Anti-Discrimination Laws have been made for housing, schooling, and employment, but what about Anti-Discrimination Laws on the Bench and in the Press? What are the Rewards for Taking a Stand for the [natural born Citizen] Qualification Requirement in the Constitution for the Office of President? It seems there is none as I'll address in more depth after a consideration of the length and breadth of my relationship with the U.S. Supreme Court Justices.

have been responsible for the greatest discrimination in the economic considerations of Justice in the United States of America in the [Decision of Review] which included the whole Court in the arbitrary denial of Judy v. Obama 14-9396's [Motion for forma pauperis] in the Case that included a request for the Court to uphold the [Natural Born Citizen] qualification for the office of the President, that we have ever seen in America I think said Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy.

Dear Justice Scalia:
Thank you for the service to the U.S. Supreme Court- the Court Just before God, as I see. No greater service can be rendered upon The People of The United States then preserved principles of the U.S. Constitution. Why it seems to many I know our U.S. Constitutional Rights are diminishing with the stroke of the pen, the moral persuasions of our United States Constitution echo as voices from the dust of the past, and cries from those yet unborn, for the fabric of freedom and liberty to be mended and stitched up from the assaults of the unwise who lack understanding of the importance of United States Constitution. For WE THE PEOPLE care and love every word and every line and decry the outrageous assaults upon the decorum of so noble an outline given in the qualifications of The President of The United States held within our U.S. Constitution and entrusted upon this Court.
For which qualifications we do honor our President to be as said, a natural born citizen, and 35 years of age for purposes as supposed of protection, and defense, in wise councils. To the PROTECTION & DEFENSE: born in these United States of America and therein receiving the Spirit of Protection for the mother land from that Spirit which quickens the body and from which the body is dead without that Spirit. So to from whence that Spirit originates shall be called Home from the deepest energies of the soul and thus also the deepest yearnings TO DEFEND that are natural to the person. This is the articulation and the importance of the “Natural Born” qualification. For a fool’s errand is to deny this claim and his argument unnatural, in the course, of the existence of life. That these natural born tendencies exist and are true, and so were faithfully included in the drafts, as a “Key-Stone” of our Nation, known as The United States Constitution.
Thus, I as one, and for others also I know, of WE THE PEOPLE, humbly pray for this courts greatest consideration in observance to our Nation’s Constitution in the proper vetting of President Elect Obama circulated in this Court as Berg v. Obama Case No. 08-570 (including my personally represented Motion for leave and Brief of AMICUS CURIAE), and articulated in the sacrifices of many in petitions to the Courts all over this Nation, costing us our lives in time, talents, and fortunes, and that humbly after those many who have died in service to our Nation; let them be remembered. That the Spirit be maintained in the House our Framers so wonderfully built, and that to ensure the preservation of Freedom and Liberty, to which we owe our economic success, spirited ingenuity, and accelerated maturity as a Nation roofless under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, or be damned with failure for our forgetfulness.
To this end, I remind the U.S. Supreme Court of their sworn oath to defend the United States Constitution!

Supreme Court Justice John RobertsOften injustice happens and we wonder why? I suppose the easy answer is if there were no injustice, justice would not be loved or for that matter even known. Sometimes during calamities, accidents, trials we look for reason to 'justify' without any reasonable thing to blame or to warrant such from faith in God. Without any our blame resides in the unexplained courts of God which is the normal place to put something you don't understand in a belief of God's Omnipotence or supreme or great power. Why? Why? Why? is our question - the question of desire to understand.
How in the world could we ever understand Justice here on the earth without the suffering injustice?How could we ever gain some semblance of it's value or importance if we constantly or only knew Justice?
So, yes the Justice's of the U.S. Supreme Court may have denied Cody Robert Judy's [
Judy v. Obama 14-9396 ]'s motion for forma pauperis unjustly and arbitrarily, making the gap wider for those who are poor suffering below the federal poverty level to slip through the cracks, but it doesn't mean they will escape being remembered for their part in the war on the poor or that they will not find the mistake and also be called upon in a Court to answer for it in the future.
Yes, I've suffered 'injustice' and Yes, I've suffered extreme poverty" says Cody Robert Judy, I've suffered discrimination, racism and very painful loss of children, wives, homes, property and even my liberty and freedom with incarceration; however, in all these things I've gained an appreciation of empathy and a value of Justice that as I look back on was nurtured and cultured in the bitterness, and I know I am not alone."
How many have suffered these things? I think a much greater number than those who have not. In this I have comfort in knowing that it is true, though offenses must come woe be unto those who they come by.

When the Campaign for Cody Robert Judy designed the Feature Picture with a TIME LINE picture of Cody Robert Judy's run for U.S. President which has included a consistent run for President throughout the 2008, 2012, and now 2016 Elections, it was with the thought that people comprehend what exactly has unfolded in that time period and what is involved in the Claim as is pictured here on the right in the form of a somewhat rudely based question asked by Mr. Michael D. Harrell.
What is a "Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record w/standing for the NBC" even mean? The Courts aren't partisan. And nothing the courts have ever ruled makes any of the other candidates NOT have "standing" for the NBC clause."
Of course this question comes with the turn-over of people's focus, attention span, even the turn-over of Reporters in the fields working for the story for their editor as well as Editors themselves over the last 8 years.
It comes with a rise of popularity of those who were "In" and now are "Out" along with the power that is entrusted.
Glenn Beck, bless his heart, a great story teller, but often on the wrong side of the U.S. Constitution the whole time he claims to be standing for it much like Sen. Ted Cruz who he openly supports and advocates for, was talking with a gentlemen on the phone who was from my short glimpse of it some kind of a leader in the European Union as a representative of England. He had a heavy English accent and seemed quite the gentlemen though I did not catch his name, (may find it later here), but the thing that jumped out of me was Glenn Beck stating that "a lot is coming from the Trump Campaign that is based on "anger and rage".
As a psychology major words like that jump out of me and I examine them carefully understanding that 'anger' is not a primary emotion. It is a secondary emotion that is stirred from the root emotion of 'hurt' or 'pain'. So its almost a natural transition of thought for me now to say when I hear that someone is angry to ask, "What are you hurt or feeling bad about?"
When we ask ourselves that question in light of Mr. Donald J. Trump's "quote unquote" 8 month Campaign that began June 16, 2015 and we figure the money that has figuratively disappeared in GOP rival campaigns against him, as well the fact he's on track to astound the Republican Party with a Primary Count of voters that smashed 2008 McCain and 2012 Romney's Records, we are left with a question of "deep hurt" that is being felt in America and a question of finding it's roots.
What did Donald Trump do differently? If the Press asked this question, they must go back to the headline action of 2011 where what most politicians would call a withering storm of accusations come out against Donald Trump as a non-candidate or possible candidate, but that were full throttled labeling and tagging as Trump as a racist for the gruesome audacity crime of being "American" and standing for the U.S. Constitution's [natural born Citizen] clause for the Office of the President?
As Mr. Michael D. Harrell's question came out, "What is a "Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record w/standing for the NBC" even mean?" , we see in a legal sense a lack of knowledge in the general public for Courts that often dismissal claims brought based on a lack of prosecution, as well as a general population forgetfulness based on being completely inundated with stories and sometimes a refresher course needed to jar the head so people do remember.
On the Legal Side - Rule 41 states:
(b) Involuntary Dismissal; Effect. If the plaintiff fails to prosecute or to comply with these rules or a court order, a defendant may move to dismiss the action or any claim against it. Unless the dismissal order states otherwise, a dismissal under this subdivision (b) and any dismissal not under this rule—except one for lack of jurisdiction, improper venue, or failure to join a party under Rule 19—operates as an adjudication on the merits.
As it applies to Judy v. Obama what it really means is if at anytime the Petitioner Mr. Judy was not running for President during the time of this application for Justice, or did not have a complaint relative to the action of injustice and damages happening Mr. Obama could ask for the court to dismiss for failure to prosecute and would most likely have that granted by a Judge. Conceding an election is prominent to conceding a complaint also, so it has been a great burden for Mr. Judy to keep his Candidacy current and the charges current which he has had to do from 2008 through now 2016.
From a write-in Candidacy in 2008 and a First Federal Court Complaint against McCain filed in Las Vegas Nevada Federal Court
Case Number: 2:2008cv01162 Filed: September 3, 2008 Mr. Judy kept his write-in Candidacy going through the Election 2008 where Obama won. He then ran a U.S. Senate Campaign as an Independent against Republican Mike Lee who won. From there he filed as a Democratic Party Candidate in the Primary Challenge of Barack Obama in 2012 which gave him immediate standing to file Primary Ballot Challenges which were taken in New Hampshire and Georgia from executive courts to the States Supreme Court and on to the U.S. Supreme Court in
12-5276 and escalated in a Federal Court Challenge that has culminated in
14-9396.
These actions that take the Principle of the Qualification unique to the Office of the President across Party Lines to Republicans and Democrats as a Presidential Candidate were not followed by any other person in the entire Untied States of America.
Before you say blowing that off as insignificant, "Well, no one else was crazy enough to do it? " insulting your own intelligence let's review in very short order how much this is worth in real time.
IF Obama is not a Constitutionally Qualified person in the Office of the President is/was/can Obamacare even (be) Legal? Just that one act alone is worth 1/5 of the entire American Economy! Without a Legal President's Signature Obamacare is not a piece of Legislation that has even passed the first Constitutional Check and Balance that every ACT of the Legislative Branch must go through to be Effective Law. It must be signed by the Executive Branch's presiding officer in the Office of the President understood to be
Promulgation.
An Act adopted by simple majorities in both houses of Congress is promulgated, or given the force of law, in one of the following ways:
1-Signature by the President of the United States,
2-Inaction by the President after ten days from reception (excluding Sundays) while the Congress is in session, or
3-Reconsideration by the Congress after a presidential veto during its session. (A bill must receive a 2/3 majority vote in both houses to override a president's veto).
That means even all the deliberations of the U.S. Supreme Court over Obamacare were a waste of time and money missing in the first instance if it was an actual Constitutionally Legal Law not to mention every Republican Candidate who has missed the opportunity as a U.S. Senator to object on those grounds rather than reciting
Dr. Seuss in a pretended objection or filibuster.
Now we have the legally HUUUGE VALUE in mind of the importance of [natural born Citizen] in the Office of the President the U.S. Supreme Court has refused thus far to hear and the value of it being many times over the value or net worth of Mr. Donald Trump, let's remember the 'Racist' labels that were libelous by the Media who did worse the unthinkable in covering up McCain's Challenges by a Presidential Candidate in Judy v. McCain so that Obama's charges as well as the Media's of Racism could hold up. In other words to 'enable' Racism as in making it a successful charge as we discuss why the American People are hurt and thus angry and in a rage.
These were all Stories that captured Trump as the head of the Birther Movement despite the fact Trump never actually filed a single legal paper on it presumably because he had no standing on the issue. Trump didn't run in 2012 as a Candidate for President.

Now the only legitimacy to these claims of Racism was that Trump had not raised them with McCain or any other Presidential Candidate and this was in the face of all these huge Media Companies with their great powers to research the Legal Files of history and miss Judy v. McCain. You see they had to miss it or their 'enabling' claim could not stand.
Now you can call it luck, a blessing, you can call it informal justice, but no one survives claims of racism and goes on to beat Jeb Bush, and 15 others GOP heavy weight presidential Candidates out of the gate having NEVER run for political office before.
If you suppose the value of being the only Candidate with a Bi-Partisan Stand on the [natural born Citizen] clause from 2008- 2016 is of no value, than you suppose charges made by the Main Stream Media that covered months of very big stories on Racism and Donald Trump had absolutely no affect on Donald Trump and that just would not make any sense at all would it?
Think the Birther Issue is Dead - Think Again!
That brings us to ABC News coverage of Michelle Obama letting Birthers have it still. On April 23,2016 as an invited Guest Speaker at a Commencement Graduation for University of Jackson in Mississippi she said:
"How easy it is to single out a small group and marginalize them because of who they are or who they love."
I don't think she meant like labeling people who love the Country, who love the U.S. Constitution "Birthers", but the application can sure be easily seen.
Let's face it, no Court of Law has had a Trial on it! No Court of Law has allowed Witnesses and Discovery! And thus the issue of Obama's Constitutional Eligibility has not been exhausted or even really heard on the merits as legitimate complaints with a Candidate like myself have come forward asking the Court to please take a look at the issue with it's own professional resources and constitutional charge.
That is pretty easily swiped opinion that we are seeing over-rule the whole Constitution and just plain being American, but if we take Obama's own words in a call to Borderless Globalization of all Europe as the internal belief he holds of Nations; his dismal action and objection enforcing the borders here in America have garnered him quite a reputation- is it really any surprise?
Obama is telling us he does not truly believe an American Nation should exist either by calling for borderless countries to consolidate into Globalization. Unfortunately for him that makes him actually the leader of nothing in the United States of America, and its true, he's not Constitutionally Qualified as required by the U.S. Constitution. He's a squatter in the Office of the President- officially a usurper unofficially a defacto president.
Oh yes, Obama may make it through his eight years, but if Hillary Clinton becomes the Democratic Nominee and Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee it might be a difficult choice, but because Trump has wound up with a greater record than Hillary on this constitutional core issue which is the root of America's Pain and Hurt, I think he'll beat her.

It's about the Economy Stupid , but really "It's about the Constitution" because our Economy as well as our Defense falls under the National Security of the United States. As those have suffered in a most dramatic fashion Obama has been credited with what historians would call the greatest financed 8 years of the whole United States of American - 10 Trillion Dollars or half of all the U.S. Debt. The recipe of disaster was indeed started with
The Bush Doctrine like- wise against the U.S. Constitution's sound principles of defense that began a pre-emptive military doctrine used to invade foreign countries like Afghanistan and Iraq.
They go like this: [When Reagan took office the debt was $1 trillion. When he left it was $2.86 trillion. So $1.86 trillion for him. Then Bush-I added $1.55 trillion. Total so far: $3.4 trillion. Then Clinton took over. Obama started at 10.6 Trillion. We are now under Obama up to
$20 Trillion nearly doubling the entire national debt and any recovery is only seen as a matter of our buying our debt or way deeper into the hole. Obama no doubt has been the most well financed person in the office but the burden he leaves on future generations is as fraudulent as he is in the office as a natural born Citizen and represents a gross generational theft no matter how you look at it.
This is the Economy standardized under the Constitution that has wreaked havoc on the national security of all Americans. It is impossible to escape.
So as much as BIG BUSINESS supports borderless countries and globalization on the backs that FOREIGN LABOR can increase the profit level based on getting around the cost of unemployment insurance and day care cost if Americans want to hold together any as-semblance of what has indeed made America great in the opportunity to reap what you sew under your own vine we had better start making our Constitution a priority and protecting its Value in our everyday American Lives.

What seems a three way claim of a United Front in Syria to be fighting ISIS has some problems.
Hillary Clinton and Obama's war against ISIS in Syria remove Asadd with rebel trained forces. The Russia and China war in Syria against ISIS keeps Asadd in.
ONE would suspect that ISIS being the common denominator with three major heavy weights in the same ring would not stand a chance.
That is unless one of the heavy weights was actually not fighting ISIS but was rather supporting ISIS and arming ISIS.
SO how do we tell whose fighting ISIS and who is fighting Government?
Has ISIS controlled Syria for the last 20 years? Or has ISIS simply become the name every government involved now has taken to their populations to justify intervention that is acceptable to the world?
Does anyone really believe with the USA, Russia, and China against ISIS that they would have a prayer of not collapsing in days never to be heard from again?
Well, are we celebrating China and Russia helping us in a wonderful military collaboration?

The STAKES are BEING TESTED
What we have seen in this report is both domestic disaster and foreign disaster in both economic and militaristic arenas. Now it might be a bridge to jump for anti-birthers who basically have set up a policy that the U.S. has nothing the rest of the world would desire (that's delusional), and that the U.S. Constitution as a document is fatally flawed based on its denial of global citizenship in an extreme and radical nature of Americanism (that's really only held by foreigners so its delusional) but with the evidence that the U.S. Supreme Court has of Record of their discrimination against the 'forma pauperis' motion of Judy v. Obama 14-9396 and the then unheard [natural born Citizen] costing Americans both the integrity of the Election System with more fraudulent candidates creeping up as well as the dereliction of hearing cases that are moot based on Obama's signature being moot, there we see at the root of this proceeds a path of revenge that is unparalleled in U.S. History with an anti-establishment candidate that could CALL for impeaching every sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice for bad behavior of their own Record.
In some ways, Americans might be fooled. In some ways Americans might be tricked. However at the root of the heart of America is something that has attracted the fear in politicians and judges who never last long in America once they drift. Fool us once - shame on you. Fool us twice - shame on us.

In this respect, I am certainly honored to rub shoulders with my fellow Patriots and though its been hard, the Record of being the only American Presidential Candidate in U.S. History with a Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record taking a stand for the Core of the Constitution in the qualification for the Office of the President has been my honor and is something for which I am not ashamed.
