If Justice is in the Balance Who is Judging it?

Stunningly self-percolating is the thought that Political Justice has replaced Justice, but the headlines at The Hill pondered "Justice's reputation hangs in balance of Clinton Probe", giving rise to the preponderance, "If Justice is in the Balance who is Judging?" Of course the answer is all of us, each one of us, with the moral compass within each one individual.  

Within the context of the FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton's sabotage of over site by We The People in committing her correspondence in the Office of Secretary of State to her private server, we are left with a jurisdiction question only? 

Who employed Hillary Clinton? It's not a political question. She worked for The People of the United States and now we know that the State Department of Obama was definitely in on the action of setting up Hillary Clinton's affair on the people. 

That's right she had a responsibility to The People with their paying her in her job and she deliberately went and set up a system outside our jurisdiction requiring the 100-150 FBI agents over the last year to assess damages, and spend all of their time figuring out for The People, what went wrong, who made the decisions, and how it can be fixed and discouraged from happening again. 

As I read the the report I just shook my head at the Reporting that is subject itself to all of us scratching our head wondering how this would make it past an Editorial Decision? From the Article:

This 'line' seems incredibly deceptive reporting as the FBI has not released any reports [According to reports, federal prosecutors and FBI investigators have yet to dig up evidence that could lead to a criminal indictment]

Why hasn't the Hill included a Report of the Emails Jan 24, 20[09] that showed Obama's State Department fostered the Private Server of Clinton especially for purposes of avoiding FOIA?

Let's all remember in this Clinton sending Email is not what' this is about. Of course others have done that in her position, her defense of the practice diluting the poison publically hoping for a digestible version staying the hand of criminal indictments and also whipping up fall-out if they are not. What does she hope for? A few cities to be burned if the FBI brings charges against her? Some people are dumb but generally they get the idea it is not solving their problems if they end up sitting in her ashes verses her sitting in her own.

 The facts completely change when you focus the fact on Clinton setting up a Private Server all her government on-the-job daily email went through completely out of the over site of We the People in her job we hired her for, unless by Court Order, [she] was Ordered to produce them. Get that? She! 

Why couldn't the State Department produce them? Because [she] had the only access to them.

That's what it took, and Hillary did go through and line by line decide what [she] was going to produce, and what [she] was not. Mission Accomplished, purpose of a Private Server revealed and yes it was convenient. 

Of course if we are talking about Justice Hanging in the Balance by Clinton's Probe, we would scarcely be scratching the service of The U.S. Supreme Court Justices having already flushed it down the toilet by denying to the poor access to Justice in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 which called for their defense of the Constitution's requirement that the Office of the President only devolve upon a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents - foreign citizenship by soil or parent prohibited in the United States of America's highest office. Yes, its reserved for Americans under the Supreme Law of  the land encompassing the borders every office of the Government is sworn to in their oaths.

That brings the relevancy of the following comment I made in a follow-up of my last Post featuring a Obamaconspiracy.org Post.

Agreed.. People like the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court arbitrarily denying a motion for forma pauperis in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 when the motion clearly placed petitioner below Federal poverty guidelines., and we could add the people who agreed with the Denial.

Heard Sen. Cruz say today on Glenn Beck the aggregate contribution in Media and Contributions towards his 9 month campaign was $500 Billion. He said Trump got that in 1 month lamenting the focus in disparity had singed him.

The remark in my mind was 500 Billion in a Constitutionally unqualified Candidate for the Office placing in perspective the intolerable Denial of my forma pauperis Motion in context to printing cost and filing fee at most $5,000.

Of course my case was not against Ted Cruz, but named his contribution to the problem half-a-dosen times in Official Court Record.

500 Billion as a contribution to the problem is only a portion of the pie one might further elaborate upon.

The staggering consideration ought to melt the skin off every Justices Face who had a hand in the Review Denial and the absolute horror upon the poor be remembered in history.

Let me just clarify something for Trump supporters who will take offense to the recognition that Trump by his own analysis has been part of the problem of American Businessmen employing slave labor over seas. It was a rather interesting analysis that Harvard Professor Lawrence Tribe who Mr. Trump quoted as saying Sen. Cruz was not eligible for the Office of the President, was also the one that was quoted as finding over 800 items made between  Mr. Trump and Mrs. Trump by the hands of people not requiring U.S. unemployment taxes and the minimum wage.

Now what businessmen wouldn't turn over a new leaf to appeal to the American workers if they would make him President?

I myself believe indeed it may be the lack of reality in what we now days call Establishment Politicians that has turned against the American People in the harnessing of foreign slave labor.

I  can hear the Congressmen telling us the "Chinese" People really don't mind, our employment at 65 Cents an hour sustains them in rice while at the same time hiking the minimum wage up to $15/hour here, which fully collaborates and exacerbates the reason American businessmen are taking their business hired labor out of the U.S. to increase their profit margin. Why don't we just call Apple and Microsoft Owners the new plantation owners exempt from the 13th Amendment who see 'fair' as 'profit loss'?

Trust the left, and often their choir boy Glenn Beck, to threaten a doomsday panic of Armageddon proportions if Tariffs, Good and Fair Trade Deals were negotiated, and an escalation of prices made on goods by foreign nations went higher if Mr. Trump were to become President, without any idea that Federal Income Tax was instituted in 1913 and the United States did make much more money in Tariffs than income tax taken from their own Citizens prior 1912.

Why pray-tell has everything gone up for us, and down for Foreigners? Explain away. What would happen if Federal Income Tax went down? Perhaps Americans have more money in their pocket to decide whether to buy the import foreign product or the domestic product made in the USA which puts our people back to work with an incentive of producing something that is needed?

Whether putting Trust in Mr. Trump, (who at least raised the Birther Qualification Issue for Barack Obama wherein on April 27th 2011 he took credit for the release of the long form birth certificate being delivered to the White House Press Core by Mr. Obama, which by the way Sen. Cruz never raised on the Senate Floor one time but has glamorously claimed his staunch defense of the Constitution) is wise as more of a business minded person than a politically perverted one claiming the Constitution and stabbing it in the back the next hour remains the Public's choice as Judge.

I've long said I could not do this alone, and that is a fact. Although my candidacy is officially declared, and my stand for our Constitution I managed to the U.S. Supreme Court, the help I needed to further the cause has been missing. You can blame the Media for not telling the people only if the Media actually told the People and the people still didn't care. We herein are now still left with the People not being told, yet debating questions with far less intelligence then they deserve and that is why Justice is hanging in the balance.

As God produced the United States by countless testimonies of miracles , and in our borders we espouse Justice for All, we will not escape it.

There are a few things that a "Conservative" dislikes more then being proven to be anything but conservative. The vicious veracity the "conservative" hang-man Glenn Beck has heaped upon Mr. Trump lately for what he's termed a "Constitutionalist" in U.S. Senator Ted Cruz can only be seen as the foulest of conservatism as neither Glenn Beck or Ted Cruz honor anything about the qualifications of [natural born Citizen] in the Office of the President's Qualification in the U.S. Constitution; both avowing to be standing up for the Constitution, both doing nearly everything in their power to subvert the core of it in the Office of the President.

In fact, Glenn Beck said this morning in his monologue that if Donald Trump were elected that conservatives would loath him in two years to a point that they would give their right arm to have Obama back in office. This was a powerful statement he wished recorded and put on record, so I'm obliging him of that.

Indeed, Glenn has been a big contributor to Obama's 7 years in decrying Birthers as "Idiots" and "the fringe elements" and it may well be 2 years after Obama leaves office that the damages of Obama comes to a full fruition with a debt or economic crisis worth 10 Trillion Obama's pen signed off on as a usurper in the Office unqualified in the Executive Branch that Glenn might look forward to with his right arm as collateral damage.

In fact Glenn gave us all a great insight into his 'prayers' to God and the answers he has received that he doesn't even fully understand yet in his great contribution to Obama in not standing up against his ineligibility. Glen said in affect that he kept hearing in is prayers that ["Silence" was an actual contribution], of course he was referring to the silence of those who don't appose Trump but do nothing in action to stand up against him as they decry his politically incorrect speech and stances, but ask among themselves "What can we do?" and hear crickets or silence. Glenn supposes nothing amiss at his silence on Obama's ineligibility or his silence on Cruz's ineligibility. He is blind to even what the Spirit is telling him.

As Glenn spoke I immediately thought of the pleas for his support in my stand for the U.S. Constitution's Core Qualification in the U.S. Supreme Court Cases 12-5276 and 14-9396 that only a [[natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] or a [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution be allowed to be the Head of the Executive Branch of our Government as President and Commander-in-Chief. Perhaps he feels getting U.S. Supreme Court case numbers is easy and he can roll them out of his wallet like credit cards?

I'm not sure what position named in our U.S. Constitution Glenn feels would be the best to surrender as far as qualifications, but I'm guessing that there is a good argument, that the Framers had for issuing such a principles qualification unique to the Office of the President that no other office named in the U.S. Constitution had which required total allegiance to America and no divided or fractured allegiance either by soil or parents.

Of course Glenn's stand is easily comprehended with his support for Senator Cruz. Glen believes a fractured allegiance in the Commander-in-Chief's position is a good thing and one that our Founders would approve of. He has no comprehension of a positive incentive to propagate a new Nation of Americans that holding the office of the President in reserve to those who persevered two generations might claim.

Glenn further exacerbated claims against those who support Trump by wielding the carpet bombing "Nationalist" sword of communism saying how dangerous 'Nationalism' is with the reminders of Hitler's "nationalist socialist' state and not giving any deference to an American Individualist Nationalism that is in harmony with the principles of the U.S. Constitution that just might do us some good- especially against those wishing to tear into American Sovereignty. Indeed the Globalist or Elitist Oligarchy who has their sites set in exploiting slave labored products from foreign shores with cheap or slave labor to enrich their pockets with the consumers of capitalism care little for Borders or a Wall that simply becomes burdensome to their profit margin. In fact, why don't they just honestly ask their congressman to repeal the 13th Amendment that rid America of slavery if they are going to free-lance in the slavery trade?

Obama has with his pen signed off on 10 Trillion dollar hike in 7 years which amounts to an escalated sales price of 70 Thousand dollars for every man, women, and child in the United States. He's practically sold us all in to slavery and not a constitutional eligibility whimper out of Glenn Beck's mouth or his megaphone The Blaze?

Now, if there is a silver lining in the phenomenon of Mr. Donald Trump it has been that he's suffered being called a racist because he thought Barack Obama should show his long form Birth Certificate. After three years in office Obama finally did, but what he showed has been called a fabrication or forgery by law enforcement investigation. Even with this discovery, a Republican controlled Congress in 2010-16 and Senate in 2012 -16 failed to lift their finger for so much as a hearing.

Perhaps this is because they emphatically knew that their own Cruz ship and Rubio Row boat was coming ashore that Glenn Beck supports as eligible? Cruz born in a foreign country to a foreign father has similarities with Obama, Rubio was naturalized by the 14th Amendment born of foreign parents- both men have fractured allegiances to the United States of America and by their own foreign based dual-citizenship's and volition to run for the Office of the President prove their disloyalty to the Qualifications of the Office of the President which is the Core of the Constitution. The President wields the most concentrated power of any office in the Supreme Law of the Land. There is good reason to have un-fractured allegiance be true blue American in that Office. Take a look at the claims of foreign governments just for starters.

There are checks and balances in the Legislative Body to eligibility understood in the 20th Amendment Sect 3 provides:

If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President.
(The Vice-President is next in line to the presidency)
If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
(The Vice President may assume temporary Presidential authority if the President is not able to fulfill the duties of the office, even if it is for a few hours)

This is the check that the Legislative Branch has on the Office of the President. The Judicial Branch also has a check and balance under Federal Statutes of Civil Address in Equality of the Law and Justice for all. This is held in a damage complaint of Presidential Candidates within the same race stipulating the rules of the race have been unfairly breached and asking for remedy in grievance between the individual parties responsible that Trial proceedings can occur to settle with any Criminal Action also being carefully screened by the Judicial Branch's Federal and State Court Attorney Generals by the laws that Congress has passed. This is the check and balance of the Judicial Branch upon the Executive Branch. Judy v. Obama Complaint.

The checks and balances thus far have failed in the matter resting in the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 14-9396 , but that doesn't mean the public can't side with a winner. In a debate with Businessman Mr. Trump and Businessman Mr. Judy who is seen as serving the law and being more adapt to the constraints of the checks and balances? Mr. Trump has filed no law suits but has used his bully pulpit against Senator Cruz as born in Canada failing to file any legal paper. Whereas Mr. Judy has filed both Legislative Complaints to the House and Senate Judicial Committees as well as filing a total of 15 cases in recognized Courts 2 of which are of Record in the U.S. Supreme Court.

The case can be made that Glenn Beck argument that Mr. Trump is a bully has merit. Trump appears on record preferring not to be subject of Civil Law but rather subjecting others to a pure democracy where the majority stomp the minority. That should raise alarm bells to those who are minorities, but it is not Glenn's support of minorities that testifies for his cause, it is Cody's Stand, that Glenn Beck has refused to support.

WHAT HAVE MINORITIES TO FEAR FROM HILLARY CLINTON

Now minorities are favoring Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton down in the #DemocraticParty #SouthCarolinaPrimary, and Glenn says he would not vote for Trump if he is made the GOP Nominee, but he also says he will not vote for Hillary Clinton.

This is where Cody Robert Judy makes a case for attracting conservatives who wont' vote for Trump but would vote for someone who actually has stood up to Obama's ineligibility by and through the legal channels of law. This would help Democrats win the White House. Winning is no more compelling to the process of that attraction as following the process supersedes not following the protocols.

Cody Robert Judy has a lot to offer not being under an FBI Investigation for covering up a process of FOIA that a Federal Judge said Tuesday he was concerned about with Hillary Clinton nor has Cody Robert Judy been responsible for any American deaths in Benghazi or laughing at the assassination of any heads of state.  Believe it or not, there be very few conservatives that would even bother with Bernie Sanders as a self described socialist promising to raid the coffers at a 52% tax rate totally snuffing out incentive and encouraging people to either take their money out of the USA or board the loafer train that has expanded under Obama faster than any other modern day White House resident.

The contrast of particulars pitting Donald Trump's legal eminent domain/bankruptcy practices of business with Hillary Clinton's "Trust" deficiencies that are vital for a new President are heavily weighted in favor of Mr. Trump more because he has never held public office or violated the Trust of the People as an Officer of the People in a Government job. There is a huge difference and Democrats are really fooling themselves if they consider Hillary Clinton able to attract 'conservative' voters over to her more fluently then Mr. Trump can attract liberal voters over to him.

Democrats also face another uphill battle at having Obama in office two terms. The likelihood of escaping the same momentum they had with Obama in 2008 who had not screwed any votes up as a freshman senator like Cruz and Rubio try to frame about themselves, is very poor with an Old Political Operative like Hillary Clinton in the anti-establishment mood heir apparent in the collective citizenry.

The only contemporary off-set of that is for Obama to completely abandon the American People's say -so by paving a path for illegal aliens to actual cast a vote in the November election in the Motor Voter Action, and then open the gates and flood illegals in by the millions, maybe house them in 6 military bases where you can actually oversee their voting process? Wait! That's happening now.

Of course soliciting the Pope's world wide global citizen message is one way to beat the religious political hell out of the American People as well as the USA's Sovereignty for building walls instead of bridges - just forgetting all about Borders, U.S. Jurisdiction, hell you can forget about any office in the U.S. Government to if you wanna play that game- Good bye U.S. Senators, U.S. Representatives, and Goodbye Life Term U.S. Supreme Court Justices you have no Court, you have no Legislative Body of Government, you have sold yourselves out and collected the charity of the Clinton Global Initiative whose interest is not strict allegiance to the USA.

 It all disappears very fast when you begin to employ under-handed means at obtaining power in this Country through catering to the foreign allegiances more than you do to Americans. Americans must protect themselves in the national security crisis they find themselves in and do everything now to blossom and reach their God-Given potentials.

Now one thing that Global Initiative can do is WAKE A SLEEPING GIANT. That appears to have happened with Mr. Trump as well as Senator Sanders supporters that have now knocked the wind out of the GOP's mainstream establishment candidate Jeb Bush's Campaign to the tune of 150 million dollars and is threatening the FBI investigated flubber-in-chief Hillary Clinton's Campaign- if of course the Political Trust is further politicized with a cheep-sweep in the Justice Department's refusal of an FBI recommendation to indict being set on the hill-side of a good performance on Super Tuesday by Clinton.

Even so, the American People are not going to take that sitting down. If the Justice Department no longer values JUSTICE in preference of "Just US" which it seems to be dishing out in TV Dinners even as the U.S. Supreme Court clerks actions upon Case No. 14-9396 illustrate, the enraged public very sensitive to the #waronpoor happening is not going take the medicine with any teaspoon of sugar and as we are seeing in the GOP Electorate, record after record is being broken including voter turn-out.

For Democrats, it must now be assumed and acknowledged that Obama is the source of the GOP mad awakening and the Democrats must assess that they have lost over 1,000 State and Federal elected Seats all based on Obama who actually now threatens the very demise of the Democratic Party forever. The loss now not only threatens the entire Democratic Party for a consolidated Republican Executive, Legislative, and Judicial reaming but intuitively Democrats know that the rights we have stood up for in Liberty of Choice for women as well as Equality for Marriage of the Citizenry are bound to be cap-sized if the Democratic Party does not move out of the far left field to a more center based concentration of Civil Rights that would actually VOTE OBAMA as ineligible to preserve the hundreds of millions of rights that are threatened.

At what Cost is protecting one ineligible candidate worth?

Democrats can see the writing on the wall, and they can see what they are beginning to give up all in the name of a fraud. Cody Robert Judy stands alone with the Record that Democrats can be proud of once again regaining the high ground of the Civil Rights movement and recapturing the trust and faith of the minority who faithfully must cling to the U.S. Constitution for their individual rights. Cody is the only candidate with a bi-partisan federal court record on the eligibility of both McCain and Obama.

This week Bob Schieffer admitted The Media had not been diligent in vetting Obama. In a stunningly candid format Schieffer painfully minimized the damage soft padding and coddling Obama had caused by placing the burden where he thought it should go. The answer not surprisingly deflected responsibility shifting it to "The Other Candidates". This of course goes in line with the responsibility placed upon "Candidates" running for Office in managing their Campaigns to under 'fair and equal protections' challenge unqualified candidates as well as character of opposing candidates. The most compelling evidence from a senior news Reporter now unfolds upon his retirement announcement? Its on the Candidates? Well, let's thank Bob for his candid revelation and statutory endorsement of my own Candidacy that has flailed in the mud slinging thrown upon it as a "Birther Candidate" from the Fourth Estate Media, while attempting to honorably do the job of vetting opposing Candidates in 2008 with Sen. John McCain who received 'citizenship' by statute, and some alien form of 'natural born Citizenship' also by statute, and Sen. Obama as well in 2012 that stands in the U.S. Supreme Court now as Judy v. Obama Case No. 14-9396.

The Media seemed all to willing to report to the public on the Birther Law Suits headed in the U.S. Supreme Court 2008 and 2012 that reached the U.S. Supreme Court as long as they did not have a Presidential Candidate involved, especially one who couldn't be accused of 'racism' based upon equal treatment under the principle of the law. It shouldn't be forgotten that the Media's willingness to publicly rehearse the dirt Obama's Campaign dug for in his 2004 U.S. Senate Campaign, was in fact how Obama won the incumbent Republican he faced Jack Ryan.

Through the upheaval and standing there remains only one Candidate for President who has consistently stood for the principle of the Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President regardless of party, and that was myself, Cody Robert Judy. I think it was an excellent statement that Bob Schieffer made because it is true. As a Candidate for President you do have a responsibility to first size up your opponent's qualifications for the office that your both running for. Why would anyone need to say anything about someone's character if his whole Identity was a violation of the qualifications of the Office he sought? It seemed very simply Obama is not qualified by the Constitutions different qualifications for Representatives and Senators as "Citizens" and the Office of the President's requirement of natural born Citizen. That requirement was not included for Representatives and Senators.

At the trunk of the tree is the eligibility of a Candidate for any Office and the requirements for that office in the Constitution. Those are the parameters of the Trust of that Office given to we Candidates as principles afforded by "WE THE PEOPLE". The Courts should respect that power and parameter so it should not be any surprise they have complaints come to them on any violations of that TRUST.

Now I think it is saying much more about a Candidates honest character to go after that if another Candidate doesn't measure up to the TRUST first,, before you go after anything else. I did not particularly agree with the line of thinking that other Candidates brought up as a way to go after Obama as Sarah Palin mentioned in this video , as she states "an attempt was made to destroy those who were telling the truth in bringing up the name of Jeremy Wright the pastor of Obama's church, and Bill Ayers Obama's friend and candidate for ghost writing for Obama's Dreams of my Fathers.



Yes, the attempts to destroy those telling the truth was made, but in 2008 I think Reverend Wright's "America's Chickens are coming home to roost" video had gone viral and I didn't see any shortage of Bill Ayers's name mentioned. What was particularly noticeable was the silence on Obama's Eligibility, and Sarah would have been dropping anchor on her own V.P. selection to go after Obama on that because McCain's was just as vulnerable. That explained the quid pro quo good ole boys agreement made in U.S. Sen. Res. 511 as plain as day which was for McCain but co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama making a nice tryst. Sarah Palin was just as culpable as a cherry on top. Did she have a choice? Yes, as a Governor she could have used her Bully Pulpit to influence a public outcry on the devastation. I'd have been screaming at the top of my lungs about McCain if I were her at the Republican convention and I did in Federal Court days before he was even made the nominee.

You can be an anchor baby and serve in the military. Just serving in the military doesn't make you eligible for the Office of the President. That's just really stupid to think about if you just imagine Putin crossing the border with his wife, dropping a kid in Texas, and financing him to the Presidency in 35 years as a qualified Candidate. Are you really that stupid to think that if that was an option to ascend to America's highest post it would not be implemented?

There was just one thing wrong with U.S. Senate Resolution 511, it failed to inform America that the United States Constitution had been breached in an unlawful manner in the TRUST the People had given politicians. If Americans could not depend on Republicans and Democrats to stand up for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification for the Office of the President because of this unholy or unconstitutional alliance had been struck between three Candidates, and Mitt Romney's mouth was gagged shut because every Republican Senator had signed on, who was left? Only Candidates like myself even come close to having Standing demanded by the Courts. If the Courts' hear my case your dang right the Media is going to tell THAT story!

Nixon said in his discussion that he believed "If the President does it that means that it is not illegal", so is the will of one Hall of Congress all that is needed to Amend the Constitution, or does it require both Halls and a President's signature?

It is a fact that the Constitution can only be amended with 2/3rds of Congress including both the House and the Senate and it must be signed by a qualified President. Why would the 'natural born Citizen' requirement even need to be considered by The U.S. Senate if in fact there was even a question. I am a natural born Citizen, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and Congress has not had to consider whether I'm qualified with a resolution. McCain had two! That tells us something was not right in the first place and these elected officials were up to something.

In fact over the last two Presidential Elections haven't those three Candidates been considered the major party Candidates? So, does Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John McCain think they can destroy the TRUST America has given to politicians by breaching the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President?

Here is a stunning tail-to-tell everyone including the Fourth Estate Branch - Media. If the U.S. Supreme Court in their soon to be scheduled conference fails to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 than that's exactly what happened! American's had their basic qualifications for the office of the President changed illegally simply because the U.S. Supreme Court fails to hear a Candidate for President who was not "in on the deal", "in on the illegal cartel" that formed a monopoly against the public TRUST.

If any other Candidate for a major party were to stand up and challenge this my Case, Judy v. Obama 14-9396 would be brought up as the Court having already decided that issue in the negative, and what say you that the Court becomes irrelevant upon any Actions the Legislature takes that are unconstitutional? The gates open and hell marches in! The entire reason the Third Estate or Judicial Branch was formed to check and balance the other two is made null and void, and what's worse is my case becomes the precedent case to prove that for incoming Presidents.

People think my question to the U.S. Supreme Court's existence was too strong of language in questions for the Court to consider, but it is not and this reasoning forms the very real and logical conclusion, but would any of the Main Stream Media consider that a report of a Campaign to Report to the Public? We are not seeing it yet that's for sure.

We here at the Campaign would certainly wish to extend a GENUINE HAT-TIP to The Drudge Report for saying in so many words with 4 Favorites of CRJ2016 Tweets "I don't have a HEADLINE to put on The Drudge Report about this!". We were quite excited Drudge shared that pain with us. BREAKING NEWS: SUPPORT FOR CANDIDATE ON BI-PARTISAN ELIGIBILITY GROWS w 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Case

Recently I have come under a barrage of criticism from folks both for and against the Article Two Patriot or Birther Platform, and it has a lot less to do with agreeing with the issue and general format of taking a stand then it does with nit-picking. Of course I expect it from anti-Birthers. People pitted so far against the Constitution they'd invite Vladimir Putin here to run for President and contribute to his campaign wholeheartedly. I don't have anything against Putin being President in Russia, but this isn't Russia. This is the United States of America and our standards are afforded us by and under the United States Constitution.

Once in a while the Coach gets the team together and reflects to them in a manner of discipline what can only be considered for their good, by telling them 'They suck', 'are very poor as a team', are engrossed so much in their individual stardom and self importance that they are not acting like a team. This is one of those days and from the broader picture from which I have a unique view, I'm going to tell you suck Birthers and your tacit lack of discipline in defense of our U.S. Constitution sucks to. I mean that in a positive way and relate it to you in a hope that you will get your act together,take a good look in the mirror, and start acting the way your speaking, and start supporting the way you believe for the cause irrespective of your individual aspiration to be a star on some kind of frivolous and even malicious off-the-field attempt at arm-chair spoiled little brat quarterbacking.

Minus about six individuals who have contributed to my campaign in 2012, this applies to you. Its my job to ask and beg you for your help after that the burden upon me is lifted and its on you. You haven't donated or contributed to my campaign(s). You haven't thought $5 dollars in your change drawer would make a difference. You have expected someone with 'deep pockets' to finance your 'freedom and liberty' and they are doing it in the opposite direction because they don't see you as thinking it worth to you what you spend running down to the 7/11 for a drink and a candy bar. Believe me when I tell you that you suck it is with my the deepest reluctance to do so.

I want to say that you're awesome and report to God that you actually are willing to sacrifice one trip to the Circle K or convenience store for your 'freedom and liberty', but I really can't make that recommendation because it just wouldn't be true. You have paid more attention to syntax errors and grammatical spelling errors than the errors of your not supporting with any of your dollars this effort in which our whole Country and way of life depend. This report is made possible by the absolute total drought of donations in 2014 and 2015. I could NOT give up or I lose my standing..do you understand that? I quit its gone!

Now you say, "Cody, you're really over-stating your own importance and we don't need you on our team, coaching our team, and we sure as heck are not going to support a former convict who has paid dearly for his crimes in reputation".

Oh yea, but you will support every Candidate and elected official who has stung and hung you out to dry, taking part in the biggest fraud and collaborated effort against the Constitution in upholding Barack Obama's fabrications that you know have been fabricated from the information report of a legal criminal investigation team? Your excusing all the Republican Candidates and for that matter former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from those crimes of reputation you have witnessed and they have never paid for and probably never will? Do you think that's ok?

Ask yourself, "What is involved in this massive Criminal Cover Up?" Does it involve murder? Yes, ask those who have died in Fast and Furious? Ask those who have died in Benghazi? Ask those who have died out in Hawaii? Ask those who have been murdered and had their own deaths covered up? Ask those families who have had their military sons and daughters flown home in caskets' draped in a U.S. flag. Does it involve criminal actions against the public? Ask the IRS Profiling Investigation. Ask Verizon and so many of the social media corporations who have been tapped by the Government. You excuse all of these alleged crimes but refuse to support one candidate who stands against the root of the problem legally. You really suck. Have you left the room yet? If you have you were really weak anyway. if that's you, I don't want you and I don't need you because your playing better ball for the opposition than you are for me and the cause.

You Article Two Patriot Platform Birthers know better than anyone in the Country that nothing goes anywhere without two very important things in the Court. Number one 'standing', meaning you have to be in the Presidential Race as a Candidate to assert damages in the three prong test of standing and number two and this is a doozy, you better have made the same claim against Sen. John McCain in 2008 you're making against Obama for not being "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' or the Mainstream Media is going to crucify you as they did Donald Trump as the example of being a racist. The problem for you is there is only one candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and 2016 whose got that clean and good record. What's his name? Well, its my name - Cody Robert Judy.

I've never run on anyone that I wasn't. I've never said my reputation was without sin. Rather I've nearly kept up and alive the very reasons that you know who I am because at the very least that is real. Its not a cover-up. It embraces the truth, it encompasses honesty, and is inclusive of truth. I'm not going to deny I have been to prison...are you going to deny that those covering up the BIGGEST CRIME to ever hit American Elections in our lives are free from sin,free to be supported, and free of collaborating in these criminal acts against America? Where is your conviction for truth? If that's the case, you certainly need to take a priorities look in the mirror and see what's staring back at you in your appreciation for freedom and liberty.

Now, please don't think that I was not once in your shoes because I was. When I take a look in the mirror and realize I rolled past many prison or jails and never gave two cents to those in them or circumstances in which they were in them and I said to myself I would never do anything to jeopardize my freedom and liberty and every one was guilty who went there. Understand that when your saying that your also saying Jesus Christ was. According to record he was considered a male-factor or felon to the corrupt Government. He wasn't the only one to suffer that place. Most of the apostles and prophets were and that fact mine actually occurred in a Church a lone makes it highly suspicious when you analyze no one being hurt, no property damage, no harm or weapons and realize I spent as much time as some murderers in prison. All I had was a B.O.M. (Book of Mormon and a Bible.) But no matter what your reasoning is I paid for it dearly. I paid the price that society asked. Even the Media paints a false picture, which is a fraud used to frame me as a fabrication of the truth. This was the subject of Comedy in 2002 but it doesn't take away from eight years of my freedom and liberty starting twenty two years ago.

The irony of the wonderful experience in prison I was dealt with that included nearly four and half years in solitary confinement was the appreciation of our freedom and liberty and realization of how very important our U.S. Constitution is. If I had not experienced the loss I would not have known or gained this appreciation. How can I be bitter about that? I can't. If anything it was an enrichment and a school of discipline that shocked me into what exactly our framers and founders had faced before our Revolution. You can point fingers but I wouldn't be here if I had not gone to prison that's for sure and considering I'm the only one in America as a Candidate who sued on a bi-partisan approach to the principle of our qualifications for president, that means you'd have no one without me. One is better than none.

So why keep punishing me? Why continue to look past all the corruption happening with your elected officials in office now while they refute with assertiveness Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse Report is false? Glenn Beck a few days ago, maybe yesterday said, "I believe Obama was born in Hawaii", yet asserted Obama was nearly a foreigner surrounded by foreigners and communist. Yes, explain away the only thing that has any teeth to nail the usurper by stating he was born in Hawaii and tell us why a long form birth certificate needs to be fabricated Mr. Glenn Beck of the Truth lies here in The Blaze. What do you mean by that? Truth is going down in flames or you're just better at lies?

If Glenn Beck's words here is not an example of a false belief or an inability to remove the beam in his own eye because he refuses a law enforcement investigations results, but clings to a 'belief' that is false because in reality it is not backed up with sound evidence I don't know what is. There's more evidence to support through testimony and documented evidence that Obama's long form birth certificate is a fabrication and his draft card along with it, not to mention a social security number fraud than ABC, NBC,CBS, and Fox News are part of the MainStream Media. The very elect are being deceived but is it willful or do they know that there is a champion who can get them out of it, but they refuse to support him because of "Pride"? What is it?



Here's Glenn Beck's LDS Faith stating, "If we support Cody Robert Judy for President? Oh my God, we sent him to Prison for eight years! Hell will freeze over first before we support him because he just can't be a Champion for our Constitution! He just can't! So, let's regather ourselves let Obama finish and move on",?

This Lead's me to another justification that is being unfurled for Obama that involves some kind of imagined 'statute of limitations' I guess. It goes something like this. What you have going in Court's of Law Cody is "To little too late", meaning Obama's got away with robbing us for six years continually what's another two going to hurt? Or, how about we were robbed 6 years ago, we can see the burglar, know what he did, but decide what he took from us was ok? Why don't you release everyone from prison on the same basis? If you have forgiveness for Obama why don't you relate that to about 3 million others?

I guess that would depend on how fast you think he can lay down your borders, import fighters, and arm them. Seems he did that pretty good as an example to you in Libya and Syria and the Arab Springs. Surprised about the effectiveness of his spending Ten Trillion? How could you doubt his ability to open the southern borders and arm a bunch of rebels with our own guns in what's purported to be a sting operation? Wasn't that what happened in Fast & Furious? You think in matters of your national security two years is a short time and you'll make it? I would say the evidence is against you and once again your 'belief' is false. ISIS and ISIL and the Muslim Brotherhood have all been armed and now we're seeing reports pop up that actually confirm suspects supporting these groups militarily are in the U.S. ,are in your neighborhoods! You think they got all of them?

Still, you have that 'pride' to consider don't you and refuse to support a Candidate who has been true for the cause in which you have stated you are such a supporter of. You suck. Take a look at the computer now that is eight years old and has typed out the Court Pleadings you did not support. I haven't received a dollar of support for almost two years and did I quit? Did I stop fighting for you? Do I suck? I've spent my money, my time, my talents in fighting our cause, but I just can't do it alone. I'm hitting a wall here folks. You get emails from major parties that don't support what you believe in every day telling you they desperately need you to support them but I have to tell you their cause is proven false over and over again.

They suck campaign contributions out of you so that when a good Campaign comes a long your broke? I'm broke but I still have a jar of pennies, nickles, dimes, and quarters that if a good cause arrived I could hand over to gladly with my freedom and liberty in mind. Do you?

I need new computers, I need secretaries to spell check who live where I'm at, I need gas money, I need web site money, I need advertising dollars, I need a Campaign Staff again and that doesn't come cheap.

See that rubber band holding the window of my computer together? See those ice trays under the blowing fans? You know it cost a lot of money just to keep from having your computer blown apart by viruses and hackers of which I can't even keep up with. Thank you for allowing me to vent. I feel better but things haven't changed. Your contribution would really help. I'm a little upset about people correcting my spelling errors who won't give up the price of a six pack to contribute towards the cause.

Do you believe that a Candidate who has defended your cause in 2008, and 2012 with nearly every dime he had was fighting for profit or was he standing up for a principle that you believe in but have no Champion worthy or accredited by a Court to hold a serious standing? My case did not receive the standing thrashing by the Court..any reason for that you would not call a victory?

"Ohhhh", You say, "It will take care of itself". "You have to have deep pockets and be rich to run for Office". Excuse me, I wasn't aware of the fact that a certain level of wealth was required in our Constitution qualifications. I am aware you need to be Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents and of the fact that many of our founding fathers actually gave and pledged their lives and their fortunes and were only sad they only had one life to give for the cause. What is your story?

Not willing to hock a old ring you never wear? Not willing to give up a third trip to the convenience store and press the contribution button at the Cody Robert Judy Contribution page? Not willing to spend a whole day spreading a story I've released to a hundred different sites or place them as a comment in national stories? I'm pretty dog-gone aware of the supporters who are doing that and they are very few, God Bless them richly for that support, but what about the 60% of so-called Republicans or conservatives who at the time Donald Trump was receiving his 'racist' whipping boy badge believed Obama was not eligible for the Office of the President? Where are they now? Supporting the Cruz and Rubio Ships? How about supporting the candidates that never said a word about the BIGGEST COVER-UP in our HISTORY?

You need to ask yourself who has more power? A few big donors or let's say 1/3rd of the population of the United States giving $5? Do you realize how much power you have in those numbers if you will move on them? That's 106 million giving $5. That's 530 Million dollars and I think would be formidable against any of the big corporate candidates. I guess if you're like Glenn Beck and want to believe in falses and want to believe in shall we say your own 'pride', we can pretty well say it's going to be your own pride that brings you down, because the truth will have its day.

Now when that day comes around do we really want it to be "JUDGEMENT DAY" in front of the Savior? Do you really want to put that 'belief' to the test so you can say you followed Mitt Romney's example and chose not to give one dime to the only Candidate in American History who has stood up to the BIGGEST FRAUD in American History. How tall are you going to be able to stand up to President George Washington when you die? Do you think you deserve a place at the table for Patriot's in American History when the cost is only $5 a plate?

Do you think you'd be honored at the table of these current Elected Legislatures and the usurper in the White House at $2500 dollars a plate? Do you think hearing from a women who has been at Obama's side as a Democrat readying her Campaign and speaking to audiences for a speaking fee of a quarter of a million dollars is your honor? I tell you to seriously consider those at the table your choosing to support and those you're hurting because of your lack of support.

It is felt and I am hurting and needing your help for the cause upon which you say you believe but refuse for a whatever reasons to come together on. Those reasons is what I'm asking you to evaluate because I do believe you have $5 for me that you can send. God Bless you if you do with a seat at a table in the company of those who before us have lived in this honor of standing up for the U.S. Constitution.

Yes, we may lose but there is not doubt that we will lose if you don't get off your behind and start supporting the team that has the teeth to win!

Captain of The United States Constitution Team as a Candidate for President 2008,2012,2016 by word and deed more than the rest. You might deny it, but I think you'll lose the high ground in the debate.


The Court cannot simply continue to refuse justice to third parties and independent political stands for fair and equal treatment under the laws. Our Country allows third party candidates allows write-in candidates, and those laws while exercised rarely have claim on precedent cases of the U.S. Supreme Court: Namely Minor v. Happersett which declares a natural born Citizen to be born in the U.S. to Citizen parents! Obama fails this and it’s a decision rendered in a higher court that the lower courts are suppose to uphold!

This panel of Judges in the 10th Circuit Court have not only compromised themselves by not recusing two of the three judges with conflicts of interest favoring the defendant/Appellee, but have set out to flip the bird at the United States Supreme Court precedent case law. It is on those conditions we must at the least recognize this as a big win!

Update: Here are the three very important questions I posed to the Court to justify Rehearing if:

Question #1- Does Justice Gregory A. Phillips having ENTERED FOR THE COURT the ORDER AND JUDGEMENT on this case February 3rd,2015 having been considered to the U.S. Senate for Confirmation with the favor of the Appellee/Defendant in this case, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro in the nomination process and thus his very employment as a Justice in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals constitute an prejudiced dismissal summarily instigated upon the Plaintiff that would seem at best a compromise of judicial discipline in recusal decorum and at worst an impeachable offense?

Question#2- June 25th, 2014 this Court handed down a decision favorable to ‘individual rights’, considered standing and upheld marriage in Kitchen v. Herbert No. 13-4178 and considered the rights of an individual who is unpopular more important per the conflicting referendum of all the people in the entire State of Utah and it’s Constitutional Amendment in the State, which does not come on political easy street; isn’t the ORDER AND JUDGEMENT of this case dismissing it as frivolous a conflict of the Court’s own interest and judgment in that case in the interest of Individual Rights?

Question#3- The conflicting statements in the ORDER and JUDGEMENT asserted by the Court leave criminal mischief, fraud, forgery, and a declaration of the precedent case in Minor v. Happersett regarding a natural born Citizen being “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents” by the U.S. Supreme Court undefended and a wreck; and fair elections on equal terms for all the Candidates, per race, per qualifications within the U.S. Constitution in total disarray and the Appellant/Plaintiff without recourse in the infringements of his Civil Rights to a fair race; Does this not deserve the attention of the full Court and the political corrections that might be made for the next general election where the entire U.S. population has a stake and claim for fairness, equal treatment under the law in the considerations of our Republic?
