Barack Obama's long form birth certificate proven by two crime forensics specialist, under the Law Enforcement Agency of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's deputies known as the Cold Case Posse, a FORGERY, or in other words, [not a copy of the Original].
Without legitimate identification Obama could never have qualified to get on the Ballots certified for Voters and would never have entered the Oval Office as a qualified person eligible to hold the Office of President. Why would a Fabricated Identification been necessary for Obama if he was qualified?
It may have been a Fraud was necessary to Stop the momentum of the Press coverage fueled by then Birther Blow Hard and now President Donald Trump who, feeling the negative coverage was undoing his popularity, caved in and just went along with what seemed impossible for him to prove stating " Obama was born in the U.S.?
50 months after declaring his Candidacy, Obama also weary of speculation he was not born in the U.S. released a now proven fabrication. Normally, the Press would have been investigating the reasons why it took 50 months, but forces greater then even any conservative radio show hosts in America penetrated the personalities with threats and fears that included economic ruin.

A ferocious attack on President Trump was unfurled Reviving Birtherism as the Entree of Choice Rib-eye for the Media, but not one Story directs the Public's attention to the TRUE Revival in Federal District Court ( Utah Division) Case Judy v. Everyone must ask "Why?" And remember that when supporting evidence has indeed come forward (ie. in the instance of Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse proving Obama's long form birth certificate was a fabrication), the MainStreamMedia ( MSM ) generally ignores it anyway if it doesn't fit their slanted agenda.
Imagine for just one minute, President Trump simply stating Obama was a "sick guy" because he had bugged Trump Towers during the campaign. Is Obama capable of such? Obama's paranoid panic-trips are infamous and he has shown himself very capable of such given it took him three years to release a simple ten dollar long form birth certificate, as well as the cover up of lies he pushed over the 9/11/12 Benghazi motive being the {video tape} just three weeks before the 2012 Election.
Is it evidence the MSM really wants with Trump's assertions Obama Bugged him during the campaign, or is it simply the False Narrative they want spinning and gaining speed as it twist and contorts into something that will cast a more favorable light in what they refuse to admit is a tarnished record that amounts to an erosion of trust with the general public?
Let us consider everyone of the following reports as casting a False Report based on forensic evidence Obama's long form birth certificate is not a copy of an original, and was fabricated with the use of someone else's identification which is ID Theft. Let us also consider that not a single one of these Reports mention in the slightest an official Court Record and Case that has the EVIDENCE they supposedly thing so much of. They want Trump to show evidence Obama bugged the Trump Towers during the Campaign. They completely ignore EVIDENCE of Obama's fabrication and current MOTIONS in Court Considering the Evidence?
How is it, I ask, that we read these "Newspaper Reports" and NOT call them "slanted- biased - ridiculous embarrassing journalistic Media? The evidence of their 'cover-up' makes them much worse than tabloid news or fake news. They refuse to report FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT Case and Evidence! The evidence shows you they refuse to include relative, current developments actually be considered in Federal District Court. By their own Standards they self admit to deceptive reporting.
They are not making President Trump look stupid. They are making themselves look very stupid, bias, slanted, and an embarrassment to journalism.
Until the MSM begins actually reporting the Facts, what good does any evidence do? This is not limited to the MSM slanted on the Democratic Side of the Coin. There are plenty of Republican Sided considerations who perhaps feel they are included so much they cannot pull out of what has been planted so deep with their establishments and moles.
This will really probably blow a lot of people away, but my goals have never been about Party Power, over Principle Power, speaking of those Principles in the U.S. Constitution. I have stood up as a Write-in Candidate- 2008 against McCain and Obama. I have stood up as a Democratic Party Candidate for U.S. President in 2012, and 2016 against Obama. I have received help from both sides of the isle and that is one of the greatest compliments to our being Americans under the banner and Standard of the U.S. Constitution I have ever received.
If Democrats were united how could they have lost over 1,000 seats across the U.S. during Obama's disaster? If Republicans were united how could President Donald J. Trump have come to office? There are cross-overs from a lot of intelligent people who I love!

The Facebook Friend (I once had) that blew me away was Jan Morgan. She had received the Picture Post Feb. 27th, at 9;40AM. Jan's been a very staunch advocate for the Second Amendment and is a weekly Fox Contributor, but what I got back from her at just after midnight the day following was the IM link to a story written by one of Obama's biggest supporters! I couldn't have been more surprised, shocked, and at the same time disappointed to see Jan Morgan referencing to me what one of Obama's Key Players wrote about me.
I got up early that morning thought about what she'd sent and made the following reply sent at 5AM
It is surprising to me to see someone so great on the 2nd Amendment Stand think so little of the Qualifications of the President or highest Office of the Land -The Commander-In-Chief ?
If you are going to Read and make an assumption , by all means make it a Fair read and ask yrself if you are Prosecuted for a Crime, wouldn't you at least want the Evidence used against you? That's another very important Stand on the U.S. Constitution.
It was denied to me Jan by a corrupt union of Church & State with the Video Tape of the incident copyrighted by the LDS Presidency, used by the State A.G. and Judge , yet denied to me? Has Fox News ever questioned Why? They didn't want to see a Public Beating? That's always big news for Christians right?

Taking a Stand for the 2nd Amendment is great, but it's a Stand no better represented in the same mentality of a Tyrannical Leader who wants to arm him or herself and disarming everyone else for Tyranny, and isn't worth a damn if you abandon the rest of the Constitution and it's not tempered with the rest?
Finally Jan, and I'm not taking it personal because you haven't read my book [TAKING A STAND The Conservative Independent Voice] , I'd ask you a personal question regarding the title of the Article you referenced in response to my request you stand for Elected Leaders Accountability when crimes are Reported by law enforcement personal to the Judicial Branch Court's, speaking in religious Christian sentiment, do YOU need a second chance?

I respond in disagreement of the moral compass represented Jan and express my own disappointment in you, if that is something you choose to continue.
My first instinct is one of simple lack of knowledge. You can't Judge innocence, and while I'm surprised out of all thats available to Read, you chose the shortest and the worst, there is always the chance you move up in your Report and Study because you can't go lower. You are a very articulate and educated person which also isn't really working for you right now and speaks of the only assertion left.. Lazy Reporting that leaves the Public Disarmed.
There's more than one way to stand for the 2nd Amendment and that's armed with intelligence not stupidity.
I thought as a Reporter, and a II Amendment Activist, Jan would do a little more research so that her position could be made correct. I was wrong. I mean would Jan Morgan be lying if she said she was an Obama Supporter? With what she'd represented to me, it seemed she'd vote for Obama before she'd vote for me.
Obama is a Usurper of the whole U.S. Constitution. That includes the II. Amendment everyone, as important as it is NRA. I have always questioned the stupidity of someone who could not factor or reason a couple of very simple things to the question for instance:
"Which fight affected more people directly the Civil War or Barack Obama's Usurpation?"
The Civil War was fought principally over the abolishment of slavery wherein 4 Million Slaves were freed after near 750,000 soldiers died in battle.
During Obama's eight year tenure and the usurpation of two U.S. Elections, the U.S. National Debt rose some 10 Trillion which represents about $75,000 per man, women, and child in the United States. That debt is in essence a selling of U.S. Citizenry into slavery, but many many many more sold with a population of 320 Million People then the 4 Million freed in the Civil War.
The calculations of blood cannot possibly be measured until the debt is paid, and I have a very bad feeling that the blood debt will surpass the Civil War before it's all paid. Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch called for more blood in the Streets
The last thing I got from Jan Morgan was the following announcement that she was blocking me from her FB Post, Groups, and a no contact cease and desist form. All for what? For filing a law suit on Obama for usurping the U.S. Constitution? How does that square Jan up with being a true Patriot?
Well, the truth is it doesn't and she is very close to acting in the Tyrannical Sense, even as she posed this cease and desist request, with her public declaration that Islam is not a religion to be protected under the U.S. Constitution's 1st Amendment with her Muslim Free Zone shooting range.
I do not think she'd like that, but that is what she's advocating in her hypocrisy as a Patriot of the United States of America. Blanketing people under religion removes Individual Rights as Citizens and it is a mean nasty road.
Jan asserted next, she thought I needed psychological help. Well, again she didn't do very good research. I am a trained and educated psychologist with a BA in Psychology. I chose the field precisely because of the tendency of the professional world of education to demonize religion with its own atheism which amounts to a tyrannical dictatorship unsound towards our U.S. Constitution's protections of the 1st Amendment, that covers not only free speech, but freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and freedom to assemble and redress grievances.

What did Jan Morgan do when she said I needed psychological help when she is not a Doctor, or educated in the field asserting it to someone who is? She basically overstepped every ethical boundary there is in every capacity as a Citizen of the United States. This is the tendency of a bully and in that light, I believe she "may" need psychological help, and a restriction on her Second Amendment Rights due to her instability and volatility at the assertion Obama is not Qualified under the U.S. Constitution.
Jan's last epithet to me was made at 9:19pm when she picked out a Post of mine that links the most Patriotic song in my collection of 70 songs in the Cody Robert Judy Band that I also Tweeted the same day apparently as an affront to American Patriotic Songs?
If Jan is offended by a man with his shirt off, surely she wouldn't be caught dead flaunting her silicone enhanced breast off with all manner of weapons as a sales tactic, right? I also don't find it offensive Obama was pictured on the beach as an unqualified person in the Office of the President while or John F. Kennedy, William Jefferson Clinton, Ronald Reagan, or Gerald Ford were also Constitutionally qualified President who took their shirt off occasionally.

I certainly will respect Jan Morgan's cease and desist request, and I hope others will see past the charade of any fake patriotism when it consistently is an affront to the whole U.S. Constitution. There hasn't really been a friend to the U.S. Constitution when it come to the biggest fraud, and greatest affront to our U.S. Elections in Barack Obama's fraud, forgery, and ineligibility. I will stand up and say it to anyone, I don't care if they are a reporter from Fox News, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC or a blogger. My case is legal backed up with plenty of facts and evidence, and filed properly in the U.S. Court. What have they got to show when the standard of journalism has deteriorated to a point where the public doesn't trust them?

Obama's packed and moved out of the White House, but that doesn't mean the grievance of the last eight years is removed from anything. As long as Obama is seen officially as a U.S. President the pain he's caused with the usurpation of the U.S. Constitution is still being felt and will yet be felt for many many years. This was the message of 2008, 2012 and 2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy as he fired off a Last Presser Motion for Relief of Judgement to the Federal District Court Judges in the Utah Division with the request the Case be re-opened due to new evidence that could not have been reasonably given to the Court at the time of filing.
That new evidence is of course Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Last Presser that unfolded the cover up fraud of Obama's long form birth certificate in a presentation entitled " 9 Points of Forgery". With any criminal investigation of a crime comes the burdensome and tedious time investigators must develop for evidence that would expose the Truth and the crimes committed.
Next the Cold Case Posse make the Case Obama's Birth Certificate is a Fraud.

There were standing questions to be answered, interpretation questions to be answered, and of course investigation authenticity or forensics questions that just simply took a lot of time. The establishment status quo has been working night and day to cover this up and bury it as fast as we could become enlightened to the intricacies of the violations so there just wasn't anything simple about it the web of complex obstacles. Of course the former Constitutional Professor Obama reported to be knew with his Harvard Education just how to tangle every one up from standing hiccups to racial finger pointing, and it's worked for him so far.

Probably one of the most interesting things about this is indeed the long form birth certificate and the forensics of the investigation. People seem to gravitate to forensics as much more black and white then say they do a logical founding principle set in our U.S. Constitution as a protective layer of our national security and sovereignty.
It was Obama who started the Birther Conspiracy as he was the one who for 50 months refused to soothe concerns of his Constitutional Eligibility for the Office of the President from the time he declared to the time he released the long form birth certificate. That's something everyone should agree upon. Of course after 50 months of stone-walling you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand the document was going to receive a great deal of scrutiny.
Judy has maintained all along the long form birth certificate was really a side show to the ineligibility question which would in fact prevent Obama from legally assuming the Office of the President and could in theory make President Trump's job much easier if everything Obama signed is termed unconstitutional.
The problem has been of course Judges who haven't given Hearings and have subjected their own politics in to the equation and that politics has in very deed assisted President Trump. Judges ducking and dodging Constitutional Questions is exactly what Trump was taught to do and managed his campaign with in theory. How else can you explain not filing a single paper but being labeled the Birther Leader by the press?
Politics aside is one thing that of course the Cold Case Posse Investigation could grab a hold of and shake down because a FORGERY is a FORGERY no matter what political party you belong to, and seems to jive with the public much more than an argument of government jurisdiction of soil and inheritance citizenship handed down from mother and father.
It's true we do receive an inherited citizenship from our mother and father. Ask Sen. Ted Cruz if he hasn't clung to his Presidential ambitions through his mother's U.S. Citizenship or Sen. McCain through his mother and father. Both were not born in the United States. Sen. Rubio was just the opposite on the scale of citizenship clinging to the soil for jurisdiction and the right to run for President - he was born in the U.S. but both his parents were aliens of U.S. Citizenship at the time of his birth. Only those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents were above the fray.
Current President Donald J. Trump no one has any doubt about being a [natural born Citizen] as he was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents at the time of his birth.
This has been the precedent since all the Presidents passed who were [Citizens] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. One must qualify without foreign intrusion making it much more difficult for a foreign government to simply find a wondering American mother to bed down and finance their offspring to the U.S. Presidency. Foreign entanglements was something no one thought was a good idea in the Office of the Presidency because of the vested power in one person to run an entire branch of government unlike the Legislative and Judicial branches which were divided and in such checked in power and authority.
The problem Obama presented was not limited to his Administration but the Fiat he has stood for. What has President Donald Trump done since assuming office? Followed suit, he has issued repeal and replace on Obama's Executive Orders which were issued for longevity and in the interest of Legislation much more than for immediate Order of Command in the national security and defense of the Nation.
The Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch have become much less effective in the Order of the Government. The President as King becomes the quick and easy fix of our U.S. Constitution's constraints as a rule of law checked by the Legislative and Judicial Branch as equal branches in power with the Executive branch. But let's face it, if the President was ever suppose to rule by fiat, what need was there for an American Revolution in the first place?
In grandiose adieu the Judicial Branch and the Legislative Branch have failed to check the Executive Branch in the simple check and balance that was given them in the Qualification of the Office. That failure brought us Obama and in much the same manner let the pendulum swing to as far right as it was left and brought us Trump. It's the swing of extremes and extremes don't generally make harmonious political acolytes.
There is no doubt about the Union being at stake with the national debt at an overwhelming and burdensome level of 20 Trillion and the last Election tipping by the Electoral College Vote. A January 2017 report released touted 1 in 3 Californians were for secession. That's a dangerous tipping point that should concern every office articulated by the U.S. Constitution.
One might think the qualifications for President were a light matter, but just the opposite has proven to be true. By controlling the Executive Branch and seeing a diminished exertion of the Judicial and Legislative Branches, a threat to our national security and sovereignty is at hand. The very chaos we found dissolved under our U.S. Constitution becomes the erosion of corruption and a failed Union.
Of course if the U.S. Constitution fails you might as well surrender the Union because its not far distant. It was no secret the Office of the President was a weak link in the three legged stool, but term limits were set up on that office which was a reign we shall forever be grateful for as it took Obama out faster than his ineligibility and jumping through the hoops of jurisprudence whose slam dunk and touchdown seems to be articulated in The-Art-of-Delay.
Of course no one doubts Obama's two terms are over and finished, but some still doubt whether he was ineligible. So why does it matter and what difference does it make now he's out of office? Well if you think Obama is undone you certainly didn't not keep up with what he was doing while he was in office and a whole Post was dedicated to exactly what it's going to cost us.
As for the MOTION set off the District Court today Cody relays, that Injustice has a price to be paid also just like fraud has a price, and the pain could be much worse going along with it and succumbing to it's crooked reality trying desperately to become legal. Would you want fraud to become the Order of Policy and Procedure at your bank?
If that is your preference, prepare to go into your bank and find everything gone one day. You'll have a wake-up-call on the seriousness of fraud. Letting it slide in the Government Institutions is one of the most dangerous precedents you can ever make the mistake of setting lose. That's a big bad wolf that will definitely burn your house down.
Cody says he felt a much greater responsibility for taking a stand with the standing running for President offered for those who were told they had no standing. "I understand both Democrats and Republicans had at one time or another Popular Candidates who have not been qualified, but if being popular is all that counts the independent rights we have as individuals in our U.S. Constitution will soon be lost in a might-is-right pure democracy. That break-down will ground you faster from traveling from State to State than anything you can imagine."
If you have seen the benefits of your individual rights stood up for, you need to cling to the U.S. Constitution like it was your savior. Letting it go will only open your eyes to being run over by a bully and that is no fun.
The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.
Check Mate is still a question as long as the U.S. Supreme Court has Action Available. That action could be sustained as a Court Error or Clerical Error very easily.
Lance Edward Armstrong (born Lance Edward Gunderson, September 18, 1971) is an American former professional road racing cyclist. Armstrong had won the Tour de France a record seven consecutive times from 1999 to 2005, before he was banned for life and all his results from August 1998 were voided, as a result of long-term doping offenses. Armstrong had been the subject of doping allegations ever since winning the 1999 Tour de France. In 2012, a United States Anti-Doping Agencyinvestigation concluded that Armstrong had used performance-enhancing drugs over the course of his career and named him as the ringleader of "the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen." Armstrong chose not to contest the charges, citing the potential toll on his family. As a result, he received a lifetime ban from all sports that follow the World Anti-Doping Agency code—effectively ending his athletic career. He was also stripped of all of his achievements after 1998, including his seven Tour de France titles The Union Cycliste Internationale upheld USADA's decision and decided that his stripped wins would not be allocated to other riders. Armstrong chose not to appeal the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. In a 2013 interview, Armstrong confessed that some of the allegations were true.[12][13][14] He has declined to testify about the full extent of his use of the drugs. In the aftermath of his fall from grace, a CNN article wrote that "The epic downfall of cycling's star, once an idolized icon of millions around the globe, stands out in the history of professional sports."

Obama won outspending Alan Keyes Mr. Ryan's replacement 14M to 2.5M. He won the 2008 U.S. Presidential Democratic Nomination after former president Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton running in the Primary refused to question his ineligibility as a Candidate Qualified to be President. Threats to their daughter Chelsea were rumored after the assassination style death of a close friend, and Arkansas SuperDelegate Chairman. Of course a lush agreement Hillary's Campaign Debts would be paid and she would get a lucrative deal in the Secretary of State Office where Obama would look the other way while she padded the Clinton Charity Foundation with guarantees of her election win in 2016. Obama won re-election in 2012, but only after releasing in April of 2011 what became known as a fabricated or forged identification, or long form birth certificate, in what Obama represented by hand to the Press Core as an Original. Obama let us all know just how corrupt the Law Enforcement could be, as even the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear any argument challenging his Ineligibility in the Democratic Primary (2012) Case No 12-5276 and 2014 Case No 14-9396 ,that both highlighted the Law Enforcement Cold Case Posse Investigation of Maricopa County, Arizona under 6 term winning Sheriff Joe Arpaio with a Presidential Candidate with Standing- Cody Robert Judy. The Cold Case Posse investigation only sought confirmation of Originality which failed. The epic downfall of Barack Obama stained the U.S. Presidency in a way never realized in corruption in politics involving Politicians and the American People who had no standing as ruled by the lower courts while the highest Court refused, even unjustly dismissing Forma Pauperis Motion granted by lower courts in desperation to cover up the political atrocity. Obama was found to be the ringleader of 'the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful identification fraud in the political arena subverting the Qualifications for President in America's U.S. Constitution Art. II. Sect. 1, C-5, that has ever been seen in U.S. History. After exposure by the Media Obama was stripped of his title as America's 44th President and U.S. History was changed.
The crowd did not have Standing to object to any cheating in the Race. The American Political contest for the highest office of the land is known as The Race for the Presidency. It's a grueling marathon that surpasses even the training of 2200 mile Tour de France, The Boston Marathon, or the 156 mile Marathon des Sables through the Sahara in southern Morocco. The Presidential Race often begins two years prior the Vote.
Cody Robert Judy has been through three of them- 2008- 2012- and 2016. It should be no surprise he's run an official marathon (2013) Time 4 hours 44 minutes which averages over the 26.2 miles a good 10 minute mile. Not really good for marathon standards, but respectable for the Clydesdale Division which is for men 200 pounds and over. Marathons are not something typical football players run.
In Cody's words, the Presidential Race is much tougher than running a marathon race. It's a battle of not quitting every single day for years that requires selfless sacrifice. There is no pay for it. There is a lot of time, talent, and sacrifice that is involved.
Standing up for the U.S. Constitution required that same sacrifice from husbands, fathers, and sons who missed seeing their families grow up. It requires the sacrifice of those families who missed the support that might have normally been given.
The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.
[I don't care what the Lower Courts said, the U.S. Supreme Court would not hear this Case because they knew they could not rule in Obama's personal favor. It would have just been impossible for them if I was up arguing it.

4- It is well said that the Constitution does not in fact say what a [natural born Citizen] is because there is no doubt that [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] clearly negates any Act or Determination by Adoption. There is no Judge in the United States who is going to say that anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not a [natural born Citizen]. Get that? Zero!
5- Clearly the Qualification for Representatives and Senators is [Citizen] and not [natural born Citizen]It's a Constitutional Right that America can propagate her own [natural born Citizens] and a violation of our Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution to adhere otherwise.
6- The 14th Amendment when ever it was used in argument was and always has been a [naturalization] argument not a [natural born Citizen] argument. (for those who argue Wong Kim Ark changed anything)
7- Minor v. Happersett clear states there was never a doubt that those born of the Country to it's Citizens are themselves the [natural born Citizens] and to the others there have been doubts. That's U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
8- Congress men and women 8 times since 2003 tried to change the definition but those attempts failed in Congressional Votes. Ask yourself why? Why attempt to change anything on the [natural born Citizen] requirement for President if it always meant [Citizen] as the requirement for Representatives and Senators has been? And why was [Citizen] actually mentioned in the Constitution for those who were present at the time of the Adoption if they could have been [natural born Citizens] in the first place?]
A Right is something protected-a action or state that which is morally correct, just, or honorable. The violation of a right is something reprehensible, unjust, and dishonorable. The fact that the U.S. Supreme Court chose to dismiss a Motion for Forma Pauperis in the Order of dismissing Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in no way dismisses the clarity of the right or it's just and honorable cause of action - to run a fair race, under the rules of the race declared in the U.S. Constitution.
Obama's inherited foreign citizenship from his father was the obvious disqualification. The not so obvious one was his fabricated long form birth certificate. It wasn't really necessary and made for a wild goose which simply beefed up the delegitimization based on a disqualification standard assured by Place or Soil of Birth which is the jurisdiction one is born under. Both soil and inheritance of Parents are the considerations required for the [natural born Citizens] of America - those owing no foreign allegiance but to America.
Obama was corrupt and ineligible the moment he entered the Race for the Office of President. Because of the fabrication of the long form birth certificate, we can only assume if we dismiss the idea that a foreign father was a foreign citizenship he inherited, that a cover up of true place of birth was undertaken.
This would have provided the motive to fabricate or use a forgery and represent it as a Original when it has been proven not to be so.
To dismiss the principle of [inherited citizenship by parent] is to dismiss a common practice of Law Enforcement and our Principles of adoption or naturalization.
We cannot forget either birth or parents in the Civil Right under the U.S. Constitution to have a fair and equitable Race for the Presidency or Office of the President.
Obama will go down in history like another who cheated -Lance Armstrong because Ineligibility does not Inevitably win the Race- Black or White and Bad Examples can be Good Reminders.
