Americans Tire of Being Called Racist by Race-Bating Media
The Main Stream Media with all of it's professionalism, glamor, and advertising revenue was called "very corrupt and so dishonest" by President-Elect Donald Trump about as much as Democratic Party Coranated Candidate Hillary Clinton lashed out "Donald Trump was the leader of The Birther Movement that tried to de-legitimize America's first black President. " When it suits the Main Stream Media (MSM) they sting Candidates with Fact-Checkers , but what about the same principles applied to them when it comes to exposing the 'corrupt and so dishonest' agenda that spews out like garbage on the American People?
Racism is a crime in America and it's time that Race-Baiting be seen as an Agenda driven passive aggressive reporting tool used to incite violence and Injustice upon those it is being used against by the MSM. Frankly, I'm appalled by the dishonest Reporting that have hidden and covered up the Facts on so-called Birtherism as a Racist Bigotry Movement as if it was the new KKK of America, when as I'll show you, it is exactly the opposite and worse the MSM has been continually notified about the Facts making their action pre-meditated .
Through the GroupThink syndrome of many MSM Sources, that seem to feed off the toxic air of their favored Candidate , they have set-up Camp on anti-American values and principles that requires an almost constant barrage of Race-Baiting Tactics. The crisis victims are the people who are trapped in their exclusive coverage- The Democrats.
Recently Jeffery Lord stated in a quick rebuttal on Anderson Cooper's 360 that, " Birtherism" was in no way Racist . A panel of four others along with Anderson Cooper were aghast. Mr. Lord brought out two facts to back up his assertion.
1- Chester Arthur who served as VP and took over as President after the President was assassinated was born in Canada . He was "caucasion" and suffered such a ground-swell of opposition as to not being Constitutionally Qualified that he burned his identification.
2- Sen John McCain , also caucasion, was born in Panama never acknowledged as a 'State' of the Union was sued as the GOP Nominee by this author as a Presidential Candidate with Standing in 2008. The Judge abstentiously delayed ruling on the Case until after the Election and used McCain's loss as Evidence pointing to Obama as the responsible Candidate for Qualification due to his winning calling the claim against McCain after the Election "moot".
Why has the MSM, including Wikipedia , actual singularized Birtherism as poignantly against Obama? Why did Candidate Clinton continually bring up Obama's "color" as the factor of Birtherism when the facts present the concern against two caucasion people who either inherited or came within a hair of the Office of President? And why has the MSM suddenly victimized Muslims as a tenant if Birtherism when not one Law Suit insist or claimed a Religious Test for the President was in violation? These are Legal Facts the MSM chooses to cover-up and ignore.
On top of that, why has the MSM not covered in their presentation that every U.S. President Since the Founding was a [ Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the U.S Constitution ] or a [ natural born Citizen ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents ] accept Chester Arthur and Barack Obama?
The Law & Order never changed. In fact the Legislative Mandate remains [ Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents- as defining ( natural born Citizen) through eight attempts to change it since 2003 that all failed, as well as the Judiciary Committee of Congress taking up Hearing on it in 2000 and it failing.
These are not ancient relics in Case and Legislation requiring weeks of microfilm study and deciphering of hand-written ACTS . These are very well Googled and typed in discernable faunts.
As a Candidate for President in the Democratic Party twice, 2012 and 2016, I can attest with some 15 Cases I've been involved in from sea-to-shining-sea across America including two in the U.S. Supreme Court 12-5276 & 14-9396 , that the Standard of Race-Bating Corruption and Dishonesty bluntly covering up and denying the Facts meets the definition of Corruption and Dishonesty.
I am Taking A Stand, I have Taken A Stand, and I will continue to Take A Stand to Expose the dirty rotten corruptive corrosive and hellish stinking cesspool that is dripping out the MSM Facet labeling Americans , who have with their loyalty and allegiance of two generations, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, qualified for the Office of President and been called "Racist- Biggots" by the MSM.
It is especially pungent that this American loyalty and allegiance receive such nefarious ridicule and that well educated , articulate, and beautiful people on the outside in the MSM can be so ravenous and horrid on the inside as to disparage Facts and Evidence as horrid as Mrs. Hupp, recently featured on Dateline as stranger-than-fiction in an unscrupulous insanity willing to harm innocent people to absolve her own greedy selfish incessant appetites for murder, in the order of looking like an angel.
To say JUSTICE for ALL is the Standard and than to disparage the poor with Injustice is a horrendous moral outrage of the current U.S. Supreme Court Justices, that unless somehow reversed and revisited or recompensed will remain a stain upon the MSM and Justice in America as a Race-Baiting Merit Badge by Corrupt Justices as the Example of Corrupt Political Practise that can only be regarded as Treason on Truth, Treason on Justice, and Treason upon the United States of America! If President Elect Donald Trump and his Justice Department decide to do nothing about this, we will know it is business as usual and the Establishment Purge of both Major Parties the American People voted for in Electing him was a waste or is at best window shopping. The People looked but could not have any Justice. There is no Minority who is willing to sacrifice Justice on an individual who can claim a Righteous Cause; but only a Fraudulent one by the means of Race-Baiting - Repugnant Hypocrisy in the Almighty Creators Cannon of inalienable rights. The [natural born Citizen] Qualification for the Office of President was not a qualification about race, color, religion, or sex. They say politics makes strange bed-fellows, what else could be said when we found out that GOP presumptive Republican Party nominee Donald Trump was telling the truth in more ways than one, with his claims the cartel in DNC's coronation of Hillary Clinton started the Birther Movement. It's all about POLITICS and the scorpion tail had not lost her sting from the loss in 2008, as we find from both closely guarded allies of Mrs. Clinton and a string of private informants that have spoken up in strictest of confidentiality concerns from sources deep within the Trump Camp, Clinton Camp, and the FBI Camp closely associated with the criminal investigation associated with Hillary Clinton's confiscated Private Server in the surprising confidence of the only Candidate for President with a Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record holding up the [natural born Citizen] requirement unique to the Office of President and VP with his law suits against McCain and Obama culminating in recent Judy v. Obama 14-9396.
It's one thing to call someone a "Racist" who demonstrates very deliberate tendencies of superiority for any particular color, especially in our politic arena given our 13th Amendment and quite another to 'Frame' someone with the Racist label wrongly in America given the splendid melting pot and diversity of our Nation. What is revealed is the sickening willingness and deliberate racial frame-job of a Politician running for President in the Democratic Party more concerned with power at any cost then about helping minorities.
Hillary Clinton has demonstrated over and over again her willingness to use specific characterizations of the order of chromosomes in 'color' and 'gender' as tools to push into office, and to not only hop on the bandwagon but start the bandwagon to serve her political agenda and it's gotta stop and be seen for what it is- racial and gender profiling.
It's no secret there was a very bitter feud between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Presidential Election. They fought very bitterly right down to convention time where you'll find in an earlier post entitled: SPECIAL REPORT Understanding Trump's Claim Hillary Clinton - "First Birther" ,(the details of which might be helpful to review at this time for the reader), more expressly given more than one witness claiming they expected all along former President Bill Clinton to step-up against Barack Obama's ineligibility as a [non-citizen] at that national convention.
QUICK REVIEW OF Q. [natural born Citizen] For reviewing purposes let us very quickly establish the unique qualification of [natural born Citizen] [ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] not to exhibit any abnormal atypical characteristics of racism associated with color or gender. The 15th Amendment-of the US Constitution stated (Amendment XV), ratified by the states in 1870: "Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude; and the Nineteenth Amendment (Amendment XIX) prohibits any United States citizen from being denied the right to vote on the basis of sex.
Neither of these Amendments to the United States Constitution changed the differing Qualifications for the Offices of President, Senator, or Representative that differ in [TIME] expectation requirements to assume the varying offices. Being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents does not have to do with chromosomes, it has to do with TIME of allegiance and jurisdiction that reflect a maturity of the qualification. The Amendment missing in action would be one allowing any [Citizen] to run for President and that has not been passed though 8 attempts have failed just since 2003.
If any particular Nation cannot legally protect it's citizens with boundaries and borders, the status of Nation is completely lost and so it goes with every nation country on the Planet Earth. Furthermore, if their is no expectation of a Nation in the United States of America, all positions set forth in the U.S. Constitution are rather invalid and moot. Let those in those positions forever remember that in their prospects of globalization. Citizens of the World have never participated in any election of a World or Global Leader and thus are not represented by any means in any form of Democracy and until such time as that feat is every accomplished, never will be. Leaders getting together and voting for Leaders is not a Democracy of world citizens any more than the leaders of the Democratic Party are elected by Republicans.
We have shown very quickly the [natural born Citizen] time requirement of born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not related to an irrational or unlawful discrimination of gender, race, color, or previous conditions of servitude, but relates to a qualifications of TIME and JURISDICTION predominate associated at both the time of birth and recognized in a compliment of other qualifications of maturity (35 years of age) and residency (14 years a resident) of an individual in adulthood. In this we have shown the Media Representation of [BIRTHER's] as [Racist] to be wholly incredible,disingenuous, and mendacious.
HILLARY'S PUSH TO DISLODGE OBAMA IN 2012
Hillary's Campaign had become burdened with debt had sky-rocketed to 12. 4 million to 500 creditors, and she had lost it at a height and in a fight she knew was unfair, unconstitutional, but she'd gambled wrong in her own racist strategy feeling guilt rather than simply understanding the Constitution and taking a stand. She'd lost but it had not been fair to her on principle- eight years was too long to wait and a scheme to oust Obama was hatched for 2012 by Clinton herself using an ally and contributor of hers named Donald Trump. He was perfect to bring it to a head and she'd have her revenge.
Hillary Clinton had tried the same route Trump would use in 2016 to oust Sen. Ted Cruz but she didn't quite do it with the same result. She would not label him ineligible on stage, but she would covertly drop the hints hoping it would fly with the public and the Democratic Party. Obama had something going for him, he had inherited his fathers' chromosome and he claimed every 'hint' of Clinton's he was not qualified via the Constitution was 'racist' and 'religiously intolerant'. It stung her and gave Obama a foot inside the party instantly.
Obama would win in 2008, but that didn't stop Hillary Clinton nor remove the foot off the gas. She would visit August of 2009 as the Secretary of State the British agency which oversees Public Records Archives and the purpose was to .. well Obama's father had just been found in previously lost Kenyan Records in series RG36 as a British Protectorate and they had revealed Obama's father had a son listed born after 1960 but before 1963. Obama's father had wanted desperately to stay in the U.S. and with a son born in America as a parent of an American Citizen that under normal circumstances would have been relatively easy, but Obama's late father made no such claim about his son. Why? He knew also Obama to be born a foreigner to the United States and to be the son of a foreigner.
Mr. Penn had done polling for Bill for six years; he also had advised Clinton in her NY Senator ship terms and was a chief strategist in her 2008 Campaign for President.

This had the effect of rendering incomplete years of document searches under open-records and oversight laws.]Mr. Penn went ballistic in an email to Mrs. Clinton that very morning, under the subject line “if true.”
“To explicitly say he is laying low on nuclear defense policies because of his election right now and tell your opponent that is to politicize all foreign policy, evidence [of] weakness that can be exploited by others, and undermine the administration’s credibility,” wrote Mr. Penn, who was chief strategist for Mrs. Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.Mr. Penn then warned Mrs. Clinton that “you will surely be asked if your decisions and positions are part of the election campaign and bat that down definitively.” While Mr. Penn fretted near the end of the email that “maybe I’m overreacting,” he tells Mrs. Clinton that she “may even consider resigning if that’s the case” that her foreign-policy decisions are motivated by domestic politics. ]
What we are shown here is a continuous fracture between Clinton and Obama's loyalty lines and for certain motives besides "convenience' asserted by Hillary Clinton for her private server, which was also encouraged by some who were working in Obama's State department, but who may have had more loyalties to Clinton to begin with including Patrick Kennedy whose distinction run a course closer to Clinton then Obama. Obama had given Clinton a long rope in recruiting her own team as Secretary of State.
Patrick Kennedy was closely involved with the failure to approve requests for additional security in Benghazi and Tripoli, ordered State Department employees in Europe be barred from attending Sen.Barack Obama's speech in Berlin on July 24, 2008 to ensure they displayed political neutrality. Kennedy labeled Obama's visit as a partisan political activity and he forbade employees from attending. He was noticed on the [emails as being correct copied] in discussions of setting up Hillary Clinton's Private Server while working in the State Department.
Hillary Clinton was on the front row of Donald Trump's wedding nuptials, but didn't bring a gift for the wedding in 2005. Did Hillary Clinton think she was attending her employees wedding? Donald Trump had contributed to her in 2002, 2005, 2006, 2007, and most importantly he favored her in the 2008 election with contributions.
When Mr. Trump was criticized for his contributions to Hillary Clinton he has always stated he gave as a 'Businessman' in the overview of political favor. He asked Clinton to be at his wedding and she was. This is generally understood and in New York Trump stated that giving to Republicans was not the essential in business though his contributions to Democrats tapered off dramatically after 2008 and his contributions to Republicans picked up in 2012. The reasons will become apparent.
What is less widely known is the interaction between Hillary and Trump Charities. Clinton's association and chairmanship of The Clinton Global Initiative and Trump's own Charity Association 'Trump's Charitable Foundation' and the favors that have gone back and forth between Trump and Clinton's Charities. Its a way of being paid for favors, but not being paid directly, although that line of thought doesn't sit well with the IRS. Trump's $100,000 to Clinton's Charity definitely places the two in very friendly circumstances out of all the charities for Trump to choose from.
[Trump’s foundation also has a history of giving paltry donations to organizations benefiting veterans while doling out enormous sums to various evangelical and political organizations as well as the Clinton Foundation.
Tax forms examined by The Daily Beast show that in 2009, the Donald J. Trump Foundation gave a whopping $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation (then called the William J. Clinton Foundation). The following year, Trump’s foundation, a registered 501(c) group, gave another $10,000 to the Clinton Foundation.]

[Just this week, Trump came under fire for a private telephone conversation with President Bill Clinton that took place just weeks before Trump announced his candidacy.]
WASHINGTON POST described that call this way:
[The tone of the call was informal, and Clinton never urged Trump to run, the four people said. Rather, they said, Clinton sounded curious about Trump’s moves toward a presidential bid and told Trump that he was striking a chord with frustrated conservatives and was a rising force on the right.
One person with knowledge of Clinton’s end of the call said the former president was upbeat and encouraging during the conversation, which occurred as Trump was speaking out about GOP politics and his prescriptions for the nation.
Clinton aides declined to speak on the record about the call, saying the conversation was personal.
“Mr. Trump reached out to President Clinton a few times. President Clinton returned his call in late May,” a Clinton employee said. “While we don’t make it a practice to discuss the president’s private conversations, we can tell you that the presidential race was not discussed.”]
[And on Wednesday, Trump wrote in a Twitter message: “Do you notice that Hillary spews out Jeb’s name as often as possible in order to give him status? She knows Trump is her worst nightmare.”]
That begs the question: Why does Hillary Clinton consider Donald Trump her worst nightmare in his eyes, not to mention that up to this point Hillary Clinton as a Candidate for President is recorded as having spent the most of any candidate running for President on either side of the republican/Democratic party isle against Trump, a whopping 5.2 million dwarfing even Sen. Cruz at a little over 4.3 million.
A LOOK AT DONALD TRUMP's Rise in Politics VIA the BIRTHER CARD - ON ASSIGNMENT FROM HILLARY CLINTON?
Have you ever wondered how it was Donald Trump came to be called The Birther King?
He never filed a single legal paper in court, or supported a single Presidential Candidate with any money for public relations, court fees, or a Campaign with Standing against Barack Obama.
Yet during this time he was being hazed by the Media, even by Barack Obama himself at the famous Washington Correspondence Dinner that was featured in 2011 noticed beginning at 1m29sec.
The roasting of Donald Trump in front of the entire Media by the defacto President of the U.S. during the Correspondence Dinner of 2011 will not be forgotten soon, and must have had Donald Trump whispering "my day is coming" when your all going to regret this humiliating strategy.
As you may or may not recall it was on The View co-hosted by Barbara Walters that really was the catalyst of Mr. Trump saying he thought Obama should release his birth certificate as is detailed in the following Video for those who missed it, or have forgotten it.
Trump at the time infused a lot of hope in the whole nation that Congress would pick up Congressional Hearings against Obama, but Trump's actions, (also noticed as his in-actions), or partial actions based on his less than hopeful contribution record and veiled promise of an investigation in Hawaii , were noticed as flaccid and was particular convenient politically for Hillary Clinton.
What had happened was that Donald Trump had gotten out of Hillary Clinton's lose lips, that Obama was indeed not a [natural born Citizen] He had not been born in Hawaii to Citizen Parents and was thusly not qualified for the Office of the President.
She had confided to Trump that she and Bill were about to blow that whistle in 2008 but had been viciously threatened after the murder of Bill Gwatney. The revelation coming with a veiled threat understood by more than one witness.
This gave Trump a political inside move against Hillary Clinton, but it wouldn't be in the Democratic Party who would not correct their own. It would have to be in the Republican Party the other major movement in America, but who knew how well they would receive him as a friend of Hillary Clinton. The Democratic Party apparently has no qualms with Hillary loving Trump's Contributions nor are they interested in Trump's work for Clinton in the apparent political thrust to move Obama out early leaving her as a favored choice.
While Trump 'claimed' donations to the Clinton's procured 'favors' as in "he told Clinton's to show up to his wedding and they did", they in fact were the one's he was working for and he was the one they were using.
Trump was their little hump 'whipping Birther-Boy', meant to try and dis-lodge Obama before the 2012 Election if it were possible because Hillary Clinton's age and health problems were making themselves known and a 2016 run was not nearly as inevitable as a parachute run would have been in 2012.
Hillary Clinton called in some favors, especially to Barbara Walters a senior corespondent at The View. Trump would appear and exacerbate the public with, "I think he should produce his birth certificate".
Obama may have 'wondered' about the relationship favor Trump had shown to Hillary Clinton with known contributions to her 2008 Presidential Campaign but when Trump spout out on the View, "I think he should produce his birth certificate" he said what all of America was thinking, and what he did removed any doubt for Obama Trump was Hillary's Humpty-Dumpty-Birther-Boy. She was trying to oust him early and he was left with little choice but to produce what she thought he never would or could from what she had gathered in 2009.
The festered and wounded campaign relationship exploded again that Obama had hoped had gone away, and a planned departure was advised by one of Hillary's closest strategist in 2012 and leaked. She'd have to put some distance between them or risk being framed herself, but in the mean time Hillary had been using the position of Secretary of State to leverage her own finances to the Presidency.
If Obama had used the 'race' card to stay in, she would use this Achilles heel of Obama to grow under Obama's nose a billion dollar empire.
Donald Trump would play it up, but would never commit extensively to the Arpaio Investigation and never appear in public with the Sheriff. He would threaten sending a team in Hawaii, because he knew it was a false document from the get-go, but never did- his "handlers" in The Clinton's with their plan for the 2012 Election being time-sensitive had turned their sites from the office of the President to leveraging foreign powers and Trump was left holding the "Racist" label all because Hillary had failed to use the Constitution as a good Politician protecting a friend would. He'd remember that, and turn on her like she'd never expect.
With the cover of Obama's Fabrication being pulled out from under him a greater leverage had been acquired then the Clinton's' could have possibly hoped for. They now could do almost anything and assure Obama's State Department would be looking the other way in the time remaining she had as Secretary of State. Hillary Clinton resigned in 2013 and never looked back.
The 'racist frame job' had been horrible, but Trump didn't do the job Hillary gave him to do on the basis that he would shoulder it with any self-deprecation. She was a Democrat, and she had started it, that would be easy enough to deflect on to her. He just needed the meaningful reason to deflect it, and that came about as we have seen in Trump announcing his run in the Republican Party - something the Clinton's were even taken aghast with their knowing what he knew and wondering just how much of it would come back to them. Trump would be roasted as a racist for nearly a whole year, even by Comedy Central's "Roast of Donald Trump", but he was smart enough to turn even that into a liquidation of cash as they paid his own Charity $400,000 and Fox News gave the Trump Foundation $10,000.
Trump slowly begin to turn the tables and to do back to the Clinton's what they had done to him. As the Birther issue came up again and again he simply begin refusing to talk about it and reminding everyone that Hillary Clinton was the original Birther "Hillary Clinton wanted those records" he said, "McCain wanted those records", Donald Trump got something..I don't know what the hell it was, but Obama produced something he would tout.
He would brilliantly pull Hillary Clinton closer to him, rather than push her farther away. He would disclose what he knew to be the truth.
Using the power of the Tweet Donald would disparage Hillary Clinton as his "partner", and he would not have to say anything else about the Birther issue because it made Hillary Clinton every negative thing she had disparaged about him, and she was the original one fighting against Obama in the 2008 Presidential Election, it just made sense.
The Media was incensed with this. How could they label their presumptive nominee a Racist just like they had Donald Trump all on the predication of The Birther issue. They would gang up on him and beat him to death with it, but it just wouldn't work.
As much as they hated to admit it, there was a 3 year lapse between Obama entering the Presidential Race and his procuring a long form birth certificate. Sheriff Joe had been elected by his own constituency five times in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2012 in the 4th most populated county in the United States of America.
It was true,the Department of Health in Hawaii via any grandparent, relative really, living in Hawaii requesting a birth certificate, would send the report of that request out to the newspapers to be published. The newspaper articles of Obama's birth did not procure any more of a substantiated claim of a live birth in Hawaii than Obama's social security card
being procured by the death of someone else who used it prior to him, something that was common for those trying to get a birth certificate who did not have one.
Not one hospital in Hawaii of the two Obama had originally claimed had 'claimed' him or set a marker of honor for having been the first breathing grounds of a U.S. President and worst of all if Obama himself had secured the $10 request to the Hawaii health Department in 2008 none of this would even be happening.
The Media seems to want Trump's Tax Returns like vulgarizing advocates of transparency when they had failed to even vett Obama's legitimacy allowing him to be elected not once but nearly twice without an original and with a the testament of a law enforcement investigation that by Obama's own hand three years later, he dispensed his own birth's fabrication from the White House Press Core room.
One might be asking is there any evidence whatsoever of Hillary Clinton in 2008 dropping the hints Obama was not born in the United States? There sure was.
Obama's own campaign rated Hillary Clinton's Camp in 2008 racist promoting the idea he was not born in the United States and was not a Christian. Obama's Campaign Manager [ Plouffe described circulation of the picture as part of "a disturbing pattern". "It's exactly the kind of divisive politics that turns away Americans of all parties," he said.][The Obama team wheeled out Scott Gration, a retired air force general and Obama supporter, who was with the senator in Kenya, to explain the picture.]
Obama's Campaign as well as Obama knew then exactly as the Huffington Post just this year reminded all, [No, I’m not trying to say Hillary Clinton is the equivalent of Trump, although both have utilized race and Islamophobia to attain political power. As a Democrat, however, Clinton should be held to a higher standard, especially since black voters in South Carolina and throughout the nation are the key to any hope at winning the White House. When Patterson writes, “Clinton refused to state unambiguously that Mr. Obama is a Christian and has never been a Muslim,” America saw a more nuanced version of Trump’s vitriol.]
The March 28th , 2016 letter was sent from Obama's Department of Justice stating they had no interest in the United States Supreme Court mis-leading the public in their docket report of Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 from the detailed report Mr. Judy had given to them found here.
Indeed both major parties are involved with this but it is going to take the American People some resolve to understand it.

Anti-Discrimination Laws have been made for housing, schooling, and employment, but what about Anti-Discrimination Laws on the Bench and in the Press? What are the Rewards for Taking a Stand for the [natural born Citizen] Qualification Requirement in the Constitution for the Office of President? It seems there is none as I'll address in more depth after a consideration of the length and breadth of my relationship with the U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
The Bench of the U.S. Supreme Court, [that includes Justices John G. Roberts, Jr., Anthony M.
Kennedy, Clarence Thomas, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer, Samuel Anthony Alito, Jr., Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and the late Antonin Scalia have been responsible for the greatest discrimination in the economic considerations of Justice in the United States of America in the [Decision of Review] which included the whole Court in the arbitrary denial of Judy v. Obama 14-9396's [Motion for forma pauperis] in the Case that included a request for the Court to uphold the [Natural Born Citizen] qualification for the office of the President, that we have ever seen in America I think said Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy.
In 2008 I wrote this Letter to the U.S. Supreme Court the day after my birthday on December 28th:

No greater service can be rendered upon The People of The United States then preserved principles of the U.S. Constitution. Why it seems to many I know our U.S. Constitutional Rights are diminishing with the stroke of the pen, the moral persuasions of our United States Constitution echo as voices from the dust of the past, and cries from those yet unborn, for the fabric of freedom and liberty to be mended and stitched up from the assaults of the unwise who lack understanding of the importance of United States Constitution. For WE THE PEOPLE care and love every word and every line and decry the outrageous assaults upon the decorum of so noble an outline given in the qualifications of The President of The United States held within our U.S. Constitution and entrusted upon this Court.

Thus, I as one, and for others also I know, of WE THE PEOPLE, humbly pray for this courts greatest consideration in observance to our Nation’s Constitution in the proper vetting of President Elect Obama circulated in this Court as Berg v. I suppose the easy answer is if there were no injustice, justice would not be loved or for that matter even known. Sometimes during calamities, accidents, trials we look for reason to 'justify' without any reasonable thing to blame or to warrant such from faith in God. Without any our blame resides in the unexplained courts of God which is the normal place to put something you don't understand in a belief of God's Omnipotence or supreme or great power. Why? Why? Why? is our question - the question of desire to understand.
How in the world could we ever understand Justice here on the earth without the suffering injustice?How could we ever gain some semblance of it's value or importance if we constantly or only knew Justice?
So, yes the Justice's of the U.S. Supreme Court may have denied Cody Robert Judy's [ Judy v. Obama 14-9396 ]'s motion for forma pauperis unjustly and arbitrarily, making the gap wider for those who are poor suffering below the federal poverty level to slip through the cracks, but it doesn't mean they will escape being remembered for their part in the war on the poor or that they will not find the mistake and also be called upon in a Court to answer for it in the future.
Yes, I've suffered 'injustice' and Yes, I've suffered extreme poverty" says Cody Robert Judy, I've suffered discrimination, racism and very painful loss of children, wives, homes, property and even my liberty and freedom with incarceration; however, in all these things I've gained an appreciation of empathy and a value of Justice that as I look back on was nurtured and cultured in the bitterness, and I know I am not alone."
How many have suffered these things? I think a much greater number than those who have not. In this I have comfort in knowing that it is true, though offenses must come woe be unto those who they come by.

Harrell.
What is a "Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record w/standing for the NBC" even mean? The Courts aren't partisan. And nothing the courts have ever ruled makes any of the other candidates NOT have "standing" for the NBC clause."
Of course this question comes with the turn-over of people's focus, attention span, even the turn-over of Reporters in the fields working for the story for their editor as well as Editors themselves over the last 8 years.
It comes with a rise of popularity of those who were "In" and now are "Out" along with the power that is entrusted.
Glenn Beck, bless his heart, a great story teller, but often on the wrong side of the U.S. Constitution the whole time he claims to be standing for it much like Sen. Ted Cruz who he openly supports and advocates for, was talking with a gentlemen on the phone who was from my short glimpse of it some kind of a leader in the European Union as a representative of England. He had a heavy English accent and seemed quite the gentlemen though I did not catch his name, (may find it later here), but the thing that jumped out of me was Glenn Beck stating that "a lot is coming from the Trump Campaign that is based on "anger and rage".
As a psychology major words like that jump out of me and I examine them carefully understanding that 'anger' is not a primary emotion. It is a secondary emotion that is stirred from the root emotion of 'hurt' or 'pain'. So its almost a natural transition of thought for me now to say when I hear that someone is angry to ask, "What are you hurt or feeling bad about?"
When we ask ourselves that question in light of Mr. Donald J. Trump's "quote unquote" 8 month Campaign that began June 16, 2015 and we figure the money that has figuratively disappeared in GOP rival campaigns against him, as well the fact he's on track to astound the Republican Party with a Primary Count of voters that smashed 2008 McCain and 2012 Romney's Records, we are left with a question of "deep hurt" that is being felt in America and a question of finding it's roots.
What did Donald Trump do differently? If the Press asked this question, they must go back to the headline action of 2011 where what most politicians would call a withering storm of accusations come out against Donald Trump as a non-candidate or possible candidate, but that were full throttled labeling and tagging as Trump as a racist for the gruesome audacity crime of being "American" and standing for the U.S. Constitution's [natural born Citizen] clause for the Office of the President?
As Mr. Michael D. Harrell's question came out, "What is a "Bi-Partisan Federal Court Record w/standing for the NBC" even mean?" , we see in a legal sense a lack of knowledge in the general public for Courts that often dismissal claims brought based on a lack of prosecution, as well as a general population forgetfulness based on being completely inundated with stories and sometimes a refresher course needed to jar the head so people do remember.
On the Legal Side - Rule 41 states: (b) Involuntary Dismissal; Effect. If the plaintiff fails to prosecute or to comply with these rules or a court order, a defendant may move to dismiss the action or any claim against it. Unless the dismissal order states otherwise, a dismissal under this subdivision (b) and any dismissal not under this rule—except one for lack of jurisdiction, improper venue, or failure to join a party under Rule 19—operates as an adjudication on the merits.
As it applies to Judy v. Obama what it really means is if at anytime the Petitioner Mr. Judy was not running for President during the time of this application for Justice, or did not have a complaint relative to the action of injustice and damages happening Mr. Obama could ask for the court to dismiss for failure to prosecute and would most likely have that granted by a Judge. Conceding an election is prominent to conceding a complaint also, so it has been a great burden for Mr. Judy to keep his Candidacy current and the charges current which he has had to do from 2008 through now 2016.
From a write-in Candidacy in 2008 and a First Federal Court Complaint against McCain filed in Las Vegas Nevada Federal Court Case Number: 2:2008cv01162 Filed: September 3, 2008 Mr. Judy kept his write-in Candidacy going through the Election 2008 where Obama won. He then ran a U.S. Senate Campaign as an Independent against Republican Mike Lee who won. From there he filed as a Democratic Party Candidate in the Primary Challenge of Barack Obama in 2012 which gave him immediate standing to file Primary Ballot Challenges which were taken in New Hampshire and Georgia from executive courts to the States Supreme Court and on to the U.S. Supreme Court in 12-5276 and escalated in a Federal Court Challenge that has culminated in 14-9396.
These actions that take the Principle of the Qualification unique to the Office of the President across Party Lines to Republicans and Democrats as a Presidential Candidate were not followed by any other person in the entire Untied States of America.
Before you say blowing that off as insignificant, "Well, no one else was crazy enough to do it? " insulting your own intelligence let's review in very short order how much this is worth in real time.
IF Obama is not a Constitutionally Qualified person in the Office of the President is/was/can Obamacare even (be) Legal? Just that one act alone is worth 1/5 of the entire American Economy! Without a Legal President's Signature Obamacare is not a piece of Legislation that has even passed the first Constitutional Check and Balance that every ACT of the Legislative Branch must go through to be Effective Law. It must be signed by the Executive Branch's presiding officer in the Office of the President understood to be Promulgation.
An Act adopted by simple majorities in both houses of Congress is promulgated, or given the force of law, in one of the following ways: 1-Signature by the President of the United States, 2-Inaction by the President after ten days from reception (excluding Sundays) while the Congress is in session, or 3-Reconsideration by the Congress after a presidential veto during its session. (A bill must receive a 2/3 majority vote in both houses to override a president's veto).
That means even all the deliberations of the U.S. Supreme Court over Obamacare were a waste of time and money missing in the first instance if it was an actual Constitutionally Legal Law not to mention every Republican Candidate who has missed the opportunity as a U.S. Senator to object on those grounds rather than reciting Dr. Seuss in a pretended objection or filibuster.
Now we have the legally HUUUGE VALUE in mind of the importance of [natural born Citizen] in the Office of the President the U.S. Supreme Court has refused thus far to hear and the value of it being many times over the value or net worth of Mr. Donald Trump, let's remember the 'Racist' labels that were libelous by the Media who did worse the unthinkable in covering up McCain's Challenges by a Presidential Candidate in Judy v. McCain so that Obama's charges as well as the Media's of Racism could hold up. In other words to 'enable' Racism as in making it a successful charge as we discuss why the American People are hurt and thus angry and in a rage.
These were all Stories that captured Trump as the head of the Birther Movement despite the fact Trump never actually filed a single legal paper on it presumably because he had no standing on the issue. Trump didn't run in 2012 as a Candidate for President.
Now the only legitimacy to these claims of Racism was that Trump had not raised them with McCain or any other Presidential Candidate and this was in the face of all these huge Media Companies with their great powers to research the Legal Files of history and miss Judy v. McCain. You see they had to miss it or their 'enabling' claim could not stand.
Now you can call it luck, a blessing, you can call it informal justice, but no one survives claims of racism and goes on to beat Jeb Bush, and 15 others GOP heavy weight presidential Candidates out of the gate having NEVER run for political office before.
If you suppose the value of being the only Candidate with a Bi-Partisan Stand on the [natural born Citizen] clause from 2008- 2016 is of no value, than you suppose charges made by the Main Stream Media that covered months of very big stories on Racism and Donald Trump had absolutely no affect on Donald Trump and that just would not make any sense at all would it?
Think the Birther Issue is Dead - Think Again!
That brings us to ABC News coverage of Michelle Obama letting Birthers have it still. On April 23,2016 as an invited Guest Speaker at a Commencement Graduation for University of Jackson in Mississippi she said: "How easy it is to single out a small group and marginalize them because of who they are or who they love."
I don't think she meant like labeling people who love the Country, who love the U.S. Constitution "Birthers", but the application can sure be easily seen.
Let's face it, no Court of Law has had a Trial on it! No Court of Law has allowed Witnesses and Discovery! And thus the issue of Obama's Constitutional Eligibility has not been exhausted or even really heard on the merits as legitimate complaints with a Candidate like myself have come forward asking the Court to please take a look at the issue with it's own professional resources and constitutional charge.
That is pretty easily swiped opinion that we are seeing over-rule the whole Constitution and just plain being American, but if we take Obama's own words in a call to Borderless Globalization of all Europe as the internal belief he holds of Nations; his dismal action and objection enforcing the borders here in America have garnered him quite a reputation- is it really any surprise?
Obama is telling us he does not truly believe an American Nation should exist either by calling for borderless countries to consolidate into Globalization. Unfortunately for him that makes him actually the leader of nothing in the United States of America, and its true, he's not Constitutionally Qualified as required by the U.S. Constitution. He's a squatter in the Office of the President- officially a usurper unofficially a defacto president.
Oh yes, Obama may make it through his eight years, but if Hillary Clinton becomes the Democratic Nominee and Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee it might be a difficult choice, but because Trump has wound up with a greater record than Hillary on this constitutional core issue which is the root of America's Pain and Hurt, I think he'll beat her.
Strategist Bill Carville for President Bill Clinton in 1992 coined the term It's about the Economy Stupid , but really "It's about the Constitution" because our Economy as well as our Defense falls under the National Security of the United States. I've tried earnestly to make the tie that the success of our Economy was predicated upon the success of the Principles upheld by our Constitution.
As those have suffered in a most dramatic fashion Obama has been credited with what historians would call the greatest financed 8 years of the whole United States of American - 10 Trillion Dollars or half of all the U.S. Debt. The recipe of disaster was indeed started with The Bush Doctrine like- wise against the U.S. Constitution's sound principles of defense that began a pre-emptive military doctrine used to invade foreign countries like Afghanistan and Iraq.
They go like this: [When Reagan took office the debt was $1 trillion. When he left it was $2.86 trillion. So $1.86 trillion for him. Then Bush-I added $1.55 trillion. Total so far: $3.4 trillion. Then Clinton took over. Obama started at 10.6 Trillion. We are now under Obama up to $20 Trillion nearly doubling the entire national debt and any recovery is only seen as a matter of our buying our debt or way deeper into the hole. Obama no doubt has been the most well financed person in the office but the burden he leaves on future generations is as fraudulent as he is in the office as a natural born Citizen and represents a gross generational theft no matter how you look at it.
This is the Economy standardized under the Constitution that has wreaked havoc on the national security of all Americans. It is impossible to escape.
So as much as BIG BUSINESS supports borderless countries and globalization on the backs that FOREIGN LABOR can increase the profit level based on getting around the cost of unemployment insurance and day care cost if Americans want to hold together any as-semblance of what has indeed made America great in the opportunity to reap what you sew under your own vine we had better start making our Constitution a priority and protecting its Value in our everyday American Lives.

What seems a three way claim of a United Front in Syria to be fighting ISIS has some problems.
Hillary Clinton and Obama's war against ISIS in Syria remove Asadd with rebel trained forces. The Russia and China war in Syria against ISIS keeps Asadd in.
ONE would suspect that ISIS being the common denominator with three major heavy weights in the same ring would not stand a chance.
That is unless one of the heavy weights was actually not fighting ISIS but was rather supporting ISIS and arming ISIS.
SO how do we tell whose fighting ISIS and who is fighting Government?
Has ISIS controlled Syria for the last 20 years? Or has ISIS simply become the name every government involved now has taken to their populations to justify intervention that is acceptable to the world?

Obama 14-9396 and the then unheard [natural born Citizen] costing Americans both the integrity of the Election System with more fraudulent candidates creeping up as well as the dereliction of hearing cases that are moot based on Obama's signature being moot, there we see at the root of this proceeds a path of revenge that is unparalleled in U.S. History with an anti-establishment candidate that could CALL for impeaching every sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice for bad behavior of their own Record.
In some ways, Americans might be fooled. In some ways Americans might be tricked. However at the root of the heart of America is something that has attracted the fear in politicians and judges who never last long in America once they drift. Fool us once - shame on you. Fool us twice - shame on us.
