The service ranchers provide in grazing cattle present a valuable offset of cost in fighting wild fires from over grown sage and grass that if not eaten could easily provide fuel in a fire that could devastate wild life and endangered species costing tax payers much more then grazing fees.

The Bundy Ranch blog and facebook continue to be barraged with a deluge of people that simply perpetuate fees said to be owed in their minds of Rancher Cliven Bundy without any consideration other than money owed. This undoubtedly is a charge perpetuated by the Federal Government in every news article and interview manipulating as a ‘justification’ actions of rustling up the round up of Bundy Cattle.

Let’s consider you’re not a cattle man. At one thousand dollars a head/cow, 300 hundred of Bundy’s estimated 900 cattle is equal to $300,000; the amount that I have seen reported that Mr. Bundy says he owes.

The government’s estimate continues to be at 1.1 million. Indeed that would be only one year’s crop or increase of some 900 cattle, which scarcely makes sense in the deed of wiping out at auction a whole herd for all parties involved.
In losing the whole herd what grazing fees might be collected from the desert the following year? None. That of course would decrease revenue for the BLM leading to lay-offs and a reduction of budget. How much could a range fire burning out of control cost tax payers that engulfed ten thousand acres?

The government in a Bundy Cattle loss off the range loses the natural foresting and grazing residual cattle provide decreasing risks of range fires from lighting strikes that could wipe out untold acres used by the desert turtles said to be the reason for removing what the government labeled ‘trespass cattle’, not to mention putting any built Solar Station rumored to be the reason for the Sen. Reid land-grab at higher risks.

One collectively wonders, if reindeer can co-habitat with fenced oil refineries in Alaska why cattle on a desert range cannot co-habitat with a few fenced solar panels? The point is what we are really witnessing is the Government’s willingness to put not only their federal agents involved in danger, but the public in harm’s way at gun point all because of an agenda that doesn’t quite make any sense given the circumstances that are understood by the public being reported even given the extremes represented by both sides of the argument.

Many American's are just waking up to just how far the Government is out of alignment with the ineligibility of Barack Obama reigning supreme in the Office of the President. They have not understood that the Executive Branch’s Bureaus and departments only receive authority under the Constitution by a qualified person in the Office of the President.

Under an empty office in the Office of the President the Government fails to inherit any Constitutional Authority to Act in the duty to enforce the law and there is no agency under the Executive Branch that is not funneled through the Office of the President in the Federal System of the United States of America. This leaves only the State Level of Executive Authority understood in State Governors to maintain at a State Level utter chaos and really leaves Federal Courts and Bureaus in a neutered or ‘deer-in-the-headlight’ gaze as to how to enforce any federal law or statute within the parameters of the law.

The bully method assumes authority that is false assuming and relying on the might-is-right principle, “If you push people and they move you’re in control.” In such a system the individual loses power to act in any Court of law and expect to have success so gangs are formed to fight for property as the law in place of a Constitution.

If the rights of the people are conceded in the Constitution, the elected Offices within the Constitution are just as void. In other words, if law makers are thrilled with their being elected and in power, but refuse to uphold the Constitution their ‘elected representation’ is not upheld by the Constitution either and they are just as easily understood to be without any “authority” or power in the Constitution.

In a recognition of this awful state we are currently in Congress has introduced a "Contempt Act" meant to punish the executive branch of Government's Head Prosecutor Eric Holder for being found in contempt by in affect refusing or removing his salary from the budget.

The purse strings that pay the executive branch are indeed one of the two mechanisms granted to Congress to slightly rein the Executive Branch, and the other is a disability impeachment proceeding meant to secure a qualified person in the Office as well as try accusations of contemptible or criminal actions of the President.

Just about a month ago Congress passed what was called the "Enforce The Law Act" which was contemptuous of Obama not enforcing the law introduced by South Carolina's 4th congressional district R. Rep. Trey Gowdy. Obama’s duck and dive of Obamacare has brought this on escalated also by a few other things like Obama’s declaration that Congress was not in session as a time to write orders when they were in session and the lack of cooperation in dozens of scandals Congress has tried to manage to lay some blame for with constituents in a rage.

The truth is no body remains at this time more responsible for the mess then Congress as they have failed to ACT as the check and balance they were designed to be on the Executive Branch in seeing to it first the Office of the President was at the very least occupied by a constitutionally qualified person.

In a blazing piece burning through the internet now which has been this blogs 'Most Viewed' , the diagram of the Executive Branch was featured with a reminder the Constitution gave no powers to any of these departments and secretaries outside the Office of the President being filled with a qualified person according to the Constitution’s demands for the office for a natural born citizen.

Essentially pointing out that the Executive Branch has gone rogue with Obama and is lacking in enforcement authority to even be on Bundy’s ranch demanding settlement by the Order of a Court in the Federal Judicial Branch.
In examining this so called ‘debt’ that Mr. Bundy owes, especially all these liberals with a chant to seize the cattle and shoot anyone who stands in the way, if its ‘law’ that your relying on then you must consider the 40 MILLION DOLLARS that the Government owes me for changing the rules in the race that allowed Barack Obama to run for and take the office of the President.

Indeed if I had been aware, before getting in the 2008 and 2012 presidential contest that the Office of the President requirement for a ‘natural born citizen’ had been rescinded and was no longer in place I would not have got in for the estimation made on winning the race would have clearly been made moot.

The rules of the race; the laws of the race if you will were indeed clear to me that the qualification for the Office of the President required a ‘natural born citizen’. I knew McCain was not a natural born citizen and I knew Obama was not a natural born citizen, so I knew I could win as I got in the race, objected to their qualification and the law was upheld.

I jest; the laws of the race were not changed but were certainly violated and my complaints were scoffed at by the Judicial Branch and have been thus far also scoffed at by the Legislative Branch, but I am owed by the law 40 Million dollars in damages for my respective campaigns.

Your anger must be directed at them as they skirted the law; allowing Obama who is not a natural born citizen in. The fact Obama admits his father as Kenyan at the time of his birth prohibits him from the Office of the President. Obama himself handing out his long form birth certificate that represents his father as Kenyan at birth clearly inherits citizenship from his father. No dual citizenship is allowed in the Office of the President.

You don’t have to be a ‘Birther’ to figure out a foreign citizenship is inherited from Obama's father who is Kenyan.

The Office of the President was never assumed to be regulated by a foreigner's allegiance; one who wasn’t born to Citizen Parents, and secondly also, wasn’t born in the United States. Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents is and remains the qualification and these laws were broken and the cost have been laid upon me as a candidate unfairly and unconstitutionally for the Office of the President I was/am qualified for.

Recently, my own Utah U.S. Senator, one many would say was one of the most conservative in the U.S. Senate drippeled the pathetic stand that Obama's mother was a U.S. Citizen and thus Obama was a U.S. Citizen. I simply ask what about the respect to Obama's father who was Kenyan. We have said Obama was Kenyan because his father was Kenyan and dual citizenship is not allowed in the Office of the President.

Citizen is not the qualification for President anyway, although it is the stated requirement for U.S. Senate and a U.S. Representative, the President is different. The U.S. Constitution says the President can be a "Citizen" if a "Citizen" at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, otherwise the Office must be filled with a 'Natural Born Citizen'.

Two generations serve as a natural defense line for the Office of the President: Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.


In the Constitution itself we have two different references towards a status of those qualified for the Office of the President. That directs there are two types of citizens not one.

In the video of Sen. Lee's answer he states "At this point.."



In so many words Sen. Lee says at this point we are left with Obama as president. He won two elections. I ran against Sen. Lee in Utah in 2010 and used the facts that Mike Lee was a 'tabloid conservative' because he had no stomoche to consider Obama's identification fraud upon the public as a menace to society and the greatest assault upon our national security and sovereignty since Pearl Harbor and WWII. The Japanese didn't walk into the White House they only bombed Pearl Harbor.

The deaths in WWII were mild compared to the lost opportunity of untold generations to come for an unconstitutional USA. Its as if Sen. Mike Lee were to walk around in the blood of those who have died for the Constitution as if he and his family were on a Summer Vacation on a nice Spring Day smiling and waving his hands because Obama wasn't caught and was elected under completely fabricated and false elections, and then to treat that as a 'warning' like a police officer would cite you for going 5 miles over the speed limit.

Its just a warning? My God, the whole national security of our Nation is compromised! The whole Executive Branch of Government is without Authority under an unqualified person in the Office of the President! Is usurpation Ok if you get away with it for 5 or 6 years?

How indeed can the U.S. Government collect a dime from Mr. Cliven Bundy when such has rocked the U.S.A.?

I am compelled to offer the U.S. Federal Government a deal. You can take Mr. Cliven Bundy's owed amount off the amount you owe me, and we will settle this as gentlemen. I offer this sincerely in light of the debt owed to me for your unparalleled sycophantic breach of moral aptitude with nefarious consideration towards the principles of the United States Constitution.

If you Ladies and Gentlemen in Washington DC have no moral character as to disdain not one but two Presidential Elections breached by the criminal identification fabrication of Obama, seen as nothing more then insult to the Office of the President in total disregard for our U.S. Constitution, I dare say the very document that allowed your own election you have shredded leaving you unworthy of any said office let alone one defined in regiment by the U.S Constitution for which your disdain has been signed in a mockery of patriot blood.

Let the House of Representatives approve that debt, the Constitutional Debt to us paid in full.

Harry Reid said:
“Clive Bundy does not recognize the United States,” Reid said. “The United States, he says, is a foreign government. He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t pay his fees. And he doesn’t follow the law. He continues to thumb his nose at authority.”

I wonder about the "Constitutional Authority" that Sen. Reid has thumbed his nose at supporting a usurpation of the U.S. Constitution in an ineligible and unqualified Barack/Barry Obama/Soetoro?

Hi, I’m Cody Robert Judy the Founder and President of The Militia’s SOS National FireTruck-Volunteer Association.
The Bundy Ranch Battle brought the attention home domestically that indeed we have problems within the United States of America that are beginning to raise the ire of Americans who simply stand for the Constitution of the United States of America and want it enforced. This is the oath that is taken by every elected official and indeed law enforcement official. What happens when those have been abused and betrayed and the Media refuses to report it as such? We are left defenseless.

The in-State Militias’ converged as part of protecting innocent civilians and the Bundy Family in the Bundy Ranch Battle served America’s interest in a viable defense that otherwise would have not ended as well as it did.
Picture one man standing in the desert gulf trying to demand his cattle back against two hundred BLM Rangers or other armed entities rather than 500 to 1,000 armed militia cowboys and civilians and you get a real quick picture of the defense Volunteer Militia ,Cowboys, and Civilians actually can provide in such a case.

We never thought it possible but indeed Obama is in the White House and is not qualified under the “natural born citizen” standards-of-qualification demanded for the Office of the President by the Constitution.

Also, true to the investigations of law enforcement in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, that is the only official law enforcement vehicle or agency that has spent well over 2500 hours in confirming Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate is a fraud/forgery, as well his draft registration, and finding Obama also using a social security number that is mis-matched in his identity, we know Obama is an unlawful occupant of the White House and worse a usurper of the Office of the President that controls the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government that acts as the enforcement vehicle of the law. This is a national defense constitutional crisis of which we must afford a defense from.

We have come to understand the Federal Executive Branch of Government is rogue at this time and all Cabinets, Posts, Secretaries, and Federal Agents also under unlawful authority of the Executive Branch.

Authority under a legally qualified person in the Office of the President granted by and under the Constitution’s powers given by “We The People” is not given to any Federal Agency outside the Office of the President within the Executive Branch, and that is hinged upon a qualified person, any less qualified representing an illegal usurper and as such a usurpation of powers not granted by We The People under the U.S. Constitution.

Due to the unqualified ineligibility of Barack Obama, with a Kenyan Father, as any foreign alien citizenship is rogue within the Office of the President, (proven in the White House Press Core Room by Barack Obama himself), neither he nor his actions can be recognized as legal. Dual Citizenship is recognized as rogue in the Office of the President, and one must recognize Obama’s Father at the time of birth as a progenitor of alien citizenship which is not allowed in the Office of the President.

Congress thus far has failed us in this matter, and the United States Supreme Court Justice Thomas is on record officially as “avoiding the issue” thus not allowing the evidence to be presented in a formal hearing, with people’s testimonies being heard who have brought legal and appropriate standing citing my own case in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 of the United States Supreme Court.

Congress has no power to defend the people in the actions of any rogue federal agent or agency so attempting to carry out any action delivered to it that has not recognized Obama’s unqualified ineligibility, so prohibits the Executive Branch from legal enforcement duties.

We do notice Congress is not without Action against Obama actually passing an “Enforce the Law Act”, but this is on its face and illegally for you cannot ask a usurper to enforce the law legally. (Also Noticed Congress has introduced a "Contempt Act" bill to strip Executive Branch Office A.G.'s Eric Holder's Wage due to contempt charges resulting in time and money of tax payers being wasted)

The circumstances and conditions as Americans we have found intolerable and it therefore comes to us to provide a temporary utility vehicle for protections associated from any Federal Agent who opposes lawful and coherent understanding of the violations of law Barack Obama represents in the interim.

The National FireTruck -Volunteer Association (NFT-VA) is not a militia, but a group of volunteers providing assistance to those who can go if they only had a hand to help them maintain their profession.

The NFT-VA will act as a temporary SOS Station connecting all 50 States in the Union as a service of volunteerism to those who are in close proximity of each other and can volunteer for those who are called in the duty towards any emergency fire so created by a clash between forces as was represented by the Bundy Battle in southeastern Nevada protected by Militia’s coming from many different states.

This group is aimed at lending a helping hand as needed for relief for those who can go as ‘boots on the ground’ if only they had a substitute teacher to call so they could leave work or their business on a temporary mission.

We’ve have seen often disasters don’t come on the weekend when you’re off. Many more defenders, protestors or those needed for help might be mustered if there was a group of volunteers organized to simply call and provide a small act of voluntary service for those who can go. Maybe it’s throwing a bale of hay to the cows, or just being a body to turn the lights on in the office, but we don’t want your job or your business to keep you from being able to go where you could help if you weren’t held up. We’d simply like to be able to offer temporary help for you, so you were free to go with volunteers who could be quickly called.

Many are willing to help but have responsibilities at home, but they might be able to volunteer in their local state if the need should arise as a volunteer for someone who wants to go. The Aim of this Group is very simple and much needed: “Help those who can go be able to go”.

If you would like to be a State Station Chief in managing a State or City facebook group for those who can volunteer in a pinch for someone who can go, please feel free to start your individual State or City Militia’s National FireTruck SOS Volunteer Association Group on facebook and begin a volunteer group.

As Americans we know if we stick together small groups can collectively accomplish big things and help turn disasters around for peaceful resolutions. If you cannot get off work, or need a hand in maintaining the business, or maintaining your work station, job, or business in a sense, we hope to be able to direct you to those who could lend a helping hand for you to on a voluntary basis to ‘turn the lights on and off’ in your business or job, so that you are free to go or join in helping the protest, or to put out the fire in defense from rogue federal employees who are acting without any authority in the Executive Branch of Government due to an ineligible unqualified Commander-In-Chief in the Oval Office.
We all know sometimes justice takes time, and red tape can hamper a problem but why should we become victims in the mean time. Peace through strength and numbers makes a big difference. We can surround them.

In the Bundy Battle many more could have come if they could have gotten off work the next day. We also know how perilous time can be in an emergency. Conference calls, facebook, twitter, emails, text provided a great communication channel and a great challenge for Commanders in the Field addressing simple problems that might have been avoided with a little better preparation.

This is all we hope to accomplish, just a little relief for those who can volunteer as ‘boots on the ground’ but have something small hanging up their being able to go but who may be trying to relay that information on channels needed for the emergency.

Harry Reid’s involvement with the Chinese in Solar Power Plant in the Nevada Desert as the source of the Bundy Ranch Battle retreat of the BLM Federal Compound site, set up as a parameter around the Bundy family ranch, actually has in affect hurt the underlying and paramount jet fuel punch knocking the Federal Government to the floor in a stunned daze.

I’m going to try to explain this as briefly as I can although it is very in depth and I’m not known for brevity on my blog which I mention only in the satisfaction for you to know that I do try.

Alex Jones Infowars has had a lot of great stories and continues to be on the cutting edge of revealing real time impacts on and for our Nation gone astray from the Constitution’s Principles that our Nation was founded and has blossomed upon. As a conduit is instrumental in breaking through to the mainstream, Infowars is and has shown itself very valuable to the public in the Republic’s interest. They feature an article today featuring Reid's none to rosy feeling with what's happening written by Jerom Corsi author of Where's the Birth Certificate.

The answers to my assertion lie in BLM policy itself as we delve into that under Solar Regional Mitigation Planning Policy which offers a unique approach to mitigating the unavoidable adverse impacts associated with developing and operating utility-scale solar power generation facilities on public lands with solar energy zones or SEZs.

I found these actually quite amenable, but certainly don't see them adhered to in the Bundy Ranch Action. In seeing these it is hard to understand the angle with what happened at the Bundy Ranch and the way it was handled that the Green or environmental crowd and the Chinese are furious at having their causes scapegoated because ‘positive outcomes’ are suppose to be ‘magnified’ in mitigation actions, the least of which involved the Bundy Ranch action. It’s pretty safe to say the operation was botched to begin with and has turned a desire for clean energy, clean water that we all appreciate into the black lung. of course ENN, the Chinese Energy Giant, can't be really happy with this as its very bad P.R. going viral.

The first thing I found was that in the Solar Regional Mitigation Planning FAQ’s #2: “off site mitigation is covered under current BLM policy and consists of compensating for resource impacts by replacing or providing substitutes or habitat at a different location than the project area. Off site mitigation is supplemental to on site mitigation and is used to enhance the BLM’S ability to fulfill its mission of providing multiple uses on public lands while ensuring its resources management objectives are met.

Why would Bundy’s herd not be purchased, bought, compensated, or moved, or “a solar facility fenced” to keep the cattle out as a remedy sought by the BLM policy in the first place that makes a whole lot more sense in the short narrow landing strip of meeting of the minds? I don’t think a massive power plant to cover even 10 square miles in total and if it did the turtles would indeed be just as big of a problem as the cows.

When you think of 200 armed federal agents, snipers, high tech surveillance capability and a military compound set up almost instantly surrounding a ranch you really don’t think of the BLM any more as assisting ranchers to help maintain any ranch. This leads us to wonder if indeed it was used as a gauge to just see what would happen.

Discontent comments on the Solar PEIS revealed the necessary reasons for modifying the way the agency did business in the first place, in fact where unavoidable impacts are found to be significant, the BLM requires off-site mitigation.
Now very crucially, BLM’s authority is sited as resting in the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), regulated by the Secretary of the Interior FLPMA SS 302(b),43 U.S.C. ss 1732(b). What does the organization structure look like?

The Department is administered by the United States Secretary of the Interior, who is a member of the Cabinet of the President. The current Secretary is Sally Jewell. The Department has often been humorously called "The Department of Everything Else" because of its broad range of responsibilities, the likes of which we have seen don’t include experience in herding cattle without causing them to have heart attacks freaking them out with helicopters causing calf and mother to separate in chaos and absolutely ruining financial gain possibilities to get paid, reimbursed, or compensated in any intelligent manner without totally ruining it for all parties involved.
The Cabinet of the United States is composed of the most senior appointed officers of the executive branch of the federal government of the United States, who are generally the heads of the federal executive departments. These are appointments by the President who only receive their authority under a qualified eligible President. If the Office of the President is usurped these appointments are also.

What does Obama’s illegal and unqualified cabinet look like? Here they are the whole unqualified ineligible herd in the executive branch masquerading as legitimate.

The value that Infowars missed on one hand or perhaps even calculated on the other, because I do believe Alex Jones to be very intelligent, would not go ‘main-stream’ and thus collaborated in an effort to sell the car to the highest bidder or most hits, was the fact revealed here on my blog that went viral and easily doubled any other post I’ve ever written.

Let us considering in a historical moment of reflection “this blog” in the biggest and most important story of our time, because of the biggest COVER-UP and SCANDAL upon the Republic’s history, for which we stand; remembering one nation, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

1- Judy v. Obama 12-5276 the only case to hit the United States Supreme Court with a qualified candidate for President;

2- With Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse in tow as evidence collectively maintained through the court system from March 2nd 2012, meaning it was indeed the very first case that made available for all the lower courts to review thus entrenching a record of insult upon law enforcement credentialed facts, that provided evidence and expert testimony normally appreciated by a Court of Law.

3- Not to mention the candidate for president was running in the Democratic Party more than establishing immediate standing in Courts of law with a national campaign, and let’s not forget..

4- Cody Robert Judy was the only candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 to maintain that standing in a non-partisan and equal principled way suing both McCain and Obama in their disrespectful campaigns as ineligible candidates flatly opposed to the Office of the President’s demand for a natural born citizen (born in the U.S. to Citizen parents) which bars any foreign alien citizenship by parental heritage of the first generation and birth place covering both nature and nurturing aspects as a national defense line.

By this I’m not saying the mutual intelligent stories of Infowars revealing that the Bundy Ranch Battle was not about turtles that have actually been euthanized because of over population, or that Senator Reid was not in the mix with getting what could be a boost to Nevada’s economy through Solar Power constructed by Chinese financer’s both contributed in a modest amount in one State of the Union’s interest.

Collectively as a Nation however the property interest incapulates everyone’s personal property. In this case “Buddy’s cattle” was the instrument and focus of ranch-range-rage upon the Nation felt by every American with any property. A very important question to ask is “why” and “how” though?

Alex Jone’s Infowars addressed why in a superfluous way, “Turtles”, and “Solar Power” with Sen. Reid as a scapegoat really to Obama, which I don’t think the Nation was enraged about. I mean really it’s one of the jobs of most Representatives and Senators to bring home the bacon to their respective States, and I should also mention Governors for that matter. They are doing their level best to attract jobs for their constituents ask TX.R. Gov. Rick Perry of his involvement to attract business and bring it home or UT. R. Gov. Herbert. This is not to say Reid hasn't had his woes and hands in the cookie jar for amazing profit and ethical turbulence.

What caught fire however in the Bundy Ranch Battle was the Government’s ability to seize property, but almost entirely missed was the “how” which is analyzed as, “under what authority”? This is the Big Story!

Why was the Government terrified that the American People would discover the connection that hinges on making Federal Agents accountable for enforcing the law under the lawful power extended to them by the Office of the President that flows through the Secretaries of the Presidents' Cabinets?

Without the Constitutional Authority of the President all these Secretaries and their respective Cabinets are powerless. So too are any elected to office if the U.S. is not in fact under the Constitution of the United States of America anymore. Check.

So for any elected official, elected under the Election process of the Republic’s Constitution who thinks so little of their oath not to take a stand for the Constitution, your job or employment is no longer valid if we are not under the Constitution of the United States ladies and gentlemen. If you’d still presume to work in your elected positions, the Constitution had better be valid.

This is all that stands on the bridge between making all Federal Secretaries and their respective Departments and employees trespassers on Bundy’s property and cattle rustlers rather than legal contractors asserting authority given to them by the Office of the President’s granted by Constitutional powers in the Executive Branch to lawfully carry out an Order issued by a Court of Law in the Judicial Branch.

People don't seem to understand there is no other presumption of authority given to any department in the Executive Branch that is not rooted quite firmly in the powers of the Office of the President held in the Constiutution, or on the other hand seen as indeed those powers being stripped with an unqualified person in the Office as we face now.

There is no legal enforcement of authority of any Federal Cabinet if the President of the United States of America is NOT QUALIFIED under the United States Constitution: LOOK! What does “no enforcement capability” look like to you? I’ll tell you in one word, Chaos!

We Birthers have begged, and pleaded, and petitioned everyone to just how dangerous this constitutional crisis is. In that Blog Piece of mine that flat out burned through the internet like a fire-storm through the dry sage of south-eastern Nevada, I outlined directly every agency that hinges on the Office of the President being a qualified eligible person according to the Constitution that Obama flat out fails!

This outrage of Presidential Usurpation endangers every Federal Agent who ‘thinks’ he/or/she has the power to enforce a Court Order. They do not have that authority if the Office of the President is not filled with a Qualified Commander-In-Chief.

When push comes to shove and some federal agent blows the door in to arrest they in fact have absolutely no legal authority and are in fact violating the law with their actions. It makes the lawful unlawful and that my friends is the Constitutional Crisis we are in right now!


This my friends is a bubble created by the Congress’s failure to ACT and it dwarfs any financial crisis we have ever seen or have ever been through and Alex Jones Infowars points at Turtles and Solar Power: Hello?

I’d ask you where you saw the story about the Authority of the Federal Agents’ questioned. Look through the Internet, read your newspapers, this Blog outlined it in every detail so simply that a child could understand it, and that’s what the Federal Government saw. Yes, they know. I am monitored 24/7 and can’t wipe my butt without them knowing.

I was on conference calls with the Bundy Ranch Intelligence Commanders with 300 people on it, flying emails and text back and forth. That is where the decision was made; that is where the intelligence created the lawful move as a winning strategy that would not give up until the Cows COME HOME!




It was BOLD, it was BRAVE demanding COURAGE; and it has yet to be recognized by Infowars or the Main Stream Media. It was not the threat of ‘uncovered stories’ that pushed the Feds back, but the threat of a story that in fact was not uncovered by the mainstream or Infowars, or as I’ve called it, the Thunder Down Under.

I claim this story not as a gratuity to me and my blog and my wish that it was indeed covered by mainstream and Inforwars, but to the Constitution of the United States of America. Alex and many others would ‘claim’ the same thing, but ‘turtles’ and ‘Solar Power Plants’ are the crux of his story to the United States Constitution and a continuation of the need to feed the greed rather than draw a line on "authority" to see who can really do what, under our legal authority of law. What the Federal Agents did was not backed up with any authority; it was rogue!

Once America finds this story out, which is the real money or shall we say on-the-money, at the level that Alex Jones heralded his Harry Reid love affair with the Chinese financed solar power plant as a viral sensation, then you will find Obama dragged in the U.S. Congress drawing upon their powers to see to it that the Office of the President is filled with a qualified eligible person at the risk of utter and complete chaos and rebellion of any and all authority.

I’d like to personally invite everyone who no longer feels we are living under the United States Constitution to stick that in their pipe and inhale deeply, understanding now the risks of what you are advocating and defending. In fact we just might be living right now at this time under the smallest Federal Government we have ever had in American history.

“That’s crazy, Cody” you say? Well, the Federal Government has in fact no line of authority at this time anywhere granted to it under the United States Constitution to enforce any statute or act whatsoever legally under the Constitution through the Executive Branch. Where does that leave us? In a national nightmare with State authority and Governors holding executive power in the individual States.

The legislative branch has no authority to enforce the laws accept given to them to maintain an eligible person in the Office of the President who then can legal manage the Executive Branch. That is their one tiny straw to being able to enforce the law. That’s why they are passing “Enforce the Law” Acts (March 2014) and stomping around with corn-cob pipes stuck where they don’t belong. The Legislative Branch doesn't collect Federal taxes, doesn't enforce Court Orders, or run the Attorney General's Office which basically has no auhority to prosecute or enforce a penalty a Court Orders. Stick around the mess is getting worse.

I sure liked what Mr. Bundy said about not having an intrusive or BIG FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and that is not what our founders invisioned, but they didn't invision a Federal Government devoid of any power at all by an ineligiable person in the Office of the President except to actual include in the Constitution what to do if it happened. In the interview with Alex Jones,Bundy said, "I don't recognize them having any jurisdiction or authority over this land".


Let Chaos rule as long as Congress wants it to I guess? They are the ones running the show and their show is Chaos and its starting to trickle down to the public’s awareness showing they are in deep cow crud and they better get out of it very quickly.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. As near 200 Federal Agents have circled about the Cliven Bundy southeast Nevada Ranch a problem has been created. The problem is not that which has been caused by Cliven Bundy or the Federal Agents who are under the jurisdiction of the Office of the President as the legal enforcer of the law in the Executive Branch. The problem has been created by Congress who has been unwilling to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility and qualification for the Office of the President placing in danger the Executive Branch’s enforcement ability under the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch of government covering all the Court System is the interpreter of the law, the Legislative Branch the writers or creators of the law, and the Executive Branch the enforcer of the law. It is crucially important that the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the government see to it that the Executive Branch has a qualified person in the Office of the President or else they really have no means, or legal authority, or power to enforce the laws they pass.

This has been exposed very clearly in the House of Representatives that in March of 2014 passed a bill entitled “Enforce the Law” by a vote of 233 to 181. They indeed are like benched football players unable to participate in the game because Obama said so. The public should be able to see this quite clearly with the example of Obamacare that Obama has changed a dozen or so times without Congress’s approval.

Of course Congress is furious about Obama creating changes in Obamacare for his own political purposes or parties’ benefits, rather than coming to them to re-write the law for the changes. Republicans in their own little game have sought to enrage the public with Obamacare by implementing it without exemptions so people could feel the pain of the law rather than the benefit. Democrats frantically seeing how the law will affect their constituents and big donors run to Obama begging for a quick fix by executive order to get around the law or extend benefits to those who would be hurt.

We The People are not so dumb that we can’t see this. The House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans in the majority now, also charged with financing Obamacare, says Obama is not ‘enforcing the law’. Their Republican plan of pain for the public doesn’t work because Obama keeps shape-shifting it, which is a spoiler for the 2014 elections.

Of course it’s against the Constitution for Obama to re-write the laws the Legislative Branch passes under normal circumstances, but it is also against the Constitution for Congress to knowingly try to enforce the law with an illegal commander-in-chief or foreigner in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified under the Constitution by passing a directive that Obama must “enforce the law”.

Of course we the people see through this in answering the question, which came first the chicken or the egg? It’s an Abbott and Costello classic: Who’s on first (Judicial Branch), and What’s on second (Legislative Branch) till we get to the “I don’t know” on third base Obama as head of the (Executive Branch) we certainly do not know, and then it trickles down to the public who doesn’t give a damn about all the confusion playing the short stop position not knowing which base to point at for missing the ball, or who to cover if a ball is hit in either direction.

How does this constitutional crisis hit Congress for not manning up and holding a hearing like responsible elected leaders would who having been petitioned over and over and over again by the public with Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate, mis-matched social security card also prominent with illegal aliens who don’t have a birth certificate, and phony draft registration?

Well it’s not long before the Federal Government decides to enforce some law like, oh I don’t know, collecting taxes or getting someone off BLM land, or trying to enforce an endangered species act of Congress when all of a sudden someone sits back and says, “You know what? You don’t have a qualified commander in chief in the Office of the President so you don’t have the ability to enforce the law legally according to the law that your professing; pronouncing a shame on Uncle Sam.

Of course if he’s right, and the law has become unlawful according to the Constitution, as we do live in a Republic, then the ball comes back to the Judicial Branch which it has in many instances my own case going clear up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a candidate for President who met all the standing required to meet all three statutes of standing. All that work just to hear the Judicial Branch basically saying its Congress’s job to hold hearings and sort through this in trial which they have every right and duty to do; especially when the Judicial Branch is telling them that.

We see the House of Representatives avoiding impeachment proceedings because? Well, a guess is they have more candidates who want to run for President who are not qualified then the Democrats, but Mr. Bundy is pointing at the definencies of enforcement that the Executive Branch has at this time, with a lot of facts saying Obama doesn’t have the authority and as head of the enforcement branch of Government these Federal Agents are essentially trespassing and are certainly in violation of rustling cattle that are not theirs. That is a lawful thing for him to say and its backed up in fact by the investigation of law enforcement professionals ie., Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and many court cases used as authority in my case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which you can read here.

In fact, Mr. Bundy’s own sheriff there in Clark County NV., could easily walk in and tell the Federal Authorities to leave until they come back with Constitutional Authority actually approved by the Constitution. The sheriff does have the most authority in this given circumstance.

Let’s take a look at exactly what departments are under the Office of the President and in such presuming authority under the Executive Branch and the danger of these departments authority to legally execute the law if Obama’s not qualified. Understand that the Cabinett Post or heads of these departments were appointed by an illegal unqualified person in the White House. The Constitution gives authority to those legally elected and then don't forget qualified, and from there it flows down.

Whether Mr. Bundy's problem originates with the BLM or with the TAX Division, enforcement of all of these departments come under and must be qualified under a qualified person in the White House otherwise the whole Executive Branch falls on its face and is by the standards of the Supreme Law of the Land without authority of law in the Republic for which we stand.

Now is Mr. Bundy responsible for seeing to it that the person in the White House is qualified? Heavens no. He does have a right as a citizen however just like every single American to insist that if the Federal Government is going to enforce some law that the person in the Office of the President is a legally qualified person, or in other words 'holds a validitaed authority given to him by the people qualified by and under the Constitution. Obama fails that test.

Right now there are a lot of militias headed to the Bundy Ranch, and if there's any blood spilt there this is going to come back to Congress!

According to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Possee whose done a heck of a lot more investigation on this subject then Congress Obama's got a fraudulent birth certificate,a forged draft registration, and a mis-matched social security card. Does that sound like a qualified person in the Office or the actions of a foreign usurper?

Obama's long form birth certificate says he receives some citizenship from his father listed as Kenyan and his mother listed as American, however its very well known and understood dual citizens can't be President. Besides that, we have a great investigation done by law enforcement that has also been submitted to the Judicial Branch up to the U.S. Supreme Court who wouldn't give it a hearing. Check out this video! Its really as if Congress was hoping nothing like the Buddy Ranch Standoff would happen or in other words they wouldn't have to uphold the law in order to maintain it in the office of the President. That is a fools hope, and the Buddy Ranch Standoff just might be the catalyst to bring that to the immediate attention of Congress!

If we are so over run with unconstitutional powers that we are not under the U.S. Constitution any longer, there's sure no authority that says anyone has to pay their taxes is there? If your going to live by the Constitution by God there better be a qualified natural born citizen in the Office of the President to enforce the law, otherwise your just setting yourself up for a whole bunch of problems and blood thats going to be shed. I don't think Congress wants this on their heads?

Tell me who is the law enforcement official who wants to start shooting Americans and throwing them in jail based on the facts that the person in the office of the president is not qualified under the Constitution?

You know I want to say that the Bundy Family has purchased meat from me two or three times as I've visited their ranch. They are good folks and have never written me a bad check or anything like that. Every time they ordered it was about a $500 dollar purchase and they met that obligation. People can say a lot of mean things until they have met someone but in my business dealings with them they have been honest folks.

Now can I say the same thing about Obama in the White House whose at the head of the BLM Land Management Enforcement Agencies and the Tax Agencies? I most certainly can not say they are honest folks, and its because of Obama's fraud. In fact I have made complaints about the dis-honesty in Courts of Law clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court who feels its the duty of the Legislative Branch under the disability impeachment hearings procedures to place the evidence on the table.

If Congress won't do that they are not being honest with you and they are not being honest with Mr. Cliven Bundy and you have my witness on that. We then are in a Constitutional Crisis and an American nightmare!

ABC has reported Rancher has won

ABC has reported that the BLM's Chief has decided to pull his federal agents back in what can be seen as a cautionary move for his men. Think about it folks, the BLM's Chief refusing to carry out a Court Order? This is a big win and I mean that for everyone involved including the families of the BLM employees who undoubtedly had a very rough night.

If this had gone unopposed the cattle would be gone, the BLM Federal Agents would be gone and the Bundy Family left in tatters without ranch and without any cattle. Think about the love and concern America has shown for the Bundy Family in the middle of the desert in Nevada and know that you are also loved. Let that sink in a little.

We don't know who was calling the BLM Chief with the advice to pull his men out, or if he acted alone and on his own. We know there were not to many politicians in Washington DC going to bat for the Bundy Family on the record. I am thrilled to see a de-escalation and reduction of tensions and we certainly understand this is not over.

People who are elected have grown accustom to thinking The United States of America is no longer governed by The U.S. Constitution. If that is indeed true, they should resign their office now for it is only by the power of the Constitution they are even in Washington DC. If the Constitution is good enough to get them there, its sure good enough to protect here at home and also to insist they abide by it in the understanding we do want our elected officials qualified by the standards of the Constitution.

I'm very happy physical injuries were kept to a minumum although I am very sorry for the abuse the Bundy family took from the BLM Federal Agents. These are life altering injuries never forgotten! They are very seriuos and a minimization of them is certainly a lack of respect for the freedom and liberty the injuries were taken for. How many of us will wake up with nightmares of a police dog snapping at them or a tazer lighting you up or being thrown to the ground and booked into jail? I am so sorry for these injuries to the Bundy Family. May God Bless them.

How many patriots of America dropped what they were doing, stopped their jobs, left their families, and on their own dime traveled hunderds and even thousands of miles to assist the Bundys? The tears of gratitude freedom and liberty have wept for these sacrifices are deeply felt!

May we as American all realize how wonderful our freedom and liberty are and be eternal greatful and vigialent for them is my prayer and hope for us and our future generations.

While a skirmish may have been avoided the cause remains unsettled with those in Washington DC blantantly stomping on the Constitution. Each and every American needs to diligently follow this up by writing their Representatives and demanding a round-up hearing on Obama's eligibility.

The Mistake of the Pro-Choice with Birthers- Thou shalt not shoot Thy Defense.


Looking through the list of the 10 prominently noticed women InTheCapital as very powerful women in Washington DC, the thought occurred to me that it looked like there were many who would consider themselves pro-choice on the abortion issue.

Many of these women I thought have made a liberal life in progressivism based in an ideology of equal rights for men and women, or fairness. They have made a choice in life to be advocates for moving women ahead in an ideal they imagined of equality, and who wouldn’t say that movement hasn’t indeed pushed forward in the last 200 years a long ways?

As a former domestic prisoner of war in an unconstitutional unlawful prosecution, I can identify very clearly what it’s like to lose choices and be forcibly taken away as a prisoner without any rights in America. This is the driving centrifugal force that terrifies women when it comes to not being able to make a choice with what they can and cannot do with their body.

Very strict pro-lifers would not blink an eye to see women shackled and cuffed in a strip cell spread eagle in the new government affordable healthcare under a Doctor’s order providing an environment for harvesting the baby she was carrying rather than giving her a choice to abort. They would look at that as mercy upon the un-born and a protection of innocence just as they recently decried a crematorium loaded up with the unborn as the furnace helping to heat a hospital.

We are left with the horrorible images of burning baby flesh no doubt with those still alive a little bit providing heat for a place where care was intended that had morphed into savagery. On the other extreme we see a Government Enforced harvesting line of women with pregnant bellies in shackles and chains behind the bars of a prison cell stripped of their clothing and any decency to prevent their selves from hanging and thus inflicting injury to the developing fetus in the womb.

It’s almost difficult to decipher what side is more horrible because each side intends to inflict the grossest and most shocking picture of human decency and care upon the other side to gain supporters for the lobby in Congress and the Courts.

Within the confines of both however are the principles of the United States Constitution advocating a protection of life and also advocating women’s rights and justice for all. On the issue of rights to life and free choice I’ve written extensively here, but that is not what I’m focused on in this article.

From those two very distinct and organized groups the question arises who can do without the United States Constitution and survive? My considered answer is neither can; however, this articles features commentary on how those who have advocated for ‘free choice’ are with their actions blindly digging a pit for themselves with the United States Constitution in it from which neither will survive.

For just a moment think of “Equal Treatment of the genders”. Without the United States Constitution women still would not be voting, would still not have a say in the Government, and the opportunities the USA provides women found in the 21st Century certainly would not be seen. Women would unquestionably be regulated back to a primitive form of governance and the might-is-right standard where husbands had every right to break their jaw in order to shut them up because they were physically stronger.

Of course the gym and self defense classes have helped that in today’s modern world, not to mention the 2nd Amendment, but don’t forget we’re discussing a world without the Constitution and women certainly wouldn’t have the keys to the gun chest or be allowed to own guns in an unconstitutional America. Trust my opinion and experience on this ladies, as a prisoner you do not get your hands on a nice callipered weapon with sites that are dialed in for target practice, and we have seen there is nothing like the “Law” to incarcerate whole segments of society- think pre-suffrage.

So the real question is why women fighting for equality under the law, pro choice, equal pay and all that, would actually be fighting against Birthers unless they were so stupid that they see an unqualified person in the White House whose a walking talking violation of the Constitution who was what.. somehow going to magically change when it came to women’s rights? Why are women who are pro-choice who require the Constitution as a defense fighting against "Birthers" whose goal is to maintain the Constitution? It doesn't make any sense.

It’s very difficult for me to imagine anyone not seeing this advocating pro-choice for women who are so unaware of the grave they are in fact digging for themselves, by voting for a man who has no problem dismantling the United States Constitution line by line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little with the audacity to do so in such boldness that he would hand out a fabricated birth certificate, employ someone else’s social security number as his, and work to concoct a phony draft registration as his.

Does that sound like a man who is going to put women anywhere near equal or let the light of day be seen on the rights of the Constitution relied upon and held up by women as a standard and protection of individual rights and freedoms?

Yet here we are in all the glory of these beautiful news anchors deriding Birthers as what- Crazy, Extreme-Right wing-Dangerous-Whacky-Tea Party Fundamentalist? Do you notice what we are never called though? We Birthers are never called “Unconstitutional” and the reason for that is there is no foundation for it.

Of course that would give you the opinion that anyone for the Constitution was indeed labeled by the Obama Administration as what? Well in Obama’s words we are ‘side shows and carnival barkers’. Women should take notice and realize this is not a statement about Birthers; it’s a blanket statement about them.

That’s what I think about when I see very wealthy, independent women enjoying their life of luxury and power not contributing a dime to a Birthers campaign, confident that their world will never change. It just makes so little sense that someone could easily label it senseless insanity because it flies in the face of the Constitution’s protections.

To continue in that forum really puts every woman who is pro-choice and actually voted for Obama or continues to support Obama in the really stupid category. I mean that not as a derogatory statement but as a description that fits because ignorance implies a lack of knowledge and Obama most certainly has provided all the evidence himself to understand he received a Kenyan citizenship from his father and an Indonesian citizenship from the formal adoption of his step father and let’s just make it simply – dual Citizenship is prohibited in the Office of the President. You don’t need a sheriff’s report to really understand this.

Obama’s fraud, forgery, and deceit as a qualified candidate for the Office of the President is well known and understood to be tainted by his own record and admission. A decision or choice that women have made to shoot themselves in the foot with the precision of a targeted group profiled by Obama is astounding!

The choice has always been right there in front of them forwarded to them in every single press release and document I have sent out with the plea for their support. I can actually tell you that there are less than a half a dozen women who have supported me in any campaign with a total amount combined of less than $100 dollars. I am here to tell you the past is the past but I need your help and if we don't get our butts in gear, and start working together more, its going to be disaster especially for people who need the help the most.

Now for a candidate who has taken the heat for the Constitution as I have in a non-partisan non-racist stand against McCain and Obama in 2008 and 2012, the most powerful office in the United States of America which has been usurped, was their another candidate you thought more of who has stood up for your rights?

In the pure spectrum of the political arena, please picture with me all of the women who have called me as a candidate ‘lame’ or ‘crazy’ for standing up for the Constitution at the judgment bar of whatever or whoever you deem your divinity in a righteous judgment court of law or bar, and please tell me how far your rich reward in heaven is going to be with the contemptuous and paltry $100 dollars you have on record as a lobby for the Constitution of the United States of America against the most nefarious evil intentions against it?

There is very little help coming and so many people being affected by Obama. I keep wondering if people think we can coast through the Obama administration years without paying the piper of the decisions that so many have made to just flat out abandon the U.S. Constitution?

While you might not like my directness and focus upon your vote and contribution for the defense of the Constitution I’m left with so little choice myself because indeed you have been given so much. I’m sure you have heard where much is given much is required? God knows I know that’s the truth, I’m writing this aren’t I? I have to say this is one of the hardest articles I've ever had to write. I'm not sure its very inspiring to critizise, complain, and in many people's eyes judge people for the decisions they have made that I think have been a mistake and a big one.

I want to convey to you so we all agree that if you believe in God in Heaven, the Lord our Creator mentioned in both the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States purported to be the Supreme Law of the Land to this day by Courts of law, do you think it is very difficult for him not to take notice of this and absolutely feel his disappointment? If you don’t care, I suppose there is nothing left to talk about.

While it might appear to be very aggrandizing of me in your opinion or diagnosis for that matter if you’re so qualified to make such, please understand my stand for the Constitution is to lift others up not tear them down. The usurpation of any office has at the root of it the opposite aim, by the very nature of the intention. Don’t you understand that when it comes to Obama in the Office of the President?

Perhaps more and more people are recognizing these facts, but directing the very hurt feelings and anger in a positive way is a huge challenge. That's why it is my goal to help and teach people how important the U.S. Constitutiton is to them on a daily basis. Its not just when you walk in to court and start referring statutues and case law. In fact before you every get to court there has to have been some kind of major break down.

Therefore I ask that you look at the facts. If I were not the only candidate for president in the United States in both genders, who sued both McCain and Obama in the time period from 2008 to 2012 in the defense of the natural born citizen qualification of the Constitution in a non-partisan non-racist record I might agree with you that I had no business in the political arena, but since I am, I’m also responsible for it. In that responsibility, I have to tell people where we are lacking, where the holes are in the line of defense and how they can help and how we need the help.

It is my hope that you will ask yourself in order to answer the questions of why you should listen to me, “How could one man in America have been so inspired to do that in the political arena of our time?” It is also my hope that you will understand that it is my testimony that I have followed God’s incredible intelligence to me in the greatest sentiment of humility you can imagine and I know a lot of people will resent the hell out of that just because I give credit to God and don't take it myself. They will slam the door in my face, refuse to tell my story, these are just some of the things I've experienced; but it’s the truth, and believe it or not it is the truth that will set us free.

You really must weigh this in the balance yourself with yet one other question: How much power does the person in the White House have, over your decisions every day and certainly over your posterity in future generations? Hint: 1/5 the economy in Obamacare,7 Trillion in 5 years, and 24 scandals and counting not to mention what appears to be the diliberate tank of dollar, all so Obama could buy a pass on his eligibility with stimulus takers.I keep thinking if people understand that they will insist the Constitution is followed in the qualifications demanded for the Office of the President.

If you don’t think you’re in deep, keep your mouth shut and don’t make a peep, or basically in other words, “continue as you are”,otherwise start hollaring to your Congressmen and keep it up. (smile) This is like a bad business deal that just keeps going bad and everyone keeps doubling down, pretty soon there's just not going to be a double down.

There are not many children born without a women or a mother. Those who do have children who are concerned for their nurturing must understand in some degree the love the Lord in Heaven has, and his deep concern about this total abandonment of the greatest defense for women and his children’s future here in the USA. Without the United States Constitution what are you recommending for yourself and your posterity may I ask you to consider?

So, as mothers and women of the United States of America, for whatever cause and affect you may feel worthy of; meaning, for whatever cause you have contributed the least towards that was your greatest defense i.e. The U.S. Constitution, let there be an understanding that God’s judgment is also qualified in the affect you feel from that coming upon you in pure righteousness in the political arena or world that you live in.

That’s fair right, not to be confused with ‘far right’? If you don’t think there’s anything else you can do or change, as they say let your actions ride for whatever or wherever you’re riding. Because if you continue riding as you are for the destination your headed, there is no doubt in mind you will get there, and by God it won’t be me whose surprised , but you when you find out where exactly you have arrived.

I myself continue to be an advocate for you and the Constitution understanding even in your stupidity and malcontent for the Constitution in your support for Obama, that I don’t think you’ll like it very much in a world without that document and the principles there in. I appeal to you with all sincerity to change, and change quickly for the blanket of your protection is very close to being put away by our Father In Heaven and I say that with the same inspiration that you might say inspired me to the action against McCain and Obama in a court of law.

I don’t care what ‘religion’ you are or not religion you are. This is the political world that you will find under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. When the blanket is removed you may find yourself the very first to suffer quite horribly in the future you helped create.

In my opinion I wouldn’t say it’s a man’s world with 60% of the voting population that are women. I think women can put into office anyone they want. In my opinion I’ve pretty much been wiped out by women and I’d say God could have just as easily inspired a women running for President to do what I have, but he didn’t and the why is the question I suppose your free to ask him yourself.

The Constitution is our strongest suit, both men and women, regardless of political party. This banner we all come under and find protections or hope for protections, must be defended in a much stronger way. If that is abandoned as it has been and the Constitution is replaced with chaos, what law will be left for women to run to?

Perhaps the most important question of our time is now asking your women leaders of the day if they are Birthers? That will tell you very quickly where they are headed tomorrow advocating for the Constitution or chaos. Why is this so important?

From a dear friend of mine I thought these words of hers were extremely poingnant:[The recent passing of my [her] dear friend has left me with these questions, "How can I love people more? Inspire them to see their impact on everyone around them? And most importantly show them their brilliance?" And while I cannot take away another's agency to choose for themselves, I can commit today to encourage others to see life from my perspective; Life is beautiful and worth living, our relationships are the most important thing in the world and above and beyond it all, WE ARE ALL ENOUGH.]

There is so much sense in understanding the word "love" and how it affects people. Considering her question to us all: "How can I love people more?" In the understanding of The United States of America defending the Constitution actually is a good way to love everyone much more and God sure has loved us to give it to us in the pledge of our allegiance to the Republic for which we stand, one Nation, Under God, with Liberty and Justice for all. That's a lot of love for everyone here today, a lot of respect and honor for those who are not with us now, and indeed a honorable road for us to pave for the futures generations of tomorrow.
