In the 9 years of my challenging Obama's Ineligibility not a single story has emerged from ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN,The Blaze, MSNBC, or any of the mainstream conservative radio show host like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or Glenn Beck. So was it all that surprising when President Trump campaign ad was refused by the MSM which depicted them as FAKE NEWS?
Take a look at the Evidence in the Opening Brief filed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Court May 4th, 2017 and ask yourself if the evidence presented did not warrant a FACE for the Nation? Let me say I am not a trained professional lawyer and have had to file with my own study and education. It is also a in forma pauperis filing.
We ask you to be the Judge of the Reporters and the Networks who now facing charges indeed of personalizing the nations news to fit their personal agenda. Why else would they refuse to publish a political ad for the nations general election in 2020 in President Trump's re-election, when the only reason for not publishing it was because of a critique on their coverage?
First of all, Lawyers don't often make public what is filed in Court because it opens an unwelcome critique which is what Donald Trump's ad did calling the Networks and their critique in coverage of his First 100 Days Fake News. This Clip of the Sean Hannity Show interviewing Lara Trump shows the ad in question also.
The Bullet Points of the Brief

That Obama is not a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents qualified for the Office of the President under the provisions of the Constitution.
That the DNC and OFA combined as Corporations to form a monopoly which acted as a cartel because of the illegal actions of disenfranchising the State of Hawaii's Certification which [did not] represent Obama was constitutionally qualified under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
That Fraud has been committed against the State of Hawaii by Rep. D- Nancy Pelosi in her certification for Hawaii which was misrepresentation of Obama's ability to serve in the Office of President under constitutional provisions. That all 49 States in the Democratic party Primary had no such certification either nationally.
That Obama procured a fabricated document as a "long form birth certificate" and represented it as an identification document to the public which was fabricated in 2012 and which has been certified by forensic document experts independent of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse. That the lower District Court has acted unjustly in serving a blanket of innocence for the defendants in the face of evidence from Law Enforcement Investigation and refused to try the facts or let a jury trial hear the case and in such as acted itself illegally in misprision of felony.
That because of these things the elections of 2008 and 2012 and possibly 2016 have been a fraud upon the voting public and the Appellant/Petitioner as a Democratic Party Candidate for President himself.
That there exists an Obama-Trump-Alliance that managed a public safety net for Obama's Fraud which became a lucrative business deal for President Trump in securing the Old Post Office which he made a Trump Hotel that may explain Trump's being a fake Birther who did not put any money into the challenge of ineligibility or file a single paper against his Republican opponents who he challenged in Debate on stage on their ineligibility ie. Cruz, Rubio.

Prepare for Three Stand Ye in Holy Places ___________________________
Had a dream last night that was kind of unusual in that there were three things that happened in it I was quite astounded by.
First - I was in a twin bed with a single bed on top of it. I woke up in the dream I thought I was wide awake. The single bed I was in was a waterbed and what had woken me up in the dream was the rolling of it. I wondered what it was. Thinking it the wind or gust outside? I laid back down only to notice it happening again. This time I recognized it as an earthquake happening. The rolling of the bed water was from west to east in a directional flow. While it was in my house, and my house is old, I looked instantly at the upper walls and ceiling expecting to see damages but I saw none and wondered why?
Second - Alarmed at the sound of gun-fire - not the little stuff of a rifle but of big guns coming from an airplane above firing through the ceiling of my roof. The holes looked as big as 50 Caliber. I scrambled around the house wondering why I hadn't been hit yet? I was told in spirit to stand close to the walls as they afforded with the studs, the top plates and the trusses the most safe place. I noticed a women crawling in what was the top of a wall through a cubby-hole that aloud her to drop down into a room. There we kind of huddled up by the wall. She said she wanted a little girl, and I asked her if she always got what she wanted?
Third - I was sweeping my floor up as I normally would when I saw some movement in the dust and clutter I'd swept up. To my "blaah-yuck" I saw fleas. I thought it was strange as I had not been bothered by them and wondered why?
This was all I can recall at this time and I always try and tell things in a dream as they are in a responsibility to you to interpret it as you will.
Now many, maybe most dreams of course are a reflection of what we are going through. A rollling earthquake could be symbolized as just going through some rough times. Shots fired through the roof could be bill collectors after you. (hahaha) and fleas could be just an irritating problem or minor problems that are bothersome.
They also could be problems that are coming that we need to be on the look out for. The things that made me think more of this is I wouldn't really see myself as being affected like this with the problems I have now and the other thing is in each event I was not really affected. The lucidity of this dream was very real. This goes into the theme of the picture - Stand Ye in Holy Places.
How do we do that? The places I was at in my dream, or directed to, were safe places from certain danger. I want to include in this Post a Facebook Post I wrote a yesterday that deals with another condition of our National Security that millions are in fact voting on in Primaries with very distinct violations of our national security in the Office of the President with Ted Cruz as a Candidate.
NATURAL BORN CITIZEN How important is it in our National Security in Heaven & Earth?

He, is a wise soul of our Constitution and if you watch it, you will feel his Love. He also affirms the importance of PARENTS rehearsing Sen. McCain's circumstances of Father & Mother and outlines a inherited parental [Citizen] ship based on their allegiance.
He noticed the inherited status of a Parent's confirmed [Citizen] status, but not [natural born Citizen] status in regards to the Office of President requirement. In other words you could be a Citizen by your father, mother, or birth place, but not necessarily a [ natural born Citizen].
This was interesting because I had to fight Tribe's decision in my Law Suit against Sen. McCain in 2008 as ineligible based on the [statute] of law Congress passed specifically [naturalizing] those born in the Panama Canal Zone. [Foreign Land]
In my argument I said, There is no dispute between the answer asking of Panama: "Were you ever a State of the Union?"
"No", is the answer., "never have been one of the United States or a State in the Union."
Now, Professor Lawrence Tribe comes down hard against Sen. Cruz's foreign birth in Canada here, and states [place] is very important, but further emphasizes the 14th Amendment basically that deals primarily with [Place] was needed to [naturalize] those born on United States soil.
I think you can gain a better understanding that you can't [naturalize] by law or statute [natural born Citizen] and attempts to do so for a particular Candidate only make you appear wobbly.
This is one of the Reasons I have taken a firm Stand on the definition for the Office of President as [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] as the definition of sole American allegiance and the very unique qualification for the Office of President known as [natural born Citizen]- No dueling foreign citizenship by place or parent aloud.
I have [no doubts] my stands in Federal Court against McCain and Obama were and are right in the defense of our National Security. Upholding this against the intellectual mooshies fudging one way or the other for any one Candidate can afford one reward - grave danger both economically and militarily. Obama's raided 10 Trillion from the Treasury 70 K on every man, woman, and child in the U.S.A. Obama has the distinction of being the most well financed Fraud in Failed Policies in U.S. History that goes well with being a Fraud in the Office.
President George Washington only a couple of hundred + years ago, (which is just two people ago each living to be 113.5 years old), said 'I should be pained to believe, that they have forgotten that agency, which was so often manifested during our revolution, or that they failed to consider the omnipotence of that God, who is alone able to protect them."
Have we forgotten that the U.S. Constitution is what came out of the Revolution?
How pained would we say that Republicans Cruz, Rubio, Jindal,McCain and Democrat Obama who are not qualified, and all the Votes and all the Campaign Dollars used against that Supreme Law have acted in forgetting the U.S. Constitution, which is that Word of Divine Manifestation able to Protect us and our National Security?
When you abandon the U.S. Constitution in short you bind up that Umbrella 🌂 of Protection and subject your mothers, wives, and children, your husband's and fathers to the vast assaults from sources nefarious and evil and wicked. When You fold up the umbrella ☔ of Protection of Divine Providence in the omnipotence of God - what sources of good are you expecting to become of it; or instead of it?
Let me answer that for you and then you might find some motive in my unpaid, and what the Court's thus far have called "wholly frivolous" work of 3 Presidential Campaigns and 15 Cases across the United States -Two of which are in the U.S. Supreme Court the last Seven Years.
When you fold the umbrella up of God's Protections upon your loved ones, friends, and Family, what you are doing is opening the door of the forces of nefarious action upon them. Your not Loving them .. Your hating and killing them in the most inhumane ways imaginable.

When the Divine Spirit of God withdraws and your left to the devils workshop, things go down hill very quickly.
What will you say to God? Why are we subjected to these horrors? Why are our lovely Families tore up? Why are our daughters suffered and deprived of their innocence? What did we do to deserve or unveil these harsh evils heretofore we were protected from and by the umbrella of God that made our streets safe?
How many have stood fast and courageous for the U.S. Constitution's Core Qualification? How many have supported only Candidates who were firm in that National Security?!
You know Utah voted 70% in the GOP to fold up that Umbrella of God's Divine Protection in the Primary for Cruz? 🌂 I don't care what Political Party you are from- National Security concerns You.
We have it on good record the First Chief Judge of the U.S. Supreme Court felt inspired with inspiration to the First U.S. President George Washington in recommending that the Office of President also the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces holder of nuclear codes and munitions now, only devolve upon a [natural born Citizen].

Of course I am grieved for you. I am as President Washington said "pained" at my fellow civil brothers and sisters of the community. I feel like a man whose had his toes all broken. What can I do... What could I have done more?

Now after reading that Post published published 17 hours ago, read the comment published two hours ago which I just heard on the radio news this morning and googled from an article published April 4th, 2016 in the New York Daily News.
Four men are under arrest in Utah, charged in the sickening rape of a 9-year-old girl as her mother smoked meth, authorities said.
The suspects — identified as Larson RonDeau, 36, Josiah RonDeau, 20, Jerry Flatlip, 29, and Randall Flatlip, 26 — were jailed on first degree felony rape of a child and first degree felony sodomy on a child, the Unitah County Sheriff's Office announced.
The reported rape occurred on March 27 — Easter Sunday — while the girl and her mother were visiting a friend's Vernal home, and the mother went into the garage to smoke methamphetamine, authorities said. The men had been invited to the home for Easter.
You may not correlate the idea of the umbrella of God being folded up in the Divine Providence of Security as it relates to our National Security as it relates to the Qualifications of the Office of the President, but it struck me with enough force to make a call for Obama to resign the Office of the President now. When I saw that story I had a newsflash pass before me of the girl in my dream last night who had her girl raped while she was out smoking meth. Ohhh.., I'll betcha she is hurting with her daughter taken away; sad.
These were men [INVITED] in to a home as guest and you wonder what it looks like when the spirit of the Lord withdraws leaving only the devils to have their way? You wonder about the protections afforded to us in our United States Borders? Do you wonder about the vetting process happening to the guest coming in? You should.
I will conclude this post with yet one other Facebook Post I wrote this morning concerning our National Security and our Borders which I've advocated since my run for President in 2008 were vitally important.
That's the main reason the World has wanted to infiltrate the Office of President. To get to the National Treasury of the U.S as the World robbed their own stashing billions in off shore accounts- 10 TRILLION of ours vanished on Obama's watch.
Our Nationalism controlled by the U.S. Constitution provided strong checks and balances that reined in the corruption of leaders. Many other nations have no such controls under their forms of Government so unless we went on a tyrannical killing spree and toppled every other nation we could not control the corruption of their Leaders who loot the treasuries.
We went through a lot of blood to STOP that taxation without representation and set up a system controlled in large part by WE THE PEOPLE. One in which our vote counted.
WHEN you invite a thief in your house you can expect to be robbed. The chances of your being robbed go way up. This is what our Borders are for to protect us.
Its a little frustrating to confuse 'charity' for refugees and "safety" concerns for our National security , or to whip security concerns with the not being Charitable Quip.
The design for doing such is at best naive. Of course immigrants are coming to the U.S. as well as Refugees, but they can't come in faster then the safety of your children can be considered.
I guarantee you a member of your family gets raped, cut, or killed, your all about blaming Security and those at the Gate.
So, do yourself a favor. Stop with the anti-charity refuge whip-quip for those wanting to secure at least our Borders, and remember that other Countries Leaders and many corrupt policies that include bribing for Justice are a big thing we are trying to keep out, because we are a Nation not the World.
America has been and will always be one of the Greatest, if not the Greatest Charitable Country on Earth, however that source of not protected drys up and then what? Everyone's on their own anyway and the World is not better off because of it.

JUST ANOTHER LAST THOUGHT
What I know to be certain is that we can not expect God to protect us and make interventions of protection with circumstances and conditions we cannot foresee if we are doing everything in our power to appose the agreement of our Supreme Law of the Land. Its like violating the Ten Commandments if you will right after Moses brought them down off the mount which is also by the way replicated on the top of the U.S. Supreme Court building.
Now I know my Case in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 has been put on hold based on an arbitrary denial of a Motion for forma pauperis. I know and so does God, ,even though the U.S. Supreme Court and the Media have refused to make it a national horror story. What?
You don't think 10 Trillion out of the national treasury placed on the backs of our children is a horror story? You don't think the qualifications of the Office of the President, the most powerful office in our Country is important? You don't think giving the Voters a Choice to vote for a Candidate who is the only one who stood up for this with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record is a "fair story"? Maybe you need a lesson on what's fair because from where I'm sitting things are really not fair at all, to me or the voters.
You have two very renowned Harvard Law Professors telling you, if you followed my post, that you can't [naturalize] by Statute [natural born Citizen] when the statute fitting Mr. Obama is Title 8 U.S. Code §1401 (a & g) born inside the U.S. to a alien father? McCain has had two statutes of citizenship, one 11 months after his birth and one while in the U.S. Citizen. Did I need a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution to qualify as a natural born Citizen to be fair? Do we need a discussion on Fair Rules for everyone? Do you not see 15 Cases appealing for Justice as an appeal for Fairness? Why have you been scared to hold a single Hearing on the matter?
Not enough money affecting the Case? How about millions and millions of Americans being deceived by being told by a Candidate he is eligible when he is not? Is Fraud no Fair? Protecting the integrity of our Election System not something you want to adjudicate or that you think is justicable? Read a very keen Harvard Professor's Brief on that if you'd like Here.
Well, let me tell you something else I heard in another dream. I heard that Obama had been aloud to the office of the president because not enough people were praying our U.S. Constitution be upheld. Yes he was voted in but it was on fraudulent circumstances of deceit. That not fair. It's also not fair that I have had 15 cases since 2008 apposing and objecting to that deception and standing for the Truth. That truth Obama has served to the American People in his long form birth certificate. The one that says he has a foreign father and inherited a citizenship from Kenya from his father just exactly like Cruz states he inherited a Citizenship from his mother.
Do fathers not count anymore? And what exactly is your message to your Heavenly Father in that? We are told to honor our fathers and mothers. And we are also told that the Office of the President has a special unique qualification that was enacted based on the national security of our American nation. You know if your in trouble with God there is not a rock on this Earth that is gonna hide you don't you? I'm just saying .. maybe its time to Repent?
You wanna keep pushing it don't you? You wanna see if Gods real don't you? I can't blame you, but that's the wrong way to go about it if you ask me. I have to tell you honestly, I hate being wrong in front of you. Its not fun to be tested that way. But there is one thing I hate worse than that? Yup, its being wrong before God. I would rather be made a fool by you, then face my Creator or run from something he told me to do. Yeah..think of Jonah.
We are told in the Constitution that our Founders and Framers were indeed themselves [Citizens] and not [natural born Citizens] as they had to fulfill the law by [naturalizing] themselves in. That is understood as the grandfather clause. You must be a [natural born Citizen] or a [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution.
I just help but throw in a wonderful example of that. Jesus was baptized to fulfill the law.
Its as easy to understand as A -B-C. So what's not fair is that our Judicial Branch in some 15 Cases I've been involved with that includes my Candidacy for President has been "wholly frivolous" which is like saying our National Security is "wholly frivolous" or our U.S. Constitution is "wholly frivolous". Of course it is my prayer that those feeling that way will be blessed with what they have sown.
A great movement is underway in America. Many more people are praying that a Restoration come to pass. This obligates the Lord to do something and we can all use our imaginations of what God decides to do when he would like to soften Pharaohs heart after hardening it?
How do you stand in Holy Places? Well, I can tell you what your probably shouldn't do. You do not vote for ineligible Candidates for the Office of the President and expect to find yourself protected after voting against God's Divine Protection?

The Main Stream Media Pretends the U.S. Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 on Obama's Ineligibility doesn't exist, but the signs are everywhere you look that the 2nd Conference in the United States Supreme Court, just one month from Today (Sept. 28th), are having political ramifications in the 2016 Field of Candidates and Potential Candidates aka Mr. Joe Biden noticed October 1st date to decide whether to get into the 2016 Presidential Race as a Candidate at all for Obama's third term.
Political pundits are scratching their heads wondering what could be the reasons the Go Joe Camp hasn't entered the political fray as a Candidate scrambling like everyone else for the limited and precious dollars all agree are necessary for a competitive run.

And we learn only 10% of Big Bundlers for Obama have trotted over to the Clinton Camp. This raises the big question what's everyone waiting for?
Speculations are running rampant from the crushing emotional blow Mr. Biden suffered with the passing of his 46 year old son Beau May 31st this year, from a long battle that begin August 2013 with brain cancer. Many expected Beau to run for Governor next year in Delaware.
On the other side of the speculations list is the melting pot former Secretary of State and 2016 Candidate Hillary Clinton seems to be in with her Email Server confiscated by the FBI after she initially refused to hand it over and joked about wiping it clean. What does Joe Know from the Atlantic speculated Mr. Biden may know of more bone crushing elements coming off of Hillary's Server than the rest of us do right now from his insider DC intelligence.
REALITY CHECK
1- Mr. Joe Biden's been dealing with his son's cancer for a full two years. Of course the final loss is pain-strikingly clear, but with such a condition its also normal to prepare for the worst emotionally.
2- Hillary's Email Server? What did that have to do with getting in a Race Early enough to drum up the base of supporters and really prepare like approximately 17 Candidates on the Republican side and 18 Candidates on the Democratic Party side already have? If anything its speaks loudly of a lack of preparation and shooting from the hip as far as a public preception and also bids well that the Democrats have already seeded the election to Republicans.
3-Mr. Biden undoubtedly knows that Mr. Obama's Ineligibility has been called into Question and the United States Supreme Court is set to make another decision in Conference September 28th about the Case. This perfectly coincides with Biden's Team's reality notice of a October 1st decision date.
By Political Pundits savvy Mr. Jeb Bush was getting in late as he declared on June 15th, but he was taking advantage of the Exploratory Stage of a Candidate collecting a lot more money that is not subject to the same scrutiny as after an Official Declaration- understandable reason for the late call.
Mr. Trump unheard of in the Political Polls before his official declaration June 16th now leads Bush who was widely polled as the leader in the exploratory phase of his Candidacy. Again, understandable call for timing of declaration. Mr. Biden retains none of these excuses or ambitions.
The Reality of Door Number Three for Mr. Biden is based as a very loyal supporter of and for Mr. Obama. The U.S. doesn't elect Vice President's anymore. They elect a President who has chosen a Vice President. It is clear as a bell if Mr. Obama is removed as unqualified or a disability of the Office of the President his decision and choice of Mr. Joe Biden is also removed. Mr. Biden crashes in flames along with Mr. Obama and it could be rather instantly.
Many presume Mr. Biden would be the next in line if Mr. Obama is declared ineligible or unqualified and that might be the case if Mr. Biden had been elected separately as a Vice President the way our first elections were handled where the person receiving the second most votes for President became the Vice President. See Original Election Process and Reform However Mr. Biden was elected in an indirect manner with Obama as a Team. Thus, where Obama goes so does Joe.
The Constitution in the 25 Amendment states that no person ineligible for the office of the President shall be fit for the Vice President of the United States. Thus the Vice President must also be equal in qualifications set out for the President. Mr. Biden of course meets the criteria for President, however he was not directly elected. The Constitution provides the Senate can temporarily elect a President Pro Tempore which can be chosen from anyone of its members or even an outside person they feel could reasonably assume the position responsibly until an election could be organized. Who knows maybe Mr. Trump's wishes that an election be expedited could come by sooner than he thinks?
Mr. Biden's support of Obama could also be subject to charges of rebellion against the United States having sworn an oath according to the 14 Amendment Section 3. Joe's defense would be Joe didn't Know, which seems rather nonsensical at best. Mr. Biden hoped along with every other Obama supporter that no one with any Standing would ever be allowed in the United States Supreme Court asserting damages as a Presidential Candidate and citing the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of the President as the Standard upon which damage was done.
Yes, Mrs. Clinton's prospects and poll numbers are going down based on her own many choices, but she's not feeling good about it either as she denied invitations to assert the Constitution as a retired Secretary of State not holding office any longer in a Amicus Curiae on this Case in February but refused to do so repeatedly.
If justice does not have a perfect way, then of course injustice has become the normal condition of our Government from top to bottom. The very long and hard fight I have had to go through to even get this case to the U.S. Supreme Court is largely unknown by the American population not based on any kind of stand for justice, but based on a real lack of respect for justice by the Main Stream Media in reporting about it.
That of course is something that is our problem. That I do my best with every Post on my blog, sending it out to over 300 Main Stream Media and Press Reporters in multiple news papers in every single state of the Union is a given and of course is my Record. The Post & Email and The Birther Report are up to this point really the only covering Internet Sources that verify this account.
People like to assume that Obama owns the United States Supreme Court Justices because they have felt so helpless to demand a change speaking into the wind to their Representatives and Senators in the Republican and Democratic Parties who were all in on Obama's ineligibility cover-up from the beginning in the non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama for Sen. McCain. The Fact the Supreme Court has thus far refused to acknowledge Standing by any Party is largely responsible for this rather then the assumption Obama is qualified by the Court's Decision.
The Media has looked at the Court's Decisions on most 'Birther Cases' dismissals over Standing as if the Court's had said being a citizen required for Representatives and Senators had become the new norm for Presidential Candidates excluding, convoluting, and polluting the distinct and separately unique qualification of 'natural born Citizen' ie born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents definition from the entire Constitution without Amendment.
This of course ultimately is the worst kind of constitutional construction we have every seen and it is expressly prohibited. When two terms of the Constitution come into a clash one cannot over ride the other, and both must be given their unique diligence. This means you cannot by pollution remove the 'natural born Citizen' requirement by saying all of a sudden that the same qualifications exist for Reps, Sens and President.
[This is of the very essence of judicial duty. If, then, the Courts are to regard the Constitution, and the Constitution is superior to any ordinary act of the Legislature, the Constitution, and not such ordinary act, must govern the case to which they both apply.
Those, then, who controvert the principle that the Constitution is to be considered in court as a paramount law are reduced to the necessity of maintaining that courts must close their eyes on the Constitution, and see only the law [e.g., the statute or treaty].
This doctrine would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions]

A broken trust to the Lord of Heaven who gave them that charge under conditions and that not to wink and set aside the patriots of our Land now in Heaven whose blood was signed for the Constitution of this Land by the invisible hand who awarded such wonderful providence to our security
These things can not be hidden from the All Seeing Eye who our first President said we were so very supremely indebted to have received a grace favored above all Nations. I pray for these brothers and sisters unceasingly the cause of the tears upon my pillow at night in the hope somehow we all shall not be laid to rest under the auspices of those who have lost their Constitutional minds with the infirm as we sail down the steep hill with not so much as a rudder or a steering mechanism just hoping we don't hit a bump that sails us out so far that death is immanent and out future generations cursed for the slop we served them for dinner.
How am I the only one who has stood up for this by my Record in Federal Court against McCain/and/ Obama, exercising my rights of standing for all our Nation- for all Americans- against those running afoul of the Office of the President in both parties? How are they so willing to party with the devil and expect their duties to be fulfilled unless they are themselves heirs of damnation? Certainly not by my word, but I have a very hard time not seeing it in our first President's words and the Debt of 18-20 Trillion manifesting real trouble and unsound judgement.
And yet unbelievably, America can not see this and to the tune of millions of dollars supporting and funding the Unqualified Candidates Campaigns. I just do not know how we escape the rewards of dereliction? We reap the bounty and goodness, but we have sown the seeds of ruin. How shall we avoid those ill-gotten; the rewards of those bad seeds? Do we think for an instance that they shall sprout green leaves with peaches, and apples, and rewards for us to harvest that are just delightful?
Yet my American brothers and sisters, do I have hope? Oh yes! Oh Yes! Oh Yes! My hope is in the witness of my Record. For if there was no hope, there would be no Record at all! I testify of the Spirit of Great Hope that has fallen upon me, not boasting of myself, but rest assured our Nation has not come to ruin as so many think. How is it possible that I of my self would have had the strength and vicissitude of this Record myself? I tell you right now I wouldn't.
For the Promise of our Union I am encouraged if nothing else by this witness that I can not run from or hide as it is so open to the public. As I thought about these things I reflected on such pioneering enterprise that has come to us as a Refiners Fire. The tooling, and sanding, and sealing of the beauty of our Nation. We we hold dear by so many who worked so hard to even hue out of stone the faces of Mt. Rushmore and caused by the Spirit of Liberty the Statue in our harbor, and crossed the channel of San Francisco with the Golden Gate Bridge and I decided that would be my Campaigns Celebration in our next Commercial.
Tonight is the Republican Debate and those I feel the sorriest for actually are scheduled for the 5PM Debate as they missed the Prime Time Debate to those who are unqualified. Texas Governor Perry seems content to keep his mouth shut about his own Senator from Texas being a Canadian Born son of a Cuban/Canadian father and in no way, shape, or form a natural born Citizen qualified for the debate stage. But it sure is U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz taking away Governor Perry's podium in prime time.
What can you say about that? You would think Governor Perry would have learned by now how important the 'natural born Citizen' qualification is to the Office of the President but apparently that is not the case. We do not need that kind of a President anyway now do we. There's one in the Office of the White House now, so Governor Perry's mouth shut about it is indeed an embarrassment to this Nations Founding Charter.
Rick Perry, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Jim Gilmore and George Pataki are among the Candidates who are on the 5PM Debate. They share the stage with one who isn't a natural born Citizen - Governor Bobby Jindal. Very smart, distinguished, educated, and awarded the Office of Governor, but thinks so little of the Constitution in running for Office of the President he's considered constitutionally illiterate and will go down in history the shame of Louisiana as he collects money by fraud for an office he is not qualified for. Is that terrible? Of Course Gov. Rick Perry and Sen. Lindsey Graham are the two biggest losers to Sen. Cruz and Sen. Rubio as Sen. Graham put it, "This Nation will never elect a Birther". What a disgraceful remark about our Founders and Framers national security protection he has squandered at the behest of his blessings of elected office. Rick Santorum had at least the gall to call the Debate an 'Insult to the Voters', but for reasons I suspect that are different than why I do. You know in that remark Sen. Graham was putting Mr. Donald Trump in the cross-hairs but I think he fired his gun and the dang thing is going to chase him the rest of his life with a back-fire he'll be running from on his own telephone haunt. That phone's going to be around a long time and no matter how hard he tries to destroy it, its still going to ring in his head. Look how positive CEO- Carly Fiorina is: "I look forward to answering questions on Thursday in Cleveland. I continue to be encouraged by the support of conservative activists and grassroots Republicans across the country," Fiorina said in a statement. Perhaps one of the 'conservative activists' passing her way should ask her if she's even read the Constitution yet or knows what the qualifications are for the Office of the President she's running for? If she has read it, and knows, then again she is an embarrassment to the Constitution and to God in the Supreme Law of this Land and she has no business in the Race for the duties of that office. The below written Represent my chicken scratches of the Republican Debate held in Cleveland Ohio tonight- they represent 5 pages of my long hand writing and I'll just type them out as is and perhaps give a few thoughts to comments summary at the bottom how I thought it went overall. It should be noted that I listened to the Debate on the Radio channel 1440 WROK.COM a Fox Radio Station, so I would have missed gestures and body language accept as perhaps noted by the Commentators I tried to summarize the question and answer briefly.
First Q. By the show of hands Candidates, please raise your hand if you would consider an Independent Party Ticket should you not become the Republican Nominee. Trump is the only one to raise hand.
Carson: On Elect-ability - How would you-
Rubio:- Explain Why no experience necessary - No Resume- Referred to Hillary Clinton as the next
President if that's what's important. ( That was kind of a dumb remark on his part because it posited her.)
Bush: I'm my own man - Another Bush dynastic politics question/ Family? Ref to his Record- Cut taxes-Triple A credit rating restored in FL., called a Veto dyno a lot,- Governed Conservatively State of Florida self-accolade.
Trump: Speak your mind a lot, when is that a negative? Woman he doesn't like? Temperament change- how will he handle HClinton if he's seen as part of the war-on-women? Political Correctness ad nauseum- we are losing- we need..fast people with brains ... quickness.. he asserts- poking fun isn't always serious.
Cruz: Red Meat to the base- done nothing- called Speaker liar- How can you win with divisive tactics as a divisive figure of your own party? "Speak the Truth"- politicians have gotten in bed with lobbyist, special interest.
Christie: Economy - NJ attacked on his bad record- why should his own management of the State on poor performances not be a reflection of how he'd hurt the Country as President? "Should have seen it before I got there." Cut taxes, long ways to go, but they still like him.
Walker: Abortion illegal- would you let a mother die who needed one to live? Protect unborn child. Attacks Clinton- defunded Planned Parenthood-.
Huckabee: Electiblity - anti-abortion anti same-sex marriage.? The personhood, invokes 5th and 14th Amendment. (actually you don't become a U.S. Citizen until your 18 and can vote that's why children have a Juvenile Court System and are not treated the same as adults.)
Paul: Why ISIS- attacked his own Party? Not arming allies of ISIS is the problem. I don't fund enemies. Don't Fund and Don't Arm allies of ISIS. (suppose Republicans did this in a way he didn't like)
Kasich: Medicaid Expanded- every program funded how are you going to cut? As Ohio Gov. rehab addiction, reduced recidivism - go down defending his record- working poor.

Bush: They broke the law but you said it was an act of love- stand by it? Supports earned legal status- Control Border - E-Verify ( he missed Obama didnt pass lol) Over stay Visa's- eliminate sanctuary cities,. supports path earned legal status not amnesty.
Trump: You've said Mexico is sending illegals- Mex Govrmnt sending bad people do you stand? If it weren't for me you guys wouldn't be talking about immigration. I'm proud of that. We need a Wall- I will build it! illegals out! Second Q- any proof Mex Gov did this? I've talked to Border Guards and they said that that's what they were doing. That's the evidence.
Kasich: Any merit of what Trump said? Invite to attack Trump- Trump hitting a nerve with folks, people want solutions, tired of political run-around. Really didn't/wouldn't attack Trump.
Rubio: Majority of illegal immigration-torn between people standing in line and people getting away with it. He noted calls to his office of Legal Immigrants frustrated at illegal prospects. People are frustrated despite our generosity we are not treated it fairly.
Walker: Changed mind on "path to Citizenship"- Obama messed it up. International Criminal penetrating borders.
Cruz: Do you support 5 yr. Min./Man illegal immigration? Katy Law? Republicans he said don't want illegal immigration enforced. Amnesty- called DC a cartel.

Christie: Phone Records apposes/or/likes bulk collection?- supports Patriot Act? Quoted as saying Responsible Congressmen should testify to families killed. Protect lives not fewer tools, need more tools to report. Christie likes Big Brother in your house.

Trump:- Obamacare-advocated replaced- supported single payer/private system. Mentions competitive bring cost down- get rid of borders between States. Narrated experience with only 1 bidder, based on no competition.
Huckabee: Will you abolish Ed Deprtmnt; EPA Deprtmnt; IRS Dprtmnt? Is it too big to shrink? Federal Gov often the enemy of the State, power shift back to States- Pass Fair Tax-
Carson: Change Tax Law- Gods Law Pay Proportionally- current failure because poor don't pay any taxes in proportion/
Bush: Advocates Common Core? Fringe- Clearly State Rights- Voucher- Real School Choice- Competition drives education- don't Lower Expectations.
Rubio: Why he's (Bush) is wrong? Parent- common core- usually the problem is the the program stops recommending and makes it a 'mandate' were Federal Governmnt can 'force' the State.
Kasich: Whoever R nominee- Clinton supporter of middle and poor class how will you take her D's on? Balancing Budgets- Spurs Economic Growth that's the KEY Reach out - Restore Miracles.
Carson: Same Q. Hillary is epitomizes rich elitist, hasn't a leg to stand on.- Must educate- Economic Growth Movement away from Debt.

We haven't talked about the 71% of the Debt which is Entitlements- SS "socialist", believes those who have paid in to it, but are rich should forefoot it if they are rich.
Huckabee: Fair Tax quotes 60 Million collecting S.S. that's 90% of their income Gov. already robbed SS by Obamacare. SS is filled with nothing but IOUs. We need to make SS not just from paychecks but from other forms of income, stocks, dividends, because of the nature of which income has changed.

MY SUMMARY
The hardest thing sometimes is to condense your ideas in a 30 second answer, which is what the Republican Candidates had to do last night. I wanted to let the debate and my notes marinate overnight a little before giving my Summary. As far as the Debate Format and the time permitted for the Debate as a whole I think that all favored Mr. Trump because he was able to stick to what I'm going to say were 'canned' answers he has been reciting over the last month which had favored his zooming to number one in the Polls!
With the format of 10 Debaters on Stage, that with 30 seconds available, that's about all you can do and hope you say something that is remembered. I will say as far as that is concerned, most people just wanted to see if Mr. Trump as an previously un-elected Candidate could 'hang in there' on the Debate Stage with these Professional Politicians and he did. That's bad news for them.
Mr. Trump basically showed everyone that you really do not need to come from an Elected Position of the Senate, or the House, or from a State as a Governor to hang with the big boys, and for that I thank Mr. Donald Trump and also our Founders who didn't make that a qualification in the Constitution as Kenya has adopted in theirs.
Fox News did Mr. Trump a very big favor asking a question right out the gate that had to do with a "Candidate Promise" not to compete or devolve into a Third Party if not receiving the nomination of the Republican Party. This put Mr. Trump at a very big advantage. Basically by raising his hand, he was seen as committed to the Race for President and willing to use every tool available to him to do it.
To me, that's what a winner does. He will not agree to not use a tool available under the Laws of the Land. I have run as a write-in Candidate before and it is a seldom used but very unique muscle in the body of our Governments specifically tied to the corruption of Political Parties perhaps the money they are tied to.
I think its foolish not to acknowledge the muscle in our own body as very necessary at any given time just because it is not used very often. I dreamed last night that this 'write-in or Independent Road' in our body was compared to our armpit. People might make fun of it, but it is essential for cooling the body, attachment of the arm muscle and the lat muscle as well as engaging the back muscles. Most people do have an armpit they give attention to every day, but flexing the armpit is not something that its famous for. (smile) We usually go for the bicep.
What this did was put the Republican Party on notice that they have a wild one in their midst doing very well in the Polls, so its almost impossible to 'vote' him off the stage. The Democratic Party tried one time to vote me out of running in their vehicle, it required a 90% threshold of their Electors and the meeting was called at Noonish/ or kind of an off hour, when they hoped many people would be at work and could not attend the meeting. That's the one election I won and I was very honored and touched in my heart by the people who stood their ground and refused to vote against my running in the party. It ended at the State Convention with a standing ovation and a moment no one will every forget that was there. It was worth it! I'll tell you I like and got to know Ohio Governor Kasich much better. He definitely had the home field advantage and 6 Responses, 7 if you count the home court advantage. I lived in Columbus, Ohio trained horses there for a year and enjoyed the College football crazy atmosphere and Flaky Jakes Hamburgers- My wife actually worked there for a time as a day-time bar-tender. I was 20 years old I believe, long time ago now but it was at Columbus, OH had one too, at 1748 E. Dublin-Granville Rd.
That Crowd was amazing last night when they lit up the Chair for their Gov. ( smile) I'm always thrilled and honored by the wonderful people who serve as Executives of our individual States. Great men and women doing a job that is vitally essential for our Union.
Senator Marco Rubio did a very nice job at the Debate. Although he is ineligible by the Constitution's Standard, he was very articulate, authentic, and spoke comfortably well. I did not get that feeling from former Gov. Jeb Bush. He went in to the Debate number two and I think left much lower. I'm not saying his answers were not substantive, I'm saying his delivery sounded, remember I was listening on the radio to the debate, like he was some medication that prevented smooth delivery. He stammered a bit, and his sentences struggled, his dry mouth seemed apparent. He had a full 7 Responses so a well oiled debate. Jeb Bush had 8 full Responses so slightly favored but he is a so-called money man with a sizable war chest.
Don't make the remark with any ill towards him, but the comparison between his overall effort would lead me to say it was a choppy ride as compared to Rubio's much smoother ride. This is were Rubio as an ineligible Candidate for the Office of the President is very hurtful to those who are qualified. They should not be having to be compared with him on Stage.
Sen. Paul, I thought came out even. His closing statement bothered me because it was aloof when he stated he was a different kind of Republican. Even if he is, the statement is not cultivating votes, but pushing them away. Basic translation afforded, " if your not like me, don't vote for me."Paul had 7 Responses and I think showed an adeptness to squeezing in.
Governor Christie's effort was a little to combative and militant. I know the A.G. is a prosecutor, but in running for President the American People do not want to be prosecuted by their President. His likability index drops for me, but his tactical preparedness I was impressed with. He at least had a ball park where he wanted to take our military preparedness up a notch. His Rebuttals with Gov. Kasich were a little childish in word-smithing demeanor. Christie had 5 Responses so of the group had the least and the most reason to feel slighted.
Senator Cruz, also ineligible you could tell felt slighted in the debate. I thought perhaps he was, out of all of them, the most extreme in his responses and this emblematic of the character we'd see in the desperate housewife whose had some 'afternoon delight' in an affair, and knows her husband is going to be able to read her mind when he gets home. His closing statement was a warning to all women; be very afraid because he will put you in prison during the gestation/harvesting of your baby, just to be on the safe side. Its tantamount to pandering to the extremes of the Republican party, and is the death knell to Independents which he cannot win the election without. I don't say this in anyway to insinuate he is not a capable person., its more that his confidence does not wax strong, and that is the tone of someone doing something wrong; which he is by running for an office he is not qualified for under the Constitution.
Ben Carson was attempting to separate Siamese twins with his answers all night. That is impossible with 30 seconds and 25 of them used to give a back drop which leaves the answer rushed in 5 seconds. Its the mark of being intelligent, but missing the mark of expedience, versatility, and utility. He seemed 'favored' in the Debate as far as questions he had 6 chances, so I do not think he has anything to complain about as he noticed one time he didn't know if he was going to get to speak again light heartedly. If he hurt, he hurt himself, and wasn't hurt as Cruz may contend who also had 6 chances, 7 if you count the time he tried to interject and was denied response. Cruz is doing much better than Carson in the Polls, so if you tiered that you say Carson had an especially well favored night.
Gov. Walker has 6 Responses and if he's trying to blend in became the wallpaper of the debate. He has a nice voice, but Gov. Huckabee has the nicest voice. He purrs. I really like his voice, but I'm always left wondering which Bible he reads because along with Cruz I think he'd have no problem putting women in prison rather than understanding how God made the body complete first, and then breathed the spirit into him making man a living soul. It is this process that doesn't make abortions a killing field with everyone involved going to hell for murder. Its difficult to understand when God lays it out so plainly in the Ref: Holy Bible- Genesis 2:7.
The Planned Parenthood Debacle is such a frame job and its typical of the 'Gotcha' mentality, when all these video are doing is preying upon the repulsive and normal feelings most of us have at the site of blood, and dead figures that resemble our own body parts. Gotcha, fewer people work as Doctors and Nurses or in the Mortuaries so most are not well accustomed to being expected to act normal around such scenes and that what these videos are preying upon. Women in the monthly cycle periods are more accustom to it then men are. Just because we are using the womb doesn't mean its still not dust that God formed the body with and to which it eventually returns.
Overall I enjoyed the Republican Debate and I thought the questions were pretty adversarial to say the least, which made it a hard debate for each person with their specific norms. In that sense and in those considerations, FOX News did a remarkable job in what could be seen as preparing the Candidates who will emerge as leaders.
Overall, I think Trump won this debate because he played it right with the circumstances, conditions, and overall environment and he was thrown very tough questions and assumption from Megyn Kelly- "When did you become a Republican" was border line rude and I really do not recall any other Candidates being treated with the disdain in that way during the debate. He served Trump though and he is a master at turning things around, as it looked like they were picking on him, he also got a sympathy vote.
