What you are seeing there is Main Stream Media News Personalities actually trying to catch up to the Birther Movement rather than staying ahead of it being told by the 2016 Poll Leading Republican Candidate that he doesn't know if Obama's birth certificate is 'Real' and he doesn't know if U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz is qualified because of the "one extra hurdle" of not being born here in America and Mr. Trump's Poll Numbers haven't gone down because of it, they have gone up! You hear Mr. Trump assert "McCain was a Birther!"

You would think Republicans Bush, Walker, Paul, Cruz, Rubio, Christie, Fiorina, Carson, Perry, Huckabee and the rest of them would get a CLUE that BEING A BIRTHER is actually COOL? It strikes at the heart of the Constitution and there is no position more influential in our Government or representing our Government in the World. So, why wouldn't you say the Qualifications for that Office are a big deal when it comes to defending our National Security?

Well Trump is if nothing else that we can all agree on a very successful world class businessman. He gets it! These other folks just don't get it and the America People see right through it. As the video detailed in Mr. Trumps own words as a Republican Candidate he expected Mr. Obama to be held to the same accountability as all the other Candidates for President under the law which requires at least he be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Willing to keep his own Parties Candidates towing the line, he asserts with Megyn Kelly that U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has 'one extra hurdle' to get over because he wasn't 'born in the U.S.', referring in general to his knowledge that the 'other hurdle' is your parents have to be U.S. Citizens. 

DEMOCRATIC PARTY

On the Democratic Party- Birther side you'd  have to be a cat living in the barn way out in the field not to know Cody Robert Judy whose legal stand in the Civil Court Arena is world renowned and has been read by literally ten's of thousands of Politicians, Lawyers, and University Professor Legal Teaching Professional. He's the only Candidate in the Democratic Party who actually has a Federal Court Record against U.S. Sen. John McCain who was not born in America, but was born in the Panama Hospital and has had not one but two Congressional Acts the first making him a Citizen of the U.S. after he was 11 months old which would constitute a 'naturalization process', the second a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution declaring him by a naturalization process again to be a 'naturalized natural born Citizen' able to run for President because he was born of two American Parents and disregarding the birth place all together.

Although Cody Robert Judy ran as a write-in for President in 2008, he wasted no time including Obama in his law suit after Obama was made the Democratic Nominee with the hard fought battle he and Hillary Clinton waged into the late Summer in 2008. Cody continued in 2012 jumping right into the Democratic Party again, which he had more of a reputation with as a Candidate in his 2002 Congressional and 2004 U.S. Senate races in the State of Utah. He sued Obama on State Ballot Challenges as ineligible for the Office of the President in the priming Primary State of New Hampshire clear to that States Supreme Court, continued the same course in Georgia to its State Supreme Court and ended in the U.S. Supreme Court with Case Judy v. Obama No. 12-5276. 

In the video you hear Mr. Trump assert that Democratic Party Poll Leading Hillary Clinton was the first Birther. So it seems like everyone really is a Birther, so why is it so hard to figure out that its' at least popular as a Root or Core issue to defend the qualifications of the Office of the President?

Indeed you see the Main Stream News Media personalities of Chuck Todd from the very popular political caveat show Meet The Press hosted by NBC, Megyn Kelly with her fierce fighting The Kelly File on Fox News, and Anderson Cooper hitting hard on 360 with CNN all asking the leading Republican Candidate about the BIRTHER PRINCIPLE as it relates to his Campaign for President in 2016.

These are far-reaching and very deeply entrenched News Personalities that have literally billions of dollars tied up in influencing the American Psyche. Should Mr. Trump duck and dodge the question like Mrs. Clinton has about her 'emails' for so long, pre-selecting audiences and questions to surround her couch, or does he answer them honestly? 

Of course the answer is Mr. Trump hits it head-on come what may, and he has been rewarded for it rising in the Polls faster than any other Republican Candidate and the press is looking at him with disbelief and bewilderment because to them THE BIRTHER PRINCIPLE was 'kook' and 'fringe' as they were trained to understand using the Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov reward reinforcement method. They were rewarded with access if they played nice.

Taking it one step further the pay-to-play system requires actual contributions to Foundations to gain access to the Party and negative reinforcement has been used with removing Reporters from access who were not so nice with their perceptions, opinions, and writing skills. Anita Dunn - Barack Obama's campaign adviser detailed how they created the Obama Cult of Personality which eventually landed him in the White House. 

THE 2016 ELECTION

Where so much time, money, and talent is placed you'll find people willing to do just about anything. The problem in politics is when that becomes set against the Supreme Law of our Constitution. I think our Constitution is the safest "cult", if you want to have one to make popular because it ensures equality under its precepts afforded to everyone regardless of race, color, prior servitude as well as gender", Cody Robert Judy said.

 "Our Constitution is much deeper rooted than any particular personality like Obama's for instance. That's why I have no problem representing it through the qualifications for the Office of the President through rain, sleet, hail, snow, or sunshine, it will be there tomorrow and Obama won't be.. he's already a lame duck and he certainly doesn't "own" the United States Supreme Court Justices anymore than Donald Trump owns all the other Republican Candidates right now who aren't Birthers. They are still fighting it, but they will come around."

Cody Robert Judy's the only Presidential Candidate Democrat or Republican right now in the United States Supreme Court fighting for the qualifications for the Office of the President as it pertains to the 2008, 2012, and also the coming 2016 Election. Being a Birther still Matters and the witness of that may be the fact Mr. Trump leads in all the Republican Polls, and though Mr. Judy hasn't made the Main Stream Media yet he has done his home-work and a positive decision in the U.S. Supreme Court could land him there very quickly even as Mrs. Clinton's polling numbers are falling over scandals ranging from the Emailgate she's fielding questions about now under an FBI Investigation to the Pay-to-Play Gate scandal of the Clinton Foundation that may yet be conflicted with a U.S. Presidential Race.

Besides the "Right and Wrong", "Equality v. Inequality", and "Justice v. Injustice" side of the Birther Principle that we all recognize but few actualize, we certainly do not want 'Fraud', "Forgery", and "Criminal Wrongdoing" to permeate uncontrollably in U.S. Elections. That is just the simple facts of the issue continual raising its head.  The 2016 Election discussion the Main Stream Media is not willing to let die is why it also matters. Perhaps in their own conscience that is the reason they are the ones keeping it alive?

We just has to report the good laugh we had with Celebrity Heidi Klum as she posted on her Twitter Feed the video of Donald Trump staying she was not a "10" anymore and ripping a sign off her that revealed the 9.9 number! Oh my gosh we roared! Certainly could not hold Cody back from a Twitter to her about it either we are sharing with you now all in good fun.

Many people have asked me why I took Obama to Court on his eligibility. The demands of the United States Constitution for the Office of President in the United States Constitution demand a ‘natural born citizen’. Determined by the laws of nature and held in the United States Supreme Court as precedent, that means simply,” Born in the United States to citizen parents”.

The two prong test essentially eliminates “foreign” influence in the Commander-In-Chief’s position. This has been a thorn in the side of the enemies of the United States since the signing of the Constitution.

Some would say Obama’s managed okay and he hasn’t done anything wrong. Many others would look at his record and recognize in his first term a dangerous shadow and foreboding which confronts our national security both economically and militarily if Obama is allowed to propagate the simply lie he told when he witnessed on his “Declaration of Candidacy” that he was a ‘natural born citizen’.

Through the broad and warm smile of Obama’s polished white teeth is one who makes a lie, laughs, and mocks the truth. In this he defies God, and places promises of his own safety and comforts over and above others and in this the regard for the innocent is completely lost.

Perhaps Obama himself doesn’t recognize in his own denial the venom perpetrated upon his own children in such, but his own family is a victim of it; and if he’s willing to do such to his own, how much easier is it to do to yours? It certainly appears the philosophy of Obama lies is in the paradox that if you tell the lie long enough that it will become the truth to you.

I suppose the truth in my suing Obama remains that his lie came home to personally affect me, my campaign for President in 2008 and 2012, and everyone in the United States. Obama’s lie doesn’t simply affect a small pool of people around him, but traverses the entire Untied States, and affects our history, our current state, and our future generations.

That kind of a circle is something that even most elected politicians haven’t seen the gravity in ignoring nor heeded the flashing red lights and warning signs they have felt in the pit of their stomach. They have even become callused to the evidence of law enforcement investigations such as Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse who’s spent literally thousands of hours dissecting the government docs Obama has chosen to represent himself with.

The audacity of hope and change has become the audacity of cover-up and scandal in forgery-gate that makes Water-gate look like a home-made water fall in contrast with Niagara Falls.

Many also have been lulled into a sullied passivism that the enemies of the United States are incapable, incompetent, or have long been vanquished. Many in the United States have even begin holding a grudge against the United State’s goodness in favor of progressivism they hold as a mark of their own bad lot in life compared with their neighbors. The sin of coveting thy neighbor’s property is seen as the justification of spreading the wealth by force and confiscation in giving the government more and more power over the independent lives of the individual.

When you consider that in combination with the same kind of pressure from those outside the United States who also envy and seek to climb up the economic ladder by pulling someone down, you understand that the United States formidably has many enemies. These are hidden in disguise but I assure you that when the dastardly plan to wreck the United States both economically and militarily doesn’t go according to plan, those enemies will come out of hiding and there will be no further doubt in your mind.

I have no doubt that if the whole world combines against the United States solid principles of freedom and liberty which has come to be represented in our history and mark in the world, that though we may pay a heavy price for it, the union will stand. We are not built on a lie. The bedrock of the United States is as solid of truth in the eye of divine power as God is God that led the Israelites out of the bondage of Pharos’s Egypt into the bastion of freedom and liberty.

Though we may walk in the shadow of death, and hell may rage all around us, we shall fear no evil in the hand of our God-Creator clearly represented in arms of Lady Liberty statuette torch and tablets evoking the law that has come to be called the United States Constitution and our independence of July 4th,1776.

The very first thing I took courage in was seeing “76” in the last two digits of my case number in Judy v. Obama 12-1576 and the representation to me that I was TAKING A STAND for our independence mirroring the title of my book Taking A Stand- The Conservative Independent Voice.

As soon as Obama made the decision to become part of something illegal and contrary to our law in the United States Constitution that was as personal as his simple “Declaration of Candidacy”, he made the choice of what side of the line he was standing on. Every opportunity has been given to him to resign his post as a ‘disability’ but he has remained boldly cowardice in his own knowledge that he is not a natural born citizen, representing himself.

I can speak with all of my faults and frailties weaknesses and imperfections solemnly, that at least I am qualified to be President of the United States of America. I represent myself in truth and there is no lie in my foundation, nor will it crack or crumble for it is eternal and made strong by the fires of Celestial Heavens where corruption and dilapidation have no hold on the vision of our future of real truth and light and where though hell may rage with the gnashing of teeth it hath no power but to bruise my heel.

Please permit my eternal gratitude to God and the instruments of the eternal promise proclaimated by our Founders, Framers, Sons of the Republic, and our first President George Washington, that this Union of the United States of America shall stand so help us God.

As the office of Secretary of State is charged with conducting efficient and secure elections, the inclusion of Barack Hussein Obama II aka Barry Soetoro must be stricken from appearing on the Georgia Ballot to protect and serve the public from voting for a candidate who has failed to provide any verifiable evidence that he is eligible for the office according to the demands of qualification held within The United States Constitution for the office of President, and at the least of which he has provided to your office admissible evidence of his being, in the very least a dual citizen.

Mr. Obama wrote asking you on the eve of the Administrative Trial hearing basically to take the case away from Judge Malhi, and you responded that if he should not participate he would do so at his own peril. Mr. Obama by and through his attorney refused to participate even after a Subpoena was upheld to their formal objection. Judge Malhi did condone Mr. Obama's behavior of contempt for the Judicial proceeding.
After reviewing Judge Malhi’s recommendation, I am asking you on the eve of your decision to basically take the case away from Judge Malhi also on the grounds that you as the Secretary Of the State of Georgia bear the responsibility much more so than Judge Malhi for the final decision and you were required to take the oath of office and any oath prescribed by the Constitution of Georgia and you had to swear that you would support the constitutions of the United States and of the state of Georgia. O.C.G.A. § 45-3-1

You also are aware that any public officer who willfully and intentionally violates the terms of his or her oath as prescribed by law shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years. O.C.G.A. §16-10-1. You have been briefed fully on the matter from my attorney Orly Taitz Esq. and all of Georgia’s eyes as well as the Nations are upon you. Make no mistake you will be held accountable to that oath, both in eternity and your near political future.

Wither or not you deserved that weight is not the question as I see it. You chose to take the oath and couching behind Judge Malhi’s recommendation will not relieve you of your personal oath. Permit me to say if one were to receive a recommendation from the devil it is still your personal choice as to carry out that recommendation or ignore it. I’m not a member of the GOP, but am running as a Democratic Party Candidate, and I wish to make abundantly clear to you Sir my party does not condone fraud and forgery associated with the actions of identity obfuscation of one man, Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. He stands alone in these ill fated and illegal actions.

I sincerely inform you that if you agree to include Mr. Obama on the Ballot in Georgia Sir, that your grand statement is that the GOP most affirmably condones fraud and forgery. Now is that the sort of reputation you want to shuffle the GOP and shoulder the rest of your life? If it is, why you go ahead and put Mr. Obama on the Ballot and I’ll keep making commercials to the public like this one, only I’m gonna make some that personally include you that will not escape you ever in your public professional life.

Let me also make another promise to you. That as I boldly continue the course through all the other 49 States with complaints that exhibit the exact frames of evidence you have had to take a good look at that your reputation as someone supporting the Constitution will be clocked with an egg-timer just as quickly as another State declares that they will not tolerate or exonerate or condone such actions of fraud and forgery in the highest office of the land protecting with the check and balance system the Legislative and Judicial Branches of our Government. I assure you I’m just getting started!

In the remote possibility that you think there is not a single State in the Union that will not affirm this conservative moral fidelity, America will see that the GOP is exactly the opposite of what they profess to be and I will personally do my best to shout it upon every house top.

Please Sir, take my extended hand to you from across the aisle, and as an American Patriot do not fear the reputation of our Founding Fathers, your oath, and all those who have given their life to the last drop of blood for the very privilege of declaring boldly you are not ashamed to rub shoulders with those men.

Take with the super bowl courage of a winning team, and make the call- declare the penalty- for those who seek to infringe the integrity of citizens that are depending upon you for protection, and for the Republic for which we stand.
