Lance Edward Armstrong (born Lance Edward Gunderson, September 18, 1971) is an American former professional road racing cyclist. Armstrong had won the Tour de France a record seven consecutive times from 1999 to 2005, before he was banned for life and all his results from August 1998 were voided, as a result of long-term doping offenses. He was also stripped of all of his achievements after 1998, including his seven Tour de France titles The Union Cycliste Internationale upheld USADA's decision and decided that his stripped wins would not be allocated to other riders. Armstrong chose not to appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. In a 2013 interview, Armstrong confessed that some of the allegations were true.[12][13][14] He has declined to testify about the full extent of his use of the drugs. In the aftermath of his fall from grace, a CNN article wrote that "The epic downfall of cycling's star, once an idolized icon of millions around the globe, stands out in the history of professional sports."

Barrack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro (born - no one knows for sure, because his long form birth certificate was a forgery) (the child of - again, no one knows for sure because his birth certificate is a forgery) is a Politician in the United States (he may be American, but know one knows for sure because his birth certificate is a forgery) Hussein/Soetoro was formally adopted by Lolo Soetoro in order to attend a Muslim elementary schools in Indonesia. He won the 2008 U.S. Presidential Democratic Nomination after former president Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton running in the Primary refused to question his ineligibility as a Candidate Qualified to be President.  Threats to their daughter Chelsea were rumored after the assassination style death of a close friend, and Arkansas SuperDelegate Chairman. Of course a lush agreement Hillary's Campaign Debts would be paid and she would get a lucrative deal in the Secretary of State Office where Obama would look the other way while she padded the Clinton Charity Foundation with guarantees of her election win in 2016. Obama won re-election in 2012, but only after releasing in April of 2011 what became known as a fabricated or forged identification, or long form birth certificate, in what Obama represented by hand to the Press Core as an Original. Obama let us all know just how corrupt the Law Enforcement could be, as even the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear any argument challenging his Ineligibility in the Democratic Primary (2012) Case No 12-5276 and 2014 Case No 14-9396 ,that both highlighted the Law Enforcement Cold Case Posse Investigation of Maricopa County, Arizona under 6 term winning Sheriff Joe Arpaio with a Presidential Candidate with Standing- Cody Robert Judy.  The Cold Case Posse investigation only sought confirmation of Originality which failed. The epic downfall of Barack Obama stained the U.S. Presidency in a way never realized in corruption in politics involving Politicians and the American People who had no standing as ruled by the lower courts while the highest Court refused, even unjustly dismissing Forma Pauperis Motion granted by lower courts in desperation to cover up the political atrocity. Obama was found to be the ringleader of 'the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful identification fraud in the political arena subverting the Qualifications for President in America's U.S. Constitution Art. II. Sect. 1, C-5, that has ever been seen in U.S. History. After exposure by the Media Obama was stripped of his title as America's 44th President and U.S. History was changed.

The crowd did not have Standing to object to any cheating in the Race. The American Political contest for the highest office of the land is known as The Race for the Presidency. It's a grueling marathon that surpasses even the training of 2200 mile Tour de France, The Boston Marathon, or the 156 mile Marathon des Sables through the Sahara in southern Morocco. The Presidential Race often begins two years prior the Vote.

Cody Robert Judy has been through three of them- 2008- 2012- and 2016. It should be no surprise he's run an official marathon (2013) Time 4 hours 44 minutes which averages over the 26.2 miles a good 10 minute mile. Not really good for marathon standards, but respectable for the Clydesdale Division which is for men 200 pounds and over. Marathons are not something typical football players run.

In Cody's words, the Presidential Race is much tougher than running a marathon race. It's a battle of not quitting every single day for years that requires selfless sacrifice. There is no pay for it. There is a lot of time, talent, and sacrifice that is involved.

Standing up for the U.S. Constitution required that same sacrifice from husbands, fathers, and sons who missed seeing their families grow up. It requires the sacrifice of those families who missed the support that might have normally been given.

The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.

[I don't care what the Lower Courts said, the U.S. Supreme Court would not hear this Case because they knew they could not rule in Obama's personal favor. It would have just been impossible for them if I was up arguing it. 

1- There is no way you can have a people who are Citizens of the U.S. Constitution before it was ratified. That ratification created a new LEGAL JURISDICTION of LAW with which to be born under: 

2- That's the REASON that ART. II., Section 1, C-5 included two different Qualifications for President in Time:       a- [CITIZEN] at the Time of the Adoption of this Constitution       b. [NATURAL BORN CITIZEN] for those thereafter ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents 

3- Congress cannot make [natural born Citizens] with [naturalization (or in other words Adoption Law)]. The two terms are polar opposites as clearly as Adoption is from a literal Blood Birth] Congress has [naturalization powers] 

4- It is well said that the Constitution does not in fact say what a [natural born Citizen] is because there is no doubt that [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] clearly negates any Act or Determination by Adoption. There is  no Judge in the United States who is going to say that anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not a [natural born Citizen]. Get that? Zero! 

5- Clearly the Qualification for Representatives and Senators is [Citizen] and not [natural born Citizen]  It's a Constitutional Right that America can propagate her own [natural born Citizens] and a violation of our Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution to adhere otherwise.

6- The 14th Amendment when ever it was used in argument was and always has been a [naturalization] argument not a [natural born Citizen] argument. (for those who argue Wong Kim Ark changed anything) 

7- Minor v. Happersett clear states there was never a doubt that those born of the Country to it's Citizens are themselves the [natural born Citizens] and to the others there have been doubts. That's U.S. Supreme Court precedent. 

8- Congress men and women 8 times since 2003 tried to change the definition but those attempts failed in Congressional Votes. Ask yourself why? Why attempt to change anything on the [natural born Citizen] requirement for President if it always meant [Citizen] as the requirement for Representatives and Senators has been? And why was [Citizen] actually mentioned in the Constitution for those who were present at the time of the Adoption if they could have been [natural born Citizens] in the first place?]

A Right is something protected-a action or state that which is morally correct, just, or honorable. The violation of a right is something reprehensible, unjust, and dishonorable. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court chose to dismiss a Motion for Forma Pauperis in the Order of dismissing Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in no way dismisses the clarity of the right or it's just and honorable cause of action - to run a fair race, under the rules of the race declared in the U.S. Constitution.

Obama's inherited foreign citizenship from his father was the obvious disqualification. The not so obvious one was his fabricated long form birth certificate. It wasn't really necessary and made for a wild goose which simply beefed up the delegitimization based on a disqualification standard assured by Place or Soil of Birth which is the jurisdiction one is born under. Both soil and inheritance of Parents are the considerations required for the [natural born Citizens] of America - those owing no foreign allegiance but to America.

Obama was corrupt and ineligible the moment he entered the Race for the Office of President. Because of the fabrication of the long form birth certificate, we can only assume if we dismiss the idea that a foreign father was a foreign citizenship he inherited,  that a cover up of true place of birth was undertaken.

This would have provided the motive to fabricate or use a forgery and represent it as a Original when it has been proven not to be so.

To dismiss the principle of [inherited citizenship by parent] is to dismiss a common practice of Law Enforcement and our Principles of adoption or naturalization.

We cannot forget either birth or parents in the Civil Right under the U.S. Constitution to have a fair and equitable Race for the Presidency or Office of the President.

Obama will go down in history like another who cheated -Lance Armstrong because Ineligibility does not Inevitably win the Race- Black or White and Bad Examples can be Good Reminders.

Never expected to be doing a  I. , II.,  and III. video on Hillary Clinton's Health Hazard - Collapsing on 9/11 but something to that effect happened. What exactly happened is still in the eye of the beholder, but at the very least we see Hillary's carp diem medical exploit or extravaganza on 9-11 (2016) , that correlated exactly with her and Obama's leaving behind U.S. Ambassador, J. Christopher Stevens. Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith and Glen Doherty to fight it out in Benghazi's 9/11 (2012) just four years ago, blaming the incident just weeks before the 2012 Election on a 'Video', we now know to be a false flag claim to divert attention.

So, the question is did we see what we thought we saw in the Video merging out of the Media, and if we did, what are the implications? What if what we saw wasn't what we thought we saw? What are those implications? It's no secret Hillary's Wig has been the Tall Tale of story before which leaves us at times guessing Who and Where is the real Hillary, as in the circumstances we see played out at the Candidate's Carp Diem 9/11 Memorial Service.

While it may come as a surprise, I admit upon seeing the footage released from a cell phone I was skeptical immediately having doubts it was actually the back of  Hillary Clinton head that I was seeing on the staggering stiff being tossed into the back of the "BKAmVan" (short for black ambulance van) (I prefer that name to Scooby Van- the mainstream media refers to Hillary's modernized black ambulance mostly because I think the accommodations of hauling a dog around with kids catching ghost fuels conspiracy) and the reality of Hillary's Health Hazard is much closer to the serious concern of this Cadaver-of-a-Candidate we are witnessing cough, gag, joke, stumble, fall, and recently label half of all Trump "deplorables," meaning people who are racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic causing her to apologize 17 hours later.

Of course when an enemy decides to reveal itself out of a Trojan Horse the City ie Country never really gets the chance to object by putting the cat-back-in-the-bag.

Domestic enemies within the United States has ceased with the end of the Revolution...Right? In fact no, I think evidence supports the fact if you look at the incentive being handed out to  now 5,200 fired Wells Fargo employees to open two million false accounts over the last couple of years in order to get the incentive offered by their employer, you might understand, the incentive to 'globalize' the United States by importing products made by low-wage or slave labor has literally lined the pockets of the new rich fat-cat Democrat fueling Hillary's Campaign at a desperately exhaustive rate. Do you really think "American Principles" fuel Democrats or is at stake when the 'right to choose' and 'right for all Citizens to marry' has worked itself out of the U.S. Supreme Court as Law already?

That's laughable! No, the new fat-cat-kids on the street are Democrats who have found liquid gold in employing slave labor and importing it free of the minimum wage, health insurance premiums about to devastate businesses in Obamacare Obama himself staved off until 2016, and nasty government regulations like "Unemployment Insurance".



They are desperate to keep the gravy-train rolling and Clinton is just that. Obama's 10 Trillion added on the National Debt except on the same groovy Acid Train Hillary's known for in maxing out her credit card as in the $25 Million in debt her 2008 Presidential Campaign took four years to catch up. They are less concerned with Hillary's Health Hazard then they are about maintaining the establishments status quo, as they false-flag and point to the Republicans who controlled Obama's Purse blurring the facts they are shopping partners with Obama and Hillary for power.

That brings us to the question? Was the video footage we saw of Hillary being thrown in the AmVan real or was it the new alt progressive memorex? Of course as always, we should notice it is the lack of transparency which fuels 'conspiracy'. The theory exist then to pull back on transparency to amplify conspiracy.

When I first saw the video I questioned in my mind, "Is that Hillary?" If you stop this Video Clip at .8 seconds and look at the figure, you start wondering if it's really even human. Between 8-13 seconds the figure buckles, weaves, and bobs so much.

When positively identifying Hillary Clinton from the back of her head compared to the cut-of-her-hair and style that was sported during the 9/11 Memorial, the difference is troubling as the image in video forces us to stretch the hair longer than what is shown in pictures. Hillary getting in the van seem to have hair that is longer and shoulders that are broader than the real Hillary Clinton. In fact the image getting into the van appears to be a male's shoulder head ratio.

Besides Politico's story with the trouble identifying Hillary Clinton also, I asked professionals in the hair industry as well the medical industry to assert their personal feelings about just the 'looks' of this video in contrast to other images. I got a wide range of discombobulation.

[She can afford a hair dresser and make-up artist- what happened? She looks awful. That's not her hair. I wonder if its a hologram? ] were comments I received on the Cosmetology Professional Spectrum.

Comments on the Professional Medical side involving nurses ranged also.
 "I was shocked by the calloused facial features of those around her. How could they just let her fall? Slow-mo does not show CONCERN from her staff..rather, kind of a disgust, a tolerance, pity  like helping a "drunk" off of a gurney or up a step! There is NOT a concern for her well-fair on their faces or their body language. Makes me question the position of her eyes, face..the way her neck was so flaccid! Bobbed like a bobber doll! When she went down, they just let her go!! Ya don't do that! Ya go down WITH them! It's called "a controlled fall" That's why I see no care or concern!! There was no attempt whatsoever to break her fall or protect her safety as she went down! The guy who walks over, crosses in front of Hillary and grabs her other arm makes it look like a Staged Performance. As I noticed her head never really changes positions as if she's keeping a wig on. This leads us to ask ourselves what would be the point of 'masking' this incident with or for Hillary Clinton if it was not as spontaneous as they hoped, or if it was indeed a staged incident meant to seize the day.

Indeed it must work on behalf of Hillary Clinton first and the Campaign is secondary. If Congress is not controlled by Democrats and the Republicans are beginning to act in ways that could be very incarcerating towards Hillary, indeed, the number one out is a Medical Yelp fortified with all the history it can possible assert.

The bottom line is there is a lot of evidence that suggest that Congress is none to happy with Hillary Clinton, and with the Polls tightening the Clinton hopes are facing greater and greater inevitability of crashing. If that crash begins to seem indeed inevitable it would be very wise for Hillary Clinton to begin of course creating a much greater Medical Alibi for a defense.

This record of defense we all must admit is coming at the most opportune time as WIKILeaks has also promised in the coming weeks revelations that would basically end Hillary Clinton's Campaign in the monster of all monsters unleashed as an October Surprise.

The other caveat I can see that might deserve a little bit of attention is Hillary Clinton's so-called articulation of the "alt-right media" and what might be the necessary 'TRAP -DOOR' to sabotage conspiracy with conspiracy.  It should be noted that Conspiracy exist basically in the well-spring of a lack of transparency. So to create conspiracy, one must begin closing the door in degrees away from having it completely open. 

No conspiracy exist in the light of Truth. In goes without saying then, that to spawn conspiracy and mushroom it's affects you close door on transparency and begin 'hiding' or cloaking things in the dark. Hillary's own Media were stopped from leaving the parameter of the area she left at the 9/11 Memorial. No Media whatsoever were traveling with her in the AmVan at the time of this episode, event, staged show, false flag, red herring, and that fact will always spawn Conspiracy. No one knows it better than Hillary Clinton. 

Indeed, its her own experience of avoiding FOIA in setting up her own Private Server unaccountable to the Government's Records accept by her discretion that fanned the flames of what's happening now with millions of dollars spent on investigation and Hillary's laughing it off as "Partisan"? How many Government Officials are exempt for FOIA? The answer is none except for Hillary Clinton with the Foundation 'criteria' explained by FBI Director James Comey.

So, after Hillary lost consciousness and collapsed, her campaign made sure that no one followed the black handicap van that Hillary was put in after her medical episode. Seasoned journalists were livid that the campaign kept them totally in the dark, and even the liberal leaning Politico reported, “[A]ccording to Politico Playbook quoting USA Today’s Eliza Collins – Clinton’s pool reporter on Sunday – ‘the campaign kept her in the dark about Clinton’s whereabouts.'”
Of course, all medical professionals agree that Hillary should have been taken immediately to the closest hospital. However, when the media blackout was lifted 90 minutes later, Hillary’s campaign informed the press that Hillary was at Chelsea’s apartment and not a hospital. Although it seemed rather odd, the press went to the apartment.

Why was the Media kept from following Hillary Clinton's AmVan? They were furious about being 'left in the dark' which allowed anything in AmVan to be pulled out and changed in broad daylight.

People were actually shocked to see the video which has gone viral now of the Collapsed Candidate and to learn that her Campaign Team didn't head to the Hospital with such a grievous spill and obvious critical condition.

That means they were either a) Not that overly concerned about the Candidate not being able to walk and being thrown in the AmVan was just another day at the office? b) Didn't want an Emergency Medical Record of the Incident? c) Were covering up the incident? d) Were staging an incident in order to cover it up to create conspiracy. e) Are very intent on creating some positive empathetic media for their Candidate f) No, Hillary's toast within the next 59 days unless they proof positive create a medical condition to have as back up on a defense of any litigation or criminal charges.

The sheer number of People writing about this in the 'alt media' in comparison to the 'there's nothing to see here folks main stream media' is a complete disaster for Hillary Clinton's Campaign. When the main stream media went from the Campaign's alleged 'heat exhaustion' at 79 degrees excuse to the pneumonia condition to be taken care of by anti-biotics extracted we all suppose without a trip to hospital to x-ray her lungs, and her cancellation of a trip to Fund Raisers in San Francisco  and Los Angeles California.

[Chelsea's Apt. Has Same Address as a Medical Facility Could this be Hillary's Secret Hospital?

A Presidential candidate collapses at a ceremony in NYC,  is shoved unconscious, by SS/Medical handlers into a van like a side of beef without expression, and rushed off?

Where was she rushed while the Press was detained? Well, it was'nt to one of the many world-class hospitals and clinics nearby. It was we found out 90 minutes later to her daughter's $11,000,000.00 [Eleven Million Dollars] apartment.

Does this sound odd? It did to me.

So I looked up a bit about Chelsea's new apt.:

The SAME address, the SAME floor, there's only one apartment per floor.

For a woman very secretive about her ambiguous medical conditions, whom avoids hospitals like the plague, it occurred to me that when the Clinton's bought this incredibly expensive apartment, (for their daughter in 2013), they may have also purchased it with the intent of using it as a secret private medical treatment facility for Hillary to use during her anticipated campaign.

To the press core it would only appear Hillary was just popping in for a visit with her daughter. In reality, she would be free to receive medical treatment, controlled substances, x-rays, MRI's, whatever was necessary from private physicians and private pharmacists on private property (no need for disclosure). She could be in critical health and everything was/is available to her for treatment.

Nothing about her age would confound her for she controlled the whole Medical Facility and those working for her.

If so, Chelsea's apartment served it's secret purpose flawlessly this Sunday.

It makes sense that to establish a clandestine medical treatment facility in a residential apartment--one which is legally compliant with the controlled substances dispensing/stocking/delivery & shipping requirements and one which is able to legally supply and treat a private patient with the drugs needed, one would also have to register the address as a medical treatment facility. That was easily provided by the Purchase.

In this case, I would assume the Clinton Foundation would be the controlling entity.

A staff (and private) doctor or pharmacist would then be employed (Hillary has two) to legally treat the patient, practice medicine within the confines of the private residence and dispense drugs to that private patient without any disclosure.

This sham medical facility, while legally registered as a public care facility...would also have to be closed to the public in order to operate without any disclosure.

THIS is exactly what appears to be taking place at 21 East 26th Street, 4th Fl., New York, NY.

Sound familiar, this is exactly the Pattern MO of Hillary Clinton as she in order to avoid FOIA set up her own Private Server so there was no government oversight over her accept by her. ]

As the only Democratic Candidate for President [not] to concede to the walking talking disaster that Hillary Clinton is making out of the Democratic Party, I would encourage all those who were going to contribute to her Campaign to go ahead and make a healthy choice and donate to mine here.

The last thing we need is a sick women making a decision on whose going to be her replacement, or asigning her choice for VP as a consideration for the Democratic nomination.

Getting Hillary Clinton under oath was something the FBI Director admitted to Congress they did not do during her deposition with the Law Investigation Agency, although it's a Felony to lie to the FBI.

The biggest question that the Public Watchdog JUDICIAL WATCH  has appears to be the one the FBI did not ascertain in their eye witness testimony with Mrs. Clinton. That of the obvious responsibility and accountability to the Public in the paid public service position of Secretary of State through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) during the years she held that Office.

A USA Today story appeared touting that Clinton remarked Colon Powell had told her to use private email in correspondence, but not to set up a Private Server. Powell had used AOL.com for quick unclassified correspondence at a time when email was just starting to come into the mainstream of Government, but during Clinton's tenure had evolved leaving her no excuse whatsoever to fall back on her predecessor headaches of Government Efficiency and Clinton went way outside the Firewall with her own private servers the FBI were forced to confiscate to recover the responsibility and accountability Government has to the People they through FOIA. But the FBI didn't confiscate the private Clinton Servers before Hillary got her own Lawyers to wipe clean any and all information she claimed Private.

Obviously Hillary had more concern with her Yoga and Family Charity Foundation Chit Chat than she had concern with protections of Top Secret Material FBI Director Comey testified under oath to Congress they found in some 50 intelligence exchanges.

The other clear SMOKING HOTSAUCE causing Clinton Heartburn is the correlation of Hillary raising cash for the Clinton Charity Foundation Fund while she was on Duty as Secretary of State with Foreign Diplomats and Foreign Governments, complicated with promises, appointments, and multi million dollar deals made with America's strategic national natural resources reserve of uranium and other intelligence, and weapons cleared through her office as Secretary of State precisely at the same time the Clinton Foundation Charity was receiving a ocean tidal wave of cash.

There has been a volume written on Hillary Clinton's partial release of emails, but at the heart of the issue as the people see it is the "Deterioration of Trust". We along with Hillary agree in hind site it would have been better to use two different devices: one for work, and one for personal. It wasn't too much to expect with a job so important as Secretary of State that is of course dealing with sensitive issues and top secret material on a daily basis.

My feelings are that in any discrepancy like this Hillary's Choice not to use two devices in hind site, should not be the American Peoples loss. Indeed, Hillary was in that office when the Government seized upon General Petraeus's Scandal. As it happened in that, when he wouldn't tow the line, this information became public very fast by the FBI. They knew he and is fling were using the same email account. He would leave a draft email she then would log on and find and visa-a-versa to communicate.

This type of collaboration could very easily have been happening just as easily with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton but she insist that we are understanding and trusting of her judgement to throw away and delete personal emails from Government Emails. Her choice to involve her personal email server in Government work is tantamount to losing her privacy in the concerns of treason.

In fact, we also have her in Office admitting the Clinton Foundation has taken money deemed unethical by the Obama Administration from Foreign Nations. The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position and destroying evidence of her Family's Foundation while she's in office when it involves foreign nations is something we should TRUST was not done especially given the revealed donations and contributions of foreign nations deemed unethical by her boss at the time Obama.

Wednesday, the Republican National Committee released a biting video of Obama stating foreign money was "a threat to our democracy." and Mrs. Clinton was standing and smiling next to a few Middle East Leaders. March 7th was the Saturday before and former President Bill Clinton was defending 'their' acceptance of and resuming of foreign funds.

He said being interviewed by comedian Larry Wilmore, "“We do get money from other countries and some of them are in the Middle East,” he said. “For example, the U.A.E. gave us money. Do we agree with everything they do? No, but they are helping us fight ISIS, and they built a great university with NYU.” Similarly, he said, “Do I agree with all the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia? No.” But he said that country is making advances in education for women and girls."

This is tantamount to admitting their Foundation was involved in a Foreign War and the treasury was being built up for it. How does that preclude the Clinton's out of office from the Logan Act violations? There were some foreign donations accepted while she was Secretary of State and it is hard to believe that these contributions don't have an email trail leading directly to Clinton's Email Server.

An erosion of trust has taken place with the circumstantial evidence involving highly classified material and our Governments position in foreign affairs. As the dollars to run for President are gobbled up by folks who are actually either not qualified for President like Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio as Obama did in the 2008 and 2012 elections, are we to assume no finance what-so-ever has taken place for a Hillary Clinton run at the Office of the President?

As readily as oil and a stash of cash is sold, the evidence points to American Elections coming dangerously close to being financed by foreign money and in that process a huge disparity exist towards Candidates not positioned as closely as Mrs. Clinton is to it as well as a compromise of our American Republic.

"If any person or persons, owing allegiance to the United States of America, shall levy war against them, or shall adhere to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States, or elsewhere, and shall be thereof convicted on confession in open Court, or on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act of the treason whereof he or they shall stand indicted, such person or persons shall be adjudged guilty of treason against the United States, and SHALL SUFFER DEATH; and that if any person or persons, having knowledge of the commission of any of the treasons aforesaid, shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President of the United States, or some one of the Judges thereof, or to the President or Governor of a particular State, or some one of the Judges or Justices thereof, such person or persons, on conviction, shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason, and shall be imprisoned not exceeding seven years, and fined not exceeding one thousand dollars."

This is not just about Hillary's Email, involvement with foreign contributions, or running a shadow war. The suggestion that Hillary is protecting herself from Obama in what she calls her choice in hind sight that would have better served the American Public with one phone for Government and one for her Personal Use, is Hillary Clinton may have information on that server that holds Obama as ineligible in the Office of the President. Remember, she was one of the original Birthers? Now if that proves to be the case and she has not confided it to a Judge as I've asked her to write an Amicus Curiae several times in Tweets to her reported on this blog, then she makes herself very vulnerable to the follow up: Whomever "Shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known to one of the Judges of the United States shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason"

Its no secret Bill Clinton was reported as stating Barack Obama was not eligible to serve as President and that they would release evidence to this when the time was right.

This article was fantastic! "So by way of our passiveness and ignorance, we permitted them to soldier our children, dumbing them down to become either passive compliants like ourselves, or evangelists for Marxism with no critical thinking skills to protect themselves or our union.", Nailed it!

As the only Presidential Candidate in America on record in U.S. Federal Courts , with a bi-partisan stand against Sen. McCain, and Sen. Obama in '08, '12,'13,'14 , the latest 14-4136 U.S. Tenth Circuit , for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) , you can't imagine the sadness I feel for being so totally ignored by Conservatives about such a vitally important subject principle for the safety and interest of our children in national security.

I'm so heart broken at the seeming non-chalance and lack of Courage from groups like CLC, and CPAC for this antibiotic of division and racism in our Country based so incongruently on the fact I have not been elected before.
The qualifications for President do not include being elected to lower offices first like Gov. Scott Walker, nor do they include being economically rich like Dr. Carson which I think showed amazing Trust by our Framers and Founders in looking at the heart rather than the outward appearances.

The articles here at PolitiChics I think are outstanding and I admire the Editor and my FB Friend Ann Marie Murrell. I read them with joy in my heart for Freedom and Liberty, but also with a tear of sadness in the requisite state of our Nation, and the abandoned critically important Principle outlined in our Constitution regarding the great amount of work I've done and taken a stand for.

This site provides an excellent vision of why the Democratic Party is failing. In just the last 4 articles that is very clear, but I do fear the Republicans might be wasting the last Golden Opportunity in not calling for congressional hearings on the Ineligibility of Barack Obama.

As conservative principles go, it is difficult to find a deeper rooted one than the National Security fence of the two generation American loyalty clause unique to the Office of the President understood as "natural born Citizen".
No central feature of our Constitution over-run points so clearly to a poress border, socialist takeover of health care, great piracy on the treasury, an escalation of arming ISIS, Leaving weapons behind in Iraq, a treatise with Iran and works terror organizations whilst at the same time a Domestic triangulation of ammunition, and a erroneous tax payer finance of a Country within a Country.

It is true, Birthers haven't won anything. I know that the fight has been long, hard, and drought stricken in finance. However, the Principle is very strong! It is deep rooted and clearly R's and D's feel it too disastrous to uphold. The consequence of not upholding it though appears rooted in the demise of our Nation!
Racism has been the Claim for not upholding it, but that is only as good as keeping me swept under the carpet because I have standing as a Pres. Candidate and sued McCain first in Las Vegas NV, U.S. District Court.

How can my stand against Obama be called Racist? It can't! Yet, no one will write about it, no one will have me speak about it. Being too BIG to Fail? Having so many implicated in corrupt government practices or inaction.. Excuse .. Obfuscation.. doesn't necessarily mean the Country will not topple because 1 persons stand for Justice was swept under the carpet, but we sure are seeing 1 persons tactic of nefarious intent for our Country demonize and ruin it.

If 1 person can do so much damage, why can't 1 person do so much good? All the damage Obama does only provides more evidence to me how important the qualification principle of natural born Citizen is and was-Divinely inspired .
While R's hypothesize on how to undo what Obama has done, but deny the Power of the Divinely Inspired, how successful do you think God will let them be? In terms familiar to Christians, that's like acknowledging a form of godliness but denying the Power.

Its a gamble and bad bet to underestimate Obama and the ability of Republicans short of an Ineligibility impeachment Trial to stop him. Caught up in the devils trap refusing to call upon God for deliverance doesn't make a bit of scence. The outcome is also being over come.

With regards to People "hoping" that something in the Courts was not affected by what is happening outside the Courts, it is a real difficult balance to say that 'things happening outside the Court do not affect the justice happening inside the Courts. As an example of this I often quote the U.S. Supreme Court Decision that slavery was tolerable in Dred Scott v. Sandford .

I cite this case to help people understand how valuable their support is and how the Courts do look to what's happening in society to base many of their crucial decisions. Of course no Court of Law has entertained a single hearing in my cases of ineligibility. In deed Justice Thomas has said in open Congressional Testimony the Court is 'avoiding' the eligibility requirement under the Obama Administration.

We had millions of people in Washington DC, in fact the largest gathering protest seen in the DC Mall history with conservatives regarding TARP, but the support for a Candidate with standing who sued both McCain and Obama so as to prevail the 'racist' tag by the leftist mainstream media has been minuscule. It has clearly been as if once you got in Court people just hoped their support was not necessary because they had no part in the formulation of Justice.

Nothing could be further from the Truth in fact Justice is often and has been decided by the mob in retrospect of Obama's Reign. He did not 'earn' the position 'fair and square', he was 'given' it. Its been kind of a might-is-right mentality for a minority as if our Constitution had no respect for "individual rights". This has been a very dangerous road to travel for it is the road of discrimination towards race, gender, and of course our Constitutional Rights.

While I can only do so much there is a lot left for you to do. Our fear is shared when we see almost on a regular basis another unprecedented power grab by the Obama Administration thought previously untouchable. The play card of Republicans has been a disaster and while it may have translated into more offices won it has not translated into Principles Won but rather politics unified with the Democratic Party.

The change we need is a positive push for TRIAL on these issues as it relates to Obama's ineligibility. The implications of not doing so is basically rewarding Obama with a resolve to destroy the Country in his transformation. This is why we desperately need a restoration but it magically happening in Court is a hail Mary pass. Without the support of Patriots, it has more of a chance to fail then it does of success which is again why your support is vital in so many ways. There is a limited amount of time left to Appeal the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Decision en banc, and much less of a chance in the U.S. Supreme Court without a resolve to support this from conservatives across the Nation. The Choice or ball seems to be in your corner. I'm willing only if your willing, otherwise its not going to get done.

The other political move Hillary Clinton actually has in play is to support such a Campaign in Court. This would bring Democratic party Birthers out of the walls and closets. It is rumored Hillary Clinton is centrist in the Democratic ideals field and Obama does not fancy her taking over the helm because it does not fit his far left agenda. With that rumor is another she is under no less then six investigations instigated by Obama operatives leaking information to the press. If Hillary decides to fight back she may well beat Republicans to the punch and be seen as the Civil Rights Hero saving America from the grips of an unlawful unqualified ineligible person in the White House.

The lack of Conservative Support only increases the likelihood of that happening and is a huge gamble by the Republican Party with many more potential presidential candidates unqualified and ineligible than the Democratic Party in Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio. Democrats might only suffer one while Republicans have a flurry of young and vivacious men who would be the young elephants run over with a Democratic Party Stand on Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 defining qualifications for the Office of the President.

BREAKING NEWS: JUDY V. OBAMA et.al., 14-4136 RESULTS OF POLL JUST CAME IN UPDATE POST


As PROMISED: ,I said I would keep you updated as things happen and discuss my case in more detail as we find out what the Court's decision is. I received this ORDER from the Court last night about 6pm. The results of the Poll taken by the Court on a rehearing consideration was negative America. The same Court that has honored individual rights for each American to 'marry' has rejected the petition for every American to have the same applications of qualifications applied when it comes to the qualifications for the Office of the President in this Rehearing En Banc.

This is a deeply upsetting and nefarious discrimination and outrage America upon all of our rights. Today, the Court handed down a poll that said they were not interested in equal rights under the law. A decision that said Obama is an exception and Cody's rights do not count. This is a decision that we would equate to turning back the clock and seeing the Court adopt acceptable forms of slavery based on color. Its a day when we see the Court rolling the rights back that so many Civil Rights Leaders have fought and bled and born the stripes. A sad day for those celebrating in Selma and a reminder of the fight that still needs to be fought.

A day has come to the Court Steps that the full Court has adopted 'elite' babies and rejected those 'poor' ones in an economical and judicial hypocritical nazi eugenics outrage! The Court practice of engaging 'Individual rights' in the same behavior or activity to proceed in marriage but that deny to me the same practices in which to run a fair race for the Office of the Presidency for which they have criticized me in their adoption of hypocrisy is staggering to the Civil Mind.

The Court has repelled the advise of the United States Supreme Court that a 'natural born Citizen' was 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' so advised in Minor v. Happersett and invited the reinstitution of slavery upon the heads of every minority person standing in the welfare line with such sullied discrimination. It truly is a sad day for Equal Justice in America and I just don't know if America sees what is happening or gets it? Evan those opposed to me as a Candidate for President ought to be concerned and at the very least sustaining the Constitutional Qualifications for the Office of the President be applied equally to all Americans according to the Constitutions obvious and acknowledged responsibilities to that office.

The Order admits that the Rehearing En Banc was transmitted to all of the judges of the court who are in regular active service. In other words, appointed and dependent upon their jobs from either Obama himself or Hillary Clinton's husband.

Today we see the Court refuse to do that and dishonor the Office of the President. The Court refused to honor the tradition of "Justice For All" in America, burned the pledge of allegiance of all Americans, and blew the ashes in our eyes America.
