 Many just haven't seen the Choice Trump would make for VP through the political eyes of a real future for the preservation of our U.S. Constitution that I have.

They, Trump included, are seeing it through the eyes of political personality but with a little bit of help from the view I've had consider this.

Trump became known Nationally as a consideration for President after his Birther Stand in 2011 he took pride in.

Trump often bleeted regarding his insistence on The View Obama ought to release his birth ceryificate, that he got Obama to release something.. what ever that was" , referring to Obama's long form birth certificate.

Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpiao (Who's also endorsed Trump) formed the Cold Case Possee to investigate the document following a petition signed by hundreds of his constituency and March 1st 2012 released findings they found the document did not hold up to criteria eventually calling it a fabricated document rather than a scan image as it was purported  by Obama April 30th, at his White House Press conference handing it out.

Because Hawaii Officials were involved, ( the only one to have witnessed the transaction Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy died in a weird drowning after a safe water landing of a plane), their testimony was sought under oath. She never got the chance to testify before her untimely death, but it's important to remember Trump was enduring a sever hail storm of racist stories in the Mainstream Media for his audacity remarking Obama should be qualified under the U.S. Constitution.

Trump never officially entered the 2012 Presidential Race which would have been a requirement for Standing and a Official complaint in the Judicial Branch recognized with jurisdiction as justiciable or able to be considered a legitimate complaint in the Judicial Branch by many Constitutional Scholars.

Trump never brought the issue up in 2008 against the Republican Nominee Sen. John McCain who was not born in the United States but maintains by his birth there a native Panamanian Citizenship. This provided the fodder for the media's basis of Trump as a racist
even if Obama was born in Kenya reported and advertised by Obama's own publicist and uncovered by Brietbart News.

Now why is this all important?

Well flash forward to 2015 and Trump did declare officially for Election 2016 and is now the presumptive nominee. He Publically challenged Ted Cruz for his birth in Canada but never filed an official complaint in Ballot Challenges although encouraged to do so. He would bring it up in debates.

Trump had absolutely no official record to stand against Obama's Constitutional lack of qualification or illegitmacy, but he had one (1) Choice left to bind his Candidacy with a Record that did. That is his choice for a Vice Presidential running mate simply because the President and Vice President have the exact same Constitutional Qualifications.

"So what?", you say.

The protection Trump may need in Court over dismantling Obamacare alone, remember that monster is 1/5 the entire U.S. Economy is proving or standing the ground Obama's Signature of Law is Invalid.

Now, where the truth is, in understanding this is those who would challenge it was legitimate Law would have to prove Obama was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Trump wouldn't have to.

It makes all the difference in the world who has to wear the shoe of proving qualification.  It is very difficult to prove when you do not have access to someone's private info. .but Obama has it all. He chose not to release his long form fabrication for 3 years! All you have to ask is why? It's a $10 document.

However, if Trump does not have the binding Record of standing, and only one American has a Bipartisan Record since 2008, Trump has no defense and most likely will be dragged into the mountains of quagmire or Legal Battles simply trying to undo what Obama has done as he has promised in his Campaign.

When the real axe of Obamacare hits businesses deferred by Obama till 2016 and Democrats want to make the pain excruciating for Trump as a disaster, Trump will have no defense.

Because of his own choices he will be framed as a failure and he will bear the bigger brunt of Obama's fiscal mess and the 10 Trillion spent- more than all Presidents combined! It's BIG!

Since 2008 only one (1) Presidential Candidate has the Bipartisan standing necessary to stand up and show Obama's Signature moot- Cody Robert Judy (CRJ).

If Trump doesn't choose CRJ he forefoots the high ground most certainly coming in a legal fight if Hillary Clinton loses the general election. It will be bitter and Democrats have never shied away from the Check and Balance of the Judicial Branch as Republicans have.

It's the recipe to totally wreck Trump even if he won. But this Choice Donald Trump gets only happens one time and most people are only looking at the Show Case for the Election rather than real success in government.

Of course Trump is well aware of this and was set to announce Indiana Governor Mike Pence to the delight of Democrats.

He not only has a Record of Religion against the LGBT Movement it is one that used Religion to get there. Something that will be totally exploited by Democrats just as radical as Islam throwing Gays off the roof as an appropriate mercy for the crime.

 [Mr. Pence won the governorship in 2012 by just 3.2 points, failing to get 50% of the vote. In that election, he shared a ballot with 2012 GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney and underperformed Mr. Romney by nearly 5%. His 2016 race will be a rematch of the contest four years ago, featuring former Indiana House Speaker John Gregg as his Democratic challenger. Though Indiana usually is a Republican-leaning state, it is expected to be a competitive race.

Pence might be the weakest Governor Trump could have chosen and it will not help Trump's strength to have a weak running mate especially one who endorsed Ted Cruz in the Republican Primary. Indiana even voted against their own Governor's Vote for Ted Cruz giving Trump the top-over National Presumptive Nomination.

Pence secures the Democratic Party hope and security for HRC. You could say Trump's falling for the trap that's been set.

With CRJ Trump secures his defense to Govern and encourages a much bigger Democratic Party cross-over vote in November, but it's a Choice he alone can make.

Trump was set to make that decision Tomorrow Friday at 11AM, but Radical Islam intervened killing 73 in France, and Trump delayed his announcement.

OGDEN, UTAH--SURPRISE! There is speculation that '08 '12 & '16 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy is on Donald Trump's and Hillary Clinton's short list of potential vice presidential candidates. The question might be who get's him first.

"I think Cody Robert Judy (CRJ) is a unique and legitimate person in at least the Top-10 considerations for the vice president spot that many people might be over-looking for many reasons that might be a BIG surprise to a lot of people," said a political pundit requesting anonymity.

CLINTON - JUDY TICKET CONSIDERATIONS 

According to inside sources involved there may be a case in the 2016 Presidential Race to appeal more to the "Anti-Establishment", that is polling better, than those inside the Establishments. Of course there are many positions to fill in a Presidential Cabinet that are considered advisory to the President and most all of the establishment types are readily available on both sides of the isle for these positions. In other words or for example, Newt Gingrich would not be prevented from giving advise to Trump on how to navigate around Congress simply because he wasn't Vice President.

One qualification distinction remains for the Vice Presidential slot that is very unique and may be more of a game-changer this cycle not many right now are thinking about. The qualification is very important and the VP's Record for that qualification could well be a deciding factor on the success of the first 100 Days of the next Administration. 

Hillary Clinton is struggling with being cast too far left, in addition to a genuine concern Democrats are alienating the younger generations of leaders coming up in America closer to center on the left and right. Judy has represented more of the blue-dog Democratic Party closer to the middle or center on fiscal and defense but is strong on social liberal holds when it comes to civil rights.

Clinton risk alienating the economic conservative considerations in blue dog democrats concerned about the 20 Trillion dollars of Debt Obama leaves. Her husband former President Clinton's, (who she just was reported as saying would be in charge of "FIXing the Economy),  departing catastrophe was signing a repeal of Glass Steagall.  In 1999 Congress passed the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act  eight days later, President Bill Clinton signed it into law. The result of the repeal of The Glass–Steagall separation of commercial and investment banking was the catalyst for the recession of the entire economy in the financial crisis of 2007-08. Really want a repeat of that?

Attracting a Republican Independent cross- over is hard when Clinton has cited her biggest enemies to be Republicans. That vote is absolutely getting harder to attract and it's essential and necessary to win. With a VP further to the left then she is already;  a two female, or a strictly exclusive minority ticket Clinton's exclusivity may in fact exclude her from a win. Clinton is fighting against a Coronation headwind already, and CRJ could ease that for her. The Clinton Camp and The Judy Camp have communicated informally and cordially. The Democratic National Convention happens July 25th-28th, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA.

TRUMP - JUDY TICKET CONSIDERATIONS

Donald Trump's principle focus points of the campaign have been in securing Borders; recognizing America has in many ways been taken advantage of in providing militarily defense for other Countries without reimbursement, and a Strong Defense; and restoring credibility to America with fiscal responsibility through fair trade, domestic reconstruction, creating incentives again for the domestic labor force - these have been staples for CRJ's Campaign for three four year election cycles now. Trump would have no objections to his main stays with Judy as far as direction of the country. In fact he may have copied Judy's Plan.  At least Donald knows a good plan when he sees it.

In addition, Trump as well as most of the former Republican Candidates have vowed to unhinge Obamacare. The Affordable Care Act, as well as every other Act of Congress, is something requiring a Constitutionally Qualified President's signature. The one qualification distinction for the Vice Presidential slot that is very unique and may be more of a game-changer this cycle not many right now are thinking about is of course the [natural born Citizen] Record and dual qualification requirement for President and Vice President. If a Trump-Judy ticket emerged, of course Trump inherits Judy's Federal Court Standing since 2008 that any Court of Law would find very difficult not to recognize. In fact Trump's Campaign noticed as the King of Birthers, would be seen and given actually legal standing in Court at having protested Obama's Qualification the entire time with the shared Ticket of Trump/Judy thus defeating a 'failure to prosecute defense' from Obama's view.

 The easiest most economical way to rip up anything Obama has signed including executive orders and legislation is to simply find him ineligible as a Constitutionally Qualified President. That is something definitely in the palm of the next President's hands, however, Court Battles could revolve around 'Standing', something that if not prosecuted is also actually considered a 'failure to prosecute'. It's a legal hurdle the next President could find very real in undoing what they think they promised voters and it could hem up the all important first 100 days of the next Administration.

It's no secret the Republican controlled House and Senate have been funding Obamacare, and many of the Representatives payrolls are tied to big pharmaceutical corporations profiting heavily under Obamacare. Without competition healthcare cost and prices are going through the roof. Obama will site many other reasons, but clearly the incentive has been lost to keep cost down.

The other not-so-big-of-a-secret, unless you relied on the Main Stream Media for News, is CRJ has both a Republican and Democratic Party federal court record since 2008 of a stand for the [ natural born Citizen] qualification against both McCain and Obama. Wow! Its' not Racist after all Obama. 

 Any ticket joining CRJ gets that Record of Standing as a mechanism for the Court battles sure to ensue if the next President decides dismantling Obamacare equal to 1/5th The entire U.S. Economy, is a priority. Trump could do this without Congress or the Legislative Branch based on Obama's ineligibility in the Judicial Branch.  

That's not chump-change and the value could be pivot-ally important. Short of that consistent standing, a Court might be hard pressed to dismantle the tangled web Obama has undoubtedly set up and fortified.

Independent sources believes with Judy on the ticket on either Party side would result in a  winning pair come November. Independents now outnumber registered Democrats and Republicans thus a fierce battle will undoubtedly be fought for their vote in November.

There is a number of sources out there that are close to the competing Campaigns that are saying, 'Hey, it's looking like a serious thing, and winning the Election is just the beginning of a very big legal struggle being forged here. We all have to take a look down the road after the election also."

Clinton's consideration of CRJ could also deny Trump that possibility for good. Cody is frankly the only one in America offering that on his Record so it's very unique and rare. If Trump sees it as not very valuable, he may gain it's appreciation much later at a time that he is kicking his own butt.

While others may bring a lot of credibility, notoriety, and experience to the table, the unique Team of Pres and VP are the only ones required to be [ natural born Citizen]'s. Democrats while giving lots of credit to the Constitution for a renewed interest in Citizen's privileges and rights in equal protections with same-sex marriage have left open this very principled base line on Presidential Eligibility unique to the Office of President and Vice President.

The Qualification in the Constitution has in fact been a Legislative Mandate challenged but defeated repeatedly in Congress eight times just since 2003.  In short it is The People's Will, yet it's been ignored or skirted for 8 years in the Judicial Branch. That could change with a challenge against Trump on anything he decided to do with executive orders of Obama's or Congressional ACTs signed by Obama. 

In short, the shoe would be on the other foot. Obama would be having to prove in Court he was Constitutionally Qualified instead of someone trying to prove he was not constitutionally qualified- the much harder task given the protections to individuals on their own personal birth records and parental inherited citizenships. Obama of course being a dual citizen of Kenya and in questionably regard to law the U.S. with is mother not a citizen 5 years after the age of 14 as well as other considerations never discussed in an Open Trial or Court of Law considered by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The United States use to offer the Presidency to the two persons receiving the most votes as a unifying measure for the Country. But conflicts between the rivals became more incentive driven so the practice was dropped in a tumultuous 1804 and 1812 lending to the 19th Century modern day selection of a two person team to be voted for. However, there is still wisdom today in unification and an appeal necessary in reaching across the isle as well the economic disparity so prevalent in the Country today. If ever we needed a unifier in our Country, it's needed today.

CRJ's Motion for forma pauperis to the U.S. Supreme Court, primarily driven by selfless sacrifice of the Candidate to his Campaigns, driving him below the Federal Poverty Level was abhorrently denied by the High Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 and the Record to this date reflects the Writ of Certioari denied which is wholly false. It was the Motion for the expenses of filing fees and printing cost that was denied not the Writ.

Multiple sources say Judy could also reach out to voters that Trump has yet to win over as disaffected Bernie Sanders supporters Clinton is repugnant to, based on this Economic driven disparity. Polls haven't began to factor in the total collapse of Bernie Sanders supporters and how repelled they are to Clinton based on a number of criteria that includes the FBI Investigation and her setting up the Private Server to avoid FOIA.

"I think Cody brings in Independents and disenfranchised Democrats", said a Democrat upset about the Democratic Party Debates limiting Candidates and pointing to Nevada's recent fight- night where 64 delegates were excluded from coming into the convention leading to a 30 vote win for Clinton. It's just impossible not to say many Democrats are being excluded rather than included; something that if the Democratic Party has turned its back against permanently could pose devastating conditions to unity.

"No, I don't think anyone is really going to help in terms of the Utah vote with Cody's LDS Interruption 25 years ago, but it's a lot less baggage standing up for free speech than being responsible for suppressing it", said the voter noting many investigations on Hillary that might yield criminal charges yet. "Better to have it in the past than muddying the future road."

Another key issue being discussed today is Prison Reform with the U.S. responsible for incarcerating more than any other Country in the World, one in five Americans have been incarcerated put on probation or parole. That's affecting nearly every family in America. It's just a really big issue right now. Returning members to society are not prohibited from voting according to the 15th Amendment that states 'no prior servitude, along with race or color, could be used to prohibit voting. 

Of course taxation without representation is understood and the value of rehabilitation services costing tax payers a pretty penny ought to be considered as well as the 50K per year of housing  inmates for the purpose of rehabilitation into our society.  Prison's in a very positive way are becoming higher learning institutions benefiting society and if we all want them to succeed, voting ought to be considered a very real time ear mark of success for programs funded.

Trump isn't expected to announce his running mate until the days leading up to the Republican National Convention set for the 18-21st of July, 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio .The Trump campaign and the Judy Campaign have corresponded cordially but the two have not met formally.

The Main Stream Media Pretends the U.S. Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 on Obama's Ineligibility doesn't exist, but the signs are everywhere you look that the 2nd Conference in the United States Supreme Court, just one month from Today (Sept. 28th), are having political ramifications in the 2016 Field of Candidates and Potential Candidates aka Mr. Joe Biden noticed October 1st date to decide whether to get into the 2016 Presidential Race as a Candidate at all for Obama's third term.

Political pundits are scratching their heads wondering what could be the reasons the Go Joe Camp hasn't entered the political fray as a Candidate scrambling like everyone else for the limited and precious dollars all agree are necessary for a competitive run.

CNN ran 'Team Biden leaning towards 2016 bid' exclaiming 'Biden has been told by aides he should make the decision by October 1st.'

West Wing Reports - Will He or Won't He - Biden probably has until October 1st

HotAir.com Reports - 'Just why are they Biden their Time?' 

Washington Post  - 'Possible Biden run puts Obama Fund raising network on high alert' [ Many of the president’s fundraisers are still up for grabs. Of the 770 people who collected checks for Obama’s 2012 reelection bid, just 52 have signed on as a “Hillblazer” bundler for Clinton or have held a fundraiser for her, according to a Washington Post analysis.]

And we learn only 10% of Big Bundlers for Obama have trotted over to the Clinton Camp. This raises the big question what's everyone waiting for?

 Speculations are running rampant from the crushing emotional blow Mr. Biden suffered with the passing of his 46 year old son Beau May 31st this year, from a long battle that begin August 2013 with brain cancer. Many expected Beau to run for Governor next year in Delaware.

On the other side of the speculations list is the melting pot former Secretary of State and 2016 Candidate Hillary Clinton seems to be in with her Email Server confiscated by the FBI after she initially refused to hand it over and joked about wiping it clean.  What does Joe Know from the Atlantic  speculated Mr. Biden may know of more bone crushing elements coming off of Hillary's Server than the rest of us do right now from his insider DC intelligence. 

REALITY CHECK

1- Mr. Joe Biden's been dealing with his son's cancer for a full two years. Of course the final loss is pain-strikingly clear, but with such a condition its also normal to prepare for the worst emotionally.

2- Hillary's Email Server? What did that have to do with getting in a Race Early enough to drum up the base of supporters and really prepare like approximately 17 Candidates on the Republican side and 18 Candidates on the Democratic Party side already have? If anything its speaks loudly of a lack of preparation and shooting from the hip as far as a public preception and also bids well that the Democrats have already seeded the election to Republicans.

3-Mr. Biden undoubtedly knows that Mr. Obama's Ineligibility has been called into Question and the United States Supreme Court is set to make another decision in Conference September 28th about the Case. This perfectly coincides with Biden's Team's reality notice of a October 1st decision date.

By Political Pundits savvy Mr. Jeb Bush was getting in late as he declared on June 15th, but he was taking advantage of the Exploratory Stage of a Candidate collecting a lot more money that is not subject to the same scrutiny as after an Official Declaration- understandable reason for the late call.

 Mr. Trump unheard of in the Political Polls before his official declaration June 16th now leads Bush who was widely polled as the leader in the exploratory phase of his Candidacy. Again, understandable call for timing of declaration. Mr. Biden retains none of these excuses or ambitions.

The Reality of Door Number Three for Mr. Biden is based as a very loyal supporter of and for Mr. Obama. The U.S. doesn't elect Vice President's anymore. They elect a President who has chosen a Vice President. It is clear as a bell if Mr. Obama is removed as unqualified or a disability of the Office of the President his decision and choice of Mr. Joe Biden is also removed. Mr. Biden crashes in flames along with Mr. Obama and it could be rather instantly. 

Many presume Mr. Biden would be the next in line if Mr. Obama is declared ineligible or unqualified and that might be the case if Mr. Biden had been elected separately as a Vice President the way our first elections were handled where the person receiving the second most votes for President became the Vice President. See  Original Election Process and Reform  However Mr. Biden was elected in an indirect manner with Obama as a Team. Thus, where Obama goes so does Joe.

The Constitution in the 25 Amendment states that no person ineligible for the office of the President shall be fit for the Vice President of the United States. Thus the Vice President must also be equal in qualifications set out for the President. Mr. Biden of course meets the criteria for President, however he was not directly elected. The Constitution provides the Senate can temporarily elect a President Pro Tempore which can be chosen from anyone of its members or even an outside person they feel could reasonably assume the position responsibly until an election could be organized. Who knows maybe Mr. Trump's wishes that an election be expedited could come by sooner than he thinks?

Mr. Biden's support of Obama could also be subject to charges of rebellion against the United States having sworn an oath according to the 14 Amendment Section 3. Joe's defense would be Joe didn't Know, which seems rather nonsensical at best. Mr. Biden hoped along with every other Obama supporter that no one with any Standing would ever be allowed in the United States Supreme Court asserting damages as a Presidential Candidate and citing the Constitution's Qualifications for the Office of the President as the Standard upon which damage was done.

Yes, Mrs. Clinton's prospects and poll numbers are going down based on her own many choices, but she's not feeling good about it either as she denied invitations to assert the Constitution as a retired Secretary of State not holding office any longer in a Amicus Curiae on this Case in February but refused to do so repeatedly.

If justice does not have a perfect way, then of course injustice has become the normal condition of our Government from top to bottom. The very long and hard fight I have had to go through to even get this case to the U.S. Supreme Court is largely unknown by the American population not based on any kind of stand for justice, but based on a real lack of respect for justice by the Main Stream Media in reporting about it.

That of course is something that is our problem. That I do my best with every Post on my blog, sending it out to over 300 Main Stream Media and Press Reporters in multiple news papers in every single state of the Union is a given and of course is my Record. The Post & Email and The Birther Report are up to this point really the only covering Internet Sources that verify this account.

People like to assume that Obama owns the United States Supreme Court Justices because they have felt so helpless to demand a change speaking into the wind to their Representatives and Senators in the Republican and Democratic Parties who were all in on Obama's ineligibility cover-up from the beginning in the non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama for Sen. McCain. The Fact the Supreme Court has thus far refused to acknowledge Standing by any Party is largely responsible for this rather then the assumption Obama is qualified by the Court's Decision. 

The Media has looked at the Court's Decisions on most 'Birther Cases' dismissals over Standing as if the Court's had said being a citizen required for Representatives and Senators had become the new norm for Presidential Candidates excluding, convoluting, and polluting the distinct and separately unique qualification of 'natural born Citizen' ie born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents definition from the entire Constitution without Amendment.

This of course ultimately is the worst kind of constitutional construction we have every seen and it is expressly prohibited. When two terms of the Constitution come into a clash one cannot over ride the other, and both must be given their unique diligence. This means you cannot by pollution remove the 'natural born Citizen' requirement by saying all of a sudden that the same qualifications exist for Reps, Sens and President. 

See Supremacy Clause and the Doctrine of Preemption  as well as Marbury v. Madision decision where if two laws conflict with one another the Courts must decided on the operation of each.

[This is of the very essence of judicial duty. If, then, the Courts are to regard the Constitution, and the Constitution is superior to any ordinary act of the Legislature, the Constitution, and not such ordinary act, must govern the case to which they both apply.

Those, then, who controvert the principle that the Constitution is to be considered in court as a paramount law are reduced to the necessity of maintaining that courts must close their eyes on the Constitution, and see only the law [e.g., the statute or treaty].

This doctrine would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions]
