MAJOR SHIFT IN 2016 PRESIDENT POLITICAL LANDSCAPE PREDICTED

Polling is a a bit of science and also a bit of influence. June 22nd, 2015, not even two months ago now, a previously unelected Candidate for public office Mr. Donald Trump entered the race recognized as Candidate #511 with assigned Federal Election Commission (F.E.C) No.  P80001571 and in less than two months zoomed to the top of Republican Polls. On the same F.E.C link  notice Mr. Cody Robert Judy also previously unelected is known as F.E.C Candidate #248 with No. P20003372

Many different organizations conduct state and national political polls when they are commissioned to do so by their customers. These customers can include the Candidates themselves as well as other interested organizations who pretty much do not have the time to do it themselves. There are many different methodologies as well as controversy about which method is most accurate.

To conduct a Poll just about all you need is a list of questions and some time yourself to do it. Of course the motive for conducting the Poll is simple for a Candidate for President- an interest of exactly where you stand as a Candidate in any particular State at any given time under prescribed conditions. The phrasing of the questions is probably the single best indicator of reliability of the information, so that is very important.

For instance:
[If the election were held today] gives us a 'Time' and 'Condition'. Today is the "Time" and the 'Election' is the condition. [Would you vote for Cody, Donald, or Jeb] gives us the specific targets by multiple choice as subjects of the time and condition.

• If the election were held today, would you vote for Donald, Jeb or Cody ?
• If the election were held today, would you vote for Donald or Cody?
• If the election were held today, would you vote for Bush, Trump, or Judy?
• If the election were held today, who would you vote for?

There is methodology even in placement of the subjects. For instance a Poll-Taker who doesn't recognize any of the names might be inclined to either vote for the first name he/she hears, or the last name he/she hears spoken. This is where the guessing game starts. Does the Poll-Taker  know and understand who exactly they are being questioned about, under the correct time, and conditions, or is he/she just trying to get through the test so he/she can get back to mowing the lawn? Of course we have stressed the all important meeting between the Pollster and the Client where the questions are agreed to and phrased exactly the way the Client wants them to be phrased. The reason we have stressed this is because if anything is wrong and an unknown factor comes into play or comes into the arena, the information of the Poll can be completely wrong. It is this factor that makes Polling about as good as throwing your money in the air if the conditions, time, or subjects are wrong.

For instance, every Poll conducted that has Hillary Clinton in it basically assumes she is going to be a Candidate in the race at a particular time either for the Primary or the General Election. But what happens if she is indicted criminally on charges of mis-handling national security secrets and has to drop out of the race? One has to wonder why Mrs. Clinton didn't turn over the server voluntarily if the server was blank as is being reported by FOX ; and how important where the 'Top Secret', Special Intelligence, and NoForn emails that she did turn over that were stored on a server that easily is said to be the victim to the Russians and Chinese Governments?

Pollsters work very hard not to bring into the Polling Question the conditions that might set off a red light to Poll-Takers unless that is exactly the intent. For instance a simply question posed desiring to know the Trust Issue of Mrs. Clinton might be simply - [Do you trust Mrs. Clinton with the Office of the President? ]

Now we compare that question with the question feeding more information to the Poll-Taker:
[Given the recent 'Top Secret' national security emails found on Mrs. Clinton private email server while she was Secretary of State, and her choice not to use a Government protected server based on convenience, do you trust her with the Office of the President? ]

The first question might take advantage of what the Poll-Taker doesn't even know yet, because he is not on the Drudge Report 24/7. You can certainly understand both questions are now very legitimate and relevant questions with the reality of the conditions. Its very interesting how a Candidate begins to Poll well when their name is actually used in the Polling Question as apposed to leaving it up to the Poll Taker and the Main Stream Media's coverage of any and all of the Candidates or lack thereof.

For instance, with no coverage by the National Media, what a shocking realization it is for Democrats to all of a sudden start hearing Democrats when asked, "Who are you voting for if the election were held today?" with no Candidates mentioned say -Cody Robert Judy. That's huge!

So if we factored in the percentage of 'Time' in National Media Coverage per Candidate verses Polling References we might see a 3% Polling factor for Mr. Cody Robert Judy actually represent a much greater influence because he's had no National Media Coverage to begin with. That is what we are seeing!

This factor has lead us to take our own Secret Poll including a more realistic approach for Time, Conditions, and Subjects and we feel it is even more accurate than what the other Candidates, News Organizations, and Super PACS are getting from their Polling Numbers with more relevant conditions being asked representing reality.

Leading in the Polls - I am very proud of these results! These are legitimate concerns and real legal considerations that are serious. There are always people who will get up and use their popularity in an arena that the popularity is not based in to get elected.

 She was famous- elected to the Congress by a margin of 20,000 votes before the Gulf War and offered to have sex with Saddam Hussein in return for peace in the region. She was not elected at the end of her term in 1991. Ilona Staller of course was elected in the French Parliament in 1985 but in 1983 she had appeared as an apprentice in the hardcore porn film Red Telephone.

To leave out the serious questions that represent our reality today, especially Cody Robert Judy's work and Case currently the longest lasting eligibility Case in U.S. History in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is really messing up all of the current Polling Conditions as well as Subjects and Timing of the cross party lines polling.

"What if" questions certainly are not being considered in today's polling questions by most Polling Companies. The problem with that are the WHAT IF questions that are actually backed up by facts we can all agree today are reality are very important and also are being left out.

Today I  mention the incredible heart felt lump in my throat when a contribution comes in. Its hard for me to explain to you how tenderly felt each one is. We notice FL., CA., TX., OR., PA., N.C., UT., S.D, VA., MA.,MI., AZ., and one from a U.S. Citizen in the United Kingdom now. We hope to see your State there soon supporting the longest lasting Obama's Ineligible Case in the Supreme Court of the United States in U.S. History! There is a reason for that, no one is talking about and it has to do with being a Presidential Candidate.

You see about 200 laws suits were dismissed for a 'lack of standing', meaning there was no Presidential Candidate claiming damages. Some attorney's just keep making the same mistakes over and over and trying to justify they had standing in really odd ways. The reason for this is they either didn't want to acknowledge the hard work a Presidential Candidate goes through. Making Commercials, Web Pages, being available nearly 24 hours a day, answering questions, putting a platform for the Country together, even writing a book like I have done.  Orly Taitz has done a ton of work, but continues to get her cases dismissed because of what I am talking about- Raw Story just featured it, and again what-do-you-know, a lack of standing.

In fact another Judge just sent her packing. One thing about my cases, I've never been dismissed for a 'lack of standing'. Nope, they have to reach deeper into the bucket of excuses than that one at least. My Presidential Campaigns claiming damages are legit, and the damages are real, hurting badly, but the notice to that is seen by the Media about the same way as American Children getting raped and murdered by illegal aliens/or/immigrants, 'undocumented' as Rep. Nancy Pelosi likes to refer to them politely.  I think she'd refer to someone who murdered her children as someone who 'deposed of their atmosphere'. They are unsympathetic with the damages Obama has caused and is causing.  They have no feelings whatsoever about this, but I do.

 Times are hard and bound to get harder, but I haven't shirked from this fight one bit. All the other Candidates have.  I have shouldered this 'Ineligibility' fight since 2008 with my first Federal LawSuit/Complaint against Sen. McCain who was not 'Born in the United States', but was born in the foreign Country of Panama in the Colon, Panama Hospital; making me the only Candidate for President in U.S. History to be bi-partisan on the Eligibility Principle on Court Record. That's as close to not being called a "Racist" by the Main Stream Media as you can't. I tell you their 'agenda' is just as cold to American's getting good jobs, or a trade deal that doesn't sacrifice our children's futures as generational theft.

Six Months! That's right, but do you see any Main Stream Articles about it? Nope! They are petrified justice might come for Obama's occupation in the White House they propped up not caring about the damages.  The longest lasting "Active Petition" in the United States Supreme Court citing Obama's Ineligibility in United States History now with action starting there on the Docket March 30th and dates of a 2nd Conference scheduled for September 28th 2015. That's 6 months in that Court alone.

 No case has managed through the 1st Conference before being put on the 'DENIED LIST'. Nothing has come close to the staying power my case has had and for good reason.  I've got three Campaigns backing up damages that have amounted to tons of work you can see, and all I wanted was the rules equally applied under the Constitution for Obama as myself and everyone else. Is that to much to ask?

The people supporting the demolition of our Constitution's demand that 'natural born Citizen' doesn't mean anything other than 'Citizen' and denying its unique qualification singled out just for the President and Vice President's Office,  never mentioned for Senator's and Representative's in their qualifications,  the idea of giving the Power of the President to foreign nationals and new immigrants is not a threat to our national security. We might suppose under-age drinking and permission to marry at 11 is just as easily on their radar?

The 'natural born Citizen' clause for just those two offices was designed as a 'Time Frame' just like the time frame of being 35 Years of Age for President, 30 Years of Age for Senator, and 25 Years of Age for Representatives is different. "Natural Born Citizen" understood to be Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, actually requires longer than 35 years by at least one year.

In other words, an immigrant couple could legally come into the Country obtaining legal status as Citizens, have a child here and that child could grow up and be a Vice President or even President.

Now, if "Time" doesn't matter to you, than why would you say drinking alchohol at 7 years of age is any different than 21? Why not lower the age we feel a young lady can be married from 16 in some states, to 11? People would scream, "You are out of your mind!!! " Well, guess what?  We who support the qualifications for President as 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' also recognize the difference is usually much longer time.

It absolutely creates a buffer from foreign powers entering in and controlling our nuclear codes as well as curbing the interest in arming our enemies, or those who may be more interested in doing us harm by distributing out wealth, and selling to anyone at the highest price. People who don't support "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents", we think are just as "Out of their mind!" because it is a National Security Problem placing our children and futures at a high risk. That's why I think so ill of Politicians elected who haven't thought enough of you or our Constitution to open their objections and insist on hearings on this.

They have no idea what the consequences, and there is always consequences, will be. Along the lines of our 'recovery'? We have 'financed' this 'recovery' by adding 7 Trillion to the Debt! There's no Recovery Stupid! It's only gotten worse for our children, and the statistics have been manipulated. Obama doesn't want to take the credit for being in the White House illegally, or the ramifications for it, because consequences don't exist in his mind for his actions of lying and deception .. "You can keep your Doctor?" .. hahaha! What a joke that has become! Do know what's coming down the pike? As soon as its admitted by Congress, guess whose fault its' going to be? That's right. They will say its your own damn fault. They are never wrong.

 Its is really hard not to recognize the arms that have either been confiscated, given, or sold to 'rebel groups' who said on one hand they were interested in 'freedom' and 'democracy' but also set up Theocracies under Islam (Egypt) or were actual listed as  'terrorist Groups' (Libya-Syria 'Rebels' are linked to Al-Queda and ISIS), that have gotten arms from us legally through Qatar I've mentioned in the last two post.


 It never made sense to me to 'discriminate' against McCain, because Obama "may have" been born somewhere's else or for only listing one parent from Kenya, even if he was born in the U.S., his respecting his father's Kenyan Citizenship eliminates him as a natural born Citizen.   Neither hospital in Hawaii has claimed his birth.  He actually claimed two at one time in the beginning- first Queens and then Kapaloni, and then there was his Step- Grandmother who in an interview by WND in Africa claimed she was present at Obama's birth in Mombasa Kenya along with two quite highly respected Christian Ministers who also verified her claim by affidavits. Then of course there is Sheriff Joe's CCP Report also inserted into our SCOTUS Case, and I'm not sure Sheriff's like to lie either along with waste 2500 hours of expert criminal investigation and whole lifetimes of law enforcement credibility just for Obama? No way.

"Ms. Sara Hussein Obama was very adamant that her grandson, Senator Barack Obama, was born in Kenya, and that she was present and witnessed his birth in Kenya, not the United States," the Christain Rev. Kweli",  Shuhubia said.  Of course you and I know how those Grandmothers and Christian Ministers love to lie, and after six years in the Office Obama has yet to have a plague of any sort erected by a Hospital in Hawaii proud of the first black President who just happened to be born there? That seems very strange to me. Has the press asked why his Grandmother would lie or why Christian Ministers would lie about his birth?

SCOTUS MATRIX 

We do not know if we are going to be successful. Of course there are always people who rob other people who just get away with it. That has never made robbing someone right though. Americans understanding this have been contributing to the only Presidential Campaign in America with an active Petition in the Supreme Court of the United States. We could always do more advertising about this to others if you'd contribute today. We'd love to have the Billions that Mr. Trump has, but we just don't, but guess what?

You know $5 from 1 million makes $5 Million? $20 dollars from 1 million makes $20 Million. There are nearly 4 million in just the city of L.A., and you know nearly 50% of America understands and knows Obama is not eligible for the Office of the President, yet they are complaining about all the damages of ObamaCare, ObamaAmnesty, Obama's Executive Orders, and Obama's Economy.  Don't you think its odd that people are willing to defend their families with a box of shells for their gun, but not supporting defending the Nation with the equivalent to a Candidate for President standing up for this National Security Principle?

I guess if you have given up you have given up. If your hope is that Obama just finishes up and goes down in history as an eligible President,  wait a minute do you really want that? Are you telling me like Glenn Beck tells everyone or Rush Limbaugh that a contribution to a Candidate's Campaign where standing is fulfilled is a waste? I can not imagine their giving you any poorer advise for our Country. Its legally unsound., you know that right? 

They have sacrificed our National Security over being called a 'Racist' - not giving a damn about our National Security Interest. What about a Candidate who can't be called a racist because he sued both McCain and Obama equally? Does the 'racist' profile still fit supporting that Candidate for President or do you just not care about the national security of our Country? 

You get to decide that. I'd say don't trust bad legal advice and contribute what you can TODAY FOR A BETTER AMERICA TOMORROW

Obama regulated the Stand for the Constitution’s ‘natural born Citizen’ clause, held as a binding tie of honor among Americans from the Convention held September 17th 1787 to this day as a sideshow or carnival. That tie has been unchanged amid eight bombarding assaults within our modern history since 2003 and many more prior to that. Obama's contempt for it is rooted in his speeches as he's parlayed those seeking to uphold that tie were nothing more than “sideshows and carnival barkers”; a statement sprung to life in music on this blog September 30th,2012 with a song entitled “Obama’s Carnival Barker”. Its been featured in the New York Times April 27th,2011 a few days before Obama’s Mayday Mayday, Mayday kill announcement of Osama bin Laden. This was also a popular post in the TOP 10 at the CODE4PRES Channel. While a kernel of truth may be found in Obama's words American's soon will fight for a front row seat at the Greatest Show on Earth or at least in our modern day American Judicial History.



The theory is that the Judicial or Court Branch of our Government would act as a check and balance of our Legislative and Executive Branches in upholding the U.S. Constitution. The way in which the Judicial or Court Branch checks the Legislative Branch is by declaring any Acts of Congress passed by the Legislature unconstitutional; the same process can check the President’s Executive Branch. Sheriff Joe is challenging ObamaAmnesty right now and is embroiled in just that kind of a challenge. Such challenges come necessarily from The People or individuals and wind their way up the Court Ladder as infringements of rights that the Constitution was suppose to uphold for individuals.

A COUPLE OF MODERN CASE EXAMPLES

Some popular challenges exist today. You might have heard of challenges to the Obamacare Law Mandate that’s forcing people to buy health insurance and subjecting the Citizenry to tax penalties and potentially prison this year while exempting many in a discretionary prosecution. So if your friendly to the President contribute heavily you may find yourself able to bribe your way to freedom. For those who don’t have the money to contribute to the Campaigns, well you and I know we’re screwed and are not going to get exemptions. That’s so friendly isn’t it- forcing people-confiscating- herding them up in the pen- incarcerating the population. The United States Supreme Court has heard some cases already and is hearing a case this Summer about that.

Another case that’s been featured in the news quite a bit is the legal right for same-sex marriages to be honored. The 10th Court actually made a ruling this last June 25,2014 that stated the State of Utah had no right not to honor a same-sex marriage performed in another state when it came to their tax laws. Now regardless of how that sounds to you the whole state of Utah and its population that had actually passed a Constitutional Amendment by 2/3rds of their legislature based on a referendum of the population in an election that passed, has been wiped out in the respect of the “individual”.

But what of the justice of those who have suffered- Too bad so sad? The appellate ruling in the 10th Circuit comes 42 years after the Supreme Court refused to hear a case of two men who were refused a marriage license in Minnesota and their individual right to marry. The conflict of the Courts’ seems to be in honoring the individual rights of a person and the rights of a whole population in what we esteem as our Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land. This is the biggest difference between a Republic where individuals are honored and a Democracy where you say ‘might is right’ in the bully terminology to mow individuals over without regard much like the stampeding crowd killing 22 people whose families will never find justice in their sons and daughters death from those kicking, stomping, and suffocating the death blow.

The beauty of the Courts is that whole legislatures with a campaign-incentive-treasure chest, mostly filled by the wealthy can be wrong, and can at least be stopped. A small little individual has great big rights when it comes under the United States Constitution but only if they are championed by Justices that somewhere along the road have decided to take courage in the United States Constitution over Political Party Affiliation.

DO YOU WANT YOUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS TO MATTER?

When it comes to a population hell bent for water there is not much respecting of individual rights. While you might justify that as the correct way to run things, what if your the individual female being raped by the gang? Now do you want your individual rights to matter? Or what about the home-owners who have just been evicted out of their homestead because the bank changed, sold their mortgage to a different bank, and that bank changed the terms of the loan? Do you want your individual rights to matter now? How about the individual who just had their identity stolen and had their life savings stolen by thieves? Do they want their individual rights to matter now?

We could keep going all day long but the bottom line is everyone of you in this population wants your individual rights to matter when they have been stomped on. I am no different then you in this regard. I ran for President in 2008 and 2012 protesting Obama's 'natural born Citizen' qualifications stating what he released didn't amount to the prerequisite qualifications the U.S. Constitution outlined as a 'natural born Citizen' also upheld in Minor v. Happersett or case we call the precedent or U.S. Supreme Court case defining the natural born Citizen as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The 'natural born Citizen' requirement for a President was as distinct from those required by U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators as the age requirements and time requirement within the United States. The distinction came from the interest of our national security from 'foreign influence' derived from either birth or a parent especially in the interest of the Office of the President because that seat holds the Commander-In-Chief title or position of the Military, which of course U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators don't even come close to.

A two generation protection that is seen as a national security measure was upheld in the Congress's Judicial Committee as it held hearings on the differences and reason for natural affections to be carried over by birth place or by either parent. Painstaking deposition and testimony were had in those hearings that featured the difference between a two or second generation American and a first generation American revolving around the foreign influence of mother or father or birth place. To deny and defy these fundamental foreign influences on the individual is as absurd as saying your father and mother and place of birth have no influence on you whatsoever. You may have heard of being in denial, and we're not talking being in the Nile as in Egypt's river?

OBAMA HAS CONTROLLED THE MEDIA

Brian Williams anchored the NBC News for 12 years in a fabrication of the story which has led to his temporary leave because of the embarrassment of an exaggeration his helicopter was hit. The NBC or 'natural born Citizen' clause of our Constitution has been hit by Obama the last 7 years acting as an RPG on my Campaign and person. Both of these stories wouldn't have amounted to anything unless witnesses come forward and challenged the assertions. Brian Williams at least had the courtesy at admitting he was wrong and has stepped aside for a few days while the NBC Executives decide wither his mis-remembering or lie has permanently hurt the public trust so much that the interest in the company is at stake in proceeding with him as the anchor.

If Obama really felt like all people under the Constitution of the United States should be treated fairly, as he defends differing faiths like Muslims on record many times, I wonder why he doesn't think I should have been treated fairly in the race for President in the dignity of respecting the constitution's outline of qualification for the Office of the President? That definition had always been Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Just take a look at the eight challenges to change it since 2003 but it wasn't changed. This then becomes the duty of the Court to uphold as its duty to uphold the Constitution. If there is no Constitution then there certainly is no Court, no Offices' in the Legislature to uphold and certainly no President which is defined in the United States Constitution. Thus the peril of the Justices denying what they are suppose to uphold. They in so much vacate their own seats of authority.

Obama has not shown me the equal respect of the law in the race we ran together. He cheated and is ineligible.
Journalistic integrity needs to be earned - wouldn't it be great if Brian William's would ask him, "Do you think the qualification for the Office of the President should be uniform and equal for all candidates?" What irony- the NBC News Network anchor gets called out for fabricating a story, and Obama's Ineligibility revolves around the NBC (natural born Citizen) clause of the U.S. Constitution, shamefully the biggest fabrication in American History. Obama's belief in unfairness, inequality, and justice for a few is well documented. With guys like ‪#‎BrianWilliams‬ protecting Obama what chance do we have except to ask..whose next in the same fate the American People have suspended Brian Williams?

The Mainstream Media anyway has not covered Judy v. Obama et.al., 14-4136 in any degree of journalistic integrity to the individual rights of a Presidential Candidate to run a fair and transparent race of at least the principles set up to outline the qualifications of the people in the race. They've been so busy in declaring any challenges 'racist' that they have not noticed, or in Brian Williams Case refused to own up to the truth that I have upheld in a bi-partisan platform requiring the challenge to be met by Sen. McCain first in U.S. Federal Court and Sen. Obama in their Campaigns and races for President the Article Two Patriot Platform represents, as a Candidate myself.

I challenge all those who have denigrated themselves as racist by accusations that are clearly unfounded in reality of the record in court, to come clean like Brian Williams did. You have thought of me as less than a human being qualified for the Office of the President as the Constitution we honor demands by the Will Of All The People we include in our History and our modern day! There is a way to change the U.S. Constitution it hasn't been done by the will of the People through their legislatures and the Court's agree in precedent. Therefore my stand is honorable and as transparent as the public record, something Obama for certain can not say about his fabrications according to criminal investigation reports by Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse who are a lot better than me in crime investigations. I respect their authority and experience as well their conclusions.

BREAKING NEWS: JUSTICES of 10th Circuit Court WILL CONDUCT A POLL on OBAMA'S INELIGIBILITY CASE

Chief Deputy Chris Wallberg of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has informed me today, Feb 9th, 2015 of the processes that will be carefully conducted by the Court two fold consisting simultaneously of the 'recusal issue' within the Court, and the Petition for Rehearing en banc.

1) In addressing the RECUSAL'S of two of the Justices in the panel handing out a Denial Feb.3rd,2015,
2) In addressing the Petition for Rehearing by the whole Court.

I did write as a mistake en blanc instead of en banc on my Rehearing petition (hahaha) which there might be a kernel of truth to in the fact that it be transparent, fair, equal or white and not draped in black, unfairness, inequality, and crooked corruption that I know any color of people don't appreciate as individuals when it comes to Justice. You know people think you do this full time like some kind of a job that you get paid for. I don't. I'm behind on just about every bill I have because of this, and my Mom in the hospital for a scary Friday and Saturday, but I think its very important to everyone and I know more then half of my time has been given to this effort for six years. Haven't really received any help yet, but if your so inclined I'd appreciate it. We have trials and tribulations like I know you all do and God willing we will fight for middle America, assist the poor when we can, and appeal to the rich who have been blessed this day with charity from God who holds all men in the balances and can ruin in one day just as Job was ruined and in such rescued from his tests.

Along that line, Did you all see Katy Perry bust out that song “By the Grace of God” at the Grammy Awards last night? Wow, that was good! Just had to throw that in here. Back to the Court now..

If you don't understand what a Poll is in a Court I'll briefly explain what Chief Deputy Wallberg made very clear to me in a very concise and polite manner. What is going to happen, (most likely in a couple of weeks is all, this is not a long drawn out decision that takes 60 days or anything), is that every one of the twelve Justices will receive a poll which includes the three questions I have written in the Rehearing Request en blanc that include:

Update: Here are the three very important questions I posed to the Court to justify Rehearing if:

Question #1- Does Justice Gregory A. Phillips having ENTERED FOR THE COURT the ORDER AND JUDGEMENT on this case February 3rd,2015 having been considered to the U.S. Senate for Confirmation with the favor of the Appellee/Defendant in this case, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro in the nomination process and thus his very employment as a Justice in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals constitute an prejudiced dismissal summarily instigated upon the Plaintiff that would seem at best a compromise of judicial discipline in recusal decorum and at worst an impeachable offense?

Question#2- June 25th, 2014 this Court handed down a decision favorable to ‘individual rights’, considered standing and upheld marriage in Kitchen v. Herbert No. 13-4178 and considered the rights of an individual who is unpopular more important per the conflicting referendum of all the people in the entire State of Utah and it’s Constitutional Amendment in the State, which does not come on political easy street; isn’t the ORDER AND JUDGEMENT of this case dismissing it as frivolous a conflict of the Court’s own interest and judgment in that case in the interest of Individual Rights?

Question#3- The conflicting statements in the ORDER and JUDGEMENT asserted by the Court leave criminal mischief, fraud, forgery, and a declaration of the precedent case in Minor v. Happersett regarding a natural born Citizen being “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents” by the U.S. Supreme Court undefended and a wreck; and fair elections on equal terms for all the Candidates, per race, per qualifications within the U.S. Constitution in total disarray and the Appellant/Plaintiff without recourse in the infringements of his Civil Rights to a fair race; Does this not deserve the attention of the full Court and the political corrections that might be made for the next general election where the entire U.S. population has a stake and claim for fairness, equal treatment under the law in the considerations of our Republic?

These three questions will no doubt be circulated to the twelve Justices. Now it can be granted in two different ways. The first way is that a individual Justice calls for a Poll to be taken and affirms. In other words if this goes out to every one of the twelve and one Judge calls for a Poll it is taken. The second way it can be granted is if any single Justice does call for a Poll and more then six of the Justices of the twelve agree to rehear it, then we will be given a rehearing. Remember this rehearing is not a win on the case, its just that the audience of the Court will be bigger. They could give me an ear and I could still lose once the whole court heard it.

This is pretty intense as it happens very quickly in relative Court performance, and also as a matter of Justice hanging in the balance on the issues of those three questions. Will the Court decide I am sub-human not worthy of a fair or equal race by the virtues of principles found in the Constitution? Will the whole Court choose not to even give me an ear and not see Obama and Clinton's appointment of the two Judges in question as a favor to their employment at the Tenth Circuit? And of course will they consider the legal investigation proceedings of Sheriff Joe's Cold case posse as evidence they must take into considerations due to the legality of my reporting those to them in the legal manner laid out by the Sherman and Clayton Acts of Congress?

In football parlance what just happened? Well, I found myself on the defense all of a sudden in the middle of the field, with the kick-off team running up the middle unstopped. I looked around and hadn't been called for a penalty so I attacked. I didn't just go for the tackle and went for the ball. The guy running down for his touchdown didn't want to give it up, but I forced a fumble, picked the ball up, and ran it the other way ... hopefully for a touchdown which would be my being given a rehearing- 7 points, but not the end of the game.
