidavit in Support of the Motion. I wasn't quite sure what day the Court would recognize the Motion as it's signed January 26, received by the Court January 27th, and docketed January 30. You can count 30 days from each of those and get a different date.
If I count 30 days from the February 26th, I come up with Feb 25th as the earliest and because it falls on a Saturday, the Friday before would be Feb. 24, and the Monday after would be Feb. 27th.
What that means, is Judge Stewart's Order appearing on Feb. 23rd is premature by at least 1 day, and four days premature if the Court allowed the Defendants three mailing days to respond to the Motion. Meaning the Defendants could have placed a Response in the Mail the 30th Day - Saturday Feb. 25th, and the Court would recognize it as a timely filed Motion being received Feb. 28th.
What's interesting is I was in such a hurry in typing it with Feb. 24th in my mind as the Date I had to the NOTICE FOR JUDGEMENT & AFFADAVIT IN SUPPORT sent off, that I was a day ahead of myself but the Notory of Public was on top of the date of Feb. 22nd, which is the only reason why it arrived the same day a Judge Stewart's Order Feb. 23rd.
Feb. 22nd was the day I put it up on SCRIBD and my BLOG. This makes us all curious doesn't it? Did Judge Stewart receive a call to make the ORDER from someone, because there was nothing on Court Record asking for an ORDER and if the Court allowed 30 Days for the Defendants to Respond, it jumped the gun before allowing the 30 days to expire.

If you haven't had the chance to read the Motion here it is for your convenience. This to my knowledge is the first time a Court has received the evidence of the COLD CASE POSSE Investigation of former Maricopa County, AZ., Sheriff Joe Arpaio's
MOTION BEFORE THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT (Utah Division)
A MOTION FOR A RELIEF OF JUDGEMENT or to REOPEN the Case due to the new evidence provided by a law enforcement investigation Cold Case Posse unit deputized under Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa Country AZ provided the evidence that Obama's long form birth certificate is a Fabricated Forgery, not an original, with the use of Johanna Ah'Nees identity birth certificate and was only recently released and available for criminal consideration by the Judicial Branch.
This is basically the Judge receiving NOTICE of a Crime and saying he carefully has set aside the evidence that we and all the Public have seen, and without any Government Experts Contesting the evidence, he dismisses it.
Good Lord, President Trump exhales and protests break out in 50 States, and Obama commits Crime defrauding the American Public in two elections, and gets a Pass while no one gives a pile of doo-doo?
I suppose Judge Ted Stewart could change his mind if he hadn't read my AFFIDAVIT SUPPORTING the Motion, but it kind of seems like the Court's out-of-order anyway?
SUFFERING JUDGEMENT
As I began this post, I actually didn't intend to get into the above BREAKING NEWS but it's probably just as well as I did because on the top of my list of suffering in the run for U.S. President is a word the Court's are well aware of JUDGEMENT, but I am going to break that down into different arenas of responsibility JUDICIAL JUDGEMENT ; SOCIAL OR PUBLIC JUDGMENT ( people I don't really know); and FAMILIAL JUDGEMENT ( Friends and Family I do know more closely); Economic, Time, and Talent sacrifices.
I'm pretty sure I could write a book on this, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet and touch on basics of the suffering in the context of each category. JUDICIAL JUDGEMENT
I have suffered intemperately judgement that was psychologically nefarious and the above just put an exclamation mark on it. Now let's take a look at the past Cases and understand a little bit of the time it takes to do this work that has been done.

With the exception of Number 12 above, which just happened to be the only 12 MEMBER JURY TRIAL I'm familiar with, every Case I've been involved with I've noticed an extreme prejudice to Truth and an abundant level of jurisprudence corruption which is very hard emotionally to go through. I believe, as the 10th Amendment Jury Trial produced a verdict of Guilty from 12 Members from across the Country unknown to each other, that when actual common people get to see and hear the evidence of Obama's Fraud, Forgery, and Ineligibility as a [natural born Citizen] under the Standard and Banner of the U.S. Constitution, that they get it and these Judges of the above mentioned Courts are in over their heads in political corruption of one sort or another.
The facts time and time again prove that to me clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court denying me a forma pauperis Motion when every bank statement I had told them there was no possible way, nor had there been any possible way for me to pay their filing fee and printing cost. It's Corrupt and Evil!
If anyone was thinking of running for Office, I actually cannot recommend it, which is why you probably should. Just don't be surprised about the stagnant putrid SWAMP we all know exist that my patience has run out on. By the way, and I think by my Judicial Record standing in testimony, I've always been told I had way more patience than most people.
SOCIAL OR PUBLIC JUDGEMENT
You know, there is a certain amount of haranguing you might expect from running for public office where mean nasty people say a lot of mean nasty stuff about you. That goes across the board. I know there has been a pile of descriptive goo said about every President and more than likely person who has run for President. That is not exactly what I'm referring to in this area.
I'm thinking more along the lines of PUBLIC SUPPORT for Truth. In running for Office I've experience the malaise of the public and the great wisdom attributed to the Benjamin Franklin quote:
“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outrage
as those who are.”
In many ways President Trump is the harbinger of the Democrat and Republican Establishments corruption and what was called for to destroy them for Obama's Fraud Forgery and Ineligibility. Can you possibly think of a more painful mirror for them to look upon then President Trump because Trump was a Birther they labeled over and over and over and over again, but it didn't do any good did it? Trump is President, he got in.
Their pain in seeing him get in is a manifestation of their facing their own Corruption and being wracked with grief over it. I have always referred to the sensibility of sowing and reaping the harvest that you have sewn.
Let us ask ourselves a poignant question - What comes first the corruption of the People that elects Corrupt Leaders or is it Corrupt Leaders that are elected that corrupt the people?
Because we live in a Democracy rather than a Dictatorship of some type, we have to admit that it is the majority of the people who are electing and getting behind leaders and bringing them to power. This does not bode well for the General Public in the choices they are making. Has Principle ruled over the Party or has the Party corrupted Principle?
Invariably we see that fewer and fewer People of Principle are running for Office and no were is that more manifested than the issue I have chosen in some ways, I prefer to say 'called' to defend, then the [natural born Citizen] requirement specific for the Office of the President.
If Jesus come down today and said a [natural born Citizen] is someone [Born in the U.S. to U.S. Citizen Parents] and it was the right, and interest in our National Security as a Nation under the U.S. Constitution to have such at the head of the Executive Branch, how many of our Elected Leaders in this Nation would fall dead based on a corruption of the Principle?
I think it's pretty safe to say a majority of them would fall dead as corrupt. That is a pretty big Sign of the Times when you think just how important the number one position, President, Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Armed forces is.
So I lay my suffering at the feet of the People who have not supported me in this STAND. I did not run based upon the popularity of principle, for the Principle needing defending and was being forsaken by both Republicans and Democrats.
As a Presidential Candidate, I was incensed by Sen. McCain's disrespect for the U.S. Constitution's principle as he there was no doubt was not born in a State of the Union and so was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. He was born to U.S. Citizen Parents in a foreign land and will always admit he took his first breath as a native of Panama.
Principles are not made for one individual. Principles are made to serve as Eternal Law all people are subject to. When people are finding themselves above the Law but demanding others toe the line, hypocrites are born. Jesus didn't really die or suffer for people who would not repent. In fact, he made its fairly plain, he would not suffer for any who didn't call upon his name.
They would suffer even as he had suffered if they would not that Eternal Laws or Principles that were broken would find an exactement. Justice would not and could not be polluted or it would also cease to exist.
Justice is not necessarily a matter of IF, so much as it is better described as a matter of 'When', because it most certainly is understood in Time. Most people understand quite clearly when they have been taken advantage of. That is the Time in fact you begin to hear the 'Wail' and what are we hearing from Democrats very regularly now who were invested 100% in the Obama Fraud, Forgery, and Ineligibility?
The most matter-of-fact-in-your-face-about-that is the one Presidential Candidate who sued McCain and Obama in Federal Court is a registered...? YUP! Democrat. They could have supported me very easily.
How much time, talent, and resource went in to the foregoing? What would it cost to hire attorneys to do all this work? I have suffered that. With the total donations of less than 50 souls to the tune of about $3,000.00 I have paid all of the rest in Preparing Court Documents, Mailing, Gas,Transportation, and the whole Campaigns of 2008, 2012, and 2016. That included making all the Art Work, Writing all the Blog Post (some 730 Post), Web Pages, and Internet Social Media Posts, TV, Radio, and Print Adds.
How long and how much cost would it take someone else to do what I did? I have suffered it.
FAMILIAL JUDGEMENT
There is a movie I just re-watched called The Martian. Watching this Trailer you'll get the jest that he is stranded alone on Mars. In a dramatic shift the space-craft that left him is high-jacked by the Crew who decides they are gong back for him. It extends their mission some 500 days in Space, which means they go without their families for another two years if everything goes right.
One wife says to her husband a member of the Crew, "And You Agreed to this?!"
He responds, "He would have done the same for me.", and she understands that to be correct, but is still a little miffed you can tell. You'll have to watch the movie to catch that scene.
As I have been suffered alone in so much of this fight and received so few contributions, I have reflected upon so many who died, lived, and sacrificed directly for the U.S. Constitution and by it our opportunity.
It has been my thought, "They did suffer for me", it's the least I could do to honor that sacrifice." Eight years and three Presidential Races is quite a long time to have been engaged in this Principle fight.
One of my family members asked me not to long ago, "What's this got you? Are you any better off for it? What's been the point?" In other words it's been nothing but a waste. It is very difficult to argue that is not True. It would be like Jesus arguing he hadn't really suffered that Justice might be satisfied for those who repented, and instead simply agreed with his family that he suffered for his own personal development and expansion of empathy which he must have been completely void of and was in need of a Great Lesson.
The idea that my gain from this experience is even remotely close to the altruism exhibited that my character long ago was prepared for to suffer and survive, is laughable to me. The character came first, the sacrifice after the development.
I'll never forget the tears rolling down my last wife's face as she'd thought about my proposal of running for U.S. President after I'd thought quite a bit about it. She was most sincerely and as my wife flat out begging me not to do it, as if she knew it would be the death of "US" , like I was dedicating some unsure mission to mars that would take eight years and would be perilous.
In 2010 I drove to Harlem, New York and testified in that Trial. I'd left with $600.00 but gas was much more than I'd calculated pulling my trailer across the whole country. I slept the first night on the streets of Harlem. After the week of Trial, I had to beg for the money to get home and was served divorce papers a couple of weeks later in my house that a Judge gave me 30 days to vacate after I explained there was no preparation to leave it immediately which was being asked for.
I just recently went through another Eviction Case where a Judge ended up signing a Zero Day Notice of Restitution which is the last think the Landlord needs to give to the Sheriff to immediately kick you out on the street and take back the property. I just barely and by the skin of my teeth was able to avoid that.
These things I've suffered were not done because I couldn't make it. They were suffered because of the Time I spend on running for President and what has been expected by one thing or another. I thank God so many many times for barely letting me survive and get through it. Looking at the picture below this you might see that smile and think, "He's having a good time". It's true, I do try to maintain a positive outlook even when I'm walking through the hell and suffering unbelievably for something not to many people think is even important, but is vital to a Nation as ours.
In many ways, I pray and hope to God I am the one that is wrong and that Principle is Pointless, but I even with what I have suffered, just don't think it is. I think it is just as vital and very important. I have suffered but also remain firm that I didn't receive what I believe from a frivolous factory, nor do the facts and evidence point to that when they are soundly argued and reasoned out.
I don't think God would ask me to take a stand for the U.S. Constitution's Principle [natural born Citizen] because it was frivolous and that he saw in that fight a good practice session for me to develop character. If you do, we agree on one thing. You have more evidence supporting your idea than I have supporting mine. The big difference might be seen in my hoping you are right and I was wrong; and your hoping you were right and I was wrong.
If you cannot see that difference, perhaps you need to work on your altruistic characteristics. The sacrifice for others is just not something that you would be embarrassed to go to the Judgement Bar of God about and in TIME it very well might be that is the final Bar of Justice we meet at. I just hope and pray so very hard somehow, someway, God will allow our Nation to exist and continue and if in any way my suffering can be seen worthy of his mercy, I pray and hope that it is so.
finds way into Federal Court: Motion for Relief of Judgement
Obama's packed and moved out of the White House, but that doesn't mean the grievance of the last eight years is removed from anything. As long as Obama is seen officially as a U.S. President the pain he's caused with the usurpation of the U.S. Constitution is still being felt and will yet be felt for many many years. This was the message of 2008, 2012 and 2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy as he fired off a Last Presser Motion for Relief of Judgement to the Federal District Court Judges in the Utah Division with the request the Case be re-opened due to new evidence that could not have been reasonably given to the Court at the time of filing.
That new evidence is of course Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Last Presser that unfolded the cover up fraud of Obama's long form birth certificate in a presentation entitled " 9 Points of Forgery". With any criminal investigation of a crime comes the burdensome and tedious time investigators must develop for evidence that would expose the Truth and the crimes committed.
Next the Cold Case Posse make the Case Obama's Birth Certificate is a Fraud.

There were standing questions to be answered, interpretation questions to be answered, and of course investigation authenticity or forensics questions that just simply took a lot of time. The establishment status quo has been working night and day to cover this up and bury it as fast as we could become enlightened to the intricacies of the violations so there just wasn't anything simple about it the web of complex obstacles. Of course the former Constitutional Professor Obama reported to be knew with his Harvard Education just how to tangle every one up from standing hiccups to racial finger pointing, and it's worked for him so far.

Probably one of the most interesting things about this is indeed the long form birth certificate and the forensics of the investigation. People seem to gravitate to forensics as much more black and white then say they do a logical founding principle set in our U.S. Constitution as a protective layer of our national security and sovereignty.
It was Obama who started the Birther Conspiracy as he was the one who for 50 months refused to soothe concerns of his Constitutional Eligibility for the Office of the President from the time he declared to the time he released the long form birth certificate. That's something everyone should agree upon. Of course after 50 months of stone-walling you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand the document was going to receive a great deal of scrutiny.
Judy has maintained all along the long form birth certificate was really a side show to the ineligibility question which would in fact prevent Obama from legally assuming the Office of the President and could in theory make President Trump's job much easier if everything Obama signed is termed unconstitutional.
The problem has been of course Judges who haven't given Hearings and have subjected their own politics in to the equation and that politics has in very deed assisted President Trump. Judges ducking and dodging Constitutional Questions is exactly what Trump was taught to do and managed his campaign with in theory. How else can you explain not filing a single paper but being labeled the Birther Leader by the press?
Politics aside is one thing that of course the Cold Case Posse Investigation could grab a hold of and shake down because a FORGERY is a FORGERY no matter what political party you belong to, and seems to jive with the public much more than an argument of government jurisdiction of soil and inheritance citizenship handed down from mother and father.
It's true we do receive an inherited citizenship from our mother and father. Ask Sen. Ted Cruz if he hasn't clung to his Presidential ambitions through his mother's U.S. Citizenship or Sen. McCain through his mother and father. Both were not born in the United States. Sen. Rubio was just the opposite on the scale of citizenship clinging to the soil for jurisdiction and the right to run for President - he was born in the U.S. but both his parents were aliens of U.S. Citizenship at the time of his birth. Only those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents were above the fray.
Current President Donald J. Trump no one has any doubt about being a [natural born Citizen] as he was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents at the time of his birth.
This has been the precedent since all the Presidents passed who were [Citizens] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. One must qualify without foreign intrusion making it much more difficult for a foreign government to simply find a wondering American mother to bed down and finance their offspring to the U.S. Presidency. Foreign entanglements was something no one thought was a good idea in the Office of the Presidency because of the vested power in one person to run an entire branch of government unlike the Legislative and Judicial branches which were divided and in such checked in power and authority.
The problem Obama presented was not limited to his Administration but the Fiat he has stood for. What has President Donald Trump done since assuming office? Followed suit, he has issued repeal and replace on Obama's Executive Orders which were issued for longevity and in the interest of Legislation much more than for immediate Order of Command in the national security and defense of the Nation.
The Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch have become much less effective in the Order of the Government. The President as King becomes the quick and easy fix of our U.S. Constitution's constraints as a rule of law checked by the Legislative and Judicial Branch as equal branches in power with the Executive branch. But let's face it, if the President was ever suppose to rule by fiat, what need was there for an American Revolution in the first place?
In grandiose adieu the Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch have failed to check the Executive Branch in the simple check and balance that was given them in the Qualification of the Office. That failure brought us Obama and in much the same manner let the pendulum swing to as far right as it was left and brought us Trump. It's the swing of extremes and extremes don't generally make harmonious political acolytes.
There is no doubt about the Union being at stake with the national debt at an overwhelming and burdensome level of 20 Trillion and the last Election tipping by the Electoral College Vote. A January 2017 report released touted 1 in 3 Californians were for secession. That's a dangerous tipping point that should concern every office articulated by the U.S. Constitution.
One might think the qualifications for President were a light matter, but just the opposite has proven to be true. By controlling the Executive Branch and seeing a diminished exertion of the Judicial and Legislative Branches, a threat to our national security and sovereignty is at hand. The very chaos we found dissolved under our U.S. Constitution becomes the erosion of corruption and a failed Union.
Of course if the U.S. Constitution fails you might as well surrender the Union because its not far distant. It was no secret the Office of the President was a weak link in the three legged stool, but term limits were set up on that office which was a reign we shall forever be grateful for as it took Obama out faster than his ineligibility and jumping through the hoops of jurisprudence whose slam dunk and touchdown seems to be articulated in The-Art-of-Delay.
Of course no one doubts Obama's two terms are over and finished, but some still doubt whether he was ineligible. So why does it matter and what difference does it make now he's out of office? Well if you think Obama is undone you certainly didn't not keep up with what he was doing while he was in office and a whole Post was dedicated to exactly what it's going to cost us.
As for the MOTION set off the District Court today Cody relays, that Injustice has a price to be paid also just like fraud has a price, and the pain could be much worse going along with it and succumbing to it's crooked reality trying desperately to become legal. Would you want fraud to become the Order of Policy and Procedure at your bank?
If that is your preference, prepare to go into your bank and find everything gone one day. You'll have a wake-up-call on the seriousness of fraud. Letting it slide in the Government Institutions is one of the most dangerous precedents you can ever make the mistake of setting lose. That's a big bad wolf that will definitely burn your house down.
Cody says he felt a much greater responsibility for taking a stand with the standing running for President offered for those who were told they had no standing. "I understand both Democrats and Republicans had at one time or another Popular Candidates who have not been qualified, but if being popular is all that counts the independent rights we have as individuals in our U.S. Constitution will soon be lost in a might-is-right pure democracy. If you have seen the benefits of your individual rights stood up for, you need to cling to the U.S. Constitution like it was your savior. Letting it go will only open your eyes to being run over by a bully and that is no fun.
The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.
Check Mate is still a question as long as the U.S. Supreme Court has Action Available. That action could be sustained as a Court Error or Clerical Error very easily.
Americans have set before them the array of Presidential Candidates for the Republicans and Democrats. In their best judgement, they will cast their vote for who they feel, or think, or believe will lead them the best in 2016. They won't "know" for to know is to be 'sure'. They will have to rely on their 'hearts', 'hunches', and their "gut feelings" with all of the intelligence of their mind to decide who will get their contribution and who will get their vote. Its very interesting where that TRUST will come from because 'knowing' is much different than 'thinking' or 'feeling', and its where that comes from we are going to discuss today.
There are hundreds of reasons to put the weights in the balance which will tilt every voter one way or the other. One of the bigger ones in our Century has been to presume someone who has led in a Government Position before as a Senator, Representative, Governor or even the occasional Mayor such as Rudy Giuliani. He was running for President and leading in Republican Polls at this time in 2008 if you recall.
Mr. Donald Trump leads the Republican Party and former Secretary of State and N.Y. Senator Hillary Clinton leads the Democratic Party at this time. We can look at the Polling numbers and imagine quite a shock to our conscience if neither ended up being the nominee for their party with the double digit leads they have as badges of honors at this time. There is many a slip between the cup and the lip, and that's just how precariously fast a double digit Poll lead can fade like a hit song that hits the charts and sails along, eventually another one comes along that people like and it rises.
The undefeated 'Dream Teams' are far and few between. Ask any coach how he feels about his Team undefeated in an early season and you'll find him shaking his head and throwing out excuses left and right that might lead to a fall. He knows that is best athletes have to stay injury free. He knows his team has been put on the radar screen of virtually every other Team who has a hunger in their belly to knock his team down.
In some cases, you'll actually catch a good Coach feeling like a well timed loss might take the cockiness out of his team bringing that humility, and recognition of vulnerability back, fueling the intensity of scrapping back for the biggest game that might not have been there without a loss. Similar analogies can be seen in the Political Races of the President.
Its pick on Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton time as they lead in the Polls. The microscope is being focused on every nit and nanny the Press can fling. Mr. Trump's experience in Government? There isn't any accept the one he has basically said in his own words is "Wrong". I considered his statement as close to an apology as we may ever see when Mr. Trump in the first Debate asked about the 'favors' politicians have done for him based on his 'contributions' to their campaigns. BROKEN SYSTEM
Q: You've also supported a host of other liberal policies, you've also donated to several Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton included, Nancy Pelosi. You explained away those donations saying you did that to get business related favors. And you said recently, quote, when you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.
TRUMP: You better believe it... I will tell you that our system is broken. I gave to many people. Before this, before two months ago, I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them. They are there for me. And that's a broken system.
REALISTIC WAY TO FIGHT BIG MONEY IS WITH BIG MONEY YOURSELF
Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton has her own battle going on with the 'broken system' as she may be what Slate called the Beneficiary-in-Chief as they related the Irony is Rich in the pay-to-play cartels of DC and the Media as well the Cabals of special interest and Lobbying. In April Mrs. Clinton laid out her 3 main objectives as President to "build the economy", "strengthen families and communities" and "protect our Country". In a stunning admission in Slates' article comes:
"Reform advocates will cringe at the thought of how much of that (2.5 Billion Estimated Campaign Fund) will be raised and spent by outside groups, but they'll be better served in the long run by an imperfect candidate who would be president than by a perfect one who has no chance of sitting in the Oval Office. Better to wager that Clinton keeps her promises if elected than to bet that a less problematic candidate comes out of nowhere to pull off a miracle."
One must ask can the sick lead or heal the sick? In the Holy Bible St. Mark 2:17 "When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous , but sinners to repentance".
If Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton both admit our Campaign Contributions and 'Pay-to-Play' system is so dis-functional and wrong, will either of them every be in a position to fix it having immersed themselves into the leprosy pit fully contracting the disease?

Mrs. Clinton is trying to end questions over her Email Server and has signed a statement stating under penalty of law that she deleted nothing that was of or in the interest of the people's Emails that were on her personal server, while she held the Secretary-of-State position. If experience in Government is what you seek in a Candidate, what we witnessed was Mrs. Clinton's experience in avoiding FOIA Request by using her personal server. It was a deliberate act of judgement she made to avoid being transparent to the public while she held office.
How many see this is avoidably to consider the LIE much better than the TRUTH. In the simplest terms you walk into the Bank after they emptied your account and asked them where your money was and they tell you "someone stole it. We are sorry." If the American People have no heart for the Truth, they will continue voting for the Lie.
What we are seeing here is a direct link to Obama taking the necessary steps and setting up a Islamic Caliphate in the creation, funding, training, and arming of ISIS/ ISIL which are indeed terrorist. We wondered where and how these radical Islamic Groups were getting such sophisticated weapons and filming equipment to terrorize the world with their chopping off the heads of Christians?

You know, its a strange thing that all the so-called "Groups" like or behind Pam Gellar, who are freaked out of their mind about this have actually not supported the Constitutional and Civil Undertaking of reigning Obama's rogue usurpation in as unqualified. That's what's been frustrating to me. We should be less concerned about what Obama's faith is be it "Christian" or "Muslim", he's been both if you believe his own words at times in his life, but what we should really be concerned about is the fact that Obama has got America involved in a religious war that our First Amendment prohibits.
You see the First Amendment spells out very plainly, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", yet how are all these arms and finances coming to our enemies? Well, Mrs. Clinton testified she did not know, but we do know. Its happening or happened through Qatar on Mrs Clinton's watch as Secretary of State. [Since the summer of 2011, when we were in Tripoli, Libya we have been saying that the US was supplying weapons (ILLEGALLY) to the Al Qaeda Libyan rebels and all the Al Qaeda mercenaries brought into Libya by the US, France, NATO, UK and other western imperialist nations. We knew that Qatar was puppet for the west bringing in weapons, mercenaries and their own soldiers. We know that it was snipers from Qatar that shot the people in the streets in Benghazi that started the media frenzy to blow up Libya. We also know first hand from what we saw with our own eyes, Qatar military stealing gold from Libya and taking it out through Tunisia. Qatar was allow to rape Libya because they were being the good puppet. We were there in Libya when a large cache of weapons was captured by the Libyan Coast Guard being smuggled into Libya to arm the criminal terrorist factions that had been brought into Libya illegally to take over and destroy the peaceful country of Libya. This cache of weapons were all stamped Qatar but most people know or can find out that the little tiny state of Qatar does not manufacture weapons or ammunition. Qatar was simply the front for all the illegal acts perpetrated by Clinton,Obama, Sarkosy and Cameron to make sure that they were not implicated in all the war crimes that were committed in Libya during 2011.]
It may have been the worst day for Candidate for President Hillary Clinton as it is Reported the FBI would not take her "No you can't have my private server" for an answer. This raises serious questions to all of the pay-to-play contributors of Mrs. Clinton's Foundation. You can imagine paying for something that wasn't the sellers property to sell?
PAY-TO-PLAY-PAYERS FIND SWAMP LAND INVESTMENT INSTEAD WHITE HOUSE?
In other words, if Mrs. Clinton is selling the shares to the White House access to her as President but she's not going to be President, then indeed she has been selling and people have been buying something that is not going to be available. That's what you call a 'waste of good money'. Talk about buying future shares in worthless swamp land?
The BIGGEST LIE is the COVER-UP of OBAMA'S INELIGIBILITY
Mr. Trump has positioned himself as a Candidate capable of fixing America and making America Great Again. The appeal is that he is not part of the 'Establishment" of past elected politicians, has enough money to self-finance a campaign, and is really a fighter. Mr. Trump was widely acknowledged as getting Obama to release his 'long form birth certificate' (LFBC) three years into his Presidency.
Mr. Trump was in a perfect position to follow-up on this and press Obama into Court, either himself, or at least helping someone who had Standing, but he stopped. The purpose of getting the released long form birth certificate was not to 'prove' where Obama was born, but to prove wither Obama was qualified for the Office of the President by being a 'natural born Citizen' ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
Mr. Trump no doubt understands building buildings. The stand he took would be equivalent to entirely leaving the project about half way finished. Why would you do that? Well, Mr. Trump undoubtedly made the choice that it wasn't his problem any longer. Decided to rest on the accolade he stated he was very proud of in getting Obama to release the LFBC and receive for his work what?
This of course raises the question- Was Mr. Trump being used by the Government in raising the Obama Eligibility Doubts as a way to set it to rest, rather than what the public presumed was a honest effort to make Obama accountable to the U.S. Constitution's qualification of 'natural born Citizen'?
Mr. Trump leaves little doubt that when he contributes to Government Officials they do what he says, but what about the quid pro quo? Could the Government call upon Mr. Trump to do them a favor in return for favors as a businessman he could receive? In short, does the hoop work both ways? To answer that question might take a very detailed account into what exactly Mr. Trump received from the Government as far as favors himself between 2011 and 2015 that might also account for doubling or tripling his net-worth in just three years?
It raises the questions about how far away Mr. Trump really is from the political corruption; and as so much a party to the Establishment should he be removed from the Public's Perception as an independent maverick really about to do the exact same thing as the politicians have done before him- Promise the World as a blow-wind and deliver another heaping serving of debt?
This is actually why I hope the Public realizes that a Record is so important of standing up for the Constitution as I have done. Its impossible not to recognize myself as the only Candidate for President since 2008 who has maintained standing and held both Republicans and Democrats in Federal Court accountable to the 'vitally important' qualification in our Constitution for the Office of the President and VP that no one be allowed to hold that office who is not a 'natural born Citizen'.
This is the building that I have built now in the Supreme Court of the United States in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. It is bigger then anything Mr. Trump has ever built and worth more than his current net-worth. That is something that not one other Candidate in the Republican or Democratic Party fields have got on their Record.
That's the Record you can Trust as one in the public service, and one that has served our Nation and will serve our Nation well in the Office of the President. The nucleus of our Constitution that may just be the collaboration or difference between the Truth and the Lie you will have a choice in voting for.

We here at the 2016 CRJ for United States President Camp have just released a new commercial called "INSPIRING - I believe in You"- One of the best things I feel deep in my heart is that opportunity exist in America that is protected under our United States Constitution. Those who have capitalized on that opportunity need to appreciate what they have been given. At the very core of this is the Office of the President and the reins that are placed upon those who would be elected for that office.
You must be a natural born Citizen- a different and unique qualifications not exacted upon U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators in the Constitution, that assures no foreign alienship or nationality compromises the highest post of our military because the President acts as the Commander-In-Chief.

One of the best things about America is the idea that Americans could govern themselves as Citizens and not Subjects. It was one of the chiefest reasons that our founders did not make 'being elected for another office' one of the Chief Qualifications for actual being President. One understands the Cabinet of a President is certainly there and filled with good people who are willing to help you and that Counsel is important.
Imagine the Faith in Americans that included anyone who was over 35 years of age, a natural born Citizens and a resident at least 14 years in the Country was all that was required. You didn't need to be a U.S. Senator, or U.S. Representative, or even a Governor or Mayor before being elected President.
At times a Country needs a voice from outside the beltway, especially when it becomes very obvious to the American Citizens that there is no one in Washington DC, or that has been elected, who has been willing and taken a stand for the Constitution as we are see happening today. Can you imagine not one elected official has stood up for the central national security feature of our Country that exacts at least the qualifications that our President be a natural born Citizen- Born in the United States to Citizen Parents-?
This is of paramount importance and not one has proven that test! I have taken a stand for that Principle because I recognized electing a President who was not eligible actually was a commitment to treason against the opportunity and blessings of God that has formed this Country. Its a little like doing 75 mph on the freeway with no wipers and just hoping you don't crash.
Really! People have said scoffingly, "Oh what difference does it make?" David Letterman offered a couple of days a collective of the top 10 things a Dumb Person asks the President. Asking to see his birth certificate ranked No. 6. You know what is so surprising about this is that there are so many smart, rich, and famous people who have been given an opportunity in America that they can not find anywhere else in the world. Its mind blowing they would'nt care to protect the Office key to their opportunity! Why has Hollywood become Hollywood?
Was it because it was censored or monitored by the Government that the motion picture industry came to rest in Hollywood California? No, in fact it was quite the opposite. The United States Constitution provided free speech and free expression that creativity demanded to flourish. America was the rose that the butterfly rested in, not afraid of captivity, but allowed to spread its wings and fly.
The same goes for all the professional athletes who salaries have not been capped at 45K because making over a million dollars to play a game was just ludicrous and the Government could not stand for that? Medicine has developed under the same wonderful principles that protected people with incentives for developments as well as Computers and Automobiles and all kinds of communications that have flourished, how many millionaires have been made, because People had a chance without Government coming in and confiscating, monitoring, or even forcing as subjects the people to do things they didn't want to do. That idea was around what we called our "military draft" at one time and it was all of this opportunity that has graced so many that was provided by those who fought for that idea. On the battle field of freedom and liberty where have you stood and who have you supported?
Imagine a God in Heaven and all those who have passed on who fought and died for this Cause seeing the Office of the President compromised by someone who was not qualified as I have asserted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Imagine their feelings of disappointment and sadness that they died for nothing that anyone seems to care about today accept one Candidate for President who has sued on a bi partisan stand for the highest office to be protected. I sued McCain and Obama for the Principle of the natural born Citizen Clause to be upheld. It wasn't because I didn't like them, it was because they were not qualified and were not honoring that principle which has come to us as opportunity so many of you have enjoyed.
Yet there is a great chorus for Republicans enthused about other unqualified candidates for President like Sen. Cruz and Sen Rubio. Glenn Beck, bless his heart and his little mob-squad just today were just adamant about Sen. Cruz or Sen Rubio being capable. The qualification demand of 'natural born Citizen' was more concerned with 'qualified by the grace of God, then it was about 'capable' as a man.
Hope you saw that car on the left! WHAT DO WE GIVE UP WITH CAPABLE V. QUALIFIED?
So what do we give up in sacrificing 'qualified' and able to receive the grace of God's inspiration for this land and 'capable'? Well, if you haven't noticed there is a 'mandate' to force Americans to buy insurance that is called "Obamacare". There is another thing called "ObamaAmnesty" that has paraded by invitation tens of thousands across the border that didn't come through the front door but have snuck in the house through your window. There is also, just recently passed, a FCC net neutrality to regulate and monitor the web. If that doesn't grab you there is 10 Trillion dollars that has been handed to us during Obama's Administration. Of course you have a Congress that has gone along with it but it really amounts to generational theft or in other words selling the future generations to slavery based on this generations actions.
Are we leaving a better world or has debt all of a sudden become a good thing to pass on to your children? People may argue this is the precise recipe for World War III. That if one had to imagine what possibly could have gone wrong that our elected leaders got so wrong that the natural born Citizen clause was it because it enabled the executive pen to run a muck in ways never before imagined. Indeed, the wreck that Obama has created is not so obvious now because you can't see clearly. Its is in fact like being blind folded and claiming you can see just fine while wondering out on a freeway during rush hour traffic and hoping for that American Opportunity to present itself.
Being the President probably requires 'Good Judgement' more than anything and what kind of 'judgement' is demonstrated to you when you see 'elected officials' who have not said any thing regarding the greatest national security breach in America since Peal Harbor was bombed. Indeed, that was just Hawaii, this is all of America in what Obama calls 'his projects'.
Well Obama's projects have cost us more and given less in return then any other person in the White House. This is his record that is going to have to be paid for, but no one is going to want to admit needs to be paid for. That is the recipe for war and a much bigger one that will reach in and cost every American Family dearly and it will be a great loss of opportunity. That opportunity that has been taken for granted. That opportunity that has been so inspiring. That is the reason I am calling upon your reflection upon what inspired you about America in the first place. We need to dig down deep for that and then support with all of our hearts and minds that which defends our opportunity.
I AM AMERICAN - This first commercial related to the Vision that is enabled and given to us like a seed that grows and that is what I feel my three point platform represents for America. I sincerely feel America will understand this if they get the chance to.
I sure hope you will see that the eligibility of the person in the Office of the President is indeed a master key to your opportunity here in America and you should not be giving that key to anyone who has not stood up for and has no record of standing up for the Office of the President's 'natural born Citizen' qualification. Its that important!
